Abstract
CLINICAL/METHODICAL ISSUE Neuroendocrine tumors (NET) represent a heterogeneous group of rare tumors that predominantly arise in the gastrointestinal tract. At the time of initial diagnosis, the NET has already spread locoregionally in about half of the patients, and 27% of patients have already developed distant metastases. Since this plays a crucial role in therapy planning, accurate diagnostic imaging is important. STANDARD RADIOLOGICAL METHODS Due to its high temporal and spatial resolution (multiphasic including arterial phase), computed tomography (CT) plays a decisive role in primary staging and follow-up care, while magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with its excellent soft tissue contrast offers advantages in the assessment of parenchymal organs in the upper abdomen. METHODICAL INNOVATIONS Somatostatin receptor (SSR) positron emission tomography (PET) provides additional functional information that not only helps to detect the primary tumor and distant metastases, but also has a significant influence on therapeutic management in a theranostic approach. PERFORMANCE Hybrid imaging using SSR-PET/CT has proven to be particularly effective in the detection of NET. Compared to conventional imaging, it provides additional information in 68% of patients, which has a significant impact on clinical management. ACHIEVEMENTS Imaging of NET requires the combined use of various methods such as ultrasound, CT, MRI, and PET/CT to enable accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning. PRACTICAL RECOMMENDATIONS SSR-PET/CT is a valuable tool for the accurate staging of neuroendocrine tumors of the gastrointestinal tract, especially with small metastases, while MRI with hepatocyte-specific contrast agent and diffusion-weighted imaging is useful for the specific assessment of liver metastases.

Abstract
Background Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PNETs) grade is very important for treatment strategy of PNETs. The present study aimed to find the quantitative radiomic features for predicting grades of PNETs in MR images. Materials and Methods Totally 48 patients but 51 lesions with a pathological tumor grade were subdivided into low grade (G1) group and intermediate grade (G2) group. The ROI was manually segmented slice by slice in 3D-T1 weighted sequence with and without enhancement. Statistical differences of radiomic features between G1 and G2 groups were analyzed using the independent sample t-test. Logistic regression analysis was conducted to find better predictors in distinguishing G1 and G2 groups. Finally, receiver operating characteristic (ROC) was constructed to assess diagnostic performance of each model. Results No significant difference between G1 and G2 groups (P > 0.05) in non-enhanced 3D-T1 images was found. Significant differences in the arterial phase analysis between the G1 and the G2 groups appeared as follows: the maximum intensity feature (P = 0.021); the range feature (P = 0.039). Multiple logistic regression analysis based on univariable model showed the maximum intensity feature (P=0.023, OR = 0.621, 95% CI: 0.433-0.858) was an independent predictor of G1 compared with G2 group, and the area under the curve (AUC) was 0.695. Conclusions The maximum intensity feature of radiomic features in MR images can help to predict PNETs grade risk.

Abstract
Purpose Medical imaging plays a central and decisive role in guiding the management of patients with pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PNETs). Our aim was to synthesize all recent literature of PNETs, enabling a comparison of all imaging practices. Methods based on a systematic review and meta-analysis approach, we collected; using MEDLINE, EMBASE, and Cochrane Library databases; all recent imaging-based studies, published from December 2014 to December 2019. Study quality assessment was performed by QUADAS-2 and MINORS tools. Results 161 studies consisting of 19852 patients were included. There were 63 ‘imaging’ studies evaluating the accuracy of medical imaging, and 98 ‘clinical’ studies using medical imaging as a tool for response assessment. A wide heterogeneity of practices was demonstrated: imaging modalities were: CT (57.1%, n=92), MR (42.9%, n=69), PET/CT (13.3%, n=31), and SPECT/CT (9.3%, n=15). International imaging guidelines were mentioned in 2.5% (n=4/161) of studies. In clinical studies, imaging protocol was not mentioned in 30.6% (n=30/98) of cases and only mentioned imaging modality without further information in 63.3% (n=62/98), as compared to imaging studies (1.6% (n=1/63) of (p<0.001)). QUADAS-2 and MINORS tools deciphered existing biases in the current literature. Conclusion We provide an overview of the updated current trends in use of medical imaging for diagnosis and response assessment in PNETs. The most commonly used imaging modalities are anatomical (CT and MRI), followed by PET/CT and SPECT/CT. Therefore, standardization and homogenization of PNETs imaging practices is needed to aggregate data and leverage a big data approach for Artificial Intelligence purposes.

