Abstract
BACKGROUND The extent of bowel resection is widely debated in colon cancer surgery. Right hemicolectomy (RHC) and partial colectomy (PC) are the most common operation options for right-sided colon cancer (RCC). However, there are still no treatment guidelines or published studies to guide surgical options for mucinous adenocarcinoma (MAC) of RCC. METHODS Patients with MAC and non-specific adenocarcinoma (AC) of RCC who underwent RHC and PC from 2010 to 2015 in the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database were retrieved. The general characteristics and survival were compared and analyzed. RESULTS A total of 27,910 RCC patients were enrolled in this study, among them 3,413 were MAC. The results showed that race, carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) level, perineural invasion (PNI), tumor size, tumor location, TNM stage, liver metastasis, chemotherapy were significantly different between MAC and AC groups. The MAC group had similar dissected lymph nodes, but more positive lymph nodes than the AC group. The overall survival (OS) of the MAC group was poorer than that of the AC group, but cancer-specific survival (CSS) was similar between the two groups. The RHC subgroup of the MAC group had more patients of age ≤60 years, larger tumor size, cecum/ascending colon location and dissected lymph nodes than the PC subgroup, but similar positive lymph nodes, perioperative mortality, OS and CSS as the PC subgroup. Moreover, the univariate and multivariable analyses for the survival of RCC patients with MAC showed that RHC might not be a superior predictor for OS and CSS compared with PC. CONCLUSIONS RHC could not dissect more positive lymph nodes or provide long-term survival benefits for RCC patients with MAC compared with PC. This study could provide some evidence for surgery treatment selection for MAC of RCC, which has important clinical value in individual management of colon cancer patients.

Abstract
Organic carbonates (OCs) are a class of compounds featured by a carbonyl flanked by two alkoxy/aryloxy groups. They exist in either linear or cyclic forms, of which the majority encountered in nature adopt a pentacyclic structure. However, the enzymatic basis for pentacyclic carbonate ring formation remains elusive. Here, we reported that a four-protein metabolon (AlmUII-UV) assembled by a small peptide protein (AlmUV) appends a reactive N-hydroxylcarbamoyl moiety to the decarboxylated aldgamycins followed by a non-enzymatic condensation to give the pentacyclic carbonate ring. Our results have documented an unprecedent mechanism for carbonate formation.

Abstract
Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are a new class of single-stranded RNAs that form a continuous loop with crucial role in regulation of gene expression. Because their circular conformation conforms numerous properties, circRNAs have been investigated recently to demonstrate their important role in the development and progression of various cancers. However, the function of circRNAs and their regulatory outcomes in cervical cancer (CC) have rarely been explored. In this study, the role and molecular mechanism of hsa_circ_0107593 in cervical cancer are demonstrated. Quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to determine the expression of hsa_circ_0107593 and three miRNAs (hsa-miR-20a-5p, 93-5p, and 106b-5p) in paired CC tissues (tumor tissue vs. adjacent normal cervical tissue), CC cell lines, and human normal cervical epithelial immortalized cell line. A series of functional experiments were conducted to assess the function of hsa_circ_0107593 in CC development. The Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve was plotted to estimate the diagnostic value of hsa_circ_0107593 in CC. The dual-luciferase reporter assay was used to explore the interaction between hsa_circ_0107593 and hsa-miR-20a-5p/93-5p/106b-5p. Bioinformatic analysis was conducted to predict the target mRNAs, pathways, and functional enrichment. The results revealed that hsa_circ_0107593 has low expression in CC tissues and CC cell lines. Moreover, negative correlations of hsa_circ_0107593 expression were found against tumor diameter, FIGO stage, and myometrial invasion. Also, hsa_circ_0107593 impedes CC cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. Based on ROC curve analysis, hsa_circ_0107593 could serve as a diagnostic biomarker. Its low expression may indicate increased patient's risk to developing cervical cancer. Mechanistically, hsa_circ_0107593 serves as a sponge of hsa-miR-20a-5p, hsa-miR-93-5p, and hsa-miR-106b-5p. Collectively, our study implies that hsa_circ_0107593 has tumor-suppressing activity in CC by physically binding with hsa-miR-20a-5p, hsa-miR-93-5p, and hsa-miR-106b-5p.

