Abstract
A Cu/TEMPO-catalyzed tandem multiple oxidative dehydrogenation and cycloaddition has been developed, which affords 4-acyl-1,2,3-triazoles and 4-diketo-1,2,3-triazoles from readily-available aryl-alkyl ketones (or alcohols) and different organic azides. Moreover, the reaction used environmentally friendly dimethyl carbonate (DMC) as the solvent and air as the oxidant, and H2O was the only by-product, so it provides a green and practical synthetic method for 1,2,3-triazoles.

Abstract
The acyl Sonogashira reaction represents an extension of Sonogashira cross-coupling to acid chlorides which replace aryl or vinyl halides, while terminal acetylenes are used as coupling partners in both reactions. The introduction of a carbonyl functional group on the alkyne backbone determines a radical change in the reactivity of the products. Indeed, α,β-alkynyl ketones can be easily converted into different heterocyclic compounds depending on the experimental conditions employed. Due to its potential, the acyl Sonogashira reaction has been deeply studied with particular attention to the nature of the catalysts and to the structures of both coupling compounds. Considering these two aspects, in this review, a detailed analysis of the literature data regarding the acyl Sonogashira reaction and its role in the synthesis of several heterocyclic derivatives is reported.

Abstract
An air-stable highly efficient reusable CuCl2-cryptand-[2.2.Benzo] catalyst is reported first time for coupling reaction of terminal alkynes with different acyl chlorides in the presence of triethylamine acting both as base and solvent at room temperature to give the corresponding ynones. Easy-going, short reaction time, cost-effective, palladium-, phosphorus- and solvent-free, high yield and recyclability up to 5th times make this method green procedure for ynones' synthesis with wide substrate variety.

Abstract
We herein document the first example of a reliable copper-catalyzed Huisgen 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition under oxidative conditions. The combined use of two polymer-supported reagents (polystyrene-1,5,7-triazabicyclo[4,4,0]dec-5-ene/Cu and polystyrene-2-iodoxybenzamide) overcomes the thermodynamic instability of copper(I) species toward oxidation, enabling the reliable Cu-catalyzed Huisgen 1,3-dipolar cycloadditions in the presence of an oxidant agent. This polymer-assisted pathway, not feasible under conventional homogeneous conditions, provides a direct assembly of 4-acyl-1-substituted-1,2,3-triazoles, contributing to expand the reliability and scope of Cu(I)-catalyzed alkyne-azide cycloaddition.

Ten 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles were synthesized from one of 1-(azido-methyl)benzene, 1-(azidomethyl)-4-fluorobenzene, 1-(azidomethyl)-4-chlorobenzene, 1-(azidomethyl)-4-bromobenzene or 1-(azidomethyl)-4-iodobenzene, generated in situ from sodium azide and the corresponding benzyl halide, and dipropargyl uracil or dipropargyl thymine. Optimal experimental conditions were established for the conventional click chemistry. The corrosion inhibiting properties of some of these compounds, which were determined by means of an electrochemical technique, are also presented.
