Abstract
BACKGROUND Social platforms such as YouTube have become sources of information about diseases as they can be easily and rapidly accessed. However, this also has the risk of ill-intentioned content and misleading information. OBJECTIVE To evaluate the reliability of YouTube video content about delayed ejaculation treatment. MATERIAL AND METHODS YouTube videos were searched using the terms "delayed ejaculation," "retarded ejaculation," "inhibited ejaculation," and "anejaculation." Videos were excluded if they were not in English, were not related to the subject, or did not have audio and visual content. In accordance with the scientifically proven accurate information, the videos were separated as reliable (Group 2, n: 112) and unreliable videos (Group 1, n: 94). The groups were compared in respect of the video characteristics, and the scores obtained in the DISCERN-5, Global Quality Scale, the Patient Education Materials Assessment Tool Audiovisual, and the Journal of the American Medical Association scales. Intraclass correlation test was used to evaluate the level of agreement between the two investigators. RESULTS Of the 1200 videos, 994 were excluded. No significant difference was determined between the Group 1 and Group 2 in respect of the median number of views [1672 (4555) vs 1547 (28,559), p = 0.63] and likes [10 (42) vs 17 (255), p = 0.07]. There was a greater number of videos in the Group 2 (54.4%) and the points obtained on the scoring scales were significantly higher than the Group 1 (p < 0.001). The videos originating from universities/professional organizations/non-profit physician/physician group were comprised the majority of the reliable videos (55.3%) and the unreliable videos had more content related to treatment (71.4%) (p < 0.001). CONCLUSION Although there was a greater number of reliable videos related to the problem of delayed ejaculation, the content could be misleading and should be avoided by patients seeking treatment without consulting a physician.

Abstract
It was aimed to analyze the YouTube™ videos on prostatitis regarding their source, content, and information included. The term "prostatitis" was searched by relevance and the first 200 video links and features were recorded. Using the 5-point modified DISCERN tool, Global Quality Score (GQS), and Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA) score, the quality and reliability of the information were assessed by two urologists. Inter-rater agreement for DISCERN, JAMA, and GQS had Cohen's kappa coefficients of 0.883, 0.887, and 0.885, respectively. The most common source of upload was doctors/medical institutions (33.0%), and the majority of the content was about general information (27.0%). The mean modified DISCERN, GQS and JAMA scores were 3.24 ± 1.23 (1.00-5.00), 3.25 ± 1.26 (1.00-5.00) and 2.17 ± 1.36 (0.00-4.00), respectively. These scores were correlated with each other (r = 0.914, p < 0.001 between JAMA and GQS; r = 0.954, p < 0.001 between JAMA and modified DISCERN; and r = 0.885, p < 0.001 between GQS and modified DISCERN, Spearman test) and were the highest in the videos uploaded by doctors/medical institutions (p < 0.001, Kruskal-Wallis test). Of the videos, 25.5% were poor, 30.5% were moderate and 44.0% were high quality. The high quality videos were significantly shorter than those with poor quality (p = 0.039, Kruskal-Wallis test). The poor quality videos had the highest view ratio (50.49 ± 127.74 (0.03-618.91), p = 0.036, Kruskal-Wallis test). Most YouTube™ videos on prostatitis are short and high quality videos uploaded by doctors/medical institutions. However, these videos have less view ratios than those with poor quality.

Abstract
PURPOSE To evaluate the reliability, transparency, usability and technical quality of videos about urethral stricture and its management in the most common video-sharing website "YouTube". METHODS We performed a video search on YouTube using the keywords "Urethral Stricture", "Internal Urethrotomy" and "Urethroplasty". After excluding the videos that did not meet the inclusion criteria, demographic data of each video was recorded and assessed with the validated DISCERN questionnaire, the Journal of the American Medical Association Benchmark Score (JAMAs) and the Global Quality Score (GQS). Additionally, the Urethral Stricture Video Score was developed by two experienced surgeons to assess the technical aspects. Videos were also compared with a view to their source of upload. RESULTS A total of 177 videos were analysed. Videos from "University" and "Other" had a significantly higher view ratio and video power index (VPI) than the rest (all p<0.05). For all mentioned scores, even though the video sources of "Society" and "University" had significantly higher scores than the rest (all p<0.05), all scores remained at a low to moderate level at each group. CONCLUSION Even though universities, societies and organisations tend to upload better videos about the management of urethral stricture in terms of general quality, reliability, transparency and technical aspects, the online visual content about urethral stricture and its management needs to be improved in order to provide more reliable and qualified information for both clinicians and patients.

