Abstract
Objectives Numerous stress management interventions have been implemented in the workplace, but few are adapted to the healthcare setting. Due to the nature of their jobs, healthcare workers (HCWs) may find it difficult to adopt recommended stress management strategies. We present the protocol for a 12-week personalized stress management intervention among HCWs to change their behavior as well as improve physiological/psychological outcomes. Methods It is a pragmatic quasi-experimental study involving stressed HCWs from two general hospitals in Wuhan, China. The intervention group will receive a complex interactive multimodal intervention, including advanced education via mobile connection, participation in a web-based social network, tailored feedback, and the support of a nurse coach, while the control group will engage in self-guided stress management. Results The primary outcome is centered on behavioral measures, namely improvements in stress management practice frequency after a 12-week intervention. The secondary outcomes are the changes in stress-related physiological indices (i.e. high frequency variability and normalized unit assessed by Holter) and psychological indicators (scores on the Perceived Stress Scale and Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale) following 12 weeks of treatment. Conclusion The knowledge translation intervention builds on a body of work defining the role of individualized instruction and feedback intervention, as well as group intervention through WeChat social network and personalized coaching. We believe this novel intervention will help HCWs promote their stress management awareness and skills, and ultimately benefit their long-term health. Abstract
Introduction In China, the long-term immunogenicity and adverse effects of inactivated vaccines produced by different or the same manufacturer remain unclear. Therefore, the objective of this study was to evaluate the cellular immune responses and neutralizing antibody kinetics of homologous and heterologous administrations of an inactivated coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccine 240 days after the second vaccination. Methods This prospective, multicenter, observational, longitudinal study involved 595 participants with a negative SARS-CoV-2 polymerase chain reaction result who were serologically tested and followed for 8 months after vaccination. Neutralizing antibodies, interferon-gamma (IFN-γ), interleukin (IL)-6, CD4+ T-lymphocyte, and B-lymphocyte counts were evaluated in serum samples after stimulation with 2 μg/mL SARS-CoV-2 spike protein for 16 h at follow-up intervals of 2 months. Results Most participants [582/595; 146 male participants, 449 female participants; mean age 35 (26-50 years)] rapidly developed neutralizing antibodies after two doses of the vaccine administered 3-weeks apart. The positive rate of neutralizing antibodies peaked at 97.7% at 60-90 days, decreased, and stabilized at 82.9% at 181-240 days post-vaccination. Lower antibody concentrations were correlated with older age, longer duration after vaccination, non-health care workers, mixed-manufacturer vaccinations, and intervals of less than 40 days between two doses of vaccination, whereas lower IFN-γ levels and B-lymphocyte counts were associated with older age, blood type A, and non-health care workers. A higher IL-6 level was associated with older age, mixed-manufacturer vaccinations, intervals of less than 40 days between two doses of vaccination, and medical staff. Adverse reactions were mild or moderate and self-limited, with no serious events reported. Discussion Two doses of the Chinese inactivated vaccine induced robust and rapid antibody expression and cellular immune responses. Boosting vaccination is considered important, as antibodies and cellular immune responses were reduced in susceptible populations.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Uterine Corpus Endometrial Carcinoma (UCEC) is a common malignancy of the female genital tract. The sine oculis homeobox homolog 1 (SIX1) protein has been documented to be important for tumor progression. However, little is known about the relationship between SIX1 and the pathogenesis of UCEC. OBJECTIVE This study aimed to assess the prognostic value of biomarker SIX1 in UCEC by analyzing clinical traits, immune infiltration, and gene set enrichment analysis. METHODS The Wilcoxon signed-rank test and logistic regression were used to analyze the relationship between clinicopathological characteristics and SIX1. The Kaplan-Meier method was used to assess the relationship between clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis verified by immunohistochemistry (IHC). Then gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) was performed to explore signaling pathways correlated with SIX1 expression in UCEC. Finally, the TIMER2 database was used to analyze the correlation between SIX1 and immune infiltration, and the effect of SIX1 expression on immune cells was calculated with the CIBERSORT algorithm. RESULTS We found that the expression of SIX1 in UCEC was up-regulated and correlated with a poor prognosis. Analysis showed that the expression of SIX1 was related to various clinical features and was an independent prognostic factor of UCEC. Enrichment analysis showed that SIX1 promoted the occurrence and development of UCEC by regulating multiple signaling pathways. The results of immune infiltration analysis showed that SIX1 has a complex correlation with immune infiltration. CONCLUSION Our findings indicate that SIX1 is a promising biomarker for predicting the prognosis of UCEC and is a potential therapeutic target.

