Abstract
Objective: To analyze the safety and efficacy of combined left atrial appendage (LAA) and patent foramen ovale (PFO) closure in adult atrial fibrillation (AF) patients complicating with PFO. Methods: This study is a retrospective and cross-sectional study. Seven patients with AF complicated with PFO diagnosed by transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) in Zhoupu Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Medicine & Health Sciences from June 2017 to October 2020 were selected. Basic data such as age, gender and medical history were collected. The atrial septal defect or PFO occluder and LAA occluder were selected according to the size of PFO, the ostia width and depth of LAA. Four patients underwent left atrial appendage closure(LAAC) and PFO closure at the same time. PFO closure was performed during a one-stop procedure of cryoablation combined with LAAC in 2 patients. One patient underwent PFO closure at 10 weeks after one-stop procedure because of recurrent transient ischemic attack (TIA). All patients continued to take oral anticoagulants. TEE was repeated 8-12 weeks after intervention. In case of device related thrombus(DRT), TEE shall be rechecked 6 months after adjusting anticoagulant and antiplatelet drug treatment. Patients were follow-up at 1, 3, 6, 12, 24 months by telephone call, and the occurrence of cardio-cerebrovascular events was recorded. Results: Among the 7 patients with AF, 2 were male, aged (68.0±9.4) years, and 3 had a history of recurrent cerebral infarction and TIA. Average PFO diameter was (3.5±0.8)mm. Three patients were implanted with Watchman LAA occluder (30, 30, 33 mm) and atrial septal defect occluder (8, 9, 16 mm). 2 patients were implanted with LAmbre LAA occluder (34/38, 18/32 mm) and PFO occluder (PF1825, PF2525). 2 patients were implanted with LACbes LAA occluder (24, 28 mm) and PFO occluder (PF2525, PF1825) respectively. The patients were followed up for 12 (11, 24) months after operation. TEE reexamination showed that the position of LAA occluder and atrial septal defect occluder or PFO occluder was normal in all patients. DRT was detected in 1 patient, and anticoagulant therapy was adjusted in this patient. 6 months later, TEE showed that DRT disappeared. No cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events occurred in all patients with AF during follow-up. Conclusions: In AF patients complicated with PFO, LAAC combined with PFO closure may have good safety and effectiveness.

Abstract
We monitored rumen function longitudinally in dairy cows using a 3-dimensional (3D) vision-based system. Rumen function was associated with feed changes and milk production. Early-spring grazing reduced rumen fill and milk fat content in cows. A cow with rumen dysfunction showed deviations in rumen motility in the 3D vision system.
A 3-dimensional (3D) vision-based system was previously designed to automatically estimate the rumen motility of individual cows. This longitudinal study aimed to explore the associations between 3D vision-based rumen function assessment and dairy cow feed changes and milk production on a commercial farm. The 3D vision system was attached to an automatic milking robot to estimate the ruminal contraction frequency and rumen fill in 42 lactating cows during each milking event for 66 d. Additionally, we collected data on milk production, milk composition, general health, and changes in feeding practices. The 3D vision system showed that half the cows displayed a drastic decrease in the estimated rumen fill when all cows began grazing. The grazing and decreased rumen fill were also associated with herd-level milk fat depression. Over the 66 d, one cow was detected with reduced milk production and suspected rumen dysfunction by the farmer. The 3D vision system, however, identified this cow as having sudden decreases in estimated ruminal contraction frequency and rumen fill 4 d before detection by the farmer. In this longitudinal study, the 3D vision-based rumen function assessment system showed potential as a useful management-supporting tool for dairy farmers. The system, however, requires further validation with more cows of various breeds and ages. We suggest validating the 3D vision system with rumen boluses, quantified adjustments in feeding practices, more cases with ruminal dysfunction, and systematic health assessments for future studies.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the effects of unsafe sexual behavior and sexual orientation on previous HIV testing and HIV testing willingness among college students in Harbin, to provide a theoretical basis for promoting and promoting HIV testing among them. Methods: A cross-sectional survey design was used to place the automatic vending machine of HIV urine test kit in 9 universities in Harbin from December 2017 to January 2018. The questionnaire star was used to design and recruit college students to carry out an anonymous online survey. The estimated sample size was 6 659. A multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the effects of unsafe sexual behavior and sexual orientation on previous HIV testing and HIV testing willingness among college students. WPS 2016 was used to sort out the database, and SPSS 21.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results: A total of 60 849 valid questionnaires were collected. 19.1% (11 189/58 605) of college students reported having sex. College students who used condoms correctly every time, occasionally or never during sex in the past six months 58.5% (6 206/10 603), 25.2%(2 669/10 603)and 16.3% (1 728/10 603), respectively. Heterosexuality, homosexuality and bisexuality accounted for 94.1% (54 393/57 823), 2.4% (1 369/57 823) and 3.5% (2 061/57 823), respectively. The HIV testing willingness of college students was 73.3% (44 572/60 849). The proportion of previous HIV testing was 10.3% (951/9 241). Results of the multivariate logistic analysis showed that compared with the college students who used condoms correctly whenever they had sex in the past six months, there was no significant difference in the proportion of previous HIV testing among college students who sometimes/occasionally used or never used condoms (OR=0.94,95%CI:0.69-1.29; OR=1.11,95%CI:0.73-1.67), but their willingness to HIV testing was lower (OR=0.79, 95%CI:0.71-0.89; OR=0.48, 95%CI:0.42-0.55); Compared with heterosexual college students, homosexual or bisexual college students have a higher proportion of previous HIV testing (OR=2.62, 95%CI:1.62-4.24; OR=2.04, 95%CI:1.25-3.32), but have lower HIV testing willingness (OR=0.76, 95%CI: 0.62-0.93; OR=0.64, 95%CI: 0.53-0.77). Conclusions: Unsafe sexual behavior existed among college students in Harbin, and college students with weak awareness of HIV prevention also have weak awareness of testing. Behavioral intervention should be strengthened and HIV testing promoted. Compared with heterosexuals, homosexual or bisexual college students had a higher proportion of previous HIV testing, but their willingness to test was lower. The HIV detection mode with better concealment, accuracy, and convenience should be promoted on the college's campus.

