Abstract
PURPOSE We aim to understand the impact of the COVID-19 on health care utilization and oral health conditions of patients at federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), where patients are disproportionately low income, publicly insured, or uninsured. METHODS Using deidentified electronic health records of patients at FQHCs in the United States from January 2019 through December 2020 (n = 431,509), variations in health care utilization since the COVID-19 outbreak were observed by procedure types and patient characteristics. Changes in dental utilization and oral health conditions were characterized using mixed-effect negative binomial and logistic regression models. RESULTS Dental utilization decreased more drastically than medical utilization during shelter-in-place periods in 2020 and rebounded more slowly after the reopening. Greater demands for oral surgery and teledentistry and less demands for preventive services were observed in 2020. As compared to 2019, patients experienced more psychological stress-related dental conditions with odds ratios of 1.52 (95% confidence interval [CI], 1.31-1.76) for uninsured, 1.48 (95% CI, 1.07-2.02) for Medicaid enrollees, and 2.38 (95% CI, 1.68-3.40) for private insurance beneficiaries. CONCLUSION As a result of COVID-19, patients received more invasive dental procedures due to delayed treatment and experienced a higher risk of psychological stress-related dental conditions. Continued support for statewide policies to expand access to oral health care and oral health promotion strategies for the vulnerable populations would be encouraged. KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER STATEMENT Our study describes the impact of COVID-19 on dental care use and oral health conditions at Federally Qualified Health Centers, targeted to provide care for some of the most vulnerable populations in the United States. The results of this retrospective cohort study can be used by clinicians and policymakers on understanding the clinical needs of the vulnerable populations after the pandemic. It highlights the need for continued support to expand access to oral health care and oral health promotion to these populations.

Abstract
We present the precision measurements of 11 years of daily cosmic electron fluxes in the rigidity interval from 1.00 to 41.9 GV based on 2.0×10^{8} electrons collected with the Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer (AMS) aboard the International Space Station. The electron fluxes exhibit variations on multiple timescales. Recurrent electron flux variations with periods of 27 days, 13.5 days, and 9 days are observed. We find that the electron fluxes show distinctly different time variations from the proton fluxes. Remarkably, a hysteresis between the electron flux and the proton flux is observed with a significance of greater than 6σ at rigidities below 8.5 GV. Furthermore, significant structures in the electron-proton hysteresis are observed corresponding to sharp structures in both fluxes. This continuous daily electron data provide unique input to the understanding of the charge sign dependence of cosmic rays over an 11-year solar cycle.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Hyperuricemia (HUA) is a metabolic disease caused by abnormal purine metabolism in the body. It also shows a trend of high incidence among younger people worldwide. More and more studies have shown that natural products can be used to treat HUA, and the literature in this field has been increasing in recent years. However, few bibliometric analyses have systematically examined this field. Our study aims to analyze the published literature to identify trends and hotspots in natural product therapy for HUA, present the research status and summarize critical topics. MATERIALS AND METHODS A literature search was conducted through the Web of Science Core Collection (WOSCC) database, using Bibliometric R, VOS Viewer, and CiteSpace to examine the eligible publications. A total of 1,201 publications (1,040 articles and 161 reviews) concerning natural product therapy for HUA research between 2000 and 2021 were ultimately included. RESULTS In recent years, research articles in this field have increased. China and the United States are the main driving forces in this field and have a high academic reputation. China published the most relevant articles, while the United States cited the most. Chinese Acad Sci is the institution with the most relevant research results. Flavonoids, xanthine oxidase, antioxidant activity, and gout are the current research hotspots and future research trend topics. CONCLUSIONS Our results provide a general overview of the leading research directions of natural products in HUA research. The mechanisms of natural products, especially those related to xanthine oxidase, antioxidant activity, and gout, may soon become hot spots and should be closely watched. The field of natural product therapy for HUA is going through rapid development, and our research provides a valuable reference for clinical researchers and practitioners.

Abstract
Citrus melanose, caused by the ascomycete fungus Diaporthe citri, is one of the most important diseases in China that affects not only the production but also the quality of citrus. In China, mancozeb is recommended to control melanose disease at the dose of 1.34 g/liter. However, it is widely applied in practice at the dose of 2.66 g/liter or even 4 g/liter, because reduced efficacy of the recommended dose was observed in regions severely damaged by melanose. In this study, some ecofriendly chemicals for melanose management were evaluated. First, the sensitivity to fungicides was screened in the laboratory based on the inhibition of mycelial growth and conidial germination of D. citri. Results showed that both quinone outside inhibitor (QoI) fungicides kresoxim-methyl and trifloxystrobin inhibited conidial germination of D. citri up to 100% at 0.1 μg/ml. The in vivo control efficacy on detached fruit indicated that treatments with elastic nanocopolymer film at 2 g/liter, mancozeb at 1 g/liter, and kresoxim-methyl at 0.1 g/liter significantly inhibited the infection process compared with the control treatment of mineral oil alone. In field trials, the efficacy of kresoxim-methyl at 0.1 g/liter and elastic nanocopolymer film at 2 g/liter mixed with mancozeb at 1 g/liter was equal to that of mancozeb at 2.66 g/liter. The use of mancozeb could be reduced greatly, and the newly developed fungicide combinations are more environmentally friendly due to the low toxicity of both QoI fungicides and elastic nanocopolymer film. The newly developed method with ecofriendly chemicals should play an important role in the management of citrus melanose in the future.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the level of psychosocial factors in workplace and their health effects among workers in a natural gas field. Methods: A prospective and open cohort of natural gas field workers was established to study the level of workplace psychosocial factors and their health effects, with a follow-up every 5 years. In October 2018, a cluster sampling method was used to conduct a baseline survey of 1737 workers in a natural gas field, including a questionnaire survey on demographic characteristics, workplace psychosocial factors and mental health outcomes, physiological indicators such as height and weight, and biochemical indicators such as blood routine, urine routine, liver function and kidney function. The baseline data of the workers were statistically described and analyzed. The psychosocial factors and mental health outcomes were divided into high and low groups according to the mean score, and the physiological and biochemical indicators were divided into normal and abnormal groups according to the reference range of normal values. Results: The age of 1737 natural gas field workers was (41.8±8.0) years old, and the length of service was (21.0±9.7) years. There were 1470 male workers (84.6%). There were 773 (44.5%) high school (technical secondary school) and 827 (47.6%) college (junior college) graduates, 1490 (85.8%) married (including remarriage after divorce), 641 (36.9%) smokers and 835 (48.1%) drinkers. Among the psychosocial factors, the detection rates of high levels of resilience, self-efficacy, colleague support and positive emotion were all higher than 50%. Among the mental health outcomes evaluation indexes, the detection rates of high levels of sleep disorder, job satisfaction and daily stress were 41.82% (716/1712), 57.25% (960/1677) and 45.87% (794/1731), respectively. The detection rate of depressive symptoms was 22.77% (383/1682). The abnormal rates of body mass index (BMI), triglyceride and low density lipoprotein were 46.74% (810/1733), 36.50% (634/1737) and 27.98% (486/1737), respectively. The abnormal rates of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, uric acid, total cholesterol and blood glucose were 21.64% (375/1733), 21.41% (371/1733), 20.67% (359/1737), 20.55% (357/1737) and 19.17% (333/1737), respectively. The prevalence rates of hypertension and diabetes were 11.23% (195/1737) and 3.45% (60/1737), respectively. Conclusion: The detection rates of high level psychosocial factors in natural gas field workers are high, and their effects on physical and mental health remain to be verified. The establishment of a cohort study of the levels and health effects of psychosocial factors provides an important resource for confirming the causal relationship between workplace psychosocial factors and health.