Abstract
BACKGROUND YouTube, known as an online video platform, is one of the most popular and dynamic video platforms in the world. it provides access to videos with a variety of content, both in health and many other areas. The fact that it is accessible to everyone and free of charge makes it frequently preferred by individuals. The effectiveness of social media platforms on the thoughts and behaviors of individuals has caused YouTube and other similar platforms to be the subject of health research in recent years. Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder characterized by an intense fear of feeling trapped somewhere. Agoraphobia is a common type of anxiety disorder in society, and cognitive behavioral and psychopharmacological agents are used in its treatment. Our aim in this research is to examine YouTubeTM videos on agoraphobia in terms of reliability and quality. METHODS The first 50 videos related to agoraphobia were included in the analysis, and the duration (minutes), video content, institutions/individuals who uploaded the video, the time elapsed since uploading, total views, and likes were recorded. In addition, all videos were evaluated on two different scales: Quality Criteria for Consumer Health Information (DISCERN) and the Global Quality Scale (GQS). The obtained data were analyzed statistically. RESULTS The mean video duration was 11.4±9.38 minutes, the mean views count was 113299.5±333091, and the mean like count was 8512.76±31429.37. Videos were evaluated in terms of content; 50% included general information, 28% agoraphobia experience, and 22% information about overcoming agoraphobia. The GQS and DISCERN scores were significantly higher in professional videos than in non-professionals (p<0.005). CONCLUSION As a result of the evaluation of YouTubeTM videos about agoraphobia in terms of quality and content, it has been determined that it is necessary to increase the rate of videos prepared by mental health professionals. Psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals working in the field of anxiety should be encouraged to provide videos with scientific and reliable content.

Abstract
Aim Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)-induced anxiety is not infrequent with a reported incidence as high as 37% and the rate of failed MRI imaging due to claustrophobia ranges between 0.5% and 14.5%. The objective of this study was to evaluate the quality and reliability of YouTubeTM videos on MRI claustrophobia. Methods Sixty-five videos were included in the final analysis. Video information analyzed included video length (minutes), video content, qualification of the video uploaders, time of upload, time since upload, the number of total views and the mean daily views, and like counts. We divided the videos according to the uploaders into professional and non-professional groups and further grouped the videos as useful and misleading. Data obtained from the videos were evaluated with three tools including subjective evaluation, Quality Criteria for Consumer Health Information (DISCERN), and Global Quality Scale (GQS) tools. Results The mean video duration was found as 4.14±4.45 minutes. The mean view count was 104.59±408,788.68 and the mean like count was found as 272.55±1096.25. Seventeen (26.15%) videos were uploaded by professionals and 48 (73.85%) by non-professionals. Twenty-eight (43.08%) of the videos were useful and 37 (56.92%) were useless. The mean DISCERN and GQS scores were statistically significantly higher in the professional videos compared to the non-professional videos and in useful videos compared to non-useful videos (for all, p<0.001). Conclusion A majority of the YouTubeTM videos concerning MRI claustrophobia were uploaded by non-professionals. Physicians and other healthcare personnel should be encouraged to provide useful and accurate videos and to direct patients appropriately.

Abstract
Aim This study aimed to assess the quality and reliability of the information in YouTube videos regarding pilonidal sinus disease (PSD). Methods A total of 100 most-viewed videos on PSD were included in the analysis by two general surgeons. Video duration and content, date of upload, qualification of the video uploaders, and number of daily and total view, like, and comment counts were analyzed. We grouped the videos as those uploaded by healthcare professionals and non-professionals. The quality of the video contents was assessed with the Global Quality Scale (GQS) and the reliability of the video content with the DISCERN scoring system. Results Eighty-five (85%) videos were uploaded by professionals and 15 (15%) videos by laypersons. The average DISCERN score of the reviewed video contents was 3.18 ± 1.23, and the average GQS score was 3.39 ± 1.24. In the overall subjective evaluation, the mean DISCERN value was found as 4.01 ± 1.24 and the mean GQS value as 4.25 ± 1.25 in the useful videos. The mean DISCERN value was found as 2.32 ± 1.22 and the mean GQS value as 2.48 ± 1.25 in the misleading videos. Conclusion Our results showed that most of the YouTube videos on PSD were loaded by healthcare professionals. However, the mean quality and reliability scores were lower in videos uploaded by laypersons. Given the prevalence of PSD, physicians should be promoted for uploading accurate and professional video contents to direct patients to the right solutions for their problems.

