Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) on treatment response and survival outcomes in patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (MM) receiving treatments with proteasome inhibitors and lenalidomide. METHODS We retrospectively collected the clinical data of newly diagnosed MM patients, who were eligible for ASCT and received proteasome inhibitors or lenalidomide-based treatment in our hospital from January, 2015 to December, 2019. The patients were divided into transplantation group and non-transplantation group, and in transplantation group, the patients received 4 to 6 courses of induction therapy with proteasome inhibitors or lenalidomide before ASCT, while those in the non-transplantation group received more than 8 courses of induction and consolidation therapy with proteasome inhibitors or lenalidomide-based regimens. The therapeutic efficacy and survival outcomes of the patinets were compared between the two groups. RESULTS A total of 105 patients were enrolled in the study, including 48 (45.7%) in transplantation group and 57 (54.3%) in non-transplantation group. The two groups were matched for gender, age and treatment response after 4 courses of induction therapy (P > 0.05). The rate of optimal response before relapse differed significantly between the two groups (P=0.000), and the patients receiving ASCT had significantly higher rates of complete response (85.4% vs 54.4%, P= 0.001) and very good partial response or better (95.8% vs 73.7%, P=0.002) than those without ASCT. At the end of follow-up, the median progression-free survival in the transplantation group was not reached, as compared with 29 months in the nontransplantation group (P=0.013). The median overall survival (OS) in the two groups was not reached, but the OS was better in the transplant group than in the non-transplant group (P=0.022). CONCLUSION ASCT can further improve the depth of remission and survival outcomes in patients with newly diagnosed MM receiving treatments with proteasome inhibitors and lenalidomide.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the association between the expression of peritumoral circWDR25 (hsa-circRNA-0004310) secreted by hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) and the prognosis of the patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after curative resection. METHODS HSCs cell line LX-2 was co-cultured separately with 3 liver cancer cell lines (Hep3B, SMMC-7721, and HCCLM3) in Transwell chambers to obtain tumor cell-activated HSCs. The supernatants of HSC cultures were collected to isolate the exosomes, from which total RNA was extracted to detect circRNA expression profile. We also collected specimens of paracancerous liver tissues from 288 HCC patients undergoing radical resection in our department from January, 2014 to October, 2015, and the expression levels of circWDR25 and α-SMA were detected with in situ hybridization. Log-rank test and Cox regression analysis were used for univariate and multivariate analysis of the factors affecting the patients' prognosis, respectively. RESULTS Gene expression profiling revealed that the expression of circWDR25 was the most obviously up-regulated in the exosomes isolated from tumor-activated LX-2 cells. The expression of peritumoral circWDR25 was positively correlated with HSCs adjacent to the cancer loci (r=0.156, P=0.008). Multivariate analysis showed that a preoperative AST level >36 g/L, multiple tumors, a tumor diameter >5 cm, HSC>70, and circWDR25>190 were independent risk factors affecting the overall survival of HCC patients after radical resection; a preoperative AST level >36 g/L, multiple tumors, a tumor diameter >5 cm, presence of tumor thrombus, HSC>70, and circWDR25>190 were all independent risk factors for tumor-free survival in patients with liver cancer. CONCLUSION Peritumoral circWDR25 and HSCs are factors affecting the prognosis of HCC patients after radical hepatectomy, and their high expression in the adjacent tissues is closely related to a poor prognosis of the patients.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the population dynamics and Echinococcus infections in small rodents around human settlement in Yushu City, Qinghai Province. METHODS Rodents were captured using the mouse trap method in pastures from Batang Township and Longbao Township of Yushu City, Qinghai Province on May, August and October, 2018. The body weight and snout-vent length of all captured rodents were measured, and the species was identified according to the rodent morphology. Genomic DNA was extracted from rodent liver specimens and lesion specimens, and the mitochondrial cox1 gene of Echinococcus was amplified using PCR assay for identification of parasite species. In addition, the tissue specimens positive for PCR assay were sampled for pathological examinations. The prevalence of Echinococcus infections was estimated in rodents, and a phylogenetic tree was created based on Echinococcus cox1 gene sequences. RESULTS A total of 285 small rodents were captured, including 143 Ochotona curzoniae (50.2%), 141 Lasiopodomys fuscus (49.5%), and 1 Neodon irene (0.3%), and there was a remarkable variation in habitat selection among these three rodent species. The number of L. fuscus correlated positively with vegetation coverage (r = 0.350, P = 0.264), with the greatest number seen in August, and the number of O. curzoniae negatively with vegetation coverage (r = -0.371, P = 0.235), with the highest number seen in August and the lowest number in May. The female/male ratios of O. curzoniae and voles were 1:0.96 and 0.82:1, respectively. The body weight (r = 0.519, P < 0.01) and snout-vent length (r = 0.578, P < 0.01) of O. curzoniae showed a tendency towards a rise with month, while the body weight (r = -0.401, P < 0.01) and snout-vent length (r = -0.570, P < 0.01) of voles presented a tendency towards a reduction with month. No Echinococcus infection was detected in voles, while 2.1% prevalence of E. shiquicus infection was seen in O. curzoniae. Phylogenetic analysis revealed consistent sequences of cox1 gene from E. shiquicus in Yushu City of Qinghai Province and Shiqu County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province. CONCLUSIONS The small rodents around the human settlement in Yushu City of Qinghai Province mainly include O. curzoniae and L. fuscus, with the greatest numbers seen in May and August, respectively. Following the concerted efforts for echinococcosis control, the prevalence of Echinococcus infections is low in small rodents around the human settlement in Yushu City; however, there is still a risk of echinococcosis transmission.

