Abstract
The tokamak approach, utilizing a toroidal magnetic field configuration to confine a hot plasma, is one of the most promising designs for developing reactors that can exploit nuclear fusion to generate electrical energy1,2. To reach the goal of an economical reactor, most tokamak reactor designs3-10 simultaneously require reaching a plasma line-averaged density above an empirical limit-the so-called Greenwald density11-and attaining an energy confinement quality better than the standard high-confinement mode12,13. However, such an operating regime has never been verified in experiments. In addition, a long-standing challenge in the high-confinement mode has been the compatibility between a high-performance core and avoiding large, transient edge perturbations that can cause very high heat loads on the plasma-facing-components in tokamaks. Here we report the demonstration of stable tokamak plasmas with a line-averaged density approximately 20% above the Greenwald density and an energy confinement quality of approximately 50% better than the standard high-confinement mode, which was realized by taking advantage of the enhanced suppression of turbulent transport granted by high density-gradients in the high-poloidal-beta scenario14,15. Furthermore, our experimental results show an integration of very low edge transient perturbations with the high normalized density and confinement core. The operating regime we report supports some critical requirements in many fusion reactor designs all over the world and opens a potential avenue to an operating point for producing economically attractive fusion energy.

Abstract
An amplitude analysis of the B^{0}→K^{*0}μ^{+}μ^{-} decay is presented using a dataset corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 4.7 fb^{-1} of pp collision data collected with the LHCb experiment. For the first time, the coefficients associated to short-distance physics effects, sensitive to processes beyond the standard model, are extracted directly from the data through a q^{2}-unbinned amplitude analysis, where q^{2} is the μ^{+}μ^{-} invariant mass squared. Long-distance contributions, which originate from nonfactorizable QCD processes, are systematically investigated, and the most accurate assessment to date of their impact on the physical observables is obtained. The pattern of measured corrections to the short-distance couplings is found to be consistent with previous analyses of b- to s-quark transitions, with the largest discrepancy from the standard model predictions found to be at the level of 1.8 standard deviations. The global significance of the observed differences in the decay is 1.4 standard deviations.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of dual fluorescence imaging in identifying central lymph nodes and parathyroid glands during thyroid cancer surgery. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional study. Patients who underwent surgery for papillary thyroid cancer (PTC) at the Department of Head and Neck Surgery, Beijing Tongren Hospital, Capital Medical University between January 2022 and September 2023 were included. All patients underwent thyroid lobectomy or total resection, and central lymph node dissection was performed at the same time. During the operation, tracing injection of mitoxantrone hydrochloride and 785 nm and 660 nm dual fluorescence imaging technique were used to measure the fluorescence intensity (FI) of parathyroid glands, central lymph nodes and background. After correcting to obtain the standardized FI, the paired t-test was used to compare the standardized FI of the parathyroid glands and central lymph nodes, and the Spearman's rank correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the standardized FI and various clinical indicators. Results: The study included 30 patients (8 males and 22 females), with a mean age of (41.8±10.4) years. A total of 76 parathyroid glands and 234 central lymph nodes were identified under dual fluorescence imaging, and the standardized FI of parathyroid glands was less than that of central lymph nodes (44.7±16.8 vs 99.5±28.4, P<0.001). The visualization rate, false rate and miscut rate of parathyroid glands under 785 nm wavelength excitation light were 98.7% (76/77), 0 (0/77) and 1.3% (1/77), respectively (one case with no visualization and miscutting parathyroid gland was the encapsulated type). The visualization rate of central lymph nodes under 660 nm wavelength excitation light was 98.7% (234/237). There was no significant correlation between FI and clinical indicators such as gender, age, height, weight, body mass index, preoperative thyroid stimulating hormone, thyroglobulin antibody, thyroid microsomal antibody, serum calcium, parathyroid hormone level and surgical procedure (all P>0.05). Conclusion: Dual fluorescence imaging of central lymph nodes and parathyroid glands can improve the ability to identify parathyroid gland while assisting central lymph node dissection.

Abstract
Activating transcription factor 6 (ATF6), an important signaling molecule in unfolded protein response (UPR), plays a role in the pathogenesis of several diseases, including diseases such as congenital retinal disease, liver fibrosis and ankylosing spondylitis. After endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS), ATF6 is activated after separation from binding immunoglobulin protein (GRP78/BiP) in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and transported to the Golgi apparatus to be hydrolyzed by site 1 and site 2 proteases into ATF6 fragments, which localize to the nucleus and regulate the transcription and expression of ERS-related genes. In these diseases, ERS leads to the activation of UPR, which ultimately lead to the occurrence and development of diseases by regulating the physiological state of cells through the ATF6 signaling pathway. Here, we discuss the evidence for the pathogenic importance of ATF6 signaling in different diseases and discuss preclinical results.

Abstract
Congenital sideroblastic anemia (CSA) is a group of disorders caused by different genetic mutations that result in low iron utilization and ineffective erythropoiesis. Current treatments are limited, and some patients do not respond to vitamin B6 therapy. Luspatercept is a novel erythropoietic maturation agent approved for adult β-thalassemia and Myelodysplastic syndromes with ring sideroblasts (MDS-RS) associated with ineffective erythropoiesis. Here we report 2 patients with CSA due to mutations in ALAS2 and SLC25A38 genes who became unresponsive after a period of treatment with vitamin B6 and iron chelators but achieved transfusion independence and a markedly reduced spleen after combination with luspatercept.