Abstract
High precision timing distribution is crucial to many large scale cosmology and particle physics experiments. Besides the space and energy information, the accurate timing provides an extra dimension for physics event reconstruction. In the timing distribution system, accurate clock phase measurement is an indispensable tool to monitor the phase drift and to achieve accurate phase adjustment. This paper introduces a novel phase measurement method implemented in the Xilinx Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). It uses the dedicated phase interpolator in the multi-gigabit transceiver. A design based on this method is implemented within the Kintex Ultrascale series FPGA. The preliminary test result shows that a sub-picosecond level precision is achieved. With this system, the nonlinearity of the phase adjustment in the Xilinx transceiver is measured.

Abstract
Objective: To describe the epidemiological characteristics of COVID-19 outbreak in Gaocheng district of Shijiazhuan. Methods: Data and epidemiological survey reports of COVID-19 cases in the outbreak were collected from China's Infectious Disease Information System, Shijazhuang Municipal Center for Diseases Prevention and Control and official information published by the National Health Commission of China. The data were analyzed, using the descriptive epidemiological method. Results: From January 2nd to February 14th, 2021, a total of 1 033 laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported in Shijiazhuang. The attack rate was 9.36/100 000. The cases were distributed in 14 counties, and most cases (859/1 033, 83.16%) were reported in Gaocheng, and the disease spread to 5 provinces. The cases in Xiaoguo village (299 cases), Liujiazhuo village (107 cases) and Nanqiaozhai village (162 cases) of Zengcun township in Gaocheng accounted for 54.99% of the total cases in Shijiazhuang. The attack rates in the villages mentioned above were 7 412.00/100 000, 10 348.16/100 000 and 6 612.24/100 000, respectively. The ratio of urban cases to rural cases was 1∶15.53. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1∶1.34. The average age of the cases was 40.49 years. The incidence peaks occurred on January 3rd (9.97%, 103 cases) and on January 9th (9.10%, 94 cases). A total of 307 clusters occurred, in which 228(74.27%) occurred in households and 48 (15.64%) occurred in schools or child care settings. But the clusters related with church ceremony had the highest case numbers (82.67 cases/time), followed by wedding feast or feast celebrating the first month of newborn (28.29 cases/time). About 33.02% (313/948) of symptomatic cases only visited the village doctors or private clinics and had no medical care seeking history before the outbreak. Conclusions: The COVID-19 epidemic in Gaocheng of Shijiazhuang was a typical one in rural area. The rapid and hiding transmission of the outbreak was mainly due to the poor health service seeking of the rural residents and the frequent mass gathering.

