Abstract
This paper investigates the complex causal relationships between various types of environmental regulatory instruments (ERI) and agri-firms' technological innovation employing fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA). The study finds a well-designed set of ERI can promote technological innovation in agribusiness; control-command ERI cannot promote technological innovation in agribusiness solely, market-incentivized ERI is indispensable in promoting firms' innovation performance, implicit ERI plays an important role in promoting firms' innovation and voluntary ERI does not play a significant role in promoting firms' technological innovation. The government should coordinate among various types of ERI and improve the design of ERI to achieve a win-win situation for both economic and environmental performance in the agriculture sector.

Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization, the increasingly prominent contradiction between urban industrial development and urban land supply and demand highlights the need to explore the intricate interplay between the green transformation of urban construction land (GTUCL) and industrial transformation and upgrading (ITU). This exploration carries significant practical implications for fostering the harmonious development of industry and land use and achieving sustainable urban growth. In this study, we constructed evaluation indicator systems for GTUCL and ITU, drawing on the analytical frameworks of "dominant-recessive" transformation theory and "dynamic structure benefit" theory, respectively. We employed an enhanced entropy method, an improved coupling coordination model, and a geographic detector to unveil the coupling coordination relationship, the spatiotemporal evolution patterns, and the driving mechanisms of GTUCL and ITU within the urban agglomeration of the mid-Yangtze River region. The results are as follows: (1) during the research period, the comprehensive index of ITU exhibited substantial growth, increasing from 0.159 to 0.408, reflecting a remarkable 157% surge. Simultaneously, the comprehensive index of GTUCL witnessed an increase from 0.171 to 0.285, signifying a 66.66% upswing, lagging behind that of ITU. (2) The degree of coupling coordination between ITU and GTUCL demonstrated a consistent upward trajectory. It rose from 0.402 to 0.579 by 2020, marking a significant 44.2% increase. The overall development now resides within the stage of coordinated progress, although it remains at a relatively modest level, and the pace of development has moderated somewhat. Regional disparities within the urban agglomeration consistently manifest a trend of initial reduction followed by amplification, accentuating the polarization effect of internal coupling relationships. (3) The spatial differentiation pattern centered around "Wuhan, Changsha, and Nanchang" has become increasingly pronounced. The radiation linkage model following the "core-periphery" paradigm has stabilized further. Nevertheless, the relatively loose spatial connection structure has led to a more conspicuous inadequacy in radiation impact. (4) The core driving factors have transitioned from emphasizing economic development to focusing on technological support. The composition structure has shifted from the initial stage of an "economically sensitive" driving model, which centers on economic development, to the second stage of an "ecologically sensitive" driving model, which prioritizes ecological development.

Abstract
Fusarium wilt, a vascular wilt caused by F. commune, has been a serious problem for the lotus. Although some F. commune isolate genomes have been sequenced, little is known about the genomic information of the strain that causes Fusarium wilt of aquatic plants. In this study, the genome of F. commune FCN23 isolated from lotuses in China was sequenced using Illumina and PacBio sequencing platforms. The FCN23 genome consisted of 53 scaffolds with a combined size of 46,211,149 bp. According to the reference genome, F. oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici 4287 isolated from tomato, it was finally assembled into 14 putative chromosomes, including 10 core and 4 lineage-specific chromosomes. The genome contains about 3.45% repeats and encodes 14,698 putative protein-coding genes. Among these, 1,038 and 296 proteins were potentially secreted proteins and candidate effector proteins, respectively. Comparative genomic analysis showed that the CAZyme-coding genes and secondary metabolite biosynthesis genes of FCN23 were similar to those of other Ascomycetes. Additionally, the transcriptome of FCN23 during infection of lotus was analyzed and 7,013 differentially expressed genes were identified. Eight putative effectors that were upregulated in the infection stage were cloned. Among them, F23a002499 exhibited strong hypersensitive response after transiently expressed in Nicotiana benthamiana leaves. Our results provide a valuable genetic basis for understanding the molecular mechanism of the interaction between F. commune and aquatic plants. IMPORTANCE Fusarium commune is an important soilborne pathogen with a wide range of hosts and can cause Fusarium wilt of land plants. However, there are few studies on Fusarium wilt of aquatic plants. Lotus rhizome rot mainly caused by F. commune is a devastating disease that causes extensive yield and quality losses in China. Here, we obtained high-quality genomic information of the FCN23 using Illumina NovaSeq and the third-generation sequencing technology PacBio Sequel II. Compared to the reference genome F. oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici strain 4287, it contains 11 core and 3 lineage-specific chromosomes. Many differentially expressed genes associated with pathogenicity were identified by RNA sequencing. The genome and transcriptome sequences of FCN23 will provide important genomic information and insights into the infection mechanisms of F. commune on aquatic plants.

