Abstract
Mercury (Hg) is a metal with toxic effects on the environment, including living organisms. Organic Hg derivatives readily penetrate biological membranes and pose a particular health risk. Food of aquatic origin is the main source of human exposure to methylmercury (MeHg). In Poland, the consumption of fishery and aquaculture products has been gradually increasing. The aim of this study was to determine the content of Hg in fish intended for human consumption and purchased in Poland. The total Hg content of the edible parts of different species of marine and freshwater fish was analysed. The range of Hg content in all fish was 0.004-0.827 mg/kg, with an arithmetic mean of 0.084 mg/kg. The concentration of Hg in marine fish (0.100 mg/kg) was higher than in freshwater fish (0.063 mg/kg). The highest concentration of Hg was found in tuna. The Estimated Hazard Quotient (EHQ) calculated for the tuna samples analysed was >1. This may represent a potential health risk for consumers. The consumption of the other fish analysed was considered safe on the basis of the EHQ. The Hg content of the analysed fish samples did not exceed the current limits for food.

Abstract
Vegetable and fish oils constitute a significant part of all dietary supplements. Due to increasing environmental pollution, the raw materials used for their production may be contaminated with toxic substances, including metals. The aim of the present study was to determine the mercury (Hg) content in vegetable oils, shark liver oils, and cod liver oils. The tests conducted were to help determine the level of mercury contamination of the tested preparations and the related potential threat to human health. The amount of Hg in the tested dietary supplements was compared, and the amount of the metal consumed at various times of use was determined. A total of 36 preparations of dietary supplements available on the Polish market were used for the study. The method of atomic absorption spectrometry using the amalgamation technique was used for the determinations (AMA 254, Altec, Czech Republic). Among the sample of all of the tested preparations, the Hg concentration ranged from 0.023 to 0.427 µg/kg, with an average of 0.165 µg/kg. Differences in Hg content in the various tested preparations (shark liver oil, cod liver oil, and vegetable oils) were statistically significant. The average concentration of Hg in the vegetable oils (0.218 µg/kg) was more than twice that of the cod liver oils (0.106 µg/kg) and shark liver oils (0.065 µg/kg). In none of the tested preparations did the amount of Hg exceed the acceptable standard for dietary supplements (0.10 mg/kg). The analysis showed that the Hg content in vegetable oils, shark liver oils, and fish oils from the Polish market is at a low level, guaranteeing the safety of their use, and as such, they do not pose a threat to health.

Abstract
Due to the content of active ingredients, teas can be used prophylactically, but most of all they are consumed for taste reasons. As with food or water, these products can be contaminated with heavy metals, including mercury. Mercury (Hg) is a toxic element, it causes many side effects in the human body depending on the form of Hg, which can include respiratory failure, kidney damage, neurological disorders. At the cellular level, Hg and its compounds lead to a disturbance of metabolism and cell death. The aim of the study was to evaluate the mercury concentration of tea (Camellia sinensis) and Yerba Mate (Ilex paraguariensis). Eighty-six samples were collected and analyzed, including the following kinds: black, green, white, Pu-erh, and Yerba Mate. The samples came from Poland. The Hg concentration was determined with an AMA 254 atomic absorption spectrometer. The study showed that the Hg content in each tea sample averaged 2.47 μg/kg. The Hg concentration in the tested types of tea differed significantly statistically (p = 0.000). It was the largest in Yerba Mate, followed by green, Pu-erh, and white tea, and was the smallest in black tea. Statistically significant differences in the Hg content (p = 0.004) were also dependent on the form of the product; in leaf tea samples, the concentration of Hg (2.54 µg/kg) was higher than in tea bags (1.16 µg/kg). The Hg concentration determined in the tested samples does not exceed the permitted EU standard. Consuming these teas poses no health risk in terms of the amount of Hg.

