Abstract
RESEARCH QUESTION Do breast cancer prognostic factors influence ovarian reserve and response to ovarian stimulation in the context of fertility preservation? DESIGN Observational, bicentric retrospective study of 352 women with breast cancer who underwent ovarian stimulation using a random start gonadotrophin releasing hormone antagonist protocol and vitrified oocytes between November 2015 and August 2022. Serum anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) levels and antral follicle count (AFC) were measured. The number of oocytes recovered, maturation rate and follicular output rate (FORT) were analysed according to patients' characteristics and breast cancer prognostic factors. RESULTS Median age was 34 years (31.1-37.1). Median AFC and serum AMH level were 17 (12-26) follicles and 2 (1.2-3.4) ng/ml, respectively. After ovarian stimulation, 10.5 (6.0-16.0) oocytes were recovered, with eight (4-13) being mature. Mean oocyte maturation rate was 79% (62-92). Antral follicle count (>12) significantly affected the risk of recovering fewer than eight mature oocytes (P < 0.0001, multivariate analysis). Follicular responsiveness to FSH, assessed by the follicular output rate (FORT index) and number of oocytes recovered, were 31% (21-50) and 10.5% (6.0-16.0), respectively. FORT index and ovarian stimulation outcomes were not influenced by breast cancer prognostic factors. CONCLUSION Breast cancer prognostic factors do not influence ovarian reserve markers or response to ovarian stimulation in fertility preservation. Therefore, tumour grade, triple-negative status, HER2 overexpression and high Ki67 should not alter the fertility-preservation strategy when considering ovarian stimulation for oocyte vitrification.

Abstract
This study intended to investigate if gynecological cancers compromise ovarian function and reduce the success of assisted reproduction techniques (ART). No clinical and molecular data together is available on this issue for gynecological or other organ cancers. Steroidogenic pathways and DNA damage response characteristics of the granulosa cells retrieved from the 39 gynecological cancer patients were analyzed together with their clinical ART characteristics in comparison to 31 control ART patients. Patients with gynecological malignancies were similar to the control IVF patients for the number of mature oocytes retrieved, fertilization rates and embryo development competency. Molecular analyses of the granulosa cells retrieved from these cancer patients did not detect any perturbations in gonadotropin receptor expression and response, sex steroid production, cholesterol utilization/storage and, DNA damage response pattern in comparison to control IVF patients without cancer. This study provides the first reassuring clinical and molecular combined data set that the presence of gynecological malignancy does not appear to have any detrimental effect on clinical IVF cycle characteristics and ovarian functioning at molecular level.

Abstract
Purpose: This study aims to investigate whether oocyte stimulation outcomes in fertility preservation (FP) vary in patients with different stages of lymphoma. Methods: This is a retrospective cohort study conducted at Northwestern Memorial Hospital (NMH). Between 2006 and 2017, 89 patients were identified with a diagnosis of lymphoma who contacted the FP navigator at NMH. Anti-müllerian hormone (AMH) levels and FP ovarian stimulation outcomes were collected for analysis. The data were analyzed using chi-squared and analysis of variance tests. A regression analysis was also done to adjust for potential confounding variables. Results: Of the 89 patients who contacted the FP navigator, there were 12 patients (13.5%) with stage 1 lymphoma, 43 patients (48.3%) with stage 2, 13 patients (14.6%) with stage 3, 13 patients (14.6%) with stage 4, and 8 patients (9.0%) where staging information was not available. Forty-five of the patients proceeded with ovarian stimulation before initiating cancer treatment. Patients who underwent ovarian stimulation had a mean AMH level of 2.62 and median peak estradiol levels of 1772.0 pg/mL. Median oocytes retrieved was 16.77, mature oocytes were 11.00 and median oocytes frozen after completing FP was 8.00. These measures were also stratified by stage of lymphoma. Conclusion: We found no significant difference in number of retrieved, mature or vitrified oocytes between different cancer stages. There was also no difference in AMH levels in the different cancer stage groups. This suggests that even in higher stages of lymphoma, many patients respond to ovarian stimulation techniques and have a successful stimulation cycle.

