Abstract
OBJECTIVES Patients with peripheral artery disease (PAD) often require treatment with open lower extremity revascularization (LER). Patients with PAD often have other comorbidities and associated conditions that affect procedural outcomes, including abdominal stomas. The aim of this work is to investigate the impact that stomas may have on postoperative outcomes and complications. METHODS We performed a 5-year (2016-2020) analysis of the Nationwide Readmission Database. We identified all adult patients undergoing open LER. These patients were categorized into 2 groups: stoma and no-stoma. Propensity score matching (1:1) was used to control for demographics and comorbidities. Index admission outcomes and readmission rate were examined. RESULTS 212,275 open LER patients were identified. A matched cohort of 3088 patients (1:1 stoma vs no-stoma) was obtained. Patients with stomas had higher rates of several postoperative complications: acute posthemorrhagic anemia (29.1%, P < 0.01), acute kidney injury (21.4%, P < 0.001), index sepsis (10.3%, P < 0.001), and index SSI (2.8%, P < 0.001). There were no significant statistical differences between the 2 groups for acute myocardial infarction. Those with stomas had worse outcomes: greater in-hospital mortality (4.7%, P < 0.05), length of stays (median 7 days, P < 0.001), total charges (median 108,037 dollars, P < 0.001), discharges to long-term care facilities (30.8%, P < 0.001), discharges to their own homes needing home health care (30.1%, P < 0.001), 30-day readmission rates (23.2%, P < 0.01), and 30-day readmission mortality (6.1%, P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS Concurrent abdominal stoma is associated with increased postoperative morbidity and mortality after open LER. Further prospective studies are needed to validate these results.

Abstract
For endovascular treatment of below-the-knee (BTK) peripheral artery disease (PAD), independently adjudicated real-world outcomes comparing non-stent-based balloon angioplasty (percutaneous transluminal angioplasty) and adjunctive treatments with or without a concomitant ipsilateral femoropopliteal (FP) artery intervention are scarce. A total of 1,060 patients from the multicenter XLPAD registry who underwent non-stent-based BTK PAD intervention between 2006 and 2021 were included. The primary outcome was the 1-year incidence of major adverse limb events (MALEs), a composite of all-cause death, any amputation, or clinically driven repeat revascularization. A total of 566 patients underwent BTK and 494 BTK + FP interventions; 72% were men, with a mean age of 68.4 ± 10.9 years. Diabetes mellitus was more prevalent in the BTK-only group (76.5% vs 69%, p = 0.006). Mean Rutherford class was 4.2 ± 1.18; chronic limb-threatening ischemia was more frequent in the BTK group (55.3% vs 49%, p = 0.040). Moderate to severe calcification was more frequent in the BTK + FP group (21.2% vs 27.1%, p = 0.024), as was lesion length (110.6 ± 77.3 vs 135.4 ± 86.3 mm, p <0.001). Nearly 81% of lesions were treated with percutaneous transluminal angioplasty. Drug-coated balloon (1.6% vs 14%, p <0.001) and atherectomy (38% vs 58.5%, p <0.001) use was more frequent in the BTK + FP group. The rate of procedural success was higher in the BTK + FP group (86% vs 91%, p = 0.009), with amputation being the most common complication at 3.3% within 30 days after the procedure. The rates of 1-year MALE (21.2% vs 22.3%, p = 0.675) and mortality (4.6% vs 3.4%, p = 0.3) were similar between the BTK and BTK + FP groups. Nonstent treatment for BTK PAD with concomitant FP intervention leads to high procedural success and similar rates of 1-year MALE compared with isolated BTK intervention. Condensed Abstract: The vast majority of below-the-knee (BTK) peripheral artery disease (PAD) interventions are performed with balloon angioplasty. Presence of inflow femoropopliteal PAD in patients who undergo BTK interventions can affect the outcome of the procedure. This report explores immediate procedural success and major adverse limb events at 1 year after balloon angioplasty treatment for isolated BTK PAD and in patients who underwent an additional femoropopliteal PAD intervention.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Patients with chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI) have high mortality rates after revascularization. Risk stratification for short-term outcomes is challenging. We aimed to develop machine-learning models to rank predictive variables for 30-day and 90-day all-cause mortality after peripheral vascular intervention (PVI). METHODS Patients undergoing PVI for CLTI in the Medicare-linked Vascular Quality Initiative were included. Sixty-six preprocedural variables were included. Random survival forest (RSF) models were constructed for 30-day and 90-day all-cause mortality in the training sample and evaluated in the testing sample. Predictive variables were ranked based on the frequency that they caused branch splitting nearest the root node by importance-weighted relative importance plots. Model performance was assessed by the Brier score, continuous ranked probability score, out-of-bag error rate, and Harrell's C-index. RESULTS A total of 10,114 patients were included. The crude mortality rate was 4.4% at 30 days and 10.6% at 90 days. RSF models commonly identified stage 5 chronic kidney disease (CKD), dementia, congestive heart failure (CHF), age, urgent procedures, and need for assisted care as the most predictive variables. For both models, eight of the top 10 variables were either medical comorbidities or functional status variables. Models showed good discrimination (C-statistic 0.72 and 0.73) and calibration (Brier score 0.03 and 0.10). CONCLUSION RSF models for 30-day and 90-day all-cause mortality commonly identified CKD, dementia, CHF, need for assisted care at home, urgent procedures, and age as the most predictive variables as critical factors in CLTI. Results may help guide individualized risk-benefit treatment conversations regarding PVI.

