Abstract
The role of Mathematics Teacher Educators (MTEs) in preparing future teachers to effectively integrate technology into their mathematics instruction is of paramount importance yet remains an underexplored domain. Technology has the potential to enhance the development of 21st-century skills, such as problem-solving and critical thinking, which are essential for students in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. However, the rapid evolution of technology and the emergence of new trends like data analytics, the Internet of Things, machine learning, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence present new challenges in the realm of mathematics teaching and learning. Consequently, MTEs need to equip prospective teachers with the knowledge and skills to harness technology in innovative ways within their future mathematics classrooms. This paper presents and describes data from a survey of 104 MTEs in Zambia. The study focuses on MTEs' proficiency, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and willingness to incorporate technology in their classrooms. This data-driven article aims to unveil patterns and trends within the dataset, with the objective of offering insights rather than drawing definitive conclusions. The article also highlights the data collection process and outlines the procedure for assessing the measurement model of the hypothesised relationships among variables through structural equation modelling analysis. The data described in this article not only sheds light on the current landscape but also serves as a valuable resource for mathematics teacher training institutions and other stakeholders seeking to understand the requisites for MTEs to foster technological skills among prospective teachers of mathematics.

Abstract
Agricultural endeavors, especially in developing nations, entail inherent risks. Amidst challenges related to capital and agricultural marketing, contract farming emerges as a highly effective strategy. It not only facilitates capital accumulation but also ensures consistent product sales, establishes fair pricing, and contributes to the overall balanced development of the agricultural sector. This concern has been a longstanding global consideration, with Iran now addressing it. Recognizing the paramount importance of implementing contemporary agricultural methodologies, including contract farming, this research systematically investigates factors influencing farmers' intentions in Iran. A survey methodology is employed for systematic information collection from a statistical population of 98,777 farmers in rural Markazi Province, Iran. Using the Karjesi and Morgan table for sample size determination, a representative subset of 383 farmers is selected through stratified random sampling, ensuring proportional assignment within strata. A researcher-made questionnaire, validated by expert panels and confirmed for reliability through Cronbach's alpha coefficient, serves as the research instrument. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 27, and structural equation modeling was performed with SmartPLS4. The findings reveal that trust (0.528), awareness (0.332), and attitude (0.168), exert the most substantial causal influence on farmers' intention to embrace contract farming. Consequently, the research findings offer practical recommendations for the adoption of contract farming, providing valuable insights to policymakers and stakeholders for implementing targeted interventions aimed at boosting farmers' willingness to participate in contractual agreements.

Abstract
This study presents an in-depth exploration of the impact of online learning interactions on student learning outcomes. Drawing from the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) paradigm, our study focuses on the effects of online learning interactions on learners' perception usefulness and ease of use, subsequently impacting their learning outcomes. The study employs a quantitative research methodology, gathering data from a sample of 397 students enrolled in various higher education institutions across China. Data collection involved administering structured questionnaires that were designed to quantitatively assess the three components of the SOR model: stimulus (online learning interactions), organism (students' perceptions), and response (learning outcomes). The measurement model assessment and structural model assessment were conducted. Our findings reveal that online learning interactions can effectively enhance learners' perception of online learning (usefulness and ease of use), thereby influencing their learning outcomes. Notably, perceived usefulness negatively mediates the relationship between online learning interactions and learning outcomes, while perceived ease of use positively mediates this relationship. These findings offer both theoretical and practical implications.

Abstract
BACKGROUND To date, research has not examined the mediating mechanism of ease of use and emotional reaction on the short-term focus of resistance to change and behavior intention to participate in technology-based course activities. OBJECTIVES The study compares resistance to tech-based learning changes in younger and older nursing students and examines how ease of use and emotional reaction mediate between a short-term focus of resistance to change and intentional behavior to participate in technology-based course activities. METHODS The researcher recruited 218 nursing students from the School of Health Sciences for a cross-sectional survey. Participants voluntarily completed the online survey, consisting of four sections: perceived ease of use, behavioral intention to use technology, resistance to change scale, and background characteristics. The survey was analyzed using Model 6 via Process software, and ethical considerations such as informed consent and confidentiality were maintained. RESULTS The study found that younger nursing students had a more robust emotional response to changes in technology-enhanced learning, and older students were more cognitively rigid. The study also found statistically significant serial multiple mediations of emotional response and perceived ease of use in the relationship between short-term focus and intended behavior. CONCLUSIONS The study highlights the importance of considering learner diversity, including age, in designing technology-based learning programs and the role of ease of use and emotional reaction as mediating factors in determining students'' behavioral intention to participate. The findings contribute to the literature on inclusive education and the relationship between resistance to change, ease of use, and intention behaviors in technology-based learning.

Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become essential to Electronic-Commerce technology over the past decades. Its fast growth has changed the way consumers do online shopping. Using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as a theoretical framework, this research examines how AI can be made more effective and profitable in e-commerce and how entrepreneurs can make AI technology to assist in achieving their business goals. In this regard, an online survey was conducted from the online purchasers of e-commerce firms. The Partial Least Square (PLS) Smart was used to examine the data. The broadly used TAM was identified as an appropriate hypothetical model for studying the acceptance of AI technology in e-commerce. The findings of this study show that Subjective Norms positively impact Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Pursued Ease of Use (PEU), trust has a positive effect on PEU, and PEU positively impacts PU and attitudes toward use. Similarly, PU also has a positive effect on attitudes toward use and intention to use. Furthermore, the findings do not support the impact of Trust on PU and attitudes towards behavioural intention to use. Lastly, behavioural intention to use positively impacted the actual use of AI technology. This study adds theoretical and practical knowledge for adopting the TAM model in the E-commerce sector. It helps entrepreneurs to implement the TAM model in their business to use AI in a better and more appropriate way.

Abstract
As information technologies develop, social networking services have gradually gained attention from both researchers and practitioners. However, little is known about the technology adoption of social networking from the perspective of hedonic motivation. For this purpose, this study applied the hedonic motivation system adoption model (HMSAM) to TikTok and incorporated two innovative factors, i.e., perceived boredom and personal innovativeness. Via structural equation modeling (SEM), this study used SmartPLS 4.0.8 to analyze 246 valid responses from Chinese university students via an online survey. The results showed that the research model was adequate for the adoption of TikTok. Curiosity and perceived boredom significantly mediated the positive relationships between perceived ease of use and behavioral intention. Additionally, the educational level moderated the relationship between joy and focused immersion. The results of this study provided insights for future researchers and innovative teaching. Abstract
With the impact of COVID-19, many university students may not be able to learn English in the physical classroom in a traditional way. Students' English learning effectiveness and outcome were threatened when English learning was forced to turn online. Thus, a variety of technological media and platforms to improve their learning outcomes are in need. Mobile learning (M-learning) that involves interacting with other devices through mobile devices and wireless networks can also be a solution to improve students' online English learning effectiveness. In order to explore the learning behaviors and attitudes of university students when learning English with M-learning, this study integrated technology acceptance model and Stimulus Organism Response model including the concepts of perceived convenience, curiosity and self-efficacy in addition to the original technology acceptance model to verify university students' usage cognition and attitude toward English M-learning. This study disseminated surveys to 10 targeted universities/colleges and collected 1432 valid surveys. This study implemented Smart-PLS 4.0 to examine structural model and verify the hypotheses. Results indicated that perceived convenience have positive impact on perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and attitude toward using; there is a significant and positive relationship among perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using and intention to using; curiosity and self-efficacy have positive impact on intention to using. Based on the findings, this study further provides abundant theoretical insights and practical significance on language learning.

Abstract
Higher education has given the flipped classroom a lot of attention as a result of its pedagogical success. As a result of the adoption of social media, smartphones, and computers in the classroom, new strategies for providing online courses, such as flipped classrooms, have evolved. To further understand the effects of such technology integration in teaching, the study looked at the responses of 213 undergraduate students at King Faisal University. For a semester, participants took their regular classes in a flipped classroom. The participants answered a survey made expressly for this study to find out if they would still be willing to use flipped classes following this experience. A structural equation modeling approach was used to analyze the research paradigm, which is based on the technological adoption model. The findings demonstrated that each variable category had a favorable influence on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Perceived utility and ease of use serve as mediating elements in the relationship between independent variables and attitudes toward adopting flipped classrooms. Additionally, the findings indicated that ATFC and BIFC have a positive influence on the acceptance of flipped classrooms. In terms of education and learning, the utilization of classroom instruction is positively impacted by both ATFC and BIFC. These findings show that attitudes toward blended learning and intentions to use flipped classrooms have the biggest impacts on the adoption of the concept in Saudi Arabia higher education.

Abstract
The goal of this study is to examine the roles of Zimbardo's time perspective along with other individual differences such as promotion focus and innovativeness in perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and attitude toward SNSs (social networking sites) in the technology acceptance model (TAM). A total of 234 participants joined this online study in South Korea. As predicted, past positive time perspective (TP) positively affected promotion focus and innovativeness, whereas past negative TP negatively affected them. Present hedonic TP positively affected innovativeness, and present fatalistic TP negatively affected promotion focus each. Future TP also positively related to promotion focus and innovativeness. In addition, simple and serial mediation effects of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness independently and sequentially mediated the impact of TP on attitude toward SNSs. By considering TP along with promotion focus and innovativeness in conjunction with beliefs in the TAM, this study identifies psychological underpinnings of how individual differences affect technology adoption attitude and behavior. Research implications and future research suggestions will be discussed in detail.