Abstract
Metal nanoclusters (NCs) possess high light stability and biocompatibility because of their unique quantum size effect, which has gradually become a new type of electrochemiluminescence (ECL) nanomaterial for immunoassays. However, the luminescence efficiency of metal NCs is too low to meet the needs of trace analysis, which limits its application. Herein, Ag NCs served as signal probes and Pd-Cu2O hybrid nanoconcaves served as coreaction promoters, developing a highly efficient peptide-based biosensor for neuron-specific enolase (NSE) detection. Utilizing the reversible cycle of Cu+/Cu2+ and the reduction characteristics of Pd NPs, Pd-Cu2O greatly accelerates the reduction of S2O82-. Meanwhile, Pd-Cu2O has good hydrogen evolution activity, which promotes the generation of oxygen by improving the redox efficiency of the overall reaction, thus increasing the yield of active intermediates (OH•) to promote the reduction of S2O82-. Specially, this is an effective attempt to use the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) to accelerate the ECL emission of the S2O82- system. In addition, a short peptide ligand (NARKFYKGC, NFC) was developed to implement the targeted immobilization of antibodies, which can specifically bind to the Fc fragment of antibodies, thereby avoiding the occupation of the antigen binding site (Fab fragment). The introduction of NFC not only improves the binding efficiency of antibodies but also protects its bioactivity, thus significantly improving the sensitivity of the biosensor. Based on these strategies, the proposed biosensor provides a new perspective for the applications of metal NCs in ECL systems.

Abstract
A dual signal-amplified sandwich electrochemiluminescence (ECL) immunosensor was fabricated for trace detection of procalcitonin (PCT). CeO2-Au@Pt composed of sea urchin-like Au@Pt nanoparticles coated on CeO2 hollow nanospheres was immobilized on electrode surface to electrochemically catalyze H2O2 to produce a large number of superoxide anion (O2•-). The immunosensor was prepared by linking the capture antibody on immobilized CeO2-Au@Pt with heptapeptide (HWRGWVC), which could maintain the activity of the antibody. The prepared Au star@BSA was used to bind abundant luminol for labeling the secondary antibody (Ab2). Upon the sandwich-typed immunoreactions, the O2•- could react with the introduced luminol on the immunosensor surface to produce strong ECL intensity. With an outstanding linear detection range and a low detection limit of 17 fg/mL, the ECL immunosensor permitted ultrasensitive detection of PCT at a low H2O2 concentration and demonstrated its high application potential in the clinical assay.

Abstract
Human Coronavirus (CoV) infections, including SARS-COV, MERS-COV, and SARS-CoV-2, usually cause fatal lower and upper respiratory tract infections due to exacerbated expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines. We aim to summarize different aspects, such as CoV immune evasion mechanisms and host innate immune response to these infections, and their role in pathogenesis. We have also elaborated the up-to-date findings on different vaccine development strategies and progress against CoVs in both humans and non-human models. Most importantly, we have described the Phageome-human immune interaction, its therapeutic usage as anti-viral, anti-inflammatory agent, and implications for multiple vaccine development systems. The data suggest that endogenous phages might play a vital role in eliminating the infection and regulating the body's immune system. Considering the innate-immune-induced pathogenesis against CoVs and the therapeutic aptitude of phageome, we propose that the prophylactic administration of phages and phage-based vaccines could be a useful strategy to control the emerging CoV infections.

