Abstract
We conducted a randomized controlled trial to study the effects of interprofessional communication team training on clinical competence in the Korean Advanced Life Support provider course using a team communication framework. Our study involved 73 residents and 42 nurses from a tertiary hospital in Seoul. The participants were randomly assigned to the intervention or control group, forming 10 teams per group. The intervention group underwent interprofessional communication team training with a cardiac arrest simulation and standardized communication tools. The control group completed the Korean Advanced Life Support provider course. All participants completed a communication clarity self-reporting questionnaire. Clinical competence was assessed using a clinical competency scale comprising technical and nontechnical tools. Blinding was not possible due to the educational intervention. Data were analyzed using a Mann-Whitney U test and a multivariate Kruskal-Wallis H test. While no significant differences were observed in communication clarity between the two groups, there were significant differences in clinical competence. Therefore, the study confirmed that the intervention can enhance the clinical competence of patient care teams in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

Abstract
AIM To determine the core competencies of clinical internships for international postgraduate nursing students undertaking a two-year professional program in China. BACKGROUND Clinical internship is an important part of nursing education and is the cornerstone for the future training of nursing professionals. However, in terms of providing a basis for the training and assessment of international postgraduate nursing students undertaking a two-year professional program in China, their core competencies of clinical internships have not yet been sufficiently determined. METHODS Focus group interviews and a two-round Delphi method were conducted. The preliminary list of core competencies was determined based on a scoping review and focus group interviews. Subsequently, experts provided suggestions for modifications to the core competencies in two rounds of the Delphi survey. The response rate (RR), composite reliability (Cr), coefficient of variation and Kendall coefficient of indices were calculated. RESULTS Twenty experts completed two rounds of Delphi expert consultation and reached consensus on five first-level indices and 13 s-level indices with 27 connotations. The RR values for the two rounds of consultation were 100 %, the Cr values were 0.853 and 0.873 and the Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.134-0.250 (p < 0.05). CONCLUSION The core competencies identified in this research can provide a basis for further training international postgraduate nursing students undertaking a two-year professional program in China through internship programs. This research also provides a reference for effectively evaluating and improving clinical programs.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Teamwork during neonatal resuscitation is essential. Situations arise quickly and unexpectedly and are highly stressful, requiring pediatric registered nurses (pRN) to respond effectively and in a structured manner. In Sweden, pRNs work in all pediatric settings including the neonatal intensive care unit. The experience and actions of pRNs are seldom explored, and studies within this area could develop and improve strategies for neonatal resuscitation situations. PURPOSE To describe pRNs' experiences and actions during neonatal resuscitation. METHODS A qualitative interview study based on the critical incident technique was performed. Sixteen pRNs from 4 neonatal intensive care units in Sweden were interviewed. RESULTS Critical situations were divided into 306 experiences and 271 actions. pRNs' experiences were divided into 2 categories: individual- and team-focused experiences. Critical situations were managed by individual- or team-focused actions.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Due to the nature of its occupations, the healthcare industry recognizes that manually lifting, transferring, and handling patients are high-risk activities and leading factors for work-related musculoskeletal disorders. Research studies highlight that students are not receiving adequate training in manual patient transfer. OBJECTIVE The objective of this study was to examine the procedural knowledge in patient transfer of second-year Master of Science in Occupational Therapy students and their practical skills in performing a manual patient transfer. METHODS This observational, cross-sectional study included 23 occupational therapy students. Students completed the transfer technique knowledge assessment and subsequently performed a real-time manual patient transfer. RESULTS No significant association was found between the participants' knowledge and performance in MPT (x2(2) = 0.578, p = 0.749). All students scored highly on the knowledge assessment (μ= 9.3, SD =±1.02); however, the performance on real-time manual patient transfer was moderate (μ= 11.57, SD =±3.37) for the majority of students. CONCLUSION A gap exists between the results of students' knowledge and practice versus real-time performance in manual patient transfer. The practical training students receive on manual patient transfers in the academic setting may not equip them with the necessary skills and techniques to perform safe transfers.

Abstract
AIM To map the evidence of the simulation debriefing phase in simulation activities of nursing education, to address and inform clinical teaching and learning in nursing. DESIGN A scoping review. METHODS A systematic review of literature published between 2008-2021 was conducted using CINAHL & ERIC, MEDLINE, EMBASE, APA PsycInfo, the Cochrane Library and JBI Evidence synthesis. Inclusion criteria were primary studies published in English on simulation debriefing at all levels in nursing education. RESULTS Of 140 included references, only 80% (N = 112) framed simulation debriefing theoretically either by specific theories/models or as a literature review of the topic. A variety of simulation debriefing methods were identified; however, debriefing methods were only described in 79% (N = 110) of the references. There appears to be a gap in consensus concerning the theoretical or methodological frameworks characterizing simulation debriefing in nursing education. The majority of studies (86%) were conducted at a bachelor's degree level (N = 121).