Abstract
E-wallet is an application that enable users to download payment cards using a mobile device. It is a new trend for consumers to use an e-wallet application to replace the traditional payment method. With E-wallet, a user does not need to bring cash or a credit card along with them. It enables users to make purchases in a more convenient way. Hence, this research analyses the factors that affect university students' intention to use e-wallet. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) serves as the theory underpinning this research A total of 140 respondents from a Malaysian private institution participated in this study. Convenience sampling was used to select samples, and respondents completed the questionnaire using a Google form and a paper and pencil approach. The questionnaire was created using a nominal scale and a five-point Likert scale. Descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analyses were utilised to analyse the data in this study. Students, supervisors, academics, researchers, learning institutions, commercial organisations, and the government will all benefit immensely from the data and information gathered from this study as we will be able to examine and understand the factors that influence students' decision to use an e-Wallet for their daily financial operations. This study, however, has certain limitations as it does not reflect the complete student population in Malaysian tertiary education and only examines four variables: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and trust. Future studies could focus on other impacting elements such as risk, complexity, pervasive technology use and tech-savvy future generations.

Abstract
Electric vehicles (EVs) are known to be effective in reducing dependence on fossil fuels, in turn reducing the emission of greenhouse gas and other pollutants. To promote EVs, considerable efforts and measures have been taken. However, the public's awareness and acceptance of EVs are still low, which has affected the diffusion of EVs in the market. Based on the stimulus-organism-response (SOR) framework, this research aims to explore how consumers' EV driving experience (S) affects their emotions and cognitions regarding EVs (O: perceived relative advantage, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk of EVs) and then activates their intentions to adopt EVs (R). Based on survey data from 692 respondents, the results suggested that consumers' EV driving experience has a significantly positive effect on perceived relative advantage and perceived ease of use, and then perceived relative advantage and perceived ease of use positively affect consumers' intentions to adopt EVs. The EV driving experience negatively affects perceived risk, and perceived risk is also negatively associated with EV adoption intentions. Furthermore, consumers' EV driving experience also has a significant direct effect on EV adoption intentions. Based on the research results, relevant recommendations and suggestions have been proposed to promote EVs from the government and enterprise perspectives.

Abstract
Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use constitute important belief factors when technology adoption decisions are made within a non-mandatory setting. This paper investigated the role played by psychological ownership in shaping teachers' beliefs about using a cloud-based virtual learning environment (VLE). Psychological ownership is increasingly becoming a relevant phenomenon in technology adoption research, where people can feel psychologically attached to a particular technology. The study proposed that such phenomenon can also occur when using a VLE, and a hypothesised model with six constructs was tested with 629 Malaysian teachers from 21 schools. Results from structural equation modelling-partial least squares analysis found teachers' experiences with the VLE significantly influenced psychological ownership, which in turn significantly predicted perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of the VLE. Overall, the model possesses predictive relevance for the outcome predictors as indicated by Stone-Geisser's Q 2, and accounted for 61.6% of variance in perceived usefulness and 62.0% of variance in perceived ease of use. This study provides insights into the motivation behind teachers' beliefs which are shaped by their experiences with the VLE. Implications for theory and practice were discussed based on the insights of the study.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The primary objective of this paper is to identify the main factors which have an impact on the users' attitude towards the functionalities representing the perceived ease of use and to those representing the perceived usefulness. Another objective is to examine whether there occurred a shift towards the perceived usefulness of users' behavior over a period of time. To support these objectives, two different cases are examined - the case in which users are simultaneously offered basic and updated functionalities, and the one in which users are offered a completely new set of features. The results of this study are expected to exert a significant impact on a further development of new software components, as well as the updates of the existing ones. MATERIAL AND METHODS As the starting point, there were employed the user behavior indicators defined in similar researches and conducted in the countries with a similar cultural background or with a comparatively similar national healthcare system. What ensued was an updated set of functionalities offered within the electronic health record based medical information system. Instead of the survey being posted, the effects of implanted updates were measured through the analysis of the collected data. The data collected in the Nis Primary and Ambulatory Care Center during a four-year period represented the material used in the research. The obtained records indicating the usage of the initial and updated visit registration form, as well as the usage of the new types of visits, were examined in relation to the technology acceptance model and integrated behavior model. RESULTS The response to the initial functionalities, perceived as easy to use, was high as expected since they kept the users in their "comfort zone". As regards the updated features, the ones corresponding to the perceived usefulness, the initial overall acceptance rate was 60%, while the overall increase of their acceptance was around 20%. The overall usage of the newly introduced features was doubled in some cases throughout the four-year period, while some of them were not accepted as expected. DISCUSSION Carefully designed additional functionalities, aimed to improve the most common daily activities, have a significant potential to be accepted by the medical professionals. The shift from the perceived ease of use to the perceived usefulness is not uniform, nor is its use in different departments or by the users of the same department. A higher acceptance rate was observed in the departments with more complex administrative procedures, as well as among the users having contacts with more patients and using the system for a longer period. CONCLUSION When accepting new features, medical professionals will initially choose the simpler ones with obvious benefits. If the usage of a feature triggers indirect benefits, the number of examined patients is of a crucial importance for the acceptance of that feature. In the event of the advanced functionality with an extended set of options competing with the simple functionality covering basic requirements, the latter will be used. A feature design, together with a proper training, system stability and ensuring utilization, represent a key point for increasing the positive impact that the information system can have in many application areas, including the healthcare.