Abstract
Background Infertility impacts a lot of considerable negative social effects on the lives of infertile partners, especially females, who repeatedly experience the emotional sequelae of childlessness. The study's goal was to assess women of reproductive ages' awareness of IVF treatments, as well as their attitudes and misunderstandings about them in Cape Coast, Ghana. Methods A total of 437 reproductive-age women in Cape Coast Metropolis were recruited using a simple random sampling approach for this Cross-Sectional Descriptive study. Data were collected with a semistructured interviewer-administered questionnaire and were analyzed using IBM SPSS version 26.0, and p ≤ 0.05 was considered significant. Results The mean age was calculated to be 25.33 ± 0.066 years with a greater proportion, 65.7% within 15–24 years, 76.5% had no or had never had a child before. 93.4% were of the Christian faith, 66.8% were aware of IVF, and 74.8% think IVF offers hope. Although 41.4% believe it is not a natural procedure and 44.6% believe IVF children are normal but not natural. While 72.1% believe the treatment is very costly, and 40.7% believe it is not affordable or accessible. The majority believe IVF kids are legitimate (76.9%), and so should be welcomed by society (86.5%). The overall opinion of IVF service acceptability was 81.7% good. Seventy-two and three percent did not know whether IVF services are available in Cape Coast. Also, 48.1% were aware that IVF may result in pregnancy failure, with fewer than half (43.5%) believing it could be linked to genetic problems in the baby. The majority (60.4%) were willing to use IVF services, and 82.8% will utilize just their husband's sperm technique. While others may not want to undergo any form of IVF technique because they desire to conceive naturally (51.0%) and 22.4% may be unable to pay for it. Educational status and awareness of the availability of IVF services were factors that were significantly associated with their overall good perception of IVF services. Also, age, marital status, number of live children, occupation, educational status, awareness, and their overall perception were factors that are significantly associated with their preparedness to utilize IVF services. Conclusion Overall, women's opinions of IVF and their readiness to use them were favorable, and they think it offers hope for their condition since they were well-informed about its forms and that infertility may be a result of several factors, all of which may need IVF services. It does not matter if it is difficult to obtain, expensive, or unavailable. It is recommended that the government collaborates with healthcare providers to investigate ways through the mass media in the drive to clear the misconceptions and improve the public understanding of the IVF procedure towards its utilization, thereby reducing the burden of childlessness and the resulting psychological disorders among couples, this has implications for joyful homes and societal growth.

Abstract
The objective of the current study was to evaluate the quality of the information provided in YouTubeTM videos on phimosis. The term “phimosis” was searched on YouTubeTM, and the Patient Education Materials Assessment Tool (PEMAT) for Audio/Visual Materials (Understandability and Actionability sections, good-quality score of minimum 70%) and misinformation scale (rated from 1 to 5) were used to assess video quality. Quality assessment was investigated over time. Of all, 60 were eligible for analysis. Healthcare providers were the authors of 75.0% of the videos, and 73.3% of the videos were patient-targeted. The median Understandability score was 42.9% (interquartile range [IQR]:34.5–58.9) and ranged from 28.6 to 42.9% (2013–2020). The median Actionability score was 50.0% (IQR:25.0–56.2) and ranged from 25.0 to 50.0% (2013–2020). The median misinformation score was 2.8/5 (IQR:1.6–3.6), and although the score fluctuated over time, the median score was 2.6 both in 2013 and in 2020. According to our results, although an increase of PEMAT over time was observed, the overall quality of the information uploaded on YouTubeTM is low. Therefore, at present, YouTubeTM cannot be recommended as a reliable source of information on phimosis. Video producers should upload higher-quality videos to help physicians and patients in the decision-making process.

