Abstract
We address the challenge of representativity and dynamical consistency when unbonded fine-grained particles are collected together into coarse-grained particles. We implement a hybrid procedure for identifying and tracking the underlying fine-grained particles─e.g., atoms or molecules─by exchanging them between the coarse-grained particles periodically at a characteristic time. The exchange involves a back-mapping of the coarse-grained particles into fine-grained particles and a subsequent reassignment to coarse-grained particles conserving total mass and momentum. We find that an appropriate choice of the characteristic exchange time can lead to the correct effective diffusion rate of the fine-grained particles when simulated in hybrid coarse-grained dynamics. In the compressed (supercritical) fluid regime, without the exchange term, fine-grained particles remain associated with a given coarse-grained particle, leading to substantially lower diffusion rates than seen in all-atom molecular dynamics of the fine-grained particles. Thus, this work confirms the need for addressing the representativity of fine-grained particles within coarse-grained particles and offers a simple exchange mechanism so as to retain dynamical consistency between the fine- and coarse-grained scales.

Abstract
The reaction of butyryl chloride with ethynylbenzene in the presence of AlCl3 afforded a mixture of the Z/E-isomers of 1-chloro-2-phenylhex-1-en-3-one. 1,2-Diphenylethyne under these conditions gave a novel polycarbocycle core, 6aH-benzo[a]fluorene. The chemical structure of 11-chloro-5,6-diphenyl-6a-propyl-6aH-benzo[a]fluorene was established by means of IE-MS, 1 H, 13 C NMR, COSY, HSQC, HMBC, and 2D INADEQUATE technique.

Abstract
In conditions of persisting high morbidity of COVID-19, issues related to prompt and timely medical care of population remains actual ones. The purpose of the study to analyze activities of the call-center of the Ministry of Health Care of the Udmurt Republic related to organization of medical care of COVID-19 patients in the Udmurt Republic. MATERIALS AND METHODS The statistical (descriptive statistics) and descriptive methods were applied. The indicators of functioning of the call-center of the Ministry of Health Care of the Udmurt Republic in 2020-2022 were analyzed. The psychological characteristics of telephone counseling were studied. The satisfaction of medical organizations and citizens with services of call-center operators was assessed. THE RESULTS The main principles of telephone counseling are confidentiality, maintenance of framework of working conversation, respect to personality of addressee. In 2020 the call center phone line received 34160 calls, in 2021 - 128339 calls, in 2022 - 65618 calls. In 25 months of operation the call-center operators received 228,117 calls from citizens related to issues of new coronavirus infection. The number of patient calls to the hot-line increases significantly when incidence of new coronavirus infection increases (r=0.885; p<0.05). Most frequently (25.1%) citizens contacted the call-center of the Ministry of Health Care of the Udmurt Republic due to inability to reach the polyclinic and on issues related to primary before-doctor care. The second place in terms of frequency (18.5%) took issues related to PCR-test results. The third place (14.1%) took issues related to duration of quarantine for patients and persons residing with them, possibility for children to attend preschool and educational institutions. The number of outgoing calling in 2020 was 16146, in 2021 - 89269 and in 2022 9936 calls. During 25 months of operation, call-center operators made 204,782 calls to citizens to monitor their health status and invite them to vaccinations and health screenings. More than half of outgoing calls (58.3%) were related to audio-monitoring of patients undergoing outpatient treatment with making-up of electronic protocol. CONCLUSIONS During the period of increasing of COVID-19 morbidity, the call-center becomes an independent structural unit of organizing patient care. The medical organizations and citizens are satisfied with functioning of the call-center of the Ministry of Health Care of the Udmurt Republic organized in order of improving the organization of medical care of patients with COVID-19.

Abstract
In this paper an exact transparent boundary condition for the multidimensional Schrödinger equation in a hyperrectangular computational domain is proposed. It is derived as a generalization of exact transparent boundary conditions for two-dimensional (2D) and 3D equations reported before. An exact fully discrete (i.e., derived directly from the finite-difference scheme used) 1D transparent boundary condition is also proposed. Several numerical experiments using an improved unconditionally stable numerical implementation in the 3D space demonstrate propagation of Gaussian wave packets in free space and penetration of a particle through a 3D spherically asymmetrical barrier. The application of the multidimensional transparent boundary condition to the dynamics of the 2D system of two noninteracting particles is considered. The proposed boundary condition is simple, robust, and can be useful in the field of computational quantum mechanics, when an exact solution of the multidimensional Schrödinger equation (including multiparticle problems) is required.

