Abstract
OBJECTIVE To examine survival outcomes and molecular drivers in testis cancer among Hispanic men using a large national sample and molecular database. METHODS We reviewed the SEER registry for testicular cancer from 2000 to 2020. Cox proportional hazards models were used to examine the relationship between race/ethnicity and cancer-specific survival (CSS) by tumor type (seminoma vs. nonseminomatous germ cell tumors [NSGCT]). All models were adjusted for demographic, socioeconomic, and treatment variables. We accessed somatic mutations for testicular cancers through AACR Project GENIE v13.1 and compared mutational frequencies by ethnicity. RESULTS Our cohort consisted of 43,709 patients (23.3% Hispanic) with median follow-up 106 months (interquartile range: 45-172). Compared to Non-Hispanic Whites (NWH), Hispanics presented at a younger age but with more advanced disease. Hispanics experienced worse CSS for NSGCT (HR 1.7, 95% CI: 1.5-2.0, P < 0.01) but not seminoma. Somatic mutation data was available for 699 patients. KIT and KRAS mutations occurred in 24.2% and 16.9% of seminoma patients (n = 178), respectively. TP53 and KRAS mutations occurred in 12.1% and 7.9% of NSGCT patients (n = 521), respectively. No differences in mutational frequencies were observed between ethnic groups. There was significant heterogeneity in primary ancestral group for Hispanic patients with available data (n = 53); 14 (26.4%) patients had primary Native American ancestry and 30 (56.6%) had primary European ancestry. CONCLUSIONS Cancer-specific survival is worse for Hispanic men with non-seminoma of the testicle. Somatic mutation analysis suggests no differences by ethnicity, though genetic ancestry is heterogeneous among patients identifying as Hispanic.

Abstract
Background Recently, male fertility preservation before cancer treatment has become more prevalent. The research in this field has progressed over time, with some studies having a major impact and providing guidance for further research. However, the trends and hotspots of research on fertility preservation in male cancer patients may have changed; exploring them is essential for relevant research progress. Design We extracted relevant studies from the Web of Science Core Collection database, capturing information on the countries of study, affiliations, authors, keywords, as well as co-citations of references and journals. To identify publication trends, research strengths, key subjects, prominent topics, and emerging areas, we conducted a bibliometric analysis using CiteSpace. Results We included 3201 articles on fertility preservation in male cancer patients published over January 1999 to December 2023 were included. Although the relevant research growth rate was slow initially, the number of publications increased annually. Of all study countries, the United States, Germany, and Japan reported the earliest studies; the United States published the highest number of relevant studies. The US institutions remained at the forefront for all 25 years, and the US researcher Ashok Agarwal published the most articles. Literature co-citation analyses indicated a transformation in the study participants; they comprised a younger demographic (i.e., a large number of adolescent male patients underwent fertility preservation); moreover, fertility preservation techniques evolved from sperm cryopreservation to testicular tissue cryopreservation. Research on reproductive outcomes of sperm cryopreservation was the recent hotspot in male fertility preservation research, and the impact of immunotherapy and checkpoint inhibitors on male fertility requires further research. Conclusions Male fertility preservation will be a major future research focus, with closer connections and collaborations between countries and organizations. Our results present the historical data on the development of research on male fertility preservation in cancer patients, providing relevant insights for future research and development in this study area.

Abstract
BACKGROUND In relapsed or refractory (RR) metastatic germ cell cancer (GCC), high-dose (HD) chemotherapy (CTX) plus autologous stem cell transplantation is considered the standard of care. Limited data exist regarding the efficacy of HD-CTX following conventionally dosed salvage regimens (CDRs). This analysis explores and contrasts the efficacy of HD-CTX as the first or subsequent salvage regimen. PATIENTS AND METHODS Data were retrospectively collected to explore the efficacy of HD-CTX administered as the first (group A) or subsequent salvage CTX (group B) after a CDR. The primary endpoint was OS from the time of HD-CTX. Associations of survival, overall response rate (ORR), and toxicity with clinical characteristics were explored using stratified Kaplan-Meier and Cox regression models. RESULTS Overall, 283 patients with GCC were included from 11 international centers, with 159 patients (56%) in group A and 124 patients (44%) in group B. The first salvage treatment was administered between 1998 and 2022, with a median follow-up of 27.0 [standard deviation (SD) 46.2] months for group A and 17.0 (SD 48.5) months for group B. The median OS from HD-CTX treatment initiation was not reached in group A, compared with 25 months in group B (P = 0.00027), associated with 2- and 5-year OS rates of 74% and 63% (group A) versus 53% and 37% (group B), respectively. When administered as the first salvage treatment, HD-CTX was associated with a higher ORR (79% versus 60%; P = 0.013) and lower nonhematologic grade ≥3 toxicity rate (78% versus 97%; P < 0.001). Concerning risk factor analysis for the total cohort, the International Prognostic Factors Study Group score was the only independent predictor of OS in multivariable analysis (P = 0.006). CONCLUSIONS When administered as the initial salvage treatment or after CDR, HD-CTX exhibits curative potential for patients with RR GCC. The efficacy and safety outcomes were more favorable when HD-CTX was conducted as the first salvage treatment line.

