Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst after pegaspargase treatment in children. Methods: The clinical data of 6 children with pancreatic pseudocyst after pegaspargase treatment in the Department of Pediatrics in Peking University Third Hospital from July 2018 to February 2021 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: There were 4 males and 2 females, and their age of onset was 9.5 (5.8, 13.0) years. The total number of pegaspargase applications was 2.5 (2.0, 3.5) times. The course from the last dose of pegaspargase to the onset of pancreatitis was 11.0 (9.0, 17.2) days, and 42.5 (35.0, 129.5) days from the onset of pancreatitis to the diagnosis of pancreatic pseudocyst. Abdominal pain was the most prominent manifestation of pancreatitis (6/6). All of the 6 children were asymptomatic when pancreatic pseudocyst was noted, and were treated conservatively at first, but one case later developed intermittent abdominal distension or nausea after eating. All the cases had pancreatic pseudocyst enlargement during the conservative treatment. Three children were treated with endoscopic ultrasound-guided transgastric drainage, and the cyst disappeared from 10 days to 4 months after the operation. The other 3 children received endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)-guided transpapillary drainage, but one of them turned to surgery due to pancreatic duct stricture, and in the rest 2 children the cyst disappeared at 1 and 3 months after operation respectively. Regarding safety issues, 1 child who received ERCP-guided transpapillary drainage had acute postoperative pancreatitis, which were improved after treatment, and the other 5 had no complications. Conclusions: Pancreatic pseudocyst after pegaspargase chemotherapy can be asymptomatic in the early stage, and should be diagnosed with a history of pegaspargase treatment and timely imaging examination. Conservative treatment is the first choice for asymptomatic pseudocyst. When the pseudocyst enlarges, different endoscopic drainage treatments are required according to whether the pseudocyst is connected with the main pancreatic duct.

Abstract
Microplastics and antibiotics widely coexist in the aquatic environment, especially in mariculture regions. However, antibiotics adsorbed on microplastics and their role in the colonization of microorganisms on microplastics are poorly understood. Therefore, in-situ aging experiments were conducted to investigate the impact of antibiotics and microplastics co-occurrence on microorganisms and assess their potential risks to human health. Results showed that antibiotics were adsorbed selectively on microplastics, with 29 investigated antibiotics (n = 40) detected in surrounding water but only 6 investigated antibiotics were adsorbed on microplastics. The concentration of antibiotics accumulated on microplastics was controlled by microplastic types and environmental conditions. For example, aged polypropylene (PP) had more developed pore structures resulting in higher adsorption of antibiotics than other microplastic types. High-throughput sequencing showed higher diversity and distinct composition of microorganisms attached to the microplastics than the surrounding water. Opportunistic pathogenic bacteria such as Mycobacterium possessed positive relationships with tetracycline and doxycycline on aged microplastics, which showed adsorbed antibiotics on aged microplastics could benefit some specific pathogens colonized on the microplastics and spread into unaffected ecosystems, marine organisms even humans. The health risk quotient (HQ) implied the potential human health risk of consuming commercial seafood polluted by antibiotics and microplastic loaded with antibiotics. This study revealed the interaction of antibiotics and microorganisms with aged microplastics in aquaculture systems, providing a novel insight into their synergistic effects on ecological and human health.