Abstract
The aim of our study was to evaluate the feasibility and efficiency of delayed ovarian stimulation and metaphase II oocyte banking for fertility preservation after fertility-impairing treatment regardless of the initial disease. We conducted a cohort study based on population of women < 40 years of age with diminished ovarian reserve caused by fertility-impairing treatment (n = 129). Three groups of women were compared according to the type of initial disease: hematological malignancies, solid tumors, and benign diseases. The primary endpoint was the number of metaphase II oocytes collected per woman. We studied the cumulative live-birth rate per cycle with fertilized metaphase II oocyte, for women who wanted to conceive. We studied 245 delayed controlled ovarian stimulation cycles in 129 women: 201 for fertility preservation and 44 for in vitro fertilization and fresh embryo transfers. The number of metaphase II oocytes collected per woman after banking was similar in the three groups, with a mean of 10.7 ± 4.6, 12.3 ± 9.1, and 10.1 ± 7.6 metaphase II oocytes (p = 0.46), respectively. In the subgroup of women who wanted to conceive, the cumulative live birth rate per woman was 38%, with 8 live births for these 21 women. After fertility-impairing treatment, practitioners should discuss a fertility preservation procedure for banking metaphase II oocytes.

Abstract
PURPOSE OF REVIEW We reviewed the most recent developments including the safety and effectiveness data and success rates in individualized ovarian stimulation protocols for adult and postpubertal females with cancer. RECENT FINDINGS In women with breast cancer, aromatase inhibitor- and tamoxifen-supplemented stimulation protocols increase the margin of safety by limiting estrogen exposure. The outcomes of ovarian stimulation appear similar between cancer and noncancer populations, even with the recently developed random-start protocols, which allow initiation of ovarian stimulation anytime during the menstrual cycle. Based on lower anti-Mullerian hormone levels and primordial follicle density, carriers of BRCA pathogenic variants ( BRCApv ) have decreased ovarian reserve in comparison to women without those variants and may lose larger portion of their ovarian reserve post chemotherapy. Oocyte cryopreservation is also emerging as a suitable fertility preservation approach for selected postpubertal girls as young as 12 years of age. SUMMARY Individualized ovarian stimulation approaches combined with improvements in cryopreservation techniques increased the success and safety margin to preserve fertility with oocyte freezing. Women with BRCApv , on the other hand, may be at disadvantage as they have lower ovarian reserve and may lose larger portion of their ovarian reserve post chemotherapy compared to women who do not carry these variants.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The indications for fertility preservation (FP) have expanded. A few patients who underwent gonadotoxic treatment did not have the opportunity to receive FP, leading to concerns that these patients may develop premature ovarian insufficiency. However, the usefulness of FP in women with reduced ovarian reserve has also been questioned. Progestin-primed ovarian stimulation can improve the controlled ovarian stimulation (COS) protocol, but there is limited data on the efficacy of FP with progestin-primed ovarian stimulation. METHODS We conducted a prospective study of 43 women with cancer or autoimmune diseases before and after gonadotoxic treatment at the reproductive unit of Keio University Hospital, counselled between 1 January 2018 and 31 December 2021. After counselling, informed consent was obtained for FP from 43 patients, with those who underwent gonadotoxic treatment of the primary disease being prioritised. Gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogue or progestin was used to suppress luteinising hormone in COS before or after gonadotoxic treatment. The number of cryopreserved mature oocytes was the primary outcome. RESULTS Forty-three patients and 67 assisted reproductive technology cycles were included in the analysis. The median age at entry was 32 [inter quartile range (IQR), 29-37] years. All patients in the post-gonadotoxic treatment group had their oocytes frozen. Gonadotoxic treatment resulted in fewer oocytes [median 3 (IQR 1-4); pre-gonadotoxic treatment group: five patients, 13 cycles] vs. median 9 (IQR 5-14; pre-gonadotoxic treatment group: 38 patients, 54 cycles; P < 0.001). Although anti-Müllerian hormone levels were lower in the post-gonadotoxic treatment group (n = 5, 13 cycles, median 0.29 (IQR 0.15-1.04) pg/mL) than in the pre-gonadotoxic treatment group (n = 38, 54 cycles, median 1.89 (IQR 1.15-4.08) pg/mL) (P = 0.004), oocyte maturation rates were higher in the post-gonadotoxic treatment group [median 100 (IQR 77.5-100) %] than in the pre-gonadotoxic group [median 90.3 (IQR 75.0-100) %; P = 0.039]. Five patients in the pre-gonadotoxic treatment group had their cryopreserved embryos thawed, of which three had live births. CONCLUSIONS Oocytes obtained for FP from women with cancer or autoimmune disease for FP are of satisfactory quality, regardless of whether they are obtained post-gonadotoxic treatment or COS protocols.

