Abstract
Objective: To analyze, explore and evaluate the clinical characteristics, abnormal thyroid function and follow-up of anti-hyperthyroidism treatment mode in patients with hyperthyroidism (commonly abbreviated as HT) combined with liver injury. Methods: The clinical data of patients with hyperthyroidism combined with liver injury were retrospectively analyzed, and then patients were divided into treated and untreated group according to whether they received anti-hyperthyroidism treatment before the consultation. Patients' thyroid and liver function test indicators at the time of treatment were analyzed to determine the main cause of liver injury. The characteristics of liver injury were analyzed in the treatment group. Patients with severe thyroid toxicity and hyperthyroidism combined with liver injury were followed-up with anti-hyperthyroid therapy, mainly low-dose methimazole (MMI) and radioactive iodine therapy to evaluate its efficacy and safety. The comparison between data groups was performed by t-test, rank sum test and χ( 2) test. Results: Among the 43 cases with hyperthyroidism combined with liver injury, 19 were males and 24 were females, aged 49.0 ± 14.6 years-old; 16 cases (16/43, 37.21%) aged 40 to≤60 years- old, and 15 cases (15/43, 34.88%) aged > 60 years-old. There were 22 untreated cases (untreated group, accounting for 51.16%), and 21 treated cases with anti-hyperthyroidism (treatment group, accounting for 48.84%) at the time of consultation. Thyroid function indicators (FT3, FT4, TSH) and liver function indicators (alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, γ-glutamyltransferase, total bilirubin) of the two groups were compared, and the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). The order of liver injury from mild to severe in patients with different treatment options were: methimazole (MMI) < propylthiouracil < radioactive iodine <traditional Chinese herbal medicine. Low-dose MMI was safe and effective in patients with different degrees of liver injury with anti-hyperthyroidism treatment. Conclusion: The incidence of hyperthyroidism combined with liver injury is age-related, mainly due to thyroid toxicity. Low-dose MMI is safe and effective in patients with different degrees of liver injury with anti-hyperthyroidism treatment.

Abstract
The next major leap in energy storage is thought to arise from a practical implementation of all solid-state batteries, which remain largely confined to the small scale due to issues in manufacturing and mechanical stability. Lithium batteries are amongst the most sought after, for the high expected energy density and improved safety characteristics, however the challenge of finding a suitable solid-state electrolyte remains. Lithium rich garnets are prime contenders as electrolytes, owing to their high ionic conductivity (>0.1 mS cm-1), wide electrochemical window (0-6 V) and stability with Li metal. However, the high Young's modulus of these materials, poor wetting of Li metal and rapid formation of Li2CO3 passivating layers tends to give a detrimentally large resistance at the solid-solid interface, limiting their application in solid state batteries. Most studies have focused on La based systems, with very little work on other lanthanides. Here we report a study of the Nd based garnet Ga0.2Li6.4Nd3Zr2O12, illustrating substantial differences in the interfacial behaviour. This garnet shows very low interfacial resistance attributed to dopant exsolution which, when combined with moderate heating (175 °C, 1 h) with Li metal, we suggest forms Ga-Li eutectics, which significantly reduces the resistance at the Li/garnet interface to as low as 67 Ω cm2 (much lower than equivalent La based systems). The material also shows intrinsically high density (93%) and good conductivity (≥0.2 mS cm-1) via conventional furnaces in air. It is suggested these garnets are particularly well suited to provide a mixed conductive interface (in combination with other garnets) which could enable future solid-state batteries.

Abstract
Abstract
Background
Chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH), known as a complication of acute pulmonary embolism (PE), can be attributed to both persistent organized thrombi and small-vessel disease. It has been reported that patients with acute PE are more likely to develop CTEPH or have a worse prognosis in follow-up if they have pulmonary hypertension (PH) or right ventricular dysfunction in their acute phase; in acute PE, increased pulmonary arterial pressure can be induced by a combination of mechanical obstruction and pulmonary vasoconstriction. However, it remains unknown whether contributors to the increase pulmonary arterial pressure in acute phase would persistently influence the pulmonary vasculature, which could further lead to the development and progression of CTEPH.
Purpose
To investigate underlying contributors related to pulmonary hypertension in acute PE that would persistently influence the pulmonary vasculature in the development of CTEPH, and to explore potential biomarkers predictive of CTEPH in acute PE.
Methods
Plasma from patients with acute PE were collected and classified into Group 1 (with PH) and Group 2 (without PH) according to the presence of PH, which was defined by echocardiographic estimated “high probability” of PH as recommended in the 2015 ESC/ERS Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of PH. In addition, plasma from patients with acute PE who had not developed PH both in their acute and follow-up phase but had persistent thrombi (Group 3) were also studied and compared to that of CTEPH patients (Group 4). Differential expression proteins (DEPs) between 4 groups were identified in terms of data-independent acquisition-based quantitative proteomic analysis.
Results
Twenty-two DEPs were identified between Group1 and Group 2, and 105 DEPs were identified between Group 3 and Group 4. Among two groups of DEPs, 8 proteins were in common: antithrombin-III, osteopontin, properdin, desmoplakin, C1QA (complement C1q subcomponent subunit A), LDHA (L-lactate dehydrogenase A chain), IGKV1D-33 (immunoglobulin kappa variable 1D-33) and PEPD (Xaa-Pro dipeptidase). The level of LDHA, antithrombin-III, osteopontin and properdin were decreased both in acute PE patients with PH and CTEPH patients, while the level of desmoplakin, C1QA and IGKV1D-33 were increased in the above two groups. Regarding PEPD, its level was lower in acute patients with PH but was higher in CTEPH. Based on underlying pathogenic mechanism and the percentage of missing value, osteopontin, properdin, desmoplakin, C1QA, LDHA and PEPD were further validated as potential biomarkers predictive of CTEPH in acute PE.
Conclusions
Contributors to the increase pulmonary arterial pressure in acute PE can be further involved in the development of CTEPH, and these proteins can be potential biomarkers to help guide the management and follow-up strategy in acute PE.