Abstract
The first observation of the singly Cabibbo-suppressed Ω_{c}^{0}→Ω^{-}K^{+} and Ω_{c}^{0}→Ξ^{-}π^{+} decays is reported, using proton-proton collision data at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.4 fb^{-1}, collected with the LHCb detector between 2016 and 2018. The branching fraction ratios are measured to be B(Ω_{c}^{0}→Ω^{-}K^{+})/B(Ω_{c}^{0}→Ω^{-}π^{+})=[6.08±0.51(stat)±0.40(syst)]%,B(Ω_{c}^{0}→Ξ^{-}π^{+})/B(Ω_{c}^{0}→Ω^{-}π^{+})=[15.81±0.87(stat)±0.44(syst)±0.16(ext)]%. In addition, using the Ω_{c}^{0}→Ω^{-}π^{+} decay channel, the Ω_{c}^{0} baryon mass is measured to be M(Ω_{c}^{0})=2695.28±0.07(stat)±0.27(syst)±0.30(ext) MeV, improving the precision of the previous world average by a factor of 4.

Abstract
The production rate of Λ_{b}^{0} baryons relative to B^{0} mesons in pp collisions at a center-of-mass energy sqrt[s]=13 TeV is measured by the LHCb experiment. The ratio of Λ_{b}^{0} to B^{0} production cross sections shows a significant dependence on both the transverse momentum and the measured charged-particle multiplicity. At low multiplicity, the ratio measured at LHCb is consistent with the value measured in e^{+}e^{-} collisions, and increases by a factor of ∼2 with increasing multiplicity. At relatively low transverse momentum, the ratio of Λ_{b}^{0} to B^{0} cross sections is higher than what is measured in e^{+}e^{-} collisions, but converges with the e^{+}e^{-} ratio as the momentum increases. These results imply that the evolution of heavy b quarks into final-state hadrons is influenced by the density of the hadronic environment produced in the collision. Comparisons with several models and implications for the mechanisms enforcing quark confinement are discussed.

Abstract
The decay-time-dependent CP asymmetry in B_{s}^{0}→J/ψ(→μ^{+}μ^{-})K^{+}K^{-} decays is measured using proton-proton collision data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 6 fb^{-1}, collected with the LHCb detector at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV. Using a sample of approximately 349 000 B_{s}^{0} signal decays with an invariant K^{+}K^{-} mass in the vicinity of the ϕ(1020) resonance, the CP-violating phase ϕ_{s} is measured, along with the difference in decay widths of the light and heavy mass eigenstates of the B_{s}^{0}-B[over ¯]_{s}^{0} system, ΔΓ_{s}, and the difference of the average B_{s}^{0} and B^{0} meson decay widths, Γ_{s}-Γ_{d}. The values obtained are ϕ_{s}=-0.039±0.022±0.006 rad, ΔΓ_{s}=0.0845±0.0044±0.0024 ps^{-1}, and Γ_{s}-Γ_{d}=-0.0056_{-0.0015}^{+0.0013}±0.0014 ps^{-1}, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. These are the most precise single measurements to date and are consistent with expectations based on the Standard Model and with the previous LHCb analyses of this decay. These results are combined with previous independent LHCb measurements. The phase ϕ_{s} is also measured independently for each polarization state of the K^{+}K^{-} system and shows no evidence for polarization dependence.

Abstract
Background Natural killer (NK) cells play important immunoregulatory roles in the immune pathogenesis of severe aplastic anemia (SAA). Our previous research showed that SAA caused a decrease in T cell immunoglobulin mucin-3 (TIM3) expression on NK cells. Here we investigated the expression of surface receptors, and the cytotoxicity of peripheral TIM3+ NK and TIM3- NK cells in patients with SAA. Methods The expressions of surface receptors and cytoplasmic protein of TIM3+ NK and TIM3- NK cells from peripheral blood were detected by FCM. The functions of mDCs, and apoptosis rate of K562 cells after co-culture with TIM3+ NK and TIM3- NK cells were maesured by FCM. Westren-blot was used to detect the changes of TIM3+ NK and TIM3- NK signaling pathway proteins (AKT, P-AKT) and compare the functional activity of the two groups. Results Activating receptors NKG2D and Granzyme B were higher, while inhibiting receptors NKG2A, CD158a and CD158b were lower on TIM3- NK cells compared with TIM3+ NK cells in patients with SAA. In SAA, the expression of CD80 and CD86 on mDCs (Myeloid dendritic cells) was significantly decreased after incubation with TIM3- NK cells. The apoptosis rate (AR) of K562 cells was significantly increased after being incubated with TIM3- NK cells in SAA. The level of signal pathway protein AKT of TIM3- NK cells in SAA was similar to that of TIM3+ NK cells, and the levels of P-AKT and P-AKT/AKT ratio of TIM3- NK cells were significantly higher than those of TIM3+ NK cells. Conclusions Therefore, TIM3 exerts its inhibitory effect on NK cells and participates in the immune pathogenesis of SAA. Low expression of TIM3 contributes to the enhancement of NK cell activity which in turn inhibits the immune activation state of SAA and improves the disease state. Our research may aid the development of new therapeutic strategies based on TIM3-NK cells infusion for the treatment of SAA.

Abstract
A measurement of time-dependent CP violation in the decays of B^{0} and B[over ¯]^{0} mesons to the final states J/ψ(→μ^{+}μ^{-})K_{S}^{0}, ψ(2S)(→μ^{+}μ^{-})K_{S}^{0} and J/ψ(→e^{+}e^{-})K_{S}^{0} with K_{S}^{0}→π^{+}π^{-} is presented. The data correspond to an integrated luminosity of 6 fb^{-1} collected at a center-of-mass energy of sqrt[s]=13 TeV with the LHCb detector. The CP-violation parameters are measured to be S_{ψK_{S}^{0}}=0.717±0.013(stat)±0.008(syst) and C_{ψK_{S}^{0}}=0.008±0.012(stat)±0.003(syst). This measurement of S_{ψK_{S}^{0}} represents the most precise single measurement of the CKM angle β to date and is more precise than the current world average. In addition, measurements of the CP-violation parameters of the individual channels are reported and a combination with the LHCb Run 1 measurements is performed.

