Abstract
There are mixed findings regarding executive functioning in individuals born small for gestational age (SGA) at term and associations between performance-based and self-reported executive functions have yet to be examined in adults. In a prospective cohort study, 56 SGA and 68 non-SGA control participants were assessed at 32 years using the performance-based Trail Making Test (TMT) and the self-report questionnaire Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function - Adult Version (BRIEF-A). The SGA group used 1.6 (95% confidence interval [CI] 0.1-3.1) to 3.9 (95% CI 1.2-6.5) seconds more on TMT conditions 1 and 3, indicating more difficulties with visual scanning and letter sequencing than controls. On BRIEF-A, the SGA group scored 1.5 (95% CI 0.2-2.8) points lower on the clinical scale Emotional Control. Correlation coefficients for the association between TMT and BRIEF-A scores ranged from -0.295 (p = 0.065) to 0.345 (p = 0.029) in the SGA group. In conclusion, we found that 32-year-old adults born SGA at term showed poorer performance on some executive function tasks than controls. However, they reported similar executive functioning in everyday life, except for emotional control. The associations between performance-based and self-report assessments of executive functions were weak.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the association between neonatal bronchopulmonary dysplasia and the subsequent development of mental health conditions in children and adolescents. STUDY DESIGN This was a retrospective cohort study, utilizing data from individuals born in South Korea between 2002 and 2005 and followed up until 2021, using the National Health Insurance Database. The cohort included 1 893 314 participants born during that period, with 927 diagnosed with bronchopulmonary dysplasia during the neonatal period (the exposed cohort). They were matched 1:10 with 9270 unexposed individuals (the unexposed cohort) based on key demographic factors. RESULTS The median age at the first mental health disorder diagnosis was 9 years (IQR, 5-15 years), with 5698 individuals (55.9%) being male. During an average follow-up of 15.2 years, the incidence rate was 481/10 000 person-years in the exposed and 138 of 10 000 person-years in the unexposed cohort. By the age of 18 years, the cumulative incidence in the exposed cohort was 54% (95% CI; 50%-57%), with an adjusted hazard ratio of 3.18 (95% CI; 2.81-3.60) compared with the unexposed cohort, and adjusted hazard ratios for early- and late-onset mental health disorders of 4.48 (95% CI; 3.84-5.22) and 1.89 (95% CI; 1.61-2.22), respectively. Sensitivity analyses confirmed these findings, and a subgroup analysis revealed a higher risk among individuals with bronchopulmonary dysplasia who required prolonged respiratory support or oxygen. CONCLUSIONS Half of children with bronchopulmonary dysplasia in our cohort developed mental health disorders by the age of 18 years, emphasizing the need for interventions and support for such individuals.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a prevalent neurodevelopmental disorder in childhood. There is growing evidence that both preterm birth and maternal education levels substantially affect the likelihood of ADHD in children. However, there are limited systematic reviews and meta-analyses examining these associations. AIM To systematically review and conduct a meta-analysis on the association of preterm birth and maternal education level on the risk of ADHD in children. METHODS We conducted a comprehensive literature search across MEDLINE (PubMed), Web of Science, Embase, and the Cochrane Library, including studies published up to June 17, 2024. Data synthesis was performed using random-effect models, and the quality of studies was assessed using the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale. RESULTS This study included twelve studies, which revealed a significant association between premature delivery and an increased risk of ADHD in children [odds ratio (OR) = 2.76, 95% confidence interval (CI): 2.52-3.04, P < 0.001, I² = 1.9%). Conversely, higher maternal education levels were significantly associated with a reduced risk of ADHD in children (OR = 0.59, 95%CI: 0.48-0.73, P < 0.001, I² = 47.1%). Subgroup analysis further indicated that maternal education levels significantly influenced ADHD risk, particularly in studies conducted in China (OR = 0.59, 95%CI: 0.46-0.75, P < 0.001, I² = 81.2%), while no significant association was observed in studies from other regions (OR = 1.25, 95%CI: 0.66-2.40, P = 0.495, I² = 92.3%). The sensitivity analysis confirmed the robustness of our findings, showing no significant publication bias. CONCLUSION This study found that preterm birth significantly increases the risk of ADHD in children, while a higher maternal education level serves as a protective factor against ADHD. To reduce the incidence of ADHD in children, public health policies should focus on early intervention for preterm infants and improving maternal education levels.