Abstract
Honey is a highly valued product due to its nutritional value, pro-health and healing properties. Pollutants from the environment penetrate into nectar, honeydew, pollen and next into bee products and can cause human exposure after ingestion. Mercury (Hg) is a toxic metal to living organisms. This is why it was important to determine the level of Hg in consumed honey.The aim of this manuscript is to analyse mercury concentration in honeys collected on the territory of Poland. A total of 108 samples of honey purchased in regional apiaries and hypermarkets were tested. The concentration of Hg was analysed in various types of honey (multifloral, honeydew, linden, goldenrod, acacia, buckwheat, rapeseed, sunflower, heather, dandelion, phacelia). The values of the Estimated Daily Intake (EDI), Estimated Weekly Intake (EWI) and % Provisional Tolerable Weekly Intake (% PTWI) were calculated. This allowed estimating the amount of Hg taken during consumption of the tested honeys.The concentration of Hg ranged from 0.01 to 1.71 µg/kg and was 0.43 µg/kg on average. A higher concentration of Hg, which was statistically significant, was recorded in honeydew honey, then in compound honeys. Honeys produced from one raw material had the lowest concentration of Hg. There were no significant differences in the concentration of Hg depending on the origin of honey. The calculations have shown that consumption of a portion (19 g) of the tested honey per week is safe for both adults and children according to the applicable standards.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Supracondylar humerus fractures are a serious problem in children. The complicated anatomy of the elbow joint necessitates careful assessment of the damage before individually adapting treatment methods. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of comprehensive treatment of children in Group A in relation to children in Group B. Moreover, the impact of rehabilitation on the function of the affected elbow joint was examined. MATERIALS AND METHODS The study enrolled 40 children divided into two groups: Group A and Group B. In Group A, the dominant method of treatment was percutaneous K-wire stabilization. The results demonstrate that the use of this treatment method and the implementation of systematic rehabilitation made it possible to achieve very good results. In Group B, stabilization was performed in less than half of the children and rehabilitation was carried out at home. The initial and follow-up examinations were carried out in both groups according to a medical test card. In Group A, the initial examination was performed on the day the rehabilitation commenced, and the follow-up examination after the completion of a 10-day rehabilitation cycle. In Group B, the initial examination was carried out after immobilization was removed and a follow-up examination was performed after 3 weeks of home-based rehabilitation. RESULTS The treatment model used in Group A was more effective than the model used in Group B. CONCLUSIONS 1. Correct repositioning, the use of percutaneous K-wire stabilization and elbow rehabilitation performed at the earliest possible time give very good functional results. 2. The use of percutaneous stabilization shortens the hospitalization period, which is of great importance in the treatment of young patients.

Abstract
Abstract
Background
The increasing intake of dietary supplements (DS) can be observed worldwide. These preparations are classified as a special category of foods and are subject to food law, not pharmaceutical regulations. As a result, the requirements for DS are much less restrictive than for medications.
Methodology
This research was conducted in a group of young Polish students of pharmacy at the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice (SUM) and of finance and accounting at the University of Economics in Katowice (UE). The survey contained questions concerning DS, such as difference to drugs, scope of use, and safety.
Results
The respondents answered questions about taking DS and the effects of their use. DS were used either currently or in the past by about 70% of the respondents, while about 30% of the surveyed population declared that they did not use these preparations. Women and UE students predominated among those not taking DS.
Conclusion
Multi-component products taken for a period of less than 3 months to supplement a deficit for a given component were used the most often. One product was taken at a time. The respondents read product information and followed the recommended doses. Over 50% of the studied population was aware of the negative effects of DS. Adverse symptoms of DS use were observed by 5% of the respondents.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Quality of life is an interdisciplinary concept. It is broadly defined and understood by representatives of many sciences, including medical and humanities. This is because the quality of life can directly affect human behavior, decisions made by him and affect the life situation, including health. AIM OF THE STUDY The aim of the study was to assess the quality of life of patients hospitalized in the Department of Trauma and Orthopedics Surgery. MATERIAL AND METHODS The study included 105 people hospitalized in the Department of Surgery with the Trauma and Orthopedic Sub-Unit of the Healthcare Complex in Strzyżów. The diagnostic survey method was used. The research techniques that were used in the work are surveys. RESULTS Both, the quality of life and the level of satisfaction with health, were assessed by the respondents as good. Quality of life in the physical field is ranked the lowest. It has been noticed that the quality of life of patients decreases with age. Pain sensation diminishes the quality of life in the physical domain. On the other hand, patients who are in a relationship have a much higher assessment of the quality of life in the psychological field. Education and age do not affect the quality of life and health satisfaction. COLNCLUSIONS Most of the patients assessed their quality of life as good or very good (83.8% of all respondents). Among the examined areas of quality of life, the respondents rated the physical domain as the lowest and the social domain the highest.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION These days, it is observed worldwide that the number of smokers drops, however, use of e-cigarettes and other psychoactive substances becomes more popular. This survey was conducted in the years 2019 to 2020 using a group of 193 people, 124 females and 69 males, at two Silesian universities. AIM The purpose of this survey was to estimate patterns concerning use of tobacco and psychoactive substances by students. The survey was conducted by a survey including 27 questions. RESULTS Most of the surveyed persons (78%) were non-smokers. Among active smokers, 30% of them started smoking at the age of 12 to 15, 45% of them at 16 to 18, and 77% smoked first before 18th birthday. Among smoking subjects, 90% smokes up to 5 cigarettes a day. Most subjects replied that "curiosity" was a cause to start smoking. Students often declared so-called "occasional smoking". Smoking in public bothered most (67%) subjects. Half of subjects declared that they never smoked marijuana. Mostly, students smoking tobacco decided to use marijuana as well. About 6% of subjects used other drugs, aside from marijuana. 3% of subjects tried amphetamine, LSD or ecstasy at least once in life. COCLUSIONS Tobacco smoking frequency in students of Silesian universities was 22%, that is a level similar to other regions of Poland. Due to variation on the market of psychoactive substances, particularly among young people, continuous surveillance is recommended.

