Abstract
This article discusses the coexistence and dynamical behaviors of multiple equilibrium points (Eps) for fractional-order complex-valued memristive neural networks (FCVMNNs) with delays. First, based on the state space partition method, some sufficient conditions are proposed to guarantee that there are multiple Eps in one FCVMNN. Then, the Mittag-Leffler stability of those multiple Eps is proved by using the Lyapunov function. Simultaneously, the enlarged attraction basins are obtained to improve and extend the existing theoretical results in the previous literature. In addition, some existing stability results in the literature are special cases of a new result herein. Finally, two illustrative examples with computer simulations are presented to verify the effectiveness of theoretical analysis.

Abstract
During the past decades, many works on Hopf bifurcation of fractional-order neural networks are mainly concerned with real-valued and complex-valued cases. However, few publications involve the quaternion-valued neural networks which is a generalization of real-valued and complex-valued neural networks. In this present study, we explorate the Hopf bifurcation problem for fractional-order quaternion-valued neural networks involving leakage delays. Taking advantage of the Hamilton rule of quaternion algebra, we decompose the addressed fractional-order quaternion-valued delayed neural networks into the equivalent eight real valued networks. Then the delay-inspired bifurcation condition of the eight real valued networks are derived by making use of the stability criterion and bifurcation theory of fractional-order differential dynamical systems. The impact of leakage delay on the bifurcation behavior of the involved fractional-order quaternion-valued delayed neural networks has been revealed. Software simulations are implemented to support the effectiveness of the derived fruits of this study. The research supplements the work of Huang et al. (Neural Netw 117:67-93, 2019).

Abstract
The features of memristive-coupled neural networks have been studied extensively in the continuous field. However, the particularities of the discrete domain are rarely mentioned. This paper constructs a discrete memristor with sine-type conductance and applies the discrete memristor to coupling the Rulkov neuron maps for the first time. The properties of the proposed memristive-coupled bi-neuron Rulkov map and multi-neuron Rulkov neural network are probed. In order to better characterize the discrete system, many numerical simulation methods are used. Such as the normalized mean synchronization error, bifurcation diagrams, phase portraits, spatiotemporal patterns and so on. Numerical studies have shown that in discrete memristor-coupled neural networks, both parameters and coupling factors affect the dynamics of the system, resulting in complex and interesting behavioural changes.

Abstract
This article focuses on the hybrid effects of memristor characteristics, time delay, and biochemical parameters on neural networks. First, we propose a novel neuron system with memristor and time delays in which the memristor is characterized by a smooth continuous cubic function. Second, the existence of equilibria of this type of neuron system is examined in the parameter space. Sufficient conditions that ensure the stability of equilibria and occurrence of pitchfork bifurcation are given for the memristor-based neuron system without delay. Third, some novel criteria of the addressed neuron system are constructed for guaranteeing the delay-dependent and delay-independent stability. The specific conditions are provided for Hopf bifurcations, and the properties of Hopf bifurcation are ascertained using the center manifold reduction and the normal form theory. Moreover, there exists a phenomenon of bistability for the delayed memristor-based neuron system having three equilibria. Finally, the effectiveness of the theoretical results is demonstrated by numerical examples.

Abstract
This paper presents the multistability analysis of almost periodic state solutions for memristive Cohen-Grossberg neural networks (MCGNNs) with both distributed delay and discrete delay. The activation function of the considered MCGNNs is generalized to be nonmonotonic and nonpiecewise linear. It is shown that the MCGNNs with n -neuron have (K+1)n locally exponentially stable almost periodic solutions, where nature number K depends on the geometrical structure of the considered activation function. Compared with the previous related works, the number of almost periodic state solutions of the MCGNNs is extensively increased. The obtained conclusions in this paper are also capable of studying the multistability of equilibrium points or periodic solutions of the MCGNNs. Moreover, the enlarged attraction basins of attractors are estimated based on original partition. Some comparisons and convincing numerical examples are provided to substantiate the superiority and efficiency of obtained results.

Abstract
By using the semi-discretization technique of differential equations, the discrete analogue of a kind of cellular neural networks with stochastic perturbations and fuzzy operations is formulated, which gives a more accurate characterization for continuous-time models than that by Euler scheme. Firstly, the existence of at least one p-th mean almost periodic sequence solution of the semi-discrete stochastic models with almost periodic coefficients is investigated by using Minkowski inequality, Hölder inequality and Krasnoselskii's fixed point theorem. Secondly, the p-th moment global exponential stability of the semi-discrete stochastic models is also studied by using some analytical skills and the proof of contradiction. Finally, a problem of stochastic stabilization for discrete cellular neural networks is studied.

Abstract
In this paper, the problem of stability analysis for memristor-based complex-valued neural networks (MCVNNs) with time-varying delays is investigated extensively. This paper focuses on the exponential stability of the MCVNNs with time-varying delays. By means of the Brouwer's fixed-point theorem and M-matrix, the existence, uniqueness, and exponential stability of the equilibrium point for MCVNNs are studied, and several sufficient conditions are obtained. In particular, these results can be applied to general MCVNNs whether the activation functions could be explicitly described by dividing into two parts of the real parts and imaginary parts or not. Two numerical simulation examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.