Abstract
The incidence of cancer in reproductive-aged women is 7%, but, despite the increased number of cancer cases, advances in early diagnosis and treatment have raised the survival rate. Furthermore, in the last four decades, there has been a rising trend of delaying childbearing. There has been an increasing number of couples referred to Reproductive Medicine Centers for infertility problems after one partner has been treated for cancer. In these cases, the main cause of reduced fertility derives from treatments. In this review, we describe the effects and the risks of chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and surgery in women with cancer, and we will focus on available fertility preservation techniques and their efficacy in terms of success in pregnancy and live birth rates.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE This study aims to offer an update assessment of the knowledge of Chinese oncologists on female fertility preservation, and identify the determinants that influence the implementation of fertility preservation. METHODS A total of 713 Chinese oncologists with different specialties completed the online self-report questionnaire to assess their understanding of fertility risks in cancer treatment, knowledge on female fertility preservation, and perceptions on the barriers in referring patients for fertility preservation. RESULTS Although most oncologists were familiar with fertility risk in cancer treatment, half of them lacked the knowledge for reproduction and preservation methods. In the multivariable model, oncologists in a hospital with a specialized reproductive institution, positive precaution for fertility risk, and fertility preservation discussion with patients were significantly correlated with the possibility of fertility preservation referral. CONCLUSIONS The intervention targets based on the update evaluation and identified influencing determinants will be helpful for all the oncofertility researchers, oncologists and institutions in future efforts for well-established female fertility preservation services.

Abstract
PURPOSE To investigate if breast cancer stage and grade affect fertility preservation outcomes. METHODS We performed a retrospective cohort study that included premenopausal women with breast cancer undergoing fertility preservation diagnosed between January 2011 and January 2019. The primary outcome measure was the number of mature oocytes (MII) per antral follicle count (AFC). Secondary outcome measures included total oocytes retrieved, total mature oocytes retrieved, and greater than 10 mature oocytes preserved. Univariate and multivariate models were used to assess the association of low vs. high stage (low stage I-II and high stage III-IV) and grade I vs. grade II/III with each outcome, with adjustment for confounders. RESULTS A total of 267 premenopausal breast cancer patients undergoing fertility preservation were included in our study, with the majority presenting with low stage (N = 215, 80.5%), grade II/III (N = 235, 88.1%) disease. Baseline AFC, total gonadotropin dose, days of stimulation, and follicles [Formula: see text] 13 mm on the day of trigger did not differ by stage or grade. After adjusting for age, BMI, and baseline AFC, we found that the mean MII per AFC did not differ by stage (1.0 vs. 1.1, P = 0.3) or grade (1.0 vs. 1.0, P = 0.92). Similarly, total oocytes retrieved, total MII retrieved, and percentage of patients who were able to preserve greater than 10 MII did not differ by breast cancer stage or grade (all P > 0.2). CONCLUSION Breast cancer grade and stage do not impact ovarian stimulation or fertility preservation outcome.

