Abstract
Objective: To explore the molecular mechanism of circDDX17 regulating the proliferation and apoptosis of non-small cell lung cancer cells by targeting the miR-223-3p/RIP3 molecular axis. Methods: The expression levels of circDDX17, miR-223-3p, and RIP3 in human normal lung epithelial cell lines BEAS-2B and non-small cell lung cancer cells H1299, A549, and H446 were detected by reverse transcription-quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR). The plasmids of pcDNA, pcDNA-circDDX17, anti-miR-con, anti-miR-223-3p, pcDNA-circDDX17 and miR-con, pcDNA-circDDX17 and miR-223-3p mimics were transfected into H1299 cells. 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay was used to detect the cell proliferation. Flow cytometry was used to detect the cell cycle and cell apoptosis. Plate cloning experiment was used to detect cell proliferation ability. The dual luciferase report experiment was applied to verify the targeting relationship between miR-223-3p with circDDX17 and RIP3. Western blot was used to detect the protein expression of cyclinD1, CDK2, cleaved caspase-3 and Bax. Results: The expression levels of circDDX17 and RIP3 mRNA in H1299, A549, and H446 cells were significantly reduced (P<0.05), the expression level of miR-223-3p mRNA was significantly increased (P<0.05) compared with BEAS-2B. The cell viability [(69.46±4.68)%], the number of cell clones (83.49±7.86), the proportion of cells in S phase [(22.52±1.41) %], the protein expression levels of cyclinD1 and CDK2 in PCDNa-CircDDX17 group were lower than those in pcDNA group [(97.54±7.72)%, 205.03±13.37, (28.69±1.49)%, respectively, P<0.05], while the percentage of G0/G1 phase cells [(64.45±3.56)%], apoptosis rate [(18.36±1.63)%], the protein expression levels of cleaved caspase-3 and Bax in pcDNA-circDDX17 group were higher than those of pcDNA group [(51.33±2.76) % and (5.21±0.54) %, respectively, P<0.05]. The viability [(72.64±5.44)%], the number of cell clones (78.16±8.23), the proportion of S-stage cells [(21.34±1.59) %], the protein expression levels of CyclinD1 and CDK2 in anti-miR-223-3p group were lower than those in anti-miR-con group [(103.47±6.25)%, 169.32±14.53, (28.43±1.26)%, respectively, P<0.05]. Percentage of G0/G1 phase cells [(62.86±3.28)%], apoptosis rate [(14.64±1.67)%], the protein expression levels of cleaved caspase-3 and Bax in the anti-miR-223-3p group were higher than those of anti-miR-con group [(51.33±2.71)% and (4.83±0.39)%, respectively, P<0.05]. MiR-223-3p has complementary sites with circDDX17 or RIP3. The viability [(135.45±9.28)%], the number of cell clones (174.64±10.68), the proportion of S-phase cells [(26.39±2.25)%], the protein expression levels of cyclinD1 and CDK2 in pcDNA-circDDX17+miR-223-3p group were higher than those in pcDNA-circDDX17+miR-con group [(101.56±6.68)%, 107.65±7.62, (21.64±1.72)%, P<0.05]. Percentage of G0/G1 phase cells [(56.64±2.76)%], apoptosis rate [(8.34±0.76)%], the protein expression levels of cleaved caspase-3 and Bax in pcDNA-circDDX17+miR-223-3p group were lower than those of pcDNA-circDDX17+miR-con group [(64.03±3.48)% and (15.21±1.18)%, respectively, P<0.05]. Conclusion: circDDX17 could inhibit the proliferation and induce apoptosis of non-small cell lung cancer cells via targeting the miR-223-3p / RIP3 molecular axis.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the species, concentration and seasonal trends of main airborne allergenic pollen in 4 districts and 5 counties of Hohhot City. Methods: The Department of allergy, Beijing Shijitan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University conducted a cross-sectional study about monitoring the airborne allergenic pollen from August 1, 2021 to July 31, 2022 by the gravitational method in 4 districts and 5 counties of Hohhot City, which include Yuquan District, Xincheng District, Huimin District, Saihan District, Tuoketuo County, Helingeer County, Tumotezuoqi County, Wuchuan County and Qingshuihe County. Daily pollens were counted and identified by optical microscopy, and the data were analyzed. Results: The airborne allergenic pollen was collected every month all year round in 4 districts and 5 counties of Hohhot city. Through the whole year of the total quantity of pollens ranged from 24 850 to 50 154 grains per 1 000 mm2 and two peaks of pollen concentration in air were observed,which happened in spring (from March to May) and in summer and autumn (from July to September). In spring, the main pollens were tree pollens, which principally distributed in Populus pollen (18.29%), Ulmus pollen (8.36%), Pinus pollen (6.20%), Cupressaceae pollen (5.23%), Betulaceae pollen (2.73%), Salix pollen (1.80%) and Quercus pollen (1.16%). In summer and autumn, the main pollens were weed pollens, which mainly included Artemisia pollen (42.73%), Chenopodiaceae pollen or Amaranthaceae pollen (7.46%), Poaceae pollen (2.26%), Humulus pollen or Cannabis pollen (0.60%). Conclusion: There were two peaks of main airborne allergenic pollen in 4 districts and 5 counties of Hohhot City. In the spring peak of pollen, the main airborne pollens were tree pollens. In the summer and autumn peak of pollen, the main airborne pollens were weed pollens. The Artemisia pollen was the most major airborne pollen in this area.

Abstract
Objective: To compare the clinical effects of endoscopic thyroidectomy using a modified gasless transsubclavian approach and the traditional neck approach for unilateral papillary thyroid carcinoma (cN0). Methods: The clinical data of 135 patients with cN0 papillary thyroid carcinoma who underwent unilateral thyroidectomy in the Department of Thyroid Surgery, the First Hospital of Jilin University from October 2020 to November 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. There were 37 males and 98 females, aging (43.2±8.8) years (range: 21 to 59 years). There were 51 cases using the modified gasless transsubclavian approach (TS group) and 84 cases using the traditional neck approach (TN group). Comparative analyses were performed between the operative results of the 2 groups by t-test, Wilcoxon rank sum test, and χ2 test. Results: All endoscopic operations were successfully completed without conversion to the traditional neck approach. Compared to the TN group, the TS group had a longer operation time (M(IQR)) (73.5 (22.5) minutes vs. 90.0 (30.0) minutes, Z=-5.831, P<0.01), more postoperative drainage (60 (25) ml vs. 95 (45) ml, Z=-6.275, P<0.01), higher hospitalization costs (22 687 (3 488) yuan vs. 26 652 (2 431) yuan, Z=-6.944, P<0.01), and a higher rate of parathyroid autotransplantation (15.5% (13/84) vs. 60.8% (31/51), χ2=29.651, P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the total exposure rate of the central compartment, postoperative hospitalization time, the number of dissected lymph nodes, the number of metastatic lymph nodes, C-reactive protein ratio before and after operation, and preoperative and postoperative parathyroid hormone (all P>0.05). Conclusion: Endoscopic thyroidectomy using the modified gasless transsubclavian approach is safe for cN0 papillary thyroid carcinoma, with longer operating time, more postoperative drainage, higher hospitalization costs, and more difficulty in preserving the inferior parathyroid gland in situ compared to traditional open surgery.

