Abstract
Breast cancer is the most prevalent non-cutaneous malignancy in women, with greater than a million new cases every year. In the last decennium, numerous diagnostic and treatment approaches have been enormously studied for Breast cancer. Among the different approaches, nanotechnology has appeared as a promising approach in preclinical and clinical studies for early diagnosis of primary tumors and metastases and eradicating tumor cells. Each of these nanocarriers has its particular advantages and drawbacks. Combining two or more than two constituents in a single nanocarrier system leads to the generation of novel multifunctional Hybrid Nanocarriers with improved structural and biological properties. These novel Hybrid Nanocarriers have the capability to overcome the drawbacks of individual constituents while having the advantages of those components. Various hybrid nanocarriers such as lipid polymer hybrid nanoparticles, inorganic hybrid nanoparticles, metal-organic hybrid nanoparticles, and hybrid carbon nanocarriers are utilized for the diagnosis and treatment of various cancers. Certainly, Hybrid Nanocarriers have the capability to encapsulate multiple cargos, targeting agents, enhancement in encapsulation, stability, circulation time, and structural disintegration compared to non-hybrid nanocarriers. Many studies have been conducted to investigate the utilization of Hybrid nanocarriers in breast cancer for imaging platforms, photothermal and photodynamic therapy, chemotherapy, gene therapy, and combinational therapy. In this review, we mainly discussed in detailed about of preparation techniques and toxicological considerations of hybrid nanoparticles. This review also discussed the role of hybrid nanocarriers as a diagnostic and therapeutic agent for the treatment of breast cancer along with alternative treatment approaches apart from chemotherapy including photothermal and photodynamic therapy, gene therapy, and combinational therapy.

Abstract
Herein, we report the fabrication of NiO-CoO films for the electrochemical detection of hydrazine. An electrochemical sensor was devised where aerosol assisted chemical vapor deposition (AACVD) was employed as a nifty method for synthesizing NiO-CoO films over FTO electrodes. NiO-CoO-nanoparticle (NP) and NiO-CoO-nanowall (NW) films were fabricated over FTO substrates. The electrocatalytic analysis was performed in a standard three-electrode electrochemical setup. NiO-CoO-NW/FTO showed enhanced electro-oxidation for hydrazine at all concentrations tested. XRD, XPS, EDX, and FE-SEM techniques were used to characterize the structural, morphological, and elemental properties of NiO-CoO films. The results showed improved sensitivity, a large dynamic range, and good long-term stability of NiO-CoO-NW films. The amperometric response was used to measure the detection limit, and it was as low as 0.01 μM, and the sensitivity is ∼33 μA μM-1 cm-2. Besides, the NiO-CoO-NW/FTO electrodes showed significant selectivity towards hydrazine upon testing cross-sensitivity to other common interfering molecules. This strategy of using NiO-CoO-NW/FTO electrodes prepared via AACVD has great potential for the direct determination of hydrazine in environmental sensing applications.

Abstract
In green approaches for electrocatalyst synthesis, sonochemical methods play a powerful role in delivering the abundant surface areas and nano-crystalline properties that are advantageous to electrocatalytic detection. In this article, we proposed the sphere-like and perovskite type of bimetal oxides which are synthesized through an uncomplicated sonochemical procedure. As a yield, the novel calcium titanate (orthorhombic nature) nanoparticles (CaTiO3 NPs) decorated graphene oxide sheets (GOS) were obtained through simple ultrasonic irradiation by a high-intensity ultrasonic probe (Titanium horn; 50 kHz and 60 W). The GOS/CaTiO3 NC were characterized morphologically and chemically through the analytical methods (SEM, XRD, and EDS). Besides, as-prepared nanocomposites were modified on a GCE (glassy carbon electrode) and applied towards electrocatalytic and electrochemical sensing of chemotherapeutic drug flutamide (FD). Notably, FD is a crucial anticancer drug and also a non-steroidal anti-androgen chemical. Mainly, the designed and modified sensor has shown a wide linear range (0.015-1184 µM). A limit of detection was calculated as nanomolar level (5.7 nM) and sensitivity of the electrode is 1.073 μA μM-1 cm-2. The GOS/CaTiO3 modified electrodes have been tested in human blood and urine samples towards anticancer drug detection.