Abstract
PURPOSE There is little information on factors that influence the glycemic variability (GV) during the nocturnal and diurnal periods. We aimed to examine the relationship between clinical factors and GV during these two periods. METHODS This cross-sectional study included 134 patients with type 2 diabetes. 24-h changes in blood glucose were recorded by a continuous glucose monitoring system. Nocturnal and diurnal GV were assessed by standard deviation of blood glucose (SDBG), coefficient of variation (CV), and mean amplitude of glycemic excursions (MAGE), respectively. Robust regression analyses were performed to identify the factors associated with GV. Restricted cubic splines were used to determine dose-response relationship. RESULTS During the nocturnal period, age and glycemic level at 12:00 A.M. were positively associated with GV, whereas alanine aminotransferase was negatively associated with GV. During the diurnal period, homeostatic model assessment 2-insulin sensitivity (HOMA2-S) was positively associated with GV, whereas insulin secretion-sensitivity index-2 (ISSI2) was negatively associated with GV. Additionally, we found a J-shape association between the glycemic level at 12:00 A.M. and MAGE, with 9.0 mmol/L blood glucose level as a cutoff point. Similar nonlinear associations were found between ISSI2 and SDBG, and between ISSI2 and MAGE, with ISSI2 value of 175 as a cutoff point. CONCLUSION Factors associated with GV were different between nocturnal and diurnal periods. The cutoff points we found in this study may provide the therapeutic targets for beta-cell function and pre-sleep glycemic level in clinical practice.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION A positive experience in mammography is essential for increasing patient attendance and reattendance at these examinations, whether conducted for diagnostic or screening purposes. Mammograms indeed facilitate early disease detection, enhance the potential for cure, and consequently reduce breast cancer mortality. The main objective of this review was to identify and map the strategies aiming to improve the patient experience in diagnostic and screening mammography. METHODS This scoping review was performed following the JBI methodology and the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR). Searches were performed through databases of MEDLINE, Embase.com, CINAHL, APA PsycINFO, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, Web of Science, ProQuest Dissertation and Theses, and three clinical trial registries. This review considered studies evaluating the effect of interventions, occurring within the mammography department, on the patient experience. RESULTS The literature search yielded 8113 citations of which 60, matching the inclusion criteria, were included. The strategies were classified into eight categories. The most represented one was breast compression and positioning, followed by relaxation techniques and analgesic care, communication and information, screening equipment, examination procedures, patient-related factors, physical environment, and finally staff characteristics. The studied outcomes related to patient experience were mainly pain, anxiety, comfort, and satisfaction. Other types of outcomes were also considered in the studies such as image quality, technical parameters, or radiation dose. Most studies were conducted by radiographers, on female patients, and none mentioned the inclusion of male or transgender patients. CONCLUSION This review outlined a diversity of strategies to improve patient experience, although technique-based interventions were predominant. Further research is warranted, notably on psychological strategies, and on men and transgender people. IMPLICATIONS FOR PRACTICE This scoping review provides guidance to healthcare providers and services for better patient/client-centered care.

Abstract
AIM To develop a simple and convenient method based on multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and clinical features to non-invasively predict tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) in breast cancer (BC) and to explore the relationship between TIL levels and disease-free survival (DFS). MATERIALS AND METHODS A total of 172 BC patients were enrolled between November 2017 and June 2021 in this retrospective study. The patients were divided into high (≥10%) and low (<10%) TIL groups. Clinicopathological data were collected. MRI features were reviewed by two radiologists. Predictors associated with TILs were determined by using multivariable logistic regression analyses. Kaplan-Meier survival curves based on TIL levels were used to estimate DFS. RESULTS A total of 102 patients with low TILs and 70 patients with high TILs were included in the study. Tumour size (odds ratio [OR], 1.040; 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.006, 1.075; p=0.020), apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC; OR, 1.003; 95% CI: 1.001, 1.005; p=0.015), clinical axillary lymph node status (CALNS; OR, 3.222; 95% CI: 1.372,7.568; p=0.007), and enhancement pattern (OR, 0.284; 95% CI: 0.143, 0.563; p<0.001) were independently associated with TIL levels. These features were used in the ALSE model (where A is ADC, L is CALNS, S is size, and E is enhancement pattern). High TILs were associated with better DFS (p=0.016). CONCLUSION The ALSE model derived from multiparametric MRI and clinical features could non-invasively predict TIL levels in BC, and high TILs were associated with longer DFS, especially in human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive BC and triple-negative BC (TNBC).

Abstract
The first observation and study of two new baryonic structures in the final state Ξ_{b}^{0}π^{+}π^{-} and the confirmation of the Ξ_{b}(6100)^{-} state in the Ξ_{b}^{-}π^{+}π^{-} decay mode are reported using proton-proton collision data collected by the LHCb experiment, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1}. In addition, the properties of the known Ξ_{b}^{*0}, Ξ_{b}^{'-} and Ξ_{b}^{*-} resonances are measured with improved precision. The new decay mode of the Ξ_{b}^{0} baryon to the Ξ_{c}^{+} π^{-} π^{+} π^{-} final state is observed and exploited for the first time in these measurements.

