Abstract
Bronchopleural fistula is an abnormal sinus tract that forms between the bronchus and the thoracic cavity. It is most commonly caused by thoracic surgery. Patients often have severe pulmonary and thoracic infections, which seriously affect the quality of life and survival rate. Most of these patients do not have a second operation chance, so the bronchopleural fistula becomes a thorny problem in the clinical practice. The clinical data of 9 patients with postoperative bronchopleural fistula admitted to Anhui Provincial Chest Hospital were reviewed and analyzed. We analyzed and summarized the clinical experience of successful occlusion with a ventricular septal defect(VSD) device, which provided a potentially effective treatment for postoperative bronchopleural fistula.

Abstract
A fully integrated low-power area-efficient receiver using a low-intermediate frequency topology for BDS-3 and GPS L1 bands is presented in this paper. Accurate localization can be achieved without requiring off-chip low-noise amplifiers. The receiver bandwidths for GPS and BDS-3 are 2 MHz and 4 MHz, respectively. Digitally assisted calibration schemes, such as RC calibration, automatic gain control, and DC offset correction are integrated to resist the effects of the process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) variations. The receiver-fabricated in a standard 55 nm CMOS technology-provides a maximum gain of 113.2 dB, a gain control range of 61 dB, and a minimum noise figure of 1.74 dB under a 1.2 V supply. The receiver, with and without the frequency synthesizer that provides the local oscillator frequency, consumes 8.7 mA and 4.8 mA, with areas of 0.73 mm2 and 0.345 mm2, respectively.

Abstract
Land salinization considerably limits crop production. Biological improvement of saline and alkaline land is an important way to achieve efficient land use. It is crucial to study the salt tolerance of halophyte resources in order to explore and improve plant resources through biological improvement. Glaux maritima is a mesophyte halophyte with strong salt tolerance. In this study, we conducted research on the salt tolerance mechanism of G. maritima through phenotypic, physiological, and transcriptomic aspects. The results indicate that leaf cross-sections revealed that G. maritima has a salt gland tissue composed of stalk, collecting, and secretory cells, which are trapped in epidermal cells. At the physiological level, the maximum salt tolerance threshold of G. maritima leaves was 600 mM/L. At this concentration, proline content, relative conductivity, and superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), and catalase (CAT) enzyme activities were maximum. At the transcriptional level, transcriptome data of three experimental groups (N0: 0 mM/L, N3: 600 mM/L, and N4: 800 mM/L) were analyzed, and six essential genes related to proline synthesis and five essential genes related to SOD and CAT enzyme activities were identified. Two genes involved in CAT enzyme activity were also found to play an important role in the MAPK signaling pathway. Trend analysis revealed that the MAPK signaling regulation (37 differentially expressed genes (DEGs)), phytohormone regulation (48 DEGs), glutathione metabolism (8 DEGs), flavonoid and flavonoid biosynthesis (2DEGs), and flavonoid biosynthesis (24 DEGs) pathways played important roles in regulating the salt tolerance of G. maritima. These findings provide valuable information for further studies on the functional characteristics of G. maritima in response to abiotic stress and may contribute to salt resistance breeding of fodder crops for cultivation in saline alkali land.

