Abstract
Alzheimer's and Parkinson's are two prevalent neurodegenerative disorders with significant societal and healthcare burdens. The search for effective therapeutic approaches to combat these diseases has led to growing interest in exploring the potential of antidiabetic agents. This comprehensive review aims to provide a detailed overview of the current literature on using antidiabetic agents as therapeutic interventions for Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases. We discuss the underlying pathological mechanisms of these neurodegenerative diseases, including protein misfolding, inflammation, oxidative stress, and mitochondrial dysfunction. We then delve into the potential mechanisms by which antidiabetic agents may exert neuroprotective effects, including regulation of glucose metabolism and insulin signaling, anti-inflammatory effects, modulation of oxidative stress, and improvement of mitochondrial function and bioenergetics. We highlight in vitro, animal, and clinical studies that support the potential benefits of antidiabetic agents in reducing disease pathology and improving clinical outcomes. However, we also acknowledge these agents' limitations, variability in treatment response, and potential side effects. Furthermore, we explore emerging therapeutic targets and novel approaches, such as glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor (GLP-1R) agonists, insulin sensitizer drugs, neuroinflammation-targeted therapies, and precision medicine approaches. The review concludes by emphasizing the need for further research, including large-scale clinical trials, to validate the efficacy and safety of antidiabetic agents in treating Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. The collaboration between researchers, clinicians, and pharmaceutical companies is essential in advancing the field and effectively treating patients affected by these debilitating neurodegenerative disorders.

Abstract
Autoimmune gastritis is characterized by inflammation of the gastric mucosa due to autoimmune dysregulation. Upper gastrointestinal symptoms associated with autoimmune gastritis can significantly impact an individual's quality of life and require effective management strategies. This review article provides a comprehensive overview of the current understanding of upper gastrointestinal symptom management in autoimmune gastritis, aiming to consolidate existing knowledge, identify gaps, and offer insights for future research and clinical practice. The review begins by discussing the background and significance of autoimmune gastritis, highlighting its prevalence and the impact of upper gastrointestinal symptoms on affected individuals. The pathophysiology and clinical presentation of autoimmune gastritis-related upper gastrointestinal symptoms are explored, emphasizing the need for accurate diagnosis and targeted management approaches. Diagnostic approaches, including diagnostic criteria, endoscopy, histology, and biomarkers, are critically examined, along with the challenges and limitations associated with diagnosing autoimmune gastritis. The review then delves into the pharmacological approaches for symptom relief, such as proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) and H2 receptor antagonists. It explores the role of dietary modifications and lifestyle changes in symptom control. The article further discusses recent advancements in pharmacological interventions, novel therapeutic approaches, and the potential benefits of complementary and alternative medicine in symptom management. The concept of patient-centered approaches and personalized management strategies is emphasized, highlighting the importance of considering individual patient characteristics, treatment goals, and preferences. Abstract
Necroptosis is a regulated form of cell death that has gained increasing attention in recent years. It plays a significant role in various physiological and pathological processes, including renal health and disease. This review article provides an overview of necroptosis as a regulated cell death pathway and explores its implications in renal physiology and renal diseases. The molecular signaling pathways involved in necroptosis, including the key players such as receptor-interacting protein kinases (RIPKs) and mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein (MLKL), are discussed in detail. The crosstalk between necroptosis and other cell death pathways, particularly apoptosis, is explored to understand the interplay between these processes in renal cells. In normal physiological conditions, necroptosis has been found to play a crucial role in renal development and tissue homeostasis. However, dysregulated necroptosis can contribute to tissue damage, inflammation, and fibrosis in renal diseases. The review highlights the involvement of necroptosis in acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, and renal transplant rejection, elucidating the underlying pathophysiological mechanisms and consequences. The therapeutic targeting of necroptosis in renal diseases is an emerging area of interest. Current and emerging strategies to modulate necroptosis, including the inhibition of key mediators and regulators, are discussed here. Additionally, the potential therapeutic targets and inhibitors of necroptosis, along with preclinical and clinical studies exploring their efficacy, are reviewed.