Abstract
BACKGROUND No study has quantified the impact of pain and other adverse health outcomes on global physical and mental health in long-term US testicular cancer survivors or evaluated patient-reported functional impairment due to pain. METHODS Testicular cancer survivors given cisplatin-based chemotherapy completed validated surveys, including Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System v1.2 global physical and mental health, Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System pain questionnaires, and others. Multivariable linear regression examined relationships between 25 adverse health outcomes with global physical and mental health and pain-interference scores. Adverse health outcomes with a β^ of more than 2 are clinically important and reported below. RESULTS Among 358 testicular cancer survivors (median age = 46 years, interquartile range [IQR] = 38-53 years; median time since chemotherapy = 10.7 years, IQR = 7.2-16.0 years), median adverse health outcomes number was 5 (IQR = 3-7). A total of 12% testicular cancer survivors had 10 or more adverse health outcomes, and 19% reported chemotherapy-induced neuropathic pain. Increasing adverse health outcome numbers were associated with decreases in physical and mental health (P < .0001 each). In multivariable analyses, chemotherapy-induced neuropathic pain (β^ = -3.72; P = .001), diabetes (β^ = -4.41; P = .037), obesity (β^ = -2.01; P = .036), and fatigue (β^ = -8.58; P < .0001) were associated with worse global mental health, while being married or living as married benefited global mental health (β^ = 3.63; P = .0006). Risk factors for pain-related functional impairment included lower extremity location (β^ = 2.15; P = .04) and concomitant peripheral artery disease (β^ = 4.68; P < .001). Global physical health score reductions were associated with diabetes (β^ = -3.81; P = .012), balance or equilibrium problems (β^ = -3.82; P = .003), cognitive dysfunction (β^ = -4.43; P < .0001), obesity (β^ = -3.09; P < .0001), peripheral neuropathy score (β^ = -2.12; P < .0001), and depression (β^ = -3.17; P < .0001). CONCLUSIONS Testicular cancer survivors suffer adverse health outcomes that negatively impact long-term global mental health, global physical health, and pain-related functional status. Clinically important factors associated with worse physical and mental health identify testicular cancer survivors requiring closer monitoring, counseling, and interventions. Chemotherapy-induced neuropathic pain must be addressed, given its detrimental impact on patient-reported functional status and mental health 10 or more years after treatment.

