Abstract
Post-infection sequelae of COVID-19 (PISC) have raised public health concerns. However, it is not clear whether infected mental health professionals (MHPs) with PISC have experienced more psychiatric symptoms than MHPs without PISC do. This study examined differences in the prevalence of self-reported depression, anxiety, insomnia and suicidality as well as the network structures of these symptoms between these two groups. Participants completed questionnaire measures of psychiatric symptoms and demographics. Expected influence was used to measure centrality of symptoms and network comparison tests were adopted to compare differences in the two network models. The sample comprised 2,596 participants without PISC and 2,573 matched participants with PISC. MHPs with PISC had comparatively higher symptom levels related to depression (55.2% vs. 23.5 %), anxiety (32.0% vs. 14.9 %), insomnia (43.3% vs. 17.3 %), and suicidality (9.6% vs. 5.3 %). PHQ4 ("Fatigue"), PHQ6 ("Guilt"), and GAD2 ("Uncontrollable Worrying") were the most central symptoms in the "without PISC" network model. Conversely, GAD3 ("Worry too much"), GAD5 ("Restlessness"), and GAD4 ("Trouble relaxing") were more central in the "with PISC" network model. In sum, MHPs with PISC experienced comparatively more psychiatric symptoms and related disturbances. Network results provide foundations for the expectation that MHPs with PISC may benefit from interventions that address anxiety-related symptoms, while those without PISC may benefit from interventions targeting depression-related symptoms.

Abstract
Background Public health procedures under the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown policy negatively affect people's health. Students' physical issues have been increased due to restrictions which further impact their psychological and overall well-being. Objective The research looks at the influence of coping behavior in mitigating the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on students' physical/psychological health and general well-being. Methods The study's participants were chosen from a pool of 2200 people using convenience sampling. Using an anonymous online poll, the main data were gathered. The collected data were analyzed by using Smart-PLS. Results From eight direct correlations, seven were found to be true, except the route pandemic -> overall wellbeing, which was not true. Furthermore, it was shown that the mediating effect of coping behavior was statistically significant in the routes of mediation. Conclusion Coping strategies have a significant role in how a person responds to trying circumstances. Our study's results suggest that coping strategies had a statistically significant mediation role in reducing the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is concluded that appropriate coping strategies are an effective adaptation of a protective barrier against the damaging effects of COVID-19 on health.

Abstract
The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic had a significant impact on global health. The alterations in quality of life (QoL) and the persistent symptoms of dyspnea have been the healthcare workers' challenges during and after the pandemic. The aim of this study was to assess factors associated with the QoL and persistent dyspnea experienced by COVID-19 survivors, particularly among healthcare workers. A cross-sectional study was conducted among healthcare workers at H. Adam Malik General Hospital, Medan, Indonesia, using direct interviews to collect the data. The EuroQol 5-dimensional 5-level (EQ-5D-5L) and the self-assessment EuroQol-visual analog scale (EQ-VAS) were employed to assess the QoL of the healthcare workers; and persistent dyspnea was evaluated using the modified Medical Research Council (mMRC) scale. Several possible risk factors such as demographic characteristics (gender and age), clinical characteristics (comorbidities, history of hospitalization, oxygen usage, history of COVID-19 vaccination, the severity of previous COVID-19, existence of post-COVID syndrome) and the symptoms of the post-COVID syndrome were collected. Chi-squared test or Fisher's exact test was used to identify the risk factors associated with the QoL and persistent dyspnea. A total of 100 healthcare workers were included in the study. The EQ-5D-5L assessment found that 2% of healthcare workers experienced pain/discomfort and 4% experienced anxiety/depression. The average healthcare worker's EQ-VAS score was 87.6±8.1. There was no significant association between studied demographics and clinical characteristics with QoL dimensions. However, post-COVID symptoms of activity limitation (p=0.004), sore throat (p=0.026), headache (p=0.012), myalgia (p=0.006), and arthralgia (p=0.001) were associated with pain/discomfort dimension of QoL. In addition, there was a significant association between activity limitation (p=0.012), headache (p=0.020), myalgia (p=0.015) and arthralgia (p=0.032) with anxiety/depression dimension of QoL. Our data suggested that the presence of post-COVID syndrome (p=0.006) and the presence of post-COVID syndrome symptoms of cough (p=0.021) and fatigue (p=0.015) were associated with persistent dyspnea. In conclusion, this study suggests that the presence of post-COVID syndrome and its symptoms are associated with low quality of health-related QoL and persistent dyspnea. Therefore, cautions are needed for such patients to prevent low QoL in the future.

Abstract
Background Health-related quality of life (HRQoL) is a multidimensional concept encompassing the physical, functional, emotional, and social/family well-being of an individual. Recent reports suggest that Covid-19 may lead to poorer HRQoL of the patients infected both in the short and long term. The present study aimed to assess the health-related quality of life and their determinants among COVID-19 intensive care unit (ICU) survivors. Materials and Methods In the study, 107 COVID-19 (RTPCR positive) patients admitted to the (ICU) of a tertiary care centre from August 2021-January 2022 were taken from the hospital records. Line listing of all the patients was done, and the study population was selected using the lottery method under a simple random sampling method. The study population was contacted by telephone and requested their willingness to participate in the study. EQ-5D-5L was used to assess quality of life, which is a standard instrument to assess HRQoL (developed by the EuroQol group in 2011). The EQ-5D-5L essentially consists of the EQ-5D descriptive system and the EQ visual analogue scale (EQ-VAS). Data entry was done using Microsoft excel 2019 version and data analysis using MedCalc version 20.015. Results The mean EQ-5D-5L utility score was 0.51 ± 0.43. The mean EQ-VAS score was 68.97 ± 22.27. A significant association between co-morbidities and EQ-5D-5L utility score where those with co-morbidities had a lesser EQ-5D-5L score compared to those without co-morbidities. The mean duration of ICU stay in days was 12.29 ± 12.17. A significant negative correlation between the duration of ICU stay and EQ-5D-5L. (r = -0.26, P = 0.0006*). Conclusion COVID-19 patients with comorbidities had a significantly poor quality of life. These findings may help healthcare professionals and decision-makers to better understand the consequences of COVID-19 on the HRQoL.

Abstract
This study evaluated the impact of COVID-19 and other factors on the health-related quality of life (HRQoL) of Saudi patients during infection and after recovery using the EQ-5D-5L and EQ-VAS instruments. An observational prospective study was conducted in November 2022, during which 389 COVID-19 patients were surveyed during their visit to a medical center. Two weeks after their recovery, they were contacted again to re-evaluate their HRQoL (192 patients either refused to participate or withdrew). The mean of the EQ-5D-5L index and EQ-VAS scores significantly increased from (0.69 ± 0.29 and 63.16 ± 24.9) during infection to (0.92 ± 0.14 and 86.96 ± 15.3) after recovery. Specifically, COVID-19 patients experienced improvement of several HRQoL dimensions post recovery, such as better mobility, enhanced self-care, returning to usual activities, less pain/discomfort, and alleviated anxiety/depression. Multiple linear regression analyses showed that having a normal weight, being employed, not being anemic, and previously taking the BCG vaccine were positively associated with a greater change in the HRQoL. An interaction between being asthmatic and taking the influenza vaccine positively predicted a lower change in the HRQoL. Having a normal weight positively predicted a greater change in the perceived health state after recovery. Increasing the consumption of natural supplements (honey and curcuma) did not improve the HRQoL or the perceived health state. Based on these findings, COVID-19 mildly impacted the HRQoL of Saudis with varying effects depending on some socio-demographic/clinical characteristics of the patients.
