Abstract
OBJECTIVES Treating cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is essential in cervix carcinoma prevention and conization is the standard treatment. In the current medical and economic context, which advocates the simplification of procedures, loop excision conization is well adapted to an in-office procedure. Therefore, we evaluated the patient satisfaction after an in-office conization. METHOD We conducted an observational study at the Besançon University Medical Centre. Between November 2013 and October 2014, all patients treated by an in-office conization were included. Global satisfaction of patient was retrospectively collected by answering a telephone questionnaire. RESULTS Seventy patients were treated by in-office conization and answered the questionnaire. Global satisfaction was 88.6%. Moreover, 75.7% of patients declared to have felt no pain or moderate pain during the conization. Most of the patients (91.4%) would advise this in-office care to their relatives. The rate of positive margins for dysplasia was 31.4% and postoperative haemorrhage occurred in 7.1%. CONCLUSION In this context of medical care cost reduction, conization seems to be perfectly adapted to in-office surgery. It was also found to be well accepted by patients without raising neither positive margins rate nor postoperative haemorrhage risk.

Abstract
Urothelial carcinoma, or transitional cell carcinoma, is the most common urologic malignancy that carries significant morbidity, mortality, recurrence risk and associated health care costs. Despite use of current chemotherapies and immunotherapies, long-term remission in patients with muscle-invasive or metastatic disease remains low, and disease recurrence is common. The molecular chaperone Heat Shock Protein-90 (Hsp90) may offer an ideal treatment target, as it is a critical signaling hub in urothelial carcinoma pathogenesis and potentiates chemoradiation. Preclinical testing with Hsp90 inhibitors has demonstrated reduced proliferation, enhanced apoptosis and synergism with chemotherapies and radiation. Despite promising preclinical data, clinical trials utilizing Hsp90 inhibitors for other malignancies had modest efficacy. Therefore, we propose that Hsp90 inhibition would best serve as an adjuvant treatment in advanced muscle-invasive or metastatic bladder cancers to potentiate other therapies. An overview of bladder cancer biology, current treatments, molecular targeted therapies, and the role for Hsp90 inhibitors in the treatment of urothelial carcinoma is the focus of this review.

Abstract
Mice with global deletion of one brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) allele or with forebrain-restricted deletion of both alleles show elevated aggression, but this phenotype is accompanied by other behavioral changes, including increases in anxiety and deficits in cognition. Here we performed behavioral characterization of conditional BDNF knockout mice generated using a Cre recombinase driver line, KA1-Cre, which expresses Cre in few areas of brain: highly at hippocampal area CA3 and moderately in dentate gyrus, cerebellum and facial nerve nucleus. The mutant animals exhibited elevated conspecific aggression and social dominance, but did not show changes in anxiety-like behaviors assessed using the elevated plus maze and open field test. There were no changes in depression-like behaviors tested in the forced swim test, but small increase in immobility in the tail suspension test. In cognitive tasks, mutants showed normal social recognition and normal spatial and fear memory, but exhibited a deficit in object recognition. Thus, this knockout can serve as a robust model for BDNF-dependent aggression and object recognition deficiency.

Abstract
Progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis (PFIC) is a heterogenous group of disorders with various etiologies. Recent molecular and genetic studies have categorized the spectrum of types. Liver transplantation is a curative modality of treatment in this disease. We report our experience with 13 patients with PFIC who underwent living related liver transplantation. The follow-up periods ranged from 12 to 50 months. Two children died at 1 and 2 years posttransplantation, leading to a decrease in survival rate from 100% in the first year to 84.6%.