Abstract
STUDY QUESTION Does sperm cryopreservation serve as a feasible and effective method for preserving fertility in adult male patients with cancer? SUMMARY ANSWER Sperm cryopreservation is an effective fertility preservation method and may benefit patients with cancer. WHAT IS KNOWN ALREADY Sperm cryopreservation is the only way to efficiently preserve male fertility. It is an important procedure in ART. Recently, due to remarkable advances in cancer treatment, an increasing number of studies have reported the outcomes of sperm cryopreservation in patients with cancer. STUDY DESIGN SIZE DURATION We conducted an extensive literature search for relevant studies published through to 31 December 2021, in the following databases: CENTRAL, CNKI, Cochrane Systematic Reviews, EMBASE, MEDLINE, PUBMED, and Web of Science. The search terms used were '(cryopreservation OR freeze OR freezing OR banking OR cryostorage OR storage) AND (sperm OR semen OR spermatozoon) AND (cancer OR tumor OR malignancy OR neoplasm)'. PARTICIPANTS/MATERIALS SETTING METHODS We included all studies that reported offering or attempting to cryopreserve sperm before or during cancer treatment in male patients considered at risk of treatment-related fertility impairment. We evaluated the eligibility of all data in each study. The major exclusion criteria were as follows: non-cancer patients; pediatric and adolescent cancer patients; not reporting the use of cryopreserved sperm; use of fresh semen for ART; not reporting the number of patients with cancer offered sperm cryopreservation or attempting to do so before or during treatment; using an experimental fertility preservation technique such as preservation of testicular tissue or spermatogonial stem cells; duplicate data; abstracts, case report, comments, reviews, or editorials; insufficient data reported. The quality of the included studies was assessed using the Newcastle-Ottawa scale and the Methodological Index for Non-Randomized Studies. MAIN RESULTS AND THE ROLE OF CHANCE This meta-analysis included 69 non-randomized studies, with 32 234 patients referred for sperm analysis and 23 178 patients cryopreserving at least one sperm sample. The pooled failed-to-cryopreserve rate was 10% (95% CI, 8-12%), and the sperm disposal and sperm use rates were 23% (95% CI, 16-30%) and 9% (95% CI, 8-10%), respectively. The pregnancy, miscarriage, and delivery rates were 28% (95% CI, 22-33%), 13% (95% CI, 10-17%), and 20% (95% CI, 15-25%), respectively. Subgroup analysis showed higher pregnancy and delivery rates, as well as a lower failed-to-cryopreserve rate, in recent studies compared to those released a decade ago. The studies from Asia reported higher sperm disposal and pregnancy rates than in other continents. Our analysis showed clinical pregnancy rates per cycle of 34% (27-41%), 24% (14-35%), and 9% (5-15%) and delivery rates per cycle of 23% (17-30%), 18% (11-26%), and 5% (1-9%) for ICSI, IVF, and IUI, respectively. LIMITATIONS REASONS FOR CAUTION As with all meta-analyses, some limitations should be considered. The first limitation of our study is that the data span 36 years. During this time, the World Health Organization has revised its sperm analysis standards, and other important changes have been made. There is also a limitation in that the outcome does not analyze the correlation between the type of cancer and sperm quality. Many of the earlier studies were limited by small sample sizes and a lack of control groups. Furthermore, almost all studies did not consider the severity of the disease, which could potentially have a substantial impact on the results. Consequently, further research should evaluate the effect of the type of cancer and, in particular, the severity of the condition on sperm quality in order to draw more precise conclusions. Similarly, it is inappropriate that most studies failed to differentiate between patients with different types of tumors and instead drew generalized conclusions that are presumed to apply to all patients with cancer. In the present analysis, we did not have in-depth information on patients' disease, and although extensive efforts were made to conduct a thorough systematic review and meta-analysis of the outcomes for patients with various types of tumors, the results must be acknowledged as being subject to bias. However, the use of average results obtained in each study, without the patient-level data, might also represent a source of bias. WIDER IMPLICATIONS OF THE FINDINGS Sperm cryopreservation is an effective fertility preservation method and may benefit patients with cancer. The observed utilization rate of frozen sperm at 9% may underestimate the actual usage, as the short follow-up period is inadequate for obtaining comprehensive data on the use of frozen sperm in young cancer survivors. ART plays an important role in fertility preservation and the achievement of pregnancy, with this meta-analysis showing that ICSI delivers better clinical outcomes than IVF or IUI in patients with cancer undergoing fertility preservation. Abstract
Testicular cancer (TCa) is a rare malignancy affecting young men worldwide. Sociodemographic factors, especially socioeconomic level (SEL) and healthcare access, seem to impact TCa incidence and outcomes, particularly among Hispanic populations. However, limited research has explored these variables in Hispanic groups. This study aimed to investigate sociodemographic and clinical factors in Mexico and their role in health disparities among Hispanic TCa patients. We retrospectively analyzed 244 Mexican TCa cases between 2007 and 2020 of a representative cohort with diverse social backgrounds from a national reference cancer center. Logistic regression identified risk factors for fatality: non-seminoma histology, advanced stage, and lower education levels. Age showed a significant trend as a risk factor. Patient delay and healthcare distance lacked significant associations. Inadequate treatment response and chemotherapy resistance were more likely in advanced stages, while higher education positively impacted treatment response. Cox regression highlighted non-seminoma histology, below-median SEL, higher education, and advanced-stage survival rates. Survival disparities emerged based on tumor histology and patient SEL. This research underscores the importance of comprehensive approaches that integrate sociodemographic, biological, and environmental factors to address health disparities improving outcomes through personalized interventions in Hispanic individuals with TCa.

