Abstract
Styrene-based thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) demonstrate excellent overall performance and account for the largest industrial output. The traditional methods of preparation styrene-based thermoplastic elastomers mainly focused on anionic polymerization, and strict equipment conditions were required. In recent years, controlled/living radical polymerization (CRP) has developed rapidly, enabling the synthesis of polymers with various complex topologies while controlling their molecular weight. Herein, a series of core crosslinked star-shaped poly(styrene-b-isoprene-b-styrene)s (SISs) was synthesized for the first time via reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization. Meanwhile, linear triblock SISs with a similar molecular weight were synthesized as a control. We achieved not only the controlled/living radical polymerization of isoprene but also investigated the factors influencing the star-forming process. By testing the mechanical and thermal properties and characterizing the microscopic fractional phase structure, we found that both the linear and star-shaped SISs possessed good tensile properties and a certain phase separation structure, demonstrating the characteristics of thermoplastic elastomers.

Abstract
Material jetting (MJ)-type 3D printers have been considered as one of the most versatile types of 3D printers, enabling full-color printing and multi-material printing. However, to the best of our knowledge, there are few academic studies on the development of full-color MJ technologies, and the formulation of commercial resins is confidential and proprietary. In this paper, we give an insight into the preparation of photocurable resins in the primary CMYKW (cyan, magenta, yellow, black, and white) colors that are printable with the multiple piezoelectric heads of our homemade MJ full-color 3D printer. The components comprising the resins, such as the photo-initiator, oligomers, monomers, and crosslinkers, were methodically adjusted and characterized to achieve high-performance MJ printable resins. Subsequently, the prepared resins were colored with the CMYKW colors and their ability of high-quality color appearance in full-color printing was demonstrated.

Abstract
Hyperbranched polyisoprene was prepared by anionic copolymerization under high vacuum condition. Size exclusion chromatography was used to characterize the molecular weight and branching nature of these polymers. The characterization by differential scanning calorimetry and melt rheology indicated lower Tg and complex viscosity in the branched polymers as compared with the linear polymer. Degradation kinetics of these polymers was explored using thermogravimetric analysis via non-isothermal techniques. The polymers were heated under nitrogen from ambient temperature to 600°C using heating rates from 2 to 15°C min-1. Three kinetics methods namely Friedman, Flynn-Wall-Ozawa and Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose were used to evaluate the dependence of activation energy (Ea ) on conversion (α). The hyperbranched polyisoprene decomposed via multistep mechanism as manifested by the nonlinear relationship between α and Ea while the linear polymer exhibited a decline in Ea at higher conversions. The average Ea values range from 258 to 330 kJ mol-1 for the linear, and from 260 to 320 kJ mol-1 for the branched polymers. The thermal degradation of the polymers studied involved one-dimensional diffusion mechanism as determined by Coats-Redfern method. This study may help in understanding the effect of branching on the rheological and decomposition kinetics of polyisoprene.

Abstract
Living anionic polymerization of para-(1-ethoxy ethoxy)styrene (pEES) resulting in molecular weights between 2700 and 69 000 g mol-1 and polydispersity indices ≤1.09 is introduced. PpEES can be used as a precursor for the synthesis of well-defined poly(p-hydroxystyrene) (PHS) architectures, enabling facile and rapid acidic deprotection at room temperature within a few minutes. In addition, a series of block copolymers containing pEES and 2-vinylpyridine (2VP) have been synthesized by anionic block copolymerization, with varied block ratios (X2VP) between 0.13 and 0.83. Characterization by 1H NMR spectroscopy, size exclusion chromatography (SEC), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was carried out, and all polymers have been deprotected, leading to the respective PHS-b-P2VP block copolymers. Furthermore, PHS-b-P2VP has been used as a macroinitiator for the anionic ring-opening polymerization of ethylene oxide (EO) to generate ((PHS-g-PEO51)13-b-P2VP40) graft-block copolymers.