Abstract
Using 2.93 fb^{-1} of e^{+}e^{-} collision data taken with the BESIII detector at a center-of-mass energy of 3.773 GeV, the observation of the D^{0}→K_{1}(1270)^{-}e^{+}ν_{e} semileptonic decay is presented. The statistical significance of the decay D^{0}→K_{1}(1270)^{-}e^{+}ν_{e} is greater than 10σ. The branching fraction of D^{0}→K_{1}(1270)^{-}e^{+}ν_{e} is measured to be (1.09±0.13_{-0.16}^{+0.09}±0.12)×10^{-3}. Here, the first uncertainty is statistical, the second is systematic, and the third originates from the assumed branching fraction of K_{1}(1270)^{-}→K^{-}π^{+}π^{-}. The fraction of longitudinal polarization in D^{0}→K_{1}(1270)^{-}e^{+}ν_{e} is determined for the first time to be 0.50±0.19_{stat}±0.08_{syst}.

Abstract
The absolute branching fraction of Λ→pμ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{μ} is reported for the first time based on an e^{+}e^{-} annihilation sample of 10×10^{9} J/ψ events collected with the BESIII detector at sqrt[s]=3.097 GeV. The branching fraction is determined to be B(Λ→pμ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{μ})=[1.48±0.21(stat)±0.08(syst)]×10^{-4}, which is improved by about 30% in precision over the previous indirect measurements. Combining this result with the world average of B(Λ→pe^{-}ν[over ¯]_{e}), we obtain the ratio {[Γ(Λ→pμ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{μ})]/[Γ(Λ→pe^{-}ν[over ¯]_{e})]} to be 0.178±0.028, which agrees with the standard model prediction assuming lepton flavor universality. The asymmetry of the branching fractions of Λ→pμ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{μ} and Λ[over ¯]→p[over ¯]μ^{+}ν_{μ} is also determined, and no evidence for CP violation is found.

Abstract
Low temperature (LT) and high humidity (HH) are important environmental factors in greenhouses and plastic tunnels during the cold season, as they hamper plant growth and development. Here, we studied the effect of LT (day/night: 9/5 °C, 25/18 °C as control) and HH (95%, 80% as control) on young cucumber plants at the 2, 4 or 6 leaf stages. LT+HH stress resulted in a decline in shoot, root and total fresh and dry weights, and decreased Pn , gs , Tr , Fv /Fm , qP, ETR and chlorophyll, and increased MDA, H2 O2 , O2 - , NPQ and Ci as compared to the control at the 2 leaf stage. SOD, POD, CAT, APX and GR were upregulated under LT+HH stress as compared to the control at the 6 leaf stage. ABA and JA increased under LT+HH stress as compared to the control at the 6 leaf stage, while IAA and GA decreased under LT+HH stress as compared to the control at the 2 leaf stage. Our results show that LT+HH stress affects young cucumber plant photosynthetic efficiency, PSII activity, antioxidant defence system, ROS and hormone profile. Plants at the 6 leaf stage were more tolerant than at the 2 and 4 leaf stages under stress conditions.

MAP2 is differentially phosphorylated in schizophrenia, altering its function. Mol Psychiatry 2021; 26:5371-5388. Abstract
Schizophrenia (Sz) is a highly polygenic disorder, with common, rare, and structural variants each contributing only a small fraction of overall disease risk. Thus, there is a need to identify downstream points of convergence that can be targeted with therapeutics. Reduction of microtubule-associated protein 2 (MAP2) immunoreactivity (MAP2-IR) is present in individuals with Sz, despite no change in MAP2 protein levels. MAP2 is phosphorylated downstream of multiple receptors and kinases identified as Sz risk genes, altering its immunoreactivity and function. Using an unbiased phosphoproteomics approach, we quantified 18 MAP2 phosphopeptides, 9 of which were significantly altered in Sz subjects. Network analysis grouped MAP2 phosphopeptides into three modules, each with a distinct relationship to dendritic spine loss, synaptic protein levels, and clinical function in Sz subjects. We then investigated the most hyperphosphorylated site in Sz, phosphoserine1782 (pS1782). Computational modeling predicted phosphorylation of S1782 reduces binding of MAP2 to microtubules, which was confirmed experimentally. We generated a transgenic mouse containing a phosphomimetic mutation at S1782 (S1782E) and found reductions in basilar dendritic length and complexity along with reduced spine density. Because only a limited number of MAP2 interacting proteins have been previously identified, we combined co-immunoprecipitation with mass spectrometry to characterize the MAP2 interactome in mouse brain. The MAP2 interactome was enriched for proteins involved in protein translation. These associations were shown to be functional as overexpression of wild type and phosphomimetic MAP2 reduced protein synthesis in vitro. Finally, we found that Sz subjects with low MAP2-IR had reductions in the levels of synaptic proteins relative to nonpsychiatric control (NPC) subjects and to Sz subjects with normal and MAP2-IR, and this same pattern was recapitulated in S1782E mice. These findings suggest a new conceptual framework for Sz-that a large proportion of individuals have a "MAP2opathy"-in which MAP function is altered by phosphorylation, leading to impairments of neuronal structure, synaptic protein synthesis, and function.

