Abstract
Low viscosity photo-curable benzoxazines (BZs) are designed and synthesized for use in stereolithography 3D printing. An initial investigation shows that the thermally polymerized polybenzoxazines (PBZs) have remarkably high Tg (264 °C) and flexural modulus (4.91 GPa) values. Subsequently, the formulated photoprintable resins are employed for use in high-resolution projection micro-stereolithography (PμSL) printing. Complex PBZ 3D structures can be achieved from the as-printed objects after they are thermally treated. These findings advance the design of BZ monomers for photopolymerization-based 3D printing and offer a method for the efficient fabrication of high-performance thermosets for various demanding engineering applications.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Early postanal growth of preterm infants has many effects on early and late health. However, evidence on growth pattern in Chinese preterm infant population during early life is insufficient. This study aims to describe the growth trajectory, catch-up growth, and risk of overweight of preterm infants during the first 2 years of life in a Chinese community population. METHODS All preterm infants (n = 10,624) received routine childcare in one primary maternal and child healthcare network in 8 years were included. Body weight and length/height at corrected age (CA) 40 weeks, CA 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 18 months, and 24 months were extracted and converted to z-scores based on the World Health Organization (WHO) standards. According to the intrauterine growth status, infants were divided into small for gestational age (SGA), appropriate for gestational age (AGA), and large for gestational age (LGA) infants. Changes of z-score were used to describe the growth velocity. Generalized estimating equation (GEE) model was used to analyze growth trajectory trends over time. RESULTS Body weight and length/height were overall above the WHO standards during the first 2 years of life. Z-score increased significantly by 0.08 (95% CI: 0.06-0.10) in weight and 0.07 (95% CI: 0.04-0.09) in length/height from CA 40 weeks to 3 months and then levelled off until CA 24 months after adjustment. Almost 90% of AGA and LGA infants achieved growth targets (≥25th percentile of WHO standards), and over 85% of SGA infants achieved catch-up growth (≥10th percentile of WHO standards) before CA 24 months. However, the risk of overweight appeared during this period, with the proportion of infants with the risk of overweight being at the peak at CA 3 months (25.6% of all preterm infants and 39.4% of LGA infants). Growth trajectories of SGA showed increasing trends, but those of LGA showed decreasing trends during the first 2 years. CONCLUSIONS Body weight and length/height of preterm infants are above the WHO standards in the Chinese community population during the first 2 years of life. Catch-up growth is accompanied by risk of overweight as early as CA 3 months. (349 words).

Abstract
From 1985 to 2016, the prevalence of underweight decreased, and that of obesity and severe obesity increased, in most regions, with significant variation in the magnitude of these changes across regions. We investigated how much change in mean body mass index (BMI) explains changes in the prevalence of underweight, obesity, and severe obesity in different regions using data from 2896 population-based studies with 187 million participants. Changes in the prevalence of underweight and total obesity, and to a lesser extent severe obesity, are largely driven by shifts in the distribution of BMI, with smaller contributions from changes in the shape of the distribution. In East and Southeast Asia and sub-Saharan Africa, the underweight tail of the BMI distribution was left behind as the distribution shifted. There is a need for policies that address all forms of malnutrition by making healthy foods accessible and affordable, while restricting unhealthy foods through fiscal and regulatory restrictions.

Abstract
Abstract
Background
Studies have found possible physiologic changes to esophageal motility with aging that are not currently taken into account in routine high-definition esophageal manometry (HDEM) interpretation.
Aims
We aimed to quantify the relationship between these physiologic changes and aging to improve HDEM interpretation.
Methods
We conducted a retrospective analysis of medical records for all patients who underwent HDEM at a tertiary hospital center between January 2015 and December 2019. Inclusion criteria were patients ≥18 years with normal HDEM. Exclusion criteria were abnormal HDEM; abnormal upper digestive endoscopy or imagery. Outcomes were median integrated relaxation pressure (IRP); mean lower esophageal sphincter (LES) pressure; mean distal contractal integral (DCI); mean distal latency (DL); mean peristaltic break (PB) according to the v3.0 Chicago classification criteria. Data was extracted from electronic patient medical records into a database for analysis. Effect of age on outcomes was examined through univariate and multivariate linear regression analysis.