Abstract
Development of high-performance sodium metal batteries (SMBs) with a wide operating temperature range (from -40 to 55 °C) is highly challenging. Herein, an artificial hybrid interlayer composed of sodium phosphide (Na3 P) and metal vanadium (V) is constructed for wide-temperature-range SMBs via vanadium phosphide pretreatment. As evidenced by simulation, the VP-Na interlayer can regulate redistribution of Na+ flux, which is beneficial for homogeneous Na deposition. Moreover, the experimental results confirm that the artificial hybrid interlayer possesses a high Young's modulus and a compact structure, which can effectively suppress Na dendrite growth and alleviate the parasitic reaction even at 55 °C. In addition, the VP-Na interlayer exhibits the capability to knock down the kinetic barriers for fast Na+ transportation, realizing a 30-fold decrease in impedance at -40 °C. Symmetrical VP-Na cells present a prolonged lifespan reaching 1200, 500, and 500 h at room temperature, 55 °C and -40 °C, respectively. In Na3 V2 (PO4 )3 ||VP-Na full cells, a high reversible capacity of 88, 89.8, and 50.3 mAh g-1 can be sustained after 1600, 1000, and 600 cycles at room temperature, 55 °C and -40 °C, respectively. The pretreatment formed artificial hybrid interlayer proves to be an effective strategy to achieve wide-temperature-range SMBs.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Second primary malignancies (SPMs) after liver transplantation (LT) are becoming the leading causes of death in LT recipients. The purpose of this study was to explore prognostic factors for SPMs and to establish an overall survival nomogram. METHODS A retrospective analysis was conducted of data from the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database on adult patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma who had undergone LT between 2004 and 2015. Cox regression analysis was used to explore the independent prognostic factors for SPMs. Nomogram was constructed using R software to predict the overall survival at 2, 3, and 5 years. The concordance index, calibration curves, and decision curve analysis were used to evaluate the clinical prediction model. RESULTS Data from a total of 2078 patients were eligible, of whom 221 (10.64%) developed SPMs. A total of 221 patients were split into a training cohort (n=154) or a validation cohort (n=67) with a 7:3 ratio. The 3 most common SPMs were lung cancer, prostate cancer, and non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Age at initial diagnosis, marital status, year of diagnosis, T stage, and latency were the prognostic factors for SPMs. The C-index of the nomogram for overall survival in the training and validation cohorts were 0.713 and 0.729, respectively. CONCLUSIONS We analyzed the clinical characteristics of SPMs and developed a precise prediction nomogram, with a good predictive performance. The nomogram we developed may help clinicians provide personalized decisions and clinical treatment for LT recipients.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Our study aims to comprehensively assess nutrition status and malnutritional prevalence in early allogenic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (allo-HSCT) patients. METHODS This single-center, cross-sectional study included 171 patients within the 90 days post-transplantation (from September 2019 to April 2020). Data collected included demographic, 3 day 24-h diet record, a Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment (PG-SGA) tool, laboratory tests, anthropometric indices, and body composition. RESULTS One hundred and seventy-one patients with a mean age of 37.8 ± 11.3 and a male to female ratio of 102 to 69 were included. According to PG-SGA, 115 (67.3%) indicated the critical need for nutritional intervention and symptom management (PG-SGA score > 9). Forty-three (43.3%) of patients had experienced insufficient intakes of energy according to a 24-h diet record. Our study found that 120 (70.2%) patients had a body fat percentage and high triacylglycerol (64.9%). Reduced free fat mass index and low hand-grip strength were found in 133 (77.78%) and 104 (60.81%), respectively. The prevalence of malnutrition was 24.6% and the prevalence of sarcopenia was 13.5%. CONCLUSION Although the prevalence was not high, this research has demonstrated a high risk of malnutrition and a lower muscle mass in early allo-HSCT. Furthermore, our study confirmed body composition assessment would be an excellent way to identify malnutrition precisely.