Abstract
We describe an analysis comparing the pp[over ¯] elastic cross section as measured by the D0 Collaboration at a center-of-mass energy of 1.96 TeV to that in pp collisions as measured by the TOTEM Collaboration at 2.76, 7, 8, and 13 TeV using a model-independent approach. The TOTEM cross sections, extrapolated to a center-of-mass energy of sqrt[s]=1.96 TeV, are compared with the D0 measurement in the region of the diffractive minimum and the second maximum of the pp cross section. The two data sets disagree at the 3.4σ level and thus provide evidence for the t-channel exchange of a colorless, C-odd gluonic compound, also known as the odderon. We combine these results with a TOTEM analysis of the same C-odd exchange based on the total cross section and the ratio of the real to imaginary parts of the forward elastic strong interaction scattering amplitude in pp scattering for which the significance is between 3.4σ and 4.6σ. The combined significance is larger than 5σ and is interpreted as the first observation of the exchange of a colorless, C-odd gluonic compound.

Abstract
A facile one-pot synthesis of trifluoromethylated pyrimidines has been achieved by the treatment of fluorinated 2-bromoenones with aryl- and alkylamidines. The assembly of pyrimidine core proceeds by the cascade reactions via aza-Michael addition–intramolecular cyclization–dehydrohalogenation/dehydration sequence. This strategy is featured by high selectivity and mild reaction conditions giving the target heterocycles in high yields (up to 99%). The unique influence of trifluoromethyl group on the reaction path is demonstrated.

Abstract
8-Oxoguanine-DNA N-glycosylase (OGG1) is a eukaryotic DNA repair enzyme responsible for the removal of 8-oxoguanine (oxoG), one of the most abundant oxidative DNA lesions. OGG1 catalyzes two successive reactions - N-glycosidic bond hydrolysis (glycosylase activity) and DNA strand cleavage on the 3'-side of the lesion by β-elimination (lyase activity). The enzyme also exhibits lyase activity with substrates containing apurinic/apyrimidinic (AP) sites (deoxyribose moieties lacking the nucleobase). OGG1 is highly specific for the base opposite the lesion, efficiently excising oxoG and cleaving AP sites located opposite to C, but not opposite to A. The activity is also profoundly decreased by amino acid changes that sterically interfere with oxoG binding in the active site of the enzyme after the lesion is everted from the DNA duplex. Earlier, the molecular dynamics approach was used to study the conformational dynamics of such human OGG1 mutants in complexes with the oxoG:C-containing substrate DNA, and the population density of certain conformers of two OGG1 catalytic residues, Lys249 and Asp268, was suggested to determine the enzyme activity. Here, we report the study of molecular dynamics of human OGG1 bound to the oxoG:A-containing DNA and OGG1 mutants bound to the AP:C-containing DNA. We showed that the enzyme low activity is associated with a decrease in the populations of Lys249 and Asp268 properly configured for catalysis. The experimentally measured rate constants for the OGG1 mutants show a good agreement with the models. We conclude that the enzymatic activity of OGG1 is determined majorly by the population density of the catalytically competent conformations of the active site residues Lys249 and Asp268.

