Abstract
Treatment of alkynes with diethyl phosphite and t-butyl hydroperoxide in the presence of [Cu(MeCN)4]BF4 under microwave irradiation produced the oxyphosphorylation of the triple bond, giving rise to the corresponding β-ketophosphonates in moderate-to-good yields. When the triple bond was conjugated to a carbonyl group bearing an aromatic ring, it led to the cyclization of the resulting ketone intermediate, producing eventually different phosphonylated indenones.

Base-Mediated Claisen Rearrangement of CF 3-Containing Bisallyl Ethers. Molecules 2021; 26:molecules26144365. Abstract
We have previously clarified that the strongly electron-withdrawing CF3 group nicely affected the base-mediated proton shift of CF3-containing propargylic or allylic alcohols to afford the corresponding α,β-unsaturated or saturated ketones, respectively, which was applied this time to the Claisen rearrangement after O-allylation of the allylic alcohols with a CF3 group, followed by isomerization to the corresponding allyl vinyl ethers via the proton shift, enabling the desired rearrangement in a tandem fashion, or in a stepwise manner, the latter of which was proved to have attained an excellent diastereoselectivity with the aid of a palladium catalyst.

Abstract
Due to the wide importance of β-phosphorylated ketones as key building-blocks in the fabrication of various pharmaceutically active organophosphorus compounds, finding new and truly efficient methods for their preparation from simple, low-cost and ubiquitous feedstock materials within a single click is an interesting subject in organic synthesis. Recently, oxyfunctionalization of carbon-carbon multiple bonds has arisen as a straightforward and versatile tool for the synthesis of complex organic molecules from the simple and easily accessible alkenes/alkynes via a single operation. In this context, oxyphosphorylation of alkenes/alkynes with P(O)-H compounds has attracted considerable attention as a unique procedure for the construction of β-phosphorylated ketones. In this review, we outline the recent advances and developments in this fast-growing research field with particular emphasis on the mechanistic aspects of reaction.

Abstract
Following to the computational expectation, our previously reported intriguing 1,3-proton shift of 4,4,4-trifluorobut-2-yn-1-ols was successfully extended to the 4,4,4-trifluorobut-2-en-1-ol system under metal-free conditions to afford the corresponding saturated ketones in high to excellent chemical yields using such a convenient and easy-to-handle base as DBU at the toluene refluxing temperature, and utilization of the corresponding optically active substrates unambiguously demonstrated that this transformation proceeded in a highly stereoselective fashion.

Abstract
Gonytolide A (1), a dimeric chromanone substituted with the γ-lactone, shows promoting activity of innate immune responses. However, biological studies on this compound have been limited by the low amounts of 1 available from natural resources and the difficulty of its synthesis. In this study, we designed and synthesized structure-simplified gonytolide derivatives. Bischromone 10 and biflavone 13 both promoted the mammalian TNF-α signaling pathway and Drosophila innate immunity. They did not contain a chiral center and were easy to synthesize. Hence, they can be used as lead compounds for a new type of immunostimulating drugs and as research reagents.

Abstract
A mild, high-yielding procedure for the preparation of beta-ketophosphonates is described. The condensation is general with respect to the ester and phosphonate, and the products are obtained in high yields within minutes at 0 degrees C. The reaction procedure is operationally simple and amenable to large-scale preparations.