Abstract
The prevalence of delayed ejaculation in sexually active men is reportedly 3%. Due to its rarity and uncertain definitions, people seek information about delayed ejaculation on the internet. YouTube is one of the largest video platforms preferred global for gathering medical information. We aimed to determine the quality of YouTube videos on delayed ejaculation. YouTube search was performed with the keywords “delayed and retarded ejaculation”, and we recorded the first 400 videos according to relevance. The search results were saved in the playlist, and the first 400 videos were evaluated by two independent urologists. DISCERN and Global Quality Scale (GQS) were used to assess the reliability and quality of videos. Repeated (n = 17), off-topic (n = 279), non-English videos (n = 37), and videos with no audio (n = 16) were excluded from the study. The remaining 51 videos were evaluated. DISCERN and GQS scores were statistically significantly associated with video durations (r = 0.329, P = 0.018 and r = 0.349, P = 0.012; respectively). A statistically significant association was also observed between and DISCERN and GQS scores with video power index values (r = 0.466, P = 0.001 and r = 0.422, P = 0.002; respectively). 62.7% (n = 32) videos were low quality, 23.5% (n = 12) were intermediate quality, and 13.7% (n = 7) were high quality according to the GQS. Most of the YouTube content on delayed ejaculation was of poor quality. Physicians should be aware of this situation, and take the lead in bringing high-quality videos about delayed ejaculation to the community.

Abstract
Objective To assess the quality of YouTube videos on ureteric stent placement (USP) as a source of patient available. Methods YouTube was searched using search terms “DJ stenting,” “Double J stenting,” and “ureteric stenting.” The initial 100 videos displayed with each of the above mentioned search terms were scrutinized. The selected videos reviewed by 3 independent consultant urologists against a pre-agreed scoring system based upon European Association of Urology (EAU) patient information sheet on ureteric stent placement. The videos were scored qualitatively and quantitatively based on the scores achieved in various domains of the scoring Performa. Data was also collected for the number of views, likes, dislikes, and time duration of each video. Results A total of 22 videos which fulfilled the inclusion criteria were reviewed. All the videos were uploaded by healthcare organizations or healthcare websites. None of the videos were classified as “Good” based on reviewer scores and only one video was classified as “acceptable.” Fourteen videos were classified as “very poor” with a score of <5/20. General information about stents was described by majority of the studies whilst preoperative information, procedure description, danger signs, and follow up were scarcely described by most videos. Conclusion Majority of YouTube videos on USP are of poor overall quality and lack pertinent information. This calls for creation of comprehensive and unbiased videos for patient information on USP.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Information on sexual and reproductive health is increasingly disseminated via social media and reaches a large audience. RESEARCH AIM Against this background, the aim of this paper is to systematically summarize the international state of research on sexual health information on social media for the first time with a scoping review. Seven research questions were explored, relating to the amount (F1), methods (F2: content analysis, F3: quality analysis), and results (F4: providers, F5: target groups, F6: topics, F7: quality of information) of previous studies. MATERIALS AND METHODS The study follows the PRISMA framework for scoping reviews as well as the Open Science approach. It is preregistered, and all materials (codebook with reliability coefficients) and data (list of identified studies and coding of studies) are available on the Open Science Foundation server. RESULTS A total of 69 studies with 72 data sets were identified, with more than half of the publications referring to YouTube (F1). Qualitative and quantitative methods of content analysis are used equally (F2) and quality analyses are rare (F3). Health laypersons dominate as the information providers (F4). The target groups are mostly unspecified (F5). The health information on social media examined in the previous studies covers a broad range of topics (F6). Where quality assessments were made, they tended to be negative (F7). DISCUSSION More research is needed to better understand sexual and reproductive health information on social media and to promote its quality and constructive use.