Abstract
Aerobic respiration generates reactive oxygen species (ROS), which can damage nucleic acids, proteins and lipids. A number of transcription factors (TFs) contain redox-sensitive cysteine residues at their DNA-binding sites, hence ROS-induced thiol oxidation strongly inhibits their recognition of the cognate DNA sequences. Major human apurinic/apyrimidinic (AP) endonuclease 1 (APE1/APEX1/HAP-1), referred also as a redox factor 1 (Ref-1), stimulates the DNA binding activities of the oxidized TFs such as AP-1 and NF-κB. Also, APE1 participates in the base excision repair (BER) and nucleotide incision repair (NIR) pathways to remove oxidative DNA base damage. At present, the molecular mechanism underlying the TF-stimulating/redox function of APE1 and its biological role remains disputed. Here, we provide evidence that, instead of direct cysteine reduction in TFs by APE1, APE1-catalyzed NIR and TF-stimulating activities may be based on transient cooperative binding of APE1 to DNA and induction of conformational changes in the helix. The structure of DNA duplex strongly influences NIR and TF-stimulating activities. Homologous plant AP endonucleases lacking conserved cysteine residues stimulate DNA binding of the p50 subunit of NF-κB. APE1 acts synergistically with low-molecular-weight reducing agents on TFs. Finally, APE1 stimulates DNA binding of the redox-insensitive p50-C62S mutant protein. Electron microscopy imaging of APE1 complexes with DNA revealed preferential polymerization of APE1 on the gapped and intrinsically curved DNA duplexes. Molecular modeling offers a structural explanation how full-length APE1 can oligomerize on DNA. In conclusion, we propose that DNA-directed APE1 oligomerization can be regarded as a substitute for diffusion of APE1 along the DNA contour to probe for anisotropic flexibility. APE1 oligomers exacerbate pre-existing distortions in DNA and enable both NIR activity and DNA binding by TFs regardless of their oxidation state.

Abstract
We present a measurement of the effective weak mixing angle parameter sin^{2}θ_{eff}^{ℓ} in pp[over ¯]→Z/γ^{*}→μ^{+}μ^{-} events at a center-of-mass energy of 1.96 TeV, collected by the D0 detector at the Fermilab Tevatron Collider and corresponding to 8.6 fb^{-1} of integrated luminosity. The measured value of sin^{2}θ_{eff}^{ℓ}[μμ]=0.23016±0.00064 is further combined with the result from the D0 measurement in pp[over ¯]→Z/γ^{*}→e^{+}e^{-} events, resulting in sin^{2}θ_{eff}^{ℓ}[comb]=0.23095±0.00040. This combined result is the most precise measurement from a single experiment at a hadron collider and is the most precise determination using the coupling of the Z/γ^{*} to light quarks.

Abstract
AIM The aim of the study is the analysis of risk factors, influencing on the progression of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. MATERIALS AND METHODS 259 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) I and III stages, mean age 54,3±11,7 and the duration of the disease 10,1±5,7. Patients were divided into 2 groups: I group (n=119) - with III stage of disease, II group (n=140) - COPD with I stage. 30 healthy were involved in control group. The risk factors of progression of COPD were determined with the use of regressive and correlative analyses. RESULTS The level of markers of systemic inflammation in serum of patients with COPD: TNF-α (RR 3,25); IL-8 (RR 2,1); hs-CRP (RR 3,52) in combination with traditional risk factors (long course of the disease (RR 2,3), age (RR 1,65), smoking (RR 1,65), and also obesity (RR 2,45), early menopause (RR 3,52), hereditary respiratory predisposition (RR 3,05), and also coexisting cardiovascular pathology increase the risk of COPD progression several times.<span id="bxid_249043"> </span>. CONCLUSION According to the results of this trial, unmodified risk factors such as hereditary predisposition, early menopause, long course of the diseases and coexisting cardiovascular pathology contribute significantly on progression of COPD. The relative risk increases with increasing of concentration of markers of systemic inflammation (TNF-α, IL-8 and hs-CRP), that correlate with clinical manifestations of COPD: cough, shortness of breath on VAS in mm.

Abstract
The CDF and D0 experiments at the Fermilab Tevatron have measured the asymmetry between yields of forward- and backward-produced top and antitop quarks based on their rapidity difference and the asymmetry between their decay leptons. These measurements use the full data sets collected in proton-antiproton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of sqrt[s]=1.96 TeV. We report the results of combinations of the inclusive asymmetries and their differential dependencies on relevant kinematic quantities. The combined inclusive asymmetry is A_{FB}^{tt[over ¯]}=0.128±0.025. The combined inclusive and differential asymmetries are consistent with recent standard model predictions.