Abstract
Background: Combination of Polygonum capitatum Buch.-Ham. ex D. Don extract (PCE) and ciprofloxacin (CIP) was commonly prescribed in the treatment of urinary tract infections. Their pharmacokinetic herb-drug interactions (HDIs) were focused in this study to assess potential impact on the safety and effectiveness. Methods: A randomized, three-period, crossover trial was designed to study the pharmacokinetic HDI between PCE and CIP in healthy humans. Their pharmacokinetic- and tissue distribution-based HDIs were also evaluated in rats. Gallic acid (GA) and protocatechuic acid (PCA) were chosen as PK-markers of PCE in humans and rats. Potential drug interaction mechanisms were revealed by assessing the effects of PCE on the activity and expression of multiple transporters, including OAT1/3, OCT2, MDR1, and BCRP. Results: Concurrent use of PCE substantially reduced circulating CIP (approximately 40%–50%) in humans and rats, while CIP hardly changed circulating GA and PCA. PCE significantly increased the tissue distribution of CIP in the prostate and testis of rats, but decreased in liver and lungs. Meanwhile, CIP significantly increased the tissue distribution of GA or PCA in the prostate and testis of rats, but decreased in kidney and heart. In the transporter-mediated in vitro HDI, GA and PCA presented inhibitory effects on OAT1/3 and inductive effects on MDR1 and BCRP. Conclusion: Multiple transporter-mediated HDI contributes to effects of PCE on the reduced systemic exposure and altered tissue distribution of CIP. More attention should be paid on the potential for PCE-perpetrated interactions.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the relationship between the hepatic caudate lobe boundary and the ductal system so as to guide the identification of the anatomical relationship during liver surgery. Methods: The specific parts were observed and the liver parenchyma was removed according to 41 cadaveric liver autopsy specimens. The critical relationship between the hepatic caudate lobe and other ducts was observed to explore the reticular duct structure. Results: The plane formed by the hepatic hilar plate and Arantius ligament served as the boundary between the caudate lobe and other hepatic lobes. The caudate lobe hepatic portal vein was composed of numerous small branches from its left and right branches. The portal vein adjacent to the vena cava was mainly derived from the left branch, and to a lesser extent from the right branch. Blood was drained straight from the caudate lobe vein into the inferior vena cava via the short hepatic vein. There were three or four bile duct branches in the caudate lobe. The main source of arterial blood flow were the left and right branches of the hepatic artery. An avascular zone of loose connective tissue was found between the caudate lobe and the retrohepatic inferior vena cava. Conclusion: The hepatic caudate lobe is an independent lobe. During hepatic caudate lobe surgery, the plane formed by the hepatic hilar plate and Arantius ligament can serve as the boundary between the caudate lobe and other hepatic lobes and be used for anatomical site identification. The duct system of the caudate lobe's is complicated, but it also has its own distinct regularity.

