Abstract
A 55-year-old woman with a history of severe endometriosis, followed at our center for 16 years due to multiple episodes of horizontal binocular diplopia, was diagnosed with recurrent paresis of the VI cranial nerve of her right eye. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed localized pachymeningitis in her right cavernous sinus. Initial episodes were treated with botulinum toxin. Subsequently, she declined treatment during inter-crisis periods because she remains asymptomatic. Idiopathic hypertrophic pachymeningitis is a rare condition of unknown cause, characterized by chronic inflammation of the meninges resulting in localized or diffuse dural thickening. Clinical manifestations vary widely, from generalized processes with complex neurological symptoms to localized processes with monosymptomatic expression, as presented in this case.

Abstract
PURPOSE To describe clinical manifestations and short-term prognosis of ocular motility disorders following coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) vaccination. METHODS Ocular motility disorders were diagnosed by clinical assessment, high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging, and laboratory testing. Clinical manifestations, short-term prognosis, and rate of complete recovery were analyzed. RESULTS Sixty-three patients (37 males, 26 females) with a mean age of 61.6 ± 13.3 years (range, 22-81 years) were included in this study. Among 61 applicable patients with sufficient information regarding medical histories, 38 (62.3%) had one or more significant underlying past medical histories including vasculopathic risk factors. The interval between initial symptoms and vaccination was 8.6 ± 8.2 (range, 0-28) days. Forty-two (66.7%), 14 (22.2%), and 7 (11.1%) patients developed symptoms after the first, second, and third vaccinations, respectively. One case of internuclear ophthalmoplegia, 52 cases of cranial nerve palsy, two cases of myasthenia gravis, six cases of orbital diseases (such as myositis, thyroid eye disease, and IgG-related orbital myopathy), and two cases of comitant vertical strabismus with acute onset diplopia were found. Among 42 patients with follow-up data (duration: 62.1 ± 40.3 days), complete improvement, partial improvement, no improvement, and exacerbation were shown in 20, 15, 3, and 4 patients, respectively. CONCLUSION This study provided various clinical features of ocular motility disorders following COVID-19 vaccination. The majority of cases had a mild clinical course while some cases showed a progressive nature. Close follow-up and further studies are needed to elucidate the underlying mechanisms and long-term prognosis.

Abstract
The authors report two cases of an abducens palsy and a trochlear nerve palsy, respectively, in two patients who received a coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccine 2 weeks previously. Given the lack of other symptoms, normal test results, and spontaneous resolution of the diplopia, a likely association with the COVID-19 vaccine was suggested. Abstract
The devastating characteristic of COVID-19 pandemic calls for immediate and effective solutions to tackle it. Vaccines seem to be the only promising and effective way to fight against the novel coronavirus - even against new mutated variants. Because of the rapid development and distribution of numerous COVID-19 vaccines in different platforms, meticulous evaluation of vaccines' safety is more critical than ever - especially given the fact that most of the candidates have not completed the clinical phase. Therefore, to optimize the vaccines' safety and efficacy, it is highly important to carefully report and scientifically discuss the serious adverse effects following vaccination. In this respect, we discuss different neurological and neuropsychological adverse effects of COVID-19 vaccines including demyelinating diseases, Bell's palsy (BP), cerebrovascular complications, seizures, functional neurological disorders (FNDs), and some other rare adverse events, and hypothetical mechanisms which can lead to the reported side effects. Given the fact that the incidence of such events are rare and most of them are treatable, the current review aims to shed light on how much the relationship between COVID-19 vaccines and these complications can be reliable and provide an insight for future studies with much more meticulous methodologies to discuss the possible correlational or causal relationship between these complications and COVID-19 vaccines and elucidate whether or not the neurological side effects of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) vaccines can count as a considerable threat to public health.

Abstract
Vaccination efforts as a mitigation strategy in the corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic are fully underway. A vital component of understanding the optimal clinical use of these vaccines is a thorough investigation of adverse events following vaccination. To date, some limited reports and reviews have discussed ocular adverse events following COVID-19 vaccination, but a systematic review detailing these reports with manifestations and clinical courses as well as proposed mechanisms has yet to be published. This comprehensive review one-year into vaccination efforts against COVID-19 is meant to furnish sound understanding for ophthalmologists and primary care physicians based on the existing body of clinical data. We discuss manifestations categorized into one of the following: eyelid, orbit, uveitis, retina, vascular, neuro-ophthalmology, ocular motility disorders, and other.

Abstract
Our aim was to explore the clinical characteristics and diagnostic methods of benign abducens nerve palsy in children. The clinical and laboratory characteristics, treatment approach, and prognosis of two children with benign abducens nerve palsy were retrospectively evaluated. The main clinical symptoms of the two children were limited binocular movement accompanied by double vision, and the positive physical signs were limited binocular abduction accompanied by diplopia. No abnormalities were found in laboratory examinations or in imaging of the head, chest, and abdomen. Both children were treated with B vitamins, methylprednisolone, and gamma globulin, and the clinical symptoms disappeared within 3 months of starting treatment. The cause of benign abducens nerve palsy in children is unknown, but may be related to immune factors. In the two cases presented here, the patients recovered after treatment with immunomodulators.

Abstract
Children have been described to show neurological symptoms in acute coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and multisystemic inflammatory syndrome in children (MIS-C). We present a 2-year-old boy's clinical course of unilateral acute sixth nerve palsy in the context of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection. Onset of the palsy in the otherwise healthy boy occurred seven days after symptoms attributed to acute infection had subsided respectively 3 weeks after onset of respiratory symptoms. SARS-CoV-2 specific IgG was detected in serum as well as in cerebrospinal fluid. The patient showed a prolonged but self-limiting course with a full recovery after three and a half months. This case illustrates in a detailed chronological sequence that sixth cranial nerve involvement may occur as post-infectious, self-limiting complication of pediatric SARS-CoV-2-infection thus expanding the neurological spectrum of symptoms for children with COVID-19. Clinicians should be aware of the possibility of post-infectious sixth nerve palsy related to SARS-CoV-2-infection particularly in view of recent respiratory tract infection or confirmed cases of SARS-CoV-2-infection amongst the patient's close contacts.

Abstract
Benign recurrent sixth nerve palsy in children is rare. It typically occurs following viral illness or immunization, and prognosis is usually excellent. However, it is always a diagnosis of exclusion given the more serious alternative causes. Therefore, a thorough examination with brain imaging is recommended. The authors report a child with six recurrent episodes of isolated benign sixth nerve palsy.