Abstract
PURPOSE Patients with tumor-induced osteomalacia (TIO) often suffer from irreversible height loss due to vertebral deformity. However, the prevalence of vertebral deformity in TIO patients varies among limited studies. In addition, the distribution and type of vertebral deformity, as well as its risk factors, remain unknown. This study aimed to identify the prevalence, distribution, type and risk factors for vertebral deformity in a large cohort of TIO patients. METHODS A total of 164 TIO patients were enrolled in this retrospective study. Deformity in vertebrae T4-L4 by lateral thoracolumbar spine radiographs was evaluated according to the semiquantitative method of Genant. Bone microstructure was evaluated by trabecular bone score (TBS) and high-resolution peripheral QCT (HR-pQCT). RESULTS Ninety-nine (99/164, 60.4%) patients had 517 deformed vertebrae with a bimodal pattern of distribution (T7-9 and T11-L1), and biconcave deformity was the most common type (267/517, 51.6%). Compared with patients without vertebral deformity, those with vertebral deformity had a higher male/female ratio, longer disease duration, more height loss, lower serum phosphate, higher bone turnover markers, lower TBS, lower areal bone mineral density (aBMD), lower peripheral volumetric BMD (vBMD) and worse microstructure. Lower trabecular vBMD and worse trabecular microstructure in the peripheral bone and lower spine TBS were associated with an increased risk of vertebral deformity independently of aBMD. After adjusting for the number of deformed vertebrae, we found little difference in clinical indexes among the patients with different types of vertebral deformity. However, we found significant correlations of clinical indexes with the number of deformed vertebrae and the spinal deformity index. CONCLUSION We reported a high prevalence of vertebral deformity in the largest cohort of TIO patients and described the vertebral deformity in detail for the first time. Risk factors for vertebral deformity included male sex, long disease duration, height loss, abnormal biochemical indexes and bone impairment. Clinical manifestation, biochemical indexes and bone impairment were correlated with the number of deformed vertebrae and degree of deformity, but not the type of deformity.

Abstract
In response to the demand for operation in non-laboratory environments, there has been a trend toward the development of compact, transportable ultra-stable lasers. This paper reports on this sort of laser system assembled in a cabinet. The whole optical part utilizes fiber-coupled devices to simplify the integration. In addition, spatial beam collimation and alignment into the high-finesse cavity are realized by a five-axis positioner and a focus-adjustable fiber collimator, which significantly relax the alignment and adjustment. A theoretical analysis is performed on how the collimator adjusts the beam profile and coupling efficiency. The support structure of the system is specially designed as well so that it features robustness and transportation without performance degradation. The observed linewidth is 1.4 Hz within a duration of 1 s. After subtracting the linear drift of 70 mHz/s, the fractional frequency instability is better than 4 × 10-15, for the averaging time ranging from 1 to 100 s, which is close to the thermal noise limit of the high-finesse cavity.

Abstract
Objectives: To investigate the associations of tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL) gene polymorphism and plasma soluble TRAIL level (sTRAIL) with Crohn's disease (CD) and to retrospectively analyze the effects of TRAIL gene variants and plasma sTRAIL levels on clinical response to infliximab (IFX). Methods: From January 2012 to January 2021, 312 CD patients [205 males, 107 females, average age (33.9±9.8) years] and 514 age-and gender-matched healthy controls [304 males, 210 females, average age (34.9±9.4) years] were recruited from the Department of Gastroenterology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University. Among them, 72 patients with active CD who were ineffective or intolerant to traditional drug therapy regularly received IFX (5 mg/kg) treatment. According to the changes in the Harvey-Bradshaw index (HBI) and the Simplified Endoscopic Score for Crohn's Disease (SES-CD) in the 14th week, these patients were classified into response group (a decrease in HBI≥3 or a decrease in SES-CD≥50%) and non-response group. TRAIL (rs1131568) gene polymorphism was analyzed by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry technique. The plasma sTRAIL level was examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Based on the Montreal CD classification criteria, all CD patients were divided into different subgroups. Finally, a comprehensive analysis was performed to investigate the relationship between TRAIL (rs1131568) gene polymorphism, the plasma sTRAIL level and the risk of CD, the clinicopathological characteristics of CD patients, and the clinical response to IFX. Results: The recessive model analysis showed that the homozygous variant genotype (CC) was more prevalent in patients with moderately to severely active CD than in those with mildly active CD (45.34% vs 29.23%, P=0.005). Both variant allele (C) and homozygous variant genotype (CC) in patients with stricturing and penetrating CD were more frequent than those in patients with non-stricturing and non-penetrating CD (65.48% vs 57.53%, P=0.046; 49.21% vs 31.18%, P=0.001). The dominant model analysis showed that variant allele (C) and variant genotype (TC+CC) was higher in CD patients with perianal lesions than in those without perianal lesions (66.83% vs 58.17%, P=0.037; 92.31% vs 78.37%, P=0.002). The average plasma sTRAIL level was higher in CD patients than in healthy controls [(243.04±42.74) ng/L vs (194.16±31.14) ng/L, P<0.001]. Compared with the patients with mildly active CD, the plasma sTRAIL level was increased in those with moderately to severely active CD [263.47(242.09, 281.91) ng/L vs 231.13(211.11, 247.11) ng/L, P<0.001]. The same conclusion was also drawn for the patients with stricturing and penetrating CD in contrast to those with non-stricturing and non-penetrating CD [266.18 (246.68, 289.91) ng/L vs 227.19 (204.57, 249.59) ng/L, P<0.001]. The plasma sTRAIL level was also higher in patients with perianal disease than in those without perianal disease [(261.40±41.51) ng/L vs (233.86±40.41) ng/L, P<0.001]. Multiple linear regression analysis further showed that disease activity (β=22.640, P<0.001) and homozygous variant genotype (CC) (β=16.814, P<0.001) may be positively related to the plasma sTRAIL level in CD patients independently. At the 14th week of IFX treatment, the plasma sTRAIL level in the response group was lower than that in the non-response group [205.98(190.72, 214.56) ng/L vs (238.33±29.38) ng/L, P<0.001]. Compared with week 0, the plasma sTRAIL level was decreased in the response group in the 14th week [(205.98 (190.72, 214.56) ng/L vs (239.89±42.43) ng/L, P<0.001]. Non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that variant allele (C) and variant genotype (TC+CC) were less frequent in the response group than in the non-response group (53.33% vs 70.83%, P=0.037; 70.00% vs 91.67%, P=0.036). Conclusions: The increased plasma sTRAIL level may be a risk factor for CD. TRAIL (rs1131568) gene variation and the increase of plasma sTRAIL level may be associated with the increased disease activity of CD and may be the risk factors for stenosis, penetration, and perianal lesions in CD patients. In addition, TRAIL (rs1131568) gene variation or the increase of plasma sTRAIL level may be related to no response to IFX treatment in CD patients.