Abstract
ETHNOPHARMACOLOGICAL RELEVANCE Zuojin Pill, a traditional poly-herbal drug, comprises Coptis chinensis Franch - Tetradium ruticarpum (A. Juss.) T.G. Hartley (6:1). The significant quantity of alkaloids found in the participating herbs is a key aspect of the Zuojin Pill. According to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), these numerous alkaloidal compounds within Zuojin Pill have various essential therapeutic effects. AIM OF THE STUDY The alkaloids in Tetradium are mainly indole alkaloids, while the alkaloids in Coptis are mostly isoquinoline alkaloids with low bioavailability. Alkaloids and their metabolites are nitrogen-containing compounds or weakly alkaline substances that can be partially ionized under physiological pH conditions. Fortunately, organic cation transporters (OCTs) play a crucial role in the cellular uptake of weakly alkaline compounds. Therefore, we speculated that the alkaloidal compounds might interact with liver cation transporters hOCT1 and kidney cation transporters hOCT2 to alter cell drug disposal. In order to clarify our hypothesis, a series of alkaloids-OCTs interaction experiments were conducted. MATERIALS AND METHODS HEK293 cells stably expressing hOCT1 and hOCT2 were modeled and evaluated. Afterward, high-content screening (HCS) was conducted to analyze whether the main alkaloids and their metabolites of Coptis - Tetradium were inhibitors of hOCT1 and hOCT2 transporters. Meanwhile, LC-MS/MS was used to investigate whether the alkaloidal compounds were substrates of hOCT1 and hOCT2 transporters. Finally, drug interactions at the cellular level were assessed by LC-MS/MS after co-administration of berberine and rutacorine. RESULTS Berberine, jateorhizine, coptisine, epiberberine, columbamine, demethyleneberberine, and berberrubine could significantly inhibit hOCT1 and hOCT2 activity. Isoquinoline alkaloids, including berberine, jateorhizine, coptisine, epiberberine, columbamine, and palmatine, were substrates of hOCT1 and hOCT2, but not the indole alkaloids evodiamine and rutaecarpine. Furthermore, evodiamine at a concentration of 20 μmol/L had a trivial effect on berberine accumulation in HEK293-hOCT2 cells. CONCLUSIONS These results support the idea that alkaloidal compounds within Coptis and Tetradium have hOCT1 and hOCT2 inhibitory activity or be their substrates, and the increased oral bioavailability of berberine in vivo was closely related to the potential interactions of small molecules in Coptis- Tetradium. Overall, our study provides a framework for investigating the potential interactions of small molecules in Coptis- Tetradium.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Berberine has been shown in clinical studies to have many health benefits, including anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, along with gut-flora balancing properties. However, its clinical efficacy is hindered by its low oral bioavailability and rapid metabolism. PURPOSE This study aims to identify the berberine metabolites' forms and characterize their biodistribution patterns in and out of HepG2 cells. METHODS The qualitative analysis of metabolites of berberine in HepG2 cells was performed using the LC/MSn-IT-TOF method. Subsequent cellular pharmacokinetics characterization of intracellular and extracellular berberine and its metabolites was performed by LC-MS/MS analysis. RESULTS Berberine's metabolites of phase I metabolism were demethyleneberberine, jatrorrhizine, columbamine, berberrubine, etc., while its phase II metabolites were sulfate and glucuronide conjugates of phase I metabolites. Among the phase I metabolites of berberine, jatrorrhizine+columbamine accounted for over two-thirds of the total, followed by demethyleneberberine, which accounted for about a quarter. The intracellular demethyleneberberine is 25.14 times more enriched than extracellular demethyleneberberine. On the other hand, jatrorrhizine+columbamine and berberrubine were primarily distributed extracellularly, and their extracellular concentrations were 7.13 times and 15.61 times of their intracellular concentrations, respectively. Berberine metabolites produced in phase II metabolism are predominantly sulfate conjugates. CONCLUSION Our results show that demethyleneberberine is highly concentrated intracellularly in HepG2, possibly because it is an essential metabolite of berberine that likely contributes to berberine's efficacy. In light of our findings, berberine's poor plasma concentration-effectiveness characteristics have been partially explained.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the blood pressure change in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS) and hypertension treated with cinepazide maleate injection. Methods: This was a subgroup analysis of post-marketing clinical confirmation study of cinepazide maleate injection for acute ischemic stroke: a randomized, double-blinded, multicenter, placebo-parallel controlled trial, which conducted in China from August 2016 to February 2019. Eligible patients fulfilled the inclusive criteria of acute anterior circulation ischemic stroke with National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores of 7-25. The primary endpoints were mean blood pressure of AIS patients treated with cinepazide maleate or control, which were assessed during the treatment period (14 days), and the proportion of the patients with normal blood pressure was analyzed after the treatment period. Furthermore, a subgroup analysis was performed to investigate a possible effect of the history of hypertension on outcomes. Results: This analysis included 809 patients with hypertension. There was no significant difference in patients blood pressure and the proportion of patients with normal blood pressure (60.5% vs. 59.0%,P>0.05) between cinepazide maleate group and control group. Conclusion: Administration of cinepazide maleate injection does not affect the management of clinical blood pressure in patients with AIS.

Abstract
Complete new wheat-rye disomic, telosomic addition lines and various chromosomal aberrations were developed and characterized by molecular cytogenetic method as novel chromosome engineering materials. A new stem rust resistance (Ug99) gene was located on 3RL. Wheat stem rust, caused by Puccinia graminis f. sp. tritici (Pgt), is a devastating fungal disease worldwide. A recently emerged great threat to global wheat production is Pgt strain Ug99 and its derivatives, which have overcome most of the commonly used resistance genes. Rye (Secale cereale L.), closely related to wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), is a significant and valuable resource of resistance genes for wheat germplasm improvement. It is of great importance and urgency to identify new resistance gene sources of rye and transfer them into wheat. In this study, two complete sets of wheat-rye addition lines were established through wide hybridization, chromosome doubling and backcrossing. A wheat-rye 3RL telosomic addition line was identified with high resistance to stem rust strain Ug99. PCR-based markers specific for the rye chromosome were developed. Furthermore, abundant chromosomal aberrations such as minichromosomes, ring chromosomes as well as centromere reduction and expansion were identified in the progeny of wheat-rye addition lines by multicolor GISH and FISH. The line carrying a novel resistance gene to stem rust can be utilized as a bridge material for wheat disease resistance breeding. The chromosomal and centromeric variation within the wheat-rye hybrids can further contribute to genetic diversity of their offspring.