Abstract
Lower extremity open revascularization is a treatment option for peripheral artery disease that carries significant peri-operative risks; however, outcome prediction tools remain limited. Using machine learning (ML), we developed automated algorithms that predict 30-day outcomes following lower extremity open revascularization. The National Surgical Quality Improvement Program targeted vascular database was used to identify patients who underwent lower extremity open revascularization for chronic atherosclerotic disease between 2011 and 2021. Input features included 37 pre-operative demographic/clinical variables. The primary outcome was 30-day major adverse limb event (MALE; composite of untreated loss of patency, major reintervention, or major amputation) or death. Our data were split into training (70%) and test (30%) sets. Using tenfold cross-validation, we trained 6 ML models. Overall, 24,309 patients were included. The primary outcome of 30-day MALE or death occurred in 2349 (9.3%) patients. Our best performing prediction model was XGBoost, achieving an area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (95% CI) of 0.93 (0.92-0.94). The calibration plot showed good agreement between predicted and observed event probabilities with a Brier score of 0.08. Our ML algorithm has potential for important utility in guiding risk mitigation strategies for patients being considered for lower extremity open revascularization to improve outcomes.

Abstract
Importance Individuals who are incarcerated represent a vulnerable group due to concerns about their ability to provide voluntary and informed consent, and there are considerable legal protections regarding their participation in medical research. Little is known about the quality of surgical care received by this population. Objective To evaluate perioperative surgical care provided to patients who are incarcerated within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) and compare their outcomes with that of the general nonincarcerated population. Design, Setting, and Participants This cohort study analyzed data from patients who were incarcerated within the TDCJ and underwent general or vascular surgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) from 2012 to 2021. Case-specific outcomes for a subset of these patients and for patients in the general academic medical center population were obtained from the American College of Surgeons National Quality Improvement Program (ACS-NSQIP) and compared. Additional quality metrics (mortality index, length of stay index, and excess hospital days) from the Vizient Clinical Data Base were analyzed for patients in the incarcerated and nonincarcerated groups who underwent surgery at UTMB in 2020 and 2021 to provide additional recent data. Patient-specific demographics, including age, sex, and comorbidities were not available for analysis within this data set. Main Outcome and Measures Perioperative outcomes (30-day morbidity, mortality, and readmission rates) were compared between the incarcerated and nonincarcerated groups using the Fisher exact test. Results The sample included data from 6675 patients who were incarcerated and underwent general or vascular surgery at UTMB from 2012 to 2021. The ACS-NSQIP included data (2012-2021) for 2304 patients who were incarcerated and 602 patients who were not and showed that outcomes were comparable between the TDCJ population and that of the general population treated at the academic medical center with regard to 30-day readmission (6.60% vs 5.65%) and mortality (0.91% vs 1.16%). However, 30-day morbidity was significantly higher in the TDCJ population (8.25% vs 5.48%, P = .01). The 2020 and 2021 data from the Vizient Clinical Data Base included 629 patients who were incarcerated and 2614 who were not and showed that the incarcerated and nonincarcerated populations did not differ with regard to 30-day readmission (12.52% vs 11.30%) or morbidity (1.91% vs 2.60%). Although the unadjusted mortality rate was significantly lower in the TDCJ population (1.27% vs 2.68%, P = .04), mortality indexes, which account for case mix index, were similar between the 2 populations (1.17 vs 1.12). Conclusions and Relevance Findings of this cohort study suggest that patients who are incarcerated have equivalent rates of mortality and readmission compared with a general academic medical center population. Future studies that focus on elucidating the potential factors associated with perioperative morbidity and exploring long-term surgical outcomes in the incarcerated population are warranted.