We identified 1917 patients with HDEM and included 790 patients with normal exams [mean age 55.8 yrs (IQR 46 – 66), 64% female]. Indications for HDEM included dysphagia (41.3%); gastroesophageal reflux disease (29.2%); chest pain (11.0%); other (13.3%). There was a statistically significant relationship between age and IRP [Coef=0.08 (95%CI 0.05 – 0.1), p<0.001, R^2=0.04] as well as DCI [Coef=10.9 (95%CI 4.1 – 17.8), p=0.002, R^2=0.01] and DL [Coef=-0.01 (95%CI -0.02 – -0.002), p=0.01, R^2=0.008]. No statistically significant relationship was found between age and LES pressure [Coef=0.03 (95%CI -0.01 – 0.08), p=0.16] or PB [Coef=0.007 (95%CI -0.002 – 0.016), p=0.14]. Multivariate analysis showed statistically significant relationships between IRP and age (p<0.001), BMI (p=0.001), NSAID use (p=0.034), and female sex (p=0.048).
Conclusions
We found that IRP, DCI, and DL are significantly correlated with the normal aging process. Modifications could therefore be considered for normal diagnostic cutoffs for both age extremes to prevent over or under-diagnosis of motility disorders.

Abstract
Savolitinib (AZD6094, HMPL-504, volitinib) is an oral, bioavailable, selective MET-tyrosine kinase inhibitor. This randomized, double-blind, 3-way, crossover phase 1 study of savolitinib versus moxifloxacin (positive control) and placebo-evaluated effects on the QT interval after a single savolitinib dose. Healthy non-Japanese men were randomized to 1 of 6 treatment sequences, receiving single doses of savolitinib 600 mg, moxifloxacin 400 mg, and placebo. The primary end point was time-matched, placebo-adjusted change from baseline in the QT interval corrected for the time between corresponding points on 2 consecutive R waves on electrocardiogram (RR) by the Fridericia formula (ΔΔQTcF). Secondary end points included 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) variables, pharmacokinetics, and safety. All 3 treatment periods were completed by 44 of 45 participants (98%). Baseline demographics were balanced across treatment groups. After a single savolitinib 600-mg dose, the highest least-squares mean ΔΔQTcF of 12 milliseconds was observed 5 hours postdose. Upper limits of the 2-sided 90% confidence interval for ΔΔQTcF exceeded 10 milliseconds (the prespecified International Council for Harmonisation limit) 3-6 hours postsavolitinib but otherwise remained less than the threshold. Savolitinib showed no additional effect on PR, QRS, QT, or RR intervals. A positive ΔΔQTcF signal from the moxifloxacin group confirmed study validity. Savolitinib was well tolerated, with a low incidence of adverse events. In this thorough QT/QTc study, QTcF prolongation was observed with a single savolitinib 600-mg dose. ECG monitoring will be implemented in ongoing and future studies of savolitinib to assess the clinical relevance of the observed QT changes from this study.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the association of folate and vitamin B12 in early pregnancy with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) risk. RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODS The data of this study were from a subcohort within the Shanghai Preconception Cohort Study. We included pregnancies with red blood cell (RBC) folate and vitamin B12 measurements at recruitment (between 9 and 13 gestational weeks) and those with three samples available for glucose measurements under an oral glucose tolerance test. GDM was diagnosed between 24 and 28 weeks' gestation. Odds ratio (OR) and 95% CI of having GDM was used to quantify the association. RESULTS A total of 1,058 pregnant women were included, and GDM occurred in 180 (17.01%). RBC folate and vitamin B12 were significantly higher in pregnancies with GDM than those without GDM (P values were 0.045 and 0.002, respectively) and positively correlated with 1-h and 2-h serum glucose. Daily folic acid supplementation in early pregnancy increases the risk of GDM; OR (95% CI) was 1.73 (1.19-2.53) (P = 0.004). Compared with RBC folate <400 ng/mL, pregnancies with RBC folate ≥600 ng/mL were associated with ∼1.60-fold higher odds of GDM; the adjusted OR (95% CI) was 1.58 (1.03-2.41) (P = 0.033). A significant trend of risk effect on GDM risk across categories of RBC folate was observed (P trend = 0.021). Vitamin B12 was significantly associated with GDM risk (OR 1.14 per 100 pg/mL; P = 0.002). No significant association of serum folate and percentile ratio of RBC folate/vitamin B12 with GDM was observed. CONCLUSIONS Higher maternal RBC folate and vitamin B12 levels in early pregnancy are significantly associated with GDM risk, while the balance of folate/vitamin B12 is not significantly associated with GDM.