Abstract
Background Formamidopyrimidine-DNA glycosylase (Fpg) removes abundant pre-mutagenic 8-oxoguanine (oxoG) bases from DNA through nucleophilic attack of its N-terminal proline at C1′ of the damaged nucleotide. Since oxoG efficiently pairs with both C and A, Fpg must excise oxoG from pairs with C but not with A, otherwise a mutation occurs. The crystal structures of several Fpg–DNA complexes have been solved, yet no structure with A opposite the lesion is available. Results Here we use molecular dynamic simulation to model interactions in the pre-catalytic complex of Lactococcus lactis Fpg with DNA containing oxoG opposite C or A, the latter in either syn or anti conformation. The catalytic dyad, Pro1–Glu2, was modeled in all four possible protonation states. Only one transition was observed in the experimental reaction rate pH dependence plots, and Glu2 kept the same set of interactions regardless of its protonation state, suggesting that it does not limit the reaction rate. The adenine base opposite oxoG was highly distorting for the adjacent nucleotides: in the more stable syn models it formed non-canonical bonds with out-of-register nucleotides in both the damaged and the complementary strand, whereas in the anti models the adenine either formed non-canonical bonds or was expelled into the major groove. The side chains of Arg109 and Phe111 that Fpg inserts into DNA to maintain its kinked conformation tended to withdraw from their positions if A was opposite to the lesion. The region showing the largest differences in the dynamics between oxoG:C and oxoG:A substrates was unexpectedly remote from the active site, located near the linker joining the two domains of Fpg. This region was also highly conserved among 124 analyzed Fpg sequences. Three sites trapping water molecules through multiple bonds were identified on the protein–DNA interface, apparently helping to maintain enzyme-induced DNA distortion and participating in oxoG recognition. Conclusion Overall, the discrimination against A opposite to the lesion seems to be due to incorrect DNA distortion around the lesion-containing base pair and, possibly, to gross movement of protein domains connected by the linker. Abstract
8-oxoguanine is one of the most abundant and impactful oxidative DNA lesions. However, the reasons underlying its effects, especially those not directly explained by the altered base pairing ability, are poorly understood. We report the effect of the lesion on the action of EcoRI, a widely used restriction endonuclease. Introduction of 8-oxoguanine inside, or adjacent to, the GAATTC recognition site embedded within the Drew—Dickerson dodecamer sequence notably reduced the EcoRI activity. Solution NMR revealed that 8-oxoguanine in the DNA duplex causes substantial alterations in the sugar—phosphate backbone conformation, inducing a BI→BII transition. Moreover, molecular dynamics of the complex suggested that 8-oxoguanine, although does not disrupt the sequence-specific contacts formed by the enzyme with DNA, shifts the distribution of BI/BII backbone conformers. Based on our data, we propose that the disruption of enzymatic cleavage can be linked with the altered backbone conformation and dynamics in the free oxidized DNA substrate and, possibly, at the protein—DNA interface.

AIM to analyze the efficacy of early detection of patients with mild acute pancreatitis. MATERIAL AND METHODS 61 patients with acute pancreatitis who do not require intensive care were analyzed. Severity of condition was assessed using integral scales, i.e. modified index of severe pancreatitis severity (MITOP), BISAP, HAPS, SOFA, SIRS, CTSI and Atlanta classification (2012). RESULTS Verification of mild course of disease according to MITOP scores ≤0.23 and BISAP scores ≤1 for the first 24 hours after admission and CTSI scores ≤3 within first 72 hours had high accuracy [AUC (CI 95%) 0.79 (0.66-0.91); 0.76 (0.66-0.87) and 0.99 (0.97-1.00) respectively], sensitivity and specificity (88.8 and 43.7%; 71.1 and 75.0%; 100 and 83.3% respectively). CONCLUSION MITOP and BISAP scales are reliable to diagnose early mild acute pancreatitis. Their high positive diagnostic value (81.6 and 88.8%) allows to detect patients who do not require intensive care.

