Abstract
Semiconductive metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) with donor-acceptor (D-A) characteristics have garnered attractive attention due to their capacity for separating and transferring photogenerated charges, making them promising candidates for high-performance X-ray detectors. However, the low charge transfer efficiency between the metal nodes and organic ligands limits the X-ray-to-electricity conversion efficiency of these materials. Herein, an additional photoactive donor (D') is introduced by incorporating a heavy atom-containing polyoxometalate (POM) [α-SiW12O40]4- into a binary {[Ni·bcbp·(H2O)2]·(H2O)4·Cl}n (Ni-bcbp, bcbp: H2bcbp·2Cl = 1,1'-bis(4-carboxyphenyl)(4,4'-bipyridinium) dichloride) MOF, resulting in a semiconductive ternary D-D'-A framework {[Ni2(bcbp)2·(H2O)4·(DMA)]·(SiW12O40)}n (SiW@Ni-bcbp, DMA: dimethylacetamide). The obtained material features an unprecedented porous 8-connected bcu-net structure that accommodates nanoscale [α-SiW12O40]4- counterions, displaying uncommon optoelectronic responses. In contrast to binary Ni-bcbp, the SiW@Ni-bcbp framework exhibits distinctive photochromism and robust X-ray responsiveness, which can be attributed to the synergistic effects of the electron reservoir and multiple photoinduced electron transfer originating from the POMs. As a result, the X-ray detector based on SiW@Ni-bcbp demonstrates a sensitivity of 5741.6 µC Gyair -1 cm-2 with a low detection limit of 0.49 µGyair s-1. Moreover, the devices demonstrated the capability of producing clearness X-ray images, providing a feasible and stable solution for constructing high-performance direct X-ray detectors.

Abstract
Synaptic devices that mimic biological synapses are considered as promising candidates for brain-inspired devices, offering the functionalities in neuromorphic computing. However, modulation of emerging optoelectronic synaptic devices has rarely been reported. Herein, a semiconductive ternary hybrid heterostructure is prepared with a D-D'-A configuration by introducing polyoxometalate (POM) as an additional electroactive donor (D') into a metalloviologen-based D-A framework. The obtained material features an unprecedented porous 8-connected bcu-net that accommodates nanoscale [α-SiW12 O40 ]4- counterions, displaying uncommon optoelectronic responses. Besides, the fabricated synaptic device based on this material can achieve dual-modulation of synaptic plasticity due to the synergetic effect of electron reservoir POM and photoinduced electron transfer. And it can successfully simulate learning and memory processes similar to those in biological systems. The result provides a facile and effective strategy to customize multi-modality artificial synapses in the field of crystal engineering, which opens a new direction for developing high-performance neuromorphic devices.

Abstract
Four new tris-Anderson polyoxometalates (POMs), (NH4)4[ZnMo6O18(C4H8NO3)(OH)3]·4H2O (1), (NH4)4[CuMo6O18(C4H8NO3)(OH)3]·4H2O (2), (TBA)3(NH4)[ZnMo6O17(C5H9O3)2(OH)]·10H2O (3) (TBA = n-C16H36N), and (NH4)4[CuMo6O18(C5H9O3)2]·16H2O (4), were synthesized by a microwave-assisted method. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction revealed that 1 and 2 contained a tris (trihydroxyl organic compounds) ligand grafted on one side, while two tris ligands were grafted on two sides to form χ/δ and δ/δ isomers in 3 and 4, respectively. 1H and 13C NMR spectra of the χ/δ isomer 3 were obtained for the first time, with six methylenes showing six peaks in the 1H NMR spectrum and only four peaks in the 13C NMR spectrum. Mass spectrometry monitoring revealed that during the microwave-assistant process the tris ligand can graft onto POMs to form 1, while tris directly coordinates with metallic heteroatoms to form isopolymolybdates during the conventional reflux synthesis process. In addition, 1-4 can catalyze CO2 with epoxides into cyclic carbonates with high selectivity and yields at an atmospheric pressure of CO2, which is lower than the pressure of CO2 in other catalysis using POMs as catalysts. Furthermore, 1-4 showed good catalytic stability and cycling properties. Mechanism studies substantiated POMs cocatalyzed with Br- to improve the catalytic yields.

Abstract
A new organic-inorganic nanohybrid compound, ([Cu{(HOCH2CH2)2NCS2}2]3[PMo12O40] (1)), has been prepared by sonochemical technique using copper(II) dithiocarbamate complex and a Keggin-type polyoxomolybdate in this research. FT-IR, XRD, FE-SEM, TEM, EDX, UV-Vis, TGA, BET, and single crystal XRD analyses were applied to describe the properties of the composition of the nanohybrid. Compound (1) is composed of [PMo12O40]3- building blocks and [Cu{(HOCH2CH2)2NCS2}2]1+ cationic moieties, and electrostatic forces and substantial hydrogen-bonding interactions were applied to pack them; and consequently, a three dimensional supramolecular framework was made based on single-crystal X-ray diffraction patterns. FE-SEM and TEM images approved the morphology of the nanohybrid sample to be extremely penetrable. Very good sonocatalytic performance is shown by this supramolecular nanohybrid in the degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB), which is a cationic organic dye. The results showed complete degradation of cationic RhB (25 mg/L) within 70 min with the rate constant of 0.039min-1 in the presence of nanohybrid (1) and H2O2 (4 mmol/L). Also, sonocatalytic activity of the nanohybrid (1) was higher than H3PMo12O40, showing that the combining Cu(DEDTC)2 complex with H3PMo12O40 could be an excellent choice to improve its sonocatalytic activity. The used nanohybrid (1) can be recycled after easily removing from the reaction media by centrifuging, and there was no considerable loss of catalytic activity and retention of the structure.

Abstract
This study focused on the synthesis, photocatalytic degradation of organic dyes and biological activity of novel N, N, O-donor tridentate water soluble 4-hydroxy benzohydrazide-grafted biopolymer Schiff base Cu(ii) complexes. The eco-friendly catalysts were designed for potential application in the degradation of organic dyes. The photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue was investigated with various irradiation times (30, 60, 90 and 120 min), catalytic dosages (5, 10, 15 and 20 mg) and pH (3, 7 and 12). The as-prepared compounds were characterised via various techniques including FT-IR and FT-NMR spectroscopy; TGA-DTA, XRD, SEM-EDAX; ESR and UV-vis spectroscopy; photoluminescence, magnetic moment, and conductivity measurements; and elemental and thermal analysis. The crystallinity of the Schiff base ligands, chitosan, and their Cu(ii) complexes was analysed via X-ray diffraction (XRD) studies. The XRD patterns revealed that the polymer chitosan was more crystalline than the Schiff base ligands and their complexes. The surface morphological analysis by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) revealed that the Cu(ii) complexes were amorphous in nature compared to chitosan and the ligands. The anti-inflammatory and anti-diabetic studies of the biopolymer Cu(ii) complexes were performed using the albumin denaturation technique and McCue and Shetty method, respectively. The as-synthesized 4-hydroxy benzohydrazide-grafted O-carboxymethyl chitosan Schiff base ligands and their Cu(ii) complexes showed a good anti-inflammatory and antidiabetic effect. The photocatalytic activity proved that the aryl-substituted complex was more efficient than the aliphatic-substituted complex.