Abstract
PURPOSE To determine the frequency of hereditary breast cancer associated with different mutated genes and to evaluate fertility preservation (FP) outcomes among young women with hereditary breast cancer when compared to non-hereditary breast cancer. MATERIAL AND METHODS A retrospective cohort study of women with breast cancer who underwent fertility preservation treatment at our academic fertility center between 2005 and 2019. We included all women with breast cancer aged < 40 years who had a genetic testing and underwent fertility preservation before starting gonadotoxic therapy (n = 132). Our objective was to evaluate the total number of oocytes retrieved, mature oocytes MII, embryos (where appropriate), cryopreserved oocytes, and/or embryos. RESULTS Of 132 women with breast cancer, 40 women were found to be genetically positive (31.4%), 31 women of 40 (77.5%) had a BRCA mutation, 3 (7.5%) had ATM, 2 (5%) had CHK2, and one (2.5%) for each of the following genes: PALP2, NF, MUTYH.c.536A, and TP53. There was no significant difference between the groups in the total number of eggs retrieved and the number of MII oocytes and cryopreserved oocytes. The numbers of fertilized oocytes and cryopreserved embryos in the hereditary (n = 40) and non-hereditary (n = 92) group were (5.15 ± 6.6 vs 2.90 ± 4.2, P = 0.054) and (3.35 ± 3.7 vs 1.9 ± 2.8, P = 0.046) respectively. CONCLUSION More than three quarters of positive mutated genes in women with breast cancer are BRCA mutations. Compared to those with non-hereditary breast cancer, women with hereditary breast cancer attained higher number of cryopreserved embryos.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Oocyte (OC), embryo (EC), and ovarian tissue cryopreservation (OTC) are options for fertility preservation (FP) before going through gonadotoxic cancer treatment, or anticipated fertility decline in benign ovarian diseases, or for planned OC. The aim of this study is to report outcomes of FP in a single tertiary hospital in Korea. METHODS This is a retrospective study of OC, EC, and OTC cycles. All patients who visited or were referred to the infertility clinic at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology for the purpose of FP between 2010 and October 2021 were included. RESULTS A total of 564 controlled ovarian stimulation cycles were conducted in 416 women. Three hundred fifty-seven women underwent 494 OC cycles. Most patients were diagnosed with breast cancer (22.4%), followed by endometriomas (21.9%), and then by planned OC (20.7%). Cases of OC have increased over the years, peaking at 109 cycles in 2019 compared to one in 2010. Fifty-nine women underwent 70 EC cycles, and breast cancer (50.8%) was the most common indication. Repetitive OC and EC cycles were undergone in 92 and 9 women, respectively (mean number of repetition, 1.37 and 1.19 times in OC and EC, respectively), yielding a maximum number of 33 oocytes or 23 embryos being cryopreserved per patient. The utilization rate was 3.1% (11/357) in OC and 16.9% (10/59) in EC. Twenty-six women underwent OTC, and gynecologic cancer was the most common indication (9/26, 34.6%). One woman had the cryopreserved ovarian tissue retransplanted and successfully generated embryos. CONCLUSION OC, EC, and OTC are possible options for preserving fertility, and these opportunities should be provided for women at risk of fertility decline or those who are eager to protect their future fertility. This is the first report on long-term FP outcomes in a single tertiary center in Korea. We expect that there will be more cases over the years and more women returning to use their gametes or embryos for pregnancy.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION The impact of cancer on basal fertility and ovarian response to stimulation has not yet been clarified. Evidence on this topic is scarce and conflicting. Aim of this study was to assess the impact of breast cancer stage and grade on the number of retrieved mature oocytes during controlled ovarian stimulation for fertility preservation. METHODS Retrospective cohort study evaluating data on 101 stimulation cycles of women with breast cancer undergoing oocyte cryopreservation categorized according to breast cancer stage (low-stage: I; high-stage:II-III) and grade (low-grade: G1-2; high-grade: G3) using the American Joint Committee on Cancer staging system (VIII edition). RESULTS High-stage disease was not associated with worse oocyte retrieval outcomes (median 7 vs 7, p = 0.75). High-grade disease patients showed a significantly lower antral follicle count (AFC) compared to low-grade disease patients (10 vs 13, p = 0.03), and required higher doses of FSH (2612 IU vs 2250 IU; p = 0.03) during stimulation. Median number of vitrified oocytes was 6 in low-grade disease patients and 7 in high-grade disease patients (p = 0.35). CONCLUSIONS Stage and grade of breast cancer do not impact the number of retrieved mature oocytes. However, higher grade of breast cancer is associated with lower AFC at baseline and need for higher doses of gonadotropin during ovarian stimulation.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the influence of cancer on ovarian response and oocyte quality in controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH). METHODS This prospective study conducted at the Physiopathology of Reproduction and Andrology Unit of Sandro Pertini Hospital enrolled 82 cancer patients undergoing controlled ovarian stimulation (COH) cycles for fertility preservation, and age- and date-matched controls undergoing COH for in vitro fertilization for male-factor infertility from June 2016 to November 2019. The interventions performed were COH, oocyte retrieval, and quality evaluation. Main outcome measures were maximal estradiol levels on the day of human chorionic gonadotropin administration, duration of stimulation, total amount of gonadotropins administered, number of oocytes retrieved, and rates of metaphase 2 oocytes and abnormal oocytes. All data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (IBM Corp., Armonk, NY, USA) 22.0. RESULTS Intergroup comparisons (82 cancer patients and 180 patients in control group) showed a significant difference in ovarian response, especially for a significant higher number of abnormal oocytes in cancer patients (P < 0.0001). Regression analysis to assess the influence of the neoplastic process, regardless of the type, on ovarian response showed an effect on the main outcome measured due to cancer itself. CONCLUSION Cancer influences the ovarian response, particularly the oocyte quality, during COH performed for fertility preservation.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the impact of lymphoma aggressiveness on ovarian response during fertility preservation treatment. DESIGN Retrospective cohort study. SETTING University-affiliated tertiary hospital. PATIENT(S) Women with lymphoma who underwent ovarian stimulation for fertility preservation in the period from 2009 to 2018. INTERVENTION(S) None. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE(S) Primary outcome: the number of mature oocytes; secondary outcomes: the number of retrieved oocytes, estradiol level, and number of follicles >14 mm on the day of oocyte maturation trigger. RESULT(S) Patients with stage I-II lymphoid neoplasms (localized disease) were compared with those with stage III-IV lymphomas (advanced disease). Women with favorable levels of biochemical prognostic markers were also compared with those with unfavorable levels. Women with favorable levels of biochemical prognostic markers (n = 74) had a higher number of mature oocytes compared with patients with unfavorable serum levels (n = 67): 11 (7.8-16) versus 9 (5-11), respectively. The number of mature oocytes was similar between patients with localized (n = 75) and advanced (n = 66) lymphomas. Women with unfavorable combination of stage and biochemical factors had lower number of mature oocytes compared to patients with favorable combination: 8 (5-10) versus 11 (7-16), respectively. Multivariate logistic regression showed that favorable levels of biochemical markers as well as a combination of extent and biochemical parameters were statistically significantly associated with the result of over 10 mature oocytes. CONCLUSION(S) Highly-aggressive lymphoid neoplasms have a negative impact on ovarian function and response during fertility preservation treatment.