Abstract
A flavor-tagged time-dependent angular analysis of the decay B_{s}^{0}→ϕϕ is performed using pp collision data collected by the LHCb experiment at the center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 6 fb^{-1}. The CP-violating phase and direct CP-violation parameter are measured to be ϕ_{s}^{ss[over ¯]s}=-0.042±0.075±0.009 rad and |λ|=1.004±0.030±0.009, respectively, assuming the same values for all polarization states of the ϕϕ system. In these results, the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. These parameters are also determined separately for each polarization state, showing no evidence for polarization dependence. The results are combined with previous LHCb measurements using pp collisions at center-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV, yielding ϕ_{s}^{ss[over ¯]s}=-0.074±0.069 rad and |λ|=1.009±0.030. This is the most precise study of time-dependent CP violation in a penguin-dominated B meson decay. The results are consistent with CP symmetry and with the standard model predictions.

Abstract
The branching fraction of the rare decay Λ_{b}^{0}→Λ(1520)μ^{+}μ^{-} is measured for the first time, in the squared dimuon mass intervals q^{2}, excluding the J/ψ and ψ(2S) regions. The data sample analyzed was collected by the LHCb experiment at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV, corresponding to a total integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1}. The result in the highest q^{2} interval, q^{2}>15.0 GeV^{2}/c^{4}, where theoretical predictions have the smallest model dependence, agrees with the predictions.