Abstract
We report evidence for a narrow structure, X(5568), in the decay sequence X(5568)→B_{s}^{0}π^{±}, B_{s}^{0}→J/ψϕ, J/ψ→μ^{+}μ^{-}, ϕ→K^{+}K^{-}. This is evidence for the first instance of a hadronic state with valence quarks of four different flavors. The mass and natural width of this state are measured to be m=5567.8±2.9(stat)_{-1.9}^{+0.9}(syst) MeV/c^{2} and Γ=21.9±6.4(stat)_{-2.5}^{+5.0}(syst) MeV/c^{2}. If the decay is X(5568)→B_{s}^{*}π^{±}→B_{s}^{0}γπ^{±} with an unseen γ, m(X(5568)) will be shifted up by m(B_{s}^{*})-m(B_{s}^{0})∼49 MeV/c^{2}. This measurement is based on 10.4 fb^{-1} of pp[over ¯] collision data at sqrt[s]=1.96 TeV collected by the D0 experiment at the Fermilab Tevatron collider.

We report evidence for the simultaneous production of J/ψ and ϒ mesons in 8.1 fb^{-1} of data collected at sqrt[s]=1.96 TeV by the D0 experiment at the Fermilab pp[over ¯] Tevatron Collider. Events with these characteristics are expected to be produced predominantly by gluon-gluon interactions. In this analysis, we extract the effective cross section characterizing the initial parton spatial distribution, σ_{eff}=2.2±0.7(stat)±0.9(syst) mb.

Abstract
We present a study of the inclusive production of the X(4140) state with the decay to the J/ψϕ final state in hadronic collisions. Based on 10.4 fb^{-1} of pp[over ¯] collision data collected by the D0 experiment at the Fermilab Tevatron collider, we report the first evidence for the prompt production of an X(4140) state and find the fraction of X(4140) events originating from b hadrons to be f_{b}=0.39±0.07(stat)±0.10(syst). The ratio of the nonprompt X(4140) production rate to the B_{s}^{0} yield in the same channel is R=0.19±0.05(stat)±0.07(syst). The values of the mass M=4152.5±1.7(stat)_{-5.4}^{+6.2}(syst) MeV and width Γ=16.3±5.6(stat)±11.4(syst) MeV are consistent with previous measurements.

Abstract
The assembly of monomeric constituents into molecular superstructures through sequential-arrival processes has been simulated and theoretically characterized. When the energetic interactions allow for complete overlap of the particles, the model is equivalent to that of the sequential absorption of soft particles on a surface. In the present work, we consider more general cases by including arbitrary aggregating geometries and varying prescriptions of the connectivity network. The resulting theory accounts for the evolution and final-state configurations through a system of equations governing structural generation. We find that particle geometries differ significantly from those in equilibrium. In particular, variations of structural rigidity and morphology tune particle energetics and result in significant variation in the nonequilibrium distributions of the assembly in comparison to the corresponding equilibrium case.

Abstract
We present the first search for CPT-violating effects in the mixing of Bs(0) mesons using the full Run II data set with an integrated luminosity of 10.4 fb(-1) of proton-antiproton collisions collected using the D0 detector at the Fermilab Tevatron Collider. We measure the CPT-violating asymmetry in the decay Bs(0)→μ(±)Ds(±) as a function of celestial direction and sidereal phase. We find no evidence for CPT-violating effects and place limits on the direction and magnitude of flavor-dependent CPT- and Lorentz-invariance violating coupling coefficients. We find 95% confidence intervals of Δa⊥<1.2×10(-12) GeV and (-0.8<ΔaT-0.396ΔaZ<3.9)×10(-13) GeV.

Abstract
We present the final combination of CDF and D0 measurements of cross sections for single-top-quark production in proton-antiproton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 1.96 TeV. The data correspond to total integrated luminosities of up to 9.7 fb^{-1} per experiment. The t-channel cross section is measured to be σ_{t}=2.25_{-0.31}^{+0.29} pb. We also present the combinations of the two-dimensional measurements of the s- vs t-channel cross section. In addition, we give the combination of the s+t channel cross section measurement resulting in σ_{s+t}=3.30_{-0.40}^{+0.52} pb, without assuming the standard model value for the ratio σ_{s}/σ_{t}. The resulting value of the magnitude of the top-to-bottom quark coupling is |V_{tb}|=1.02_{-0.05}^{+0.06}, corresponding to |V_{tb}|>0.92 at the 95% C.L.