Abstract
Endovascular aortic aneurysm repair and thoracic endovascular aortic repair have been shown to reduce blood loss, operative time, length of hospital stay, mortality, and morbidity compared with open surgical repair for abdominal aortic aneurysms and thoracic aortic aneurysms. However, there are anatomical constraints that limit the application of the endovascular approach in 30% to 40% of patients, including those with short necks, excessive angulation, or aneurysms with the involvement of aortic side branches such as supra-aortic trunks, arch aneurysms, visceral arteries, or internal iliac arteries.

Abstract
BACKGROUND No adequately powered studies exist to compare major clinical outcomes after endovascular therapy (EVT) with stent implantation vs bypass surgery (BSx) for symptomatic femoropopliteal peripheral artery disease. OBJECTIVES This study sought to perform a pooled analysis of individual patient data from all randomized controlled trials comparing EVT vs BSx. METHODS Principal investigators of 5 of 6 available randomized controlled trials agreed to pool individual patient data. The primary endpoint was major adverse limb events, a composite of all-cause death, major amputation, or target limb reintervention. Secondary endpoints included amputation-free survival, individual major adverse limb event components, and primary patency. Early complications were bleeding, infection, or all-cause death within 30 days. RESULTS A total of 639 patients were analyzed with a mean age of 68.1 ± 9.1 years and 29.0% women. Baseline characteristics were comparable between groups. At 2 years, there were no significant differences between patients who received EVT and those who received BSx regarding major adverse limb events (40.1% vs 36.4%; log-rank P = 0.447; adjusted HR [aHR]: 1.04; 95% CI: 0.80-1.36), amputation-free survival (88.1% vs 90.0%; log-rank P = 0.455; aHR for death or amputation: 1.04; 95% CI: 0.63-1.71) and the other secondary endpoints except for primary patency, which was lower in patients who received EVT vs those who received BSx (51.2% vs 61.3%; log-rank P = 0.024; aHR for loss of primary patency: 1.31; 95% CI: 1.02-1.69). EVT was associated with significantly lower rates of early complications (6.8% vs 22.6%; P < 0.001) and shorter hospital stay (3.1 ± 4.2 days vs 7.4 ± 4.9 days; P < 0.001). CONCLUSIONS These findings further support the efficacy and safety of EVT as an alternative to BSx in patients with symptomatic femoropopliteal peripheral artery disease.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Percutaneous endovascular treatment for arterial vascular diseases has revolutionized vascular care. While these procedures offer improved morbidity, mortality, and length of stay (LOS), their effect on postdischarge complications is unknown. The objectives of the study were to evaluate trends in LOS and postdischarge complications over time and to assess factors associated with postdischarge complications. METHODS Patients who underwent surgery for common vascular pathologies (abdominal aortic aneurysm, aortoiliac occlusive disease, lower extremity disease, and carotid stenosis) were identified from the American College of Surgeons National Surgical Quality Improvement Program procedure-targeted database (2014-2019). Outcomes included LOS, 30-day complications, and proportions of postdischarge complications. Predictors of postdischarge complications were assessed using a multivariable logistic regression. RESULTS Of 80,311 patients evaluated, median LOS did not change from 2014 to 2019 (2, interquartile range 1-5). Overall, 15.7% of patients experienced any 30-day complication, with 31.3% occurring after discharge. The proportion of postdischarge complications increased from 29.1% (2014) to 35.9% (2019), P < 0.001. With exception of carotid procedures, endovascular procedures had lower overall complication rates than open procedures; however, there was an increased proportion of postdischarge complications for endovascular procedures (all P < 0.001). Factors associated with an increased odds of postdischarge complications included female, Black or other race, dependent functional status, underweight or obesity, increased LOS, and procedural time, all P < 0.05. CONCLUSIONS Across 4 representative common vascular pathologies, endovascular treatments had a higher proportion of postdischarge complications compared to open procedures. Early identification and evaluation of postdischarge complications for endovascular patients may be warranted to avoid unplanned readmission.