Multiharmonic Correlations of Different Flow Amplitudes in Pb-Pb Collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=2.76 TeV. PHYSICAL REVIEW LETTERS 2021; 127:092302. Abstract
The event-by-event correlations between three flow amplitudes are measured for the first time in Pb-Pb collisions, using higher-order symmetric cumulants. We find that different three-harmonic correlations develop during the collective evolution of the medium when compared to correlations that exist in the initial state. These new results cannot be interpreted in terms of previous lower-order flow measurements since contributions from two-harmonic correlations are explicitly removed in the new observables. A comparison to Monte Carlo simulations provides new and independent constraints for the initial conditions and system properties of nuclear matter created in heavy-ion collisions.

Abstract
We report a measurement of the observed cross sections of e^{+}e^{-}→J/ψX based on 3.21 fb^{-1} of data accumulated at energies from 3.645 to 3.891 GeV with the BESIII detector operated at the BEPCII collider. In analysis of the cross sections, we measured the decay branching fractions of B(ψ(3686)→J/ψX)=(64.4±0.6±1.6)% and B(ψ(3770)→J/ψX)=(0.5±0.2±0.1)% for the first time. The energy-dependent line shape of these cross sections cannot be well described by two Breit-Wigner (BW) amplitudes of the expected decays ψ(3686)→J/ψX and ψ(3770)→J/ψX. Instead, it can be better described with one more BW amplitude of the decay R(3760)→J/ψX. Under this assumption, we extracted the R(3760) mass M_{R(3760)}=3766.2±3.8±0.4 MeV/c^{2} , total width Γ_{R(3760)}^{tot}=22.2±5.9±1.4 MeV, and product of leptonic width and decay branching fraction Γ_{R(3760)}^{ee}B[R(3760)→J/ψX]=(79.4±85.5±11.7) eV. The significance of the R(3760) is 5.3σ. The first uncertainties of these measured quantities are from fits to the cross sections and second systematic.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Dupilumab is an antibody against interleukin 4 receptor α, used in treating atopic dermatitis (AD). OBJECTIVES To evaluate the efficacy and safety of dupilumab in adult Chinese patients with moderate-to-severe AD. METHODS In this randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, phase III study, conducted between December 2018 and February 2020, patients with AD received dupilumab (300mg) or placebo once every 2 weeks for 16 weeks, and were followed up for 12 weeks. The primary efficacy endpoint was the proportion of patients with both Investigator's Global Assessment (IGA) score of 0-1 and a reduction from baseline of ≥2 points at week 16. RESULTS Overall, 165 patients (mean age: 30.6 years; 71.5% male) were randomized: 82 to dupilumab and 83 to placebo. At week 16, 26.8% of patients in the dupilumab group and 4.8% of patients in the placebo group achieved the primary endpoint (difference, 22.0%; 95% confidence interval [CI], 11.37-32.65%; p<0.0001). Compared with placebo, higher proportions of patients in the dupilumab group achieved ≥75% reduction in the Eczema Area and Severity Index score (57.3% vs 14.5%; difference, 42.9%; 95% CI, 29.75-55.97%; p<0.0001) and had ≥3-point (52.4% vs 9.6%; difference, 42.8%; 95% CI, 30.26-55.34%; p<0.0001) and ≥4-point (39.0% vs 4.8%; difference, 34.2%; 95% CI, 22.69-45.72%; p<0.0001) reductions in weekly average daily peak daily pruritus numerical rating scale scores. The incidence of TEAEs during the treatment period was similar in the two groups. The incidence of conjunctivitis, allergic conjunctivitis, and injection site reaction was higher in the dupilumab group than in the placebo group. CONCLUSIONS In adult Chinese patients, dupilumab was effective in improving the signs and symptoms of AD and demonstrated a favorable safety profile.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the combined value of coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) indicators and perivascular fat attenuation index (FAI) in predicting hemodynamically significant coronary artery disease. METHODS We retrospectively analyzed the data of patients undergoing CCTA in Chinese PLA General Hospital from 2017 to 2019, who were also examined for fractional flow reserve (FFR) with invasive coronary angiography within one month before inclusion. The CCTA indicators at the vascular level were measured, including plaque distribution, coronary artery calcification score, lesion length, maximum diameter stenosis, maximum area stenosis (MAS), total plaque burden (TPB), perivascular FAI, and CT-FFR based on machine learning. Lesion-specific hemodynamically significant coronary artery disease was diagnosed for an invasive FFR≤0.8. RESULTS A total of 99 patients with 124 involved coronary arteries were included in this analysis. At the vascular level, according to the results of invasive FFR, coronary artery calcification score, maximum diameter stenosis, MAS and the total plaque burden were significantly higher in patents with a FFR≤0.8 than in those with a FFR>0.8; the perivascular FAI (P < 0.01) and CT-FFR (P < 0.01) also differed significantly between the two groups. The AUC of MAS combined with perivascular FAI was 0.818, which was not significantly different from that of CT-FFR (P=0.076). CONCLUSION The combination of MAS and perivascular FAI has good diagnostic performance in predicting hemodynamically significant coronary stenosis, which is comparable with that of CT-FFR.

