Abstract
A metal, ligand and solvent-free three component reaction of 1-aryl-1,3-butadienes, CS2 and amine has been developed. In this process, readily available CS2 and secondary amines were used for C-N and C-S bonds giving allyl dithiocarbamates with notable Markovnikov selectivity, mild reaction conditions, simple operation and compatibility with various functional groups (37 examples). This is first case of dithiocarbamic acid addition to an unsymmetrical 1,3-diene system.

Abstract
Novel bis(nitroepoxides) were prepared based on terephthaldehyde and isophthaladehyde and their reactions with diversities of nucleophiles such as primary and secondary amine-based dithiocarbamic acids, xanthates, and ammonia-based dithiocarbmamates were investigated for the synthesis of bis(thiazolidine-2-thiones), bis(dithiocarbamates), bis(xanthates) and bis(thiazoles), respectively. It provides simple access to complex molecules in one step in high to excellent yields.

Abstract
Catalyst-free Markovnikov-selective hydrothiolation of unactivated alkenes still remains a great challenge. Herein, we develop a catalyst/metal/solvent-free methodology for the Markovnikov hydrothiolation of unactivated alkenes with in situ prepared dithiocarbamic acids, providing a wide array of alkyl dithiocarbamates. A variety of terminal, internal, cyclic, and acyclic unactivated alkenes were applied successfully in this protocol. This three-component thiol-ene reaction can be considered as a new family of click reactions.

Abstract
Efficient access to S-methyl dithiocarbamates was achieved with sulfonium or sulfoxonium iodide as a methylation reagent. This method is reliable for the synthesis of dithiocarbamates from primary or secondary amines, with sulfoxonium iodide demonstrating more robust methylation capability than sulfonium iodide. Moreover, it also enables facile access to S-trideuteromethyl dithiocarbamates via sulfoxonium metathesis between sulfoxonium iodide and DMSO-d6 with high yields.

Abstract
Oxygen-tolerant, aqueous copper-mediated polymerization approaches are combined with click chemistry in either a sequential or a simultaneous manner, to enable the synthesis of multifunctional protein-polymer conjugates. Propargyl acrylate (PgA) and propargyl methacrylate (PgMA) grafting from a bovine serum albumin (BSA) macroinitiator is thoroughly optimized to synthesize chemically addressable BSA-poly(propargyl acrylate) and BSA-poly(propargyl methacrylate) respectively. The produced multifunctional bioconjugates bear pendant terminal 1-alkynes which can be readily post-functionalized via both [3+2] Huisgen cycloaddition and thiol-yne click chemistry under mild reaction conditions. Simultaneous oxygen-tolerant, aqueous copper-catalyzed polymerization, and click chemistry mediate the in situ multiple chemical tailoring of biomacromolecules in excellent yields.

Abstract
An efficient domino approach to assemble benzoxazoles and anthranilamides bearing dithiocarbamate moieties has been developed. The proposed route represents a Cu-catalyzed three-component reaction between readily available 5-iodo-1,2,3-triazoles, amines, and CS2. The cascade transformation is based on a denitrogenative coupling of in situ formed dithiocarbamic acids with diazo intermediates, generated via annulation-triggered triazole ring-opening. This method is applicable to nucleophilic secondary amines and features good functional group compatibility.

Abstract
AbstractThiazolidine-2-thiones were prepared via a novel multicomponent reaction of primary amines (amino acids), carbon disulfide, and γ-bromocrotonates. The reaction proceeds via a domino alkylation/intramolecular Michael addition to provide the corresponding thiazolidine-2-thiones in high to excellent yields. By using diamines in this protocol, bis(thiazolidine-2-thiones) derivatives were synthesized. The synthetic utility of the adducts was demonstrated by hydrolysis, amidation, and oxidation reactions.

Abstract
The selective oxidation of olefins, in particular, aromatic olefins to carbonyls, is of significance in organic synthesis. In general, stoichiometric toxic oxidants or a high-cost catalyst is required. Herein we report a novel and practical light-enabled protocol for the synthesis of carbonlys in high yield through a catalyst-free oxidation of olefins using H2O2 as a clean oxidant. A broad scope of carbonyls can be synthesized in high yield, and no catalyst or toxic oxidant is required.

Abstract
An efficient and practical thiocarbonyl surrogate via combination of potassium sulfide and chloroform was established. A variety of dithiocarbamates were afforded along with four new chemical bond formations in a one-pot reaction in which the thiocarbonyl motif was generated in situ. Furthermore, these readily accessed molecules showed promising activity against HDAC8, opening a potential gateway to discover a new type of nonhydroxamate and isoenzyme-selective HDAC inhibitors.