Abstract
Inorganic perovskites have attracted a great deal of attention because of their stability. Unfortunately, a weak optical response and the toxicity of lead are hampering their development. Motivated by these facts, we focus herein on the perovskite-based doped series CsPb1-αZnαI3-βXβ (X = Cl or Br). The geometric structures and the electronic and optical properties of CsPb1-αZnαI3-βXβ (X = Cl or Br) are investigated systematically by hybrid functional theory. Analysis of the electronic properties indicates that Zn/Cl/Br mono-doping and co-doping efficiently tune bandgaps. Moreover, we find that the ability to obtain electrons for CsPb0.625Zn0.375I2Cl is superior to the abilities of the others, which implies a stronger electron transition. In addition, CsPb0.625Zn0.375I2Cl and CsPb0.625Zn0.375I2Br show stronger visible-light responses in the range of 467-780 nm. Both CsPb0.625Zn0.375I2Cl and CsPb0.625Zn0.375I2Br are hence good choices for photovoltaic applications. Furthermore, the physically accessible region is also explored herein. These findings shed new light on the design of highly efficient and low-lead perovskite-based optoelectronic materials.

Abstract
ETHNOPHARMACOLOGY RELEVANCE Polygonum capitatum Buch-Ham. ex D. Don (CNPC2009), a traditional Miao-national herbal medicine, has been widely used with considerable therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of various urologic disorders including prostatitis. However, the molecular mechanism of action (MOA) remains unclear. AIM OF THE STUDY In this study, UPLC-Q-Exactive-MS and Network pharmacological methods were used to explore the underlying molecular MOA of Polygonum capitatum Buch-Ham. Ex D. Don (P.capitatum) for the treatment bacterial prostatitis (BP). MATERIALS AND METHODS The UPLC-Q-Exactive-MS technique was used to identify the chemical components of P. capitatum. Databases such as SwissTargetPrediction, Gene Cards, and OMIM were used to predict the targets of P. capitatum for the treatment of BP. The Search Tool for the Retrieval of Interacting Genes/Proteins (STRING) was used to analyze the protein-protein interaction (PPI) and construct a PPI network, and the Metascape was used for Gene Ontology (GO) term enrichment and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment analysis. In addition, experimental treatment of Escherichia coli (E.coli)-induced BP was verified. RESULTS A total of 31 molecular components were identified by UPLC-Q-Exactive-MS. Network pharmacology revealed that P. capitatum may act on the AKT1, PI3K, MTO, EGFR and other targets through active components such as Gallic acid, Quercetin, Luteolin, Protocatechuic Acid, Kaempferol and thereby regulate PI3K-AKT, ErbB, AMPK, HIF-1, and other signaling pathways to intervene in the pathological mechanism of BP. Verification through experimental results showed that compared with the model group, treatment with P. capitatum could significantly inhibit bacterial growth in prostate tissues, lowered the prostate index, down-regulated the levels of inflammatory mediators(IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α) in prostate tissues, and down-regulate the protein expression and mRNA expression levels of AKT and PI3K. CONCLUSION This study preliminarily revealed the MOA of P. capitatum for treating BP with multiple components, multiple targets, and multiple pathways, especially affecting the PI3K-AKT signaling pathways.

Abstract
Although multimodal input has the potential to lead to more sound learning outcomes, it carries the risk of causing cognitive overload, making it difficult to determine the exact effects of multimodal input on the second language (L2) phrase learning. This study tests the efficacy of multimodal input on L2 phrase learning. It adopts a mixed-method approach by utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data. The experimental design is a 2 × 3 mixed model, with a group [the experimental group (EG) and the control group (CG)] as the between-subject factor and time (pretest, midtest, and posttest) as the within-subject factor. A total of 66 participants were divided into two groups. All materials incorporated three aspects of phrase knowledge (form, meaning, and use), but the materials of the CG were unimodal in that they were offered only on paper, and of the EG were multimodal in that they included pictures, audio recordings, and video clips. After the treatment, a questionnaire and a semi-structured interview were given to the EG learners to explore their perceptions of using multimodal materials to learn L2 phrases. The results indicate that both groups had significant gains in learning phrases, but students with the multimodal input achieved significantly better results than those with the unimodal input. Moreover, the EG students had a generally positive attitude toward the use of multimodal resources. This study validates the efficacy of multimodal input on the acquisition of English phrases and shows that cognitive overload was avoided by sequencing the information.