Abstract
Next-generation secondary batteries including sodium-ion batteries (SIBs) and potassium-ion batteries (PIBs) are considered the most promising candidates for application to large-scale energy storage systems due to their abundant, evenly distributed and cost-effective sodium/potassium raw materials. The electrochemical performance of SIBs (PIBs) significantly depends on the inherent characteristics of the cathode material. Among the wide variety of cathode materials, sodium/potassium vanadium fluorophosphate (denoted as MVPF, M = Na and K) composites are widely investigated due to their fast ion transportation and robust structure. However, their poor electron conductivity leads to low specific capacity and poor rate capacity, limiting the further application of MVPF cathodes in large-scale energy storage. Accordingly, several modification strategies have been proposed to improve the performance of MVPF such as conductive coating, morphological regulation, and heteroatomic doping, which boost the electronic conductivity of these cathodes and enhance Na (K) ion transportation. Furthermore, the development and application of MVPF cathodes in SIBs at low temperatures are also outlined. Finally, we present a brief summary of the remaining challenges and corresponding strategies for the future development of MVPF cathodes.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The association between antipsychotics and cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) remains significant yet unestablished, especially in Chinese populations. OBJECTIVE To investigate the risk of CVDs associated with antipsychotics among Chinese individuals with schizophrenia. METHODS We conducted a nested case-control study on individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia in Shandong, China. The case group included individuals diagnosed with incident CVDs between 2012 and 2020. Each case was randomly matched with up to three controls. We used weighted logistic regression models to assess the risk of CVDs associated with antipsychotics and restricted cubic spline analysis to explore the dose-response relationship. FINDINGS In total, 2493 cases and 7478 matched controls were included in the analysis. Compared with non-users, any antipsychotics use was associated with higher risk of any CVDs (weighted OR=1.54, 95% CI 1.32 to 1.79), with the risk mainly driven by ischaemic heart diseases (weighted OR=2.26, 95% CI 1.71 to 2.99). Treatments with haloperidol, aripiprazole, quetiapine, olanzapine, risperidone, sulpiride and chlorpromazine were associated with increased risk of CVDs. A non-linear dose-response relationship between dosage of antipsychotics and risk of CVDs was observed, with a sharp increase in risk in the beginning and then flattening out with higher doses. CONCLUSIONS Use of antipsychotics was associated with increased risk of incident CVDs among individuals with schizophrenia, and the risk varied substantially among different antipsychotics and specific CVDs. CLINICAL IMPLICATIONS Clinicians should consider the cardiovascular risk of antipsychotics and choose the appropriate type and dose of drugs in the treatment of schizophrenia.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Anti-MDA5 antibody-positive dermatomyositis (DM) is a rare clinical autoimmune disease, and anti-MDA5-positive DM with interstitial lung disease (ILD) is the most important cause of death in DM patients. We reported the efficacy of the JAK1/3 inhibitor tofacitinib as an anti-MDA5-negative treatment option for patients with anti-MDA5-positive DM-ILD. METHOD AND PROCESS Here we report a 51-year-old female patient with cough, sputum, shortness of breath for 5 months, rash for 3 months, and muscle pain in the extremities for 1 month. After conventional immunosuppressive therapy plus hormone therapy, the remission was slow. Methylprednisolone was successfully reduced after we administered tofacitinib and tacrolimus. After 132 weeks of follow-up, anti-MDA5 antibody turned negative, clinical symptoms were relieved, and lung Imaging tests were successfully reversed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION There is currently no report of tofacitinib supplement therapy for anti-MDA5 positive to negative DM. With this case report, tofacitinib is an option for the treatment of anti-MDA5-positive DM-ILD, which deserves attention.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The high prevalence of medication non-adherence in patients with chronic kidney disease places a tremendous burden on healthcare resources. The study was designed to develop and validate a nomogram model of medication non-adherence in patients with chronic kidney disease in China. METHODS A multicenter cross-sectional study was conducted. 1206 chronic kidney disease patients were consecutively enrolled from Be Resilient to Chronic Kidney Disease (registration number: ChiCTR2200062288) between September 2021 and October 2022 in four tertiary hospitals in China. The Chinese version of four-item Morisky Medication Adherence Scale was used to assess the medication adherence of the patients and associated factors consisted of socio-demographic information, self-designed medication knowledge questionnaire, the 10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, the Beliefs about Medicine questionnaire, the Acceptance Illness Scale, and the Family Adaptation Partnership Growth and Resolve Index. Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator regression was performed to select significant factors. Concordance index, Hosmer-Lemeshow test and decision curve analysis were estimated. RESULTS The prevalence of medication non-adherence was 63.8%. Area under the curves ranged from 0.72 to 0.96 in internal and external validation sets. The predicted probabilities of the model were consistent with those of the actual observations by Hosmer-Lemeshow test (all P > .05). The final model included educational level, occupational status, duration of chronic kidney disease, medication beliefs (perceptions of the need to take medications and concerns about adverse effects), and illness acceptance (adaptation and acceptance of the disease). CONCLUSIONS There is a high prevalence of medication non-adherence among Chinese patients with chronic kidney disease. A nomogram model based on five factors has been successfully developed and validated and could be incorporated into long-term medication management.