Abstract
Objective: To establish a predictive model for survival benefit of patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) who received adjuvant chemotherapy after radical resection. Methods: The clinical and pathological data of 249 patients with ICC who underwent radical resection and adjuvant chemotherapy at 8 hospitals in China from January 2010 to December 2018 were retrospectively collected. There were 121 males and 128 females, with 88 cases>60 years old and 161 cases≤60 years old. Feature selection was performed by univariate and multivariate Cox regression analysis. Overall survival time and survival status were used as outcome indicators, then target clinical features were selected. Patients were stratified into high-risk group and low-risk group, survival differences between the two groups were analyzed. Using the selected clinical features, the traditional CoxPH model and deep learning DeepSurv survival prediction model were constructed, and the performance of the models were evaluated according to concordance index(C-index). Results: Portal vein invasion, carcinoembryonic antigen>5 μg/L,abnormal lymphocyte count, low grade tumor pathological differentiation and positive lymph nodes>0 were independent adverse prognostic factors for overall survival in 249 patients with adjuvant chemotherapy after radical resection (all P<0.05). The survival benefit of adjuvant chemotherapy in the high-risk group was significantly lower than that in the low-risk group (P<0.05). Using the above five features, the traditional CoxPH model and the deep learning DeepSurv survival prediction model were constructed. The C-index values of the training set were 0.687 and 0.770, and the C-index values of the test set were 0.606 and 0.763,respectively. Conclusion: Compared with the traditional Cox model, the DeepSurv model can more accurately predict the survival probability of patients with ICC undergoing adjuvant chemotherapy at a certain time point, and more accurately judge the survival benefit of adjuvant chemotherapy.

Abstract
Objectives: To construct a nomogram for prediction of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) lymph node metastasis based on inflammation-related markers, and to conduct its clinical verification. Methods: Clinical and pathological data of 858 ICC patients who underwent radical resection were retrospectively collected at 10 domestic tertiary hospitals in China from January 2010 to December 2018. Among the 508 patients who underwent lymph node dissection,207 cases had complete variable clinical data for constructing the nomogram, including 84 males,123 females,109 patients≥60 years old,98 patients<60 years old and 69 patients were pathologically diagnosed with positive lymph nodes after surgery. Receiver operating characteristic curve was drawn to calculate the accuracy of preoperative imaging examinations to determine lymph node status, and the difference in overall survival time was compared by Log-rank test. Partial regression squares and statistically significant preoperative variables were screened by backward stepwise regression analysis. R software was applied to construct a nomogram, clinical decision curve and clinical influence curve, and Bootstrap method was used for internal verification. Moreover, retrospectively collecting clinical information of 107 ICC patients with intraoperative lymph node dissection admitted to 9 tertiary hospitals in China from January 2019 to June 2021 was for external verification to verify the accuracy of the nomogram. 80 patients with complete clinical data but without lymph node dissection were divided into lymph node metastasis high-risk group and low-risk group according to the score of the nomogram among the 858 patients. Log-rank test was used to compare the overall survival of patients with or without lymph node metastasis diagnosed by pathology. Results: The area under the curve of preoperative imaging examinations for lymph node status assessment of 440 patients was 0.615,with a false negative rate of 62.8% (113/180) and a false positive rate of 14.2% (37/260). The median survival time of 207 patients used to construct a nomogram with positive or negative postoperative pathological lymph node metastases was 18.5 months and 27.1 months, respectively (P<0.05). Five variables related to lymph node metastasis were screened out by backward stepwise regression analysis, which were combined calculi,neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio, albumin, liver capsule invasion and systemic immune inflammation index, according to which a nomogram was constructed with concordance index(C-index) of 0.737 (95%CI: 0.667 to 0.806). The C-index of external verification was 0.674 (95%CI:0.569 to 0.779). The calibration prediction curve was in good agreement with the reference curve. The results of the clinical decision curve showed that when the risk threshold of high lymph node metastasis in the nomogram was set to about 0.32,the maximum net benefit could be obtained by 0.11,and the cost/benefit ratio was 1∶2. The results of clinical influence curve showed that when the risk threshold of high lymph node metastasis in the nomogram was set to about 0.6,the probability of correctly predicting lymph node metastasis could reach more than 90%. There was no significant difference in overall survival time between patients with high/low risk of lymph node metastasis assessed by the nomogram and those with pathologically confirmed lymph node metastasis or without lymph node metastasis (Log-rank test:P=0.082 and 0.510,respectively). Conclusion: The prediction accuracy of preoperative nomogram for ICC lymph node metastasis based on inflammation-related markers is satisfactory, which can be used as a supplementary method for preoperative diagnosis of lymph node metastasis and is helpful for clinicians to make personalized decision of lymph node dissection for patients with ICC.