Soft-Dielectron Excess in Proton-Proton Collisions at sqrt[s]=13 TeV. PHYSICAL REVIEW LETTERS 2021; 127:042302. Abstract
A measurement of dielectron production in proton-proton (pp) collisions at sqrt[s]=13 TeV, recorded with the ALICE detector at the CERN LHC, is presented in this Letter. The data set was recorded with a reduced magnetic solenoid field. This enables the investigation of a kinematic domain at low dielectron (ee) invariant mass m_{ee} and pair transverse momentum p_{T,ee} that was previously inaccessible at the LHC. The cross section for dielectron production is studied as a function of m_{ee}, p_{T,ee}, and event multiplicity dN_{ch}/dη. The expected dielectron rate from hadron decays, called hadronic cocktail, utilizes a parametrization of the measured η/π^{0} ratio in pp and proton-nucleus collisions, assuming that this ratio shows no strong dependence on collision energy at low transverse momentum. Comparison of the measured dielectron yield to the hadronic cocktail at 0.15<m_{ee}<0.6 GeV/c^{2} and for p_{T,ee}<0.4 GeV/c indicates an enhancement of soft dielectrons, reminiscent of the "anomalous" soft-photon and soft-dilepton excess in hadron-hadron collisions reported by several experiments under different experimental conditions. The enhancement factor over the hadronic cocktail amounts to 1.61±0.13(stat)±0.17(syst,data)±0.34(syst,cocktail) in the ALICE acceptance. Acceptance-corrected excess spectra in m_{ee} and p_{T,ee} are extracted and compared with calculations of dielectron production from hadronic bremsstrahlung and thermal radiation within a hadronic many-body approach.

CSE-Derived H 2S Inhibits Reactive Astrocytes Proliferation and Promotes Neural Functional Recovery after Cerebral Ischemia/Reperfusion Injury in Mice Via Inhibition of RhoA/ROCK 2 Pathway. Abstract
The effect of cystathionine-γ-lyase (CSE)-derived hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on the reactive proliferation of astrocytes and neural functional recovery over 30 d after acute cerebral ischemia and reperfusion (I/R) was determined by applying wild-type (WT) and CSE knockout (KO) mice. The changes of glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) expression in hippocampal tissues was tested. Besides, we assessed the changes of mice spatial learning memory ability, neuronal damage, RhoA, Rho kinase 2 (ROCK2), and myelin basic protein (MBP) expressions in hippocampal tissues. The results revealed that cerebral I/R resulted in obvious increase of GFAP expression in hippocampal tissues. Besides, we found the neuronal damage, learning, and memory deficits of mice induced by cerebral I/R as well as revealed the upregulation of RhoA and ROCK2 expressions and reduced MBP expression in hipppcampal tissues of mice following cerebral I/R. Not surprisingly, the GFAP expression and cerebral injury as well as the upregulation of the RhoA/ROCK2 pathway were more remarkable in CSE KO mice, compared with those in WT mice over 30 d following acute cerebral I/R, which could be blocked by NaHS treatment, a donor of exogenous H2S. In addition, the ROCK inhibitor Fasudil also inhibited the reactive proliferation of astrocytes and ameliorated the recovery of neuronal function over 30 d after cerebral I/R. For the purpose of further confirmation of the role of H2S on the astrocytes proliferation following cerebral I/R, the immunofluorescence double staining: bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) and GFAP was evaluated. There was a marked upregulation of BrdU-labeled cells coexpressed with GFAP in hippocampal tissues at 30 d after acute cerebral I/R; however, the increment of astrocytes proliferation could be ameliorated by both NaHS and Fasudil. These findings indicated that CSE-derived H2S could inhibit the reactive proliferation of astrocytes and promote the recovery of mice neural functional deficits induced by a cerebral I/R injury via inhibition of the RhoA/ROCK2 signal pathway.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical and genetic characteristics of Noonan syndrome in children. Methods: The clinical characteristics, genetic analysis and follow-up data of 20 children diagnosed with Noonan syndrome who were admitted to Department of Endocrinology, Genetics and Metabolism, Beijing Children's Hospital, Capital Medical University from March 2016 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Among 20 children with Noonan syndrome, 13 were males and 7 were females. The age at diagnosis was 5.9 years (1.1 years to 12.2 years). The most common clinical complaints were delayed height growth, followed by hypospadias or cryptorchidism in 2 cases, and special facial appearance in 1 case. Physical examination revealed 12 cases of Noonan syndrome with facial features, 9 cases with cryptorchidism and hypospadias, 10 cases with abnormal cardiac structure, and 10 cases with mental retardation; Twelve patients were detected with PTPN11 variations, 4 patients carried SOS2 variations, 2 cases were confirmed with variations in SHOC2 and SOS1. Six children received recombinant human growth hormone treatment, and their height increased by 4.0 (2.5-6.0) cm to varying degrees at 9 months. No adverse events occurred. Conclusions: Male Noonan syndrome is more frequently found with external genitalia. In addition to the high frequency of PTPN11 variation, the frequency of gene variation in SOS2 gene is higher than previously reported. All of the SOS2 variations are de novo. The syndrome phenotype profiles could vary with the admitted clinical departments. To understand the full picture of the syndrome, it is necessary to collect medical information from different departments.

Abstract
Langerhans' cell histiocytosis (LCH) is a disease spectrum characterized by the intense infiltration/accumulation of Langerhans' cells in the affected tissues. Eosinophilic granuloma is the mildest form of LCH which mainly affects the skull, mandible, ribs and femur in children and young adults but rarely occurs in the maxilla. Here, we describe an unusual case of eosinophilic granuloma affecting the tissues adjacent to tooth #25 and tooth #46 (FDI numbering system) in a 35-year-old male. Although lesions underwent clinical remission after local radiotherapy, a new lesion appeared 11 months after initial therapy in tooth #18, indicating recurrence of eosinophilic granuloma. Subsequently, the patient was treated with corticosteroid therapy, achieved remission and is disease free after 3 years of follow-up.