Abstract
As a rare and highly aggressive soft tissue sarcoma, the new immunophenotype, atypical FISH pattern and relevant molecular cytogenetics of synovial sarcoma (SS) remain less known, although it is characteristically represented by a pathognomonic chromosomal translocation t (X; 18) (p11.2; q11.2). Methodologically, the morphology was retrospectively analysed by using H&E staining, and immunohistochemical features were investigated by using markers that have been recently applied in other soft tissue tumors. Moreover, FISH signals for SS18 and EWSR-1 break-apart probes were examined. Finally, cytogenetic characteristics were analysed via RT-PCR and Sanger sequencing. Consequently, nine out of thirteen cases that were histologically highly suspected as SS were finally identified as SS via molecular analysis. Histologically, nine SS cases were divided into monophasic fibrous SS (4/9), biphasic SS (4/9) and poorly differentiated SS (1/9). Immunohistochemically, SOX-2 immunostaining was positive in eight cases (8/9) and PAX-7 immunostaining was diffusely positive in the epithelial component of biphasic SS (4/4). Nine cases showed negative immunostaining for NKX3.1 and reduced or absent immunostaining for INI-1. Eight cases showed typically positive FISH signalling for the SS18 break-apart probe, whereas one case exhibited an atypical FISH pattern (complete loss of green signalling, case 2). Furthermore, the SS18-SSX1 and SS18-SSX2 fusion genes were identified in seven cases and two cases, respectively. The fusion site in 8 out of 9 cases was common in the literature, whereas the fusion site in case 2 was involved in exon 10 codon 404 in SS18 and exon 7 codon 119 in SSX1 (which has not been previously reported), which notably corresponded to the complete loss of green signalling in the FISH pattern. Additionally, FISH analysis of the EWSR-1 gene in nine SS cases demonstrated aberrant signalling in three cases that were recognized as a monoallelic loss of EWSR-1 (1/9), an amplification of EWSR-1 (1/9) and a translocation of EWSR-1 (1/9). In conclusion, SS18-SSX fusion gene sequencing is obligatory for a precise diagnosis of SS when dealing with a confusing immunophenotype and atypical or aberrant FISH signalling for SS18 and EWSR-1 detection.