Abstract
1. The purpose of this study was to create ALP1-VP2-PLGA nanoparticle (AVPN) and to study the immunogenicity of AVPN. AVPN was prepared and observed by scanning and transmission electron microscopies.2. Chickens were divided into five groups and vaccinated with normal saline, VP2 protein, ALP1 and VP2 protein, AVPN or PLGA, respectively. After 28 days, the immune organ indexes were calculated; specific antibody levels in blood were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Additionally, the spleen and bursa of Fabricius were determined by HE staining, immunological cytokine mRNA levels in bursa of Fabricius were detected by qPCR andchicken body weight was determined.3. The results indicated that AVPN was a spherical nanoparticle with a diameter of about 85 nm. It increased bursal indexes and IBDV-specific antibody levels and promoted the expression of IL-2 mRNA in blood and TNF-α and IgG mRNA in bursa of Fabricius. This promoted growth.4. This study suggested that AVPN can increase immunogenicity of VP2 protein, and it could possibly be used as an IBDV subunit vaccine.

Abstract
Prodigiosin (PRO) is a natural pigment that possesses multiple activities, covering anti-tumor, anti-bacteria, and immunosuppression. This study is committed to an investigation into the underlying function and the certain mechanism of PRO in acute lung damage followed by rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Cecal ligation and puncture (CLP) method was implemented to trigger a rat lung injury model, and a rat RA model was constructed with the help of rheumatoid arthritis induced by collagen. Prodigiosin was administered to intervene in the rats' lung tissues post-treatment. The expressions of pro-inflammatory cytokines (interleukin-1beta, interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor-alpha, and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 were determined. Western blot was carried out to detect anti-surfactant protein A (SPA), anti-surfactant protein D (SPD), apoptosis-concerned proteins (Bax, cleaved-caspase-3, Bcl-2, and pro-caspase-3), the nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-κB)/nucleotide-binding domain, leucine-rich-containing family, pyrin domain-containing-3 (NLRP3)/apoptosis-concerned speckle-like protein (ASC)/caspase-1 signaling pathway. The apoptosis of pulmonary epithelial tissues was checked via TUNEL assay, as corresponding kits were adopted to confirm the activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and the levels of oxidative stress markers malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px). Prodigiosin ameliorated the pathological damage of CLP rats. Prodigiosin alleviated the production of inflammatory and oxidative stress mediators. In the RA rats with acute lung injury, prodigiosin hampered apoptosis in the lung. Mechanistically, prodigiosin hinders the activation of the NF-κB/NLRP3 signaling axis. In conclusion: prodigiosin relieves acute lung injury in a rat model of rheumatoid arthritis by exerting anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative effects through downregulating the NF-κB/NLRP3 signaling axis.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES Periodontal ligament distraction (PDLD) can accelerate orthodontic tooth movement (OTM). However, the effect of stretch frequency on osseous formation during PDLD remains unclear. Here, we sought to identify the effect of PDLD frequency on the osteogenic remodelling of the periodontium. MATERIALS AND METHODS (i) In vitro, five human periodontal ligament stem cell (PDLSC) cultures were randomized to either static conditions or exposure to a cyclic stretch force involving 12% deformation at frequencies of 0.3, 0.5, 0.7 or 1.0 Hz for 12 h, and the osteogenic differentiation of PDLSCs was assessed using Western blotting. (ii) In vivo, 18 beagle dogs underwent orthodontic distalization of bilateral maxillary first premolars. In the test groups, PDLD was performed at a frequency of two or six times/day, while Ni-Ti coil springs were applied to mimic traditional OTM in the control group. The amount of OTM and histological staining was estimated after force loading for 5, 10 and 15 days. RESULTS (i) In vitro, the expression of osteogenic-specific markers (runt-related transcription factor 2 [Runx2], type I collagen [COL-I] and osteocalcin [OCN]) increased with the frequency of tensile force, to a peak at 0.7 Hz. (ii) In vivo, both PDLD groups displayed a greater rate of OTM and a higher bone metabolism than the control group. The expression of COL-I and OCN was significantly reinforced in the six times/day-PDLD group in comparison to the two times/day-PDLD group. CONCLUSIONS The cyclic stretch force enhances osteogenesis of the periodontium in a frequency-dependent manner.

Abstract
Circular Rydberg states are excellent tools for quantum technologies, with large mutual interactions and long lifetimes in the tens of milliseconds range, 2 orders of magnitude larger than those of laser-accessible Rydberg states. However, such lifetimes are observed only at zero temperature. At room temperature, blackbody-radiation-induced transfers cancel this essential asset of circular states, which have thus been used mostly so far in specific, complex cryogenic experiments. We demonstrate here, on a laser-cooled atomic sample, a circular state lifetime of more than 1 millisecond at room temperature for a principal quantum number 60. A simple plane-parallel capacitor efficiently inhibits the blackbody-radiation-induced transfers. One of the capacitor electrodes is fully transparent and provides large optical access to the atoms. This result paves the way to a wide range of quantum metrology and quantum simulation room-temperature experiments with long-lived, trapped circular Rydberg atoms in inhibition capacitors with full optical access.