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Fast Rehabilitation Nursing on Pain Mitigation after Lumbar Discectomy and Bone Graft Fusion and Internal Fixation. Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy analysis of fast rehabilitation nursing on pain mitigation after lumbar discectomy and bone graft fusion and internal fixation. Methods A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation who underwent lumbar discectomy and bone graft fusion and internal fixation in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomized either into routine group (n = 30) or rehabilitation group (n = 30) via the random number table method. The patients in the routine group were intervened with the routine postoperative nursing mode, and the patients in the rehabilitation group were intervened with the fast rehabilitation nursing mode on the basis of the nursing of the patients in the routine group. The rehabilitation effect, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores, postoperative pain improvement, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative rehabilitation effect of the rehabilitation group was significantly better than that of the routine group (P < 0.05). The fast rehabilitation nursing resulted in a notably lower postoperative SAS and SDS scores versus the routine nursing (P < 0.001). The postoperative pain was significantly mitigated in the rehabilitation group when compared with the routine group (P < 0.001). The fast rehabilitation nursing implemented in the rehabilitation group led to a remarkably higher nursing satisfaction of the patients (P < 0.001). Conclusion The fast rehabilitation nursing mode intervention for lumbar disc herniation patients undergoing lumbar discectomy and bone graft fusion and internal fixation is a promising approach to improve the postoperative rehabilitation, mitigate postoperative pain, and relieve anxiety, depression, and other negative emotions, with higher clinical nursing satisfaction.

Abstract
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES To explore recently graduated perioperative nurses' experiences of interprofessional simulation-based learning during postgraduate education and investigate whether and how this learning approach contributed to the development of their professional competence in meeting acute clinical situations. BACKGROUND Perioperative nursing requires specialised education that offers professional development to ensure high-quality nursing care and patient safety in acute situations. Interprofessional simulation-based learning exposes students to acute situations in a safe environment without the risk of harming the patient, and it prepares postgraduate nursing students for clinical practice. Despite extensive research regarding simulation-based learning, there is a lack of knowledge on what impact such training has on perioperative nursing students after graduation. DESIGN An explorative qualitative design was used, and this study is reported in accordance with the COREQ guidelines. METHOD Between March 2019-November 2020, 16 perioperative nurses participated in semi-structured individual interviews three to five months after their graduation from five different educational institutions. During their postgraduate education, they had participated in interprofessional simulation-based learning that included acute clinical situations. A phenomenological hermeneutical analysis was applied to the data involving three steps: naïve reading, structural analysis and comprehensive understanding. RESULTS During the naïve reading, three themes emerged: competence in handling acute situations, competence in interprofessional teamwork and professional identity development. CONCLUSION Interprofessional simulation-based learning in perioperative nursing education developed relevant and important competence, including professional identity development, among perioperative nursing students. As recent graduates, their professional competence was transferred to clinical practice and developed further. RELEVANCE TO CLINICAL PRACTICE Findings indicate that interprofessional simulation-based learning is an important educational approach in perioperative nursing education. It is essential to use effective learning approaches to develop competencies that are transferable to clinical practice and improve perioperative nurses' performance as recent graduates. Therefore, interprofessional simulation-based learning should be implemented into perioperative nursing education.

Abstract
(1) The COVID-19 pandemic has had many consequences on health systems worldwide. In the Spanish health system, telephone-based consultations were coupled to in-person consultations. This type of consultation was mainly a challenge for the primary care teams, who had to assume the greatest load of care provision. The objective of the present study was to discover the satisfaction and perception of health professionals related to a training program on efficient communication based on high-fidelity simulation. (2) Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study based on a convergent and parallel mixed method. The satisfaction and perception of 275 health professionals associated with COVID-19 training based on the structured communication model CERCAR© was analyzed. (3) Results: The assessment of the satisfaction with the training and methodology was high. With respect to the transfer of information, the participants gave a high score to the categories of consolidation of learning, applicability to their work, and benefits for the institution. The qualitative results supported these findings. (4) Conclusions: The training program and its virtual modality were well received, and had a high degree of transference. The application of active, online learning methodologies is a relevant format for continuous education.