Abstract
The dietary supplement market in Poland has been growing rapidly, and the number of registered products and their consumption increases steadily. Among the most popular and the easiest to get are herbal supplements, available in any supermarket. The aim of this paper was to investigate the mercury content in the herbal supplements. The dietary supplements that have been examined (24) are available on the Polish market and contain one or more herbal ingredients. Supplements were pulverized in porcelain mortar and identified by AMA 254 atomic absorption spectrometer. The range of variations for all tested supplements was within 0.02-4293.07 μg/kg. The arithmetic mean of the total result was 193.77 μg/kg. A higher mercury content then this mean was found in preparations-bamboo shoots and alga Chlorella pyrenoidosa. The studies have shown that mercury is present in every examined herbal supplement, and its content exceeds in two preparations (with bamboo and alga) the permissible limit of 0.10 mg/kg. There were statistically significant differences in the occurrence of mercury depending on the herbal ingredient in the supplement. The lowest content was found in the preparation with Tanacetum parthenium and the highest with bamboo shoots. The mercury content in the tested herbal supplements was statistically significant in the form of a supplement-a tablet and a capsule. Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly consumption of mercury with examined supplements was calculated-the results did not exceed the PTWI-provisional tolerable weekly intake of mercury. To increase consumer safety, it is imperative to conduct further research on dietary supplements and implement a stricter quality control of the dietary supplements.

Abstract
Chromium is an essential microelement in the human body. It exerts an effect on bones by modulating their biochemical parameters: alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP). With considerable accumulation of chromium in the skeleton, the activity of alkaline phosphatase was found to decrease, which affected bone formation rate. The study objective was to analyze chromium content in the knee tissues. Tissues for analysis were obtained during endoprosthesoplasty of the knee joint and included tibia, femur, and meniscus tissues. Samples were collected from 50 patients, including 36 women and 14 men. The analysis was performed using the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) method, by means of a Varian 710-ES apparatus. The results revealed no significant differences in the content of chromium in the knee joint tissues between women and men. The highest level of chromium was found in the femoral bone of the knee joint, then in the meniscus, and was lowest in the tibia, although the differences were statistically insignificant. Chromium content increased with age.