Abstract
Sodium metal battery is supposed to be a propitious technology for high-energy storage application owing to the advantages of natural abundance and low cost. Unfortunately, the uncontrollable dendrite growth critically hampers its practical implementation. Herein, an inorganic/organic hybrid layer of NaF/CF/CC on the surface of Na foil (IOHL-Na) is designed and synthesized through the in situ reaction of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and metallic sodium. This protective layer possesses satisfactory Young's modulus, good kinetic property, and sodiophilicity, which can distinctly stabilize Na metal anode. As a result, the symmetric IOHL-Na cell achieves a lifespan of 770 h at 1 mAh cm-2 /1 mA cm-2 in carbonate electrolyte. The assembled full battery of IOHL-Na||Na3 V2 (PO4 )3 delivers a high discharge capacity of 85 mAh g-1 at 10 C after 600 cycles under ambient temperature. Furthermore, the IOHL-Na||Na3 V2 (PO4 )3 cell still can steadily operate at 10 C for 600 cycles at 55 °C. And when testing at an ultralow temperature of -40 °C, the full cell achieves 40 mAh g-1 at 0.5 C with a prolonged lifespan of 450 cycles. This work offers a new approach to protect the metal sodium anode without dendrite growth under wide temperatures.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The feasibility and efficacy of low-protein diets (LPD) treatment in chronic kidney disease (CKD) is controversial. Based on the characteristics of the Chinese diet, we observe the qualification rates and short-term clinical effects of LPD for CKD patients in our center. METHODS This is a retrospective cohort study. CKD stages 3-5 patients who were regularly followed up 5 times (over 2 years) and treated with LPD were included. We collected clinical data to observe the changes in LPD qualification rates and divided patients into LPD and non-LPD group according to the average dietary protein intake (DPI) of 5 follow-up time points and compared the changes in primary and secondary outcome measures between the two groups. RESULTS We analyzed data from 161 eligible CKD stages 3-5 patients. From baseline to the 5th follow-up time point, the LPD qualification rates of all patients were 11.80%, 35.40%, 47.82%, 53.43% and 54.04%, respectively. For primary outcome measures, the urine protein/creatinine ratio (UPCR) decreased more in the LPD group than in the non-LPD group [Median (interquartile range, IQR) of the difference between the 5th follow-up time point and baseline: 0.19 (- 0.01-0.73) vs. 0.10 (- 0.08-0.27), P < 0.001]. We constructed three classes of mixed linear models (model I, II, III). The UPCR slopes were all negative in the LPD group and positive in the non-LPD group (P < 0.001). Meanwhile, in model I, the estimate glomerular filtration rate(eGFR) decline slope in the LPD group was lower than that in the non-LPD group [slope (standard error): - 1.32 (0.37) vs. - 2.35 (0.33), P = 0.036]. For secondary outcome measures, body mass index (BMI) triglycerides (TG), body weight, and fat free mass (FFM) showed stable statistical differences in the comparison of LPD and non-LPD groups, with greater declines in the former. CONCLUSION The results of this study suggest that LPD treatment can reduce UPCR in patients with CKD stages 3-5, and may also delay the decline in eGFR. Meanwhile, it also reduces BMI, TG, body weight, and FFM, thus the need to prevent malnutrition in clinical implementation.

In this study, the optimal combination system of composite microbial agent TY (Achromobacter: Pseudomona = 2:1) and dehydrocoenzyme activator (NaNO3 (7.0 g/L), (NH4)2HPO4 (1.0 g/L), riboflavin (6.0 mg/L)) was screened. Under the best combination system, the degradation rate of crude oil in oil-contaminated soil reached 79.44% after 60 d, which was 1.74 times and 1.23 times higher than that of compound microbial agent TY treatment and dehydrogenase activator treatment, respectively. In addition, a highly efficient combination system was found to target the degradation of oil C10-C28 fractions by gas chromatography (GC). The increased abundance of dehydrogenase coenzymes such as flavin nucleotides (FAD and FMN), coenzyme I (NAD+, Co I) and coenzyme II (NADP+, Co II) as well as dioxygenases and monooxygenases promote the degradation of crude oil. Furthermore, the dominant genera at the genus level in soil were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing, which were Nocardioides (46.48%-56.07%), Gordonia (11.40%-14.61%), Intrasporangiaceae (5.05%-10.58%), Pseudomonas (1.39%-1.92%) and Dietzia (0.64%-2.77%). Phylogenetic Investigation of Communities by Reconstruction of Unobserved States (PICRUSt) analysis showed that the abundance of genes associated with crude oil degradation such as ABC transporters (2.89%), fatty acid (1.04%), carbon metabolism (4.5%) and aromatic compound (0.92%) was assigned enhanced after 60 d of remediation. These results indicated that the combination system of the compound bacterium TY and the dehydrocoenzyme activator is a propective option for the bioremediation of oil-contaminated soil.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Numerous studies have found an association between autoimmune diseases of the nervous system (ADNS) and schizophrenia (SCZ), but the findings remain controversial. We conducted the first meta-analysis to summarize the current evidence from cohort studies that evaluated the association between ADNS and SCZ. METHODS PubMed, Web of Science, and Embase were comprehensively searched until May 30, 2022 for articles on the association between ADNS and SCZ. Every included study was reported effect size with 95% CIs for the association between ADNS and SCZ. Meta-regression and subgroup analysis were used to assess the heterogeneity. RESULTS A total of 8 cohort studies with 12 cohorts were included in the meta-analysis. We observed a significant association between ADNS and SCZ (RR = 1.42; 95%CI, 1.18-1.72). Subgroup analysis showed that the risk of SCZ was significantly increased when ADNS were used as exposure factors (RR = 1.48; 95%CI, 1.15-1.89), whereas with SCZ did not observe an increased risk of subsequent ADNS (RR = 1.33; 95%CI, 0.92-1.92); multiple sclerosis (MS) was positively associated with SCZ (RR = 1.36; 95%CI, 1.12-1.66), but no significant association was found between Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) and SCZ (RR = 1.90; 95%CI, 0.87-4.17). Meanwhile, we found location was the source of heterogeneity. LIMITATIONS High heterogeneity was observed (I2 = 92.0%), and only English literature was included in the meta-analysis. CONCLUSIONS We found a positive association between ADNS and SCZ, and the association was different across the different types of ADNS. The results of the study are helpful for clinicians to carry out targeted preventive measures for ADNS and SCZ.