Abstract
Information systems (IS) community is increasingly interested in employing neuroscience tools and methods in order to develop new theories concerning Human-computer interaction (HCI) and further understand IS acceptance models. The new field of NeuroIS has been introduced to address these issues. NeuroIS researchers have proposed encephalography (EEG), among other neuroscience instruments, as a valuable usability metric, when used effectively in appropriately designed experiments. Moreover, numerous researchers have suggested that EEG frontal asymmetry may serve as an important metric of user experience. Based on the aforementioned evidence, this study aims to integrate frontal asymmetry with Technology acceptance model (TAM). Particularly, we assumed that frontal asymmetry might predict users' perceptions regarding Usefulness and Ease of Use. Furthermore, we hypothesized that frontal asymmetry might also affect (influence) users' Perceived Playfulness. Specifically, 82 (43 females and 39 males) undergraduate students were chosen to use a Computer-Based Assessment (while being connected to the EEG) in the context of an introductory informatics course. Results confirmed our hypothesis as well as points of theory about Information technology (IT) acceptance variables. This is one of the first studies to suggest that frontal asymmetry could serve as a valuable tool for examining IT acceptance constructs and better understanding HCI.

Abstract
Background: The effective care and support of community healthcare nurses (CHNs) contribute greatly to the healthy aging of older adults living at home. Integrating innovative technologies into CHNs’ daily practice offers new opportunities and perspectives for early detection of health issues and interventions among home-dwelling older adults. Aim: To explore the perception of acceptability among CHNs of an intelligent wireless sensor system (IWSS) for use in daily practice for the detection of health issues in home-dwelling older adults receiving home healthcare. Method: Descriptive and qualitative data were sourced from a pilot randomized controlled trial involving 17 CHNs using an IWSS in their daily practice to rapidly detect falls and other health issues in patients’ homes. IWSS alerts indicating behavior changes were sent to CHNs. Their perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU) were assessed. The acceptability of IWSS technology was explored using a questionnaire and focus group discussions. Results: The PU and PEOU of the IWSS technology were low to moderate. A majority of the CHNs were dissatisfied with its performance and intrusiveness; they reported multiple obstacles in the usefulness and ease of use of the IWSS technology in daily practice. Conclusion: To improve the IWSS technology’s low to moderate acceptability among CHNs, we recommend a more user-centered implementation strategy and an embedded model of nursing care.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The American Nurses Association endorsed the use of online patient personal health records (PHRs) and challenged all nurses to obtain the health records of patients. However, few studies have explored the factors associated with the intentions of nurses to use patient PHRs. Our study used an extended technology acceptance model, with the theory of planned behavior and perceived credibility, to explore factors associated with the intentions of nurses to use patient PHRs. METHODS This cross-sectional quantitative study comprised a sample of 635 nurses who had worked full time for at least 3 months, and they were recruited from three hospitals affiliated with a university in northern Taiwan. We used a questionnaire to obtain information on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived credibility, subjective norms, computer self-efficacy, attitudes, and intentions to use patient PHRs. RESULTS This study indicated that perceived usefulness, computer self-efficacy, and subjective norms significantly and positively affected intentions to use patient PHRs. The attitudes of nurses toward PHR adoption directly influenced their intentions to use patient PHRs. Moreover, subjective norms indirectly affected intentions to use patient PHRs through the factor of attitudes. The proposed model explained 82.1% of the variance in the intentions of nurses to use patient PHRs. CONCLUSIONS Subjective norms had stronger total effects on the attitudes and intentions of nurses to use patient PHRs than perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, or perceived credibility did. The results may help practitioners further understand that the attitudes of nurses toward using patient PHRs are influenced by peer groups and administrators. The current study provides evidence that peer groups influence the attitudes of nurses to use patient PHRs, which in turn influence their intentions toward PHR adoption.