Abstract
Many elements are responsible for the balance in bone tissue, including those which constitute a substantial proportion of bone mass, i.e., calcium, phosphorus and magnesium, as well as minor elements such as strontium. In addition, toxic elements acquired via occupational and environmental exposure, e.g., Pb, are included in the basic bone tissue composition. The study objective was to determine the content of strontium, lead, calcium, phosphorus, sodium and magnesium in chosen components of the knee joint, i.e., tibia, femur and meniscus. The levels of Sr, Pb, Ca, P, Na and Mg were the highest in the tibia in both men and women, whereas the lowest in the meniscus. It should be noted that the levels of these elements were by far higher in the tibia and femur as compared to the meniscus. In the components of the knee joint, the level of strontium showed the greatest variation. Significant statistical differences were found between men and women only in the content of lead.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Iron as a cofactor of enzymes takes part in the synthesis of the bone matrix. Severe deficiency of iron reduces the strength and mineral density of bones, whereas its excess may increase oxidative stress. In this context, it is essential to determine the iron content in knee joint tissues. OBJECTIVES The study objective was to determine the level of iron in the tissues of the knee joint, i.e., in the femoral bone, tibia and meniscus. MATERIAL AND METHODS Material for analysis was obtained during endoprosthetic surgery of the knee joint. Within the knee joint, the tibia, femur and meniscus were analyzed. Samples were collected from 50 patients, including 36 women and 14 men. The determination of iron content was performed with the ICP-AES method, using Varian 710-ES. RESULTS The lowest iron content was in the tibia (27.04 μg/g), then in the meniscus (38.68 μg/g) and the highest in the femur (41.93 μg/g). Statistically significant differences were noted in the content of iron in knee joint tissues. CONCLUSIONS In patients who underwent endoprosthesoplasty of the knee joint, statistically significant differences were found in the levels of iron in various components of the knee joint. The highest iron content was found in the femoral bone of the knee joint and then in the meniscus, the lowest in the tibia. The differences in iron content in the knee joint between women and men were not statistically significant.

Abstract
Osteoarthritis causes the degradation of the articular cartilage and periarticular bones. Trace elements influence the growth, development and condition of the bone tissue. Changes to the mineral composition of the bone tissue can cause degenerative changes and fractures. The aim of the research was to determine the content of cadmium (Cd), nickel (Ni), copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) in the tibia, the femur and the meniscus in men and women who underwent a knee replacement surgery. Samples were collected from 50 patients, including 36 women and 14 men. The determination of trace elements content were performed by ICP-AES method, using Varian 710-ES. Average concentration in the tissues of the knee joint teeth amounted for cadmium 0.015, nickel 0.60, copper 0.89 and zinc 80.81 mg/kg wet weight. There were statistically significant differences in the content of cadmium, copper and zinc in different parts of the knee joint. There were no statistically significant differences in the content of cadmium, nickel, copper and zinc in women and men in the examined parts of the knee joint. Among the elements tested, copper and nickel showed a high content in the connective tissue (the meniscus) compared to the bone tissue (the tibia and the femur).

Abstract
Cadmium is an element with proven direct and indirect toxic effects on bones. Zinc affects the content of cadmium in the human body. These elements show antagonistic interactions. The aim of the research was to determine the levels of cadmium and zinc in the hip joint tissues and interactions between these elements. The study group consisted of 91 subjects, 66 women and 25 men. The tissues were obtained intraoperatively during hip endoprosthetic surgery. The levels of cadmium and zinc were assayed by the atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS) method. The analysis of the content of cadmium and zinc in different parts of the hip joint, i.e., articular cartilage, cortical bone, and cancellous bone of the femoral head as well as the articular capsule and a fragment of the cancellous bone taken from the intertrochanteric region of the femoral bone showed significant differences. The cancellous bone was found to have the highest potential to accumulate the elements studied, whereas part of the articular capsule the lowest. Higher levels of cadmium and zinc were observed in samples obtained from men. Patients with bone fractures had higher cadmium content than those with osteoarthritis. The study on the content of cadmium and zinc in the tissues of the hip joint is one of the primary research biomonitoring.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Chromium has many important functions in the human body. For the osseous tissue, its role has not been clearly defined. This study was aimed at determining chromium content in hip joint tissues. METHODS A total of 91 hip joint samples were taken in this study, including 66 from females and 25 from males. The sample tissues were separated according to their anatomical parts. The chromium content was determined by the AAS method. The statistical analysis was performed with U Mann-Whitney's non-parametric test, P≤0.05. RESULTS The overall chromium content in tissues of the hip joint in the study subjects was as follows: 5.73 µg/g in the articular cartilage, 5.33 µg/g in the cortical bone, 17.86 µg/g in the cancellous bone, 5.95 µg/g in the fragment of the cancellous bone from the intertrochanteric region, and 1.28 µg/g in the joint capsule. The chromium contents were observed in 2 group patients, it was 7.04 µg/g in people with osteoarthritis and 12.59 µg/g in people with fractures. CONCLUSION The observed chromium content was highest in the cancellous bone and the lowest in the joint capsule. Chromium content was significantly different between the people with hip joint osteoarthritis and the people with femoral neck fractures.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine presence of manganese and iron in hip joint tissue and interdependencies between these elements. The objects of the research were hip joint elements from people residing in cities on the territory of the Upper Silesian Industrial District. The number of people in the study group was 91 samples, including 66 samples from women and 25 from a man. The examined tissues were obtained intraoperatively during hip replacement procedures. The content of manganese and iron was determined using the atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS) method. The lowest content of manganese and iron was found in the cortical bone, and the largest, in the case of manganese, in the articular cartilage, whereas in the case of iron in a fragment of the cancellous bone from the intertrochanteric area. The content of iron in selected elements of the hip joint decreased with age. Higher content of manganese in hip joint tissue of women compared to men was confirmed. What is more, higher content of iron in hip joint tissue of men was confirmed as well.

