Abstract
The interleukin 1 family plays an important role in the immune and inflammatory responses. Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a chronic inflammatory disease. However, the genetic association between IL-37, the seventh member of the IL-1 family, and CAD is unknown. Here we show that a single nucleotide polymorphism in the IL-37 gene (rs3811047) confers a significant risk of CAD. We have performed an association analysis between rs3811047 and CAD in two independent populations with 2,501 patients and 3,116 controls from China. Quantitative RT-PCR analysis has been performed to determine if the IL-37 expression level is influenced by rs3811047. We show that the minor allele A of rs3811047 is significantly associated with CAD in two independent populations under a recessive model (Padj = 5.51 × 10-3/OR = 1.56 in the GeneID Northernern population and Padj = 1.23 × 10-3/OR = 1.45 in the GeneID Central population). The association became more significant in the combined population (Padj = 9.70 × 10-6/OR = 1.47). Moreover, the association remains significant in a CAD case control population matched for age and sex. Allele A of rs3811047 shows significant association with a decreased mRNA expression level of IL-37 (n = 168, P = 3.78 × 10-4). These data suggest that IL37 is a new susceptibility gene for CAD, which provides a potential target for the prevention and treatment of CAD.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES To examine the relationship between loneliness and cognitive function and to explore the mediating role of physical health on the loneliness-cognition relationship in Chinese older adults (OAs). METHOD Data came from a nationally representative sample of 14,199 Chinese OAs (aged 65+) from 2002, 2005, 2008, and 2011 waves of the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey. A latent variable cross-lagged panel model combined with mediation analysis was used to determine the relationship between loneliness and cognitive function and the mediating effect of increase in the number of chronic conditions (ΔNCCs) on the ascertained loneliness-cognition relationship. RESULTS Severe loneliness at prior assessment points was significantly associated with poorer cognitive function at subsequent assessments, and vice versa. The ΔNCCs partially mediated this prospective reciprocal relationships, accounting for 2.58% of the total effect of loneliness on cognition and 4.44% of the total effect of cognition on loneliness, respectively. DISCUSSION Loneliness may predict subsequent cognitive decline, and vice versa. This loneliness-cognition relationship is partially explained by their impact on physical health. Multidisciplinary interventions aimed at reducing loneliness and cognitive decline per se and their associated risk factors as well as improving chronic illness management would be beneficial for emotional well-being and cognitive health in OAs.

