Abstract
Lewis base molecules bind the undercoordinated lead atoms at interfaces and grain boundaries, leading to the high efficiency and stability of flexible perovskite solar cells (PSCs). We demonstrated a highly efficient, stable, and flexible PSC via interface passivation using a Lewis base of tri(o-tolyl)phosphine (TTP). It not only induced an intimate interface contact and a complete deposition of the perovskite thin layers on hole transport layers (HTLs) but also led to a better perovskite with a raised crystallinity, fewer defects, and a better morphology, including fewer gullies, high uniformity, and low roughness. Furthermore, the TTP treatments induced a good alignment of energy levels among the perovskites, HTLs, and C60. The resultant flexible inverted PSCs exhibited a high power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 23.81%, which is one of the highest PCEs among these flexible inverted PSCs. Moreover, the optimized flexible PSCs exhibited high storage stability, superior operation stability, and enhanced mechanical flexibility. This study presents an effective method to substantially raise the PCE, stability, and mechanical flexibility of the flexible inverted perovskite photovoltaics.

Abstract
The commercialization of perovskite solar cells is badly limited by stability, an issue determined mainly by perovskite. Herein, inspired by a natural creeper that can cover the walls through suckers, we adopt polyhexamethyleneguanidine hydrochloride as a molecular creeper on perovskite to inhibit its decomposition starting from the annealing process. The molecule possesses a long-line molecular structure where the guanidinium groups can serve as suckers that strongly anchor cations through multiple hydrogen bonds. These features make the molecular creeper can cover perovskite grains and inhibit perovskite decomposition by suppressing cations' escape. The resulting planar perovskite solar cells achieve an efficiency of 25.42% (certificated 25.36%). Moreover, the perovskite film and device exhibit enhanced stability even under harsh damp-heat conditions. The devices can maintain >96% of their initial efficiency after 1300 hours of operation under 1-sun illumination and 1000 hours of storage under 85% RH, respectively.

Abstract
Light-induced phase segregation, particularly when incorporating bromine to widen the bandgap, presents significant challenges to the stability and commercialization of perovskite solar cells. This study explores the influence of hole transport layers, specifically poly[bis(4-phenyl)(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)amine (PTAA) and [4-(3,6-dimethyl-9H-carbazol-9-yl)butyl]phosphonic acid (Me-4PACz), on the dynamics of phase segregation. Through detailed characterization of the buried interface, we demonstrate that Me-4PACz enhances perovskite photostability, surpassing the performance of PTAA. Nanoscale analyses using in situ Kelvin probe force microscopy and quantitative nanomechanical mapping techniques elucidate defect distribution at the buried interface during phase segregation, highlighting the critical role of substrate wettability in perovskite growth and interface integrity. The integration of these characterization techniques provides a thorough understanding of the impact of the buried bottom interface on perovskite growth and phase segregation.

Abstract
Flexible perovskite solar cells (pero-SCs) have the potential to overturn the application scenario of silicon photovoltaic technology. However, their mechanical instability severely impedes their practical applicability, and the corresponding intrinsic degradation mechanism remains unclear. In this study, the degradation behavior of flexible pero-SCs is systematically analyzed under mechanical stress and it is observed that the structural failure first occurs in the polycrystal perovskite film, then extend to interfaces. To suppress the structural failure, pentaerythritol triacrylate, a crosslinked molecule with three stereoscopic crosslink sites, is employed to establish a 3D polymer network in both the interface and bulk perovskite. This network reduced the Young's modulus of the perovskite and simultaneously enhanced the interfacial toughness. As a result, the formation of cracks and delamination, which occur under a high mechanical stress, is significantly suppressed in the flexible pero-SC, which consequently retained 92% of its initial power conversion efficiency (PCE) after 20 000 bending cycles. Notably, the flexible device also shows a record PCE of 24.9% (certified 24.48%).

Abstract
The advancement of semiconducting polymers stands as a pivotal milestone in the quest to realize wearable electronics. Nonetheless, endowing semiconductor polymers with stretchability without compromising their carrier mobility remains a formidable challenge. This study proposes a "pre-endcapping" strategy for synthesizing hyperbranched semiconducting polymers (HBSPs), aiming to achieve the balance between carrier mobility and stretchability for organic electronics. The findings unveil that the aggregates formed by the endcapped hyperbranched network structure not only ensure efficient charge transport but also demonstrate superior tensile resistance. In comparison to linear conjugated polymers, HBSPs exhibit substantially larger crack onset strains and notably diminished tensile moduli. It is evident that the HBSPs surpass their linear counterparts in terms of both their semiconducting and mechanical properties. Among HBSPs, HBSP-72h-2.5 stands out as the preeminent candidate within the field of inherently stretchable semiconducting polymers, maintaining 93% of its initial mobility even when subjected to 100% strain (1.41 ± 0.206 cm2 V-1 s-1). Furthermore, thin film devices of HBSP-72h-2.5 remain stable after undergoing repeated stretching and releasing cycles. Notably, the mobilities are independent of the stretching directions, showing isotropic charge transport behavior. The preliminary study makes this "pre-endcapping" strategy a potential candidate for the future design of organic materials for flexible electronic devices.

Abstract
Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have attracted significant attention due to their high efficiencies that are closely associated with the optimized interface of perovskite (PVK) films. However, during film deposition, tremendous interfacial defects are generated in PVK films, which suppress device performance. Herein, we employ an organic molten chloride salt of 4-(4,6-dimethoxy-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-4-methylmorpholinium chloride (DMTMM) on the PVK surface to regulate the interface properties through surface reconstruction by heating to 110 °C, during which DMTMM undergoes an obvious phase transition from a solid to liquid molten salt. The mobile phase coordinates with unsaturated Pb2+ and halide vacancies to heal the structural defects. After the mixture cools to room temperature, a compact DMTMM interlayer is formed to protect PVKs from degradation in the air. Consequently, the DMTMM-treated MAPbI3-based PSCs yield a champion PCE approaching 20% with optimized stability. This molten-salt-assisted surface reconstruction strategy provides a new approach to establish highly stable hybrid perovskite films for high-performance PSCs.

Abstract
This review outlines the rapid evolution of flexible perovskite solar cells (f-PSCs) to address the urgent need for alternative energy sources, highlighting their impressive power conversion efficiency, which increases from 2.62% to over 24% within a decade. The unique optoelectronic properties of perovskite materials and their inherent mechanical flexibilities instrumental in the development of f-PSCs are examined. Various strategies proposed for material modification and device optimization significantly enhance efficiency and bending durability. The transition from small-scale devices to large-area photovoltaic modules for diverse applications is discussed in addition to the challenges and innovative solutions related to film uniformity and environmental stability. This review provides succinct yet comprehensive insights into the development of f-PSCs, paving the way for their integration into various applications and highlighting their potential in the renewable energy landscape.
