[The supportive environment in SRH: characteristics that promote self-determination]

Hospitalization is an important stage in the life of the elderly. All too often, this experience is accompanied by both physical and psychological decline. Based on self-determination theory, the aim was to qualitatively characterize support for self-determination in follow-up care and rehabilitation services (behaviours and attitudes of healthcare professionals, and patients' perception of them).

Strokes are a common pathology in the elderly. Access to rehabilitation care improves the functional prognosis. Where should these elderly brain-injured patients be referred to after the acute phase and what follow-up and rehabilitation care is available to them?

[Assessing and making safe the medicine use pathway in paediatrics]

Based on an assessment of adverse events in a follow-up care and rehabilitation unit in paediatrics, audits were carried out of the medicine use pathway. The evaluation grid taken from this study today serves as a basis for the audits carried out on the medicine use pathway on a national level.
