Abstract
In this investigation a single crystal of (4-oxo-piperidinium ethylene acetal) trioxonitrate (4-OPEAN) was synthesized by modifying the mechanism of gradual evaporation at ambient temperature. The operational groupings are found in the complex material in the elaborate substance, according to the infrared spectrum. Single crystal X-ray diffraction suggests, (4-OPEAN) with the chemical formula (C7H12NO2)NO3 belongs to the orthorhombic space group Pnma and is centrosymmetric in three dimensions with the aforementioned network configurations, a = 11.7185(8) Å, b = 7.2729(6) Å, c = 11.0163(8) Å, Z = 4, V = 938.89(12) Å3, R = 0.0725 and wR = 0.1762. Many N-H…O and C-H…O hydrogen bridges, both bifurcated and non-bifurcated, link the 4-oxo-piperidinium ethylene acetal cations to the trigonal (NO3-) anions. Molecular geometry and optimal parameters of (4-OPEAN) have been determined via DFT computations at the theory-level B3LYP/6-311 ++ G(d, p), these have been contrasted with the X-ray data already available. Hirshfeld surface analysis has made it possible for the visualization and quantification of relationships between molecules in the crystal composition. Quantum theory atoms in molecules, electron location function, decreased density gradient, and localized orbital locator research have all been used to explore non-covalent interactions in crystal structure. In order to pinpoint both the nucleophilic and electrophilic locations that support hydrogen bond formation, the molecule electrostatic potential was determined. The greatest and lowest energies of occupied and unfilled molecular orbitals, together with additional derived atomic characteristics, show the material to be extremely stable and hard. According to a molecular docking study, 4-OPEAN may exhibit inhibiting effects on the 6Y84 and 7EJY virus proteins from corona (COVID-19).

Abstract
A novel organic-inorganic hybrid non-centrosymmetric superconductor material [2-ethylpiperazine tetrachlorocuprate(II)] has been synthesized and investigated by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, single-crystal X-ray crystallography, thermal analyses, and density functional theory (DFT) studies. The single-crystal X-ray analysis indicates that the studied compound crystallizes in the P212121 orthorhombic space group. Hirshfeld surface analyses have been used to investigate non-covalent interactions. Organic cations [C6H16N2]2+ and inorganic moieties [CuCl4]2- alternatively connect N-H···Cl and C-H···Cl hydrogen bonds. In addition, the energies of the frontier orbitals, highest occupied molecular orbital, lowest unoccupied molecular orbital, the reduced density gradient analyses and quantum theory of atoms in molecules analyses, and the natural bonding orbital are also studied. Furthermore, the optical absorption and photoluminescence properties were also explored. However, time-dependent/DFT computations were utilized to examine the photoluminescence and UV-vis absorption characteristics. Two different methods, 2, 2-diphenyl-1-picryhydrazyl radical and 2,2-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid radical scavenging, were used to evaluate the antioxidant activity of the studied material. Furthermore, the title material was docked to the SARS-CoV-2 variant (B.1.1.529) in silico to study the non-covalent interaction of the cuprate(II) complex with active amino acids in the spike protein.

Abstract
In this paper, a novel hybrid material, entitled histaminium bis(trioxonitrate), with the general chemical formula (C5H11N3)(NO3)2, denoted by HTN was presented. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction was used to determine the structural characteristics of this compound after it was made using a slow evaporation method at room temperature. This compound was elaborated and crystallized to the monoclinic system with space group P21/c, and the lattice parameters obtained were: a = 10.4807 (16)Å, b = 11.8747 (15)Å, c = 16.194 (2)Å, β = 95.095 (6)°, V = 2007.4 (5)Å3 and Z = 8. The title compound's atomic structure couldbe modeled as a three-dimensional network. Organic cations and nitrate anions were connected via N-H...O and C-H...O hydrogen bonds in the HTN structure. The intermolecular interactions responsible for the formation of crystal packing were evaluated using Hirshfeld surfaces and two-dimensional fingerprint plots. The compound's infrared spectrum, which ranged from 4000 to 400 cm-1, confirmed the presence of the principal bands attributed to the internal modes of the organic cation and nitrate anions. Additionally, spectrofluorimetry and the ultraviolet-visible spectrum was used to investigate this compound. DFT calculations were used to evaluate the composition and properties of HTN. The energy gap, chemical reactivity and crystal stability of HTN were quantified by performing HOMO-LUMO frontier orbitals analysis. Topological analysis (AIM), Reduced Density Gradient (RDG), molecular electrostatic potential surface (MEPS) and Mulliken population were processed to determine the types of non-covalent interactions, atomic charges and molecular polarity in detail.

Abstract
Cuspareine as an antiviral alkaloid can be used in the treatment of COVID-19. In this study, we introduced the ionic liquids (ILs) concluded cuspareinium as a cation with CH3COO-, CF3COO-, and PF6 as anions. The optimized geometry, thermodynamic parameters, and reactivity descriptors were calculated with density functional theory (DFT) approach and time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) using B3LYP/6-311G. In addition, the UV and IR spectra of the introduced ILs were investigated. Based on DFT calculation, the designed IL CH3COO- can be to the most suitable anions due to most solubility in the water. DFT studies displayed that all the introduced ILs have more polarity than pristine cuspareine and CH3COO--cuspareine is the most polarity due to high dipole moment. Also, the thermo- chemical data of the designed ionic liquids revealed that PF6-cuspareine is distinguished to be stable. A molecular docking study of the designed ILs with 6 LU7 protease was performed to display interactions and binding energy. Results of molecular docking displayed that CH3COO- ion liquid has the highest binding energy (- 7.20 kcal/mol) and Ala7, and Lys 5 residues are involved in an interaction. DFT and molecular docking studies of cuspareine as alkaloid based on ionic liquids can be helpful to for more pharmaceutical and biological researches of cuspareine as an antiviral agent against COVID-19.