Abstract
Background: Children born with a very low birthweight (VLBW; <1500 g) and/or very preterm (VPT; <32 weeks) are at increased risk of mental health problems, but adult data are inconsistent. Objectives: We examined the prevalence of a range of mental health disorders in a national cohort of adults born with a VLBW, as well as associations between gestational age and mental health outcomes. Methods: All infants born with a VLBW in New Zealand in 1986 were followed prospectively from birth. The 12-month prevalence of mental health outcomes, in addition to substance use and violent/property offending were assessed at a median age of 28 years in this cohort relative to 100 full-term (FT) controls. Outcomes were assessed using structured interview methods. Results: There was a modest increase in the overall rate of mental health problems in VLBW adults compared to controls (ARR 1.33 [95% CI 0.83, 2.12]), reflecting slightly higher rates of anxiety disorders, notably agoraphobia (ARR 2.98 [0.64, 13.85]), social phobia (ARR 1.61 [0.71, 3.65]), and suicidal ideation/attempt (ARR 1.66 [0.45, 6.08]), but not depression (ARR 1.02 [0.57, 1.81]). There were no clear differences in substance use/offending outcomes. VLBW individuals born extremely preterm (<28 weeks) were most vulnerable to later mental health problems relative to controls (overall rate of mental health problems ARR 1.54 [0.86, 2.73]). Effect sizes for any anxiety disorder were also higher for VLBW females than VLBW males compared to same-sex controls. Conclusions: This population-based longitudinal cohort study showed that adults born preterm with a VLBW reported more mental health problems than FT controls; however, this difference was small. Pooled analyses involving larger sample sizes are needed, but findings suggest only modest individual and public health impacts of preterm birth on adult mental health functioning.

Abstract
The postnatal environment is challenging for the preterm neonate with exposure to hypoxic and excitotoxic events, amplified by premature loss of placentally derived neurosteroids. Between preterm birth and term equivalent age (TEA), cerebellar development continues despite these challenges. We hypothesize that neurosteroid replacement therapy during this time will support optimal cerebellar development. Guinea pig sows delivered at term (∼69 days gestation) or were induced to deliver preterm (∼62 days), with preterm pups receiving ganaxolone or vehicle until TEA. Postnatal assessments comprised salivary cortisol (corrected postnatal age [CPA] 0, 7, 38), behavioral analysis (CPA7, 38), and tissue collection (CPA0 and CPA40). Neurodevelopmental markers (MBP, Olig2, and NeuN) were assessed in the cerebellum by immunohistochemistry, whereas RT-PCR was utilized to investigate key inhibitory/excitatory pathways and oligodendrocyte lineage markers. Following preterm birth, there was evidence of a hyperactive phenotype, increased salivary cortisol concentrations, and impaired myelination and oligodendrocyte maturation at the protein level. mRNA expressions of key inhibitory/excitatory pathways and myelin stability were also altered following preterm birth. Importantly, we showed that neurosteroid replacement therapy returns cerebellar development and behavior toward a term-like phenotype. Therefore, ganaxolone may reduce the vulnerability of the cerebellum to postnatal challenges arising from preterm birth.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Partially driven by public concerns about modern food production practices, organic food has gained popularity among consumers. However, the impact of organic food consumption during pregnancy on offspring health is scarcely studied. We aimed to investigate the association between maternal intake of organic food during pregnancy and symptoms of attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in offspring at 8 years of age. METHODS This study was based on the Norwegian Mother, Father and Child Cohort Study (MoBa) and the Medical Birth Registry of Norway (MBRN). The total study sample included 40,707 mother-child pairs (children born 2002-2009). Organic food consumption during pregnancy was assessed by six questions from a food frequency questionnaire in mid-pregnancy (sum score 0-18). Symptoms of ADHD and ASD in the offspring aged 8 years were measured by ADHD (0-54) and ASD (0-39) symptom scores based on the Parent/Teacher Rating Scale for Disruptive Behaviour disorders and the Social Communication Questionnaire. Associations between maternal intake of organic food during pregnancy and symptoms of ADHD and ASD in the offspring were analyzed using regression models with adjustment for covariates such as maternal anxiety and depression, including sibling analysis. RESULTS Mean ADHD and ASD symptom scores in the offspring differed only slightly by maternal intake of organic food. The covariate-adjusted unstandardized regression coefficient (adjusted(Adj)beta) with 95% confidence interval for the ADHD symptom score with one unit increase in organic food sum score was 0.03 (0.01, 0.05). Similarly, Adjbeta for autism symptom score was 0.07 (0.04, 0.10). For ADHD, the adjusted estimates weakened when adjusting for maternal symptoms of ADHD. The sibling analyses showed no significant results with Adjbeta - 0.07 (- 0.15, 0.01) and - 0.001 (- 0.12, 0.12) for ADHD and ASD outcomes, respectively. CONCLUSIONS We observed weak positive associations between frequent maternal organic food consumption during pregnancy and offspring ADHD and ASD symptom levels at 8 years of age. This trend weakened or disappeared after adjusting for maternal symptoms of ADHD, and in sibling analyses, suggesting that the associations mainly reflect genetic confounding. Our study indicates that consumption of organic food during pregnancy should neither be considered a risk factor nor protective against symptoms of ADHD and ASD in offspring.