Abstract
A novel nanobiosensor was constructed with graphene oxide (GO) sheets coupled to pear extract-based green-synthesised silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs) to which cytochrome P450-2D6 (CYP2D6) enzyme was attached. The biosensor was applied in the electrochemical detection of the tuberculosis (TB) treatment drugs, ethambutol (EMB) and pyrazinamide (PZA). The surface morphology of the green-synthesised nanocomposites was studied by performing High-Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy (HR-TEM) and High-Resolution Scanning Electron Microscopy (HR-SEM). Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) and Raman Spectroscopy were used for structural analysis, while Ultraviolet Visible (UV-Vis) Spectroscopy was used in the optical characterisation of the nanocomposite material. Electrochemical studies on glassy carbon electrode (GCE), which were done by Cyclic Voltammetry (CV), showed that the GO|Ag-NPs||GCE electrode was highly conductive, and thereby indicating its suitability as a platform for nanobiosensor development. The non-toxic and low-cost green GO|Ag-NPs|CYP2D6||GCE nanobiosensor was used to determine EMB and PZA. The very low limit of detection (LOD) values of the biosensor for EMB (0.2962 × 10−2 nM, S/N = 3) and PZA (0.897 × 10−2 nM, S/N = 3) demonstrate that the green nanobiosensor is more sensitive than other biosensors reported for EMB and PZA.

Abstract
Designing and engineering nanocomposites with tailored physiochemical properties through teaming distinct components is a straightforward strategy to yield multifunctional materials. Here, we describe a rapid, economical, and green one-pot microwave synthetic procedure for the preparation of ternary nanocomposites carbon/polydopamine/Au nanoparticles (C/PDA/AuNPs; C = carbon nanotubes (CNTs), reduced graphene oxide (rGO)). No harsh reaction conditions were used in the method, as are used in conventional hydrothermal or high-temperature methods. The PDA unit acts as a non-covalent functionalizing agent for carbon, through π stacking interactions, and also as a stabilizing agent for the formation of AuNPs. The CNTs/PDA/AuNPs modified electrode exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity to oxidize chloramphenicol and the resulting sensor exhibited a low detection limit (36 nM), wide linear range (0.1–534 μM), good selectivity (against 5-fold excess levels of interferences), appreciable reproducibility (3.47%), good stability (94.7%), and practicality (recoveries 95.0%–98.4%). Likewise, rGO/PDA/AuNPs was used to fabricate a sensitive folic acid sensor, which exhibits excellent analytical parameters, including wide linear range (0.1–905 μM) and low detection limit (25 nM). The described synthetic route includes fast reaction time (5 min) and a readily available household microwave heating device, which has the potential to significantly contribute to the current state of the field.

Abstract
In this study, a super-active Iron (II, III) oxide nanospheres (Fe3O4 NPs) decorated reduced graphene oxide (rGOS) nanocomposite was developed. Fe3O4 NPs were stabilized on rGOS through electrostatic interactions in the aqueous medium. This process involves an ultrasound assisted reduction reaction of the GOS. The as-synthesized Fe3O4 NPs@rGOS was characterized through the HRTEM, SEM, XRD, Raman, elemental mapping and EDX analysis. The Fe3O4 NPs@rGOS modified GCE was developed for the determination of biomarker. Uric acid is important biomarker based on gout and kidney stone with high adverse effect in human body. The results obtained showed that the modified electrode Fe3O4 NPs@rGOS shows good electrochemical reduction peak compared to bare electrode and control electrodes. The Fe3O4 NPs@rGOS modified sensor linear range 0.02-783.6 µM was observed with nanomolar LOD 0.12 nM. In addition, the modified Fe3O4 NPs@rGOS/GCE sensor has been applied to determination of uric acid concentration in urine and blood serum samples. Furthermore, advantages of the modified sensor are high stability, repeatability and reproducibility.

Abstract
Herein, we report a super-active electrocatalyst of copper(II) oxide nanoparticles (CuO NPs) decorated functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotubes (CuO NPs@f-MWCNTs) by the ultrasonic method. The as-synthesized CuO NPs@f-MWCNTs was characterized through the FESEM, XPS, XRD and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The combination of highly active CuO NPs and highly conductive f-MWCNTs film with rapid detection enables this nanohybrid to display excellent electrochemical performance towards anesthesia drug. Furthermore, the hybrid electrocatalyst modified SPCE was developed for the determination of flunitrazepam (FTM) for the first time. FTM is important anesthesia drug with high adverse effect in human body. Benefiting from the synergistic reaction of CuO NPs and f-MWCNTs, this nanohybrid exhibited high sensitivity and specificity towards FTM electro-reduction. The CuO NPs@f-MWCNTs film modified SPCE exhibits outstanding electrochemical activity including excellent reproducibility, wide linear range from 0.05 to 346.6 µM with nanomolar limit of detection for FTM detection. Further, the as-modified CuO NPs@f-MWCNTs/SPCE has been applied to determination of FTM in biological and drug samples with satisfactory recovery results, thereby showing a notable potential for extensive (bio) sensor applications.