Abstract
Air ionizers and 222-nm krypton-chlorine (KrCl) excilamp have proven to be effective disinfection apparatus for bacteria and viruses with limited health risks. We determined inactivation efficiencies by operating them individually and in combined modules. Gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, non-enveloped dsDNA virus, and enveloped dsRNA virus were examined in a designed air disinfection system. Our results showed that the bioaerosols were inactivated efficiently by negative ionizers and far-UVC (222-nm), either used individually or in combination. Among which the combined modules of negative ionizers and KrCl excilamp had the best disinfection performance for the bacteria. The aerosolized virus P22 and Phi 6 were more susceptible to 222-nm emitted by KrCl excilamp than negative air ions. Significant greater inactivation of bacterial bioaerosols were identified after treated by combined treatment of negative air ion and far-UVC for 2 minutes (Escherichia coli, 6.25 natural log (ln) reduction; Staphylococcus epidermidis, 3.66 ln reduction), as compared to the mean sum value of inactivation results by respective individual treatment of negative ionizers and KrCl excilamp (Escherichia coli, 4.34 ln; Staphylococcus epidermidis, 1.75 ln), indicating a synergistic inactivation effect. The findings provide important baseline data to support the design and development of safe and high-efficient disinfection systems.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical features of children with chronic nonbacterial osteomyelitis (CNO), and raise awareness among clinicians. Methods: In this retrospective study, 18 patients with CNO who were diagnosed in Children's Hospital of Fudan University from January 2015 to December 2021 were included. Results: Eighteen children with CNO (12 males, 6 females) were identified. Their age at onset was 9 (5, 11) years, the delay in diagnosis was 2 (1, 6) months, and follow-up-was 17 (8, 34) months. The most common symptoms were fever in 14 children, as well as bone pain and (or) arthralgia in 14 children. In terms of laboratory results, normal white blood cell counts were observed at onset in 17 patients; increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) in all patients; increased C reactive protein (CRP) over the normal value in 14 patients. Of the 18 patients, 2 had positive antinuclear antibodies, while none had positive human leukocyte antigen-B27 or rheumatoid factor. Imaging examination revealed that all the patients had symmetrical and multifocal skeletal lesions. The number of structural lesions detected by imaging investigation was 8 (6, 11). The most frequently affected bones were tibia in 18 patients and femur in 17 patients. Bone biopsy was conducted in 14 patients and acute or chronic osteomyelitis manifested with inflammatory cells infiltration were detected. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) found bone lesions in all the patients and bone scintigraphy were positive in 13 patients. All the patients were treated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, among whom 10 cases also treated with oral glucocorticoids, 9 cases with traditional disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs, 8 cases with bisphosphonates and 6 cases with tumor necrosis factor inhibitors. The pediatric chronic nonbacterial osteomyelitis disease activity score, increased by 70% or more in 13 patients within the initial 6-month follow-up. Conclusions: The clinical manifestations of CNO are lack of specificity. The first symptom of CNO is fever, with or without bone pain and (or) arthralgia, with normal peripheral blood leukocytes, elevated CRP and (or) ESR. Whole body bone scanning combined with MRI can early detect osteomyelitis at subclinical sites, and improve the diagnostic rate of CNO.

Abstract
Objective: To establish a survival prediction model based on the independent prognostic factors of long-term prognosis after laparoscopic liver resection(LLR) for intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC). Methods: The clinical and pathological data of 351 consecutive patients with ICC who received radical LLR in 13 Chinese medical centers from August 2010 to May 2021 were collected retrospectively. There were 190 males and 161 females, aged(M(IQR)) 61(14)years(range:23 to 93 years). The total cohort was randomly divided into a training dataset(264 cases) and a validation dataset(87 cases). The patients were followed up by outpatient service or telephone, and the deadline for follow-up was October 2021. Based on the training dataset, the multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression model was used to screen the independent influencing factors of long-term prognosis to construct a Nomogram model. The Nomogram model's discrimination, calibration, and clinical benefit were evaluated through internal and external validation, and an assessment of the overall value of two groups was made through the use of a receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve. Results: There was no significant difference in clinical and pathological characteristics and long-term survival results between the training and validation datasets(all P>0.05). The multivariate Cox analysis showed that CA19-9,CA125,conversion to laparotomy during laparoscopic surgery, and lymph node metastasis were independent prognostic factors for ICC patients after LLR(all P<0.05). The survival Nomogram was established based on the independent prognostic factors obtained from the above screening. The ROC curve showed that the area under the curve of 1, 3 and 5-year overall survival rates of patients in the training dataset were 0.794(95%CI:0.721 to 0.867),0.728(95%CI:0.618 to 0.839) and 0.799(95%CI:0.670 to 0.928),and those in the validation dataset were 0.787(95%CI:0.660 to 0.915),0.831(95%CI:0.678 to 0.983) and 0.810(95%CI:0.639 to 0.982). Internal and external validation proved that the model exhibited a certain discrimination, calibration, and clinical applicability. Conclusion: The survival Nomogram model based on the independent influencing factors of long-term prognosis after LLR for ICC(including CA19-9,CA125,conversion to laparotomy during laparoscopic surgery, and lymph node metastasis) exhibites a certain differentiation, calibration, and clinical practicability.

Abstract
CgVPE1 is important in the differentiation of TE cells in C. grandis 'Tomentosa' fruits as it may directly affects secondary cell wall construction while participating in PCD. The vacuolar processing enzyme (VPE) plays an important role in both developmental and environmentally inducible programmed cell death (PCD); it was originally identified as a cysteine protease localized in the vacuole to activate and mature vacuolar proteins in plants. Interestingly, we found a VPE called CgVPE1 to be associated with deposition of the secondary cell wall in tracheary element (TE) cells in the pericarp of Citrus grandis 'Tomentosa' fruits. We then used ultrathin sections and the TUNEL assay to verify that PCD is involved in TE development. Furthermore, CgVPE1 was found to be mainly expressed in secretory cavities and TEs in the pericarp of Citrus grandis 'Tomentosa' fruits. Immunolocalization of CgVPE1 in the pericarp indicated that CgVPE1 is mainly distributed in the central large vacuole, endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi vesicles, cytosol, and secondary wall before TE maturation. CgVPE1 appeared earlier in the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi vesicles of TEs cells. The vesicles containing CgVPE1 near the large central vacuole and secondary wall were observed, respectively. CgVPE1 proteins content in the cytoplasm decreased sharply, while the CgVPE1 content in the secondary cell wall did not change significantly after vacuole rupture. CgVPE1 protein contents in the secondary cell wall were significantly reduced until the TE cells developed into hollow thick-walled cells. Furthermore, labeling of VPE homologues in Arabidopsis thaliana using immunoelectron microscopy with anti-CgVPE1 antibody revealed that VPE homologues were specifically distributed in the secondary cell wall of stem TEs. Overall, these results suggested that CgVPE1 is not only involved PCD during TE cell development; furthermore, it may directly participate in the construction of plant secondary cell walls.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Despite research advances, studies on predictive models of colorectal cancer (CRC) remain scarce and none have evaluated signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT) signaling. AIM To develop an effective prognostic signature for and evaluate its association with immune microenvironment. DESIGN Comprehensive analysis based on The Cancer Genome Atlas and Gene Expression Omnibus databases with experimental validation. METHODS Gene expression and clinical profiles of CRC patients were extracted from the databases. Differentially expressed genes with prognostic values were used to construct a signature. Immune cell infiltration and composition were further evaluated by TIMER, single-sample gene set enrichment and CIBERSORT analyses. The impact of the hub gene Caveolin-1 (CAV1) on cell proliferation, apoptosis, senescence and tumor angiogenesis was experimentally validated. RESULTS The five-gene-based STAT signaling-related prognostic signature was significantly associated with CRC survival, and the nomogram was with improved prognostic efficacy than the conventional TNM stage. The STAT signaling-related signature was correlated with tumor immune microenvironment. CAV1 was further identified as the hub gene within the signature. CAV1 inhibits the proliferation and induces the apoptosis as well as senescence of CRC cells. In addition, the tumor angiogenesis of CRC can be suppressed by CAV1 overexpression. CONCLUSIONS The STAT signaling-related signature effectively predicts the prognosis and regulates tumor immune microenvironment in CRC. Our study underscores the role of STAT regulator, CAV1, as an important tumor suppressor in CRC carcinogenesis. Modulating STAT and its regulators could be a promising strategy for CRC in clinical practice.