Abstract
Objective: To compare the effects of two administration time strategies for rabbit antihuman thymocyte immunoglobulin (rATG) of 5mg/kg total dose in matched sibling donor hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (MSD-HSCT) . Methods: This study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 32 patients who received MSD-HSCT with 5 mg/kg rATG conditioning regimen at the Department of Hematology of the First Medical Center of the People's Liberation Army General Hospital from October 2020 to April 2022. The patients were classified into two groups: the 4d-rATG group (16 cases), who received antithymocyte globulin (ATG) from day -5 to day -2, and the 2d-rATG group (16 cases), who received ATG from day -5 to day -4. Between the two groups, the transplantation outcomes, serum concentrations of active antithymocyte globulin (ATG) in patients from -4 days to 28 days after graft infusion (+28 days), and the reconstitution of lymphocyte subsets on days +30, +60, and +90 were compared. Results: The cumulative incidences of acute graft-versus-host disease at 100 days after graft infusion were 25.0% (95% CI 7.8% -47.2% ) and 18.8% (95% CI 4.6% -40.2% ) (P=0.605) in the 4d-rATG group and 2d-rATG group, respectively. The 1-year cumulative incidences of chronic graft-versus-host disease were 25.9% (95% CI 8.0% -48.6% ) and 21.8% (95% CI 5.2% -45.7% ) (P=0.896). The 1-year cumulative incidence of relapse was 37.5% (95% CI 18.9% -65.1% ) and 14.6% (95% CI 3.6% -46.0% ) (P=0.135), and the 1-year probabilities of overall survival were 75.0% (95% CI 46.3% -89.8% ) and 100% (P=0.062). The total area under the curve (AUC) of serum active ATG was 36.11 UE/ml·d and 35.89 UE/ml·d in the 4d-rATG and 2d-rATG groups, respectively (P=0.984). The AUC was higher in the 4d-rATG group than that in the 2d-rATG group (20.76 UE/ml·d vs 15.95 UE/ml·d, P=0.047). Three months after graft infusion, the average absolute count of CD8(+) T lymphocytes in the 4d-rATG group was lower than that in the 2d-rATG group (623 cells/μl vs 852 cells/μl, P=0.037) . Conclusion: The efficiencies of GVHD prophylaxis in MSD-PBSCT receiving 4d-ATG regimen and the 2d-rATG regimen were found to be similar. The reconstruction of CD8(+)T lymphocytes in the 2d-rATG group was better than that in the 4d-rATG group, which is related to the lower AUC of active ATG after transplantation.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the features of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in hepatic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (HEHE) in order to improve the preoperative diagnosis rate. Methods: CEUS images of 32 pathologically-proven cases of hepatic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma from January 2004 to August 2021 were collected. Lesions were analyzed to observe the features of enhancement mode, enhancement intensity, and distinct enhancement phases. Results: Among the 32 cases, one had a solitary lesion, 29 had multiple lesions, and two had diffuse-type lesions. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound revealed a total of 42 lesions in 32 cases. In terms of arterial phase enhancement, 18 lesions had overall enhancement, six lesions had uneven dendritic enhancement, 16 lesions had rim-like enhancement, and two lesions had just slight peripheral spot enhancement around the lesions. Among the three cases, there were multiple lesions that had overall enhancement and ring enhancement. In terms of the enhancement phase, 20 lesions showed "fast progression", 20 lesions showed "same progression", and two lesions showed "slow progression". During the late arterial or early portal venous phases with rapid washout, all lesions manifested as hypoechoic. With peaked enhanced intensity, 11 lesions had a lower enhancement intensity than the surrounding normal liver parenchyma; 11 lesions had the same enhancement degree as the surrounding normal liver parenchyma; and 20 lesions had a higher enhancement degree than the surrounding normal liver parenchyma. All 16 ring-enhancing lesions had marked hyperenhancement. In the typical enhancing lesions, four showed hyperenhancement, five showed low enhancement, and nine showed isoenhancement. In the dendrite-enhancing lesions, there were two isoenhancing and four hypoenhancing. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound delineated the boundaries of all lesions more clearly than two-dimensional ultrasound. Conclusion: Contrast-enhanced ultrasound has certain value in the diagnosis of hepatic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma.

Abstract
In recent years, with the problem of aging population in China being prominant, the number of patients with chronic wounds such as diabetic foot, pressure ulcer, and vascular ulcer is increasing. Those diseases seriously affect the life quality of patients and increase the economy and care burden of the patients' family, which have been one of the most urgent clinical problems. Many researches have confirmed that adipose stem cells can effectively promote wound healing, while exogenous protease is needed, and there are ethical and many other problems, which limit the clinical application of adipose stem cells. Adipose stem cell matrix gel is a gel-like mixture of biologically active extracellular matrix and stromal vascular fragment obtained from adipose tissue by the principle of fluid whirlpool and flocculation precipitation. It contains rich adipose stem cells, hematopoietic stem cells, endothelial progenitor cells, and macrophages, etc. The preparation method of adipose stem cell matrix gel is simple and the preparation time is short, which is convenient for clinical application. Many studies at home and abroad showed that adipose stem cell matrix gel can effectively promote wound healing by regulating inflammatory reaction, promoting microvascular reconstruction and collagen synthesis. Therefore, this paper summarized the preparation of adipose stem cell matrix gel, the mechanism and problems of the matrix gel in promoting wound repair, in order to provide new methods and ideas for the treatment of chronic refractory wounds in clinic.

Abstract
Objectives The purpose of this study was to objectively quantify and evaluate the ergonomic risk of clinical physiotherapy practices and evaluate physiotherapists for work-related musculoskeletal disorders and pain. Methods Twenty-nine physiotherapists in the rehabilitation department of a large-scale tertiary hospital were recruited in this study. The sampling period lasted for 2 weeks for each physiotherapist and interval sampling was adopted to avoid duplication of cases. Therapist posture during physiotherapy was captured, tracked and analyzed in real time using structured light sensors with an automated assessment program. The quantification of ergonomic risk was based on REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) and the RPE (perceived physical exertion) scores of the therapists were recorded before and after treatment, respectively. Results Two hundred and twenty-four clinical physiotherapy cases were recorded, of which 49.6% were high risk and 33% were very high risk, with none of the cases presenting negligible risk. The positioning (p < 0.001) of physiotherapist had a considerable impact on ergonomic risk and pediatric physiotherapy presented a higher risk to physiotherapists than adults (p < 0.001). The RPE score of physiotherapist after performing physiotherapy was greater than before physiotherapy and was positively correlated with the REBA distribution. Conclusion Our study creates an automatic tool to assess the ergonomic risk of physiotherapy practices and demonstrates unacceptable ergonomic risk in common practices. The high prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders and pains recommends that rehabilitation assistance devices should be optimized and standard ergonomic courses should be included in physiotherapists' training plans.