Abstract
PURPOSE To assess the diagnostic performance of intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM) and diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) for characterising pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). METHOD A literature search was performed through PubMed, Web of Science, the Cochrane Library, and Embase databases. The search date was updated to extend until 28 October 2020, with no starting time limitation. The pooled sensitivity and specificity were calculated using a bivariate random effects model. Summary receiver operating characteristic curves were constructed, and area under the curve (AUC) of each diffusion parameter was calculated. Subgroup and meta-regression analyses were performed to assess for heterogeneity. Study quality was assessed. RESULTS Twenty-nine studies involving 1579 participants were included, of which 26 evaluated the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) and eight evaluated IVIM, with five evaluating both ADC and IVIM. Pooled sensitivity and specificity of ADC were 83 % (95 % CI, 76 %-88 %, I2 = 86 %) and 85 % (95 % CI, 79 %-90 %, I2 = 77 %), respectively, and AUC was 0.91 (95 % CI, 0.88-0.93). The perfusion fraction had the highest diagnostic accuracy in the IVIM model; the pooled sensitivity, specificity, and AUC were 87 % (95 % CI, 81 %-92 %, I2 = 45 %), 88 % (95 % CI, 77 %-94 %, I2 = 57 %), and 0.93 (95 % CI, 0.91-0.95), respectively. The pooled sensitivity, specificity and AUC for the tissue diffusion coefficient were 74 % (95 % CI, 55 %-87 %, I2 = 87 %), 69 % (95 % CI, 52 %-82 %, I2 = 73 %), and 0.77 (95 % CI, 0.73-0.81), respectively. And the pooled sensitivity, specificity, and AUC for the pseudodiffusion coefficient were 89 % (95 % CI, 77 %-96 %, I2 = 79 %), 74 % (95 % CI, 60 %-84 %, I2 = 78 %), and 0.88(95 %CI,0.85-0.91), respectively. Meta-regression analyses revealed that study design (specificity, P<0.01), region-of-interest delineation (sensitivity, P = 0.02;specificity, P = 0.03), field strength (sensitivity, P<0.01), and thickness (sensitivity, P<0.01; specificity, P = 0.01) were sources of ADC heterogeneity. CONCLUSIONS DWI and IVIM have comparable diagnostic power and good diagnostic performance for characterising PDAC.