Abstract
Objective: To introduce the design, manufacture and clinical application of the custom-made temporomandibular joint (TMJ)-skull base combined prosthesis and evaluate its safety, effectiveness and accuracy. Methods: The patients diagnosed with the TMJ-skull base lesion in Department of Oral Surgery, Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital from October 2016 to November 2020 were recruited in this study. The maxillofacial CT data for all the patients were obtained and transformed into the Mimics 18.0 software preoperatively. The custom-made TMJ-skull base combined prosthesis, included four components, was designed based on the anatomy, stress distribution and movement of the TMJ and skull base, and fabricated by three-dimensional printing and 5-axis milling technologies. The TMJ-skull base lesion was excised completely with the help of digital templates from modified preauricular and/or post and submandibular incisions. The combined prosthesis were implanted and fixed after the lesion resection. The examinations including general situation, cranio-maxillofacial structure and function were taken during and after surgery to assess its using effect. Results: Ten patients [6 females and 4 males, (43.2±13.6) years old] were included and all prostheses were positioned accurately and fixed excellently. After (29.4±17.3) months follow-up, the occlusion relationship was stable and no adverse symptoms such as dizziness, headache, meningeal irritation and permanent facial nerve injury occurred. The pain, diet, mandibular movement function, lateral movement to diseased side and mouth opening had significant improvements. The forward movement and lateral movement to normal side were not improved significantly. There were no prosthesis displacement, loosening and fracture in X-ray and CT postoperatively. With the pre and postoperative craniomaxillofacial model merging, the maximal implanted error was (0.52±0.17) mm for fossa and condyle and (1.62±0.26) mm for skull base and mandibular handle in surface deviation analysis. Conclusions: The custom-made TMJ-skull base combined prosthesis with customized design and 3D printing fabrication is safe, effective and precise in clinical application.

