Abstract
An electro-triggered cascade cyclization strategy was disclosed with concomitant phosphinylation and N-heterocycle construction. It provides a novel and environmentally friendly approach to access phosphinyl-substituted N-heterocycles with no external metal catalyst, oxidant, or heating. Mechanistic studies have revealed that anodic oxidation of H-phosphorus compounds occurs first to generate the key P-centered radical directly and cathodic reduction leads to the concurrent release of molecular hydrogen or methane. This protocol features simple operation, broad substrate scope, clean and mild conditions, and atom and step economy to form heterocycle-containing organophosphorus scaffolds.

Abstract
A visible-light-mediated sustainable approach for metal-free oxygenation of quinoxalin-2(1H)-one by employing Mes-Acr-MeClO4 as a photocatalyst without using any additive or cocatalyst is reported here. O2 served as the eco-friendly and green oxidant source for this conversion. In addition, the protocol exhibited high regioselectivity and tolerance toward a broad spectrum of functional groups to furnish quinoxaline-2,3-diones in good to excellent yields.

Abstract
Herein, we report a Lewis acid-catalyzed Pudovik reaction–phospha-Brook rearrangement sequence between diarylphosphonates or -phosphinates and α-pyridinealdehydes to access valuable phosphoric ester compounds. This transformation provides an extended substrate scope that is complementary to similar previously reported base-catalyzed transformations.

Abstract
A photocatalyst- and additive-free visible-light-induced α-C(sp3)-H phosphinylation of unactivated ethers involving a C-O bond cleavage with molecular oxygen as the sole oxidant at room temperature has been achieved. This method provides a sustainable access to α-hydroxyphosphine oxides in up to 88% yield with good functional group compatibility under mild and neutral conditions (34 examples). Moreover, the subsequent two-step conversion of the resulting dihydroxy diarylphosphine oxides afforded α-phosphinylated cyclic ethers in good overall yields (10 examples).

Abstract
A practical and scalable protocol for electrochemical arylation of quinoxalin(on)es with arylhydrazine hydrochlorides under mild conditions has been developed. This method exhibits high efficiency, easy scalability, and broad functional group tolerance. Various quinoxalin(on)es and arylhydrazines underwent this transformation smoothly in an undivided cell, providing the corresponding aryl-substituted quinoxalin(on)es in moderate to good yields. A radical mechanism is involved in this arylation reaction.

Abstract
Organophosphorous compounds have recently emerged as a powerful class of compounds with widespread applications, such as in bioactive natural products, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals and organic materials, and as ligands in catalysis. The preparation of these compounds requires synthetic techniques with novel catalytic systems varying from transition metal, photo- and electrochemical catalysis to transformations without metal catalysts. Over the past few decades, the addition of P-H bonds to alkenes, alkynes, arenes, heteroarenes and other unsaturated substrates in hydrophosphination and other related reactions via the above-mentioned catalytic processes has emerged as an atom economical approach to obtain organophosphorus compounds. In most of the catalytic cycles, the P-H bond is cleaved to yield a phosphorus-based radical, which adds onto the unsaturated substrate followed by reduction of the corresponding radical yielding the product.

Abstract
Herein, a novel method for the gram-scale synthesis of (E)-quinoxalinone oximes through a multicomponent reaction under mild conditions is described. Such a transformation was performed under transition-metal-free conditions, affording (E)-oximes in a moderate-to-good yield through recrystallization. Our methodology demonstrates a successful combination of a Mannich-type reaction and radical coupling, providing a green and practical approach for the synthesis of potentially bioactive quinoxalinone-containing molecules.

Abstract
The sp3-C-H peroxidation of 3,4-dihydro-1,4-benzoxazin-2-ones was achieved under mild and simple catalyst-free reaction conditions. A range of biologically important alkylated benzoxazinone peroxides are synthesized in high yield with a good functional group tolerance. The C(sp3)-OO bond was constructed efficiently and could be further converted into C(sp3)-C(sp3), C(sp3)-C(sp2), C(sp3)-C(sp), C-P and C[double bond, length as m-dash]O bonds by late-stage functional group transformations.

Abstract
A novel and efficient method of visible-light-induced C3–H fluoroalkoxylation of quinoxalin-2(1H)-ones with fluoroalkyl alcohols is developed. This approach uses readily available fluoroalkyl alcohols as fluoroalkoxylation reagents and displays a wide substrate scope, providing the fluoroalkoxylated products in moderate to good yields. Compared with the previous method, such a transformation uses oxygen as an oxidant, which avoids the utilization of plenty of PhI(TFA)2. In addition, this strategy also gives a practical tool for the rapid synthesis of histamine-4 receptor antagonist and new N-containing bidentate ligands. A radical mechanism was suggested according to the results of control experiments. A visible-light-induced aerobic C3–H fluoroalkoxylation of quinoxalin-2(1H)-ones with fluoroalkyl alcohols was reported, providing a green access to fluoroalkoxylated quinoxalin-2(1H)-ones.![]()

Abstract
We herein report a versatile and environmentally friendly electrochemical oxidative C-H phosphonylation protocol. This protocol features a broad substrate scope; not only C(sp2)-H phosphonylation, but also C(sp3)-H phosphonylation is tolerated well under exogenous-oxidant-free and metal catalyst-free electrochemical oxidation conditions.
