Abstract
BACKGROUND Mammography is the most effective method for early detection of breast cancer (BC), however, it has performed in low-level. The aim of this study was to investigate the determinants of mammography in Iran. METHODS This study was a systematic review which was performed based on articles published in both Persian and English languages among Iranian patients in the period of 2000 to 2020 by using keywords of "Iran and mammography". Papers were selected from national databases including (SID, Magiran) and international database including (Scopus, PubMed and web of science), finally related articles to mammography were reviewed. RESULTS Findings indicated that 35-50% of breast cancer can be detected in the early stages by mammography, however, it is in low rate of performance among Iranian women. Age, age of menarche, occupation, family history, marital status, family support, number of pregnancies, physician recommendations, perceived sensibility and severity, self-efficacy and perceived benefits are the most important predictors of performing mammography in Iran. CONCLUSION Due to the growing trend of breast cancer cases in the country and low mammography rates in Iranian population, high risk groups such as women with BC family history, low income level, low education level, older age and people with history of breast complications were more emphasized for performing mammography through health centers. Therefore, appropriate planning to reduce the barriers of mammography could be helpful.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a major cause of increased mortality rates in patients with schizophrenia. Moreover, coronary artery calcium (CAC) score is associated with CHD. We hypothesized that patients with schizophrenia have more CAC than the general population and aimed to investigate the CAC score in patients with schizophrenia compared to norms based on the general population. Additionally, this study investigated if age, sex, diabetes, dyslipidemia and smoking were associated with the CAC score. METHODS In a cross-sectional study, 163 patients with schizophrenia underwent cardiac computed tomography, and the CAC score was measured and compared to norms by classifying the CAC scores in relation to the age- and gender matched norm 50th, 75th and 90th percentiles. Logistic and linear regression were carried out to investigate explanatory variables for the presence and extent of CAC, respectively. RESULTS A total of 127 (77.9%) patients had a CAC score below or equal to the matched 50th, 20 (12.3%) above the 75th and nine (5.5%) above the 90th percentile. Male sex (P < 0.05), age (P < 0.001) and smoking (P < 0.05) were associated with the presence of CAC while age (P < 0.001) and diabetes (P < 0.01) were associated with the extent of CAC. CONCLUSIONS The amount of CAC in patients with schizophrenia follows norm percentiles, and variables associated with the CAC score are similar in patients with schizophrenia and the general population. These findings indicate that the CAC score may not be sufficient to detect the risk of CHD in patients with schizophrenia. Future studies should explore other measures of subclinical CHD, including measures of peripheral atherosclerosis or cardiac autonomic neuropathy to improve early detection and intervention. Abstract
BACKGROUND The relation between body mass index (BMI) and coronary artery disease (CAD) extension remains controversial. A new score was developed to estimate body fat percentage (BFP) known as Relative Fat Mass (RFM) Index. This study aimed to evaluate the value of RFM Index in predicting the severity of the CAD, compared with other anthropometric measurements. METHODS A total of 325 patients with chronic CAD were investigated. RFM, BFP, BMI and other anthropometric characteristics of patients were measured before angiography. CAD severity was determined by SYNergy between percutaneous coronary intervention with TAXus and cardiac surgery trial (SYNTAX) Score. The association between SYNTAX Score and variables was evaluated using linear regression models. In order to compare the model performance, R-squared (R2), Akaike's information criterion, Bayesian information criterion and root mean square error were used. RESULTS Univariate linear regression outcome variable, SYNTAX was used to determine whether there was any relationship between variables. Independent variables were included in the multivariable linear logistic regression models. The analysis showed that in model 1, RFM (β coefficient: 2.31 (0.90 to 3.71), p=0.001)), diabetes mellitus (β coefficient: 3.72 (1.67 to 3.76), p=0.004)), haemoglobin (β coefficient: -2.12 (-3.70 to -0.53), p=0.03) and age (β coefficient: 1.83 (0.29 to 3.37), p=0.02)) were statistically significant. The adjusted R2 values in model 1 were higher than model 2 (BFP) and model 3 (BMI) (0.155, 0.137 and 0.130, respectively), and χ2 values of RFM were higher than BFP and BMI (10.5, 3.4 and 1.0, respectively). CONCLUSION RFM Index is a more reliable and compatible marker of obesity in showing the severity of CAD compared to BMI.

Abstract
Overweight and obesity contribute to the development of cardiovascular disease (CVD) in general and coronary heart disease (CHD) in particular in part by their association with traditional and nontraditional CVD risk factors. Obesity is also considered to be an independent risk factor for CVD. The metabolic syndrome, of which central obesity is an important component, is strongly associated with CVD including CHD. There is abundant epidemiologic evidence of an association between both overweight and obesity and CHD. Evidence from postmortem studies and studies involving coronary artery imaging is less persuasive. Recent studies suggest the presence of an obesity paradox with respect to mortality in persons with established CHD. Physical activity and preserved cardiorespiratory fitness attenuate the adverse effects of obesity on CVD events. Information concerning the effect of intentional weight loss on CVD outcomes in overweight and obese persons is limited.

Abstract
Background: Anthropometric indices have a debatable relationship with breast cancer (BC) among different ethnicity. In the current study, we have evaluated the relationship between anthropometric indices and BC in Iranian participants. Methods: Between 2012 and 2014, a total of 7,805 women were enrolled from different mammography centers in Isfahan province, Iran. For each participant, a detailed questionnaire was filled out and anthropometric indices were measured by trained technicians. We used logistic regression models to estimate odds ratios (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) for BC risk associated with anthropometry measurements, stratified on menopausal status. Results: In the postmenopausal group, weight ≥68 kg compared to weight <61.75 kg was associated with decreased risk of BC (OR = 0.78; 95% CI: 0.63-0.97). Postmenopausal women with Waist-Hip Ratio (WHR) ≥ 0.85 compared to WHR < 0.77 were at increased risk of BC (OR = 1.36; 95% CI: 1.07-1.73). Both premenopausal and postmenopausal women had a decreased risk of BC with higher Obesity Index (OI) and Relative Weight. Conclusion: Ethnicity appears to play an important role in the discrepancies between results of different studies about the correlation of anthropometric features with BC.