Abstract
Clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) is a common tumor type in genitourinary system and has a poor prognosis. Ubiquitin dependent modification systems have been reported in a variety of malignancies and have influenced tumor genesis and progression. However, the molecular characteristics and prognostic value of ubiquitin in ccRCC have not been systematically reported. In our study, 204 differentially expressed ubiquitin related genes (URGs) were identified from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) cohort, including 141 up-regulated and 63 down-regulated URGs. A total of seven prognostic related URGs (CDCA3, CHFR, CORO6, RNF175, TRIM72, VAV3, and WDR72) were identified by Cox regression analysis of differential URGs and used to construct a prognostic signature. Kaplan-Meier analysis confirmed that high-risk patients had a worse prognosis (P = 1.11e-16), and the predicted area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were 0.735 at 1 year, 0.702 at 3 years, and 0.744 at 5 years, showing good prediction accuracy. Stratified analysis showed that the URGs-based prognostic signature could be used to evaluate tumor progression in ccRCC. Further analysis confirmed that the signature is an independent prognostic factor related to the prognosis of ccRCC patients, which may help to reveal the molecular mechanism of ccRCC and provide potential diagnostic and prognostic markers for ccRCC.

Abstract
Post-transcriptional regulation plays a leading role in gene regulation and RNA binding proteins (RBPs) are the most important posttranscriptional regulatory protein. RBPs had been found to be abnormally expressed in a variety of tumors and is closely related to its occurrence and progression. However, the exact mechanism of RBPs in bladder cancer (BC) is unknown. We downloaded transcriptomic data of BC from the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database and used bioinformatics techniques for subsequent analysis. A total of 116 differentially expressed RBPs were selected, among which 61 were up-regulated and 55 were down-regulated. We then identified 12 prognostic RBPs including CTIF, CTU1, DARS2, ENOX1, IGF2BP2, LIN28A, MTG1, NOVA1, PPARGC1B, RBMS3, TDRD1, and ZNF106, and constructed a prognostic risk score model. Based on this model we found that patients in the high-risk group had poorer overall survival (P < 0.001), and the area under the receiver operator characteristic curve for this model was 0.677 for 1 year, 0.697 for 3 years, and 0.709 for 5 years. Next, we drew a nomogram based on the risk score and other clinical variables, which showed better predictive performance. Our findings contribute to a better understanding of the pathogenesis, progression and metastasis of BC. The model of these 12 genes has good predictive value and may have good prospects for improving clinical treatment regimens and patient prognosis.

Abstract
Combined vaccines contain two or more antigens. Research suggested that combined vaccines could prevent multi diseases and reduce the frequency of vaccination. This article focus on combined vaccines for children used both at home and abroad, such as diphtheria-pertussis-tetanus vaccine (DTaP), measles-rubella-mumps vaccine (MMR), etc. and summarizes their immunogenicity, safety and social values, including benefits to families, vaccination workers and health services, to provide evidence for promoting the research, development and use of combined vaccines in China. We found that combined vaccines can not only ensure the immunogenicity and safety, but also give convenient and lower cost vaccination to families, and using combined vaccines can improve the work efficiency of vaccination workers, reduce the impact of the epidemic on immunization services and improve vaccination coverage and timeliness. At present, the promotion of combined vaccines in China is restricted by many technical bottlenecks, high prices, and low awareness among people. It is recommended that research on the safety, effectiveness and health economics of combined vaccines should be strengthened, and the value of combined vaccines should be scientifically evaluated; the public's awareness and trust in combined vaccines should be enhanced, as well as the development and application of multi-linked multivalent vaccines should be promoted. The government should improve regulations to assist the development and application of combined vaccines.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the feasibility and safety of fetal intravascular transfusion via the intrahepatic vein in the treatment of fetal anemia. Methods: This was a retrospective analysis of all fetuses requiring intrauterine transfusion (IUT) in the Shanghai First Maternity and Infant Hospital between January 2010 and December 2019. According to the different ways of IUT, they were divided into intrahepatic venous transfusion group and umbilical venous transfusion group, fetal outcomes and the incidence of procedure-related complications between the two groups were compared. Results: A total of 97 IUTs were performed on 48 fetuses. Among them, 16 cases were performed in the intrahepatic vein (31 transfusions), 32 cases were performed in the cord of the umbilical vein (66 transfusions). There were no significant differences between the two groups in age, labor history and the proportion of fetal hydrops before the first transfusion. In the intrahepatic venous transfusion group, the posterior placenta was 14/16, which was significantly higher than 78% (25/32) in the umbilical venous transfusion group (P<0.01). The live-birth rates of the two groups were 13/16 and 75% (24/32). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Before intrahepatic venous transfusion, the proportion of fetal hydrops was significantly higher than that of umbilical venous transfusion [55% (17/31) vs 24% (16/66), P<0.05]. Puncture success rate of intrahepatic venous transfusion and umbilical venous transfusion were both 100%. In the umbilical venous transfasion group, the incidence of needle slippage (5%, 3/66) and the abnormality of fetal heart rate (11%, 7/66) were higher than those in the intrahepatic venous transfasion group [0 and 3% (1/31)], but there were no significant differences between the two groups (all P>0.05). There were no cases of fetal loss within 24 hours, premature rupture of membranes, infection within 7 days and emergency cesarean section after IUT in both groups. Conclusions: Fetal intravascular transfusion via the intrahepatic vein is safe and feasible in the treatment of fetal anemia. But the requirements of puncture technique are relatively high, so it is recommended to be carried out in experienced fetal treatment center.