Abstract
Tadalafil (TAD) is primarily a treatment drug for erectile dysfunction. Studies have shown that TAD has a therapeutic effect on prostatitis, but the specific mechanism has not been reported. LPS induced RWPE-1 cells to form a model of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis (CNP). Cell activity was measured by MTT assay. Apoptosis was detected by TUNEL assay. Western blot was used to detect the expression of apoptosis-related proteins Bcl-2, Bax, Caspase-3, and cleaved caspase3. ELISA was used to detect the expression of inflammatory cytokines TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-8. GSH, catalase (CAT), and malondialdehyde (MDA) kits were used to detect the expression of oxidative stress-related indicators GSH, CAT, and MDA. Western blot was used to detect the expression of proteins related to Akt/Nrf2 signaling pathway. After different concentrations of TAD were given, the survival rate of LPS-induced RWPE-1 cells decreased, apoptosis increased, and inflammation and oxidative stress decreased. This process is accompanied by the activation of the Akt/Nrf2 signaling pathway. The addition of AKT inhibitor (HY-10249A) reversed the inhibitory effect of TAD on LPS-induced inflammatory response and oxidative stress of RWPE-1 cell. TAD alleviated LPS-induced inflammation and oxidative stress of RWPE-1 cell by regulating the Akt/Nrf2 signaling pathway.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Active antibody-mediated rejection (aABMR), particularly late aABMR, remains a major challenge for long-term renal allograft survival. This single-center retrospective study aimed to compare clinical features between early vs late aABMR and to identify risk factors for allograft failure among patients with aABMR. METHOD Forty-one patients diagnosed with aABMR at our hospital were included and were divided into 2 groups: early aABMR (≤6 months; n = 10) vs late aABMR (>6 months; n = 31) based on the time from transplant to diagnosis. Their clinical and pathologic data were compared. This study was performed in compliance with the Helsinki Congress and the Declaration of Istanbul. RESULTS Of 10 patients with early aABMR, none had allograft failure, whereas 8 of 31 patients with late aABMR had developed allograft failure at the time of follow-up (25.8%). At the time of biopsy, patients with early aABMR had higher positive grade in urine occult blood test than patients with late aABMR (P = .01); however, the late aABMR group displayed more intensive interstitial fibrosis and tubular atrophy (P = .03) and more frequent HLA-DQ-type donor-specific antibodies. Interestingly, donor-specific antibody conversion from positive to negative was not associated with C4d grade but was correlated with time from transplant to biopsy. Multivariate Cox regression analysis indicated that high levels of serum creatinine or proteinuria and concomitant T-cell-mediated rejection were independent risk factors for allograft failure in patients with aABMR. CONCLUSION These data not only confirm that early aABMR has better clinical outcomes than late aABMR but highlight the importance of early diagnostic biopsy and early therapeutic interventions in ABMR, particularly in patients with high levels of serum creatinine or proteinuria in the early posttransplant phase.

Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) treatment on efficacy of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADSCs) in cirrhotic rats. Methods: A rat model of liver cirrhosis was established via intraperitoneal injection of carbon tetrachloride (CCl(4)) for 10 weeks. Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (n = 10): control group served as group A, and 0.5ml of phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) was transfused into the tail vein; ADSCs single-dose transplantation group served as group B, and 1×10(6) ADSCs were transplanted into the tail vein; bFGF-treated ADSCs treatment group served as group C, and 1×10(6) bFGF-treated ADSCs were transplanted through tail vein. Liver function, pathological and cytokine changes, and the in vivo survival transformation condition of the transplanted cells were measured at one week after transplantation. F test and an independent sample t test were used. Results: bFGF treatment had significantly promoted the proliferation, differentiation and overexpression of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) in ADSCs [ADSCs single: (2 137.16 ± 261.52) pg/ml vs. ADSCs (bFGF): (4 776.23 ± 532.44) pg/ml, P < 0.05]. The bFGF-treated ADSCs treatment group had statistically significant differences in promoting the recovery of liver function [alanine aminotransferase (ALT): ADSCs single (190.8 ± 34.98) vs. ADSCs (bFGF): (117.8 ± 35.81) pg/ml; aspartate aminotransferase (AST): ADSCs single (295.2 ± 33.71) U/L vs. ADSCs (bFGF): (183.8 ± 41.29) U/L, P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in serum albumin levels between the control group, ADSCs single group, and ADSCs (bFGF) group. Compared with the control group, the serum albumin level of ADSCs (bFGF) group was increased significantly (P < 0.05), and the difference between the control group and the ADSCs single transplantation group in improving liver regeneration and reducing liver damage was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Masson trichrome staining showed that the percentage of the liver fibrosis area in the bFGF-treated ADSCs treatment group was 6.78% ± 0.56%, which was significantly higher than that of the control and ADSCs single dose transplantation group (7.96% ± 0.64%) (P < 0.05). Western blot analysis showed that the expression of HGF protein in the bFGF-treated ADSCs treatment group was significantly up-regulated, while the expression of α-smooth muscle actin was significantly down-regulated, and the difference was significant in the ADSCs single transplantation group. A double fluorescent staining method showed that the numbers of stem cells implanted in the liver tissue of the bFGF-treated ADSCs treatment group were higher than that of the ADSCs single transplantation group. In-vitro cell experiments confirmed that bFGF had significantly promoted the overexpression of HGF in ADSCs. Conclusion: bFGF-treated ADSCs transplantation can significantly improve liver function and fibrosis as compared with ADSCs single-dose transplantation in cirrhotic rats.

Abstract
Background The members of the sucrose non-fermenting 1-related protein kinase 2 (SnRK2) family are specific serine/threonine protein kinases in plants that play important roles in stress signal transduction and adaptation. Because of their positive regulatory roles in response to adverse conditions, the genes encoding thes proteins are considered potential candidates for breeding of plants for disease resistance and genetic improvement. However, there is far less information about this kinase family, and the function of these genes has not been explored in Rosaceae. Results A genome-wide survey and analysis of the genes encoding members of the SnRK2 family were performed in pear (Pyrus bretschneideri) and seven other Rosaceae species. A total of 71 SnRK2 genes were identified from the eight Rosaceae species and classified into three subgroups based on phylogenetic analysis and structural characteristics. Purifying selection played a crucial role in the evolution of SnRK2 genes, and whole-genome duplication and dispersed duplication were the primary forces underlying the characteristics of the SnRK2 gene family in Rosaceae. Transcriptome data and qRT-PCR assay results revealed that the distribution of PbrSnRK2s was very extensive, including across the roots, leaves, pollen, styles, and flowers, although most of them were mainly expressed in leaves. In addition, under stress conditions, the transcript levels of some of the genes were upregulated in leaves in response to ABA treatment. Conclusions This study provides useful information and a theoretical introduction for the study of the evolution, expression, and functions of the SnRK2 gene family in plants. Abstract
Objective: To understand the personal dose level of nuclear medical workers in a hospital, and to provide basis for health management of nuclear medicine occupational population. Methods: From January 2014 to December 2018, 147 radiation workers in a hospital were selected as the monitoring objects, and the individual dose monitoring data were analyzed. The correlation between individual dose and clinical workload was analyzed. Results: The average annual personal dose of 147 staff members was below the national dose limit. Compared with the radiation department, the average annual personal dose of nuclear medical staff was higher, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) . There was a positive correlation between the annual average personal dose and the corresponding injection workload (Rs=0.69, P<0.05) . Conclusion: The occupational exposure risk of nuclear medical technicians and nurses is high, and reasonable protective measures should be taken to reduce the radiation exposure dose. Abstract
NCKAP1/NAP1 regulates neuronal cytoskeletal dynamics and is essential for neuronal differentiation in the developing brain. Deleterious variants in NCKAP1 have been identified in individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and intellectual disability; however, its clinical significance remains unclear. To determine its significance, we assemble genotype and phenotype data for 21 affected individuals from 20 unrelated families with predicted deleterious variants in NCKAP1. This includes 16 individuals with de novo (n = 8), transmitted (n = 6), or inheritance unknown (n = 2) truncating variants, two individuals with structural variants, and three with potentially disruptive de novo missense variants. We report a de novo and ultra-rare deleterious variant burden of NCKAP1 in individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders which needs further replication. ASD or autistic features, language and motor delay, and variable expression of intellectual or learning disability are common clinical features. Among inherited cases, there is evidence of deleterious variants segregating with neuropsychiatric disorders. Based on available human brain transcriptomic data, we show that NCKAP1 is broadly and highly expressed in both prenatal and postnatal periods and demostrate enriched expression in excitatory neurons and radial glias but depleted expression in inhibitory neurons. Mouse in utero electroporation experiments reveal that Nckap1 loss of function promotes neuronal migration during early cortical development. Combined, these data support a role for disruptive NCKAP1 variants in neurodevelopmental delay/autism, possibly by interfering with neuronal migration early in cortical development.