Elliptic Flow of Electrons from Beauty-Hadron Decays in Pb-Pb Collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV. PHYSICAL REVIEW LETTERS 2021; 126:162001. Abstract
The elliptic flow of electrons from beauty hadron decays at midrapidity (|y|<0.8) is measured in Pb-Pb collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV with the ALICE detector at the LHC. The azimuthal distribution of the particles produced in the collisions can be parametrized with a Fourier expansion, in which the second harmonic coefficient represents the elliptic flow, v_{2}. The v_{2} coefficient of electrons from beauty hadron decays is measured for the first time in the transverse momentum (p_{T}) range 1.3-6 GeV/c in the centrality class 30%-50%. The measurement of electrons from beauty-hadron decays exploits their larger mean proper decay length cτ≈500 μm compared to that of charm hadrons and most of the other background sources. The v_{2} of electrons from beauty hadron decays at midrapidity is found to be positive with a significance of 3.75 σ. The results provide insights into the degree of thermalization of beauty quarks in the medium. A model assuming full thermalization of beauty quarks is strongly disfavored by the measurement at high p_{T}, but is in agreement with the results at low p_{T}. Transport models including substantial interactions of beauty quarks with an expanding strongly interacting medium describe the measurement within uncertainties.

Abstract
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD), a representative disease of children's neurodevelopmental disorders, brings huge pressure and financial burden to families and society. It is of great significance to explore its etiology and pathogenesis. Therefore, we established an ASD Cohort based on the existing China National Birth Cohort (CNBC), which applied parallel design to recruit and follow up families who achieved pregnancy after receiving assisted reproductive technologies (ART) and families with spontaneous conception. The main aims of this study are to compare the incidence of ASD among children born after ART with those born under spontaneous pregnancy, and to evaluate the impact of ART on the neurobehavioral development of offspring. Additionally, with a variety of clinical and behavioral related information collected during pregnancy and at early life of offspring, we are able to investigate the risk factors associated with ASD comprehensively. This article briefly introduces the objectives, contents, preliminary progress, strength and limitations, as well as further prospects of the ASD cohort study, mainly focusing on the overall design and current progress.

Abstract
We report a study of the processes of e^{+}e^{-}→K^{+}D_{s}^{-}D^{*0} and K^{+}D_{s}^{*-}D^{0} based on e^{+}e^{-} annihilation samples collected with the BESIII detector operating at BEPCII at five center-of-mass energies ranging from 4.628 to 4.698 GeV with a total integrated luminosity of 3.7 fb^{-1}. An excess of events over the known contributions of the conventional charmed mesons is observed near the D_{s}^{-}D^{*0} and D_{s}^{*-}D^{0} mass thresholds in the K^{+} recoil-mass spectrum for events collected at sqrt[s]=4.681 GeV. The structure matches a mass-dependent-width Breit-Wigner line shape, whose pole mass and width are determined as (3982.5_{-2.6}^{+1.8}±2.1) MeV/c^{2} and (12.8_{-4.4}^{+5.3}±3.0) MeV, respectively. The first uncertainties are statistical and the second are systematic. The significance of the resonance hypothesis is estimated to be 5.3 σ over the contributions only from the conventional charmed mesons. This is the first candidate for a charged hidden-charm tetraquark with strangeness, decaying into D_{s}^{-}D^{*0} and D_{s}^{*-}D^{0}. However, the properties of the excess need further exploration with more statistics.

Abstract
We present an analysis of the process ψ(3686)→Ω^{-}Ω[over ¯]^{+} (Ω^{-}→K^{-}Λ, Ω[over ¯]^{+}→K^{+}Λ[over ¯], Λ→pπ^{-}, Λ[over ¯]→p[over ¯]π^{+}) based on a dataset of 448×10^{6} ψ(3686) decays collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII electron-positron collider. The helicity amplitudes for the process ψ(3686)→Ω^{-}Ω[over ¯]^{+} and the decay parameters of the subsequent decay Ω^{-}→K^{-}Λ (Ω[over ¯]^{+}→K^{+}Λ[over ¯]) are measured for the first time by a fit to the angular distribution of the complete decay chain, and the spin of the Ω^{-} is determined to be 3/2 for the first time since its discovery more than 50 years ago.

Abstract
BACKGROUND It is difficult to characterize the transition from relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) to secondary progressive MS (SPMS), due to symptomatic variability across patients. Diagnosis of SPMS is prolonged and often established retrospectively, as it is based on patient clinical history and symptoms. This cross-sectional study aimed to identify MS neurologist reported clinical indicators deemed important in diagnosing SPMS in clinical practice. METHODS A web-based quantitative survey was conducted among MS-treating neurologists across the United States in January 2019. The questionnaire comprised of 17 questions evaluating primary clinical indicators used by neurologists in assessing patient progression to SPMS. Treatment approach and factors influencing treatment decision-making following SPMS diagnosis were also analyzed in the survey. RESULTS Overall, 300 neurologists completed the survey; most of the respondents were general MS-treating neurologists (63%) and from private care setting (58%). The overall respondents as well as MS-focused neurologists ranked patient history (45% and 42%, respectively) and patients' neurological exam (39% and 44%, respectively) as -primary clinical indicators of SPMS diagnosis. 57% of neurologists always or mostly switched disease modifying therapies after progression to SPMS, and mostly considered 3-6 months' assessment interval to diagnose SPMS. CONCLUSION The survey indicated that neurologists are able to recognize signs of SPMS within six months of symptomatic assessment. The diagnosis is primarily based on patient history among MS-treating neurologists. Therefore, continued education to neurologists may facilitate early diagnosis and timely introduction of effective treatment to manage the progression of SPMS.