Abstract
Background: Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a group of early-onset neurodevelopmental disorders. However, there is no valuable biomarker for the early diagnosis of ASD. Our large-scale and multi-center study aims to identify metabolic variations between ASD and healthy children and to investigate differential metabolites and associated pathogenic mechanisms. Methods: One hundred and seventeen autistic children and 119 healthy children were recruited from research centers of 7 cities. Urine samples were assayed by 1H-NMR metabolomics analysis to detect metabolic variations. Multivariate statistical analysis, including principal component analysis (PCA), and orthogonal projection to latent structure discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA), as well as univariate analysis were used to assess differential metabolites between the ASD and control groups. The differential metabolites were further analyzed by receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curve analysis and metabolic pathways analysis. Results: Compared with the control group, the ASD group showed higher levels of glycine, guanidinoacetic acid, creatine, hydroxyphenylacetylglycine, phenylacetylglycine, and formate and lower levels of 3-aminoisobutanoic acid, alanine, taurine, creatinine, hypoxanthine, and N-methylnicotinamide. ROC curve showed relatively significant diagnostic values for hypoxanthine [area under the curve (AUC) = 0.657, 95% CI 0.588 to 0.726], creatinine (AUC = 0.639, 95% CI 0.569 to 0.709), creatine (AUC = 0.623, 95% CI 0.552 to 0.694), N-methylnicotinamide (AUC = 0.595, 95% CI 0.523 to 0.668), and guanidinoacetic acid (AUC = 0.574, 95% CI 0.501 to 0.647) in the ASD group. Combining the metabolites creatine, creatinine and hypoxanthine, the AUC of the ROC curve reached 0.720 (95% CI 0.659 to 0.777). Significantly altered metabolite pathways associated with differential metabolites were glycine, serine and threonine metabolism, arginine and proline metabolism, and taurine and hypotaurine metabolism. Conclusions: Urinary amino acid metabolites were significantly altered in children with ASD. Amino acid metabolic pathways might play important roles in the pathogenic mechanisms of ASD.