Abstract
Protein glycosylation can impact the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of therapeutic proteins. Achieving uniform and consistent protein glycosylation is an important requirement for product quality control at all stages of therapeutic protein drug discovery and development. The development of a new microfluidic CE device compatible with MS offers a fast and sensitive orthogonal mode of high-resolution separation with MS characterization. Here, we describe a fast and robust chip-based CE-MS method for intact glycosylation fingerprinting of a therapeutic fusion protein with complex sialylated N and O-linked glycoforms. The method effectively separates multiple sialylated glycoforms and offers a rapid detection of changes in glycosylation profile in 6 min.

Abstract
Source mask optimization (SMO) is one of the indispensable resolution enhancement techniques to guarantee the image fidelity and process robustness for the 2Xnm technology node and beyond. The optimization capacity and convergence efficiency of SMO are important, especially for full-chip SMO. An SMO method using the covariance matrix adaptation evolution strategy (CMA-ES), together with a new source representation method, is proposed in this paper. Based on the forward vector imaging formulation, the encoding and decoding methods of the source and the mask, and the constructed merit function, the source and the mask are optimized using the CMA-ES algorithm. The solution search space and the search step size are adaptively updated during the optimization procedure. Considering the sparsity of the optimal source, the source is represented by a set of ideal point sources with unit intensity and adjustable positions. The advantageous spatial frequency components of the source for imaging performance improvement are identified through the aggregation of the point sources. Simulations and comparisons verify the superior optimization capacity and convergence efficiency of the proposed method.