Abstract
CD4+ T cells are abnormally activated in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) and might be associated with the immunopathogenesis of the disease. However, the underlying mechanisms of CD4+ T cell activation remain largely undefined. Our aim was to investigate whether the dysregulation of microRNAs (miRNAs) was associated with CD4+ T cell activation in DCM. CD4+ T cells from DCM patients showed increased expression levels of CD25 and CD69 and enhanced proliferation in response to anti-CD3/28, indicating an activated state. miRNA profiling analysis of magnetically sorted CD4+ T cells revealed a distinct pattern of miRNA expression in CD4+ T cells from DCM patients compared with controls. The level of miRNA-451a (miR-451a) was significantly decreased in the CD4+ T cells of DCM patients compared with that of the controls. The transfection of T cells with an miR-451a mimic inhibited their activation and proliferation, whereas an miR-451a inhibitor produced the opposite effects. Myc was directly inhibited by miR-451a via interaction with its 3'-UTR, thus identifying it as an miR-451a target in T cells. The knockdown of Myc suppressed the activation and proliferation of T cells, and the expression of Myc was significantly up-regulated at the mRNA level in CD4+ T cells from patients with DCM. A strong inverse correlation was observed between the Myc mRNA expression and miR-451a transcription level. Our data suggest that the down-regulation of miR-451a contributes to the activation and proliferation of CD4+ T cells by targeting the transcription factor Myc in DCM patients and may contribute to the immunopathogenesis of DCM.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Few studies have considered different messaging strategies that may augment campaign efficacy to generate help-seeking behaviors among populations at increased risk for suicide, mainly US military veterans. AIMS Findings are presented from the pilot evaluation of the It's Your Call campaign implemented by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Three messaging strategies (with varying intensity and mix of messages) were compared to explore which best promote use of the Veterans Crisis Line (VCL) among veteran populations. METHOD Daily VCL call data were obtained for 10 US cities during 2011-2012 where the campaign was active, and modeled using Poisson regression to identify changes in utilization patterns associated with the implementation of different messaging strategies. RESULTS Significant increases in call rates were only evident during the campaign in communities where mixed messages were disseminated. Further, use of mixed messages yielded greater increases in call rates when compared with the other tested strategies. This was an observational study where identification of causal relationships between variables was limited. CONCLUSION Findings are encouraging as messaging was associated with help seeking, and they provide insights into strategies that may rapidly promote crisis line use. Results also underscore the need for further research on suicide prevention campaigns and dissemination practices.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Finding effective and efficient models to train large numbers of suicide prevention interventionists, including 'hotline' crisis counselors, is a high priority. Train-the-trainer (TTT) models are widely used but understudied. AIMS To assess the extent to which trainers following TTT delivered the Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) program with fidelity, and to examine fidelity across two trainings and seven training segments. METHOD We recorded and reliably rated trainer fidelity, defined as adherence to program content and competence of program delivery, for 34 newly trained ASIST trainers delivering the program to crisis center staff on two separate occasions. A total of 324 observations were coded. Trainer demographics were also collected. RESULTS On average, trainers delivered two-thirds of the program. Previous training was associated with lower levels of trainer adherence to the program. In all, 18% of trainers' observations were rated as solidly competent. Trainers did not improve fidelity from their first to second training. Significantly higher fidelity was found for lectures and lower fidelity was found for interactive training activities including asking about suicide and creating a safe plan. CONCLUSIONS We found wide variability in trainer fidelity to the ASIST program following TTT and few trainers had high levels of both adherence and competence. More research is needed to examine the cost-effectiveness of TTT models.

Abstract
In this work, plasma-catalytic removal of low concentrations of acetone over CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalysts was carried out in a cylindrical dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) reactor. The combination of plasma and the CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalysts significantly enhanced the removal efficiency of acetone compared to the plasma process using the pure γ-Al2O3 support, with the 5.0 wt% CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst exhibiting the best acetone removal efficiency of 67.9%. Catalyst characterization was carried out to understand the effect the catalyst properties had on the activity of the CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalysts in the plasma-catalytic reaction. The results indicated that the formation of surface oxygen species on the surface of the catalysts was crucial for the oxidation of acetone in the plasma-catalytic reaction. The effects that various operating parameters (discharge power, flow rate and initial concentration of acetone) and the interactions between these parameters had on the performance of the plasma-catalytic removal of acetone over the 5.0 wt% CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst were investigated using central composite design (CCD). The significance of the independent variables and their interactions were evaluated by means of the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The results showed that the gas flow rate was the most significant factor affecting the removal efficiency of acetone, whilst the initial concentration of acetone played the most important role in determining the energy efficiency of the plasma-catalytic process.

Abstract
The Cancer Genome Atlas Research Network recently classified gastric adenocarcinoma into 4 molecular subtypes: Epstein-Barr virus-positive tumors, microsatellite-unstable tumors, tumors with chromosomal instability, and genomically stable tumors. We theorized that immunohistochemistry might be useful in similar categorization and that that HER2 expression might relate to subtype. We stained 104 gastric adenocarcinomas for MLH1, p53, and EBER in situ hybridization. We grouped them based on staining pattern and compared the groups. Cases were categorized as follows: group 1 (EBER positive), 7 cases (7%); group 2 (MLH1 deficient), 17 cases (16%); group 3 (aberrant p53 staining, EBER negative, retained MLH1), 40 cases (38%); group 4 (unremarkable staining), 40 cases (38%). This distribution was comparable to that found by the Research Network after accounting for the TP53 mutation rate in the chromosomal instability group. Group 1 patients had significantly longer follow-up times (median, 70 months versus 13 months for other groups; P = .0324). No group 2 cases overexpressed HER2. In group 3, 3 of 40 cases were HER2 immunohistochemistry positive, but 7 of 27 were HER2 positive by fluorescence in situ hybridization. Staining offers an efficient, reasonably accurate alternative for molecular subtyping of gastric adenocarcinoma, although some cases with chromosomal instability cannot be identified. These findings have potential prognostic and therapeutic implications.