Abstract
The observation of beam spin asymmetries in two-pion production in semi-inclusive deep inelastic scattering off an unpolarized proton target is reported. The data presented here were taken in the fall of 2018 with the CLAS12 spectrometer using a 10.6 GeV longitudinally spin-polarized electron beam delivered by CEBAF at JLab. The measured asymmetries provide the first opportunity to extract the parton distribution function e(x), which provides information about the interaction between gluons and quarks, in a collinear framework that offers cleaner access than previous measurements. The asymmetries also constitute the first ever signal sensitive to the helicity-dependent two-pion fragmentation function G_{1}^{⊥}. A clear sign change is observed around the ρ mass that appears in model calculations and is indicative of the dependence of the produced pions on the helicity of the fragmenting quark.

Abstract
Background Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are involved in a variety of human immune diseases. However, the expression profile and precise function of lncRNAs in allergic rhinitis (AR) remain unknown. In the present study, genome-wide analysis of lncRNA expression was performed in the nasal mucosa tissue and mRNA regulatory relationship was examined among patients with or without AR. Methods Microarray assays were performed and the differential expressions of lncRNAs or mRNA were verified through RT-PCR. The lncRNA functions were annotated using Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG). The potential regulatory relationships between lncRNAs and the co-expressed mRNAs were analyzed using Cytoscape software. The expressions of specific lncRNAs and mRNAs were examined using an in vitro cell model. Results A total of 57 lncRNAs and 127 mRNAs were dysregulated in the nasal mucosa tissue of patients with AR, compared to those of patients without AR (fold change > 2.0 and P < 0.05). GO and pathway analysis indicated that the lncRNA–co-expressed mRNAs were enriched in several biological processes and cellular signaling pathways related to AR, such as positive regulation of the integrin biosynthetic process, cell adhesion, and leukocyte transendothelial migration. Some lncRNAs regulated the co-expressed genes in a cis- and/or trans-regulatory manner. Furthermore, allergen exposure significantly increased the expression of lnc-CXCL12-4, CXCL12, and CXCR4 in BEAS-2B cells compared to untreated cells (P < 0.01). Conclusion The results of the present study suggest that lncRNAs participate in the biological pathways related to AR. Leukocyte transepithelial migration may be a potential target for lncRNAs to regulate allergic inflammation and CXCL12/CXCR4 axis plays an important role in the inflammatory process of AR. Abstract
Aim To profile molecular changes in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)‐induced experimental pulpitis in a rat model and explore the feasibility of a molecular‐based diagnostic strategy for pulpitis. Methodology Seventy‐three maxillary incisors of Sprague‐Dawley rats were used to establish pulpitis models with LPS. Inflammatory grading was performed in four equal sections of the pulp divided from the injured site to the root apex. An antibody array was used to compare the expression of 67 molecules between control pulp and inflamed pulp 12 and 72 h after LPS application. The levels of differentially expressed molecules in the control and inflamed pulp (collected at 3, 6, 9, 12, 24 and 72 h after LPS treatment) were examined via ELISA, and correlations between inflammatory scores and molecule expression were assessed. The molecule distributions in the pulp were investigated by immunofluorescence staining. Data were analysed with paired t‐test, one‐way anova, Kruskal–Wallis tests, and Spearman’s and Pearson’s correlations with significance set at P < 0.05. Results Polymorphonuclear neutrophils were observed in the injured site 3 h after LPS stimulation. Inflammatory infiltration peaked at 12 h and was limited to the injured site with osteodentine deposition at 72 h. Thirteen molecules were significantly differentially expressed between the control and LPS‐injured pulp. ELISA validated that tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase‐1 (TIMP‐1) expression dramatically peaked at 12 h (compared with other time points, P < 0.05) and returned to baseline at 72 h. The TIMP‐1 concentration was strongly correlated with inflammation severity in the apical three‐quarters of the pulp, and the strongest correlation was found in the lower‐middle quarter (r = 0.786, P < 0.001). Immunofluorescence staining revealed that in the apical three‐quarters of the pulp, TIMP‐1 expression was significantly higher in the 12 h group than in the control and 3, 6, 24 and 72 h groups (P < 0.01). Conclusion This study provides a molecular profile of LPS‐induced pulpitis in a rat model. TIMP‐1 had a strong positive correlation with the severity of dental pulp inflammation, verifying the feasibility of applying biomarkers to identify specific pathological conditions in pulpitis.

Abstract
Dyslipidemia is one of the main risk factors for coronary heart disease (CHD). The E3 ubiquitin ligase which is encoded by the ring finger protein 145 (RNF145) gene is very important in the mediation of cholesterol synthesis and effectively treats hypercholesterolemia. Thus, the purpose of the present research is to investigate the connection between the polymorphism of the RNF145 gene and cholesterol levels in the populations in Xinjiang, China. A total of 1396 participants (Male: 628, Female: 768) were included in this study for genetic analysis of RNF145 gene, and we used the modified multiple connection detection response (iMLDR) technology to label two SNPs (rs17056583, rs12188266) of RNF145 genotyping. The relationship between the genotypes and the lipid profiles was analyzed with general linear model analysis after adjusting confounding variables. Through the analysis of the two SNPs in RNF145 gene, we discovered that both rs17056583 and rs12188266 were related to total cholesterol (TC) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) concentrations (All P < 0.001). In addition, the association of rs17056583 and rs12188266 with lipid profiles concentrations is still statistically significant after multivariate adjustment of sex, age, smoking, obesity, drinking, diabetes, hypertension and lipid profiles. Meanwhile, we also found that rs17056583 was associated with high triglycerides concentrations before and after adjustment (All P < 0.001). Our study shows that both rs17056583 and rs12188266 SNPs of RNP145 gene are related to TC and LDL-C concentrations in Xinjiang population.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Osteogenic differentiation plays a crucial role in maintaining general bone homeostasis. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) and microRNAs (miRNAs) act as important regulators during the osteogenesis process. This study aimed to elucidate the mechanism of Potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily Q member 1 overlapping transcript 1 (KCNQ1OT1) in osteogenic differentiation. MATERIALS AND METHODS Quantitative Real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was conducted to detect the expression of KCNQ1OT1, osteonectin (OCN), osteopontin (OPN), runt-related transcription factor 2 (RUNX2), miR-320a, mothers against DPP homolog 5 (Smad5). Protein levels of OCN, OPN, RUNX2 and Smad5 were measured by Western blot assay. Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity detection assay was performed to examine the ALP activity. The interactions among KCNQ1OT1, miR-320a and Smad5 were determined by dual-luciferase reporter assay. RESULTS KCNQ1OT1, OCN, OPN and RUNX2 expression were enhanced in human bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hBMSCs) treated with osteogenic medium (OM). KCNQ1OT1 positively regulated OCN, OPN and RUNX2 expression and ALP activity of hBMSCs. Furthermore, KCNQ1OT1 directly bound to miR-320a, and KCNQ1OT1 knockdown reduced OCN, OPN and RUNX2 expression and ALP activity by suppressing miR-320a expression. Moreover, Smad5 was a target of miR-320a, and miR-320a inhibition abated the effects of Smad5 silencing in OCN, OPN and RUNX2 expression and ALP activity of hBMSCs. Also, KCNQ1OT1 knockdown reduced OCN, OPN and RUNX2 expression by targeting miR-320a/Smad5 axis. CONCLUSIONS KCNQ1OT1 promoted osteogenic differentiation of hBMSCs by regulating Smad5 expression via sponging miR-320a.