Abstract
Objective: By comparing the diagnotic results and complications of pneumoconiosis patients with work-related injury insurance and non-work-related injury insurance, to provide reference for improving the medical insurance of pneumoconiosis patients. Methods: In May 2019, the diagnotic results and complications of 3204 patients with pneumoconiosis who were hospitalized in the second department of Hunan Prevention and Treatment Institute for Occupational Diseases from January 2017 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Among the 3204 patients, 896 cases (28.0%) were in stage I, 790 cases (24.6%) were in stage II, and 1518 cases (47.4%) were in stage III. 1490 cases (46.5%) of pneumoconiosis patients have complications, mainly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) (42.3%, 1354/3204) and lung infection (23.6%, 755/3204) . 584 cases (18.2%) were covered by work-related injury insurance, and the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis patients was mainly in the stage I (61.0%, 356/584) . 2620 cases (81.8%) were covered by non-work-related injury insurance, and the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis patients was mainly in the stage III (56.0%, 1466/2620) . The complication rate of non-work-related injury insurance patients (50.1%, 1312/2620) was higher than that of work-related injury insurance patients (30.5%, 178/584) (χ(2)=73.72, P<0.01) . Conclusion: The inpatients with pneumoconiosis in Hunan Province are still mainly covered by non-work-related injury insurance, and the diagnotic period and complication rate are significantly higher than those of work-related injury insurance patients. Therefore, pneumoconiosis patients should be provided with medical security, early diagnosis and early intervention, to prevent and delay the occurrence of complications.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The objective was to evaluate the impact of different forms of iron including myoglobin, hemin, and ferric chloride on the quality of chicken breast meat. METHODS Chicken breast muscles were subjected to 1, 2, 3 mg/mL of FeCl3, myoglobin and hemin treatment respectively, and the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and malondialdehyde, meat color, tenderness, water holding capacity and morphology of meat was evaluated. RESULTS Hemin was found to produce more ROS and induce greater extent of lipid oxidation than myoglobin and ferric chloride. However, it showed that hemin could significantly increase the redness and decrease the lightness of the muscle. Hemin was also shown to be prominent in improving water holding capacity of meat, maintaining a relatively higher level of the immobilized water from low-field nuclear magnetic resonance measurements. Morphology observation by hematoxylin-eosin staining further confirmed the results that hemin preserved the integrity of the muscle. CONCLUSION The results indicated that hemin may have economic benefit for the industry based on its advantage in improving water holding capacity and quality of meat.

Height and body-mass index trajectories of school-aged children and adolescents from 1985 to 2019 in 200 countries and territories: a pooled analysis of 2181 population-based studies with 65 million participants. Abstract
BACKGROUND Comparable global data on health and nutrition of school-aged children and adolescents are scarce. We aimed to estimate age trajectories and time trends in mean height and mean body-mass index (BMI), which measures weight gain beyond what is expected from height gain, for school-aged children and adolescents. METHODS For this pooled analysis, we used a database of cardiometabolic risk factors collated by the Non-Communicable Disease Risk Factor Collaboration. We applied a Bayesian hierarchical model to estimate trends from 1985 to 2019 in mean height and mean BMI in 1-year age groups for ages 5-19 years. The model allowed for non-linear changes over time in mean height and mean BMI and for non-linear changes with age of children and adolescents, including periods of rapid growth during adolescence. FINDINGS We pooled data from 2181 population-based studies, with measurements of height and weight in 65 million participants in 200 countries and territories. In 2019, we estimated a difference of 20 cm or higher in mean height of 19-year-old adolescents between countries with the tallest populations (the Netherlands, Montenegro, Estonia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina for boys; and the Netherlands, Montenegro, Denmark, and Iceland for girls) and those with the shortest populations (Timor-Leste, Laos, Solomon Islands, and Papua New Guinea for boys; and Guatemala, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Timor-Leste for girls). In the same year, the difference between the highest mean BMI (in Pacific island countries, Kuwait, Bahrain, The Bahamas, Chile, the USA, and New Zealand for both boys and girls and in South Africa for girls) and lowest mean BMI (in India, Bangladesh, Timor-Leste, Ethiopia, and Chad for boys and girls; and in Japan and Romania for girls) was approximately 9-10 kg/m2. In some countries, children aged 5 years started with healthier height or BMI than the global median and, in some cases, as healthy as the best performing countries, but they became progressively less healthy compared with their comparators as they grew older by not growing as tall (eg, boys in Austria and Barbados, and girls in Belgium and Puerto Rico) or gaining too much weight for their height (eg, girls and boys in Kuwait, Bahrain, Fiji, Jamaica, and Mexico; and girls in South