Abstract
Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) artificial ligaments offer an unlimited source of ligaments without donor-site-related morbidity and with good mechanical properties for a rapid return to sporting activities. Developing PET artificial ligaments with excellent ligamentisation and ligament-bone healing is still a considerable challenge. This study aimed to investigate the effects of the profiled PET/collagen/calcium phosphate (PET/C/CaP) ligament upon cell growth, ligamentisation and ligament-bone healing in vitro and in vivo. Profiled PET/C/CaP filaments were made by melt-spinning process with 2 % CaP hybrid spinning and collagen coating. Rat mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) were cultured on the profiled PET/C filaments for cytotoxicity, viability, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and ligament-related gene expression analysis. MSCs' osteogenic capacity on the profiled PET/CaP filaments was identified by detecting osteogenic gene expression and alizarin red S staining. For in vivo verification, an animal study was performed to evaluate the effect of the profiled PET/C/CaP ligament in a rabbit knee medial collateral ligament reinforcement reconstruction model. The graft ligamentisation and bone formation were investigated by SEM, histology, microcomputed tomography and mechanical tests. The profiled PET/C filaments enhanced MSC proliferation and ligament-related gene expression. Furthermore, they enhanced osteogenic gene expression, alkaline phosphatase activity and mineralisation of MSCs. The in vivo study indicated that the profiled PET/C/CaP ligament enhanced ligamentous matrix remodelling and bone formation. Therefore, their use is an effective strategy for promoting MSCs' ligamentous and osteogenic potential in vitro and enhancing ligamentous matrix remodelling and bone formation in vivo.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are popular dietary supplements for exercise. However, increased BCAA levels positively correlate with obesity and diabetes. The metabolic impact of BCAA supplementation on insulin sensitivity during exercise is less understood. METHODS Male C57BL/6 mice were fed for 12 weeks with a high-fat diet, normal chow diet, or BCAA-restricted high-fat diet. They were subjected to running exercise with or without BCAA treatment for another 12 weeks. RESULTS Exercise reduced body weight, improved insulin sensitivity, lowered BCAAs in plasma, and inhibited the upregulation of BCAAs and metabolites caused by BCAA supplementation in the subcutaneous white adipose tissue (sWAT) of obese mice. BCAA supplementation reversed insulin sensitivity ameliorated by exercise. The phosphorylation of protein kinase B (Ser473 and Ser474) was decreased by BCAAs in the sWAT of obese mice. However, BCAA supplementation had no such effects in lean mice. BCAAs also increased the expression of fatty acid synthase and other lipogenesis genes in the sWAT of exercised obese mice. BCAA restriction had no effect on body weight and insulin sensitivity in obese mice. CONCLUSIONS BCAA supplementation impaired the beneficial effect of exercise on glycolipid metabolism in obese but not lean mice. Caution should be taken regarding the use of BCAAs for individuals with obesity who exercise.