Liu BG, Xie M, Gong YT, Dong Y, Zheng GM, Wu H, Hu GZ, Bai M, Xu EP. Prevalence, resistance phenotypes, and fluoroquinolone resistance genes of Salmonella isolates from raw milk of healthy dairy cows in Henan province, China. EUROPEAN REVIEW FOR MEDICAL AND PHARMACOLOGICAL SCIENCES 2022; 26:6837-6844. [PMID: 36196732 DOI: 10.26355/eurrev_202209_29786] [Citation(s) in RCA: 0] [Impact Index Per Article: 0] [Reference Citation Analysis] [Abstract] [MESH Headings] [Subscribe] [Scholar Register] [Indexed: 06/16/2023]
Abstract
OBJECTIVE Salmonella isolates have been discovered in many regions of the world. We investigated the prevalence and resistance of Salmonella isolates in raw milk of healthy dairy cows on farms in different regions of Henan Province, China. MATERIALS AND METHODS From July 2020 to November 2021, 422 raw milk samples were collected. The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of 16 antimicrobial agents against 89 Salmonella strains detected from the raw milk samples were determined using the broth microdilution method, and the resistance genes for fluoroquinolones were identified using polymerase chain reaction. RESULTS Eighty-nine (21.09%) Salmonella isolates were recovered from 422 raw milk samples. The Salmonella strains exhibited high resistance to amoxicillin (100.00%), tylosin (95.50%), and lincomycin (95.50%). Additionally, tigecycline showed good activity against Salmonella, with an MIC50 of 0.25 μg/mL. All Salmonella isolates showed multidrug resistance (MDR), and >50% of the strains showed resistance to more than six antimicrobials. The strains from Jiaozuo exhibited 100% resistance to amoxicillin, terramycin, tylosin, and lincomycin. Two efflux pump genes, oqxA and oqxB, had the highest carrying rates of 66.29% and 64.04%, respectively. Additionally, the carrying rates of oqxA and oqxB were high in Shangqiu, Zhengzhou, and Jiaozuo. The carrying rates of aac(6')-Ib-cr in Shangqiu and Zhengzhou were 33.33% and 38.46%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS This study revealed a high prevalence of Salmonella isolates obtained from raw milk of healthy dairy cows in different regions of Henan Province, China. The Salmonella strains exhibited various degrees of MDR. Salmonella can be transmitted to humans via consumption of contaminated raw milk; thus, the presence of resistance genes poses a potential threat to public health, highlighting the need for vigilant monitoring of Salmonella isolates.

Abstract
The first study of the angular distribution of μ^{+}μ^{-} pairs produced in the forward rapidity region via the Drell-Yan reaction pp→γ^{*}/Z+X→ℓ^{+}ℓ^{-}+X is presented, using data collected with the LHCb detector at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.1 fb^{-1}. The coefficients of the five leading terms in the angular distribution are determined as a function of the dimuon transverse momentum and rapidity. The results are compared to various theoretical predictions of the Z-boson production mechanism and can also be used to probe transverse-momentum-dependent parton distributions within the proton.