Africa and New Zealand). In other countries, growing children overtook the height of their comparators (eg, Latvia, Czech Republic, Morocco, and Iran) or curbed their weight gain (eg, Italy, France, and Croatia) in late childhood and adolescence. When changes in both height and BMI were considered, girls in South Korea, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and some central Asian countries (eg, Armenia and Azerbaijan), and boys in central and western Europe (eg, Portugal, Denmark, Poland, and Montenegro) had the healthiest changes in anthropometric status over the past 3·5 decades because, compared with children and adolescents in other countries, they had a much larger gain in height than they did in BMI. The unhealthiest changes-gaining too little height, too much weight for their height compared with children in other countries, or both-occurred in many countries in sub-Saharan Africa, New Zealand, and the USA for boys and girls; in Malaysia and some Pacific island nations for boys; and in Mexico for girls. INTERPRETATION The height and BMI trajectories over age and time of school-aged children and adolescents are highly variable across countries, which indicates heterogeneous nutritional quality and lifelong health advantages and risks. Abstract
We present a search for the direct production of a light pseudoscalar a decaying into two photons with the Belle II detector at the SuperKEKB collider. We search for the process e^{+}e^{-}→γa, a→γγ in the mass range 0.2<m_{a}<9.7 GeV/c^{2} using data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of (445±3) pb^{-1}. Light pseudoscalars interacting predominantly with standard model gauge bosons (so-called axionlike particles or ALPs) are frequently postulated in extensions of the standard model. We find no evidence for ALPs and set 95% confidence level upper limits on the coupling strength g_{aγγ} of ALPs to photons at the level of 10^{-3} GeV^{-1}. The limits are the most restrictive to date for 0.2<m_{a}<1 GeV/c^{2}.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Birth defects are the main cause of fetal death, infant mortality and morbidity worldwide. However, the etiology of birth defects remains largely unknown. Maternal folate status during periconception plays an important role in organogenesis and folic acid supplement reduces the risk of neural tube defects, congenital heart diseases, and several other birth defects. This trial seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of folate-oriented tertiary interventions during periconception on the incidence of fetus and birth defects. METHODS This is a single-blind, two-arm cluster randomized controlled trial in Shanghai, China. Eligible women from 22 clusters are recruited at pre-pregnancy physical examinations clinical settings. Compared to the routine perinatal care group (control arm), folate-oriented tertiary interventions will be provided to the intervention arm. The core interventions consist of assessments of folate status and metabolism, folate intake guidance, and re-evaluation of folate status to ensure red blood cell folate level above 400 ng/ml (906 nmol/L) before pregnancy. Screening and consulting of fetus and birth defects, and treatments of birth defects during pregnancy and afterward will be provided to both arms. The primary outcome is a composite incidence of fetus defects, stillbirth, and neonatal birth defects identified from the confirmation of pregnancy to 28 days after birth. Secondary outcomes include maternal and offspring adverse complications and cost-effectiveness of folate-oriented tertiary interventions. This protocol adheres to the SPIRIT Checklist. DISCUSSION To achieve the recommended folate status before or during pregnancy is still a challenge worldwide. This community-based cluster-randomized controlled intervention trial will evaluate the effectiveness of a package of interventions aiming at achieving recommended maternal folate status covering pre- and during pregnancy in reducing fetus and birth defects. Our study has the potential to improve the community-based practice of reducing modifiable risk factors of disease and improving primary prevention of the defects in China. The procedures would formulate the policy on folic acid supplementation during periconception against birth defects in primary care settings. TRIAL REGISTRATION Clinical Trial Registry, NCT03725878 . Abstract
This study aimed to obtain the first national estimate of the prevalence of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in Chinese children. We targeted the population of 6 to 12-year-old children for this prevalence study by multistage convenient cluster sampling. The Modified Chinese Autism Spectrum Rating Scale was used for the screening process. Of the target population of 142,086 children, 88.5% (n = 125,806) participated in the study. A total of 363 children were confirmed as having ASD. The observed ASD prevalence rate was 0.29% (95% CI: 0.26%-0.32%) for the overall population. After adjustment for response rates, the estimated number of ASD cases was 867 in the target population sample, thereby achieving an estimated prevalence of 0.70% (95% CI: 0.64%-0.74%). The prevalence was significantly higher in boys than in girls (0.95%; 95% CI: 0.87%-1.02% versus 0.30%; 95% CI: 0.26%-0.34%; P < 0.001). Of the 363 confirmed ASD cases, 43.3% were newly diagnosed, and most of those (90.4%) were attending regular schools, and 68.8% of the children with ASD had at least one neuropsychiatric comorbidity. Our findings provide reliable data on the estimated ASD prevalence and comorbidities in Chinese children.