Abstract
We present a measurement of the fundamental parameter of the standard model, the weak mixing angle sin^{2}θ_{eff}^{ℓ} which determines the relative strength of weak and electromagnetic interactions, in pp[over ¯]→Z/γ^{*}→e^{+}e^{-} events at a center of mass energy of 1.96 TeV, using data corresponding to 9.7 fb^{-1} of integrated luminosity collected by the D0 detector at the Fermilab Tevatron. The effective weak mixing angle is extracted from the forward-backward charge asymmetry as a function of the invariant mass around the Z boson pole. The measured value of sin^{2}θ_{eff}^{ℓ}=0.23147±0.00047 is the most precise measurement from light quark interactions to date, with a precision close to the best LEP and SLD results.

Abstract
Combined constraints from the CDF and D0 Collaborations on models of the Higgs boson with exotic spin J and parity P are presented and compared with results obtained assuming the standard model value JP=0+. Both collaborations analyzed approximately 10 fb(-) of proton-antiproton collisions with a center-of-mass energy of 1.96 TeV collected at the Fermilab Tevatron. Two models predicting exotic Higgs bosons with JP=0- and JP=2+ are tested. The kinematic properties of exotic Higgs boson production in association with a vector boson differ from those predicted for the standard model Higgs boson. Upper limits at the 95% credibility level on the production rates of the exotic Higgs bosons, expressed as fractions of the standard model Higgs boson production rate, are set at 0.36 for both the JP=0- hypothesis and the JP=2+ hypothesis. If the production rate times the branching ratio to a bottom-antibottom pair is the same as that predicted for the standard model Higgs boson, then the exotic bosons are excluded with significances of 5.0 standard deviations and 4.9 standard deviations for the JP=0- and JP=2+ hypotheses, respectively.

At suspicion on development of systemic vasculitis it requires to perform differential diagnosis with the use of immunological tests and X-ray examination of the chest. Lung disease in systemic vasculitis worsens prognosis and necessitates urgent therapeutic measures.

Abstract
We present an updated measurement of the B(s)(0) lifetime using the semileptonic decays B(s)(0)→D(s)(-)μ(+)νX, with D(s)(-)→ϕπ(-) and ϕ→K(+)K(-) (and the charge conjugate process). This measurement uses the full Tevatron Run II sample of proton-antiproton collisions at √[s]=1.96 TeV, comprising an integrated luminosity of 10.4 fb(-1). We find a flavor-specific lifetime τ(fs)(B(s)(0))=1.479±0.010(stat)±0.021(syst) ps. This technique is also used to determine the B(0) lifetime using the analogous B(0)→D(-)μ(+)νX decay with D(-)→ϕπ(-) and ϕ→K(+)K(-), yielding τ(B(0))=1.534±0.019(stat)±0.021(syst) ps. Both measurements are consistent with the current world averages, and the B(s)(0) lifetime measurement is one of the most precise to date. Taking advantage of the cancellation of systematic uncertainties, we determine the lifetime ratio τ(fs)(B(s)(0))/τ(B(0))=0.964±0.013(stat)±0.007(syst).

We present a measurement of the forward-backward asymmetry in the production of B(±) mesons, A(FB)(B(±)), using B(±)→J/ψK(±) decays in 10.4 fb(-1) of pp̄ collisions at sqrt[s]=1.96 TeV collected by the D0 experiment during Run II of the Tevatron collider. A nonzero asymmetry would indicate a preference for a particular flavor, i.e., b quark or ̄b antiquark, to be produced in the direction of the proton beam. We extract A(FB)(B(±)) from a maximum likelihood fit to the difference between the numbers of forward- and backward-produced B(±) mesons. We measure an asymmetry consistent with zero: A(FB)(B(±))=[-0.24±0.41 (stat)±0.19 (syst)]%.