Abstract
BACKGROUND MRI is a useful imaging modality to assess the presence of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PNETs), allowing repeat monitoring examinations in multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1 (MEN-1) patients. OBJECTIVES We aimed to compare the diagnostic accuracy of conventional MRI sequences to identify which sequence better depicts the presence of PNETs in MEN-1 patients. METHOD We performed a retrospective analysis of consecutive MEN-1 patients who underwent a conventional MRI protocol to monitor previously proven PNETs. MRI sequences T1-w chemical shift (CS), T2-w HASTE, fat-suppressed (FS) T2-w HASTE, diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI), and pre- and post-contrast FS T1-w sequences were independently analyzed by 2 experienced radiologists using a 3-grade score (no lesion, uncertain lesion, and certain lesion); lesion size and signal intensity were recorded. A Friedman ANOVA and a Wilcoxon pairwise test for the post hoc analysis were used. The sensitivity of each sequence was measured, and the results were analyzed with the χ2 test. RESULTS We included 21 patients with a total of 45 PNETs proven by histology, endoscopic ultrasonography-guided fine-needle aspiration, CT, and nuclear medicine studies. A statistically significant (p < 0.01) difference was observed in the detection performance of each MRI sequence, particularly between DWI (91%) and T2-w FS (85%) sequences in comparison to the others (T1-w CS, T2-w, and pre- and post-contrast FS T1-w, ≤56% for all); no significant (p = 0.5) difference was found between the detection performance of DWI and T2-w FS sequences. No correlation was observed between the qualitative score of each sequence and lesion tumor size. CONCLUSIONS DWI and T2-w FS sequences proved to be the most accurate in the detection of PNETs, thus suggesting a role for an abbreviated MRI protocol without contrast medium administration for monitoring MEN-1 patients.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNETs) have a high prevalence in patients with multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1 (MEN1) and are the leading cause of death. Tumor size is still regarded as the main prognostic factor and therefore used for surgical decision-making. We assessed reliability and agreement of radiological and pathological tumor size in a population-based cohort of patients with MEN1-related pNETs. METHODS Patients were selected from the Dutch MEN1 database if they had undergone a resection for a pNET between 2003 and 2018. Radiological (MRI, CT, and endoscopic ultrasonography [EUS]) and pathological tumor size were collected from patient records. Measures of agreement (Bland-Altman plots with limits of agreement [LoA] and absolute agreement) and reliability (intraclass correlation coefficients [ICC] and unweighted kappa) were calculated for continuous and categorized (< or ≥2 cm) pNET size. RESULTS In 73 included patients, the median radiological and pathological tumor sizes measured were 22 (3-160) and 21 (4-200) mm, respectively. Mean bias between radiological and pathological tumor size was -0.2 mm and LoA ranged from -12.9 to 12.6 mm. For the subgroups of MRI, CT, and EUS, LoA of radiological and pathological tumor size ranged from -9.6 to 10.9, -15.9 to 15.8, and -13.9 to 11.0, respectively. ICCs for the overall cohort, MRI, CT, and EUS were 0.80, 0.86, 0.75, and 0.76, respectively. Based on the 2 cm criterion, agreement was 81.5%; hence, 12 patients (18.5%) were classified differently between imaging and pathology. Absolute agreement and kappa values of MRI, CT, and EUS were 88.6, 85.7, and 75.0%, and 0.77, 0.71, and 0.50, respectively. CONCLUSION Within a population-based cohort, MEN1-related pNET size was not systematically over- or underestimated on preoperative imaging. Based on agreement and reliability measures, MRI is the preferred imaging modality.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography (FDG-PET)/computed tomography (CT) and diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DWI or DW-MRI) are tools for the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. However, comparison of their diagnostic performance remains unknown. PURPOSE To indirectly compare the diagnostic value of DWI and FDG-PET/CT in the detection of pancreatic cancer. MATERIAL AND METHODS A literature search of PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library electronic databases for articles published through May 2018 yielded 875 articles. For the meta-analysis, we included 26 studies evaluating the efficacy of DWI and FDG-PET/CT for determining pancreatic cancer with a total of 1377 patients. QUADAS (Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies) was used to assess the study quality. Sensitivity, specificity, positive likelihood ratio (PLR), negative likelihood ratio (NLR), diagnostic odds ratio (DOR), and the area under the receiver operating characteristic curves (AUC) with their 95% confidence intervals were calculated for each individual study. RESULTS There were no significant differences between DWI and FDG-PET/CT for sensitivity, specificity, PLR, NLR, or DOR, while DWI AUC was higher than that of FDG-PET/CT for the detection of pancreatic cancer. CONCLUSION The diagnostic value of both DWI and FDG-PET/CT were comparable and, hence, both techniques seem to be equally useful tools for the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.

