Abstract
BACKGROUND Neurofibromatosis type 1 is an autosomal-dominant disease characterized by café-au-lait spots and neurofibromas, as well as various other symptoms in the bones, eyes, and nervous system. Due to its connection with vascular fragility, neurofibromatosis type 1 has been reported to be associated with vascular lesions, such as aneurysms. However, there have been few reports of abdominal visceral aneurysms associated with neurofibromatosis type 1. Furthermore, there have been no reports of robotic treatment of aneurysms associated with neurofibromatosis type 1. In this report, we describe the case of a patient with neurofibromatosis type 1 with a splenic artery aneurysm who was successfully treated with robotic surgery. CASE PRESENTATION This report describes a 41-year-old Asian woman with a history of neurofibromatosis type 1 who was referred to our hospital for evaluation of a 28 mm splenic artery aneurysm observed on abdominal ultrasound. The aneurysm was in the splenic hilum, and transcatheter arterial embolization was attempted; however, this was difficult due to the tortuosity of the splenic artery. Thus, we suggested minimally invasive robotic surgery for treatment and resection of the splenic artery aneurysm with preservation of the spleen. The postoperative course was uneventful, and the patient was discharged on the eighth day after surgery. At 1 year of follow-up, the patient was doing well, with no evidence of recurrence. CONCLUSION We encountered a rare case of splenic artery aneurysm in a patient with neurofibromatosis type 1 who was successfully treated with robotic surgery. There is no consensus on treatment modalities for neurofibromatosis-related aneurysms, and endovascular treatment is considered safe and effective; however, surgery remains an important treatment modality. Especially in patients with stable hemodynamic status, robotic surgery may be considered as definitive treatment. To our knowledge, this is the first successfully treated case of a splenic artery aneurysm in a patient with neurofibromatosis type 1.

Abstract
We present an uncommon case of a 16-year-old woman with type 1 neurofibromatosis and renovascular hypertension due to bilateral renal stenosis associated with asymptomatic digestive artery stenosis. Our patient was treated by several autologous bypasses to the superior mesenteric artery and the left and right renal arteries. She had no postoperative complications and good clinical and imaging outcomes at 10 years. Furthermore, there are few data on the vascular impairment of this rare disease, thus justifying its presentation.

Abstract
An inferior mesenteric artery aneurysm is considered one of the visceral artery aneurysms, which is extremely rare, although its incidence of detection has been increasing in recent years. A 59-year-old male patient with a renal cell carcinoma in the left kidney was diagnosed with an inferior mesenteric artery aneurysm and treated surgically. Computed tomography revealed atrophy of the right kidney and occlusion of the celiac trunk, superior mesenteric artery, and left renal artery. There were no complications during the hospital stay and no mortality or morbidity was observed at three months of follow-up. In conclusion, the treatment of inferior mesenteric artery aneurysms is usually recommended, due to possible complications such as rupture and thromboembolism with high mortality and morbidity rates.

Abstract
신경섬유종증 1형은 상염색체우성질환으로 가장 흔한 유전 질환 중 하나이다. 혈관병증은 드물게 발생할 수 있으며, 신경섬유종증 1형 혈관병증은 동맥류, 협착, 동정맥기형의 형태로 나타난다. 동맥류의 경우 자연파열과 같은 치명적인 합병증을 유발할 수 있다. 신경섬유종증 1형과 연관된 하장간막동맥류의 파열로 인한 장간막출혈은 매우 드물게 보고되고 있다. 이에 저자들은 신경섬유종증 1형에 의한 방추형 상직장동맥류의 자발적 파열로 내원한 56세 여성환자에서 코일을 이용한 경도관 동맥 색전술을 시행하여 성공적으로 치료한 1예를 경험하였기에 이를 보고하고자 한다.

Abstract
Ischemic injury to the bowel is a disease entity that has a wide spectrum of pathological and clinical findings. Patients with chronic ischemia present with colicky abdominal pain, obstructive symptoms and signs of ischemic colonic stricture. We reported the first case of ischemic colitis arising from a superior rectal artery (SRA) aneurysm. Colonoscopy showed non-resolving colitis complicated by sigmoid stricture. CT angiogram with 3D reconstruction showed a dissecting SRA aneurysm measuring 2 cm by 1.2 cm by 1.3 cm. The patient underwent laparoscopic-assisted low anterior resection, which was converted to open because of adhesions and made a full recovery.

Abstract
Background Visceral artery aneurysms (VAA), although uncommon, are increasingly being detected. We describe a case of spontaneous retroperitoneal hemorrhage from a ruptured IMA aneurysm associated with stenosis of the superior mesenteric artery (SMA) and celiac trunk, successfully treated with surgery. Methods A 65-year-old man presented with abdominal pain and hypovolemic shock. Abdominal CT scan showed an aneurysm of the inferior mesenteric artery with retroperitoneal hematoma. In addition, an obstructive disease of the superior mesenteric artery and celiac axis was observed. Results Upon emergency laparotomy a ruptured inferior mesenteric artery aneurysm was detected. The aneurysm was excised and the artery reconstructed by end-to-end anastomosis. Conclusions This report discusses the etiology, presentation, diagnosis and case management of inferior mesenteric artery aneurysms.