Waist-to-height ratio as a screening tool for cardiometabolic risk in children and adolescents: a nationwide cross-sectional study in China. BMJ Open 2020; 10:e037040. [PMID: 32565476 PMCID: PMC7311015 DOI: 10.1136/bmjopen-2020-037040] [Citation(s) in RCA: 15] [Impact Index Per Article: 3.8] [Reference Citation Analysis] [Abstract] [Key Words] [MESH Headings] [Grants] [Track Full Text] [Download PDF] [Journal Information] [Submit a Manuscript] [Subscribe] [Scholar Register] [Indexed: 12/12/2022] Open
Abstract
OBJECTIVES To demonstrate the accuracy and flexibility of using waist-to-height ratio (WHtR) as a screening tool for identifying children and adolescents with cardiometabolic risk (CMR) across a wide range of prevalence levels among general paediatric populations. DESIGN A nationwide population-based cross-sectional study with all data collected at school settings in six cities of China. PARTICIPANTS A total of 8130 children and adolescents aged 7-18 years with complete anthropometric and CMR measurements based on blood tests were recruited. OUTCOME MEASURES Elevated blood pressure, dyslipidaemia, elevated fasting blood glucose and central obesity were measured. The primary outcome, CMRs, was defined as meeting three or more of the above risk factors. The accuracy of WHtR for identifying CMRs was evaluated using areas under the curves (AUCs) with 95% CI of the receiver operating characteristic curve. The predictability of WHtR at given CMRs prevalence levels was estimated by positive predictive value (PPV) and negative predictive value. RESULTS Overall, 6.1% of study participants were presented with CMRs. WHtR had high AUCs ranging from 0.84 (95% CI 0.81 to 0.88) to 0.88 (95% CI 0.86 to 0.90) in the total population and age-subgroup and gender-subgroup. The overall optimal WHtR cut-off value was 0.467, with boys having a higher cut-off than girls (0.481 vs 0.456). WHtR achieved an overall sensitivity of 0.89 and PPV of 18.8% at a specificity of 0.75. The screening performance of WHtR remained satisfactory across a wide range of given CMRs prevalence levels (5%, 10% and 20%). CONCLUSION WHtR as a screening tool could accurately and flexibly identify children affected with the clusters of three or more of CMR factors from the general paediatric population with various CMR prevalence levels. Our findings provide support for policy-making on early CMR identification and management in the high-risk group of children.

Abstract
High blood cholesterol is typically considered a feature of wealthy western countries1,2. However, dietary and behavioural determinants of blood cholesterol are changing rapidly throughout the world3 and countries are using lipid-lowering medications at varying rates. These changes can have distinct effects on the levels of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol and non-HDL cholesterol, which have different effects on human health4,5. However, the trends of HDL and non-HDL cholesterol levels over time have not been previously reported in a global analysis. Here we pooled 1,127 population-based studies that measured blood lipids in 102.6 million individuals aged 18 years and older to estimate trends from 1980 to 2018 in mean total, non-HDL and HDL cholesterol levels for 200 countries. Globally, there was little change in total or non-HDL cholesterol from 1980 to 2018. This was a net effect of increases in low- and middle-income countries, especially in east and southeast Asia, and decreases in high-income western countries, especially those in northwestern Europe, and in central and eastern Europe. As a result, countries with the highest level of non-HDL cholesterol-which is a marker of cardiovascular risk-changed from those in western Europe such as Belgium, Finland, Greenland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and Malta in 1980 to those in Asia and the Pacific, such as Tokelau, Malaysia, The Philippines and Thailand. In 2017, high non-HDL cholesterol was responsible for an estimated 3.9 million (95% credible interval 3.7 million-4.2 million) worldwide deaths, half of which occurred in east, southeast and south Asia. The global repositioning of lipid-related risk, with non-optimal cholesterol shifting from a distinct feature of high-income countries in northwestern Europe, north America and Australasia to one that affects countries in east and southeast Asia and Oceania should motivate the use of population-based policies and personal interventions to improve nutrition and enhance access to treatment throughout the world.

