Abstract
The Francophone Society of Bone Marrow Transplantation and Cellular Therapy (SFGM-TC) organized the 8th allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation clinical practices harmonization workshop series in September 2017 in Lille, France. In this article we give the indications of autologous stem cell transplantation in multiple sclerosis as well as recommendations regarding post-transplant follow-up of patients under the hospice of the SFGM-TC and the Francophone Society of Multiple Sclerosis.

Abstract
PURPOSE OF STUDY This study focuses on the search for a suitable related HLA-matched donor of haematopoietic stem cells in the context of allogeneic transplantation in Morocco. The aim of this work is to establish whether the related donor can meet graft needs in Moroccan patients. PATIENTS AND METHODS 429 families (429 recipients and 965 donors) benefited from HLA typing, using microlymphocytotoxicity, polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primer and/or high-resolution polymerase chain reaction-specific sequence oligonucleotide. RESULTS The recipients and donors are mostly men over 18 years of age. In total, 86.8% of the recipients have between 1 and 3 donors who are 96% of the collaterals. Malignant haemopathies account for 54% of allograft indications. Benign haemopathies are more frequent than malignant in children, whereas the profile is reversed in adults. Fifty percent of recipients have an HLA identical donor in their siblings and 42% and HLA haplo identical donor. The HLA typing of the recipients and the donors reveals very large polymorphism of the population. CONCLUSION The related donor of haematopoietic stem cells represents an important source of grafts but will not be able to satisfy all the needs of Morocco. The creation of national unrelated voluntary donors will open up new possibilities for recipients who do not have a compatible donor within his relatives.

Abstract
Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is a common procedure potentially beneficial to many individuals with cancer, hematological, or inherited disorders, and has highlighted the need of related or unrelated donors to perform allograft. Donation of hematopoietic stem cells, either through bone marrow harvest or peripheral blood stem cell collection, is well-established and widespread. Over the past two decades, the peripheral blood stem cell collection by aphaeresis has become the main source of hematopoietic stem cells for transplantation, due to faster engraftment and practicability and lower risk of relapse for high-risk patients. For peripheral blood stem cell donation, donors require mobilization of hematopoietic stem cells from bone marrow into the blood stream. This is performed by growth factors injections. This article is a review of reported applications of growth factors (original granulocyte colony stimulating factor and its biosimilars), for healthy donors' peripheral blood stem cell mobilization, in terms of toxicity, side effects, efficacy and follow-up. There is still an ethical dilemma for clinicians involved in allograft, because they expose healthy donors to drugs. It is important to dispel some of the critical concerns regarding their use in healthy volunteers, particularly because they receive no personal therapeutic benefit from this procedure.

Abstract
The Francophone Society of Bone Marrow Transplantation and Cellular Therapy (SFGM-TC) organized the 7th allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation clinical practices harmonization workshop series in September 2016 in Lille, France. The objective of our workshop is to provide a discussion on the conservation and congelation of hematopoietic stem cells in a pediatric setting as well as our recommendations for this technique.

Abstract
The maintenance of the primitive Hematopoietic Stem Cells (HSC) in course of ex vivo expansion is a critical point to preserve the long-term reconstituting capacity of a hematopoietic graft. On the basis of the numerous experimental results, the maintenance of primitive HSC is related to their specific metabolic profile shifted towards the anaerobiosis. Hence, in addition to the exposition of the cultures to more appropriate, physiologically low O2 concentrations (usually misleadingly termed "hypoxia"), a specter of "hypoxia-mimicking" factors (cytokines, growth factors, receptor-ligands, antioxidants) can be applied to maintain this specific metabolic profile enabling an appropriate genetic and epigenetic regulation. Some factors already proved to be able to achieve this goal and "hypoxia-mimicking" ex vivo cultures were already used to produce cells for clinical trials. In this article we are discussing the approaches aimed to amplify and/or to condition the HSC, based on the manipulation of energetic metabolism properties.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Sarcoidosis is a systemic granulomatous disorder of unknown cause. Apparition or flare of previously diagnosed sarcoidosis following hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) has rarely been reported. OBSERVATION We report a 62-year-old woman who presented a radiological flare of sarcoidosis post-autologous stem cell transplantation for a POEMS syndrome. Imaging findings and lymph node histology, which revealed non-caseating granuloma, were consistent with the sarcoidosis diagnosis. The patient was asymptomatic and was kept free of treatment. CONCLUSION Sarcoidosis must be considered ahead of compatible clinicoradiological presentation occurring after HSCT. Sarcoidosis can mimic metastatic cancer or lymphatic relapse. Tissue biopsies and exclusion of differential diagnosis of granuloma diseases are warranted to confirm sarcoidosis diagnosis.