Abstract
Mutations in the Wilms' tumor gene, WT1, can lead to syndromic steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome and isolated steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome. WT1 mutations have been identified in the majority of children with Denys-Drash or Frasier syndrome. WT1 mutations have not previously been identified in boys with sporadic isolated steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome, but, recently, four boys with isolated nephrotic syndrome were identified to have WT1 mutations. However, whether boys with sporadic isolated steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome should be routinely subjected to mutation analysis of WT1 has not been established. We examined 35 boys with sporadic isolated steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome for mutations in WT1. Mutation analysis of all 10 exons of WT1 was performed by polymerase chain reaction and direct sequencing. Karyotype analysis or Y chromosome identification was performed for all patients. A Y chromosome or a 46, XY karyotype was demonstrated for all 35 patients. No causative WT1 mutation was identified in any of the patients. The WT1 mutation, IVS4+14T>C, which is not predicted to affect splicing, was identified in one patient who achieved complete remission after 8 weeks of oral prednisone treatment, indicating that IVS4+14T>C is not a causative mutation. Five WT1 polymorphisms were also identified in some patients and controls. Our results suggest that mutation analysis of WT1 should not be routinely performed for genetically defined boys with sporadic isolated steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome.

Abstract
Despite advances by genome-wide association studies (GWAS), much of heritability of common human diseases remains missing, a phenomenon referred to as 'missing heritability'. One potential cause for 'missing heritability' is the rare susceptibility variants overlooked by GWAS. Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most common arrhythmia seen at hospitals and increases risk of stroke by fivefold and doubles risk of heart failure and sudden death. Here, we studied one large Chinese family with AF and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). Whole-exome sequencing analysis identified a mutation in TNNI3, R186Q, that co-segregated with the disease in the family, but did not exist in >1583 controls, suggesting that R186Q causes AF and HCM. High-resolution melting curve analysis and direct DNA sequence analysis were then used to screen mutations in all exons and exon-intron boundaries of TNNI3 in a panel of 1127 unrelated AF patients and 1583 non-AF subjects. Four novel missense variants were identified in TNNI3, including E64G, M154L, E187G and D196G in four independent AF patients, but no variant was found in 1583 non-AF subjects. All variants were not found in public databases, including the ExAC Browser database with 60,706 exomes. These data suggest that rare TNNI3 variants are associated with AF (P = 0.03). TNNI3 encodes troponin I, a key regulator of the contraction-relaxation function of cardiac muscle and was not previously implicated in AF. Thus, this study may identify a new biological pathway for the pathogenesis of AF and provides evidence to support the rare variant hypothesis for missing heritability.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The CAV1 gene encodes caveolin-1 expressed in cell types relevant to atherosclerosis. Cav-1-null mice showed a protective effect on atherosclerosis under the ApoE(-/-) background. However, it is unknown whether CAV1 is linked to CAD and MI in humans. In this study we analyzed a tagSNP for CAV1 in intron 2, rs3807989, for potential association with CAD. METHODS AND RESULTS We performed case-control association studies in three independent Chinese Han populations from GeneID, including 1249 CAD cases and 841 controls in Population I, 1260 cases and 833 controls in Population II and 790 cases and 1212 controls in Population III (a total of 3299 cases and 2886 controls). We identified significant association between rs3807989 and CAD in three independent populations and in the combined population (Padj = 2.18 × 10(-5), OR = 1.19 for minor allele A). We also detected significant association between rs3807989 and MI (Padj = 5.43 × 10(-5), OR = 1.23 for allele A). Allele A of SNP rs3807989 was also associated with a decreased level of LDL cholesterol. Although rs3807989 is a tagSNP for both CAV1 and nearby CAV2, allele A of SNP rs3807989 was associated with an increased expression level of CAV1 (both mRNA and protein), but not CAV2. CONCLUSIONS The data in this study demonstrated that rs3807989 at the CAV1/CAV2 locus was associated with significant risk of CAD and MI by increasing expression of CAV1 (but not CAV2). Thus, CAV1 becomes a strong candidate susceptibility gene for CAD/MI in humans.