Abstract
Theories beyond the standard model often predict the existence of an additional neutral boson, the Z^{'}. Using data collected by the Belle II experiment during 2018 at the SuperKEKB collider, we perform the first searches for the invisible decay of a Z^{'} in the process e^{+}e^{-}→μ^{+}μ^{-}Z^{'} and of a lepton-flavor-violating Z^{'} in e^{+}e^{-}→e^{±}μ^{∓}Z^{'}. We do not find any excess of events and set 90% credibility level upper limits on the cross sections of these processes. We translate the former, in the framework of an L_{μ}-L_{τ} theory, into upper limits on the Z^{'} coupling constant at the level of 5×10^{-2}-1 for M_{Z^{'}}≤6 GeV/c^{2}.

Abstract
With the trend of device miniaturization and higher integration, polymer composites with high thermal conductivity are highly desirable for efficient removal of accumulated heat to maintain high performance of electronics. In this work, epoxy composites embedded with three-dimensional hexagonal boron nitride (BN) scaffold were fabricated. The BN-poly(vinylidene difluoride) (PVDF) scaffold was prepared by the salt template method using PVDF as the adhesive, while the corresponding epoxy composite was manufactured with vacuum-assisted impregnation. The epoxy/BN-PVDF composite exhibits high thermal conductivity with low loading of BN. The thermal conductivity of epoxy/BN-PVDF composite achieved 1.227 W/(m K) with 21 wt % BN, contributed by the constructed BN pathway held together by PVDF adhesive. In addition, PVDF could be further converted into carbon by thermal treatment, further enhancing the thermal conductivity of epoxy/BN-C composites through alleviating the phonon scattering at the interfaces, eventually obtaining thermal conductivity of 1.466 W/(m K). This type of epoxy-based composite with high thermal conductivity is promising to be used as thermal management materials in advanced electronic devices.

Abstract
BACKGROUNDS Due to the decreasing eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori, some novel alternatives have been developed, such as bismuth-containing quadruple therapy and non-bismuth-containing quadruple therapy (sequential and concomitant treatment). Little is known about whether a success rate above 90% can be achieved with these regimens in Chinese children. METHODS In this prospective, open, comparative cross-sectional study, we recruited treatment-naïve children (aged between 6 and 18 years) with H pylori infection. The patients were assigned either standard triple therapy, sequential therapy, bismuth-based quadruple therapy, or concomitant therapy at the discretion of the prescribing physician. H pylori infection was evaluated at least 4 weeks after the completion of the treatment. A negative urea breath test (UBT) indicated successful eradication. The primary endpoint was the eradication frequency of H pylori in the full analysis set (FAS), which included all children who received at least one dose of the treatment and with available follow-up data. RESULTS Between September 2017 and December 2018, 228 patients were finally included in the FAS analyses. The eradication rates were 74.1% for standard triple therapy (43/58, [95% CI: 62.8%-85.5%]), 69.5% for sequential therapy (41/59, [95% CI: 57.8%-81.2%]), 89.8% for bismuth-based quadruple therapy (53/59, [95% CI: 82.1%-97.5%]), and 84.6% for concomitant therapy (44/52, [95% CI: 74.8%-94.4%]). Bismuth-based therapy was superior to triple therapy, while sequential therapy and concomitant therapy were not superior to triple therapy. The frequency of adverse events was 12.1% (7/58) in standard triple therapy, 6.8% (4/59) in sequential therapy, 15.3% (9/59) in bismuth-based therapy, and 15.4% (8/52) in concomitant therapy. The rate of adverse events was similar among the four groups. CONCLUSION Bismuth quadruple therapy can achieve an eradication rate of 89.8% as first-line treatment and is safe and well tolerated. Bismuth could be a promising alternative as a first-line regimen in Chinese children.