Abstract
Acid fibroblast growth factor (aFGF) is a member of fibroblast growth factors (FGF) family, widely promoting embryonic development, wound healing, vascular regeneration, nerve injury repair, as well as regulating immune metabolism. Many pathophysiological processes, such as inflammation, neovascularization, proliferation and migration of repair cells, and deposition of collagen and other extracellular matrix are involved in the process of wound healing. Based on the relevant literature in recent years, this article mainly reviews the research progresses on the roles and mechanism of aFGF in biological signal transduction, regulation of cell growth, and involvement in tissue repair, and discusses the current research hot spots as well as the prospective future direction of clinical applications of aFGF in the aspect of clinical pharmacokinetics and safety.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the sensitization characteristics of Juniperus chinensis pollen in patients with allergic rhinitis and/or allergic asthma in Beijing area, and to explore the characteristics of Juniper chinensis pollen sensitized population. Methods: Patients with suspected allergic rhinitis and/or asthma from January 2017 to December 2019 in the outpatient department of Allergy Department of Beijing Shijitan Hospital were selected in this study. Skin prick test (SPT) was performed with Juniper chinensis pollen allergen reagent to compare different age and disease allergen distribution, and to observe the sensitization characteristics of its population. All of the analyses were performed using SAS software version 9.4. Results: A total of 8 380 patients were enrolled in the end. The total positive rate of Juniper chinensis pollen SPT reached 49.92% (4 183/8 380). The positive rate of Juniper chinensis pollen SPT was highest in the 10-14 age group, reaching 60.99% (283/464). Compared with other age groups, there was a statistical difference (χ²=266.77, P<0.01). The SPT positive rate of patients aged less than 10 years increased with the increase of age, while the SPT positive rate of patients aged over 40 years decreased with the increase of age. Single Juniper chinensis pollen was less allergenic, accounting for about 25.05% (1 048/4 183), and the patients' age was (35.21±12.39) years. Regardless of single Juniper chinensis pollen or other pollen allergies, allergic rhinitis was the main disease. Among the patients with SPT positive Juniper chinensis pollen combined with other inhaled pollen allergens, willow pollen accounted for the first (74.99%). The positive rate of Juniper chinensis pollen was the highest in patients with single allergic rhinitis, accounting for 52.05% (3 797/7 295), and the rate in patients with single allergic asthma was the lowest, accounting for 17.49% (53/303), with statistically difference (χ²=138.99, P<0.01). Conclusions: Juniper chinensis pollen is highly sensitized in patients with allergic rhinitis and/or allergic asthma in Beijing . The positive rate of SPT is highest among 10-14 age group, most of which showed strong positive reaction, and allergic rhinitis is more common in Juniper chinensis pollen sensitization diseases.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of exosomes from human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADSCs) on inflammatory response of mouse RAW264.7 cells and wound healing of full-thickness skin defects in mice. Methods: The experimental research methods were adopted. The discarded adipose tissue was collected from 3 female patients (aged 10-25 years) who underwent abdominal surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University. ADSCs were extracted from the adipose tissue by collagenase Ⅰ digestion and identified with flow cytometry. Exosomes were extracted from the human ADSCs by differential ultracentrifugation, the morphology of the exosomes was observed by transmission electron microscopy, the particle diameter of the exosomes was detected by nanoparticle tracking analyzer, and the protein expressions of CD9, CD63, tumor susceptibility gene 101 (TSG101), and β-actin were detected by Western blotting. The human ADSCs exosomes (ADSCs-Exos) and RAW264.7 cells were co-cultured for 12 h, and the uptake of RAW264.7 cells for human ADSCs-Exos was observed. The RAW264.7 cells were divided into phosphate buffer solution (PBS) group stimulated with PBS for suitable time, endotoxin/lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulation 2 h group, LPS stimulation 4 h group, LPS stimulation 6 h group, LPS stimulation 12 h group, and LPS stimulation 24 h group stimulated with LPS for corresponding time, with 3 wells in each group, and the mRNA expressions of interleukin 1β (IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), IL-6, and IL-10 were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method. The RAW264.7 cells were divided into PBS group, LPS alone group, and LPS+ADSCs-Exos group, with 3 wells in each group, which were dealt correspondingly for the time screened out in the previous experiment, the mRNA expressions of IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10, trasforming growth factor β (TGF-β,) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were detected by real time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR method, and the protein expressions of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and arginase 1 (Arg1) were detected by Western blotting. Twenty-four 8-week-old male BALB/c mice were divided into PBS group and ADSCs-Exos group according to the random number table, with 12 mice in each group, and a full-thickness skin defect wound with area of 1 cm×1 cm was inflicted on the back of each mouse. Immediately after injury, the wounds of mice in the two groups were dealt correspondingly. On post injury day (PID) 1, the concentration of IL-1β and TNF-α in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and the mRNA expressions of IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-6 were detected by real time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR method. On PID 3, 6, 9, 12, and 15, the wound healing was observed and the wound non-healing rate was calculated. On PID 15, the defect length of skin accessory and collagen volume fraction (CVF) were detected by hematoxylin eosin staining and Masson staining, respectively, the CD31 expression and neovascularization were detected by immunohistochemistry, and the ratio of Ki67 positive cells, the ratio of iNOS and Arg1 double positive cells, and the ratio of iNOS positive cells to Arg1 positive cells and their fluorescence intensities were detected by immunofluorescence method. The number of samples in animal experiments was 6. Data were statistically analyzed with analysis of variance for repeated measurement, one-way analysis of variance, and independent sample t test. Results: At 12 h of culture, the cells exhibited a typical spindle shape, which were verified as ADSCs with flow cytometry. The exosomes with a vesicular structure and particle diameters of 29-178 nm, were positively expressed CD9, CD63, and TSG101 and negatively expressed β-actin. After 12 h of co-culture, the human ADSCs-Exos were endocytosed into the cytoplasm by RAW264.7 cells. The mRNA expressions of IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-10 of RAW264.7 cells in LPS stimulation 2 h group, LPS stimulation 4 h group, LPS stimulation 6 h group, LPS stimulation 12 h group, and LPS stimulation 24 h group were significantly higher than those in PBS group (with t) values of 39.10, 14.55, 28.80, 4.74, 48.80, 22.97, 13.25, 36.34, 23.12, 18.71, 29.19, 41.08, 11.68, 18.06, 8.54, 43.45, 62.31, 22.52, 21.51, and 37.13, respectively, P<0.01). The stimulation 12 h with significant expressions of all the inflammatory factors was selected as the time point in the following experiment. After stimulation of 12 h, the mRNA expressions of IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-10 of RAW264.7 cells in LPS alone group were significantly higher than those in PBS group (with t values of 44.20, 51.26, 14.71, and 8.54, respectively, P<0.01); the mRNA expressions of IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-6 of RAW264.7 cells in LPS+ADSCs-Exos group were significantly lower than those in LPS alone group (with t values of 22.89, 25.51, and 8.03, respectively, P<0.01), while the mRNA expressions of IL-10, TGF-β, and VEGF were significantly higher than those in LPS alone group (with t values of 9.89, 13.12, and 7.14, respectively, P<0.01). After stimulation of 12 h, the protein expression of iNOS of RAW264.7 cells in LPS alone group was significantly higher than that in PBS group and LPS+ADSCs-Exos group, respectively (with t values of 11.20 and 5.06, respectively, P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the protein expression of Arg1 was significantly lower than that in LPS+ADSCs-Exos group (t=15.01, P<0.01). On PID 1, the serum concentrations of IL-1β and TNF-α and the mRNA expressions of IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-6 in wound tissue of mice in ADSCs-Exos group were significantly those in lower than PBS group (with t values of 15.44, 12.24, 9.24, 7.12, and 10.62, respectively, P<0.01). On PID 3, 6, 9, 12, and 15 d, the wound non-healing rates of mice in ADSCs-Exos group were (73.2±4.1)%, (53.8±3.8)%, (42.1±5.1)%, (24.1±2.8)%, and 0, which were significantly lower than (82.5±3.8)%, (71.2±4.6)%, (52.9±4.1)%, (41.5±3.6)%, and (14.8±2.5)% in PBS group, respectively (with t values of 4.77, 8.93, 5.54, 7.63, and 7.59, respectively, P<0.01). On PID 15, the defect length of skin accessory in wounds of mice in PBS group was significantly longer than that in ADSCs-Exos group (t=9.50, P<0.01), and the CVF was significantly lower than that in ADSCs-Exos group (t=9.15, P<0.01). On PID 15, the CD31 expression and the number of new blood vessels (t=12.99, P<0.01), in wound tissue of mice in ADSCs-Exos group were significantly more than those in PBS group, and the ratio of Ki67 positive cells was significantly higher than that in PBS group (t=7.52, P<0.01). On PID 15, the ratio of iNOS and Arg1 double positive cells in wound tissue of mice in PBS group was (12.33±1.97)%, which was significantly higher than (1.78±0.29)% in ADSCs-Exos group (t=13.04, P<0.01), the ratio of iNOS positive cells and the fluorescence intensity of iNOS were obviously higher than those of ADSCs-Exos group, and the ratio of Arg1 positive cells and the fluorescence intensity of Arg1 were obviously lower than those of ADSCs-Exos group. Conclusions: The human ADSCs-Exos can alleviate inflammatory response of mouse RAW264.7 cells, decrease macrophage infiltration and secretion of the pro-inflammatory cytokines, increase the secretion of anti-inflammatory cytokines to promote neovascularization and cell proliferation in full-thickness skin defect wounds of mice, hence accelerating wound healing.