Abstract
We report the synthesis of transition-metal-doped ferromagnetic elemental single-crystal semiconductors with quantum oscillations using the physical vapor transport method. The 7.7 atom% Cr-doped Te crystals (Cr:Te) show ferromagnetism, butterfly-like negative magnetoresistance in the low temperature (<3.8 K) and low field (<0.15 T) region, and high Hall mobility, e.g. 1320 cm2V-1s-1at 30 K and 350 cm2V-1s-1at 300 K, implying that Cr:Te crystals are ferromagnetic elemental semiconductors. WhenB// [001] // I, the maximum negative MR is ∼-27% atT= 20 K andB= 8 T. In the low temperature semiconducting region, Cr:Te crystals show strong discrete scale invariance dominated logarithmic quantum oscillations when the direction of the magnetic fieldBis parallel to the [100] crystallographic direction (B// [100]) and show Landau quantization dominated Shubnikov-de Haas oscillations forB// [210] direction, which suggests the broken rotation symmetry of the Fermi pockets in the Cr:Te crystals. The findings of coexistence of multiple quantum oscillations and ferromagnetism in such an elemental quantum material may inspire more study of narrow bandgap semiconductors with ferromagnetism and quantum phenomena.

Abstract
Little evidence about the effects of cold spells on serum lipid levels is available. The aim of this study was to explore the association between cold spells and serum lipid levels among the elders in Jinan, China. Data of old adults from health check-up program in Shandong Provincial Qianfoshan Hospital was collected for this study. Linear mixed models combined with distributed lag nonlinear models were used to examine the relationship between cold spells and serum lipid levels, considering the confounding effects of age, sex, blood pressure, body mass index, and other meteorological factors. Subgroup analysis by gender and analysis based on different definitions of cold spells were also conducted. Increased TG levels in lag 0-lag 2 days and decreased TG levels in lag 5-lag 8 days after cold spells were observed among the elders. The largest increase was 0.363 mmol/L (95% CI: 0.184 ~ 0.543) in lag 0 day, while the largest decreased TG levels was 0.083 mmol/L (95% CI: 0.147 ~ 0.019) in lag 6 day. Similar results were obtained in the analysis of different sex and based on different definitions of cold spells. However, no significant association was found between cold spells with TC, LDL-C, and HDL-C. This study indicates that cold spells were significantly associated with serum TG levels in the elders. Effective preventive measures should be implemented around the cold spells to reduce the volatility of serum lipid levels and the occurrence of subsequent cardiovascular diseases.