Abstract
A copper-based metal-organic framework (JUC-1000) has emerged as a promising electrochemiluminescence (ECL) emitter in the domains of bioanalysis and immunoassay. Herein, a highly efficient signal "on-off" peptide-based biosensor was constructed for trypsin (TPN) assay. JUC-1000 synthesized using an organic ligand of H4BDPO was functionalized as the ECL emitter, whose cathodic ECL behavior in aqueous media was first investigated using potassium persulfate (K2S2O8) as the coreactant. To further amplify the ECL signal, highly catalytic Ag@CeO2 nanoparticles were fabricated as both a substrate and an coreaction accelerator, which can efficiently catalyze the reduction of S2O82- to generate more sulfate anion radicals (SO4•-) for ECL enhancement, thereby generating strong and stable ECL signals in a "signal on" state. The functionalized JUC-1000 emitter was connected to the Ag@CeO2 sensing layer though a heptapeptide (HWRGWVC, HGC), and TPN as the target can specifically cleave the carboxyl side of arginine residues in HGC, leading to the release of emitters in a "signal off" state. Based on the efficient signal-switching, the biosensor exhibited linear ECL responses to the added TPN concentration, realizing sensitive detection of TPN in 10 fg/mL to 100 ng/mL with a limit of detection of 3.46 fg/mL. This work proposed an attractive orientation for the fundamental research of applying transition metal-organic frameworks as ECL emitters in bioanalysis and immunoassay.

Abstract
Steady and efficient sensitized emission of Eu2+ to Eu3+ can be achieved through a rare mixed-valence Eu-MOF (L4EuIII2EuII). Compared with the sensitization of other substances, the similar ion radius and configuration of the extranuclear electron between Eu2+ and Eu3+ make sensitization easier and more efficient. The sensitization of Eu2+ to Eu3+ is of great assistance for the self-enhanced luminescence of L4EuIII2EuII, the longer luminous time, and the more stable electrochemiluminescence (ECL) signal. Simultaneously, L4EuIII2EuII possesses near-infrared (NIR) fluorescence of around 900 nm and a mighty self-luminous characteristic, which render it useful as a NIR fluorescent probe and as a luminophore to establish a NIR ECL biosensor. This NIR biosensor can greatly reduce the damage to the detected samples and even achieve a nondestructive test and improve the detection sensitivity by virtue of strong susceptibility and environmental suitability of NIR. In addition, the CeO2@Co3O4 triple-shelled microspheres further enhanced the ECL intensity due to two redox pairs of Ce3+/Ce4+ and Co2+/Co3+. The NIR ECL biosensor based on these strategies owns an ultrasensitive detection ability of CYFRA 21-1 with a low limit of detection of 1.70 fg/mL and also provides a novel idea for the construction of a highly effective nondestructive immunodetection biosensor.