Abstract
In recent years, mobile phones with glass curved screens have become more and more widely used. The irregular shape of the curved screen and the light transmittance characteristic of the glass have brought great challenges to its automatic defect detection. Aiming at the defect detection of the glass cover of the curved screen, this paper designs a full-scale scanning system by combining motion and three-dimensional (3D) features. First, a scanning system is constructed, and a geometric error modeling method is proposed to improve the accuracy of the scanning system; second, based on the point cloud of the 3D glass cover obtained by the scanning system, a point cloud registration method is presented by integrating the motion and 3D features; finally, the laser tracker is further used to calibrate the scanning system to analyze the mechanical error. Experimental results show that the introduction of straightness error and perpendicularity error can effectively solve the mismatch and fault problems of point cloud registration, and improve the accuracy of the scanning system. In addition, the registration method proposed in this paper can effectively reconstruct the complete point cloud of 3D glass cover for detection. The reconstruction accuracy of the plane part can reach 0.031 mm, and that of the curved part can reach 0.091 mm.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Mucinous adenocarcinoma (MC) is the second most common pathological type of colon carcinoma (CC). Colon cancer liver metastases (CLMs) are common and lethal, and complete resection of the primary tumour and metastases for CLM patients would be beneficial. However, there is still no consensus on the role of surgery for MC with liver metastases (M-CLM). METHODS Patients diagnosed with M-CLM or classical adenocarcinoma with CLM (A-CLM) from 2010 to 2013 in the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database were retrieved. The clinicopathological features and overall survival (OS) and cancer-specific survival (CSS) data were compared and analysed. RESULTS The results showed that the M-CLM group had a larger tumour size, more right colon localizations, higher pT and pN stages, more female patients, and more retrieved and positive lymph nodes and accounted for a higher proportion of surgeries than the A-CLM group. The OS and CSS of M-CLM patients who underwent any type of surgery were significantly better than those of patients who did not undergo any surgery, but poorer than those of A-CLM patients who underwent surgery. Meanwhile, the OS and CSS of M-CLM and A-CLM patients who did not undergo any surgery were comparable. Compared with hemicolectomy, partial colectomy led to similar or better OS and CSS for M-CLM, and surgery was an independent protective factor for long-term survival in M-CLM. CONCLUSIONS M-CLM had distinct clinicopathological characteristics from A-CLM, and surgery could improve the survival and is an independent favourable prognostic factor for M-CLM. In addition, partial colectomy might be a non-inferiority choice as hemicolectomy for M-CLM according to the results from this study.

Abstract
Autism spectrum disorder is a neurodevelopmental disorder (NDD) with complex genetic architecture marked primarily by social and communication impairments along with deficits in restrictive and repetitive behaviors. Due to the complex nature and genetic heterogeneity of the disease, genotype and phenotype correlation remains challenging. Prior studies have implicated RALGAPB as a candidate gene for ASD, but stringent analysis is required to determine the pathogenicity. By targeted sequencing, we identified a new de novo RALGAPB missense variant (c.1238C> T; p.T413M) in an ASD family. By leveraging published large-scale genome sequencing studies, we curated five de novo likely gene-disruptive (LGD) variants and 5 de novo missense variants in ASD and related NDDs and revealed a genome-wide significant excess of RALGAPB de novo LGD variants (P_adjust = 0.0053). Quantitative reverse transcription PCR revealed that the frameshift variant c.1927dupA; p.N643fs*3 reduced mRNA expression levels confirming the loss-of-function effect. Co-expression analysis using human brain transcriptome data provide the potential functional link of RALGAPB and 38 ASD and/or NDD genes. Our study suggests RALGAPB as a new NDD risk gene which should be considered in clinical diagnosis of ASD and related NDDs.

Abstract
Background: Although increasing evidences showed a correlation between cholecystectomy and the prevalence rate of colorectal cancer (CRC), and shed light on gut microbiota in colorectal pathogenesis, only a few studies focused on microbial alterations after cholecystectomy, and its sequent role in carcinogenesis and progression of CRC has not been reported. Thus, we aimed to investigate the bacterial alterations and tried to clarify their clinical significance. Methods: 104 subjects were enrolled and divided into post-cholecystectomy patients (PC, n = 52) and healthy controls (HC, n = 52). To investigate the bacterial role in carcinogenesis, PC patients were further separated into preCA_CRC (patients with precancerous lesions and/or CRC, n = 9) and non-CA (patients without precancerous lesions and CRC, n = 43) based on the histopathology. Qualified stool samples were collected for 16S rRNA gene sequencing to analyze the bacterial profile. Results: Our data showed noteworthy compositional and abundant alterations of bacterial microbiota in PC patients, characterized as Bacteroides ovatus, Prevotella copri, and Fusobacterium varium remarkably increased; Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, Roseburia faecis, and Bifidobacterium adolescentis significantly decreased. Additionally, the duration after cholecystectomy was the critical factor that affected bacterial composition. Machine learning-based analysis showed a pivotal role of Megamonas funiformis in discriminating PC from HC subjects and involving in the progression of CRC. Conclusions: The bacterial dysbiosis may associate with CRC in PC patients, and the duration after cholecystectomy was highlighted as an important factor. Altered bacterial microbiota was likely to play a pivotal role in related-disease in the long-term follow-up of PC patients.