Abstract
There is a rare case of an elderly diabetic with diabetic foot infection at Hainan General Hospital in September 2021, which was diagnosed as Corynebacterium diphtheriae infection incidentally on routine culture with conventional methods and molecular biological approaches, to aid in diagnosis in clinical practice. Owing to smear staining, Albert staining and VITEK 2 system, automated identification systems viz matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-time of flight (MALDI-TOF) confirmed combing with 16S ribosomal RNA (16S rRNA) gene has been used for the taxonomic classification of bacteria. Otherwise, toxin gene tox was done for diphtheria toxin synthesis. The isolate was Gram-stain-positive, rod-like arrangement with irregular thickness, with characteristic metachromatic granules, ferment most sugars and homology of 16S rRNA analyses with C. diphtheriae NCTC11397T (MW682323.1) was greater than a 100% possibility, toxin gene tox was negative. The findings lay the foundation to clinical identify and trace of non-toxigenic C. diphtheriae. Moreover, this work provides insights into the non-toxigenic C.diphtheriae that contribute to recognized risk of non-toxigenic C.diphtheriae infections.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the relationship between DNA methylation and occupational noise-induced hearing loss. Methods: A case-control study was conducted. People with hearing loss induced by occupational noise were recruited as the case group and those with normal hearing but still exposed to occupational noise were recruited as the control group. A total of 60 participants were included, of which 30 participants were in the case group and 30 in the control group. The methylation level was detected by 850k genome-wide DNA methylation chip technology. The significance of differential methylated position (DMP) was tested by R-packet 'Champ'. The differential methylated region (DMR) was analyzed by using Champ's Bumphunter algorithm. Cluster profiler was used to analyze the gene list for GO and KEGG pathway enrichment. Results: There was significant difference between two groups in binaural high-frequency average hearing threshold (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in age, smoking, drinking, hypertension, physical exercise and cumulative noise exposure. The results of DMP and DMR analysis showed that 713875 sites were detected in the case group and the control group, and 439 methylation sites with significant difference, accounting for 0.06%; 650 regions were detected, and 72 methylation regions with significant differences, accounting for 11.08%. Compared with the control group, the results of GO enrichment analysis showed that the case group had statistically significant differences in four pathways: axogenesis of projection neurons in the central nervous system, neuronal development in the central nervous system, axogenesis of neurons in the central nervous system and neuronal differentiation in the central nervous system. KEGG enrichment analysis showed that there were significant differences in sphingolipid metabolism, aldosterone synthesis and secretion, primary bile acid biosynthesis pathway between the case group and the control group. Conclusion: The occurrence of occupational noise-induced hearing loss may be related to the regulation of gene expression related to axogenesis of projection neurons in the central nervous system, development of neurons in the central nervous system, axogenesis of neurons in the central nervous system, differentiation of neurons in the central nervous system, sphingolipid metabolism, aldosterone synthesis and secretion, primary bile acid biosynthesis and gene methylation related to metabolism.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE In recent years, the extensive use of antibiotics worldwide has led to an increase in the number of drug-resistant bacterial strains, thus resulting in an increasingly severe degree of bacterial resistance. For thousands of years, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has provided natural and unique advantages in the treatment of infectious diseases. Therefore, it is important to develop further and use TCM to treat clinical infections caused by drug-resistant bacteria. MATERIALS AND METHODS A literature search was performed using PubMed, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and the China National Knowledge Infrastructure databases. The articles were analyzed to extract information on the antimicrobial effects of Chinese herbal medicines, compounded Chinese medicines, monomeric compounds of herbal origin, and the combined use of Chinese medicine and antimicrobial drugs and to determine the synergistic effect of the combination of Chinese medicine and antibiotics, as well as investigate the possibility of restoring the antibiotic sensitivity of drug-resistant strains. RESULTS The mechanisms underlying the antibacterial properties of TCM involve altering membrane permeability, inhibiting protein and nucleic acid synthesis, inhibiting enzyme activity in vivo, and controlling the ability of pathogenic bacteria. In addition, the mechanism underlying TCM-induced reversal of bacterial drug resistance is discussed, particularly in terms of the elimination of resistant (R) plasmids and the inhibition of extended-spectrum β-lactamases, bacterial biofilm formation, and bacterial efflux pump activity. CONCLUSIONS This paper reviewed the recent relevant literature on antimicrobial action and its mechanisms, as well as the mechanisms of drug resistance reversal by TCM to provide a reference for clinical drug use, prevention and control of bacterial infection, and research and development of new drugs.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics, differential diagnosis, treatments and prognosis of facial nerve hemangioma and schwannoma at genicular ganglion, so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatments of facial nerve tumor at genicular ganglion. Methods: Clinical data of 13 patients with facial nerve tumors at genicular ganglion confirmed by postoperative pathology in the Ninth People's Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine from March 2018 to April 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, including seven cases of hemangioma and six cases of schwannoma. There were eight males and five females. Their ages ranged from 20 to 65, with an average age of 40. The course of disease ranged from 3 to 118 months, with an average of 52 months. All the patients underwent preoperative HRCT of the temporal bone and facial nerve dynamic contrast-enhanced(DCE) MRI examinations. All the patients had detailed surgical procedures and at least one-year postoperative follow-up. Results: On HRCT of the temporal bone, (4/7) hemangioma at geniculate ganglion showed characteristic honeycomb appearance, while 6/6 schwannoma and 3/7 hemangiomas showed expansive bone changes. On DCE-MRI, geniculate ganglion hemangioma (7/7) showed characteristic "point-to-surface" enhancement, and schwannoma (6/6) showed characteristic "face-to-surface" enhancement. For five hemangioma-patients with HB-Ⅱ-Ⅳ before surgery, the facial nerve anatomy was completely preserved through transcanal endoscopic approach(TEA), and the facial nerve function improved one year after surgery (two cases of HB-I, two cases of HB-Ⅱ, and one case of HB-Ⅲ). For two patients, with preoperative facial nerve function HB-Ⅴ-Ⅵ, since their tumors was inseparable from the nerves, they were performed with facial nerve anastomosis during the surgery, and the facial nerve function was improved to HB-Ⅳ level one year after surgery. For six patients with meningioma whose facial nerve function was greater than or equal to HB-Ⅲ, based on the preoperative hearing level, the involved segments, and duration of facial paralysis, three of them were conducted surgeries through middle cranial fossa approach, one by translabyrinthine approach, and one via mastoid approach. Two patients among them with complete facial paralysis over three years preoperatively were not performed facial nerve anastomosis after total resections of the tumors, and there was no improvement in facial nerve function one year after surgery. Three patients underwent facial nerve anastomosis after total tumor resections, and their facial nerve function was HB-Ⅲ in one patient, HB-Ⅳ in two patients one year after surgery. One patient (preoperative HB-Ⅲ) had a normal hearing level preoperatively, and the tumor involved the labyrinth segment. To protect the hearing, partial tumor was resected through the middle cranial fossa approach, and facial nerve function improved to HB-Ⅱ one year after surgery. Conclusions: Temporal bone HRCT combined with DCE-MRI are useful for the differential diagnosis of hemangioma and schwannoma at geniculate ganglion and provide references for preoperative clinical decision makings. It is extremely necessary to select the appropriate surgical approach based on the patient's hearing and involved segments. For geniculate ganglion hemangioma, early surgery can improve the possibilities of anatomical integrity of facial nerve, thereby improving facial nerve function postoperatively.TEA is a kind of surgical method worth consideration, with the characteristics of minimally invasive, favorable postoperative features, and so on. For schwannoma, one-stage functional reconstruction of the facial nerve is recommended during the resection of the tumors because of the inevitable damage to the anatomical integrity of the facial nerve.

Abstract
Abstract
Study question
What novel environmental exposures found in seminal plasma, as individual metabolites and concurrent exposure patterns, are associated with poor male reproductive parameters?
Summary answer
Seminal plasma levels of etridiazole, diethyl phthalate, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are negatively associated with semen parameters.
What is known already
Numerous environmental exposures have been linked to poor male reproductive markers, but they have typically examined only a limited set of exposures in the urine, which may not be accurate representation of the chemical burden in tissue and do not holistically consider a large range of potential concurrent exposures.
Study design, size, duration
This cross-sectional study included 100 heterosexual couples undergoing assisted reproductive treatment at a Tertiary University Affiliated Medical Center. Semen samples were collected and fractionated to separate sperm (outcome measurement) and seminal plasma (exposomics analysis).
Participants/materials, setting, methods
Semen parameters were assessed for sperm concentration (millions/mL), percent motility, and total motile sperm (millions/mL). Using a novel QuEChERS (quick, easy, cheap, efficient, rugged, and safe) based extraction method, targeted and untargeted organic pollutant exposures were measured from 500uL of seminal plasma using a Thermo Q Exactive Orbitrap mass spectrometer. We used linear regression, principal component pursuit (PCP), and Bayesian Kernel Machine Regression (BKMR) to estimate the associations of organic pollutants with semen parameters.
Main results and the role of chance
We identified 118 known chemicals in seminal plasma from the targeted panel of organic pollutants. Using an exposome-wide association approach, we modeled each exposure with the outcome individually and found that etriadizole, a common pesticide, was negatively associated with total motile sperm (p < 0.001), concentration (p = 0.002), and percent motility (p = 0.04). Using PCP, a machine learning pattern recognition approach, we derived a low-rank matrix with one major principal component. This principal component was primarily loaded by one phthalate (diethyl phthalate) and three PAHs (anthracene, pyrene, phenanthrene) and was associated with lower total sperm (p = 0.03) and percent motility (p = 0.05) in linear regression models. BKMR results confirmed that as an overall mixture, these four pollutants were negatively associated with percent motility, although anthracene was not an important component of the mixture effect. Furthermore, BKMR models showed that other PAHs did not confound or modify the impact of diethyl phthalate, pyrene, and phenanthrene.
Limitations, reasons for caution
Our sample only included 100 men and larger studies are necessary to confirm the associations identified by this investigation. Furthermore, this current analysis only included a limited number of targeted chemicals and future studies should examine untargeted features as well.
Wider implications of the findings
To our knowledge, our study is the first to assess a large set of seminal plasma exposures and their relation to semen parameters. Although the biological mechanism(s) underlying the observed associations are unknown, we identified novel associations. Thus, future investigations using broad exposomic approaches in seminal plasma is warranted.