Abstract
RATIONALE AND OBJECTIVES To prospectively compare the image quality (IQ) and lesion detection performance of reduced field-of-view (rFOV) and full FOV (fFOV) diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) sequences in detecting insulinomas. MATERIALS AND METHODS From October 2017 to September 2018, 67 patients with suspected insulinomas were prospectively enrolled and underwent imaging with both types of DWI sequences. The slice thickness (4 mm) and slice gaps (1 mm) were the same for the two DWI sequences, and the TR/TE was 2235/56 ms for the rFOV sequence and 1892/63 ms for the fFOV sequence. Three radiologists independently assessed the imaging quality (IQ) subjectively with a 5-point scale and objectively with signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) measurements. The IQ scores, CNR, SNR, lesion detection rates, and ADC values were compared. Receiver operating characteristic curves were generated, and the area under the curve (AUC) was used to compare the diagnostic performance. RESULTS Fifty patients were tumor positive, with 65 tumors (size: 1.31 ± 0.77 cm, range: 0.6-5.8 cm). The IQ score, SNR, and CNR were significantly higher for rFOV DWI than for fFOV DWI (IQ: 3.64 ± 0.487 vs 3.310 ± 0.577, SNR: 22.520 ± 8.690 vs 10.284 ± 3.321, CNR: 3.454 ± 2.642 vs 1.327 ± 2.801, and all p < 0.05). For lesions less than 1.5 cm (n = 55), the lesion detection rates of the rFOV were statistically improved compared to those of the fFOV (90.7% vs. 75.9%, p = 0.039). The sensitivity of lesion detection was significantly improved with the rFOV-DWI sequences compared to that with the fFOV-DWI sequences (0.924 vs. 0.773, p = 0.013). The ADC values of the two DWI sequences were consistent for insulinomas and normal parenchyma. CONCLUSION Considering the improvements in overall IQ and lesion detection and the consistency of ADC measurements, we suggest that rFOV DWI is a reliable auxiliary alternative to fFOV DWI for clinical practice in the detection of pancreatic insulinomas.

Abstract
PURPOSE IVIM-DW imaging has shown potential usefulness in the study of pancreatic lesions. Controversial results are available regarding the reliability of the measurements of IVIM-derived parameters. The aim of this study was to evaluate the reliability and the diagnostic potential of IVIM-derived parameters in differentiation among focal solid pancreatic lesions and normal pancreas (NP). METHODS Fifty-seven patients (34 carcinomas-PDACs, 18 neuroendocrine neoplasms-panNENs, and 5 autoimmune pancreatitis-AIP) and 50 subjects with NP underwent 1.5-T MR imaging including IVIM-DWI. Images were analyzed by two independent readers. Apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC), slow component of diffusion (D), incoherent microcirculation (Dp), and perfusion fraction (f) were calculated. Interobserver reliability was assessed with intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC). A Kruskal-Wallis H test with Steel-Dwass post hoc test was used for comparison. The diagnostic performance of each parameter was evaluated through receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis. RESULTS Overall interobserver agreement was excellent (ICC = 0.860, 0.937, 0.968, and 0.983 for ADC, D, Dp, and f). D, Dp, and f significantly differed among PDACs and panNENs (p = 0.002, < 0.001, and < 0.001), albeit without significant difference at the pairwise comparison of ROC curves (p = 0.08-0.74). Perfusion fraction was higher in AIP compared with PDACs (p = 0.024; AUC = 0.735). Dp and f were higher in panNENs compared with AIP (p = 0.029 and 0.023), without differences at ROC analysis (p = 0.07). CONCLUSIONS IVIM-derived parameters have excellent reliability and could help in differentiation among solid pancreatic lesions and NP.