Abstract
The groundwater polluted by an agricultural hormone site was taken as the research object, and a total of 7 groundwater samples were collected at different locations in the plant. The main pollutants in the research area were determined to be extractable petroleum hydrocarbons (C10-C40); 1,2-dichloroethane; 1,1,2-trichloroethane; carbon tetrachloride; vinyl chloride, and chloroform; the maximum content of these pollutants can reach 271 mg/L, 1.68 × 107 µg/L, 1.56 × 104 µg/L, 9.53 × 104 µg/L, 6.58 × 104 µg/L, and 4.81 × 104 µg/L, respectively. Aiming at the problems of groundwater pollution in this area, two sets of oxidation experiments have been carried out. The addition of NaHSO3 modified Fenton oxidation system was used in this contaminated water, which enhanced (2.2 ~ 46.7%) chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal rate. The highest removal rate of extractable petroleum hydrocarbons (C10-C40) can reach 99%. And the degradation rate of chlorinated hydrocarbon pollutants can reach 99% to 100%, which almost achieved the purpose of complete removal. In the NaHSO3 modified Fenton oxidation system, the addition of NaHSO3 accelerates the cycle of Fe3+/Fe2+ and ensures the continuous existence of Fe2+ in the reaction system, thereby producing more ·OH and further oxidizing and degrading organic pollutants. Our work has provided important insights for this economically important treatment of this type water body and laid the foundation for the engineering of this method.

Abstract
The sodium (Na)-metal anode with high theoretical capacity and low cost is promising for construction of high-energy-density metal batteries. However, the unsatisfactory interface between Na and the liquid electrolyte induces tardy ion transfer kinetics and dendritic Na growth, especially at ultralow temperature (-40 °C). Herein, an artificial heterogeneous interphase consisting of disodium selenide (Na2 Se) and metal vanadium (V) is produced on the surface of Na (Na@Na2 Se/V) via an in situ spontaneous chemical reaction. Such interphase layer possesses high sodiophilicity, excellent ionic conductivity, and high Young's modulus, which can promote Na-ion adsorption and transport, realizing homogenous Na deposition without dendrites. The symmetric Na@Na2 Se/V cell exhibits outstanding cycling life span of over 1790 h (0.5 mA cm-2 /1 mAh cm-2 ) in carbonate-based electrolyte. More remarkably, ab initio molecular dynamics simulations reveal that the artificial Na2 Se/V hybrid interphase can accelerate the desolvation of solvated Na+ at -40 °C. The Na@Na2 Se/V electrode thus exhibits exceptional electrochemical performance in symmetric cell (over 1500 h at 0.5 mA cm-2 /0.5 mAh cm-2 ) and full cell (over 700 cycles at 0.5 C) at -40 °C. This work provides an avenue to design artificial heterogeneous interphase layers for superior high-energy-density metal batteries at ambient and ultralow temperatures.

Abstract
Renal impairment (RI) used to exclude multiple myeloma (MM) patients from autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) for safety concerns. Here, we retrospectively reviewed 34 consecutively transplanted patients with creatinine clearance < 60 ml/min at ASCT in recent 5 years at our institution. Busulfan/cyclophosphamide and high-dose melphalan were both employed as conditioning regimens. We found 62% grade 1-2 oral mucositis, 12% grade 3 oral mucositis, 48% grade 3 infection, 8% grade ≥ 4 infection, 50% grade 1 transient creatinine increase, 15% cardiac adverse events, and 12% engraftment syndrome. One case of secondary platelet graft failure and 1 case of transplantation-related mortality were observed. Interleukin-6 concentration was elevated among patients with increased body temperature and/or N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide during engraftment, and close monitoring of these markers may help to predict susceptibility to cardiac events and engraftment syndrome. Adverse events occurred frequently, but the majority were manageable in this cohort. ASCT would further deepen the anti-myeloma efficacy and slightly ameliorated renal function. With a median follow-up of 26.2 months post transplantation (range: 1.6-74.8 months), the median progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) post-transplantation of patients undergoing first-line transplantation were not reached; the median PFS post-transplantation of patients undergoing rescue transplantation was 19.2 months and the median OS was not reached.

