Abstract
BACKGROUND Online self-assessments are becoming more popular. They can serve as a screening tool for specific conditions or assess mental health more broadly but often lack in depth evaluation. METHODS This study presents preliminary data from an online self-assessment tool for young people within the age range of 12-30 years (Link: redcap.hmri.org.au/surveys/?s = MK7RCELJ79). It covers key symptoms of mood and psychotic disorders and risk factors, such as eating issues, substance use, suicidality, and deliberate self-harming behaviours. Participants self-assessed their level of functioning, access to ongoing interventions, and satisfaction with the help received. Based on the severity of mental health problems and the level of risk, different recommendations of how to seek help were provided. RESULTS Out of 303, 114 participants gave permission to analyse their data. A high-risk profile was defined by anxiety symptoms, panic attacks, suicidal ideation, and urges to self-harm. These individuals were more likely to report psychotic or depression symptoms, recreational substance use and low day-to-day functioning. Ongoing treatment and the satisfaction with it were not determined by the severity of symptoms. CONCLUSIONS These preliminary results suggest that the online self-assessment tool reaches the intended young audience, particularly those with some degree of mental health problems.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Pediatric primary care (PPC) is a common treatment site for pediatric mental health, but it is currently unable to meet the needs of all teen patients, particularly those with minoritized identities and/or marginalized experiences. Digital mental health (DMH) low-intensity treatments (LITs) can increase mental health screening and care capacity in PPC, but how this is done successfully without burdening providers, patients, or families is unclear. This paper presents a pre-implementation study aimed at understanding the implementation context (PPCs in Chicago, IL) for a specific DMH LIT. METHOD Using a mixed-methods design, quantitative data from an online survey of providers assessed current DMH practices in PPC, and qualitative interviews with Pediatricians and Pediatric Psychologists examined implementation determinants for a specific DMH LIT. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and interviews were analyzed using rapid qualitative assessment. RESULTS Survey reports (n = 105) and interviews (n = 6) indicated low current use of DMH. Providers in PPC clinics voiced multiple reasons for low usage and low perceived feasibility, including: Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR) Inner Setting Domain (PPC clinic workflow, responsibility and ethical considerations, patient privacy and confidentiality), CFIR Outer Setting Domain (hospital and healthcare system factors), CFIR Innovation Domain (DMH design), and a cross-cutting theme of safety. CONCLUSIONS Provider-reported low feasibility for integrating DMH in PPC is a call to action to partner with interdisciplinary colleagues and identify how such settings can ethically and seamlessly deliver digital evidence-based and accessible screening and care prior to implementation.

Abstract
Objective Electronic mental health interventions are effective but not well promoted currently among older adults. This study sought to systematically review and summarize the barriers and facilitators of accepting and implementing electronic mental health interventions among older adults. Methods We comprehensively retrieved six electronic databases from January 2012 to September 2022: PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Scopus, PsycINFO, and CINAHL. The JBI-QARI was used to assess the quality of the research methodology of each publication. Eligible studies underwent data coding and synthesis aligned to inductive and deductive methods. The Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research 2.0 was used as a deductive framework to guide a more structured analysis. Results The systematic review screened 4309 articles, 17 of which were included (eight with mixed methods and nine with qualitative methods). We identified and extracted the barriers and facilitators of accepting and implementing electronic mental health interventions among older adults: (1) innovation: technology challenges, optimized functions, and contents, security and privacy; (2) outer setting: community engagement and partnerships, financing; (3) inner setting: leadership engagement, available resources, incompatibility, intergenerational support, training and guidance; (4) individuals: perceptions, capability, motivation of older adults and healthcare providers; and (5) implementation process: recruit, external assistance, and team. Conclusion These findings are critical to optimizing, promoting, and expanding electronic mental health interventions among older adults. The systematic review also provides a reference for better evidence-based implementation strategies in the future.
