Abstract
Objective The concept of intrinsic capacity (IC) revolves around healthy aging and active aging. Since the Introduction of the concept by the World Health Organization in 2015, a series of studies have been conducted by scholars from multiple fields. However, no bibliometric analysis has systematically investigated this issue. We aim to identify the current landscape and frontier trends of scientific achievements on IC in older adults through bibliometric approaches. Methods Quantitative analysis of publications relating to IC in older adults from 2015 to 2023 was interpreted and graphed through the Web of Science Core Collection database on December 5, 2023. A variety of quantitative variables was analyzed, including publication and citation counts, H-index, and journal citation reports. Co-authorship, citation, co-citation, and co-occurrence analyses were performed for countries/regions, institutions, authors, and keywords using the VOSviewer and CiteSpace. Results A total of 952 original and review articles in English were identified. The European countries possessed an absolute advantage in this field. The most contributive institution was the University of São Paulo. The most productive author is Cesari Matteo from France, followed by Qaisar Rizwan from the United Arab Emirates. However, a relatively low level of research cooperation existed between institutions and authors. Important topics mainly include the connotations, theoretical framework models, evaluation, screening tools, and application scenarios of IC. Among the promising hotspots, "biological aging", "ICOPE", "Covid-19", "prevention", "inflammation", "caf22", "prevalence", and "randomized controlled trial" displayed relatively latest average appearing year. Conclusion Global trends indicate a growing scientific output on IC in older adults, and developed countries are leading the way. There is still room for improvement in research team collaboration. The focus gradually shifts from theoretical research to empirical research. It is recommended to pay attention to the latest hot spots, such as "biological aging", "ICOPE implementation", "post-COVID-19 syndrome", and "biomarkers".

Abstract
The study presents a promising approach to enzymatic kinetics using Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) to assess fundamental parameters of modified enteropeptidases. Traditional methods for determining these parameters, while effective, often lack versatility and convenience, especially under varying environmental conditions. The use of EIS provides a novel approach that overcomes these limitations. The enteropeptidase underwent genetic modification through the introduction of single amino acid modifications to assess their effect on enzyme kinetics. However, according to the one-sample t-test results, the difference between the engineered enzymes and hEKL was not statistically significant by conventional criteria. The kinetic parameters were analyzed using fluorescence spectroscopy and EIS, which was found to be an effective tool for the real-time measurement of enzyme kinetics. The results obtained through EIS were not significantly different from those obtained through traditional fluorescence spectroscopy methods (p value >> 0.05). The study validates the use of EIS for measuring enzyme kinetics and provides insight into the effects of specific amino acid changes on enteropeptidase function. These findings have potential applications in biotechnology and biochemical research, suggesting a new method for rapidly assessing enzymatic activity.

Abstract
Background Rheumatoid Diseases (RDs) are a group of systemic auto-immune diseases that are characterized by chronic synovitis, and fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLSs) play an important role in the occurrence and progression of synovitis. Our study is the first to adopt bibliometric analysis to identify the global scientific production and visualize its current distribution in the 21st century, providing insights for future research through the analysis of themes and keywords. Methods We obtained scientific publications from the core collection of the Web of Science (WoS) database, and the bibliometric analysis and visualization were conducted by Biblioshiny software based on R-bibliometrix. Results From 2000 to 2022, a total of 3,391 publications were reviewed. China is the most prolific country (n = 2601), and the USA is the most cited country (cited 7225 times). The Center of Experimental Rheumatology at University Hospital Zürich supported the maximum number of articles (n = 40). Steffen Gay published 85 records with 6263 total citations, perhaps making him the most impactful researcher. Arthritis and Rheumatism, Annals of Rheumatic Diseases, and Rheumatology are the top three journals. Conclusion The current study revealed that rheumatoid disease (RD)-related fibroblast studies are growing. Based on the bibliometric analysis, we summarized three important topics: activation of different subsets of fibroblasts; regulation of fibroblast function; and in vitro validation of existing discoveries. They are all valuable directions, which provide reference and guidance for researchers and clinicians engaged in the research of RDs and fibroblasts.

Abstract
Background Immunotherapy has shown great potential for the treatment of multiple cancer and has been proven to be closely related to the tumor microenvironment. This article reveals collaborations and interactions among authors, nations, organizations, and periodicals assesses the knowledge base, and discovers hot tendencies and new topics associated with immunotherapy-tumor microenvironment (TME) research. Methods This article utilized bibliometrics and visual methods to provide a comprehensive overview of immunotherapy-TME research. Our team retrieved the WoSCC for research and reviews associated with immunotherapy and the tumor microenvironment. VOSviewer and Citespace were primarily used for literature measurement and knowledge graph analysis. Result All English articles and reviews on cancer immunotherapy effectiveness were collected, and 1,419 academic journals with 53,773 authors from 7,008 institutions in 92 countries/regions were found. Publications associated with immunotherapy-TME research were stably increasing. Frontiers of Immunology (n = 722) published the most papers on immunotherapy-TME, and Cancer Research (n = 6761) was the top co-cited journal. The published journals and co-cited journals focused on cancer and immunology fields. The League of European Research Universities (n = 978), Harvard University (n = 528), and the University of Texas system (n = 520) were the most productive institutions. Yang Liu (n = 34) and Topalian (n = 1978) ranked first among the top 10 scholars and co-cited scholars. Simultaneously, immunotherapy-TME researchers were involved in active collaborations. Elements of TME, the foundation of immunotherapy, and the application of immunotherapy in cancers represented the three principal aspects of immunotherapy-TME research. The latest hot spots are drug resistance, prognosis prediction, efficacy prediction, and m6A. Nanomedicine and m6A may be future hot topics. Future research in immunotherapy-TME may be directed at discovering how m6A modification affects tumor development by altering the tumor microenvironment and exploring how to enhance response or reduce drug resistance to immunotherapy by reversing or mediating the physicochemical properties of the TME. Conclusions M6A and nanomedicine are also emerging hotspots in time zone diagrams with high centrality, and prognosis prediction using bioinformatics based on the development of prediction technology may be another future research hotspot.