Abstract
Extensive research showcases the extent and efficacy of humor-based messaging in general health promotion. However, the work describing humor's use within testicular cancer (TC) awareness is less developed. The aim of this comparative critical review was to determine the impact of using humor-based messaging in TC awareness campaigns to achieve a baseline assessment from which future research can be modeled. A literature search was conducted using seven databases to locate relevant literature. Three research questions guided this investigation: (1) To what extent has humor been used in TC awareness campaigns? (2) What does the literature reveal about the use of humor-based messaging on relevant health outcomes? (3) What are the limitations within current TC awareness strategies? Six studies were included in the review, of which three directly assessed the use of humor in TC awareness vis-à-vis intervention designs. Humor-based strategies were implemented to enhance knowledge of TC and testicular self-examination (TSE) procedures, reduce anxiety surrounding detection threat, and promote TSE. The rhetoric provided to men via various health interventions relied on humor and slang to promote TSE among males. Despite the small sample size of the included studies, this review determined that humor may be useful in reducing uncomfortable feelings surrounding TSE, increasing awareness of TC, and promoting TSE. When using humor-based messaging, however, the audience and type of humor implemented must be considered. Limited research exists assessing the long-term impact humor in TC promotion on health behavioral changes, easing anxieties related to detection, and increased self-efficacy surrounding TSE.

Abstract
The incidence of testicular cancer is steadily increasing over the past several decades in different developed countries. If on one side better diagnosis and treatment have shone a light on this disease, on the other side, differently from other malignant diseases, few risk factors have been identified. The reasons for the increase in testicular cancer are however unknown while risk factors are still poorly understood. Several studies have suggested that exposure to various factors in adolescence as well as in adulthood could be linked to the development of testicular cancer. Nevertheless, the role of environment, infections, and occupational exposure are undoubtedly associated with an increase or a decrease in this risk. The aim of this narrative review is to summarize the most recent evidence regarding the risk factors associated with testicular cancer, starting from the most commonly evaluated (cryptorchidism, family history, infections) to the newer identified and hypothesized risk factors.

Abstract
Testicular cancer is rare overall but comprises the most common solid malignancy diagnosed in young men aged ∼20-40 years. Most testicular neoplasms generally fall into 2 broad categories: germ cell tumors (GCTs; ∼95%) and sex cord-stromal tumors (SCSTs ∼5%). Given the relative rarity of these tumors, diagnostic biomarkers are highly relevant for their diagnosis. Over the past several decades, diagnostic biomarkers have improved dramatically through targeted immunohistochemical and molecular characterization. Despite these recent advances, most markers are not perfectly sensitive or entirely specific. Therefore, they need to be used in combination and interpreted in context. In this review, we summarize tissue-based biomarkers relevant to the pathologist, with a focus on practical diagnostic issues that relate to testicular GCT and SCST.

Abstract
We urge the United States Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) to call for a formal review of the evidence regarding testicular self-examination (TSE). Twelve years have since passed since the evidence was last formally analyzed where normally re-reviews occur in 5-year cycles. If they would decide to move forward with this action, we ask for the USPSTF to review their methods for establishing recommendations to optimize their rating system operationalization process. Finally, emerging evidence demonstrates a net positive effect of TSE. This stands in contrast to the assertions of TSE's supposed harm that is prevalent in the literature as well as the rationale behind the USPSTF's "D" rating of TSE.

Abstract
Despite having a favorable response to platinum-based chemotherapies, ~15% of Testicular Germ-Cell Tumor (TGCT) patients are platinum-resistant. Mortality rates among Latin American countries have remained constant over time, which makes the study of this population of particular interest. To gain insight into this phenomenon, we conducted whole-exome sequencing, microarray-based comparative genomic hybridization, and copy number analysis of 32 tumors from a Mexican cohort, of which 18 were platinum-sensitive and 14 were platinum-resistant. We incorporated analyses of mutational burden, driver mutations, and SNV and CNV signatures. DNA breakpoints in genes were also investigated and might represent an interesting research opportunity. We observed that sensitivity to chemotherapy does not seem to be explained by any of the mutations detected. Instead, we uncovered CNVs, particularly amplifications on segment 2q11.1 as a novel variant with chemosensitivity biomarker potential. Our data shed light into understanding platinum resistance in a Latin-origin population.