Abstract
Next generation lithium ion batteries are envisaged as those which feature an all solid-state architecture. This will enable the higher energy density storage required to meet the demands of modern society, especially for the growing electric vehicle market. Solid state batteries have, however, proved troublesome to implement commercially due to the lack of a suitable solid-state electrolyte, which needs to be highly conductive, have a low interfacial resistance and a suitably wide electrochemical stability window. Garnet materials are potential contenders for these batteries, demonstrating many of the desired properties, although there remain challenges to overcome. Here we report a facile synthesis of Li7La3Hf2O12 and Ga/AlxLi7-3xLa3Hf2O12 garnets, with the synthesis of Ga0.2Li6.4La3Hf2O12 requiring only dissolution of precursors in water and heating to 700 °C. Ga0.2Li6.4La3Hf2O12 was shown to display a high room temperature conductivity (0.373 mS cm-1 at 28 °C). Moreover, in Li|garnet|Li cells, we observed a comparable critical current density compared to Ga0.2Lai6.4La3Zr2O12, despite a lower density and higher area specific resistance compared to literature values, suggesting Hf systems may be further engineered to deliver additional improvements for use in future solid state batteries.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the application of sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) and its prognostic value in the treatment of acral melanoma. Methods: We retrospective analyzed 118 patients who underwent sentinel lymph node biopsy from Mar 2012 to Jun 2019 with effective follow-up data available in our institute. We ruled out palpable regional lymph node metastasis with preoperative imaging of MRI and ultrasonography, used the (99)Tc(m)-Dextran (Dx) as a tracer, with intraoperative γ-ray probe positioning for SLN capture. Wide resection and reconstruction in primary lesion followed by complete lymph node dissection were underwent SLN positive patients. Cox regression model were used to analyze the prognostic factors. Results: The patients had an average disease history of 53.6 months (2-360 months), the primary lesion located at hands and feet in 84 cases, while 27 cases were subungual and 7 cases were cutaneous. The mean Breslow depth was 3.6 mm, and 72 cases (61.0%) combined with ulceration. The average number of SLN was 2.8, the SLN positive rate was 24.6% (29/118), and the false-negative rate was 2.5% (3/118). There were 24 cases (20.3%) developed clinically positive metastasis, including 7 cases displayed distant metastasis combined with lymph node metastasis (5.9%), 8 cases with clinically positive lymph node metastasis alone (6.8%), and 9 cases with distant metastasis (7.6%). There were 33 patients in stage Ⅰ, 56 patients in stage Ⅱ and 29 patients in stage Ⅲ, with a 5-years overall survival rate of 69.5%. The Breslow depth is an independent risk factor of SLN positive. While Breslow depth, SLN status, SLN positive number and clinically detectable metastasis are independent prognostic factors of the overall survival (P<0.05). Conclusions: Patients without clinically positive regional lymph node metastasis under imaging and physical examinations, SLNB can provide accurate pathologic staging and play an accurate prediction role in the prognostic evaluation. SLNB should be carried out routinely in clinical practice.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES Hypertension is a growing health concern in people living with HIV (PLWH). However, association between HIV infection and hypertension is equivocal. METHODS In all, 1472 PLWH and 2944 HIV-negative individuals frequency-matched by age and sex were derived from the baseline survey of Comparative HIV and Aging Research in Taizhou (CHART), China. Prehypertension was defined as systolic blood pressure (BP) of 120-139 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure of 80-89 mmHg. RESULTS Despite the fact that prevalence of hypertension was overall lower among PLWH than among HIV-negative people (21.1% vs. 29.1%, P < 0.001), it was similar at ages 18-29 (7.6% vs. 8.5%) and 30-44 years (17.1% vs. 18.5%) but significantly lower in PLWH at ages 45-59 (26.1% vs. 40.7%) and 60-75 years (37.1% vs. 57.3%). Prehypertension prevalence was consistently higher in PLWH across all age groups. In the model adjusting for traditional risk factors, HIV infection was associated with hypertension (adjusted odds ratio [aOR] = 1.27, 95% confidence interval: 1.04-1.55) and prehypertension (aOR = 1.77, 95% CI: 1.51-2.08), and attenuated after additional adjustment for abdominal obesity. Age-stratified analysis showed that these associations of HIV with hypertension were observed at ages 18-29 and 30-44 years and associations with prehypertension were observed at ages 18-29, 30-44 and 45-59 years only. Years since HIV diagnosis and stavudine use were the HIV-specific factors independently associated with hypertension or/and prehypertension. CONCLUSIONS HIV infection is independently associated with prehypertension and hypertension especially at younger ages, and this risk may increase as treatment becomes prolonged. Our findings reinforce the urgent necessity for active BP screening and control strategies be adopted for PLWH in China.

Abstract
Classical Hodgkin's lymphoma (cHL) is an unusual lymphoid neoplasm, and nearly 50% of patients still relapse after standard therapy. Programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) signaling plays a vital role in the progression of cHL. Anti-PD-1 antibodies such as nivolumab and pembrolizumab have thus been approved to treat relapsed/refractory (R/R) cHL. Tislelizumab is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal anti- PD-1 antibody. In contrast to other anti-PD-1 antibodies, the Fc fragment of tislelizumab was engineered to improve the efficacy of PD-1 antibody to a certain extent. In the phase II, open-label, single-arm, multicenter study (ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier NCT03209973), tislelizumab proved its efficacy and safety as a new PD-1 inhibitor to treat Chinese patients with R/R cHL, with a high overall response rate of 87.1% including complete response in 62.9% enrolled patients. Both the median progression-free survival and the median duration of overall response were not reached. In this monograph, we have reviewed the main preclinical and clinical findings in the study of tislelizumab for the treatment of R/R cHL.