Abstract
PURPOSE To evaluate the value of MR imaging features in stratifying Grade 2 (G2) pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PNETs) using the 5% cut-off value of the Ki-67 index as reference standards. MATERIALS AND METHODS Between January 2010 and October 2016, 41 G2 PNET patients (One patient had 3 tumors) with preoperative MR imaging were included. Tumor grading was based on the revised 2016 World Health Organization classification of PNETs. MR imaging features included size, shape, consistency, T1-w and T2-w signal intensities, enhancement pattern, apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) ratios (tumor/normal pancreatic parenchyma). RESULTS 16 Ki-67 index < 5% tumors (SKIT, 37.2%) and 27 Ki-67 index ≥ 5% tumors (LKIT, 62.8%) of G2 were evaluated. The LKIT showed solid consistency (85% vs. 50%, P < 0.05), incomplete envelope-like reinforcement in a delayed phase (74% vs. 62%, P < 0.05), and liver or lymph node metastases (67% vs. 31%, P < 0.05) more frequently than did SKIT. However, ADC ratios of LKIT were smaller than SKIT (0.85 ± 0.23 vs. 1.29 ± 0.39, P = 0.001). Using binary logistic regression analysis, the ADC ratio was an independent significant differentiator of SKIT from LKIT. The AUROC of ADC ratios was 0.816 ± 0.07. The optimal cut-off value for the identification of LKIT was 1.25 × 10-3 (sensitivity 96.3%, specificity 62.5%). CONCLUSION MRI features may identify the overbroad scope of G2 PNETs and help predict Ki-67 values, as a surrogate for tumor aggressiveness, in G2 PNETs. An optimal cut-off value for predicting Ki-67 status (≥/< 5%) was 1.25 × 10-3 of ADC ratio.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Recently, there have been a number of advances in imaging pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (panNETs), as well as other neuroendocrine tumors (NETs), which have had a profound effect on the management and treatment of these patients, but in some cases are also associated with controversies. Areas covered: These advances are the result of numerous studies attempting to better define the roles of both cross-sectional imaging, endoscopic ultrasound, with or without fine-needle aspiration, and molecular imaging in both sporadic and inherited panNET syndromes; the increased attempt to develop imaging parameters that correlate with tumor classification or have prognostic value; the rapidly increasing use of molecular imaging in these tumors and the attempt to develop imaging parameters that correlate with treatment/outcome results. Each of these areas and the associated controversies are reviewed. Expert commentary: There have been numerous advances in all aspects of the imaging of panNETs, as well as other NETs, in the last few years. The advances are leading to expanded roles of imaging in the management of these patients and the results being seen in panNETs/GI-NETs with these newer techniques are already being used in more common tumors.

Abstract
While abutment, encasement or vessel occlusion are identified in most patients with a pancreatic tumor, tumor thrombosis is an uncommon finding. In particular, there are no description in the literature of tumor thrombosis associated with ductal adenocarcinoma, the most common pancreatic tumor. On the other hand, surgical series reveal that tumor thrombosis is associated with about 5% of pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (PanNENs), and literature data suggest that this finding is frequently underreported on pre-operative imaging examinations. Tumor thrombosis may be clinically relevant, causing splenoportomesenteric hypertension, possibly responsible for life-threatening upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Bland thrombosis caused by direct infiltration of peri-pancreatic vessels frequently determines surgical unresectability, even in neuroendocrine tumors; on the opposite, tumor thrombosis associated with PanNENs do not exclude surgery per se, even though both morbidity and mortality can be increased by such condition. Considering the favorable prognosis of PanNENs and the frequent need to treat tumor thrombosis in order to prevent complications or to relieve symptoms, it is of paramount importance for radiologists the knowledge of the variety of findings associated with tumor thrombosis in PanNENs.

Abstract
AIM To establish the ability of magnetic resonance (MR) and computer tomography (CT) to predict pathologic dimensions of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PanNET) in a caseload of a tertiary referral center.
METHODS Patients submitted to surgery for PanNET at the Surgical Unit of the Pancreas Institute with at least 1 preoperative imaging examination (MR or CT scan) from January 2005 to December 2015 were included and data retrospectively collected. Exclusion criteria were: multifocal lesions, genetic syndromes, microadenomas or mixed tumors, metastatic disease and neoadjuvant therapy. Bland-Altman (BA) and Mountain-Plot (MP) statistics were used to compare size measured by each modality with the pathology size. Passing-Bablok (PB) regression analysis was used to check the agreement between MR and CT.
RESULTS Our study population consisted of 292 patients. Seventy-nine (27.1%) were functioning PanNET. The mean biases were 0.17 ± 7.99 mm, 1 ± 8.51 mm and 0.23 ± 9 mm, 1.2 ± 9.8 mm for MR and CT, considering the overall population and the subgroup of non-functioning- PanNET, respectively. Limits of agreement (LOA) included the vast majority of observations, indicating a good agreement between imaging and pathology. The MP further confirmed this finding and showed that the two methods are unbiased with respect to each other. Considering ≤ 2 cm non-functioning-PanNET, no statistical significance was found in the size estimation rate of MR and CT (P = 0.433). PBR analysis did not reveal significant differences between MR, CT and pathology.
CONCLUSION MR and CT scan are accurate and interchangeable imaging techniques in predicting pathologic dimensions of PanNET.