Abstract
While research has shown that the prevalence of ADHD in the general population has increased over time, there have been no studies focused on ADHD prevalence in patients with borderline personality disorder (BPD). This study compares two cohorts of adults with rigorously diagnosed BPD recruited nearly three decades apart (1992 vs. 2020). Participants from the 1992 McLean Study of Adult Development (MSAD) (N = 290) and the 2020 Flourishing study (N = 147) were assessed for ADHD using DSM-III-R and DSM-5 criteria respectively. Compared to MSAD subjects, the prevalence of ADHD among Flourishing subjects was significantly higher overall, and in female (but not male) subjects. This increased prevalence, which is likely due to the broadening of the DSM criteria over time, highlights what many observers believe to be a problematic expansion of the diagnostic criteria for ADHD that may have decoupled this criteria set from capturing a neurodevelopmental disorder that typically begins in childhood.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Preterm birth (before 37 completed weeks of gestation) is associated with an increased risk of adverse health and developmental outcomes relative to birth at term. Existing guidelines for data collection in cohort studies of individuals born preterm are either limited in scope, have not been developed using formal consensus methodology, or did not involve a range of stakeholders in their development. Recommendations meeting these criteria would facilitate data pooling and harmonisation across studies. OBJECTIVES To develop a Core Dataset for use in longitudinal cohort studies of individuals born preterm. METHODS This work was carried out as part of the RECAP Preterm project. A systematic review of variables included in existing core outcome sets was combined with a scoping exercise conducted with experts on preterm birth. The results were used to generate a draft core dataset. A modified Delphi process was implemented using two stages with three rounds each. Three stakeholder groups participated: RECAP Preterm project partners; external experts in the field; people with lived experience of preterm birth. The Delphi used a 9-point Likert scale. Higher values indicated greater importance for inclusion. Participants also suggested additional variables they considered important for inclusion which were voted on in later rounds. RESULTS An initial list of 140 data items was generated. Ninety-six participants across 22 countries participated in the Delphi, of which 29% were individuals with lived experience of preterm birth. Consensus was reached on 160 data items covering Antenatal and Birth Information, Neonatal Care, Mortality, Administrative Information, Organisational Level Information, Socio-economic and Demographic information, Physical Health, Education and Learning, Neurodevelopmental Outcomes, Social, Lifestyle and Leisure, Healthcare Utilisation and Quality of Life. CONCLUSIONS This core dataset includes 160 data items covering antenatal care through outcomes in adulthood. Its use will guide data collection in new studies and facilitate pooling and harmonisation of existing data internationally.