Abstract
We report the observation of a set of coherent high frequency electromagnetic fluctuations that leads to a turbulence induced self-regulating phenomenon in the DIII-D high bootstrap current fraction plasma. The fluctuations have frequency of 130-220 kHz, the poloidal wavelength and phase velocity are 16-30 m^{-1} and ∼30 km/s, respectively, in the outboard midplane with the estimated toroidal mode number n∼5-9. The fluctuations are located in the internal transport barrier (ITB) region at large radius and are experimentally validated to be kinetic ballooning modes (KBM). Quasilinear estimation predicts the KBM to be able to drive experimental particle flux and non-negligible thermal flux, suggesting its significant role in regulating the ITB saturation.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) Online adaptative radiotherapy (ART) strategy can be applied to account for inter-fraction organ motion while limiting organ at risk (OAR) dose. This study aims to evaluate tumor target and OARs inter- and intrafraction motion using online MRI during the full course of MR-Linac radiotherapy fractions. Furthermore, quantify the dosimetric consequences of online adaptative compared with non-adaptative radiotherapy (non-ART) in cervical cancer. MATERIALS/METHODS Six cervix cancer patients were treated with 150 fractions on the 1.5 T Unity MR-Linac. Each fraction, pre-treatment MRI scans were obtained at the start of every treatment session, and post-treatment MRI scans were obtained at the end of every treatment session. A total 300 MR images were included in this study and the CTV, bladder and rectum were delineated on each MRI by the same radiation oncologist. The inter-fraction and intrafraction changes of contours were evaluated by dice similarity coefficient (DSC), Hausdorff distance (HD), volume difference (ΔV). The reference treatment plans were generated using step-and-shoot IMRT and utilized 9 beam groups on original CT. Then, the online adaptative treatment plans were obtained by re-optimizing based on the contours on daily pre-treatment MRI by "adapt to shape" workflow using the same beam parameters and optimization objectives from the reference plans. Non-ART plans for each patient were generated by recalculating the dose from the reference plans on daily online MRI by "adapt to position" workflow. CTV coverage and OARs constraints were used to compare ART and non-ART plans. RESULTS The results showed that large inter-fraction anatomical changes limited the efficacy of radiation therapy (CTV: DSC: 0.89±0.03, HD: 20.83±5.05mm, ΔV: 1.21%±5.44%; Bladder: DSC: 0.68±0.18, HD: 30.58±15.75mm, ΔV: -10.17%±61.19%; Rectum: DSC: 0.69±0.09, HD: 22.98±12.03mm, ΔV: 21.01%±20.59%).The intrafraction anatomical changes were smaller (CTV: DSC: 0.96±0.01, HD: 8.85±3.54mm, ΔV: -0.64%±1.90%; Bladder: DSC: 0.90±0.07, HD: 14.62±9.56mm, ΔV: 19.83%±21.71%; Rectum: DSC: 0.98±0.04, HD: 2.90±4.27mm, ΔV: 0.13%±5.04%) . Non-ART showed inadequate primary CTV coverage in 30% of the daily fractions. Online adaptative plans improved CTV coverage significantly (p<0.001) to 99%. Compared with non-ART, online ART decreased the fraction dose to bladder and rectum indicated by significant (p<0.001) improvements for daily D50%, D2% and Dmean. CONCLUSION In cervical cancer radiotherapy, a non-adaptive strategy led to inadequate target coverage for individual patients. Online adaptative radiotherapy corrected for day-to-day anatomical variations and resulted in adequate target coverage in all fractions. The dose to rectum and bladder was decreased significantly when applying online adaptative radiotherapy.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) Magnetic resonance image (MRI) guided radiation therapy has the potential to improve outcomes for glioblastoma by adapting to tumor changes during radiation therapy. This study aimed to assess the feasibility and potential benefits of MR-guided online adaptive radiotherapy (MRgOART) for patients with glioblastoma. MATERIALS/METHODS Twenty consecutive patients with glioblastoma were treated with MRgOART of 60 Gy in 30 fractions by the 1.5 T MR-Linac. The MRgOART fractions employed daily MR scans and the contours were utilized to create each adapted plan. The gross tumor volume (GTV) and clinical target volume (CTV) were delineated on MRI of pre-treatment simulation (Fx0) and all fractions (Fx1, Fx2, Fx3 ... Fx30) to evaluate the inter-fractional changes. These changes were quantified using absolute/relative volume (∆V), Dice similarity coefficient (DSC) and Hausdorff distance (HD) metrics. The reference treatment plans were generated using step-and-shoot IMRT and utilized 7-9 beam groups on original CT. Before the treatment, a synthetic CT (sCT) quality assurance (QA) process was performed to assess the dose accuracy of bulk relative electron density (rED) assignment for online MRI based treatment plan in terms of gamma analysis, point dose comparison and dose volume histogram (DVH) parameters. Then, the online adaptative treatment plans were obtained by re-optimizing based on the contours on daily pre-treatment MRI by "adapt to shape" workflow. Non-adaptive plans for each patient were generated by recalculating the dose from the reference plans on daily online MRI by "adapt to position" workflow. GTV and CTV coverage and organ at risk (OAR) constraints were used to compare non-adaptive and adaptive plans. RESULTS For both criteria, the 1%/1mm (98.58%±0.15%) and 2%/2mm (99.88%±0.18%) gamma passing rate results were always clinically acceptable in sCT QA process. The differences on point dose and DVH parameters between the plans based on sCT and original CT were less than 1%. A total of 20 patients with 600 fractions were evaluated. The results showed that large inter-fractional changes for GTV limited the efficacy of radiation therapy (DSC: 0.78±0.08, HD: 20.94±3.64mm, ∆V: 2.92%±6.36%). The inter-fractional CTV changes were smaller (DSC: 0.91±0.04, HD: 15.31±3.09mm, ∆V: 1.41%±1.29%). GTV coverage of non-adaptive plans was below the prescribed coverage in 228/600 fractions (38%), with 90 (15%) failing by more than 10%. For CTV coverage of non-adaptive plans, the changes were less than 5%. Online adaptative plans improved GTV and CTV coverage significantly (p<0.001) to 99%. The adaptive plans also had lower dose to whole brain than non-adaptive plans (p<0.001). CONCLUSION Significant inter-fractional tumor changes could be found during radiotherapy in patients with glioblastoma treated by the 1.5 T MR-Linac. Daily MR-guided re-optimization of treatment plans corrected for day-to-day anatomical variations and resulted in adequate target coverage in all fractions.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) Accurate and efficient delineation of organs and targets on session images is critical in MRI-guided online adaptive radiotherapy (MRgOART). This study proposes a registration-guided deep learning image segmentation framework to assist online delineation of cervical carcinoma. MATERIALS/METHODS A total of 300 T2-weighted MR images were acquired for patients with cervical carcinoma treated by a 1.5T Unity MR-Linac. The CTV, bladder, rectum, pelvic bone and femoral joints were delineated on each MRI by the same radiation oncologist. To overcome these obstacles to online MRI segmentation, we propose a registration-guided DL (RgDL) segmentation framework that integrates image registration algorithms and DL segmentation models. Firstly, the DL segmentation model was trained using nnU-net. Then, for each treatment fraction, the deformable image registration (DIR) algorithm generates initial contours from previous treatment fraction, which were used as guidance by DL model to obtain the accurate current segmentation. The segmentation accuracy of alone DIR, DL and RgDL were evaluated by dice similarity coefficients (DSC) and other distance-based metrics. RESULTS Compared to the baseline approaches using the DIR and the DL alone, RgDL achieved a DSC of 91.12% on CTV, higher than DIR and DL alone by 15.54% and 10.13%. The DSC of RgDL were improved to 95.58%, 93.65%, 87.8% and 94.84% for bladder, pelvic bone, rectum and femoral joints, higher than DIR and DL alone by 9.61% on average. CONCLUSION The proposed adaptive auto-segmentation method can achieve accurate and efficient segmentation and potentially overcome these obstacles to MRgOART.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) Modern radiotherapy techniques achieve highly conformal target doses while avoiding organs at risk such as lens. The magnitude of eyes movement and its influence on lens dose is unclear. The lens dose is relevant for cataract formation. This study aims to evaluate the movement-range of lens and its influence on dose distribution during MR-guided radiotherapy for brain cancer patients. MATERIALS/METHODS Fifty patients with brain cancer who were treated with MR-guided radiotherapy on 1.5 T MR-Linac were included in this study. All patients underwent a pre-treatment MRI and post-treatment MRI for each fraction. The eyes and lens were delineated on each MR image by a radiation oncologist. The reference treatment plans based original CT were recalculated on each MRI by "adapt to position" workflow. Then, we created planning risk volume (PRV) for lens by adding population margin and reoptimized the reference plans to evaluate the dose changes for lens. Inter-fraction and intrafraction variability for eyes and lens were evaluated with the Dice similarity coefficient (DSC), the Hausdorff distance (HD) and mean distance to agreement (MDA). Differences in daily dose (Dmax and Dmean) for eyes and lens were assessed. RESULTS A total of 300 MR images were analyzed in this study. The eyes motion was observed (minimum DSC: 0.57; maximum HD: 10.53; maximum MDA: 3.13). And the obvious lens motion also was found (minimum DSC: 0.01; maximum HD: 10.78; maximum MDA: 5.68). The maximum dose changes for eyes were up to 34.1% and the mean dose changes were up to 18.1%. The maximum dose changes for lens were up to 97.9% and the mean dose changes for eyes were up to 89%. When the reoptimized plans were generated by PRV lens, the dose changes were decreased nearly to 0. CONCLUSION Eyes movements in all radiotherapy fractions result in higher lens doses and potentially increase cataract formation rate. Adding margin expansions in treatment planning, to account for eyes motion, is the feasible approach to limit lens dose.