Abstract
AIM To describe magnetic resonance (MR) imaging features of pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (PanNENs) according to their grade and tumor-nodes-metastases stage by comparing them to histopathology and to determine the accuracy of MR imaging features in predicting their biological behavior.
METHODS This study was approved by our institutional review board; requirement for informed patient consent was waived due to the retrospective nature of the study. Preoperative MR examinations of 55 PanNEN patients (29 men, 26 women; mean age of 57.6 years, range 21-83 years) performed between June 2013 and December 2015 were reviewed. Qualitative and quantitative features were compared between tumor grades and stages determined by histopathological analysis.
RESULTS Ill defined margins were more common in G2-3 and stage III-IV PanNENs than in G1 and low-stage tumors (P < 0.001); this feature had high specificity in the identification of G2-3 and stage III-IV tumors (90.3% and 96%, 95%CI: 73.1-97.5 and 77.7-99.8). The mean apparent diffusion coefficient value was significantly lower in G2-3 and stage III-IV lesions compared to well differentiated and low-stage tumors (1.09 × 10-3 mm2/s vs 1.45 × 10-3 mm2/s and 1.10 × 10-3 mm2/s vs 1.53 × 10-3 mm2/s, P = 0.003 and 0.001). Receiving operator characteristic analysis determined optimal cut-offs of 1.21 and 1.28 × 10-3 mm2/s for the identification of G2-3 and stage III-IV tumors, with sensitivity and specificity values of 70.8/80.7% and 64.5/64% (95%CI: 48.7-86.6/60-92.7 and 45.4-80.2/42.6-81.3).
CONCLUSION MR features of PanNENs vary according to their grade of differentiation and their stage at diagnosis and could predict the biological behavior of these tumors.

Abstract
We evaluated observer agreement for 68Ga-DOTATATE PET/CT interpretations in patients with neuroendocrine tumor (NET). METHODS 68Ga-DOTATATE PET/CT was performed on 50 patients with known or suspected NET of the small bowel (n = 19), pancreas (n = 14), lung (n = 4), or other location (n = 13). The images were reviewed by 7 observers, who used a standardized interpretation approach. The observers were classified as having a low level of experience (<500 scans or <5 y experience with 68Ga-DOTATATE PET/CT; n = 4) or a high level of experience (≥500 scans or ≥5 y experience with 68Ga-DOTATATE PET/CT; n = 3). Interpretation by the primary nuclear medicine physician, who had access to all clinical and imaging data, served as the reference standard. Interobserver agreement was determined by the Cohen κ statistic and intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) with corresponding 95% confidence interval (95%CI). RESULTS Interobserver agreement was substantial, and the median number of false findings was low for the overall scan result: that is, positive versus negative scan result (κ = 0.80; 95%CI, 0.74-0.86; false findings, 3), organ involvement (κ = 0.70; 95%CI, 0.64-0.76; false findings, 5), and lymph node involvement (κ = 0.71; 95%CI, 0.65-0.78; false findings, 6). Interobserver agreement was substantial to almost perfect, and the average absolute difference (Δ) from the reference observer was low for number of organ and lymph node metastases (organ: ICC, 0.84; 95%CI, 0.77-0.89; Δ = 0.45; lymph node: ICC, 0.77; 95%CI, 0.69-0.84; Δ = 0.45), tumor SUVmax (ICC, 0.99; 95%CI, 0.97-0.99; Δ = 0.44), and reference SUV (spleen: ICC, 0.81; Δ = 1.10; liver: ICC, 0.79; Δ = 0.62). Interpretations of appropriateness for peptide-receptor radionuclide therapy varied more significantly among observers (κ = 0.64; 95%CI, 0.57-0.70), and a higher frequency of false-positive recommendations for peptide-receptor radionuclide therapy occurred in observers with low experience than in those with high experience (range, 7-12 vs. 4-8). CONCLUSION The interpretation of 68Ga-DOTATATE PET/CT images for NET staging is consistent among observers with low and high levels of experience. However, image-based recommendations for or against peptide-receptor radionuclide therapy require experience and training.