Abstract
Lithium (Li) metal is considered as one of the attractive anodes for next-generation high-energy-density batteries due to its ultrahigh theoretical specific capacity and low potential. However, many great challenges including uncontrolled dendrite growth and undesired side reactions during repeated cycling still seriously hinder its practical application in Li metal secondary batteries. Herein, we report the hexachloro-1,3-butadiene (HCBD) molecule as a functional additive to stabilize the Li anode by forming a stable solid electrolyte interface (SEI) layer with high Li ion conductivity via in situ surface and electrochemical reactions. Density functional theory calculations demonstrate that HCBD can preferentially react with the Li anode, which generates an ionic conducting species (LiCl) into an SEI layer. The LiCl-rich SEI layer effectively regulates Li+ deposition/stripping kinetics and then induces uniform nucleation of Li+ and reduces the side reactions between the Li anode and electrolyte. With an optimal amount of HCBD in an ether-based electrolyte, an excellent cycling lifespan (7000 h) was achieved with a low hysteresis voltage of ∼10 mV at 1.0 mA cm-2 in a Li||Li symmetrical cell. Furthermore, the LiFePO4-based cell with the additive-functionalized Li anode displays obviously improved cycling stability (with a high specific capacity of 141.1 mAh g-1 after 350 cycles at 1 C).

Abstract
Developing dielectric capacitors with both a high power density and a high energy density for application in power electronics has been a long-standing challenge. Glass-ceramics offer the potential of retaining the high relative permittivity of ceramics and at the same time of exhibiting the high dielectric breakdown strength and fast charge/discharge rate of glasses, thus producing concurrently high power and energy densities in a single material. In this work, glass-ceramics are fabricated to achieve simultaneously high power and energy densities, high efficiency, and thermal stability by tuning the glass crystallization process via a suitable nucleating agent and a high oxygen partial pressure. Under the same practical charge-discharge test conditions, the as-prepared glass-ceramics combine the high energy density of ceramics and ultrafast discharge rate of glasses, producing the highest power density among glass- and ceramic-based dielectric materials. This work demonstrates the significant potential of achieving both high power and energy densities in glass-ceramics by optimizing the glass crystallization process.

Abstract
Mosquito transmit numbers of parasites and pathogens resulting in fatal diseases. Species identification is a prerequisite for effective mosquito control. Existing morphological and molecular classification methods have evitable disadvantages. Here we introduced Deep learning techniques for mosquito species identification. A balanced, high-definition mosquito dataset with 9900 original images covering 17 species was constructed. After three rounds of screening and adjustment-testing (first round among 3 convolutional neural networks and 3 Transformer models, second round among 3 Swin Transformer variants, and third round between 2 images sizes), we proposed the first Swin Transformer-based mosquito species identification model (Swin MSI) with 99.04% accuracy and 99.16% F1-score. By visualizing the identification process, the morphological keys used in Swin MSI were similar but not the same as those used by humans. Swin MSI realized 100% subspecies-level identification in Culex pipiens Complex and 96.26% accuracy for novel species categorization. It presents a promising approach for mosquito identification and mosquito borne diseases control.

Abstract
Antibody development is the integral process of generating and characterizing an antibody. It commences by inoculating the antigen of interest into laboratory animals, allowing the immune system develops large quantities of antibodies. This was aimed at developing antibodies against the virion of Goatpox and Sheeppox virus vaccines. The ability of Goatpox and Sheeppox vaccines was assessed. Regarding this study, the antibody titers against both Goatpox and Sheeppox viruses was increased in the same manner. The amount of IgG was determined to be 2.29 μg/μl and 2.18 μg/μl against virions of Goatpox virus and Sheeppox respectively. The purified IgG was analyzed by SDS-PAGE. Different bands of the purified antibodies were clearly visualized, and the molecular weight of IgG was estimated to be 67 kDa and 25 kDa. Additionally, antigen/antibody binding was confirmed by Western blot using GTPV A27 antigen. No significant differences in antibody titers were observed between the two groups (p < 0, 05).