Abstract
To assess the added value of maturing immature oocytes collected during fertility preservation treatments in women with malignancy. A retrospective case-control study analyzing the results of 327 cancer patients undergoing fertility preservation treatments. Oocyte maturation rates and cycle parameters were compared between 3 types of fertility preservation treatments: (1) stimulated IVF cycle (n = 143), (2) non-stimulated IVM cycle (n = 158), (3) follicle aspiration and oocyte collection from ovarian tissue prepared for ovarian tissue cryopreservation followed by in vitro maturation of the immature oocytes (n = 48). The primary outcome measure was the maturation rate and the number of mature oocytes. The secondary outcomes were oocyte fertilization and embryo development rates. The mean maturation rate in IVF cycles was 38% and in the non-stimulated IVM cycles was 55%. In women who chose to cryopreserve their embryos, similar fertilization and embryo cleavage rates were found in oocytes that matured after stimulated IVF cycles compared to non-stimulated IVM cycles. Gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist triggering, treatment with aromatase inhibitor, or oral contraceptives use before the cycle did not affect the maturation rate. Ovarian stimulation yields the highest number of oocytes or embryos for cryopreservation. Although the maturation rate of immature oocytes collected in stimulated IVF cycles is low, it is still a viable source of oocytes that can be used to improve the efficacy of fertility preservation treatments by increasing the number of mature oocytes available for freezing or fertilization.