Abstract
Etiologies and the whole picture in childhood mental, behavioral, and neurodevelopmental disorders related to gestational age are unclear. This study included all Finnish children (N = 341,632) born between January 1, 2001, and December 31, 2006, whose data including their mothers (N = 241,284) were collected from national registers. Children with unclear gestational age (GA) (N = 1245), severe congenital malformations (N = 11,746), and moderate/severe/undefined cognitive impairment (N = 1140), and those who died during the perinatal period (N = 599) were excluded. The main outcome was the prevalence of mental and behavioral disorders (International Classification of Disorders) at 0 - 12 years of age in association with GA, adjusted for gender and prenatal variables. Out of all included (N = 326,902) children 16.6% (N = 54,270) were diagnosed to have any mental health disorder at 0 - 12 years. Adjusted Odd Ratio (OR) were for any disorder in preterm (< 37 weeks) 1.37 [1.28 - 1.46] and 4.03 [3.08 - 5.26] in extreme preterm (≤ 28 weeks) versus term born children, p < 0.05. The lower the GA at birth, the higher the risk for multiple disorders and earlier onset of disorder, p < 0.05. Adjusted ORs were for male/female 1.94 [1.90 - 1.99], maternal mental health disorder (yes/not) 1.99 [1.92 - 2.07], and smoking during pregnancy (yes/not) 1.58 [1.54 - 1.62], and these risks were more common in preterm versus term born children (p < 0.05). Extreme early birth was a strong risk factor per se for any or multiple and early shown mental health disorders. Other risk factors for mental health accumulated to preterm children.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Childhood outcomes following preterm birth are widely published, however long-term adult outcomes are less well described. We aimed to determine the quality of life and burden of co-morbidities experienced by preterm-born young adults in Western Australia. METHODS A retrospective observational study was conducted. Participants born at 23-33 weeks gestation cared for at King Edward Memorial Hospital during 1990 and 1991 were recruited from a historical birth cohort. Participants completed general, medical and reproductive health questionnaires. Results were compared with contemporaneous cohort data and/or population statistics. RESULTS Questionnaires were received from 73 young adults aged 28 to 30 years. The majority of respondents completed high school (94.5 %), were employed fulltime (74.0 %) and had close friends and family relationships. Almost all the participants considered their health to be good (94.0 %) and participated in light exercise (90.0 %). Increased hypertension, hypercholesterolaemia, asthma, neuropsychiatric conditions and visual impairment were reported. Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21) scoring identified increased mild anxiety. Increased consultation with healthcare workers and use of prescription medications were reported. CONCLUSION The group of preterm-born adults surveyed reported a good quality of life, supportive interpersonal relationships and they provided significant contributions to society. They did report increased medical and psychological conditions than the general population.

Abstract
This study evaluates the association of birth conditions with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorders (ADHD) in adults using data from two birth cohorts in the city of Pelotas Rio Grande do Sul State, Brazil. In 1982 and 1993 all births in the city were identified and have been prospectively monitored. In the follow-ups at 30 and 22 years of the 1982 (n = 3,574) and 1993 (n = 3,780) cohorts, respectively, participants were examined, and trained psychologists applied the Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview (M.I.N.I.). Those individuals who met the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) diagnostic criteria were defined as positive for ADHD. Poisson regression with robust variance adjustment was used to estimate the prevalence ratio (PR) adjusted for sex, maternal skin color, family income, maternal age, maternal schooling during pregnancy, maternal marital status, parity, and maternal smoking during pregnancy. The prevalence of adult ADHD was 4.4% and 4.5% in the 1982 and 1993 cohorts, respectively. The prevalence of ADHD was higher in those born with lower weight, but no linear trend was observed, and those born with weight between 3,000 and 3,499 grams (PR = 1.40; 95%CI: 1.05-1.86) had the highest risk. For gestational age, we observed an inversely proportional relationship for the presence of ADHD: preterm infants had a 33% higher risk (95%CI: 0.90-1.96) of being considered as having ADHD than those born at 39 or more weeks, but as the confidence interval included nullity, this association may have occurred at random. These results indicate that birth weight and gestational age may be associated with adult ADHD.

Abstract
Preterm birth is associated with an increased risk of neurodevelopmental and neurobehavioral impairments including attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), the most common neurobehavioral disorder of childhood. In this narrative review, we examine the known associations between prematurity and ADHD and highlight the impact of both prematurity and ADHD on multiple domains across the pediatric life-course. We develop a framework for understanding the health services journey of individuals with ADHD to access appropriate services and treatments for ADHD, the "ADHD Care Cascade". We then discuss the many racial and ethnic inequities that affect the risk of preterm birth as well as the steps along the "ADHD Care Cascade". By using a life-course approach, we highlight the ways in which inequities are layered over time to magnify the neurodevelopmental impact of preterm birth on the most vulnerable children across the life-course.