Abstract
On the one hand, fast social media and internet evolution has brought opportunities to the development of the organic food industry. On the other hand, the excessive utilization of social media and internet has also exerted some negative effects on consumers in terms of information disorder and hindered the industrial progression of organic foods. This study aimed to probe into the relationships between organic food information uncertainty, information search anxiety, information overload and purchase behavior under the mediating role of attitude and the moderating role of involvement, introducing the concept of information disorder in the context of this issue. The data (cross-sectional) of 620 organic food consumers in Jiangxi Province, China were subjected to SEM (structural equation modeling). The results showed that organic food information uncertainty and information search anxiety significantly affected attitude, and attitude had a positive impact on purchase behavior. In addition, attitude significantly mediated the effects of organic food information uncertainty and information search anxiety on purchase behavior. Moreover, the indirect relationship between organic food information uncertainty and purchase behavior was moderated by involvement.

Abstract
The purpose of this work is to investigate the major drivers behind the entrepreneurial intention (EI) of students from higher vocational colleges in China. Total 424 respondents participated in the survey questionnaire that measured their self-reported responses to five constructs (EI, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, emotional competencies, subjective norms, and entrepreneurial attitude). In addition to this, the equation modeling technique was used to perform the data analysis. The study results highlighted that both entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial attitudes serve as significant predictors of EI. Moreover, the entrepreneurial attitude was found to be a significant mediator of the EI and emotional competencies. Finally, a model invariance was established across the female and male student samples. As a result, this study has put forward some implications regarding the entrepreneurship education of the higher vocational students in China.

Abstract
One Road One Belt has made a drastic change not only to the lives of people but also to their minds and future prospective. This initiative has connected not only countries but has consolidated trading patterns. It has not only impacted physical trade but has also boosted the e-commerce of China. Therefore, this study has tried to find the major patterns of trading across the globe and digital commerce considering the factors of production. China, being the cheapest country for manufacturing, has excelled in the e-commerce as well. The targeted population for this study was contractors, marketers, logistic service providers, and engineers. The sample size in this study was 329. Data collection was done through a survey developed on the Likert scale. The software used for the data analysis was Smart-PLS for structural equation modeling. Findings of the study show that factors of production and international trade have an impact on e-commerce. Moreover, the foreign policy and international relations have also been found to have a significant role in e-commerce (digital entrepreneurship).

Abstract
The capturing of social opinions, especially rumors, is a crucial issue in digital public health. With the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the discussions of related topics have increased exponentially in social media, with a large number of rumors on the Internet, which highly impede the harmony and sustainable development of society. As human health has never suffered a threat of this magnitude since the Internet era, past studies have lacked in-depth analysis of rumors regarding such a globally sweeping pandemic. This text-based analysis explores the dynamic features of Internet rumors during the COVID-19 pandemic considering the progress of the pandemic as time-series. Specifically, a Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) model is used to extract rumor topics that spread widely during the pandemic, and the extracted six rumor topics, i.e., "Human Immunity," "Technology R&D," "Virus Protection," "People's Livelihood," "Virus Spreading," and "Psychosomatic Health" are found to show a certain degree of concentrated distribution at different stages of the pandemic. Linguistic Inquiry and Word Count (LIWC) is used to statistically test the psychosocial dynamics reflected in the rumor texts, and the results show differences in psychosocial characteristics of rumors at different stages of the pandemic progression. There are also differences in the indicators of psychosocial characteristics between truth and disinformation. Our results reveal which topics of rumors and which psychosocial characteristics are more likely to spread at each stage of progress of the pandemic. The findings contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the changing public opinions and psychological dynamics during the pandemic, and also provide reference for public opinion responses to major public health emergencies that may arise in the future.