Abstract
PURPOSE To evaluate fertility preservation outcomes in breast cancer women with different hormonal receptor profiles before oncological treatment. METHODS The study population included women with a diagnosis of breast cancer who underwent fertility preservation from 2009 until 2018 at a university-affiliated tertiary hospital. Stimulation parameters and fertility preservation outcomes were compared among the following receptor-specific profile groups: (1) estrogen receptor positive (ER+) versus estrogen receptor negative (ER-), (2) triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) versus estrogen and progesterone receptor positive (ER+/PR+), and (3) TNBC versus non-TNBC. Primary outcome was the total number of mature oocytes. Secondary outcomes included the number of retrieved oocytes, the peak estradiol level, and the number of follicles > 14 mm on the final oocyte maturation trigger day. RESULTS A total of 155 cycles were included in the final analysis. These were divided into the exposure groups of ER+ (n = 97), ER- (n = 58), ER+/PR+ (n = 85), TNBC (n = 57), and non-TNBC (n = 98). Cycle outcomes revealed similar number of retrieved oocytes and follicles > 14 mm on the trigger day. Women with TNBC had significantly lower number of mature oocytes compared with those with ER + PR+ (7 (5-11) versus 9 (7-15); p = 0.02) and non-TNBC (7 (5-11) versus 9 (7-16); p = 0.01) status. Triple-negative breast cancer profile was associated with a significant reduction in the chance of developing over 10 mature oocytes (OR 0.41; 95% CI 0.19-0.92). CONCLUSION Among the different hormonal receptor profiles in breast cancer, the TNBC subtype has a negative effect on fertility preservation outcomes.

Abstract
RESEARCH QUESTION Does breast cancer spread and aggressiveness affect fertility-preservation results? DESIGN Retrospective cohort study of women with breast cancer undergoing fertility-preservation treatment. INCLUSION CRITERIA age 18-38 years and use of gonadotrophin releasing hormone antagonist protocol; exclusion criteria: recurrent cancer, previous oncological treatment, previous ovarian surgery and known ovarian pathology. Stimulation cycle outcomes of women with low-stage breast cancer were compared with those with high-stage disease. Patients with low-grade (G1-2) were compared with those with high-grade (G3) malignancies. PRIMARY OUTCOME total number of mature oocytes; secondary outcomes: oestradiol level and number of follicles wider than 14 mm on the day of trigger, number of retrieved oocytes and cryopreserved embryos. RESULTS The final analysis included 155 patients. Patients with high-grade tumours (n = 80; age 32 years [28-35]) had significantly lower number of mature oocytes compared with patients with low-grade cancer (n = 75; age 32 years [28-35]; seven mature oocytes [4-10] versus 13 mature oocytes [7-17]; P = 0.0002). The number of cryopreserved embryos was also lower in the high-grade group (three [2-5] versus five [3-9]; P = 0.02). Stage-based analysis revealed a similar number of mature oocytes in high-stage (n = 73; age 32 years [28-35]) compared with low-stage group (n = 82; age 33 years [28-35]; eight mature oocytes [4-13] versus nine mature oocytes [7-15]; P = 0.06). CONCLUSIONS High-grade breast cancer has a negative effect on total number of mature oocytes and cryopreserved embryos.

Abstract
Objective: The aim of the present study is to report our experience on elective women fertility preservation before cancer treatment. Study Design: This is a single-center retrospective observational study, including all patients who underwent elective fertility preservation before oncological treatment between January 2001 and March 2019 at our Institute. Results: Of a total of 568 women who received fertility counseling, 244 (42.9%) underwent 252 oocyte retrieval cycles after controlled ovarian stimulation for cryopreservation. The majority of patients were diagnosed with breast cancer (59.9%), followed by women affected by Hodgkin's and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (27.4%). A minority comprised patients diagnosed with other malignancies that affected soft tissues (2.8%), ovary borderline type (2.4%), digestive system (1.6%), leukemia (1.6%), uterine cervix (1.2%). The remaining 3.1% were affected by other cancer types. The mean age of the cohort was 31.3 ± 6.4 years and the mean oocyte retrieval was 13.5± 8.4. Of 11 women who returned to attempt a pregnancy, three performed two thawed cycles. We obtained four pregnancies from 24 embryo transfers (Pregnancy Rate 36.4% for couple): two miscarriages and two live births. Overall, 95.7% of oocytes are still in storage. Conclusions: A close collaboration between Cancer and Fertility Center in a tertiary care hospital is essential to provide a good health service in oncological patients. Offering fertility preservation is no longer considered optional and must be included in every therapeutic program for women who receive an oncological diagnosis in their reproductive age. Oocyte cryopreservation appears to be a good opportunity for fertility preservation. Our results, although they are obtained in a small sample, are encouraging, even if only 4.5% of patients returned to use their gametes.