Abstract
We present constraints on models containing non-standard-model values for the spin J and parity P of the Higgs boson H in up to 9.7 fb(-1) of pp collisions at sqrt[s] = 1.96 TeV collected with the D0 detector at the Fermilab Tevatron Collider. These are the first studies of Higgs boson J(P) with fermions in the final state. In the ZH → ℓℓbb, WH → ℓνbb, and ZH → ννbb final states, we compare the standard model (SM) Higgs boson prediction, J(P) = 0(+), with two alternative hypotheses, J(P) = 0(-) and J(P) = 2(+). We use a likelihood ratio to quantify the degree to which our data are incompatible with non-SM J(P) predictions for a range of possible production rates. Assuming that the production rate in the signal models considered is equal to the SM prediction, we reject the J(P) = 0(-) and J(P) = 2(+) hypotheses at the 97.6% CL and at the 99.0% CL, respectively. The expected exclusion sensitivity for a J(P) = 0(-) (J(P) = 2(+)) state is at the 99.86% (99.94%) CL. Under the hypothesis that our data are the result of a combination of the SM-like Higgs boson and either a J(P) = 0(-) or a J(P) = 2(+) signal, we exclude a J(P) = 0(-) fraction above 0.80 and a J(P) = 2(+) fraction above 0.67 at the 95% CL. The expected exclusion covers J(P) = 0(-) (J(P) = 2(+)) fractions above 0.54 (0.47).

Abstract
The structure and assembly of soft particles is difficult to characterize because their interpenetrability allows them to be packed at ever higher density albeit with an increasing penalty in energy and/or pressure. Alternatively, the use of impenetrable particles (such as hard spheres) as a reference model for soft particles can fail because the packing densities are limited by the impossibility of complete space filling. We recently introduced the stochastic penetration algorithm (SPA) so as to allow for the computationally efficient integration of hard sphere models while including overlaps seen in soft interactions [Craven et al., J. Chem. Phys., 2013, 138, 244901]. Moving beyond the initial one-dimensional case studied earlier, we now consider the spatial properties of systems of stochastically penetrable spheres in dimensions d≤ 3 through the use of molecular dynamics simulations and analytic methods. The stochastic potential allows spheres to either interpenetrate with a probability δ or collide elastically otherwise. For δ > 0 the particles interpenetrate (overlap), reducing the effective volume occupied by the particles in the system. We find that the occupied volume can be accurately predicted using analytic expressions derived from mean field arguments for the particle overlap probabilities with the exception of an observed clustering regime. This anomalous clustering behavior occurs at high densities and small δ. We find that this regime is coincident with that observed in deterministic penetrable models. The behavior of the stochastic penetrable particles also indicates that soft particles would be characterizable through a single reduced parameter that captures their overlap probability.

Abstract
We measure the mass of the top quark in lepton+jets final states using the full sample of pp collision data collected by the D0 experiment in Run II of the Fermilab Tevatron Collider at sqrt[s] = 1.96 TeV, corresponding to 9.7 fb(-1) of integrated luminosity. We use a matrix element technique that calculates the probabilities for each event to result from tt production or background. The overall jet energy scale is constrained in situ by the mass of the W boson. We measure m(t) = 174.98 ± 0.76 GeV. This constitutes the most precise single measurement of the top-quark mass.

We report the first observation of single-top-quark production in the s channel through the combination of the CDF and D0 measurements of the cross section in proton-antiproton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 1.96 TeV. The data correspond to total integrated luminosities of up to 9.7 fb(-1) per experiment. The measured cross section is σ(s) = 1.29(-0.24)(+0.26) pb. The probability of observing a statistical fluctuation of the background to a cross section of the observed size or larger is 1.8 × 10(-10), corresponding to a significance of 6.3 standard deviations for the presence of an s-channel contribution to the production of single-top quarks.

The neutrino longitudinal momentum is determined by using a neutrino weighting method, and the asymmetry is measured as a function of the W boson rapidity. The measurement extends over wider electron pseudorapidity region than previous results and is the most precise to date, allowing for precise determination of proton parton distribution functions in global fits.

This results in an asymmetry of A(CP) = [-0.38 ± 0.27]%, which is the most precise measurement of this quantity to date. The result is consistent with the standard model prediction of zero CP asymmetry in this decay.