Abstract
Two new excited states, Ω_{c}(3185)^{0} and Ω_{c}(3327)^{0}, are observed in the Ξ_{c}^{+}K^{-} invariant-mass spectrum using proton-proton collision data collected by the LHCb experiment, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1}. Five previously observed excited Ω_{c}^{0} states are confirmed, namely Ω_{c}(3000)^{0}, Ω_{c}(3050)^{0}, Ω_{c}(3065)^{0}, Ω_{c}(3090)^{0}, and Ω_{c}(3119)^{0}. The masses and widths of these seven states are measured with the highest precision to date.

Abstract
An amplitude analysis of B^{0}→J/ψϕK_{S}^{0} decays is performed using proton-proton collision data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1}, collected with the LHCb detector at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV. Evidence with a significance of 4.0 standard deviations of a structure in the J/ψK_{S}^{0} system, named T_{ψs1}^{θ}(4000)^{0}, is seen, with its mass and width measured to be 3991_{-10}^{+12} _{-17}^{+9} MeV/c^{2} and 105_{-25}^{+29} _{-23}^{+17} MeV, respectively, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. The T_{ψs1}^{θ}(4000)^{0} state is likely to be the isospin partner of the T_{ψs1}^{θ}(4000)^{+} state, previously observed in the J/ψK^{+} system of the B^{+}→J/ψϕK^{+} decay. When isospin symmetry for the charged and neutral T_{ψs1}^{θ}(4000) states is assumed, the signal significance increases to 5.4 standard deviations.

Abstract
The ratios of branching fractions R(D^{*})≡B(B[over ¯]→D^{*}τ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{τ})/B(B[over ¯]→D^{*}μ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{μ}) and R(D^{0})≡B(B^{-}→D^{0}τ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{τ})/B(B^{-}→D^{0}μ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{μ}) are measured, assuming isospin symmetry, using a sample of proton-proton collision data corresponding to 3.0 fb^{-1} of integrated luminosity recorded by the LHCb experiment during 2011 and 2012. The tau lepton is identified in the decay mode τ^{-}→μ^{-}ν_{τ}ν[over ¯]_{μ}. The measured values are R(D^{*})=0.281±0.018±0.024 and R(D^{0})=0.441±0.060±0.066, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic. The correlation between these measurements is ρ=-0.43. The results are consistent with the current average of these quantities and are at a combined 1.9 standard deviations from the predictions based on lepton flavor universality in the standard model.

Abstract
The production of prompt D^{0} mesons in proton-lead collisions in both the forward and backward rapidity regions at a center-of-mass energy per nucleon pair of sqrt[s_{NN}]=8.16 TeV is measured by the LHCb experiment. The nuclear modification factor of prompt D^{0} mesons is determined as a function of the transverse momentum p_{T}, and the rapidity in the nucleon-nucleon center-of-mass frame y^{*}. In the forward rapidity region, significantly suppressed production with respect to pp collisions is measured, which provides significant constraints on models of nuclear parton distributions and hadron production down to the very low Bjorken-x region of ∼10^{-5}. In the backward rapidity region, a suppression with a significance of 2.0-3.8 standard deviations compared to parton distribution functions in a nuclear environment expectations is found in the kinematic region of p_{T}>6 GeV/c and -3.25

Abstract
The time-integrated CP asymmetry in the Cabibbo-suppressed decay D^{0}→K^{-}K^{+} is measured using proton-proton collision data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.7 fb^{-1} collected at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV with the LHCb detector. The D^{0} mesons are required to originate from promptly produced D^{*+}→D^{0}π^{+} decays, and the charge of the companion pion is used to determine the flavor of the charm meson at production. The time-integrated CP asymmetry is measured to be A_{CP}(K^{-}K^{+})=[6.8±5.4±1.6]×10^{-4} where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. The direct CP asymmetries in D^{0}→K^{-}K^{+} and D^{0}→π^{-}π^{+} decays, a_{K^{-}K^{+}}^{d} and a_{π^{-}π^{+}}^{d}, are derived by combining A_{CP}(K^{-}K^{+}) with the time-integrated CP asymmetry difference, ΔA_{CP}=A_{CP}(K^{-}K^{+})-A_{CP}(π^{-}π^{+}), and other inputs, giving a_{K^{-}K^{+}}^{d}=(7.7±5.7)×10^{-4},a_{π^{-}π^{+}}^{d}=(23.2±6.1)×10^{-4},with a correlation coefficient corresponding to ρ=0.88. The compatibility of these results with CP symmetry is 1.4 and 3.8 standard deviations for D^{0}→K^{-}K^{+} and D^{0}→π^{-}π^{+} decays, respectively. This is the first evidence for direct CP violation in a specific D^{0} decay.

Abstract
Searches for the rare hadronic decays B^{0}→pp[over ¯]pp[over ¯] and B_{s}^{0}→pp[over ¯]pp[over ¯] are performed using proton-proton collision data recorded by the LHCb experiment and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1}. Significances of 9.3σ and 4.0σ, including statistical and systematic uncertainties, are obtained for the B^{0}→pp[over ¯]pp[over ¯] and B_{s}^{0}→pp[over ¯]pp[over ¯] signals, respectively. The branching fractions are measured relative to the topologically similar normalization decays B^{0}→J/ψ(→pp[over ¯])K^{*0}(→K^{+}π^{-}) and B_{s}^{0}→J/ψ(→pp[over ¯])ϕ(→K^{+}K^{-}). The branching fractions are measured to be B(B^{0}→pp[over ¯]pp[over ¯])=(2.2±0.4±0.1±0.1)×10^{-8} and B(B_{s}^{0}→pp[over ¯]pp[over ¯])=(2.3±1.0±0.2±0.1)×10^{-8}. In these measurements, the first uncertainty is statistical, the second is systematic, and the third one is due to the external branching fraction of the normalization channel.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE This study aimed to establish a model for predicting the three-year survival status of patients with hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma using artificial intelligence algorithms. METHOD Data from 295 patients with hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma were analysed retrospectively. Training sets comprised 70 per cent of the data and test sets the remaining 30 per cent. A total of 22 clinical parameters were included as training features. In total, 12 different types of machine learning algorithms were used for model construction. Accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, area under the receiver operating characteristic curve and Cohen's kappa co-efficient were used to evaluate model performance. RESULTS The XGBoost algorithm achieved the best model performance. Accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, area under the receiver operating characteristic curve and kappa value of the model were 80.9 per cent, 92.6 per cent, 62.9 per cent, 77.7 per cent and 58.1 per cent, respectively. CONCLUSION This study successfully identified a machine learning model for predicting three-year survival status for patients with hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma that can offer a new prognostic evaluation method for the clinical treatment of these patients.