Abstract
Early intervention programs involving both the parent and the infant born preterm have demonstrated positive effects on developmental outcomes for the children. However, studies have also shown that parental engagement and adherence when implementing intervention programs can be challenging. The aim of this review was to provide a comprehensive description and new insights into key messages gleaned from the parent reports on participating in early intervention with their infant born preterm; knowledge vital to facilitate implementation of early interventions into clinical practice when using a model of direct parent involvement. Early intervention is broadly defined as a multi-interdisciplinary field provided to children from birth to five years of age to foster child health, wellbeing, development, adapting parenting and family function. For this systematic synthesis we define early intervention as programs with specific activities completed with the infant during the first year after birth. We assembled qualitative interview studies on parents' experiences with participation in early intervention and applied Malterud's qualitative systematic meta-synthesis to synthesize and translate the original findings across studies. In the analysis we applied enactive concepts of embodiment, autonomy, participatory sensemaking, and agency. 10 qualitative studies were identified and included. The systematic synthesis reveals how parents' successful and meaningful participation in early intervention programs were facilitated by their "active embodied doing." The "embodied doing" appeared as the basis for the parents' sense-making processes, development of confidence, and the ability for parents to see new possibilities for actions within themselves, with and in the child. In that respect, a perception of mutuality in the interaction between parent, infant and interventionist was central. Consequently, an important consideration when implementing early intervention into clinical practice is to promote embodied parent-infant interactions as well as trust between the parent and the interventionist.

Abstract
In attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), hyperactivity and impulsivity occur in response to delayed reward. Herein we report a novel animal model in which male Sprague-Dawley rats exposed to repeated hypoxic brain injury during the equivalent of extreme prematurity were ADHD-like hyperactive/impulsive in response to delayed reward and attentive at 3 months of age. Thus, a unique animal model of one of the presentations/subtypes of ADHD was discovered. An additional finding is that the repeated hypoxia rats were not hyperactive in the widely used open field test, which is not ADHD specific. Hence, it is recommended that ADHD-like hyperactivity and ADHD-like impulsivity, specifically in response to delayed reward, be a primary component in the design of future experiments that characterize potential animal models of ADHD, replacing open field testing of hyperactivity. Unknown is whether death and/or activity of midbrain dopaminergic neurons contributed to the ADHD-like hyperactivity/impulsivity detected after delayed reward. Hence, we stereologically measured the absolute number of dopaminergic neurons in four midbrain subregions and the average somal/nuclear volume of those neurons. Repeated hypoxia rats had a significant specific loss of dopaminergic neurons in the right ventral tegmental area (VTA) at 2 weeks of age and 18 months of age, providing new evidence of a site of pathology. No dopaminergic neuronal loss occurred in three other midbrain regions. Fewer VTA dopaminergic neurons correlated with increased ADHD-like hyperactivity and impulsivity. Novel early intervention therapies to rescue VTA dopaminergic neurons and potentially prevent ADHD-like hyperactivity/impulsivity can now be investigated.

Abstract
Objectives To assess neurocognitive function in adults born with low birthweight compared with controls and to explore associations between neurocognitive function and psychopathology in these groups. Methods In this prospective cohort study, one group born preterm with very low birthweight (VLBW: birthweight <1,500 g, n = 53), one group born small for gestational age at term (SGA: birthweight <10th percentile, n = 63) and one term-born control group (birthweight ≥10th percentile, n = 81) were assessed with neurocognitive tests, diagnostic interviews, and self-report questionnaires at 26 years of age. Results The VLBW group scored significantly below the control group on several neurocognitive measures, including IQ measures, psychomotor speed, verbal fluency, aspects of visual learning and memory, attention, social cognition, working memory and fine motor speed. The SGA group consistently scored at an intermediate level between the VLBW and the control group and had significantly lower scores than controls on Performance IQ and psychomotor speed, including switching. In the VLBW group, associations were found between lower spatial working memory and the presence of anxiety disorders, internalizing and attention problems, and autistic traits. Furthermore, lower Full scale IQ was associated with attention problems when adjusting for sex and parental socioeconomic status. Conclusion Adults born preterm with VLBW or born term SGA displayed neurocognitive difficulties. Spatial working memory was associated with difficulties with attention, anxiety, and social function of VLBW adults. The finding and its clinical applicability should be further explored.