Abstract
Objective: The investigation and research on the application status of Hepatic Venous Pressure Gradient (HVPG) is very important to understand the real situation and future development of this technology in China. Methods: This study comprehensively investigated the basic situation of HVPG technology in China, including hospital distribution, hospital level, annual number of cases, catheters used, average cost, indications and existing problems. Results: According to the survey, there were 70 hospitals in China carrying out HVPG technology in 2021, distributed in 28 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central Government). A total of 4 398 cases of HVPG were performed in all the surveyed hospitals in 2021, of which 2 291 cases (52.1%) were tested by HVPG alone. The average cost of HVPG detection was (5 617.2±2 079.4) yuan. 96.3% of the teams completed HVPG detection with balloon method, and most of the teams used thrombectomy balloon catheter (80.3%). Conclusion: Through this investigation, the status of domestic clinical application of HVPG has been clarified, and it has been confirmed that many domestic medical institutions have mastered this technology, but it still needs to continue to promote and popularize HVPG technology in the future.

Abstract
Quantum chromodynamics, the theory of the strong force, describes interactions of coloured quarks and gluons and the formation of hadronic matter. Conventional hadronic matter consists of baryons and mesons made of three quarks and quark-antiquark pairs, respectively. Particles with an alternative quark content are known as exotic states. Here a study is reported of an exotic narrow state in the D0D0π+ mass spectrum just below the D*+D0 mass threshold produced in proton-proton collisions collected with the LHCb detector at the Large Hadron Collider. The state is consistent with the ground isoscalar [Formula: see text] tetraquark with a quark content of [Formula: see text] and spin-parity quantum numbers JP = 1+. Study of the DD mass spectra disfavours interpretation of the resonance as the isovector state. The decay structure via intermediate off-shell D*+ mesons is consistent with the observed D0π+ mass distribution. To analyse the mass of the resonance and its coupling to the D*D system, a dedicated model is developed under the assumption of an isoscalar axial-vector [Formula: see text] state decaying to the D*D channel. Using this model, resonance parameters including the pole position, scattering length, effective range and compositeness are determined to reveal important information about the nature of the [Formula: see text] state. In addition, an unexpected dependence of the production rate on track multiplicity is observed.

Abstract
We present the precision measurement of 2824 daily helium fluxes in cosmic rays from May 20, 2011 to October 29, 2019 in the rigidity interval from 1.71 to 100 GV based on 7.6×10^{8} helium nuclei collected with the Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer (AMS) aboard the International Space Station. The helium flux and the helium to proton flux ratio exhibit variations on multiple timescales. In nearly all the time intervals from 2014 to 2018, we observed recurrent helium flux variations with a period of 27 days. Shorter periods of 9 days and 13.5 days are observed in 2016. The strength of all three periodicities changes with time and rigidity. In the entire time period, we found that below ∼7 GV the helium flux exhibits larger time variations than the proton flux, and above ∼7 GV the helium to proton flux ratio is time independent. Remarkably, below 2.4 GV a hysteresis between the helium to proton flux ratio and the helium flux was observed at greater than the 7σ level. This shows that at low rigidity the modulation of the helium to proton flux ratio is different before and after the solar maximum in 2014.

Abstract
The first full angular analysis and an updated measurement of the decay-rate CP asymmetry of the D^{0}→π^{+}π^{-}μ^{+}μ^{-} and D^{0}→K^{+}K^{-}μ^{+}μ^{-} decays are reported. The analysis uses proton-proton collision data collected with the LHCb detector at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV. The dataset corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1}. The full set of CP -averaged angular observables and their CP asymmetries are measured as a function of the dimuon invariant mass. The results are consistent with expectations from the standard model and with CP symmetry.

Wu H, Wu C. AB0076 DOES HELICOBACTER PYLORI HAVE AN IMPACT ON RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS? Ann Rheum Dis 2022. Abstract
BackgroundRheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease of not completely defined pathogenesis. A growing body of studies shows that microbiota may be a critical environmental trigger in the development of RA. Helicobacter pylori (Hp) is a common human pathogenic bacterium and is associated with multiple autoimmune diseases. However, the role of H.pylori in RA is far less well understood.ObjectivesThe study aims to investigate the impact of Hp on RA.MethodsWe recruited 81 RA patients (disease duration >1 year) in this study, and all patients met the 2010 ACR/EULAR diagnostic criteria. They were divided into two groups depending on their infection status: the Hp-uninfected group (9 male, 33 female) and the Hp-infected group (10 male, 29 female). C-reactive protein (CRP), Rheumatoid factor (RF), and Anti-citrullinated protein antibodies (ACPA) were measured in serum of patients for assessing disease severity.ResultsThe results, as shown in Figure 1, indicated that the serological levels of CRP (P=0.004), RF (P=0.0004), and ACPA (P=0.009) were significantly elevated in the Hp-positive group compared to the Hp-negative group.Figure 1.The serological levels of CRP (A), RF (B), and ACPA (C) in two groups. *P<0.05, **P<0.01, ***P<0.001.ConclusionHp-positive RA patients present with higher levels serological of CRP, RF, and ACPA, which suggested that Hp infection could influence the disease progression or severity of RA. Thus, further research is required to investigate the pathogenic mechanism of Helicobacter pylori in rheumatic diseases.Disclosure of InterestsNone declared