Abstract
In this paper we present results of a comprehensive analysis of the effect of heat shock at different stages of ontogenesis (adult stage, development of the mushroom bodies and the central complex) on courtship behavior (latency, duration and efficacy of courtship), sound production (pulse interval, dispersion of interpulse interval, the percentage of distorted pulses, the mean duration of the pulse parcels), learning and memory formation compared with the content of isoforms LIMK1 in Drosophila melanogaster male with altered structure of the limk1 gene. The heat shock is shown to affect the behavior parameters and LIMK1 content in analyzed strains of Drosophila. The most pronounced effect of the heat shock was observed at the stage of development of the central complex (CC). Heat shock at CC and adult restores the ability of learning and memory formation in the mutant strain agn(ts3), which normally is not able to learn and form memory. Correlations between changes of content of isoforms LIMK1 and behavioral parameters due to heat shock have not been established.

Abstract
We present the first measurements of the ratios of cross sections σ(pp → Z+c jet)/σ(pp → Z+jet) and σ(pp → Z+c jet)/σ(pp → Z+b jet) for the associated production of a Z boson with at least one charm or bottom quark jet. Jets have transverse momentum pT(jet)>20 GeV and pseudorapidity |η(jet)|<2.5. These cross section ratios are measured differentially as a function of jet and Z boson transverse momenta, based on 9.7 fb(-1) of pp collisions collected with the D0 detector at the Fermilab Tevatron Collider at √s=1.96 TeV. The measurements show significant deviations from perturbative QCD calculations and predictions from various event generators.

Abstract
Upper extremities occupational diseases resulting from physical overstrain are widely spread types of occupational pathology. The most common disease is myofibrosis. Seen nowadays, significant use of manual work in physical labour occupations cause high level of occupational morbidity due to physical overstrain. Review of previous studies showed that in spite of topicality the problem still lacks attention. Therefore the use of modern methods of occupational myofibrosis diagnosis such as contrast myography and ultrasound study, development of early diagnostic criteria, more accurate determination of severity degree and the process dynamics gets growing social and priority importance.

Abstract
Inflammatory arthritis is accompanied by disorganization of the circadian rhythm of locomotion in rats. Control saline injections increased the rhythm disturbances. Chronic administration of melatonin (5 mg/kg) attenuated these chronopathological shifts. Diclofenac demonstrated much lower positive chronopharmacological activity than did melatonin.

Abstract
We report an exact transparent boundary condition (TBC) on the surface of a rectangular cuboid for the three-dimensional (3D) time-dependent Schrödinger equation. It is obtained as a generalization of the well-known TBC for the 1D Schrödinger equation and of the exact TBC in the rectangular domain for the 3D parabolic wave equation, which we reported earlier. Like all other TBCs, it is nonlocal in time domain and relates the boundary transverse derivative of the wave function at any given time to the boundary values of the same wave function at all preceding times. We develop a discretization of this boundary condition for the implicit Crank-Nicolson finite difference scheme. Several numerical experiments demonstrate evolution of the wave function in free space as well as propagation through a number of 3D spherically symmetrical and asymmetrical barriers, and, finally, scattering off an asymmetrical 3D potential. The proposed boundary condition is simple and robust, and can be useful in computational quantum mechanics when an accurate numerical solution of the 3D Schrödinger equation is required.

Abstract
Kawai and Komatsuzaki [J. Chem. Phys. 134, 114523 (2011)] recently derived the nonequilibrium generalized Langevin equation (GLE) for a nonstationary system using the projection operator technique. In the limit when the environment is slowly changing (that is, a quasi-equilibrium bath), it should reduce to the irreversible GLE approach (iGLE) [J. Chem. Phys. 111, 7701 (1999)]. Kawai and Komatsuzaki, however, found that the driven harmonic oscillator, an example of a nonequilibrium system does not obey the iGLE presumably because it did not quite satisfy the limiting conditions of the latter. Notwithstanding the lack of a massive quasi-equilibrium bath (one of the conditions under which the iGLE had been derived earlier), we found that the temperature-driven iGLE (T-iGLE) [J. Chem. Phys. 126, 244506 (2007)] can reproduce the nonequilibrium dynamics of a driven dissipated pair of harmonic oscillators. It requires a choice of the function representing the coupling between the oscillator coordinate and the bath and shows that the T-iGLE representation is consistent with the projection operator formalism if only dominant bath modes are taken into account. Moreover, we also show that the more readily applicable phenomenological iGLE model is recoverable from the Kawai and Komatsuzaki model beyond the adiabatic limit used in the original T-iGLE theory.