Abstract
An amplitude analysis of the B^{+}→D_{s}^{+}D_{s}^{-}K^{+} decay is carried out to study for the first time its intermediate resonant contributions, using proton-proton collision data collected with the LHCb detector at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV. A near-threshold peaking structure, referred to as X(3960), is observed in the D_{s}^{+}D_{s}^{-} invariant-mass spectrum with significance greater than 12 standard deviations. The mass, width, and the quantum numbers of the structure are measured to be 3956±5±10 MeV, 43±13±8 MeV, and J^{PC}=0^{++}, respectively, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. The properties of the new structure are consistent with recent theoretical predictions for a state composed of cc[over ¯]ss[over ¯] quarks. Evidence for an additional structure is found around 4140 MeV in the D_{s}^{+}D_{s}^{-} invariant mass, which might be caused either by a new resonance with the 0^{++} assignment or by a J/ψϕ↔D_{s}^{+}D_{s}^{-} coupled-channel effect.

Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of platelets on hematopoietic stem cell (HSCs) implantation in mice with radiation-induced bone marrow injury and bone marrow transplantation models. Methods: ①Male C57BL/6 mice were divided into a single irradiation group and a radiation infusion group after receiving (60)Co semimyeloablative irradiation for 18-10 weeks. The irradiation infusion group received 1×10(8) platelets expressing GFP fluorescent protein. ② The allogeneic bone marrow transplantation model was established. The experimental groups included the simple transplantation group (BMT) and the transplantation infusion group (BMT+PLT). The BMT group was infused through the tail vein only 5 × 10(6) bone marrow cells, the BMT+PLT group needs to be infused with bone marrow cells at the same time 1× 10(8) platelets. ③ Test indicators included peripheral blood cell and bone marrow cell counts, flow cytometry to detect the proportion of hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) and hematopoietic progenitor cells, bone marrow cell proliferation and apoptosis, and pathological observation of vascular niche damage and repair. Results: ①On the 3rd, 7th, 14(th), and 21st days after irradiation, the bone marrow cell count of the infusion group was higher than that in the single irradiation group (P<0.05), and the peripheral blood cell count was also higher. A statistically significant difference was found between the white blood cell count on the 21st day and the platelet count on the 7th day (P<0.05). In the observation cycle, the percentage of bone marrow cell proliferation in the infusion group was higher, while the percentage of apoptosis was lower. ② The results of bone tissue immunofluorescence after irradiation showed that the continuity of hematopoietic niche with red fluorescence was better in the irradiation infusion group. ③The chimerism percentage in the BMT+PLT group was always higher than that in the BMT group after transplantation.④ The BMT+PLT group had higher bone marrow cell count and percentage of bone marrow cell proliferation on the 7th and 28th day after transplantation than that in the BMT group, and the percentage of bone marrow cell apoptosis on the 14th day was lower than that in the BMT group (P<0.05). After the 14th day, the percentage of stem progenitor cells in the bone marrow cells of mice was higher than that in the BMT group (P<0.05). ⑤The immunohistochemical results of bone marrow tissue showed that the continuity of vascular endothelium in the BMT+PLT group was better than that in the BMT group. Conclusion: Platelet transfusion can alleviate the injury of vascular niche, promotes HSC homing, and is beneficial to hematopoietic reconstruction.

Abstract
The first simultaneous test of muon-electron universality using B^{+}→K^{+}ℓ^{+}ℓ^{-} and B^{0}→K^{*0}ℓ^{+}ℓ^{-} decays is performed, in two ranges of the dilepton invariant-mass squared, q^{2}. The analysis uses beauty mesons produced in proton-proton collisions collected with the LHCb detector between 2011 and 2018, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1}. Each of the four lepton universality measurements reported is either the first in the given q^{2} interval or supersedes previous LHCb measurements. The results are compatible with the predictions of the Standard Model.

Abstract
A combined amplitude analysis is performed for the decays B^{0}→D[over ¯]^{0}D_{s}^{+}π^{-} and B^{+}→D^{-}D_{s}^{+}π^{+}, which are related by isospin symmetry. The analysis is based on data collected by the LHCb detector in proton-proton collisions at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV. The full data sample corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1}. Two new resonant states with masses of 2.908±0.011±0.020 GeV and widths of 0.136±0.023±0.013 GeV are observed, which decay to D_{s}^{+}π^{+} and D_{s}^{+}π^{-} respectively. The former state indicates the first observation of a doubly charged open-charm tetraquark state with minimal quark content [cs[over ¯]ud[over ¯]], and the latter state is a neutral tetraquark composed of [cs[over ¯]u[over ¯]d] quarks. Both states are found to have spin-parity of 0^{+}, and their resonant parameters are consistent with each other, which suggests that they belong to an isospin triplet.