Abstract
BACKGROUND In the initiation and maintenance of arrhythmia, inflammatory processes play an important role. IL-2 is a pro-inflammatory factor which is associated with the morbidity of arrhythmias, however, how IL-2 affects the cardiac electrophysiology is still unknown. METHODS In the present study, we observed the effect of IL-2 by qRT-PCR on the transcription of ion channel genes including SCN2A, SCN3A, SCN4A, SCN5A, SCN9A, SCN10A, SCN1B, SCN2B, SCN3B, KCNN1, KCNJ5, KCNE1, KCNE2, KCNE3, KCND3, KCNQ1, KCNA5, KCNH2 and CACNA1C. Western blot assays and electrophysiological studies were performed to demonstrate the effect of IL-2 on the translation of SCN3B/scn3b and sodium currents. RESULTS The results showed that transcriptional level of SCN3B was up-regulated significantly in Hela cells (3.28-fold, p = 0.022 compared with the control group). Consistent results were verified in HL-1 cells (3.73-fold, p = 0.012 compared with the control group). The result of electrophysiological studies showed that sodium current density increased significantly in cells which treated by IL-2 and the effect of IL-2 on sodium currents was independent of SCN3B (1.4 folds, p = 0.023). Western blot analysis showed IL-2 lead to the significantly increasing of p53 and scn3b (2.1 folds, p = 0.021 for p53; 3.1 folds, p = 0.023 for scn3b) in HL-1 cells. Consistent results were showed in HEK293 cells using qRT-PCR analysis (1.43 folds for P53, p = 0.022; 1.57 folds for SCN3B, p = 0.05). CONCLUSIONS The present study suggested that IL-2, may play role in the arrhythmia by regulating the expression of SCN3B and sodium current density.

Abstract
Administration of bone marrow stroma cells (BMSCs) has the potential to ameliorate degenerative disorders and to repair injured sites. The homing of transplanted BMSCs to damaged tissues is a critical property of engraftment. Therefore, it is important to understand signal molecules controlling migration of BMSCs. Here, we demonstrate that serine-threonine protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) is responsive to migration of BMSCs. Pharmacological Inhibition of PP2A, using okadaic acid (OA), leads to attenuated cell migration in rat primary BMSCs both in the absence or presence of stromal cell-derived factor-1 (SDF-1). Consistent with the above findings, knockdown of the main catalytic subunit PP2Acα using small interfering RNA also attenuates chemotaxis of BMSCs. On the other hand, cell viability of BMSCs remains unchanged with OA treatment or knockdown of PP2Acα subunit. Moreover, we observed an upregulation of PP2A-B55β in transcription level after SDF-1 treatment, indicating their potential role as the functioning regulatory subunit of PP2A phosphatase in BMSCs migration model. Collectively, these data provide first insight into the modulation of BMSCs migration by PP2A phosphatase activity and lay a foundation for exploring PP2A signaling as a modulating target for BMSCs transplantation.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study is to identify predictors of nonfatal suicide attempts in veterans discharged from acute hospitalization with depression and/or alcohol use disorder (AUD) diagnoses. We hypothesized that primary depression confers similar risk for attempt whether or not it is accompanied by secondary AUD, and that a suicide attempt in the prior year would confer greatest risk of the variables studied. METHOD Veteran Health Administration (VHA) patients discharged from acute inpatient hospitalization in 2011 with AUD and/or non-bipolar depression diagnoses (N=22,319) were analyzed using information from the computerized record system and national database on suicidal behavior. Proportional hazard regression models estimated unadjusted and adjusted hazard ratios (AHR) and confidence intervals (95% CI) for risk of a nonfatal attempt within one year following discharge. RESULTS As hypothesized, primary depression with secondary AUD [AHR (95% CI)=1.41 (1.04, 1.92)] and without secondary AUD [AHR (95% CI)=1.30 (1.00, 1.71)] conferred similar prospective risk for attempt (AUD without depression, reference). Although prior suicide attempt was associated with increased risk, acute care in "general psychiatry" during hospitalization [AHR (95% CI)=6.35 (3.48, 13.00)] conferred the greatest risk among the variables studied. Transfer to another inpatient setting reduced risk [AHR (95% CI=0.53 (0.34, 0.79). LIMITATIONS Analyses were based on administrative data and did not include information on mortality. CONCLUSION When primary depression is severe enough to warrant inpatient hospitalization, a secondary diagnosis of AUD may not contribute additional prospective risk for nonfatal attempt. Within VHA, acute psychiatric care during hospitalization is a potential marker for increased risk for nonfatal attempt. Transfer to an additional inpatient setting may reduce risk for nonfatal attempt.