Correlation between Twitter mentions and academic citations in sexual medicine journals. Int J Impot Res 2021; 34:593-598. Abstract
Social media services, especially Twitter, are used as a commonly sharing tool in the scientific world. This widespread use of Twitter would be an effective method in spreading academic publications. So, we aimed to investigate the relationship between Twitter mentions and traditional citations of articles in sexual medicine journals in this study. We reviewed the articles published in seven journals of sexual medicine (2 years after the publication of the articles) between January 2018 and June 2018. In the first half of 2018, 410 articles were extracted. Of these, 352 (85.9%) were original articles, while 58 (14.1%) were review articles. The median number of citations of the articles mentioned at least once on Twitter was 7 (interquartile range: 0-111) for Google Scholar, whereas it was 0 (interquartile range: 0-63) for Scopus, respectively. It was 4 (interquartile range: 0-25) for Google Scholar and 0 (interquartile range: 0-7) for Scopus. The publications mentioned on Twitter were cited more than the non-mentioned publications in the traditional-based citation system (p < 0.001). A significant relationship between the citation numbers and tweet numbers was also observed (p < 0.001). Also, in the linear regression model, the tweet numbers (p < 0.001) and article types (p < 0.001) were found to be related to the Google Scholar citation numbers. In conclusion, using Twitter as a professional tool in academic life would allow information to be propagated and responded quickly, especially for sexual medicine journals.

Abstract
Introduction YouTube is an unregulated platform that patients are using to learn about treatment options. Aim To assess the reliability of YouTube videos (YTVs) related to male hypogonadism and testosterone therapy. Methods Searching on YouTube by relevance and view count, we analyzed the top 10 videos (80 videos total) for the following search terms: low testosterone, testosterone replacement therapy, AndroGel, and hypogonadism. Main Outcome Measure We recorded the number of views for each video, evaluated videos using the DISCERN score (DS) criterion, and compared the DS for videos including board-certified physicians and videos without. A second comparison was made between videos with board-certified physicians in urology, endocrinology, other MD, and those without any physician. Results The YTVs analyzed received a total of 38,549,090 views, a median of 25,201 and 17.30 views/day. Videos that featured physicians had significantly fewer views/day than videos that did not (39.48 CI 9,72 vs 1,731 CI 330, 3,132; P = .019). Most YTVs studied were unreliable. The median DS across all videos was 2. However, most videos created by physicians were found to be reliable with a median DS of 4. In addition, YTVs that did not feature a physician were found to be significantly less reliable than videos that featured a physician (3.22 CI 3.06, 4.09 vs 1.87 CI 1.56, 2.18; P < .001). There was no significant difference in the reliability or viewership of YTVs stratified by physician type. Conclusion Most YTVs related to male hypogonadism/testosterone therapy were unreliable, but there are reliable YTVs available. Reliable videos usually feature a physician and receive fewer views than unreliable YTVs. Physicians and academic societies should work to provide verified videos to provide patients with reliable information about male hypogonadism and testosterone therapy. Abstract
INTRODUCTION YouTube is the most used social media website, and there is a growing body of literature examining the reliability of healthcare information on this platform. Patients seeking men's health information may be more likely to use YouTube owing to the sensitivity of these issues. OBJECTIVES The objective of this study is to review the literature for studies related to the reliability of YouTube videos about men's health topics. METHODS A literature review was conducted using PubMed and Google Scholar for publications related to the reliability of YouTube videos about men's health as of July 1, 2020. RESULTS There were 17 studies related to YouTube and Men's Health. Most videos were found to be unreliable, and videos uploaded by physicians or healthcare organizations were usually more reliable. However, there were no studies in which more reliable videos had higher metrics of user engagement (views, likes, comments) than unreliable videos and there were several studies where unreliable videos had higher metrics of user engagement. In addition, the methods used to evaluate YouTube videos are not uniform across studies including the way that terms are searched (filtering by relevance vs view count) and the way in which reliability is assessed. For example, some studies create custom evaluation forms based on clinical guidelines, whereas others use validated questionnaires. The only validated questionnaire used across multiple studies was the DISCERN score criterion. CONCLUSIONS Most information on YouTube about men's health is unreliable. Videos created by physicians and healthcare organizations are more reliable, and videos that are advertisements are less reliable. Physicians and healthcare systems should continue to upload educational YouTube videos but work to increase their views and user engagement. It may benefit patients if physician organizations could work with YouTube to create verified videos disseminating healthcare information that are favored in the search algorithm.