Abstract
Lower limb ischemic disease (LEAD) affects a significant portion of the population, with most patients being asymptomatic. Patient screening is necessary because LEAD patients have an increased risk of occurrence of other cardiovascular events and manifestations of disease, in terms of leg symptoms such as intermittent claudication, critical limb ischemia, or amputation. The aim of this work was to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of screening using ABI diagnostics in asymptomatic patients and its impact on limb symptoms associated with LEAD. A discrete event simulation model was created to capture lifetime costs and effects. Costs were calculated from the perspective of the health care payer, and the effects were calculated as QALYs. A cost-effectiveness analysis was performed to compare ABI screening examination and the situation without such screening. A probabilistic sensitivity analysis and scenario analysis were carried out to evaluate the robustness of the results. In the basic setting, the screening intervention was a more expensive intervention, at a cost of CZK 174,010, compared to CZK 70,177 for the strategy without screening. The benefits of screening were estimated at 14.73 QALYs, with 14.46 QALYs without screening. The final ICER value of CZK 389,738 per QALY is below the willingness to pay threshold. Likewise, the results of the probabilistic sensitivity analysis and of the scenario analysis were below the threshold of willingness to pay, thus confirming the robustness of the results. In conclusion, ABI screening appears to be a cost-effective strategy for asymptomatic patients aged 50 years when compared to the no-screening option.

Abstract
Background We aimed to characterize the occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular and limb events (MACE and MALE) among patients with peripheral artery disease (PAD) undergoing peripheral vascular intervention (PVI), as well as associated factors in patients with chronic limb threatening ischemia (CLTI). Methods and Results Patients undergoing PVI in the American College of Cardiology's (ACC) National Cardiovascular Data Registry's PVI Registry who could be linked to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services data were included. The primary outcomes were MACE, MALE, and readmission within 1 month and 1 year following index CLTI-PVI or non-CLTI-PVI. Cox proportional hazards regression was used to identify factors associated with the development of the primary outcomes among patients undergoing CLTI-PVI. There were 1758 (49.7%) patients undergoing CLTI-PVI and 1779 (50.3%) undergoing non-CLTI-PVI. By 1 year, MACE occurred in 29.5% of patients with CLTI (n=519), and MALE occurred in 34.0% of patients with CLTI (n=598). By 1 year, MACE occurred in 8.2% of patients with non-CLTI (n=146), and MALE occurred in 26.1% of patients with non-CLTI (n=465). Predictors of MACE at 1 year in CLTI-PVI included end-stage renal disease on hemodialysis, congestive heart failure, prior CABG, and severe lung disease. Predictors of MALE at 1 year in CLTI-PVI included treatment of a prior bypass graft, profunda femoral artery treatment, end-stage renal disease on hemodialysis, and treatment of a previously treated lesion. Conclusions Patients ≥65 years old undergoing PVI experience high rates of MACE and MALE. A range of modifiable and non-modifiable patient factors, procedural characteristics, and medications are associated with the occurrence of MACE and MALE following CLTI-PVI.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Intermittent claudication (IC) stage of peripheral artery disease (PAD) is associated with significant impairment of quality of life. In the subset of patients with disabling IC refractory to best medical treatment (BMT), revascularization procedures may be considered. However, evidence comparing open revascularization surgery, endovascular treatment and BMT focussing on the impact on quality of life is very sparse. We aim to review clinical, anatomical and hemodynamic outcomes after bypass surgery compared to BMT and/or endovascular treatment in IC patients. EVIDENCE ACQUISITION We systematically reviewed controlled trials and comparative cohort studies assessing quality of life, walking performance, clinical/symptomatic improvement, symptom recurrence, patency rates, ankle-brachial index (ABI) improvement and adverse events after bypass surgery versus endovascular treatment/BMT in IC patients. EVIDENCE SYNTHESIS Eleven studies involving 16,608 patients were included. Compared to BMT, bypass surgery was associated with a significantly greater improvement on Short-Form 36 (SF-36) physical functioning score (mean difference (MD), -14.0; 95% confidence interval (CI), -21.2 to -6.8), Walking Impairment Questionnaire (WIQ) walking distance score (MD, -0.23; 95% CI, -0.29 to -0.16) and SF-36 bodily pain score (MD, -13.0; 95% CI, -20.2 to -5.8). There were no significant differences between bypass and endovascular treatment regarding the three scores. Bypass surgery presented better primary patency rates at 1 (odds ratio (OR), 0.47; 95% CI, 0.29 to 0.76) and 5 years (OR, 0.44; 95% CI, 0.34 to 0.57) and better ABI improvement (MD, -0.07; 95% CI, -0.12 to -0.03) when compared to endovascular treatment. There were no statistically significant differences between bypass and endovascular patients regarding secondary patency rates, 30-day mortality and major amputation. CONCLUSIONS Lower limb revascularization may be beneficial in patients with disabling and refractory IC when the primary goal is to improve quality of life and walking capacity. Bypass surgery is associated to better symptomatic status, long-term primary patency and ABI improvement when compared to endovascular surgery, especially in anatomically extensive disease. Further studies addressing patient-reported outcomes and including a BMT group are paramount for more robust evidence on IC treatment and, consequently, better decision making.

Abstract
AIMS Drug-eluting devices (DED) represent a well-established therapy being widely used for endovascular revascularization (EVR) of peripheral vessels. Recent data indicate a two-fold increased long-term mortality in patients treated with paclitaxel-based DED. The subsequent safety concerns affected international regulatory authorities to enunciate several alerts for further application of DED. METHODS AND RESULTS In 9.2 million insurants of the German BARMER Health Insurance, data on the application of paclitaxel-based drug-eluting stents (DES) and drug-coated balloons (DCB) were retrieved from their introduction on the market in 2007 until present. All patients with first EVR between 2007 and 2015 were indexed and followed until 31 December 2017. Each subsequently applied DES, DCB, bare-metal stent, and uncoated balloon was included in further analyses. Multivariable Cox regression analysis considered potential non-linear time-dependent hazard ratios (HRs) of DES and DCB over 11 years. We identified 64 771 patients who underwent 107 112 EVR procedures using 23 137 DED. Multivariable Cox regression analysis showed paclitaxel-based DES not to be associated with increased long-term mortality for over 11 years past application (all P > 0.057). DCB was associated with decreased long-term mortality for the first year past application (HR 0.92; P < 0.001), and indifferent correlation in the years thereafter (all P > 0.202). CONCLUSION Our real-world analysis showed no evidence for increased mortality associated with paclitaxel-based DED for over 11 years.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Increasing evidence has shown that the risks associated with surgical revascularization for intermittent claudication outweigh the benefits. The aim of our study was to quantify the cost of care associated with perioperative complications after elective lower extremity bypass (LEB) in patients presenting with intermittent claudication. METHODS All patients undergoing first-time LEB for claudication in the Healthcare Database (2009-2015) were included. The primary outcome was in-hospital postoperative complications, including major adverse limb events (MALE), major adverse cardiac events (MACE), acute kidney injury, and wound complications. The overall crude hospital costs are reported, and a generalized linear model with log link and inverse Gaussian distribution was used to calculate the predicted hospital costs for specific complications. RESULTS Overall, 7154 patients had undergone elective LEB for claudication during the study period. The median age was 66 years (interquartile range, 59-73 years), 67.5% were male, and 75.3% were white. Two thirds of patients (61.2%) had Medicare insurance, followed by private insurance (26.9%), Medicaid (7.7%), and other insurance (4.2%). In-hospital complications occurred in 8.5% of patients, including acute kidney injury in 3.0%, MALE in 2.8%, wound complications in 2.3%, and MACE in 1.0%. The overall median crude hospital cost was $11,783 (interquartile range, $8911-$15,767) per patient. The incremental increase in cost associated with a postoperative complication was significant, ranging from $6183 (95% confidence interval, $4604-$7762) for MALE to $10,485 (95% confidence interval, $6529-$14,441) for MACE after risk adjustment. CONCLUSIONS Postoperative complications after elective LEB for claudication are not uncommon and increase the in-hospital costs by 46% to 78% depending on the complication. Surgical revascularization for claudication should be used sparingly in carefully selected patients.