Abstract
Bispecific antibodies (BsAbs), with a unique mechanism of recognizing two different epitopes or antigens, have shown potential in various therapeutic areas. Molecular characterization of BsAbs' epitopes not only allows for detailed understanding of their mechanism of actions but also guides the design and selection of drug candidate molecules. In this study, we illustrate the practical utility of an integrated approach, including size exclusion chromatography with multiangle light scattering and native mass spectrometry (MS) for the biophysical characterization of complex formation of a BsAb with two target antigens, cluster of differentiation 3 (CD3) and B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA). MS-based protein footprinting strategies, including hydrogen/deuterium exchange MS, fast photochemical oxidation of proteins, and carboxyl group footprinting with glycine ethyl ester, were further applied to determine BsAb's binding epitopes. This combination approach provides molecular details on the binding mechanisms of BsAb to the two distinct antigens with rapid output and high resolution.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 18 (CCL18) affects the malignant progression of varying cancers by activating chemokine receptors. Our previous work has shown that CCL18 promotes hyperplasia and invasiveness of oral cancer cells; however, the cognate receptors of CCL18 involved in the pathogenesis of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) have not yet been identified. This study aimed to investigate the molecular mechanisms which underlie promotive effects of CCL18 on OSCC progression by binding to functional receptors. METHODS The expression of CCL18 receptor-NIR1 in OSCC was determined by conducting western blot, immunofluorescence, and immunocytochemistry assays. Chi square test was applied to analyze the relationship between expression levels of NIR1 and clinicopathological variables. Recombinant CCL18 (rCCL18), receptor siRNA and JAK specific inhibitor (AG490) were used in experiments investigating the effects of the CCL18-NIR1 axis on growth of cancer cells (i.e., proliferation, and metastasis), epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and the activation of the JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway. RESULTS NIR1 as functional receptor of CCL18 in OSCC, was found to be significantly upregulated in OSCC and positively related to the TNM stage of OSCC patients. rCCL18 induced the phenotypical alterations in oral cancer cells including cell growth, metastasis and EMT. The JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway was confirmed to be a downstream pathway mediating the effects of CCL18 in OSCC. AG490 and knockdown of NIR1 could block the effects of rCCL18-induced OSCC. CONCLUSION CCL18 can promote the progression of OSCC by binding NIR1, and the CCL18-NIR1 axis can activate JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway. The identification of the mechanisms underlying CCL18-mediated promotion of OSCC progression could highlight potential therapeutic targets for treating oral cancer.

Abstract
Programmed cell death-1 (PD-1), an antigen co-receptor on cell surfaces, is one of the conspicuous immune checkpoints. Nivolumab, a monoclonal antibody therapeutic approved by the FDA, binds to PD-1 and efficiently blocks its pathways. In this study, an integrated approach was developed to map the epitope/paratope of PD-1/nivolumab. The approach includes hydrogen-deuterium exchange mass spectrometry (HDX-MS) followed by electron-transfer dissociation (ETD), chemical cross-linking, and molecular docking. HDX-ETD offers some binding-site characterization with amino acid resolution. Chemical cross-linking provides complementary information on one additional epitope (i.e., the BC-loop) and a potential paratope at the N-terminus of the heavy chain. Furthermore, cross-linking identifies another loop region (i.e., the C'D-loop) that undergoes a remote conformational change. The distance restraints derived from the cross-links enable building high-confidence models of PD-1/nivolumab, evaluated with respect to a resolved crystal structure. This integrated strategy is an opportunity to characterize comprehensively other antigen-antibody interactions, to enable the understanding of binding mechanisms, and to design future antibody therapeutics.