Abstract
In this paper, we report a novel multiple amplification strategy for ultrasensitive near-infrared electrochemiluminescence (ECL) immunoassay in K2S2O8 solution. The realization of this strategy is based on the antenna effect of Eu-MOF (EuBTC) and a high efficiency catalysis of CoS2 hollow triple shelled nanoboxes (TSNBs). The H3BTC ligand in the antenna effect first undergoes π-π* absorption and a singlet-singlet electronic transition. Its energy passes through the intersystem to the triplet state, next transfers from the lowest excited triplet state to the vibrational energy level of the rare earth ion, finally realizing sensitizing center ion luminescence. Moreover, ionic reaction and structural advantages endow CoS2 TSNBs a dual signal enhancement effect. This sandwich-type ECL biosensor has a near-infrared luminescence in 800-900 nm, thus avoiding damage to the sample in the meantime. In practical diagnosis, the normal critical value of procalcitonin (PCT) (<0.5 ng/mL) is much higher than the detection limit (3.65 fg/mL) and is in the detection range (10 fg/mL-100 ng/mL), which means that the ECL biosensor has a high sensitivity in the detection of PCT and meet the requirement for diagnosis of disease completely. Therefore, the strategy provides a feasible method for efficient and stable analysis of systemic inflammatory response such as fearful bacterial infection, hepatitis B, and peritonitis.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To compare the differentially expressed proteins between cypermethrin-resistant and -sensitive Culex pipiens pallens, so as to unravel the mechanism underlying the resistance to cypermethrin in Cx. p. pallens. METHODS A quantitative proteomic analysis was performed among cypermethrin-sensitive and -resistant isolates of Cx. p. pallens using isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantification (iTRAQ) labeling coupled with liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). RESULTS A total of 164 differentially expressed proteins were identified between cypermethrin-sensitive and -resistant isolates of Cx. p. pallens, including 54 up-regulated proteins and 110 down-regulated proteins. A large number of cuticular proteins, larval cuticular proteins, pupal cuticular proteins and cuticular structural constituent proteins, which are associated with cytoskeletal structure and components, were differentially expressed between cypermethrin-sensitive and -resistant isolates of Cx. p. pallens. Thirteen proteins, which were involved in energy production and conversion, translation, ribosomal structure and biogenesis, lipid transport and metabolism, post-translational modification, protein turnover, chaperones, cytoskeleton and intracellular transportation, were validated to be differentially expressed between cypermethrin-sensitive and -resistant isolates of Cx. p. pallens, which may serve as potential markers of cypermethrin resistance. CONCLUSIONS Multiple insecticide resistance mechanisms contribute to the resistance to cypermethrin in Cx. p. pallens, including cuticular resistance and metabolic resistance, and the cuticular protein genes and cytochrome P450 enzymes may play an important role in the resistance of Cx. p. pallens to cypermethrin.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Currently, the therapeutic effect on patients with liver cancer is associated with disease development. Meanwhile, the efficacy in patients with advanced liver cancer is far from satisfactory. Therefore, the aim of this study was to explore the association of disease condition with changes in liver function indexes, intestinal flora, and plasma endotoxin (ET) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) levels in patients with liver cancer. PATIENTS AND METHODS A total of 300 patients with primary liver cancer in our hospital were enrolled in this study. All patients were divided into three groups, including early liver cancer group, middle liver cancer group, and advanced liver cancer group. Peripheral blood was collected from each subject to detect liver function indexes, procalcitonin (PCT), plasma ET, and VEGF levels. Furthermore, mid-posterior-segment stools were collected from 15 cases in each group, and sent to the company for detection of intestinal flora. RESULTS Liver function indexes in peripheral blood of patients with liver cancer changed with the changes in disease condition. With the progression of liver cancer, the level of aspartate aminotransferase (AST) increased significantly, and the highest was observed in advanced liver cancer patients [(91.18±10.34) U/L] (p=0.046). However, the level of plasma total protein declined significantly, which was (24.83±1.75) g/L in advanced liver cancer patients (p=0.035). The changes in total bilirubin were significantly associated with the progression of liver cancer (p=0.003). The abundance of Clostridiales, Firmicutes, and Streptococcus in the intestinal tract was high in early liver cancer group. The abundance of Ruminococcaceae, Pasteurellaceae, Tanticharoenia, and Vagococcus in the intestinal tract was high in middle liver cancer group. Meanwhile, the abundance of Bifidobacteriales, Actinobacteria, Barnesiella, Porphyromonadaceae, and Pseudomonadales in the intestinal tract was high in advanced liver cancer group. In patients with liver cancer, the level of Enterobacteriaceae was positively correlated with that of Firmicutes (r=0.36, p=0.003), whereas it was negatively correlated with Lactobacillus (r=-0.72, p=0.021). The level of Lactobacillus was positively correlated with that of Ruminococcaceae (r=0.39, p=0.043), whereas it was negatively correlated with that of Firmicutes (r=-0.27, p=0.019). In addition, the level of PCT markedly rose in advanced liver cancer group [(6.89±0.35) ng/mL] (p=0.021). The level of ET increased significantly with the development of liver cancer, with the highest level observed in advanced liver cancer group [(0.71±0.09) EU/mL] (p=0.004). The level of VEGF also increased remarkably with the aggravation of liver cancer, and the highest was found in advanced liver cancer group [(112.33±2.11) μmol/L], showing differences among groups (p<0.05). CONCLUSIONS With the progression of liver cancer, the abundance of Barnesiella, etc., rose and that of Ruminococcaceae, etc., declined in the intestinal tract. Meanwhile, the composition of intestinal flora was changed, and the levels of plasma ET and VEGF increased.

Abstract
Exotic species especially Asteraceae plants severely invade wetlands in Shenzhen Bay, an important part of the coast wetland in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Bay Area, China. However, the reasons causing their expansion are unclear. The leaf traits and expansion indices of six invasive Asteraceae plants from the Overseas Chinese Town (OCT) wetland were studied and the results showed that nearly 45% of the total plant species (31 out of 69 species) in the OCT wetland, belonging to 15 families and 27 genera, were exotic invasive species. The expansion indices of six Asteraceae species negatively correlated with their leaf construction cost based on mass (CCM), caloric values and carbon concentration, but their relations with ash content were positive. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that CCM was the most important factor affecting the expansion of an exotic species, indicating CCM may be an important reason causing the expansion of exotic species in coastal wetlands.