Abstract
Menopause represents a critical life stage in women, characterized by hormonal changes that significantly impact cardiovascular health. While the decline in estrogen levels has long been recognized as a major contributor to cardiovascular aging in menopausal women, the role of androgens, particularly testosterone, has gained increasing attention in recent years. This comprehensive review aims to provide a thorough understanding of the impact of menopause on cardiovascular aging, with a specific focus on the influences of androgens. A literature search was conducted to gather relevant studies and clinical evidence exploring the relationship between menopause, androgens, and cardiovascular health. The review integrates findings from various studies to present a holistic view of the topic. The review outlines the changes in hormone levels during menopause and discusses the cardiovascular risk factors associated with this transition. Furthermore, it explores the impact of menopause on cardiovascular structure and function, elucidating the underlying mechanisms that contribute to cardiovascular aging. Androgens' significance in maintaining cardiovascular homeostasis is discussed, followed by exploring the effects of androgen decline during menopause on lipid profiles, insulin sensitivity, vascular function, and other cardiovascular parameters. The review delves into the mechanisms of androgen action on the cardiovascular system, emphasizing the role of androgen receptors and the intricate interplay between androgens, estrogens, and other hormones. Clinical evidence supporting the effects of androgens on cardiovascular aging is presented, including studies investigating the association between androgen levels and cardiovascular outcomes. This review article delves into the intricate interplay between oxidative stress and muscle atrophy, shedding light on its mechanisms and implications. We begin by outlining the fundamental concepts of oxidative stress, delineating reactive oxygen species (ROS) and reactive nitrogen species (RNS), their sources, and the ensuing oxidative damage to cellular components. Subsequently, we delve into skeletal muscle atrophy, elucidating its diverse forms, molecular pathways, key signaling cascades, and the role of inflammation in exacerbating muscle wasting. Bridging these concepts, we explore the connections between oxidative stress and muscle atrophy, unveiling how oxidative stress impacts muscle protein synthesis and breakdown, perturbs cellular signaling pathways, and contributes to mitochondrial dysfunction. The review underscores the complexity of quantifying and interpreting oxidative stress markers, highlighting the challenges posed by the dynamic nature of oxidative stress and the presence of basal ROS levels. Addressing the specificity of oxidative stress markers, we emphasize the importance of selecting markers pertinent to muscle tissue and considering systemic influences. Standardization of experimental protocols emerges as a critical need to ensure consistency and reproducibility across studies. Looking ahead, we discuss the implications of oxidative stress in diverse scenarios, encompassing age-related muscle loss (sarcopenia), muscle wasting in chronic diseases like cancer cachexia, and disuse-induced muscle atrophy. Abstract
Male reproductive function is highly susceptible to oxidative stress, which arises from an imbalance between reactive oxygen species (ROS) production and antioxidant defense mechanisms. Oxidative stress can significantly impair sperm quality, including count, motility, morphology, and DNA integrity, leading to male infertility. Antioxidants play a crucial role in maintaining reproductive health by neutralizing ROS and protecting sperm cells from oxidative damage. This review article explores the impact of oxidative stress on male reproductive function and investigates the potential benefits of antioxidant supplementation in mitigating its detrimental effects. A comprehensive literature search was conducted to gather relevant studies examining the effects of oxidative stress on male fertility and the outcomes of antioxidant supplementation. The findings reveal that antioxidant supplementation can improve sperm quality, DNA integrity, and fertility outcomes in some individuals. However, conflicting research findings and limitations in study design highlight the need for further investigation. Factors such as individual variations, underlying causes of infertility, dosage, and duration of supplementation should be carefully considered. Lifestyle modifications, including a healthy diet and exercise, are crucial in reducing oxidative stress and optimizing male reproductive health. This review article provides valuable insights into the complex relationship between oxidative stress and male reproductive function, emphasizing the potential role of antioxidant supplementation as a supportive strategy. Further research is warranted to establish optimal protocols, identify specific subgroups that may benefit the most, and explore advancements in antioxidant therapies to improve male fertility outcomes.