Abstract
Kinesin superfamily proteins (KIFs) comprise a family of molecular motors that transport membranous organelles and protein complexes in a microtubule- and ATP-dependent manner, with multiple roles in cancers. Little is known about the function of KIFs in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Here, we investigate the roles of KIFs in the prognosis and progression of HCC. Upregulation of eight KIFs (KIF2C, KIF4A, KIF10, KIF11, KIF14, KIF18B, KIF20A, and KIF23) was found to be significantly associated with the tumor stage and pathological tumor grade of HCC patients. Additionally, a high expression of these eight KIFs was significantly associated with shorter overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS) in patients with HCC. Cox regression analysis showed the mRNA expression levels of these eight KIF members to be independent prognostic factors for worse outcomes in HCC. Moreover, a risk score model based on the mRNA levels of the eight KIF members effectively predicted the OS rate of patients with HCC. Additional experiments revealed that downregulation of each of the eight KIFs effectively decreased the proliferation and increased the G1 arrest of liver cancer cells in vitro. Taken together, these results indicate that KIF2C/4A/10/11/14/18B/20A/23 may serve as prognostic biomarkers for survival and potential therapeutic targets in HCC patients.

Abstract
In this study, a photocatalyst S-doped WO3 was successfully synthesized by the hydrothermal method. The prepared undoped and S-doped WO3 samples were then characterized by XRD, SEM, XPS, and UV-vis DRS. The results showed that the band gap energy of S-doped WO3 was lower than that of the undoped WO3, which led to a better absorption of visible light. Furthermore, the results of XPS analysis suggested that the doping with S element resulted in an increase in lattice oxygen vacancies on the surface of S-WO3, which could effectively improve the photocatalytic activity. The photocatalytic performance of the S-WO3 samples were evaluated by the measurement of methylene blue (MB) degradation under visible light irradiation. The experimental results demonstrated that S-doped WO3 sample exhibited a much better photodegradation performance compared to undoped WO3, with the maximum MB removal efficiency of 78.7% for the 5% S-WO3 sample. Based on the above results, the mechanisms of photodegradation of MB by S-WO3 were discussed.

Abstract
Major histocompatibility complex class I chain-related A and B (MICA/B) are cell-surface proteins that act as ligands to natural killer cell receptors, NKG2D, expressed on immune cells. Prevention of proteolytic shedding of MICA/B to retain their integrity on the cell surface has become a therapeutic strategy in immuno-oncology. Given the unique mechanism of MICA/B shedding, structural characterization of MICA/B and therapeutic agent interaction is important in the drug discovery process. In this study, we describe the practical utility of hydrogen/deuterium exchange mass spectrometry (HDX-MS) in epitope mapping studies of a cohort of four monoclonal antibodies targeting MICA in a rapid manner. HDX-MS followed by electron-transfer dissociation allows high-resolution refinement of binding epitopes. This integrated strategy offers, for the first time, molecular-level understanding of MICA's conformational dynamics in solution as well as the unique mechanism of actions of these antibodies in targeting MICA. Abstract
With the prevailing application of new materials and the higher requirements for the quality and efficiency of production in the equipment manufacturing industry, traditional assembly methods can hardly meet the needs of large-scale production, especially in the field of high-precision assembly. Robot assembly guided by visual perception has become the key of the research in the field of engineering technology. It requires higher accuracy of robot visual perception and the control over force, position and so on. However, in 3C assembly, most products are made of transparent materials such as glass. Because of the transparency and specular reflection of the surface, 3D reconstruction of transparent objects is a very difficult problem in computer vision, in that the traditional visual perception methods could not be accurate enough. The present research proposes a bionic active sensing algorithm for 3D perception and reconstruction and realizes high-precision 3D by applying the registration algorithm. The purpose is to solve the problems existing in the traditional visual perception method, such as difficulties in achieving active sensing, low accuracy of point clouds registration, and complex computation. The results of the experiments show that the present method is efficient and accurate in 3D reconstruction. It reduces the planar reconstruction error to 0.064 mm and the surface reconstruction error to 0.177 mm.