Abstract
To explore a novel and multi-layer based graphene oxide covered zinc oxide nanoflower (ZnO NFs@GOS) as a modified electrode materials by sonochemical technique (40 kHz, 300 W). Herein, novel nanocomposite is successfully characterized by various characterization analysis (FESEM, HRTEM, XRD, XPS and (EIS) electrochemical impedance spectroscopy) and employed as high sensitive modified electrode (ZnO NFs@GOS nanocomposite) for the electrochemical determination of biomarker. 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-HDG) is one of the important cancer and oxidative stress biomarker. The results demonstrated that the ZnO NFs@GOS modified SPCE reveal well-defined electro-oxidation peak at 0.36 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). The high sensitive properties of the optimized flower like modified electrode are because of the excellent synergistic effect of the ZnO flower and the graphene oxide nanosheets, as evidenced by a superior bio-sensing performance. The nanocomposite fabricated modified biosensor was facilitating the analysis of 8-HDG in the concentration ranges of 0.05-536.5 µM with a low detection limit is 8.67 nM. The ZnO NFs@GOS modified sensor can also employed for the determination of 8-HDG in human urine samples, promising its application towards the quantification of cancer biomarker in biological samples.

Abstract
Herein, we have reported a simple sonochemical synthesis of multi-layer graphene covered tungsten trioxide nanoballs (WO3 NBs) and the nanocomposite was characterized by FESEM, HRTEM, XRD, XPS, CV and EIS. Furthermore, progesterone (PGT) is a preferred marker for various biological problems like pregnancy problem, mood swings, anxiety, depression, nervousness and body pain. Therefore, its selective and sensitive determination in various biological fluids is beneficial for the evaluation of malformation problems. We describe the fabrication of an amperometric and non-enzymatic biosensor based on WO3 NBs@GR nanocomposite modified electrode for nanomolar detection of PGT. The results showed that the nanocomposite modified electrode exhibit well-defined electro-oxidation peak compared to bare and control electrodes, demonstrating the superior electrocatalytic ability and performances. The fabricated modified sensor was facilitates the analysis of PGT in the concentration ranges of 0.025-1792.5 µM with a low detection limit of 4.28 nM. Further, the as-prepared WO3 NBs@GR electrode has been applied to determination of PGT in human blood samples with outstanding recovery results and more importantly, the facile and environment-friendly sonochemical construction strategy extended here, may be open a cost-effective way for setting up the nanocomposites based (bio) sensing platform.

Abstract
In order to maintain a healthy organisation of bionetworks, both qualitative and quantitative estimation of hexavalent chromium in food and beverage samples is required based on proper quality control and assurance. Nonetheless, conventional quantitation techniques for hexavalent chromium generally suffer from certain limitations (e.g., the need for expertise, costly equipment, and a complicated procedure). This research was performed to elaborate a novel method to quantify hexavalent chromium based on an electrochemical cyclic voltammetry technique. To this end, nanochips of manganese oxide (Mn3O4: approximately 80–90 nm diameter and 10 nm thickness) were synthesized using a chemical method and characterized with spectroscopic and microscopic approaches. These nanochips were employed as proficient electrocatalytic materials in direct redox sensing of hexavalent chromium in both real samples and laboratory samples. Manganese oxide nanochips felicitated large surface area and catalytic action for direct electrochemical reduction of hexavalent chromium at electrode surface. This fabricated nanochip sensor presented a detection limit of 9.5 ppb with a linear range of 50–400 ppb (sensitivity of 25.88 µA cm−2 ppb−1).

Abstract
The development of an effective technique for detecting antibiotic drugs remains a serious task due to their toxicity to public health. For this purpose, herein, we report an electrochemical detection based on Cu2S nanosphere decorated reduced graphene oxide (RGO@Cu2S NC) nanocomposite. A sonochemical-assisted method was adopted to prepare the nanocomposite. Subsequently, its morphological, elemental, and crystal structural aspects were analysed. The electrochemical properties were examined in order to ensure the material's suitability in electrocatalytic sensing. RGO@Cu2S NC affixed screen-printed electrode was found to exhibit tremendous electrocatalytic capability toward chloramphenicol (CAP) reduction. A sensitive and reproducible amperometric CAP sensor was fabricated which was able to detect concentration at the nanomolar level. The method worked well even in real samples (fresh milk samples) and the results are evaluated by HPLC method and amperometric methods.