Abstract
Objectives Several studies have indicated a potential association between early life course-related traits and neurological and psychiatric disorders in adulthood, but the causal link remains unclear. Methods Instrumental variables (IVs) that have been shown to be strongly associated with exposure were obtained from summary data of genome-wide association studies (GWASs). Four early life course-related traits [i.e., birthweight (BW), childhood body mass index (BMI), early body size, and age at first birth (AFB)] were used as exposure IVs to estimate their causal associations with three neurological and psychiatric diseases [i.e., Alzheimer's disease (AD), major depressive disorder (MDD), and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)]. Four different statistical methods, i.e., inverse-variance weighting (IVW), MR-Egger (MRE), weighted median (WM), and weighted mode (Wm), were performed in our MR analysis. Sensitivity analysis was performed by using the leave-one-out method, and horizontal pleiotropy was assessed using the MR-PRESSO package. Results There was evidence suggesting that BW has a causal effect on AD (ORMR-PRESSO = 1.05, p = 1.14E-03), but this association was not confirmed via multivariable Mendelian randomization (MVMR) (ORMVMR = 0.97, 95% CI 0.92-1.02, p = 3.00E-01). A strong relationship was observed between childhood BMI and ADHD among both sexes; a 1-SD increase in BMI significantly predicted a 1.46-fold increase in the OR for ADHD (p = 9.13E-06). In addition, a similar relationship was found between early life body size and ADHD (ORMR-PRESSO = 1.47, p = 9.62E-05), and this effect was mainly driven by male participants (ORMR-PRESSO = 1.50, p = 1.28E-3). Earlier AFB could significantly predict a higher risk of MDD (ORMR-PRESSO = 1.19, p = 1.96E-10) and ADHD (ORMR-PRESSO = 1.45, p = 1.47E-15). No significant causal associations were observed between the remaining exposures and outcomes. Conclusion Our results reveal the adverse effects of childhood obesity and preterm birth on the risk of ADHD later in life. The results of MVMR also show that lower BW may have no direct relationship with AD after adjusting for BMI. Furthermore, AFB may predict a higher risk of MDD.

Abstract
Background Very low birth weight (VLBW: ≤1500 g) is associated with multiple short and long-term complications. This study aimed to examine outcomes and predictors of functioning, mental health, and health-related quality of life in adults born with VLBW. Methods In this prospective longitudinal cohort study, 67 VLBW and 102 control participants were assessed using the Adult Self-Report of the Achenbach System of Empirically Based Assessment and Global Assessment of Functioning at 26 years, and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale and Short Form-36 at 28 years of age. Associations between perinatal and childhood predictors and adult functioning were assessed using linear regression. Results Compared with controls, the VLBW group had lower mean raw scores on the Function and Symptom subscales of the Global Assessment of Functioning at 26 years, a higher sum score of symptoms of anxiety and depression due to more depressive symptoms, and poorer mental health-related quality of life at 28 years. The mean group differences ranged from 0.42 to 0.99 SD. Within the VLBW group, lower birth weight and gestational age, a higher number of days with respiratory support and poorer motor function at 14 years were associated with a higher sum score of symptoms of anxiety and depression at 28 years. Days with respiratory support and motor function at 14 years were also predictive of Global Assessment of Functioning scores at 26 years, and mental health-related quality of life at 28 years. Poorer motor and cognitive function at five years were associated with poorer physical health-related quality of life at 28 years. Parental socioeconomic status was related to mental and physical health-related quality of life. Conclusion In this study, VLBW adults reported poorer functioning and mental health-related quality of life, and more depressive symptoms than their term born peers. Days with respiratory support and adolescent motor function predicted most of the adult outcomes. This study explicates perinatal and developmental markers during childhood and adolescence which can be target points for interventions.