Abstract
In this study, slot waveguide ring resonators patterned on a silicon-on-insulator (SOI) wafer and coated with an atomic layer deposited nanolaminate consisting of alternating layers of tantalum pentoxide and polyimide were fabricated and characterized. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first demonstration of atomic layer deposition (ALD) of organic materials in waveguiding applications. In our nanolaminate ring resonators, the optical power is not only confined in the narrow central air slot but also in several parallel sub-10 nm wide vertical polyimide slots. This indicates that the mode profiles in the silicon slot waveguide can be accurately tuned by the ALD method. Our results show that ALD of organic and inorganic materials can be combined with conventional silicon waveguide fabrication techniques to create slot waveguide ring resonators with varying mode profiles. This can potentially open new possibilities for various photonic applications, such as optical sensing and all-optical signal processing.

Abstract
Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most common cardiac arrhythmia at the clinic. Recent GWAS identified several variants associated with AF, but they account for <10% of heritability. Gene-gene interaction is assumed to account for a significant portion of missing heritability. Among GWAS loci for AF, only three were replicated in the Chinese Han population, including SNP rs2106261 (G/A substitution) in ZFHX3, rs2200733 (C/T substitution) near PITX2c, and rs3807989 (A/G substitution) in CAV1. Thus, we analyzed the interaction among these three AF loci. We demonstrated significant interaction between rs2106261 and rs2200733 in three independent populations and combined population with 2,020 cases/5,315 controls. Compared to non-risk genotype GGCC, two-locus risk genotype AATT showed the highest odds ratio in three independent populations and the combined population (OR=5.36 (95% CI 3.87-7.43), P=8.00×10-24). The OR of 5.36 for AATT was significantly higher than the combined OR of 3.31 for both GGTT and AACC, suggesting a synergistic interaction between rs2106261 and rs2200733. Relative excess risk due to interaction (RERI) analysis also revealed significant interaction between rs2106261 and rs2200733 when exposed two copies of risk alleles (RERI=2.87, P<1.00×10-4) or exposed to one additional copy of risk allele (RERI=1.29, P<1.00×10-4). The INTERSNP program identified significant genotypic interaction between rs2106261 and rs2200733 under an additive by additive model (OR=0.85, 95% CI: 0.74-0.97, P=0.02). Mechanistically, PITX2c negatively regulates expression of miR-1, which negatively regulates expression of ZFHX3, resulting in a positive regulation of ZFHX3 by PITX2c; ZFHX3 positively regulates expression of PITX2C, resulting in a cyclic loop of cross-regulation between ZFHX3 and PITX2c. Both ZFHX3 and PITX2c regulate expression of NPPA, TBX5 and NKX2.5. These results suggest that cyclic cross-regulation of gene expression is a molecular basis for gene-gene interactions involved in genetics of complex disease traits.