Abstract
Concentration of lead in bone, unlike in soft tissues, increases during the lifetime and reflects severity of exposure to this element. The main aim of the study was to determine concentrations of lead and calcium and to find possible relationship between calcium and lead in the tissues of the hip joints obtained from inhabitants of the Upper Silesian Industrial Area. We also attempted to identify factors that might affect this relationship. The samples were harvested intraoperatively during total hip replacement procedures; in most cases, the indication for the surgery was hip osteoarthritis. Concentrations of lead and calcium were measured with a Pye Unicam SP-9 acetylene-oxygen flame atomic absorption spectrometer. The highest mean concentration of lead was found in the cancellous bone from the femoral head, followed by articular cartilage, cortical bone and the intertrochanteric cancellous bone (0.75 μg/g). The smallest concentration was found in the joint capsule (0.19 μg/g). The highest mean concentration of calcium was found in cancellous bone from the femoral head, followed by cancellous bone from the intertrochanteric area, cortical bone, articular cartilage and joint capsule. The concentration of lead showed no correlation with sex. The bone concentration of calcium decreased with age. In the analysed hips, this finding was true in the cortical bone, as well as in the cancellous bone of the intertrochanteric area. Statistically significant correlation between calcium and lead was found only in the hip articular cartilage.

Abstract
Nickel is applied in the production of surgical instruments and compounds of nickel affect the osseous tissue. The objective of this study was to determine the contents of nickel and 11 elements in tissues of a hip joint obtained from inhabitants of the Upper-Silesian Industrial Area. The samples were collected intra-operatively during Total Hip Replacement procedures, in most cases the indication for the surgery was hip osteoarthritis. Concentrations of nickel and 11 trace elements were measured with a Pye Unicam SP-9 acetylene-oxygen flame atomic absorption spectrometer (AAS). Additional analyses were conducted to identify the correlations occurring between these elements. The average content of trace elements in the hip joint was as follows (mg kg(-1)): Cd 0.66, Cr 7.58, Cu 8.43, Mn 0.79, Pb 3.75, Ni 4.82, Fe 252.13, Zn 75.65, Mg 1306.19, K 3938.67, Na 7484.52, Ca 49485.44. The study demonstrated that the content of nickel and the other elements was diversified, depending on the element of the hip joint, gender and the type of affection the endoprosthesis-plasty was performed for.

Abstract
The studies were carried out on the changes in copper content in concretions of gallstones which were taken from 146 women (49 smoking and 97 no smoking) and 24 men (11 smoking and 13 no smoking), respectively. The elemental composition of gallstones was determined with ICP-AES method (Inductively Coupled Plasma - Atomic Emission Spectroscopy). Studies on copper occurrence in concretions of gallstones showed the presence of its higher concentrations in case of smoking women (9.59 microg/g) and men (8.99 microg/g) in comparison with no smoking women (7.02 microg/g) and men (7.66 microg/ g). It was shown differences in pattern of changes of copper concentration in gallstones in case of smoking and no smoking women and men.