Abstract
A search for the very rare D^{0}→μ^{+}μ^{-} decay is performed using data collected by the LHCb experiment in proton-proton collisions at sqrt[s]=7, 8, and 13 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1}. The search is optimized for D^{0} mesons from D^{*+}→D^{0}π^{+} decays but is also sensitive to D^{0} mesons from other sources. No evidence for an excess of events over the expected background is observed. An upper limit on the branching fraction of this decay is set at B(D^{0}→μ^{+}μ^{-})<3.1×10^{-9} at a 90% C.L. This represents the world's most stringent limit, constraining models of physics beyond the standard model.

Abstract
An amplitude analysis of B^{-}→J/ψΛp[over ¯] decays is performed using 4400 signal candidates selected on a data sample of pp collisions recorded at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV with the LHCb detector, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1}. A narrow resonance in the J/ψΛ system, consistent with a pentaquark candidate with strangeness, is observed with high significance. The mass and the width of this new state are measured to be 4338.2±0.7±0.4 MeV and 7.0±1.2±1.3 MeV, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. The spin is determined to be 1/2 and negative parity is preferred. Because of the small Q-value of the reaction, the most precise single measurement of the B^{-} mass to date, 5279.44±0.05±0.07 MeV, is obtained.

Abstract
BACKGROUND T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin-containing domain (TIM)-3 exerts its inhibitory effect on NK cells and participates in the immune pathogenesis of SAA. In this study, we aimed to explore a novel treatment method of TIM-3(+) NK or TIM-3(-) NK cell infusion in combination with immunosuppressive therapy for bone marrow failure (BMF)/aplastic anemia (AA) mice. METHODS BMF/AA mouse model was constructed. The TIM-3 expression and functional molecules on TIM-3(+) and TIM-3(-) NK cells of the BMF group, total body irradiation (TBI) group, and normal control (NC) group mice were detected by flow cytometry. After treatment, the general condition, whole blood cell and bone marrow cell (BMC) count, and immune condition of mice from each group were compared. RESULTS TIM-3 expression in the peripheral blood NK cells of BMF mice was significantly lower than that of the TBI and NC group mice. TIM-3(-) NK cells expressed more NKG2D receptors than TIM-3(+) NK cells. The levels of P-Akt and PI3K in TIM-3(-) NK cells were higher than those in TIM-3(+) NK cells. On the 17th day after BMF induction, the weight, peripheral whole blood cell count, and BMC count of BMF mice decreased significantly compared with that of the NC group mice. The therapeutic effect in the TIM-3(-) NK cell treatment group was better than that in the TIM-3(+) NK cell treatment and CsA treatment groups. Concurrently, the ratio of CD4+ T and CD8+ T cells of BMF mice was significantly lower than that of the NC group mice. The therapeutic effect in CsA + TIM-3(-) NK group was more significant than that of the CsA treatment and the CsA + TIM-3(+) NK groups. CONCLUSIONS In this study, we found that the general condition, peripheral whole blood cell and BMC count, and immune status of BMF mice improved significantly after CsA + TIM-3(-) NK cell treatment. These results may provide further insights into the immune pathogenesis of SAA and novel therapeutic ideas for improving SAA treatment.

Abstract
The remobilization of metals accumulated in contaminated soils poses a threat to humans and ecosystems in general. Tracing metal fractionation provides valuable information for understanding the remobilization processes in smelting areas. Based on the difference between the isotopic system of Cd and Zn, this work aimed to couple isotope data and their leachability to identify possible remobilization processes in several soil types and land uses. For soil samples, the δ66/64Zn values ranged from 0.12 ± 0.05‰ to 0.28 ± 0.05‰ in Avilés (Spain) and from - 0.09 ± 0.05‰ to - 0.21 ± 0.05‰ in Příbram (Czech Republic), and the δ114/110Cd ranged from - 0.13 ± 0.05‰ to 0.01 ± 0.04‰ in Avilés and from - 0.86 ± 0.27‰ to - 0.24 ± 0.05‰ in Příbram. The metal fractions extracted using chemical extractions were always enriched in heavier Cd isotopes whilst Zn isotope systematics exhibited light or heavy enrichment according to the soil type and land uses. Coupling Zn and Cd systematics provided a tool for deciphering the mechanisms behind the remobilization processes: leaching of the anthropogenic materials and/or metal redistribution within the soil components prior to remobilization.

Abstract
The first study of the angular distribution of μ^{+}μ^{-} pairs produced in the forward rapidity region via the Drell-Yan reaction pp→γ^{*}/Z+X→ℓ^{+}ℓ^{-}+X is presented, using data collected with the LHCb detector at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.1 fb^{-1}. The coefficients of the five leading terms in the angular distribution are determined as a function of the dimuon transverse momentum and rapidity. The results are compared to various theoretical predictions of the Z-boson production mechanism and can also be used to probe transverse-momentum-dependent parton distributions within the proton.

Abstract
Aplastic anemia (AA) is a hematological disease that is characterized by pancytopenia and hypofunctional bone marrow hematopoiesis. Patients with AA are treated with either immunosuppressive therapy (IST) using anti-thymocyte globulin (ATG) and Cyclosporine (CsA) or hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), if a matched donor is available. The standard IST regimen for AA patients which results in response rates up to 70%, and even higher overall survival. However, primary and secondary failures after IST remain frequent, and to date all attempts aiming to overcome this problem have been unfruitful. The nontransplant therapeutic options for AA have significantly expanded during the last few years. Here, we review the new trends of nontransplant therapy for AA and summarize the current therapeutic effect of AA.