Molecular Insights into Endometrial Cancer in Mice. Stem Cell Rev Rep 2022; 18:1702-1717. Abstract
Pluripotent, very small embryonic-like stem cells (VSELs) and the 'progenitors' endometrial stem cells (EnSCs) along with associated molecular changes in endometrial cancer, that developed seven months after neonatal exposure to estradiol in one of the sixty mice, were studied in the present study. Endocrine disruption affected both endometrium and myometrium, there was accumulation of endometrial fluid and significant hyperplasia. Disrupted endometrial-myometrial junction resulted in mobilization of myometrial cells into endometrium and epithelial and stromal cells into myometrium suggestive of adenomyosis. Markers specific for VSELs/ EnSCs (OCT-4, NANOG, SSEA-1, SCA-1, c-KIT) showed increased expression in uterine sections and marked upregulation of corresponding transcripts (Oct-4A, Oct-4, Sox-2, Nanog, Sca-1, c-Kit) was noted in RNA extracted from both uterine tissue and stem cells enriched from endometrial fluid. Hormonal receptors (ER-α, ER-β, PR, FSHR) were upregulated in both tumor sections and in endometrial fluid. ER-β and FSHR (Fshr3) expression was prominent suggesting a major role in endometrial cancer. Cancer cells showed global hypomethylation (reduced expression of 5-methyl cytosine), reduced expression of tumor suppressor gene (PTEN) and increased expression of cancer stem cells marker (CD166) which suggested dysregulation and aberrant oncogenic events. Increased expression of PCNA, Ki67, SOX-9 suggested excessive proliferation and hyperplasia which are predominant signs of endometrial cancer. Results suggest that VSELs increase in numbers and possibly transform into cancer stem cells (co-express CD166 and OCT-4) in endometrial cancer. Expression of OCT-4, CD133, ALDHA1 and CD166 in side-population cells from human endometrial cancer samples suggests a possible role of VSELs in human endometrial cancer as well.

Abstract
High-dose chemotherapy (HD-Cx) in refractory germ cell cancer (GCC) is effective but limited data are available concerning the optimal approach for stem cell mobilization (SCM) in these patients. In this analysis 102 patients undergoing SCM during first (n = 25) or subsequent treatment lines (n = 77) were analyzed. Subcutaneous injections of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) were given once daily (group 1) in 52 patients (51%), twice daily (group 2) in 39 patients (38%) or one injection Pegylated-G-CSF (PegG-CSF) (group 3) in eleven patients (11%) after one cycle of mobilization chemotherapy. Plerixafor was administered 13 times in group 1, seven times in group 2 and once in group 3. Overall, 77 (75%) patients achieved successful SCM defined as ≥8*106 CD34+ cells/kg body weight for three consecutive HD-Cx plus one backup dose. In group 1, 40 of 52 patients (77%) achieved successful SCM with a median of 11 G-CSF injections, in group 2, 27 of 39 patients (69%) with a median of 14 G-CSF injections and in group 3, 10 of 11 patients (91%) with one injection of PegG-CSF. SCM was more successful if conducted during first-line chemotherapy (p = 0.016) and associated with a beneficial outcome concerning overall survival (p = 0.02) if performed satisfactorily.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The incidence of testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT) is increasing steadily in the United States, particularly among Latinos. TGCT is thought to be initiated in utero and exposure to endocrine-disrupting chemicals, suspected contributors to TGCT pathogenesis, during this critical developmental period may contribute to the rise. OBJECTIVES To assess the relationship between fetal exposure to agricultural endocrine-disrupting pesticides (EDPs) and TGCT risk among adolescents in a diverse population in California. METHODS We conducted a registry-based case-control study of TGCT. Cases, diagnosed between 1997 and 2011, were 15-19 years of age (n = 381). Controls were matched on birth year and race/ethnicity (n = 762). Quantities (kilograms) of 33 pesticides applied within 3 km and 1 km radii of each individual's address before birth were estimated using the Pesticide Use Reporting database. Odds ratios (OR), 95% confidence intervals (CI), and population attributable risk (PAR) were calculated for each EDP (using log-2 transformed values). Risk models considered race/ethnicity, birth year, and neighborhood socioeconomic status. RESULTS A doubling of nearby acephate applications (3 km and 1 km radii) and malathion applications (1 km radius) was associated with increased risks of TGCT among Latinos only (OR = 1.09; 95% CI:1.01-1.17; 1.30; 95% CI:1.08-1.57, and 1.19; 95% CI:1.01-1.39, respectively), whereas application of carbaryl within a 3 km radius increased TGCT risk in non-Latinos only (OR = 1.14, 95% CI:1.01-1.28). We estimate that acephate was associated with approximately 10% of the TGCT PAR, malathion with 3% and carbaryl with 1%. CONCLUSIONS TGCT among adolescents in California was associated with prenatal residential proximity to acephate and malathion among Latinos, and with carbaryl among non-Latinos. These results suggest that the rise in TGCT risk among Latinos may be associated with exposure to these pesticides.