Abstract
To analyze the sensitization characteristics and significance of airborne allergens in chronic urticaria (CU) with airway allergic diseases (allergic rhinitis and/or asthma). From May to August 2015, the Department of allergy, Beijing Shijitan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University conducted an epidemiological survey of allergic diseases in grassland area of Inner Mongolia by multistage stratified cluster sampling. The results of skin prick test (SPT) for airborne allergens in 191 patients with CU and 1 132 patients with airway allergic diseases were analyzed. The statistical data were tested by chi-square segmentation method, and the stratified trend of rate was tested by Linear-by-Linear. Among the 191 patients with CU, 92 (48.17%) had CU without airway allergic diseases (CU alone), and 99 (51.83%) had CU with airway allergic diseases. The top three air allergens were house dust mite, chenopodium pollen and salix pollen in CU alone (only one is the major local allergen), and artemisia, humulus scandens and chenopodium pollen in CU with airway allergic diseases (All are the main local allergens) and airway allergic diseases. Compared between CU alone and CU with airway allergic disease, the positive rate of allergen SPT and multiple strong positive rate were statistically significant (59.60% vs 38.04%, χ²=13.336;27.12% vs 2.86%, χ²=8.729;P<0.016 7).There was no significant difference in positive rate of skin prick, multiple positive rate, strong positive rate and multiple strong positive rate between CU with airway allergic disease and airway allergic diseases (59.60% vs 57.69%, χ²=0.136, P>0.016 7; 71.19% vs 75.20%, χ²=0.461, P>0.016 7; 54.24% vs 69.68%, χ²=5.969, P>0.016 7; 27.12% vs 37.83%, χ²=2.663, P>0.016 7), but there was significant difference in these between CU without airway allergic disease and airway allergic diseases (38.04% vs 57.69%, χ²=13.336, P<0.01; 51.43% vs 75.20%, χ²=9.745, P<0.01; 28.57% vs 69.68%, χ²=25.624, P<0.01; 2.86% vs 37.83%, χ²=17.620, P<0.01).The strong positive rate and the multiple strong positive rate of allergen increased with the increase of CU with allergic diseases, and the trend difference was statistically significant (38.04%,56.98% and 76.92%, χ²=10.601, P<0.01; 28.57%,46.94% and 90.00%, χ²=12.085, P<0.01; 2.86%,24.49% and 40.00%, χ²=10.077, P<0.01). The allergen sensitization characteristics of CU with airway allergic diseases are similar to airway allergic diseases,and the detection of airborne allergens may have certain clinical value in the screening of risk factors for patients with CU associated with airway allergic diseases.

Abstract
Sepsis remains a leading cause of death in critical patients. Both excessive inflammatory response and long-term immunosuppression can lead to the death of sepsis patients. As a key pro-inflammatory cytokine, interleukin-17 (IL-17) plays an important role in the body's inflammatory response and immune system. The signal transduction of IL-17 is a key link in maintaining the body's health and participating in the onset and development of sepsis. This review mainly summarizes and discusses the regulation of IL-17 signal transduction and pathogenic and protective role of IL-17 in sepsis.

Abstract
Objective: To understand the time for observation and related factors in the clinics after vaccination among children's parents. Methods: From December 2019 to January 2020, parents of children aged 0-3 years were recruited by multiple-stage sampling from 34 vaccination clinics in 12 districts and counties in 6 provinces (Shandong, Guangdong, Henan, Sichuan, Inner Mongolia, and Liaoning). A questionnaire survey on the time of observation after vaccination was conducted. A multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the related factors of parental observation time after vaccination. Results: A total of 3 292 parents of 0-3 year's old children were selected, and 3 178 parents were finally included in the analysis. 87.85%(2 792/3 178) of the parents reported that the observation time after vaccination at clinics was ≥30 minutes. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that, after adjusting for the regions, the main factors affecting the observation time at clinics after vaccination among parents appeared as observation time informed by physicians at the clinic appeared ≥30 minutes (OR=31.622, 95%CI: 19.847-50.384), parents were medical personnel (OR=2.779, 95%CI: 1.505-5.133), parents being volunteers working on vaccination-related publicity and education activities (OR=1.986, 95%CI: 1.438-2.743), parents aged 35 years old or above (OR=1.900, 95%CI: 1.215-2.971), being parents of the first child (OR=1.663, 95%CI: 1.282-2.156), per capita annual income of the family as 8 000- Yuan (OR=1.646, 95%CI: 1.168-2.319), children aged 0-12 months old (OR=1.646, 95%CI: 1.203-2.252) or 13-24 months old (OR=1.506, 95%CI: 1.064-2.133), obedient to physicians' advice at the clinic (OR=1.481, 95%CI: 1.067-2.055). Conclusions: The proportions of parents observed for ≥30 minutes at the clinics of vaccination were high. When the information was from the physicians at the vaccination clinic, the observation time was the most critical factor for parents to observe at clinics as required.

Abstract
Hypertrophic scars and keloids are common sequelae after wound healing, with a high incidence, which seriously affect the patient's quality of life. However, there is still a lack of effective prevention and treatment methods, mainly because the pathogenesis of scars is not clear. Current research believe that inflammatory response plays a critical role in the process of scar formation, and through the researches on the mechanisms it is hopeful to find new potential therapeutic drug targets for the prevention and treatment of hypertrophic scars and keloids. This article mainly reviews the research progresses on the role and mechanism of inflammatory cytokines and inflammatory cells in the formation of hypertrophic scars and keloids, as well as drugs, microRNAs, and exosomes, etc., for the treatment of hypertrophic scars and keloids by inhibiting inflammatory response.

Abstract
Objective: To observe the effects of hand continuous passive motion (CPM) system combined with functional training and pressure gloves in treating early scar contracture after burn on the back of the hand. Methods: A retrospective cohort study was conducted in 43 patients who met the inclusion criteria and were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from June 2017 to December 2019 with scar contracture after deep partial-thickness to full-thickness burn on the back of the hand. According to the treatment methods applied, 13 patients were enrolled into pressure glove alone group (9 males and 4 females, aged (31±6) years), 14 patients were enrolled into pressure glove+functional training group (11 males and 3 females, aged (30±5) years), and 16 patients were enrolled into pressure glove+functional training+CPM system group (10 males and 6 females, aged (29±5) years). All the patients in the three groups received skin grafting on the back of the hand. The corresponding rehabilitation treatment was started 6-8 days after wound healing, and the treatment lasted for 3 months. Before treatment and after 3 months of treatment, the total active motion range of the hand was measured to evaluate the motion range of the hand joint and the ratio of excellent and good was calculated; the Carroll upper limb function evaluation method was used to evaluate the upper limb function score, and the difference before and after treatment was calculated; the Vancouver Scar Scale was used to evaluate the scar score, and the difference before and after treatment was calculated. Data were statistically analyzed with chi-square test, Fisher's exact probability test, McNemar's exact probability test, one-way analysis of variance, Bonferroni correction, least significant difference test, Kruskal-Wallis test, and paired sample t test. Results: The ratio of excellent and good of the motion range of the hand joint of patients in pressure glove alone group, pressure glove+functional training group, and pressure glove+functional training+CPM system group were 2/13, 2/14, and 3/16 respectively before treatment, and 4/13, 6/14, and 14/16 respectively after 3 months of treatment. The ratio of excellent and good of the motion range of the hand joint of patients was significantly higher in pressure glove+functional training+CPM system group than in the other two groups after 3 months of treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Compared with that before treatment, the ratio of excellent and good of the motion range of the hand joint of patients in pressure glove+functional training+CPM system group was significantly increased after 3 months of treatment (P<0.01). Before treatment, the upper limb function score and hand scar score of patients in the three groups were similar (F=0.598, 0.035, P>0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the upper limb function score of patients was significantly higher in pressure glove+functional training+CPM system group than in pressure glove alone group (P<0.05); the hand scar score of patients was significantly lower in pressure glove+functional training group and pressure glove+functional training+CPM system group than in pressure glove alone group (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the hand scar score of patients was significantly lower in pressure glove+functional training+CPM system group than in pressure glove+functional training group (P<0.05). Compared with those before treatment, the upper limb function scores of patients were significantly increased (t=-5.295, -7.252, -15.342, P<0.01) and the hand scar scores of patients were significantly decreased (t=13.361, 16.982, 40.334, P<0.01) in pressure glove alone group, pressure glove+functional training group, and pressure glove+functional training+CPM system group after 3 months of treatment. The differences in upper limb function score and hand scar score of patients before and after treatment in pressure glove+functional training+CPM system group were significantly higher than those in pressure glove+functional training group and pressure glove alone group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The differences in upper limb function score and hand scar score of patients before and after treatment in pressure glove+functional training group were significantly higher than those in pressure glove alone group (P<0.05). Conclusions: Hand CPM system combined with functional training and pressure gloves can significantly improve the motion range of hand joint in treating early scar contracture after burn on the back of the hand, with better restoration of hand function and improvement of hand scar. Its effect is better than routine rehabilitation treatment such as functional training, etc., which is worthy of clinical reference.