Abstract
BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE While WEB devices have been shown to be safe and effective for aneurysm treatment, WEB-shape modification compression has been associated with incomplete aneurysm occlusion. We explored the relationship between occlusion rates and WEB-shape modification in different WEB device types in an experimental aneurysm model. MATERIALS AND METHODS Elastase-induced aneurysms were created in rabbits and treated with dual-layer (n = 12), single-layer (n = 12), or single-layer sphere (n = 12) WEB devices. Aneurysms were followed up either at 3 or 12 months. Angiographic occlusion was graded using the WEB Occlusion Scale: grade I, complete; grade II, complete but recess filling; grade III, residual neck; or grade IV, residual aneurysm. WEB-shape modification and histologic features were also analyzed. RESULTS Grade I or II occlusion was seen in 16 (44%) aneurysms, and grade I, II, or III ("adequate") occlusion was observed in 22 (61.1%) aneurysms at follow-up. WEB-shape modification was observed in 22 (61.1%) aneurysms. WEB-shape modification was higher in single-layer (9/12) and dual-layer (10/12) devices compared with single-layer sphere devices (3/12). Aneurysms with WEB-shape modification had a higher level of thrombus organization in the dome compared with those without WEB-shape modification (68% [15/22] versus 50% [7/14]). WEB-shape modification was not correlated with angiographic or histologic outcomes but was significantly correlated with levels of fibrosis and smooth muscle cells in the aneurysm. CONCLUSIONS WEB-shape modification is not associated with incomplete aneurysm occlusion of WEB devices in the rabbit model but may be related to connective tissue formation and the healing response to WEB device implantation.

Abstract
The fragility fracture discriminative ability of radius quantitative ultrasound (QUS) was evaluated in a systematic review of 13 studies, including 16,681 individuals and 1296 fractures. The radial speed of sound (SOS) per standard deviation (SD) decrease contributed to an increased risk of total and hip fracture by 32% and 66% in women. Osteoporotic fracture, as a devastating consequence of osteoporosis, brings severe socio-economic burden. The availability of dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA), as the gold standard of diagnosis, was quite limited in remote areas. Radius QUS measured by SOS shows potential in fracture discriminative ability where DXA equipment is not available. This study aimed to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the association between radius QUS and fracture risk. A detailed article search was carried out on PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Libraries, CNKI, Wan-Fang database, VIP, and SinoMed for studies published between January 1980 and February 2020. We determined the estimated relative risk (RR) for fracture per each radial SOS SD decrease. A meta-analysis of studies was performed under the random-effects model. A total of 16,681 individuals were included in this review. Among the participants, 5892 were male and 10,789 were female. A total of 1296 cases of fragility fracture were included. With each SD decrease in radial SOS, the risk of overall fragility fracture and hip fracture was increased by 21% and 55%, respectively. Particularly, the risk was increased by 32% and 66% for women. The association was even stronger for postmenopausal women. Radius QUS showed great potential as an effective tool for fracture risk evaluation, especially for women.

Abstract
Objective: To study the virological and serological indicators before treatment and 24 weeks after treatment to predict the partial virological response (PVR) of 48-week entecavir (ETV) treatment, and formulate early clinical adjustment treatment plans for HBeAg-positive CHB patients. Methods: HBeAg-positive CHB-naïve patients diagnosed in the Department of Infectious Diseases, Shengjing Hospital, China Medical University, who were treated with oral ETV monotherapy from January 2018 were enrolled. The groups were divided according to the test results of HBV DNA at 48 weeks. Among them, HBV DNA < 20 IU/ml was the complete viral response (CVR) group, and HBV DNA ≥ 20 IU/ml was the PVR group. The virological and serological indexes of the two groups before treatment and 24 weeks after treatment were compared. ROC curve univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression were performed to find out the early predictors of PVR in HBeAg-positive CHB patients receiving ETV therapy for 48 weeks. Results: As of July 2020, a total of 90 cases had completed 48 weeks of treatment, including 50 cases of CVR (55.56%) and 40 cases of PVR (44.44%). Before treatment and at 24 weeks of treatment, HBsAg, HBeAg and HBV DNA in the PVR group were significantly higher than those in the CVR group (P < 0.001). Univariate analysis showed that HBV DNA quantification (AUC = 0.961, P < 0.001, PPV = 97.06%, NPV = 87.50%) and HBeAg quantification (AUC = 0.883, P < 0.001, PPV = 90.63%, NPV = 81.03%) had higher predictive value at 24 weeks of treatment. Multivariate analysis showed that HBeAg > 1.952 log(10) S/CO (OR = 3.177, 95% CI: 1.261 ~ 8.267, P = 0.018) and HBV DNA > 2.205 log(10) IU / ml (OR = 43.197, 95% CI: 6.858 ~ 272.069, P < 0.001) were independent predictors of PVR at 24 weeks of treatment, and their combination had the best predictive effect. Conclusion: In HBeAg-positive CHB patients receiving ETV treatment for 48 weeks, HBV DNA combined with HBeAg quantification can be an early predictor of PVR at 24 weeks. Additionally, patients with both HBV DNA and HBeAg > 2 log(10) at 24 weeks of treatment must wait 48 weeks to obtain CVR, so it is recommended that treatment strategies should be adjusted at this time.

Abstract
In recent years, osteoporosis (OP) has become one of the main diseases affecting the health of middle-aged and elderly people in China, and the prevalence of OP has increased significantly. The clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines for this disease are also constantly updated. The overall principles speciallyemphasise that doctors and patients need to work together to negotiate the details of the diagnosis and treatment guidelines, in order to improve the OP clinical diagnosis and treatment rate. Therefore, patients' knowledge of the disease, understanding of clinical guidelines, and cooperation with doctors to implement diagnosis and treatment plans are very important. In this study, from the most concerned issues of the patients, we established the OP patient practice guideline working group. 14 recommendations, as the OP patient practice guidelines, are proposed in accordance with the relevant principles of the "World Health Organization guidelines development manual" and the international normative process.