Abstract
The aim of this study was analysis of kind of interactions between Fe and the other metals: Al, Ba, Ca, Cr, Cu, Mg, Mn, Zn, K i Na in pharyngeal tonsils from girls and boys in several group of age (2-5 years, 6-9 years and 10-15 years) exposed and no exposed to tobacco smoking. This study showed that the kind of interaction dependent on sex, age and exposed to ETS.

Abstract
The studies were carried out on the changes in chromium content in concretions of gallstones taken from 93 women (24 active smoking, 18 passive smoking, 51 non smoking women), respectively. Chromium content was determined with ICP-AES method (Inductively Coupled Plasma - Atomic Emission Spectroscopy). Studies on chromium occurrence in concretions of gallstones showed the presence of its higher concentrations in passive smoking women (3.15 microgCr/g) in comparison with active smoking (1.20 microgCr/g) and non smoking women (0.89 microgCr/g). Separate patterns of changes in chromium in active, passive and no smoking women gallstones were demonstrated.

Abstract
The objective of this study was qualification of content cadmium and lead in selected elements of the hip joint in aspect of tobacco smoking. The material for the research were 5 elements of hip joint (articular cartilage, trabecular bone and cortical bone femur head, fragment articular capsule and fragment trabecular bone from region intertrochanteric femoral bone), obtained intraoperatively during endoprothesoplastic surgeries. The samples come from habitants of Upper Silesian Region. Determination of trace elements contents were performed by ASA method (Pye Unicam SP-9) in acetylene-oxygen flame. Higher contents of lead were observed for smoking people, however in case of cadmium the differences of this element were not statistical essential between smokers and non-smokers.

Abstract
The smoking tobacco makes the negative influence on state of osseous tissue, many research shows, that the smoking tobacco states the factor of risk of appearance of osteoporosis. The aim of this study was determined of occurrence of 12 metals in separate parts and profiles of femur head in three studied groups: smoker persons, non-smoker and smoker in past. Human femur heads were obtained from people living in Upper Silesia cities in Poland during endoprosthetoplasty of coxa. The femur heads were cut into 5 cross-sections A-E using a stabilizing device provided with a fixed and a movable part maintained at a 12 degrees angle. As the next step, fragments of articular cartilage, cortical bone and trabecular bone were sectioned off from the cross-sections. In smoker group the large content of chrome of, nickel, zinc pays back attention. In case of individual parts of femur head notice, that the largest place in articular cartilage has accumulating metals. The largest contents of metals were observed in the external sections A and E.

Abstract
The characteristic of occurrence Al content in pharyngeal tonsils from girls and boys living in Southern Poland is presented in this article. Analysis of content of Al in pharyngeal tonsils was observed in four groups of children: girls exposed to tobacco smoke and unexposed to tobacco smoke, boys exposed to tobacco smoke and unexposed to tobacco smoke. Arithmetic mean of contents of aluminium in pharyngeal tonsils from exposed girls was 15.94+/-8.08 microg/g, in unexposed girls was 14.11+/-5.08 microg/g, in exposed to tobacco smoke boys--16.68+/-11.17 microg/g and unexposed boys 18.08+/-10.56 microg/g was observed. Differences between analysed groups of children were not statistically important. The cross-correlation analysis between content of Al and other metals Ba, Ca, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Zn, K, Na showed repeating co-dependences between Al and Fe, Mg and Zn in pharyngeal tonsils from children exposed to tobacco smoke. In unexposed children was only one co-dependence between Al and Ca.

Abstract
The objective of this study was qualification of content chromium in femur head in aspect of smoking cigarette. Investigated of femur head from habitants of Upper Silesian Region. The content of chromium was marked at non-smoking persons, smoking in past and smoking at present. Determination of contents chromium realized by ASA method (Pye Unicam SP-9) in flame acetylene-oxygen. Higher contents of chromium were observed for smoking people. The most of the correlations described by large values of the correlation factors were concerned Cr with Ni, Cu, Zn, Na.

Abstract
The role of smoking cigarette in contamination by Cd, Pb were investigation on the basis the femur capitulum women and men. Contributed potential parts biomechanical parameter (pressure) on the distribution of Pb and Cd in tissue osseous. The way of fragmentation of femur capitulum have great important for occurrence of Pb in tissue osseous smoking women and men in comparison to no smoking.