Abstract
Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of split liver transplantation (SLT) and living donor liver transplantation(LDLT) in the treatment of children with biliary atresia. Methods: The clinical data of 64 children with biliary atresia who underwent SLT and 44 children who underwent LDLT from June 2017 to May 2022 at Liver Surgery & Liver Transplantation Center, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University were retrospectively analyzed. Among the children who received SLT, there were 40 males and 24 females. The median age at transplantation was 8 months (range:4 to 168 months). Among the patients who received LDLT, there were 24 males and 20 females. The age at transplantation ranged from 4 to 24 months, with a median age of 7 months. Sixty-four children with biliary atresia were divided into two groups according to the SLT operation time: 32 cases in the early SLT group(June 2017 to January 2019) and 32 cases in the technically mature SLT group (February 2019 to May 2022). Rank sum test or t test was used to compare the recovery of liver function between the LDLT group and the SLT group, and between the early SLT group and the technically mature SLT group. The incidence of postoperative complications was compared by χ2 test or Fisher exact probability method. Kaplan-Meier method and Log-rank test were used for survival analysis. Results: The cold ischemia time(M (IQR)) (218 (65) minutes), intraoperative blood loss(175 (100) ml) and graft-to-recipient body weight ratio (3.0±0.7) in the LDLT group were lower than those in the SLT group(500 (130) minutes, 200 (250) ml, 3.4±0.8) (Z=-8.064,Z=-2.969, t=-2.048, all P<0.05). The cold ischemia time(457(158)minutes) and total hospital stay ((37.4±22.4)days) in the technically mature SLT group were lower than those in the early SLT group(510(60)minutes, (53.0±39.0)days).The differences were statistically significant (Z=-2.132, t=1.934, both P<0.05).The liver function indexes of LDLT group and SLT group showed unimodal changes within 1 week after operation. The peak values of ALT, AST, prothrombin time, activeated partial thromboplasting time, international normalized ratio, fibrinogen and creatinine all appeared at 1 day after operation, and the peak value of prothrombin activity appeared at 3 days after operation. All indicators returned to normal at 7 days after operation. The 1-,2-,and 3-year overall survival rates were 95.5% in LDLT group and 93.5% in the technically mature SLT group, and the difference was not statistically significant. The 1-,2-,and 3-year overall survival rates were 90.2% in the early SLT group and 93.5% in the technically mature SLT group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The main complications of the early SLT group were surgery-related complications(28.1%,9/32), and the main complications of the technically mature SLT group were non-surgery-related complications(21.9%,7/32). There were 5 deaths in the SLT group, including 4 in the early SLT group and 1 in the technically mature SLT group. Conclusion: The survival rate of SLT in the treatment of biliary atresia is comparable to that of LDLT.

Abstract
Single-crystal Ni-rich Li[NixMnyCo1-x-y]O2 (SC-NMC) cathodes represent a promising approach to mitigate the cracking issue of conventional polycrystalline cathodes. However, many reported SC-NMC cathodes still suffer from unsatisfactory cycling stability, particularly under high charge cutoff voltage and/or elevated temperature. Herein, we report an ultraconformal and durable poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) coating for SC-NMC cathodes using an oxidative chemical vapor deposition (oCVD) technique, which significantly improves their high-voltage (4.6 V) and high-temperature operation resiliency. The PEDOT coated SC LiNi0.83Mn0.1Co0.07O2 (SC-NMC83) delivers an impressive capacity retention rate of 96.7% and 89.5% after 100 and 200 cycles, respectively. Significantly, even after calendar aging at 45 °C and 4.6 V, the coated cathode can still retain 85.3% (in comparison with 59.6% for the bare one) of the initial capacity after 100 cycles at a 0.5 C rate. Synchrotron X-ray experiments and interface characterization collectively reveal that the conformal PEDOT coating not only effectively stabilizes the crystallographic structure and maintains the integrity of the particles but also significantly suppresses the electrolyte's corrosion, resulting in improved electrochemical/thermal stability. Our findings highlight the promise of an oCVD PEDOT coating for single-crystal Ni-rich cathodes to meet the grand challenge of high-energy batteries under extreme conditions.

Abstract
Thermal management has become an important requirement for many types of electrical equipment due to the development of integrated circuits. In this study, modified and reduced graphene fillers were synthesized in two steps, and then epoxy resin was filled through the evaporation of the solvent. The interfacial thermal resistance between the filler and matrix material was lowered by including amino groups to improve graphene compatibility in the epoxy resin. Furthermore, the reduction procedure was shown to have the potential to fix graphene oxide flaws, thereby improving thermal stability, electrical conductivity, and thermal conductivity of the composites. As a result, the thermal conductivity of the composite reached 1.7 W/mK, which is 750% higher than that of pure epoxy resin, and it was still insulated.