Abstract
Background: The immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) with anti-programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1) on HNSCC is not as effective as on other tumors. In this study, we try to find out the key factors in the heterogeneous tumor-associated monocyte/macrophage (TAMM) that could regulate immune responses and predict the validity of ICB on HNSCC.Experimental Design: To explore the correlation of the TAMM heterogeneity with the immune properties and prognosis of HNSCC, we established the differentiation trajectory of TAMM by analyzing the single-cell RNA-seq data of HNSCC, by which the HNSCC patients were divided into different sub-populations. Then, we exploited the topology of the network to screen out the genes critical for immune hot phenotype of HNSCC, as well as their roles in TAMM differentiation, tumor immune cycle, and progression. Finally, these key genes were used to construct a neural net model via deep-learning framework to predict the validity of treatment with anti-PD-1/PDL-1Results: According to the differentiation trajectory, the genes involved in TAMM differentiation were categorized into early and later groups. Then, the early group genes divided the HNSCC patients into sub-populations with more detailed immune properties. Through network topology, CXCL9, 10, 11, and CLL5 related to TAMM differentiation in the TME were identified as the key genes initiating and maintaining the immune hot phenotype in HNSCC by remarkably strengthening immune responses and infiltration. Genome wide, CASP8 mutations were found to be key to triggering immune responses in the immune hot phenotype. On the other hand, in the immune cold phenotype, the evident changes in CNV resulted in immune evasion by disrupting immune balance. Finally, based on the framework of CXCL9-11, CLL5, CD8+, CD4+ T cells, and Macrophage M1, the neural network model could predict the validity of PD-1/PDL-1 therapy with 75% of AUC in the test cohort.Conclusion: We concluded that the CXCL9, 10,11, and CCL5 mediated TAMM differentiation and constructed immune hot phenotype of HNSCC. Since they positively regulated immune cells and immune cycle in HNSCC, the CXCL9-11 and CCL5 could be used to predict the effects of anti-PD-1/PDL-1 therapy on HNSCC.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Qingjin Yiqi granules (QJYQ) on post-COVID-19 condition (PCC). METHOD Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to two groups, the QJYQ group received QJYQ combined with standard rehabilitation treatments (SRTs) and the control group only received SRTs. The treatment course was 14 days. The primary outcomes were modified Medical Research Council (mMRC) scale and Borg scale, while the secondary outcomes included symptoms score and 6-minute walking distance (6MWD). The safety outcome was the incidence of adverse events. RESULTS A total of 388 patients with PCC were enrolled and randomly assigned to the QJYQ group (n = 194) and the control group (n = 194). Compared to the controls, the mMRC scale was improved in the QJYQ group, which was better than that of the control group [β (95%CI): -0.626 (-1.101, -0.151), p = 0.010]. A significant improvement in Borg scale was also observed in the QJYQ group compared to the control group [β (95%CI): -0.395(-0.744, -0.046), p = 0.026]. There was no statistically significant difference in symptoms score and 6MWD between the two groups (p = 0.293, p = 0.724). No treatment-related adverse events were observed in either group. CONCLUSIONS QJYQ can bring benefits to patients with PCC, mainly in the improvement of breathlessness and fatigue.

Abstract
High-β_{θe} (a ratio of the electron thermal pressure to the poloidal magnetic pressure) steady-state long-pulse plasmas with steep central electron temperature gradient are achieved in the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak. An intrinsic current is observed to be modulated by turbulence driven by the electron temperature gradient. This turbulent current is generated in the countercurrent direction and can reach a maximum ratio of 25% of the bootstrap current. Gyrokinetic simulations and experimental observations indicate that the turbulence is the electron temperature gradient mode (ETG). The dominant mechanism for the turbulent current generation is due to the divergence of ETG-driven residual flux of current. Good agreement has been found between experiments and theory for the critical value of the electron temperature gradient triggering ETG and for the level of the turbulent current. The maximum values of turbulent current and electron temperature gradient lead to the destabilization of an m/n=1/1 kink mode, which by counteraction reduces the turbulence level (m and n are the poloidal and toroidal mode number, respectively). These observations suggest that the self-regulation system including turbulence, turbulent current, and kink mode is a contributing mechanism for sustaining the steady-state long-pulse high-β_{θe} regime.

Abstract
Nowadays, the electrocatalytic nitrogen reduction reaction (NRR) still faces great challenges. It's significant to design the electrocatalysts with excellent activity and high selectivity. Herein, the 28 single atom catalysts of transition metal atoms anchored on defective silicene (TM@D-silicene) are designed for electrocatalytic ammonia synthesis under ambient conditions. Two independent screening schemes are proposed to screen the potential SAC candidate. The criteria of Ebin < 0 eV, ΔG*N2< -0.1 eV, ΔG*H > ΔG*N2, and the lowest ΔG*NNH in scheme I, as well as ΔG*N2< -0.1 eV, smaller G*NNH and larger G*NH2 in scheme II are utilized in the screening procedure. Finally, Cr@D-silicene is picked out since it performs well in the aspects of N2 adsorption, selectivity and catalytic activity of NRR. Moreover, the electronic properties are systematically investigated to clarify why the Cr@D-silicene is qualified for NRR from the perspective of the strong interaction between N2 and Cr, the continuous activation of the N2 molecule, charge transfer and distribution. This work provides a new idea for electrocatalytic ammonia synthesis by using single-atom catalysts.