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of bevacizumab in the treatment of familial epistaxis caused by hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT). Methods: The data of 27 patients with familial epistaxis caused by HHT who were treated with bevacizumab intravenously from Beijing Anzhen Hospital, the First Clinical Center of Chinese People's Liberation Army General Hospital and Binzhou Central Hospital between December 2016 and December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. There were 14 males and 13 females, aged (55.3±11.2) years. The dose of bevacizumab was calculated according to the body weight of 5 mg/kg. The curative effect was observed one month after the first treatment. Visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to compare patients' self-scores of systemic symptoms before and after treatment. Epistaxis severity score (ESS) was used to compare and analyze the six problems (including the frequency, duration, intensity, treatment demand, anemia and blood transfusion) of the patients before and after treatment. The changes of hemoglobin levels before and after treatment were compared. SPSS 20.0 statistical software was used to process the data. Results: Among the 27 patients at one month after the first bevacizumab treatment, 22 cases reported that the severity of epistaxis was improved significantly, and 5 cases reported that the treatment effect was not significant. The effective rate was 81.5% (22/27). The significant effect in 22 patients lasted for 5-24 months, with a median duration of 11.23 months. The VAS score of systemic symptoms decreased significantly compared with that before treatment (2.41±2.55 vs 8.19±1.47, t=9.708, P<0.01). The scores of six aspects and standardized scores of ESS were significantly decreased after treatment (epistaxis frequency: 1.78±1.22 vs 3.44±0.80, t=6.814, P<0.01; epistaxis duration: 0.85±0.91 vs 3.00±0.73, t=8.845, P<0.01; epistaxis intensity: 0.19±0.40 vs 1.00±0.00, t=10.696, P<0.01; treatment demand: 0.22 ± 0.42 vs 1.00±0.00, t=9.539, P<0.01; anemia: 0.41±0.50 vs 0.89±0.32, t=4.914, P<0.01; blood transfusion: 0.11±0.32 vs 0.41±0.50, t=3.309, P<0.01; ESS standardized score: 2.50±2.45 vs 7.60±1.30, t=9.344, P<0.01). The hemoglobin level after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment ((105.48±24.31) g/L vs (73.07±23.71) g/L, t=6.864, P<0.01). Among the 27 patients, there were 8 cases of HHT1 (ENG gene) and 19 cases of HHT2 (ACVRL1 gene). The improvement duration of epistaxis in group HHT1 and group HHT2 was (4.76±5.12) months and (7.60±10.84) months, respectively, which was in group HHT2 longer than that of group HHT1, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in ESS scores between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05). Two female patients had amenorrhea after the first medication. All patients had no other adverse reactions and complications. Conclusion: Intravenous bevacizumab is significantly effective and safe in the treatment of familial epistaxis caused by HHT.

Abstract
Objective: To understand the overall satisfaction rate with vaccination services in parents of children, and the impact of additional time consumed for vaccination service on overall satisfaction rate. Methods: From December 2019 to January 2020, a total of 3 178 parents of 0-3 years old children were investigated to collect the information about their basic characteristics, additional time spent for vaccination service and overall satisfaction through questionnaires. Binary logistic regression model and restricted cubic spline model were used to evaluate the impact of additional time spend on the overall satisfaction rate. Results: The overall satisfaction rate of parents with vaccination services was 92.32%. The median time for parents to move from home to vaccination clinic was 10.00 (10.00, 20.00) minutes, the median waiting time to make an appointment was 10.00 (5.00, 15.00) minutes, the median waiting time for vaccination was 5.00 (3.00, 10.00) minutes, and the median total additional time spent was 30.00 (20.00, 45.00) minutes. The binary logistic regression analysis showed that after adjusting the relevant factors, the main factors affecting the overall satisfaction rate were the waiting time for making an appointment (the 4- minutes group vs. 8- minutes group: OR=1.863, 95%CI: 1.307-2.657), waiting time for vaccination (the <4 minutes group vs. 8- minutes group: OR=1.529, 95%CI: 1.102-2.120; the 4- minutes group vs. 8- minutes group: OR=1.534, 95%CI: 1.104-2.130), total additional time spent (the 15- minutes group vs. 30- minutes group: OR=1.470, 95%CI: 1.094-1.976). Restricted cubic spline analysis showed that the waiting time for making an appointment (non-linear: χ2=13.18, P=0.001), the waiting time for vaccination (non-linear: χ2=13.50, P=0.001), and the total additional time consumed (non-linear: χ2=9.38, P=0.009) showed a non-linear inverted "V" dose response relationship to the overall satisfaction of vaccination services. Conclusions: The waiting time for parents to make an appointment, the waiting time for vaccination and the total additional time spent for receiving vaccination services affected the overall satisfaction rate of the vaccination services. And the waiting time for making an appointment was the most important factor, and it is necessary to shorten the waiting time for appointment. It is suggested that the vaccination clinic should make use of information technology (such as WeChat public account, APP) to make accurate appointments, make appointments to the time period to control the number of people within time period.