Abstract
The SCN5A gene encodes cardiac sodium channel Nav1.5 and causes lethal ventricular arrhythmias/sudden death and atrial fibrillation (AF) when mutated. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are important post-transcriptional regulators of gene expression, and involved in the pathogenesis of many diseases. However, little is known about the regulation of SCN5A by miRNAs. Here we reveal a novel post-transcriptional regulatory mechanism for expression and function of SCN5A/Nav1.5 via miR-192-5p. Bioinformatic analysis revealed that the 3'-UTR of human and rhesus SCN5A, but not elephant, pig, rabbit, mouse, and rat SCN5A, contained a target binding site for miR-192-5p and dual luciferase reporter assays showed that the site was critical for down-regulation of human SCN5A. With Western blot assays and electrophysiological studies, we demonstrated that miR-192-5p significantly reduced expression of SCN5A and Nav1.5 as well as peak sodium current density INa generated by Nav1.5. Notably, in situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry and real-time qPCR analyses showed that miR-192-5p was up-regulated in tissue samples from AF patients, which was associated with down-regulation of SCN5A/Nav1.5. These results demonstrate an important post-transcriptional role of miR-192-5p in post-transcriptional regulation of Nav1.5, reveal a novel role of miR-192-5p in cardiac physiology and disease, and provide a new target for novel miRNA-based antiarrhythmic therapy for diseases with reduced INa.

Abstract
Heart failure affects 1–2% of the adult population worldwide and coronary artery disease (CAD) is the underlying etiology of heart failure in 70% of the patients. The pathway of apelin and its apelin receptor (APJ) was implicated in the pathogenesis of heart failure in animal models, but a similar role in humans is unknown. We studied a functional variant, rs9943582 (-154G/A), at the 5’-untranslated region, that was associated with decreased expression of the APJ receptor gene (APLNR) in a population consisting of 1,751 CAD cases and 1,022 controls. Variant rs9943582 was not associated with CAD, but among CAD patients, it showed significant association with left ventricular systolic dysfunction (431 CAD patients with left ventricular systolic dysfunction (LV ejection fraction or LVEF< 40%) versus 1,046 CAD patients without LV systolic dysfunction (LVEF>50%) (P-adj = 6.71×10-5, OR = 1.43, 95% CI, 1.20–1.70). Moreover, rs9943582 also showed significant association with quantitative echocardiographic parameters, including left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (effect size: increased 1.67±0.43 mm per risk allele A, P = 1.15×10-4), left atrial size (effect size: increased 2.12±0.61 mm per risk allele A, P = 9.56×10-4) and LVEF (effect size: decreased 2.59±0.32 percent per risk allele A, P = 7.50×10-15). Our findings demonstrate that allele A of rs9943582 was significantly associated with left ventricular systolic dysfunction, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, the left atrial diameter and LVEF in the CAD population, which suggests an important role of the apelin/APJ system in the pathology of heart failure associated with ischemic heart disease.

Abstract
Background Recent genome-wide association studies (GWAS) in European ancestry populations revealed several genomic loci for atrial fibrillation (AF). We previously replicated the 4q25 locus (PITX2) and 16q22 locus (ZFHX3) in the Chinese population, but not the KCNN3 locus on 1q21. With single-nucleotide polymorphism rs3807989 in CAV1 encoding caveolin-1, however, controversial results were reported in 2 Chinese replication studies. Methods and Results Six remaining AF genetic loci from GWAS, including rs3807989/CAV1, rs593479/PRRX1, rs6479562/C9orf3, rs10824026/SYNPO2L, rs1152591/SYNE2, and rs7164883/HCN4, were analyzed in a Chinese Han population with 941 cases and 562 controls. Only rs3807989 showed significant association with AF (Padj=4.77×10−5), and the finding was replicated in 2 other independent populations with 709 cases and 2175 controls, 463 cases and 644 controls, and the combined population with a total of 2113 cases and 3381 controls (Padj=2.20×10−9; odds ratio [OR]=1.34 for major allele G). Meta-analysis, together with data from previous reports in Chinese and Japanese populations, also showed a significant association between rs3807989 and AF (P=3.40×10−4; OR=1.24 for allele G). We also found that rs3807989 showed a significant association with lone AF in 3 independent populations and in the combined population (Padj=3.85×10−8; OR=1.43 for major allele G). Conclusions The data in this study revealed a significant association between rs3807989 and AF in the Chinese Han population. Together with the findings that caveolin-1 interacts with potassium channels Kir2.1, KCNH2, and HCN4 and sodium channels Nav1.5 and Nav1.8, CAV1 becomes a strong candidate susceptibility gene for AF across different ethnic populations. This study is the first to show a significant association between rs3807989 and lone AF.