Abstract
The quark structure of the f_{2}(1270) meson has, for many years, been assumed to be a pure quark-antiquark (qq[over ¯]) resonance with quantum numbers J^{PC}=2^{++}. Recently, it was proposed that the f_{2}(1270) is a molecular state made from the attractive interaction of two ρ mesons. Such a state would be expected to decay strongly to final states with charged pions due to the dominant decay ρ→π^{+}π^{-}, whereas decay to two neutral pions would likely be suppressed. Here, we measure for the first time the reaction γp→π^{0}π^{0}p, using the CEBAF Large Acceptance Spectrometer detector at Jefferson Lab for incident beam energies between 3.6 and 5.4 GeV. Differential cross sections, dσ/dt, for f_{2}(1270) photoproduction are extracted with good precision due to low backgrounds and are compared to theoretical calculations.

Abstract
A first measurement of the longitudinal beam spin asymmetry A_{LU} in the semi-inclusive electroproduction of pairs of charged pions is reported. A_{LU} is a higher-twist observable and offers the cleanest access to the nucleon twist-3 parton distribution function e(x). Data have been collected in the Hall-B at Jefferson Lab by impinging a 5.498-GeV electron beam on a liquid-hydrogen target, and reconstructing the scattered electron and the pion pair with the CLAS detector. One-dimensional projections of the A_{LU}^{sinϕ_{R}} moments are extracted for the kinematic variables of interest in the valence quark region. The understanding of dihadron production is essential for the interpretation of observables in single-hadron production in semi-inclusive DIS, and pioneering measurements of single-spin asymmetries in dihadron production open a new avenue in studies of QCD dynamics.

Abstract
Abstract
The pellet-cladding interaction (PCI) is one of the major issues in fuel rod during the power change operation in light water reactors (LWR). The frequent power transient will lead to the PCI failure, which results in the radioactive leakage. Unfortunately, the failure cannot be detected on time during operation. For solving this problem, the PCI results is calculated and predicted before the power transient, and the results is used for optimizing the operation strategy. As everyone knows, the calculation of the fuel is a cumbersome work, which is not fit for online evaluation. At first, we present a PCI online prognosis model in this paper by the method of radial basis function neural network (RBFNN). Based on this online model, an optimal operation strategy is present then. The PCI evaluation results is treated as the feedback of the strategy, which will go to the power control system to decide to carry out the power plan or to modify it. The presented operation strategy used the fast online prognosis model to predict the PCI status, which is used as a feedback signal to the power control system. The optimal operation strategy is tested by the experimental data from the references, and the results demonstrate its effectiveness.