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI) manifests as rest pain (RP) and tissue loss (TL). Outcomes of lower extremity revascularization (LER) for CLTI have traditionally been evaluated as a single entity and compared with claudication. We hypothesize that patients presenting with TL have worse short-term outcomes after LER, compared to patients with RP. METHODS The National Inpatient Sample was reviewed between 2009 and 2013. All patients undergoing LER for TL and RP were identified. Patient characteristics, Charlson Comorbidity Index (CCI), length of stay, rates of inpatient major amputation, and mortality after LER were noted. Multivariable regression analysis was performed to identify predictors of inpatient mortality and major amputation between the 2 groups. RESULTS A total of 218,628 patients underwent LER (RP = 76,108, TL = 142,519). Patients with TL were more likely to undergo endovascular LER (RP = 31.3% vs. TL = 48.7%; P < 0.001). Patients with TL had higher comorbidities as suggested by increased likelihood of having CCI ≥3 (RP = 22.9% vs. TL = 40.3%; P < 0.001). The mean costs were significantly higher in the TL group (RP = $23,795 vs. TL = $31,470; P < 0.001). There was a significantly higher rate of major amputation (RP = 1.3% vs. TL = 6.6%; P < 0.001) and inpatient mortality (RP = 0.9% vs. TL = 1.9%; P < 0.001) after LER for TL. On multivariable analysis, TL was independently associated with increased major amputation (odds ratio [OR] 4.93, 95% confidence interval [CI] 4.18-5.81) and increased mortality (OR 1.42, 95% CI 1.16-1.74) compared to RP. CONCLUSIONS There is significant discrepancy in outcomes of LER for TL and RP. TL is independently associated with major amputation and inpatient mortality. Outcomes of LER for TL and RP should be reported separately for better benchmarking.

Abstract
Peripheral vascular intervention (PVI) improves quality of life and reduces major adverse limb events in patients with peripheral arterial disease. PVI is commonly performed via the femoral artery, and the most common adverse periprocedural event is a vascular access complication. Transradial access for PVI has the potential to reduce vascular access complications and improve patient outcomes. Further study is needed to elucidate the risks of stroke, acute kidney injury, and radiation exposure in the setting of transradial PVI. As transradial access for PVI progresses, it will be important to build the evidence base along with procedural experience.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Ambulatory hospitalization for endovascular repair of lower extremity peripheral arterial disease (PAD) could be a real opportunity to respond to the burden of PAD, to reduce costs, and to improve patients' empowerment. The French Society of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery (SCVE) established guidelines to facilitate the development of ambulatory hospitalization in France. METHODS In 2017, we used the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines and MEDLINE database to conduct a systematic review of available literature. A total of 448 relevant articles were found. Twelve articles, all published after the year 2000, were included and reviewed by two independent investigators. The SCVE mandated a scientific committee to collectively establish these guidelines. RESULTS Eligibility for ambulatory management shall be based on the assessment of the triad: (1) patient, (2) procedure, and (3) structure. Comprehensive information and a detailed procedural pathway should be provided for the patient. No age limit is recommended. American Society of Anesthesiologists I, II, and III stable patients are eligible for ambulatory intervention. Specific comorbidities such as severe obesity, sleep apnea, and/or chronic kidney failure should be assessed preoperatively. Critical limb ischemia and complex lesions have not been considered as exclusion criteria. Antiplatelet drug use (aspirin and/or clopidogrel) has not been considered as a contraindication. Femoral ultrasound-guided puncture is recommended. Manual compression or closure devices have been recommended for 7F sheath or less. A minimum of 4 hours of monitoring after percutaneous femoral access is required before discharge. CONCLUSIONS The SCVE guidelines aim to frame the practice of ambulatory endovascular procedures for lower extremity peripheral artery disease and to give vascular interventionalists help in their routine practice.