Abstract
In this research, the impact of non-covalent interactions on the FT-IR spectrum and structural, electronic, topological and vibrational properties of hybrid 4-methylbenzylammonium nitrate (4MBN) have been studied combining B3LYP/CC-PVTZ calculations with molecular docking. 4MBN was synthesized and characterized by using the FT-IR spectrum while the optimized structures in gas phase and in ethanol and aqueous solutions have evidenced monodentate coordination between the nitrate and methylbenzylammonium groups, in agreement with that experimental determined for this species by X-ray diffraction. Here, non-covalent interactions were deeply analyzed in terms of topological parameters (AIM), electron localization function (ELF), localized orbital locator (LOL), Hirshfeld surface and reduced density gradient (RDG) method. Weak interactions such as H-bonds, VDW and steric effect in 4MBN were visualized and quantified by the independent gradient density (IGM) based on the promolecular density. The hyper-conjugative and the delocalization of charge in 4MBN have been elucidated by natural bonding orbital (NBO) while its chemical reactivity was studied and discussed by using molecular electrostatic potential surface (MESP), frontier molecular orbital (FMOs), density of state (DOS) and partial density of state (PDOS). The complete vibrational assignments of 69 vibration modes expected for 4MBN are reported together with the scaled force constants while the electronic transitions were evaluated by TD-DFT calculations in ethanol solution. Thermal analysis (DTA and DSC) was also determined. Molecular docking calculations have suggested that 4MBN presents biological activity and could act as a good inhibitor against schizophrenia disease.

Abstract
As part of our interest in halogenobismuthate(iii) organic-inorganic hybrid materials, a novel compound named bis(4,4'-diammoniumdiphenylsulfone) hexadecaiodotetrabismuthate(III) tetrahydrate with the chemical formula (C12H14N2O2S)2[Bi4I16]·4H2O, abbreviated as (H2DDS)[Bi4I16], has been prepared by a slow evaporation method at room temperature. This compound was characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction (SCXRD), spectroscopic measurements, thermal study and antimicrobial activity. The examination of the molecular arrangement shows that the crystal packing can be described as made of layers of organic [C12H14N2O2S]2+ entities and H2O molecules, between which tetranuclear [Bi4I16]4- units, isolated from each other, are inserted. The cohesion among the different molecules is assured by N-H⋯I, N-H⋯O and O-H⋯I hydrogen bonding interactions, forming a three-dimensional network. Room temperature IR, Raman spectroscopy of the title compound were recorded and analyzed. The optical properties were also investigated by both UV-vis and photoluminescence spectroscopy. Moreover, the synthesized compound was also screened for in vitro antimicrobial (Gram-positive and Gram-negative) and antioxidant activities (scavenging effect on DPPH free radicals, reducing power and total antioxidant capacity).

Abstract
A zwitterionic dimer model constructed of inter-molecular -N-H⋯O bonding has been proposed for the solid sample of DL-3-Aminoisobutyric acid consistent with IR absorption and Raman spectral features measured in the 3500-400/50 cm-1. This zwitterionic dimer model in water as solvent has been computed at B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) and B3LYP-D3/6-311++G(d,p) levels including Grimme's dispersion correction associated with the -N-H⋯O interaction and SCRF-SMD method. Of the several possible monomer and dimer conformational structures, the most stable dimer constructed of two zwitterion monomer units has produced vibrational modes due to the -NH3 + cation and -CO2‾ anion involved in the -N-H⋯O bonding in fair agreement with the observed broad but composite IR modal features near the 3500-2000 cm-1. Except for the frequency of asymmetric stretching mode of the -NH3 + cation, its symmetric and bending modes agree with the observed values. As for the -CO2‾ anion, the frequencies of all of its modes are in good agreement with the experiment. Natural bond orbital (NBO), molecular electrostatic potential (MEP), atoms-in-molecules (AIM) and non-covalent interaction (NCI) analyses have been used to understand electronic characterization of the -N-H⋯O bonding.

Abstract
A new chloranilate compound with 1-(2-fluorophenyl)piperazine has been synthesized and characterized using spectroscopic methods and X-ray diffraction. The atomic arrangement can be described by an H-bonded 3D network, formed by anionic entities, organic cations and H2O molecules linked together via NH…O, OH…Cl, CH…Cl and CH…O hydrogen bonds. The vibrational absorption bands of the various characteristic groups of this compound have been identified by infrared spectroscopy. Moreover, the thermal and dielectric analyses have shown that the title compound has a phase transition at 393 K. The surface mapped over the dnorm property, highlights the A⋯H (AO, C, Cl and F) as the main intermolecular contacts. On the other hand, the geometry, intermolecular bonds and harmonic vibrational frequencies of the title molecule have been investigated using the B3LYP/6-31G (d, p) method. The stability of the structure obtained, as well as the charge transfer within the molecule, have been confirmed by determining the energies of the HOMO and LUMO levels and the theoretical gap energy. Molecular docking studies of the title compound have also been conducted as part of this study.