Abstract
Antibiotic resistance (AR) is a severe and fast-growing public health challenge with rapid globalization, especially in China. Although some monitoring systems were established in different fields, fragmentation of information failed to show the overall trend and spread of AR. It is necessary to establish a national monitoring system to reveal the occurrence, development, and spread of AR. The new AR monitoring system needs an updated analysis indicators system. We intend to recommend a new analysis indicators system for AR was constructed and applied to AR data monitoring and analysis for humans, animals, the environment, and foods. After investigating and analyzing the 5 Chinese major AR monitoring systems and literature, we have formulated 15 AR monitoring analysis indicators and initially established an evaluation system for the country's new AR monitoring system.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the spatial clustering and trend of liver cancer mortality in different counties of Shandong province from 1970 to 2013, and provide scientific basis for the development of liver cancer prevention and control plan. Methods: Cancer mortality data were obtained from Shandong Death Registration System and three national death cause surveys in China. Mortality rate and age adjusted mortality rate were used to describe the trend of liver cancer in different years. Difference decomposing method was applied to estimate the contribution of demographic and non-demographic factors to the change of mortality. Software ArcGIS 10.2 was used for spatial analysis, and software SaTScan 9.4 was used for spatial clustering analysis on liver cancer mortality. Results: From 2011 to 2013, the crude mortality rate of liver cancer (29.89/100 000) in Shandong increased by 208.00% and 35.37% respectively compared with that during 1970-1974 (9.72/100 000) and 1990-1992 (22.08/100 000) and was similar to that during 2004-2005 (30.44/100 000). While age standardized mortality rate (ASMR) increased first and then decreased. The ASMR during 2011-2013 (12.62/100 000) increased by 60.97% compared with that during 1970-1974 and decreased by 22.38% and 21.81% compared with that during 1990-1992 and 2004-2005, respectively. According to the difference decomposition analysis on liver cancer mortality in different years, the contribution of population factors to the liver cancer mortality rate increased from 3.38% during 1990-1992 to 29.36% during 2004-2005 and 46.16% during 2011-2013. However, the contribution of non-population factors to the increase of liver cancer mortality decreased. According to the spatial distribution of liver cancer mortality, the crude mortality rate of liver cancer in different counties were quite different, ranging from 9.33/100 000 to 65.33/100 000. Using the spatial scanning statistical software to analyze the spatial clustering of liver cancer mortality, multi areas with high mortality rate of liver cancer were found, and they were mainly distributed in Jiaodong peninsula from 2011 to 2013, covering 20 counties (cities, districts) in Qingdao, Yantai and Weihai. The risk of liver cancer mortality in this area was 1.54 times higher than that in other areas. The spatial clustering distribution of liver cancer mortality during 1970-1974 was significantly different from that during 2011-2013, the areas with high mortality rate during 1970-1974 were mainly distributed in central and western Shandong. Conclusions: There were significant temporal and spatial distribution changes in the mortality rate of liver cancer in Shandong from 1970 to 2013. According to these trends and their geographical and spatial distribution, we should further explore the risk factors of liver cancer, and formulate feasible and area specific prevention and control measures for liver cancer.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of occupational factor exposures on carotid atherosclerosis (CAS) in steel workers. Methods: A frequency matched case-control study was conducted by age and factory proportion. A total of 1 033 workers with carotid atherosclerosis diagnosed by ultrasonography examination from February to June 2017 were selected as case group, and 1 033 workers without carotid atherosclerosis indicated by physical examination at the same time were selected as control group. The basic information of the workers, such as diet pattern, lifestyle, serum biochemical index and occupation history, were collected. The effects of occupational hazards on carotid atherosclerosis were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses. The combined effects of various occupational hazards on carotid atherosclerosis were evaluated by environmental risk score (ERS). Results: High temperature, noise, occupational stress and night shift days increased the risk of CAS. With the increase of cumulative high temperature and noise exposure, occupational stress and night shift days, the risk of CAS increased (trend text: χ(2)=37.53, P<0.01; χ(2)=16.98, P<0.01; χ(2)=13.93, P<0.01; χ(2)=5.59, P<0.05). After adjustment of covariates, compared with P(20) group, the risk of carotid artery in P(40), P(60), P(80) and P(100) groups were as follows: high temperature 1.61 (1.19-2.18), 1.69 (1.25-2.30), 1.84 (1.36-2.49), 2.43 (1.77-3.34); noise 1.70 (1.15-2.52), 1.68 (1.20-2.35), 1.80 (1.34-2.42), 2.23 (1.53-3.26); occupational stress 1.39 (1.04- 1.86), 1.41 (1.06-1.89), 1.45(1.09-1.95), 1.48 (1.10-1.98); night shift days 1.58 (1.08-2.33), 1.66 (1.12-2.47), 1.55 (1.04-2.31), 1.76 (1.17-2.64). The results of the environmental risk score showed that the risk of carotid atherosclerosis increased with the increase of ERS (ERS trend text χ(2)=51.61, P<0.01); RCS results showed that there was a linear relationship between ERS and CAS in steel workers(P<0.01). Linear dose-response relationship existed between ERS and CAS (nonlinear test P>0.05). Conclusions: High temperature, noise, occupational stress and night shift days were related to carotid atherosclerosis. Linear dose-response relationship existed between ERS and CAS in steel workers.

Abstract
In 2016, the median of 24-hour urinary sodium, sodium-to-potassium ratio, and sodium intake per capita of residents in Jiaodong area of Shandong Province were 161.7 (IQR:120.5, 218.9) mmol/d, 3.4 (IQR: 2.4, 5.0) and 9.5 (IQR:7.1, 12.8) g/d, all were lower than that of 2011[193.3(IQR:149.2,243.3)mmol/d, 4.5(IQR:3.3,5.9), 11.3(IQR:8.7, 14.2)g/d] (P<0.05); the median of 24-hour urinary potassium was 47.2 (IQR:34.4, 66.5) mmol/d, higher than that of 2011[42.9(IQR:33.6,56.0)] (P<0.05); the proportion of salt intake per capita per day exceeding 5 g (89.9%) was lower than that in 2011 (90.0%). The results of the generalized linear regression model showed that the 24-hour urinary sodium was positively correlated with systolic and diastolic blood pressure [β values were 0.04 (95%CI: 0.00, 0.07), 0.03 (95%CI 0.01, 0.05), respectively], and the sodium-to-potassium ratio was positively correlated with diastolic blood pressure [β(95%CI): 0.78 (0.09, 1.47)].

Abstract
The scar contracture of Achilles tendon in burn patients after operation is easy to cause " foot drop" , which leads to ankle dorsiflexion dysfunction. To solve this problem, the authors designed and made a static progressive ankle foot orthosis. The foot support part and the crus support part of the orthotic device are connected by rivets, and the distal end of the foot support part and the proximal end of the crus support part are pulled by the traction belt on both sides, gradually improving the ankle dorsiflexion function. This static progressive ankle foot orthosis is simple, practical, cost-effective, and worthy of clinical promotion.

Abstract
目的 探讨经急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)儿童方案治疗达到完全缓解(CR)和部分缓解(PR)的T淋巴母细胞淋巴瘤(T-LBL)患者应用造血干细胞移植巩固治疗的疗效及预后因素。 方法 收集2013年1月至2017年1月于唐都医院血液病中心接受治疗的T-LBL患者的临床资料,将达到CR或PR的患者纳入研究,进行回顾性分析。 结果 ①48例患者接受了ALL儿童方案治疗,经2个疗程的诱导化疗后39例达CR,9例达PR。其中接受自体造血干细胞移植(auto-HSCT)者14例,接受异基因造血干细胞移植(allo-HSCT)者7例,21例患者移植后造血功能均顺利重建。②中位随访时间31(9~16)个月。3年总生存(OS)率为61.0%(95% CI 53.7%~68.3%),3年无进展生存(PFS)率为54.8%(95% CI 47.1%~62.2%)。③移植组和未移植组3年OS率分别为84.7%和42.8%(P=0.006),两组3年PFS率分别为75.4%和38.9%(P=0.004)。④auto-HSCT组与allo-HSCT组患者的OS率、PFS率差异均无统计学意义(P值分别为0.320、0.597)。⑤骨髓侵犯、未接受造血干细胞移植是影响患者长期预后的独立危险因素[ HR=5.804(95% CI 1.140~29.549),P=0.034;HR=5.871(95% CI 1.711~20.140),P=0.005]。 结论 ALL儿童方案化疗序贯造血干细胞移植治疗T-LBL疗效确切,安全性好。auto-HSCT与allo-HSCT患者的OS率及PFS率差异均无统计学意义。骨髓侵犯、未接受造血干细胞移植是影响T-LBL患者长期预后的独立危险因素。