Abstract
PURPOSE This study evaluated the bioequivalence of China-manufactured biosimilar, HLX02, to reference China (CN)- and European Union (EU)-sourced trastuzumab. METHODS This was a two-part Phase 1 study conducted in healthy Chinese males. Part 1 evaluated the safety of different doses of HLX02 (2, 4, 6 or 8 mg/kg; intravenous infusion over 90 min, n = 3 per group). Part 2, a randomized, double-blind study, investigated the pharmacokinetics (PK), safety and immunogenicity of study drugs (HLX02 [n = 37], CN-trastuzumab [n = 35] or EU-trastuzumab [n = 37] at the dose suggested by Part 1 results). The primary PK endpoint was the area under the serum concentration-time curve from time 0 to infinity (AUCinf). Equivalence was concluded if the 90% confidence interval (CI) for the geometric least squares mean ratio (GLSMR) fell in the equivalence criteria of 0.80-1.25. RESULTS In Part 1, all doses of HLX02 were well tolerated and 6 mg/kg was suggested for Part 2. The GLSMRs and 90% CIs for AUCinf were: 0.950 (0.891-1.013), 0.914 (0.858-0.973) and 0.962 (0.902-1.025) for HLX02 versus CN-trastuzumab, HLX02 versus EU-trastuzumab and CN-trastuzumab versus EU-trastuzumab, respectively. Secondary endpoints comparisons also fell in the equivalence criteria. Treatment-emergent adverse events were reported in 75.7, 86.5 and 70.3% of the subjects in HLX02, CN-trastuzumab, and EU-trastuzumab groups, respectively. No serious adverse events or deaths occurred. No treatment-related anti-drug antibodies were detected. CONCLUSION This study demonstrated comparable safety profiles and PK bioequivalence among HLX02, CN-trastuzumab and EU-trastuzumab in healthy Chinese male subjects. Abstract
PURPOSE Increasing evidence shows that many metabolic factors are involved in the progression of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). We aimed to assess the relationship between the status of glucose homeostasis and prostate size in aging Chinese males undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) for BPH. METHODS A total of 1006 medical records of BPH patients undergoing TURP were reviewed. Prostate size was measured by transrectal ultrasound. Annual total prostate (TP) and transitional zone (TZ) growth rates were calculated. According to the American Diabetes Association criteria, the patients were categorized as normoglycemic, prediabetic, or diabetic. Levels of glucose homeostasis and other variables were considered independent variables in an effort to evaluate any potential correlations using non-adjusted and multivariate-adjusted regression models. RESULTS A total of 659 individuals were included in the study. BPH patients < 70 years old and ≥ 70 years old in the normoglycemic group had a stable prostate growth rate. The change in prostate size in those younger than 70 years, however, was faster in the prediabetic and diabetic group. Further analysis revealed that abnormal glucose homeostasis was positively correlated with prostate size. In those younger than 70 years, compared with the normal glucose group, the adjusted odds ratio (OR) for TP and TZ enlargement in the prediabetic group was 2.27 (95%CI 1.29-4.00) and 3.19 (95%CI 1.78-5.72), respectively, and the adjusted ORs were 4.74 (95%CI 2.18-10.30) and 6.16 (95%CI 2.70-14.06), respectively, for men with diabetes. However there was no significant difference among men aged ≥ 70 years. CONCLUSIONS Among patients undergoing TURP, the prostate volume and growth rate were affected by different status of glucose homeostasis. Hyperglycemia may play an important role in prostate growth.

A real-world assessment of the distribution of lipid levels across increasing lipoprotein(a) levels in patients with established cardiovascular disease in the United States. Eur Heart J 2020. Abstract
Abstract
Background and purpose
Measurements of lipid levels are frequently used to assess the risk of developing cardiovascular disease (CVD), including future myocardium infarction (MI) and ischemic stroke. Lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a)] has been established as an independent risk factor for developing CVD, however it is not widely measured. This real-world study assessed the distribution of lipid (Total Cholesterol [TC], low-density cholesterol [LDL-C], high-density cholesterol [HDL-C] and Triglycerides [TGs]) levels across different Lp(a) strata of patients with established CVD and at least one Lp(a) assessment.
Methods
This was a descriptive, non-interventional, retrospective cohort study of patients with established CVD and at least one Lp(a) assessment in the Optum® de-identified Electronic Health Record dataset (2007–2019). The index date was defined as the date of the first established CVD (MI, ischemic stroke or peripheral artery disease diagnosis) in the identification period (1/1/2008–30/6/2018) following one-year continuous enrollment. Patients were followed for up to one year, until death or transfer out of the dataset, whichever occurred first.
Results
5,434 patients (55.5% males) with established CVD and at least one Lp(a) assessment having a mean (SD) age of 62.5 (12.6) years were evaluated. During the 12 months pre-index period, 49.9%, 46.1%, 48.1% and 49.8% of these patients had a measurement of TC, LDL-C, HDL-C and TGs, respectively. Overall, the mean (SD) TC, LDL-C, HDL-C and TGs levels were 182.1 (47.0) mg/dL [n=2,712], 102.6 (40.1) mg/dL [n=2,503], 52.7 (16.7) mg/dL [n=2,614], and 140.3 (108.8) mg/dL [n=2,707], respectively. More than half of these patients were treated with at least one lipid lowering drug (includes statins, ezetimibe, fibrates, niacin or PCSK9is) during the pre-index period. The mean (SD) levels of TC, LDL-C, HDL-C and TG in patients with Lp(a) <30 mg/dL, 30–50] mg/dL, 50–70 mg/dL, 70–90 mg/dL and ≥90 mg/dL are presented in Figure 1.
Conclusions
Overall, no trends in the levels of total cholesterol, LDL-C, HDL-C or triglycerides were observed across increasing levels of lipoprotein(a). These findings suggest the measurement of lipoprotein(a) is required to ensure a complete characterization of a patient lipid profile.