Abstract
Testicular Leydig cell tumor (LCT), the most common sex-cord stromal tumor in men, represents a small fraction of all testicular tumors (~1 to 3%). Although most testicular LCTs are indolent and cured by radical orchiectomy, 5-10% have aggressive biology and metastatic potential. In primary LCTs, large size, cytologic atypia, necrosis, increased mitotic activity, and vascular invasion have been associated with clinically aggressive tumors. From a molecular perspective, the characteristics of aggressive LCTs and the differences between aggressive and nonaggressive LCTs remain largely unexplored. This study compares the genomic landscape of aggressive and nonaggressive testicular LCTs. Twenty-six cases were analyzed using next-generation DNA sequencing (NGS) and immunohistochemistry. Cases were classified as aggressive LCT if they met published criteria for malignancy in primary (i.e., testicular) tumors or if they had pathology-proven metastatic disease; otherwise, cases were considered nonaggressive. This multi-institutional series included 18 aggressive LCTs (14 primary/testicular, 4 metastatic) and 8 nonaggressive LCTs. Two cases (2/26, 8%; both aggressive LCTs) failed sequencing and had negative (i.e., uninformative) FH immunohistochemistry results. One additional primary aggressive LCT failed sequencing but had informative FH immunohistochemistry results. Combined NGS and immunohistochemical analysis demonstrated FH inactivation in 5/26 cases (19%). In addition, NGS demonstrated CTNNB1 mutations or biallelic APC inactivation in 9/23 cases (39%), copy number changes without recurrent mutations in 6/23 (26%) cases, and no alterations in 4/23 cases (17%). CTNNB1 mutations were present in both aggressive and nonaggressive LCTs. In contrast, FH inactivation and multiple copy number changes were only identified in aggressive LCTs. In conclusion, three distinct subgroups of aggressive LCTs were characterized by FH inactivation, Wnt pathway activation, and copy number changes without recurrent mutations, respectively. Nuclear translocation of β-catenin and Wnt pathway activation appear to be early driver events that provide an environment conducive for progression to aggressive biology in a subset of LCTs.

Abstract
Testicular cancer is a rare malignancy that demonstrates variability in histopathologic features, treatment protocols, and outcomes based on a patient's age at presentation. In the pediatric population, puberty provides an important timestamp for evaluating and understanding the disease process. Prepubertal males, often designated as < 11 years of age, are more likely to present with benign disease. In contrast, the majority of post-pubertal testicular masses are malignant. Other factors, such as race/ethnicity, family history, and personal medical history can influence a patient's risk for malignancy as well. Serum tumor markers (STM) and histologic evaluation are key for diagnosis and for determining management. While normal STMs in a pre-pubertal patient likely qualify a patient for testis-sparing surgery, radical orchiectomy is the gold standard for post-pubertal patients, regardless of STM levels. Cross-sectional imaging is essential for staging and may be done before or after surgical intervention depending on the clinical scenario. Excellent survival outcomes are often achieved regardless of disease risk, with low-stage disease managed safely with surveillance. Surveillance usually consists of STM and imaging monitoring. If adjuvant therapy is indicated, a multi-disciplinary team approach is paramount. This approach should include following pediatric vs. adult protocols based of the patient's pubertal status in order to achieve optimal oncologic outcomes.