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of anterolateral thigh free flap with fascia lata in the repair of dura mater defect after resection of head squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: From June 2016 to June 2018, Xijing Hospital of Air Force Medical University applied the free transplantation of anterolateral thigh flap with fascia lata to repair the dura mater defect of 12 patients with head squamous cell carcinoma, including 9 males and 3 females, aged from 35 to 74 years. The size of scalp soft tissue defects in patients after carcinoma resection ranged from 12 cm×10 cm to 24 cm×21 cm, and the size of dura mater defect of patients ranged from 7 cm×6 cm to 16 cm×14 cm. The size of flap of patients ranged from 14 cm×12 cm to 27 cm×24 cm, and the size of fascia lata ranged from 8 cm×7 cm to 17 cm×15 cm. The superficial temporal artery and middle temporal vein were connected by end to end anastomosis with the first musculocutaneous perforating branch of the descending branch of lateral femoral artery and its accompanying vein. The flap donor area was transplanted with autologous split-thickness skin graft from trunk and fixed with packing. Postoperative survival of flaps and skin grafts was observed. The patients were followed up regularly. The cranial magnetic resonance imaging was performed to observe the recurrence of intracranial tumors and dural integrity, shape of the flap and whether the donor site region was left with significant dysfunction were observed. Results: All the flaps and skin grafts survived well in 12 patients after surgery. Ten patients had primary healing at the edge of the flap suture; 2 patients had local sinus tract formation at the suture site of flap, with a small amount of cerebrospinal fluid leakage, and were recovered after outpatient dressing change. The patients were followed up for 10 to 36 months, and 3 patients with tumors involving in the dura mater sagittal sinus region had postoperative intracranial tumor recurrence. The tumor was resected again. All the patients had good dural integrity. The flaps of all patients were in good shape, and no obvious dysfunction remained in the flap donor site. Conclusions: Free transplantation of anterolateral thigh flap with fascia lata is an effective and reliable method to repair the dura mater defect following head squamous cell carcinoma resection. It can repair the scalp and dura mater defects caused by the invasion of squamous cell carcinoma and provide possibilities for skull reconstruction.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the choice of the donor site of flap and the repair method of secondary wound of flap donor site in tissue repair and reconstruction operation. Methods: From January 2014 to September 2018, 62 cases of scar contracture deformity, 15 cases of skin tumor, 20 cases of skin and soft tissue injury, and 25 cases of chronic wound were admitted to the Burn Center of People's Liberation Army of First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University, with 84 males and 38 females, aged from 3 to 89 years. Four repair strategies adopted for tissue repair and reconstruction and good repair of the donor site of flap were as follows: designing the flap rationally according to the condition around the wound or the size and shape of wound, choosing pre-expanded technique of the donor site of flap for repair of scar deformity optimally, making full use of the surrounding condition of flap donor site, and repaired with the distal flap, i. e. replacing the important site with secondary site. The donor site of flap was repaired by direct suture or peripheral flap and distal flap. The wound size of patients ranged from 3.0 cm×2.0 cm to 20.0 cm×18.0 cm, and the flap area ranged from 3.5 cm×2.0 cm to 25.0 cm×22.0 cm. The survival condition of flap, healing condition of donor site and recipient site, and follow-up condition of donor site and recipient site were recorded. Results: Wounds of 122 patients were repaired with a total of 148 flaps designed by the above four repair strategies. All the flaps survived well, and the wound and flap donor site healed well. Follow-up for 3 to 36 months showed that the shape and function of recipient site and flap donor site were satisfactory. Conclusions: According to the specific condition of the wound and anatomical structure of the surrounding tissue of flap donor site, overall surgical design with flexibility and personalization can achieve effects of good repair of the wound and reduce the secondary damage of flap donor site.

Abstract
Objective:The characteristics of pathological histological classification of nasal and paranasal sinuses malignant tumors in the past 10 years were analyzed, so as to provide possible basis, direction and ideas for the development of relevant effective treatment measures for nasal and paranasal sinuses malignant tumors in clinical practice. Method:The clinical data of patients with nasal and paranasal sinuses malignant tumors admitted to PLA general hospital from January 2009 to December 2018 were collected. Pathological types were retrospectively analyzed, and disease spectrum distribution, composition ratio and variation tendency of these patients were calculated. Result:Among the 463 patients, the overall pathological types in the top 5 were as follows: squamous cell carcinoma, adenoid cystadenocarcinoma, olfactory neuroblastoma, melanoma, adenocarcinoma. As for male patients, the pathological types in the top 5 were squamous cell carcinoma, adenoid cystic carcinoma, olfactory neuroblastoma, adenocarcinoma, neuroendocrine carcinoma and rhabdomyosarcoma were tied for fifth; the top 5 most common pathological types in female patients were squamous cell carcinoma, adenoid cystic carcinoma, melanoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, and adenocarcinoma. From 2009 to 2013, there were 183 patients with nasal and paranasal sinuses malignant tumors, the top 5 pathological types were squamous cell carcinoma, adenoid cystadenocarcinoma, olfactory neuroblastoma, melanoma, neuroendocrine carcinoma and rhabdomyosarcoma were tied for fifth; From 2014 to 2018, 280 patients with nasal and paranasal sinuses malignant tumors were diagnosed, the top 5 pathological types were squamous cell carcinoma, adenoid cystadenocarcinoma, melanoma, adenocarcinoma, and rhabdomyosarcoma. The ratio of the number of patients from 2009 to 2013 and 2014 to 2018 was about 0.65∶1. Malignant tumors of the nasal and paranasal sinuses tend to occur between the ages of 41 and 60, and the pathological types in the top 5 were squamous cell carcinoma,adenoid cystic carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, melanoma, neuroendocrine carcinoma. Conclusion:Malignant tumors of nasal cavity and sinus were more common in male, and the pathological types such as squamous cell carcinoma, adenoid cystic carcinoma, olfactory neuroblastoma were more common. All age groups have the disease, but the age group of 41-60 years old is the high-risk group of nasal and nasal sinus malignant tumors. However, the incidence rate of melanoma has gradually increased in the past five years, which needs to be paid more attention to.

Abstract
Temperature-dependent X-ray absorption near-edge structures, X-ray linear dichroism (XLD) and extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) spectroscopic techniques were used to investigate the valence state, preferred orbital and local atomic structure that significantly affect the electrical and magnetic properties of a single crystal of YBaCuFeO5 (YBCFO). An onset of increase of resistivity at ~180 K, followed by a rapid increase at/below 125 K, is observed. An antiferromagnetic (AFM)-like transition is close to the temperature at which the resistivity starts to increase in the ab-plane and is also observed with strong anisotropy between the ab-plane and the c-axis. The XLD spectra at the Fe L3,2-edge revealed a change in Fe 3d eg holes from the preferential [Formula: see text] orbital at high temperature (300-150 K) to the [Formula: see text] orbital at/below 125 K. The analysis of the Fe K-edge EXAFS data of YBCFO further revealed an unusual increase in the Debye-Waller factor of the nearest-neighbor Fe-O bond length at/below 125 K, suggesting phonon-softening behavior, resulting in the breaking of lattice symmetry, particularly in the ab-plane of Fe-related square pyramids. These findings demonstrate a close correlation between electrical resistivity and coupling of the preferred Fe 3d orbital with lattice distortion of a single crystal of YBCFO.

Abstract
If the abdominal pedicled flaps are not well fixed after repair of deep electric burn wounds in hands, many problems such as poor blood supply may occur. In order to solve the above problems, we designed and manufactured the individualized low temperature thermoplastic plate combined with special abdominal band to fix abdominal pedicled flaps for repairing of 17 patients (12 males and 5 females, aged 2-35 years) with deep electric burn wounds in hands from February 2016 to August 2018, and achieved the desired results. The shoulder joint, elbow joint, and wrist joint were fixed by low temperature thermoplastic plate according to the 1/2 circumference of the patient's side chest and upper arm, and the braking of wrist joint and elbow joint was strengthened by special abdominal band. Application of the combined method of fixing abdominal pedicled flaps in repairing deep electric burn wounds in hands has high success rate of flap transplantation. It is simple to make and practical, and worthy of clinical promotion.

Abstract
The correlation of electronic structure and magnetic behaviors of layered molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) nanosheets, mechanically exfoliated from pristine hexagonal crystal (2H-MoS2) have been studied. Raman spectra show the energy difference (ΔE) between two Raman peaks A 1g and [Formula: see text] was about 20.2 cm-1, indicating the formation of mono-/bi-layered MoS 2 nanosheets as obtained after mechanical exfoliation from pristine 2H-MoS 2 . The absence of the reflection peak (0 0 2) in x-ray diffraction patterns confirms the formation of few-layered and mono-/bi-layered MoS 2 nanosheets with reduced thickness. Mo 3d and S 2p XPS core level peaks shifted to higher energy with the reduction of the number of layers in exfoliated MoS2. As the number of layers decreased, valence band maximum position increased from 1.11 eV (pristine MoS2) to 1.57 eV (mono-/bi-layered MoS 2 nanosheets), whereas the surface work function (Ф) reduced from 4.85 eV (pristine MoS2) to 4.47 eV (mono-/bi-layered MoS2 nanosheets), as observed from UPS (He-I) measurements. UPS (He-II) spectra, as well as VB-PES spectra of mono-/bi-layered MoS 2 nanosheets, exhibits an enhanced valence band density of states (DOS) of S 3p -derived states near Fermi level (E f). Mo L II-edge and S K-edge x-ray absorption near edge structure spectra of mono-/bi-layered MoS 2 nanosheets show the splitting of different peaks that cause a noticeable change in their band structure. Magnetic M-H hysteresis loops measurement clearly demonstrates the increase of room temperature ferromagnetism from pristine to mono-/bi-layer MoS2, due to the existence of defects ('S'-vacancies or defects at the grain boundaries region) and the increase of DOS.