Emerging research has indicated that oxidative stress plays a significant role in developing and progressing skeletal muscle atrophy. This review article explores the mechanisms by which oxidative stress influences skeletal muscle atrophy and its implications for potential therapeutic interventions. The review begins by providing an overview of skeletal muscle atrophy and the current understanding of its underlying mechanisms, highlighting the intricate balance between protein degradation and synthesis pathways. Subsequently, the concept of oxidative stress is introduced, discussing its sources and the intricate redox signaling pathways present in skeletal muscle cells. This review's main focus is exploring the multifaceted role of oxidative stress in skeletal muscle atrophy. The detrimental effects of excessive reactive oxygen species (ROS) production on cellular components, including proteins, lipids, and deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), are discussed. In addition, the impact of oxidative stress on key signaling pathways involved in muscle wasting, such as the ubiquitin-proteasome system and autophagy, is examined. Abstract
Background The incidence of childhood cancer is rising worldwide, with acute lymphoblastic leukemia being the most commonly diagnosed form. These young patients are immunocompromised and susceptible to infections. In addition, chemotherapy and radiation therapy often cause oral mucositis as a side effect. Given these challenges, nurses play a crucial role in delivering special care to these vulnerable children. Material and methods A study design utilizing a one-group pretest-posttest approach was implemented on 45 children, aged one to 12 years, who were undergoing chemotherapy and experiencing oral mucositis. Demographic information, including age, gender, diagnosis, chemotherapy cycle, and length of therapy, was collected. A customized intervention, which involved the application of an oral regimen, oral health practices, health education for caregivers, and observation, was administered by nursing staff using the APHO (Application of an Oral Regimen, Practicing Oral Health, Health Education to Caregivers, and Observation) protocol for a period of seven days. Both pre-intervention and post-intervention assessments were conducted to determine the effectiveness of the APHO nursing intervention. The assessment tool used to assess the effectiveness of APHO intervention was using a standardized scale given by the World Health Organization grading scale for oral mucositis. Result An analysis was conducted utilizing both descriptive and inferential statistics. Before the intervention, those children in grade 2 were in grade 1 after the intervention, and the children in grade 1 before the intervention were in grade 0 after the intervention. The health education provided to the caregivers was significantly effective. Notably, there was a significant decrease in the oral mucositis grade of the children by one level in all instances, indicating that the APHO nursing intervention was remarkably effective. Thus, promoting the use of APHO nursing intervention can lead to positive outcomes in children afflicted with oral mucositis. Conclusion APHO nursing intervention has shown remarkable effectiveness among children with mucositis. As a result, promoting continuous APHO intervention in children with mucositis can help enhance in prevention and management.

Abstract
The Indian Krait delivers one of the most lethal venoms compared to other Asian snakes. The venom of the common Krait comprises substantial neurotoxins that cause muscular paralysis. Significant snake bite incidence occurs in rural areas. The significant death rate caused by snake bites is seldomly reported in the medical literature. A 14-year-old adolescent girl was brought by her parents to the emergency department (ED) in an unconscious state. The patient reported swelling on her right hand with fang marks of a snake bite, sweating, and increased salivation. The primary therapeutic intervention was given to the patient and she was treated with intravenous anti-snake venom serum, antibiotics, and anti-epileptics during hospitalisation.

Abstract
Several complications can occur if syphilis is not treated at an early stage. Several developing countries recently remerged the high cases of syphilis with human immunodeficiency. We reported the case of 26-years-old male infected with syphilis with the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). The patient sole and palm contain lesions. In our patient, HIV was diagnosed 2 years earlier in the prophylactic studies but had not taken any medical management. The penicillin G was taken to the patient to reverse the lesions, and it was successfully treated. The patient also was on antiretroviral therapy for the improvement in immune status. This case highlighted the importance of early management of any inflammatory cutaneous disease with HIV infections that can prevent the severity of the disease condition.

Abstract
Congenital heart disorders (CHDs) are a major cause of juvenile morbidity and mortality in many poor nations, owing to late detection and a lack of talent and facilities for decisive treatments. A case of a newborn baby with atrial septal defect (ASD) with patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), tricuspid atresia (TA), and pulmonary valve stenosis is admitted to the pediatric ward. It is a complex cardiac anomaly that leads to mortality and morbidity. We rarely get to see a baby dealing with four major complex heart conditions except in the condition of tetralogy of Fallot. The child was a known case of congenital heart disease. Symptomatic treatment was given and treated with antibiotics.