Abstract
Capacity degradation and destructive hazards are two major challenges for the operation of lithium-ion batteries at high temperatures. Although adding flame retardants or fire extinguishing agents can provide one-off self-protection in case of emergency overheating, it is desirable to directly regulate battery operation according to the temperature. Herein, smart self-protecting aqueous lithium-ion batteries are developed using thermos-responsive separators prepared through in situ polymerization on the hydrophilic separator. The thermos-responsive separator blocks the lithium ion transport channels at high temperature and reopens when the battery cools down; more importantly, this transition is reversible. The influence of lithium salts on the thermos-responsive behaviors of the hydrogels is investigated. Then suitable lithium salt (LiNO3 ) and concentration (1 m) are selected in the electrolyte to achieve self-protection without sacrificing battery performance. The shut-off temperature can be tuned from 30 to 80 °C by adjusting the hydrophilic and hydrophobic moiety ratio in the hydrogel for targeted applications. This self-protecting LiMn2 O4 /carbon coated LiTi2 (PO4 )3 (LMO/C-LTP) battery shows promise for smart energy storage devices with high safety and extended lifespan in case of high operating temperatures.

Abstract
Agricultural landscape pattern may enhance biocontrol services by supporting parasitoid populations, including parasitoids of Bemisia tabaci Gennadius (Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae). In this study, we selected four landscape types in Yunnan province, in south China, which were characterized by flower fields, mountain, river, and urban areas as their main elements. We then carried out systematic surveys in tomato fields found within each landscape type, to determine the diversity, occurrence, and parasitism rate of parasitoids. We found that parasitoids from the genus Encarsia and Eretmocerus were the main natural enemies present, and the most abundant species were recorded in the flower and the mountain landscapes. Also, Encarsia formosa (Hymenoptera: Chalcidoidea) formed the highest relative abundance regardless of the landscape type. We also found that the population density of B. tabaci in flower landscapes was the lowest than that in other landscape types. During the main activity period of B. tabaci, the parasitism rate in the flower landscape was higher than that in other landscape types. Our findings showed that the occurrence of B. tabaci was relatively mild in the flower landscapes. The landscape type was also beneficial to parasitoids as it enhanced their parasitism rate. Therefore, agriculture environmental schemes should consider increasing the size of flower fields in the surrounding landscape to enhance the sustainable control of B. tabaci by the natural agricultural ecosystem.

Abstract
Localized heat sources, such as flame guns and high-energy lasers, can cause severe damage to conventional materials. In this study, a novel localized heat-resistant coating with a high in-plane thermal conductivity was designed and prepared. Reduced graphene oxide (rGO) effectively improved the in-plane thermal conductivity of the polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) film, while maintaining the thermal insulation of the resin matrix in the through-plane direction. This characteristic of the rGO/PVA film was combined with the thermal insulation of boron-modified phenolic resin (BPF), and the prepared composite coating with two layers of rGO/PVA films effectively lowered the back-surface temperature in the flame ablation test from 151 to 107 °C. In addition, the area of the ablation-affected region of coating was increased to 103.6 cm2 from 31.9 cm2, indicating an excellent heat transfer performance. The layer-by-layer structure could realize the compatibility of high in-plane thermal conductivity and good through-plane thermal insulation. The synergy of these two different characteristics is demonstrated to be the key to improving the localized heat-resistant performance of the composite coating. This study effectively expands the application range of high-conductive film, and the obtained coating could act as a shield against butane flame, high energy lasers, and other localized heat.