Abstract
RNA binding proteins (RBPs) play a key role in post-transcriptional gene regulation. They have been shown to be dysfunctional in a variety of cancers and are closely related to the occurrence and progression of cancers. However, the biological function and clinical significance of RBPs in clear cell renal carcinoma (ccRCC) are unclear. In our current study, we downloaded the transcriptome data of ccRCC patients from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database and identified differential expression of RBPs between tumor tissue and normal kidney tissue. Then the biological function and clinical value of these RBPs were explored by using a variety of bioinformatics techniques. We identified a total of 40 differentially expressed RBPs, including 10 down-regulated RBPs and 30 up-regulated RBPs. Eight RBPs (APOBEC3G, AUH, DAZL, EIF4A1, IGF2BP3, NR0B1, RPL36A, and TRMT1) and nine RBPs (APOBEC3G, AUH, DDX47, IGF2BP3, MOV10L1, NANOS1, PIH1D3, TDRD9, and TRMT1) were identified as prognostic related to overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS), respectively, and prognostic models for OS and DFS were constructed based on these RBPs. Further analysis showed that OS and DFS were worse in high-risk group than in the low-risk group. The area under the receiver operator characteristic curve of the model for OS was 0.702 at 3 years and 0.726 at 5 years in TCGA cohort and 0.783 at 3 years and 0.795 at 5 years in E-MTAB-1980 cohort, showing good predictive performance. Both models have been shown to independently predict the prognosis of ccRCC patients. We also established a nomogram based on these prognostic RBPs for OS and performed internal validation in the TCGA cohort, showing an accurate prediction of ccRCC prognosis. Stratified analysis showed a significant correlation between the prognostic model for OS and ccRCC progression.

Abstract
Background The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has spread worldwide with alarming levels of spread and severity. The distribution of angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) and transmembrane protease serine 2 (TMPRSS2) from bioinformatics evidence, the autopsy report for COVID-19 and the published study on sperm quality indicated COVID-19 could have a negative impact on male fertility. However, whether the negative impact of COVID-19 on male fertility is persistent remains unknown, which requires long-term follow-up investigation. Methods Semen samples were collected from 36 male COVID-19 patients with a median recovery time of 177.5 days and 45 control subjects. Then, analysis of sperm quality and alterations of total sperm number with recovery time were performed. Results There was no significant difference in semen parameters between male recovered patients and control subjects. And the comparisons of semen parameters between first follow-up and second follow-up revealed no significant difference. In addition, we explored the alterations of sperm count with recovery time. It showed that the group with recovery time of ≥120 and <150 days had a significantly lower total sperm number than controls while the other two groups with recovery time of ≥150 days displayed no significance with controls, and total sperm number showed a significant decline after a recovery time of 90 days and an improving trend after a recovery time of about 150 days. Conclusions The sperm quality of COVID-19 recovered patients improved after a recovery time of nearly half a year, while the total sperm number showed an improvement after a recovery time of about 150 days. COVID-19 patients should pay close attention to the quality of semen, and might be considered to be given medical interventions if necessary within about two months after recovery, in order to improve the fertility of male patients as soon as possible.

Abstract
BACKGROUND To exploring the role of vitamin D or calcium supplementation in reducing all-cause mortality and cardiovascular outcomes. METHODS The search was restricted to systematic reviews or meta-analyses published from January 1, 2010, to July 7, 2019. An additional search was performed to identify recently published randomized controlled trials (from January 1, 2015, to July 7, 2019). Homogeneous results from different studies were pooled using Revman 5.3 software. RESULTS Twenty-three studies involving 89,251 participants were ultimately included in this meta-analysis. No associations were observed between the supplementation and composite cardiovascular outcomes, consisting of all-cause mortality, cardiovascular mortality, myocardial infarction, and other MACEs. CONCLUSIONS Whether used alone or in combination, vitamin D and calcium supplementation do not exert meaningful effects on all-cause mortality, cardiovascular mortality, MACEs or MI among community-dwelling adults.