Abstract
High-quality NdCrSb3 single crystals are grown using a Sn-flux method, for electronic transport and magnetic structure study. Ferromagnetic ordering of the Nd3+ and Cr3+ magnetic sublattices are observed at different temperatures and along different crystallographic axes. Due to the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction between the two magnetic sublattices, the Cr moments rotate from the b axis to the a axis upon cooling, resulting in a spin reorientation (SR) transition. The SR transition is reflected by the temperature-dependent magnetization curves, e.g., the Cr moments rotate from the b axis to the a axis with cooling from 20 to 9 K, leading to a decrease in the b-axis magnetization f and an increase in the a-axis magnetization. Our elastic neutron scattering along the a axis shows decreasing intensity of magnetic (300) peak upon cooling from 20 K, supporting the SR transition. Although the magnetization of two magnetic sublattices favours different crystallographic axes and shows significant anisotropy in magnetic and transport behaviours, their moments are all aligned to the field direction at sufficiently large fields (30 T). Moreover, the magnetic structure within the SR transition region is relatively fragile, which results in negative magnetoresistance by applying magnetic fields along either a or b axis. The metallic NdCrSb3 single crystal with two ferromagnetic sublattices is an ideal system to study the magnetic interactions, as well as their influences on the electronic transport properties.

Abstract
Lipid droplet (LD) dysfunction can result in various diseases, such as nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Imaging agents built on dual-state emission (DSE) molecules that fluoresce in both dilute solutions and the aggregated state are receiving attention as this type of probe could provide bright fluorescence signals at variable concentrations, avoiding false signal readout caused by the concentration fluctuation in living systems. Herein, we identified a red emissive molecule featuring DSE, from three newly synthesized molecules, for specific detection of LDs in live cells. The bioimaging abilities have been well confirmed by optical spectroscopies, theoretical calculations, cell experiments, as well as animal studies. The DSE probe is effective for LD detection at concentrations ranging from 1 μM to 100 μM while retaining high brightness and signal fidelity. This study provides a knowledge base for the future design of DSE-active fluorescent probes for understanding LD-related diseases.

Abstract
High-quality Mn2-xCrxSb (x = 0.01, 0.04, and 0.1) epitaxial thin films were grown on SrTiO3 (STO) (001) single-crystal substrates using molecular beam epitaxy. Magnetotransport and magnetic measurements reveal that the x = 0.01 sample undergoes a quasi-ferrimagnetic (I) [Q-FIM(I)]-to-ferrimagnetic (II) [FIM(II)] spin reorientation (SR) transition and a giant magnetoresistance (MR) associated first-order ferrimagnetic(II)-to-antiferromagnetic (AFM) phase transition upon cooling, resulting in the AFM ground state with a weak in-plane net moment. Upon increasing the doping level from x = 0.01 to 0.1, both the SR transition and the first-order magnetic transition are suppressed. For x = 0.1, the former transition is suppressed, leaving only the Q-FIM(I)-to-AFM transition within the whole temperature region. TAFM-FIM shows almost similar changes upon the application of either in-plane or out-of-plane magnetic fields. TAFM-FIM values of the x = 0.01 and 0.04 samples are much higher than those of the Mn2-xCrxSb bulk with similar doping levels, which can be understood by the clamping effect from STO substrates. For each thin-film sample, the MR effect is observed near TAFM-FIM and disappears in the high temperature Q-FIM(I) phase and low temperature AFM phase, indicating that MR is related to the spin-dependent electron scattering during the first-order magnetic phase transition. Based on the magnetotransport and magnetic data, a magnetic phase diagram is established for the Mn2-xCrxSb films in the low doping level region.