Abstract
The energy density of commercial lithium (Li) ion batteries with graphite anode is reaching the limit. It is believed that directly utilizing Li metal as anode without a host could enhance the battery's energy density to the maximum extent. However, the poor reversibility and infinite volume change of Li metal hinder the realistic implementation of Li metal in battery community. Herein, a commercially viable hybrid Li-ion/metal battery is realized by a coordinated strategy of symbiotic anode and prelithiated cathode. To be specific, a scalable template-removal method is developed to fabricate the porous graphite layer (PGL), which acts as a symbiotic host for Li ion intercalation and subsequent Li metal deposition due to the enhanced lithiophilicity and sufficient ion-conducting pathways. A continuous dissolution-deintercalation mechanism during delithiation process further ensures the elimination of dead Li. As a result, when the excess plating Li reaches 30%, the PGL could deliver an ultrahigh average Coulombic efficiency of 99.5% for 180 cycles with a capacity of 2.48 mAh cm-2 in traditional carbonate electrolyte. Meanwhile, an air-stable recrystallized lithium oxalate with high specific capacity (514.3 mAh g-1) and moderate operating potential (4.7-5.0 V) is introduced as a sacrificial cathode to compensate the initial loss and provide Li source for subsequent cycles. Based on the prelithiated cathode and initial Li-free symbiotic anode, under a practical-level 3 mAh capacity, the assembled hybrid Li-ion/metal full cell with a P/N ratio (capacity ratio of LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2 to graphite) of 1.3 exhibits significantly improved capacity retention after 300 cycles, indicating its great potential for high-energy-density Li batteries.

Abstract
In wastewater monitoring, detecting extremely high pollutant concentrations is necessary to properly calibrate the treatment process. However, existing hardware sensors have a limited linear range which may fail to measure extremely high levels of pollutants; and likewise, the conventional "soft" model sensors are not suitable for the highly-skewed data distributions either. This study developed a new soft sensor by using eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) machine learning to 'measure' the wastewater organics (in terms of 5-day biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5)). The soft sensor was tested on influent and effluent BOD5 of two different wastewater treatment plants to validate the results. The model results showed that XGBoost can detect these extreme values better than conventional soft sensors. This new soft sensor can function using a sparse input matrix via XGBoost's sparsity awareness algorithm - which can address the limitation of the conventional soft sensor with the fallibility of supporting hardware sensors even.

Abstract
In this work, electrocatalytic upgrade of n-valeraldehyde to octane with higher activity and selectivity is achieved over Au single-atom catalysts (SACs)-NiMn2 O4 spinel synergetic composites. Experiments combined with density functional theory calculation collaboratively demonstrate that Au single-atoms occupy surface Ni2+ vacancies of NiMn2 O4 , which play a dominant role in n-valeraldehyde selective oxidation. A detailed investigation reveals that the initial n-valeraldehyde molecule preferentially adsorbs on the Mn tetrahedral site of NiMn2 O4 spinel synergetic structures, and the subsequent n-valeraldehyde molecule easily adsorbs on the Ni site. Specifically, Au single-atom surficial derivation over spinel lowers the adsorption energy (Eads ) of the initial n-valeraldehyde molecule, which will facilitate its adsorption on the Mn site of Au SACs-NiMn2 O4 . Furthermore, the single-atom Au surficial derivation not only alters the electronic structure of Au SACs-NiMn2 O4 but also lower the Eads of subsequent n-valeraldehyde molecule. Hence, the subsequent n-valeraldehyde molecules prefer adsorption on Au sites rather than Ni sites, and the process of two alkyl radicals originating from Mn-C4 H9 and Au-C4 H9 dimerization into an octane is accordingly accelerated. This work will provide an avenue for the rational design of SACs and supply a vital mechanism for understanding the electrocatalytic upgrade of n-valeraldehyde to octane.

Abstract
High thermal conductivity polymer matrix composites have become an urgent need for the thermal management of modern electronic devices. However, increasing the thermal conductivity of polymer-based composites typically results in loss of lightweight, flexibility and electrical insulation. Herein, the polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)/PVA-chitosan-adsorbed multi-walled carbon nanotubes/PVA (PVA/CS@MWCNTs) composite films with a sandwich structure were designed and fabricated by a self-construction strategy inspired by the surface film formation of milk. The obtained film simultaneously possesses high thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, and excellent flexibility. In this particular structure, the uniform intermediate layer of PVA-CS@MWCNTs contributed to improving the thermal conductivity of composite films, and the PVA distributed on both sides of the sandwich structure maintains the electrical insulation of the films (superior electrical resistivity above 1012 Ω·cm). It has been demonstrated that the fillers could be arranged in a horizontal direction during the scraping process. Thus, the obtained composite film exhibited high in-plane thermal conductivity of 5.312 W·m−1·K−1 at fairly low MWCNTs loading of 5 wt%, which increased by about 1190% compared with pure PVA (0.412 W·m−1·K−1). This work effectively realizes the combination of high thermal conductivity and excellent electrical insulation, which could greatly expand the application of polymer-based composite films in the area of thermal management.