Abstract
Understanding the deformation behavior of metallic materials containing nanotwins (NTs), which can enhance both strength and ductility, is useful for tailoring microstructures at the micro- and nano- scale to enhance mechanical properties. Here, we construct a clear deformation pattern of NTs in austenitic stainless steel by combining in situ tensile tests with a dislocation-based theoretical model and molecular dynamics simulations. Deformation NTs are observed in situ using a transmission electron microscope in different sample regions containing NTs with twin-lamella-spacing (λ) varying from a few nanometers to hundreds of nanometers. Two deformation transitions are found experimentally: from coactivated twinning/detwinning (λ < 5 nm) to secondary twinning (5 nm < λ < 129 nm), and then to the dislocation glide (λ > 129 nm). The simulation results are highly consistent with the observed strong λ-effect, and reveal the intrinsic transition mechanisms induced by partial dislocation slip.

Abstract
Naïve CD4+T cell differentiates into either Th17 or Treg in the microenvironment of various cytokines, among that, Th17 is induced by TGF-β and IL-6, while differentiates into Treg when there is only TGF-β. As the mainly transcription factors of Th17 and Treg respectively, RORγt and Foxp3 have important role in maintaining balance of Th17/Treg. Th17 and Treg are function antagonistically, so the balance of Th17/Treg means a lot for human body. Liver-a metabolic organof the body, it is susceptible to factors in vivo and in vitro. From basal hepatis to end-stage malignancy, common liver diseases are mainly including viral hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, autoimmune liver disease, hepatocellualr carcinoma and parasitic disease of liver, besides, the occurrence and development of all the diseases are correlated to the balance of Th17/Treg.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of combined utilization of narrow-spectrum medium-wave ultraviolet, red light, and low power He-Ne laser on treatment of post-burn eczema. Methods: From July 2014 to July 2017, 80 patients with post-burn eczema who met the study inclusion criteria were treated in our burn rehabilitation center, and their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Patients were divided into ultraviolet treatment group, red light treatment group, laser treatment group, and combination treatment group according to the utilized treatment methods, with 20 cases in each group. Patients in ultraviolet treatment group were treated with narrow-spectrum medium-wave ultraviolet once every other day for 10 minutes each time. Patients in red light treatment group and laser treatment group were treated with red-light and low power He-Ne laser respectively once a day for 10 minutes each time. Patients in combination treatment group were treated with combination of the above three methods without sequence or interval time, and the treatment time and interval time were the same as the previously described. All patients were treated for four weeks since the time of admission. The itching degree, surface area of the affected body, degree of keratosis, and degree of cracking of target tissue were evaluated using Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI) scoring method after each treatment. Eczema improvement rate was calculated according to the total score of EASI to determine the curative effect. The therapeutic effective time was recorded. The therapeutic effective rate was calculated according to the total scores of EASI before treatment for the first time and 4 weeks after treatment. Besides, the adverse reactions of patients were also observed and recorded. Data were analyzed by Chi-square test, Kruskal-Wallis rank sum test, Wilcoxon signed rank sum test, one-way analysis of variance, Least Significant Difference-t test, and Bonferroni correction. Results: Therapeutic effective times of eczema of patients in ultraviolet treatment group, red light treatment group, and laser treatment group were similar, respectively (13.7±1.3), (16.4±1.6), and (15.1±1.7) d (t=0.32, 0.58, 0.74, P>0.05). The therapeutic effective time of combination treatment group was (6.3±0.9) d, significantly shorter than that of ultraviolet treatment group, red light treatment group, or laser treatment group (t=5.62, 4.72, 4.61, P<0.05 or P<0.01). Compared with those before treatment for the first time, eczema itching degree, surface area of affected body, degree of keratosis, degree of cracking, and total score of EASI of patients in ultraviolet treatment group, red light treatment group, laser treatment group, and combination treatment group showed obvious improvement in 4 weeks after treatment (Z=5.372, 4.392, 4.284, 3.998, 4.092, 3.904, 4.042, 4.216, 3.684, 3.890, 5.081, 4.794, 4.094, 3.493, 3.995, 5.084, 4.903, 4.384, 3.995, 4.063, P<0.05 or P<0.01). Each item score and total score of EASI of eczema of patients in the first three groups were close (P>0.05), while each item score and total score of EASI of eczema of patients in combination treatment group was significantly better than those of ultraviolet treatment group, red light treatment group, and laser treatment group (H=2.482, 2.491, 3.583, 3.462, 6.025, 2.492, 3.693, 3.085, 3.482, 6.042, 5.831, 5.831, 4.893, 4.092, 6.931, P<0.05). Therapeutic effective rates of eczema of patients in ultraviolet treatment group, red light treatment group, and laser treatment group were close, respectively 60%, 60%, and 55% (χ(2)=1.46, 1.63, 0.97, P>0.05). The therapeutic effective rate of eczema of patients in combination treatment group was 90%, significantly higher than that of ultraviolet treatment group, red light treatment group, or laser treatment group (χ(2)=3.43, 4.15, 2.97, P<0.05 or P<0.01). There were no serious adverse reactions appeared in patients of all the four groups after treatment. Three patients in ultraviolet treatment group had local skin erythema, which was alleviated after symptomatic treatment. Conclusions: Combination of narrow-spectrum medium-wave ultraviolet, red light, and low power He-Ne laser in treating post-burn eczema is superior to single therapy in terms of clinical effective time and efficacy, which has no obvious adverse reaction and is worthy of promotion.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the relationship of DNA oxidative product 8-oxo-dGsn and RNA oxidative product 8-oxo-Gsn with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Methods: Between January 2015 and December 2016, 146 cases of CKD (30, 30, 31, 30 and 25 cases of CKD stage 1-5, respectively) were collected in the Department of Nephrology in Beijing Hospital. Among them, 70 cases were male, accounting for 47.95%. The age distribution ranged from 21 to 88 years, with an average age of (56.43±16.79) years. Their fasting blood and morning urine were collected. The levels of 8-oxo-dGsn and 8-oxo-Gsn in plasma and urine were quantified by isotope-diluted liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (MS)/MS (ID-LC-MS/MS). Results: The urine 8-oxo-Gsn/Cr in patients with CKD stage 1-5 was (3.07±1.07) μmol/mol, (3.42±1.34) μmol/mol, (3.72±1.47) μmol/mol, (3.90±1.93) μmol/mol and (3.75±2.26) μmol/mol, respectively. The urinary 8-oxo-Gsn content in CKD stage 4 patients was significantly higher than those of other 4 stages (P<0.05). The serum/urine ratio of 8-oxo-Gsn was 0.02±0.02, 0.03±0.02, 0.06±0.04, 0.10±0.05 and 0.34±0.03, respectively, and in CKD stage 4 and 5 patients, it increased significantly, especially in CKD stage 5 cases (P<0.05). Expression of 8-oxo-Gsn had a good correlation with renal function[the Spearman 's correlation coefficient: serum 8-oxo-Gsn and serum creatinine was 0.629 (P<0.001); urine/serum 8-oxo-Gsn and eGFR was 0.799 (P<0.001); serum/urine 8-oxo-Gsn and serum/urine creatinine was 0.888 (P<0.001)]. With age increasing, CKD patients showed increased RNA oxidation, and 8-oxo-Gsn increased significantly in patients over 60 years (P<0.05). After multiple linear regression analysis, 8-oxo-Gsn was only associated with serum creatinine (β=0.656, t=8.275, P<0.001). Conclusions: Our finding indicates that the RNA oxidation occurs in patients with renal disease, and its oxidation increased as the disease progressing. The significant increase in the ratio of plasma and urinary 8-oxo-Gsn is of great importance on evaluating renal function.

Abstract
Objective: To study the protective effect of N-acetylcysteine on acute lung injury induced by PFIB inhalation and its mechanism. Methods: Survival experiment: 48 male ICR (CD-1) mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, i. e., PFIB control group, NAC prevention group, NAC treatment group, and NAC prevention + treatment group, each group contains 12 animals. The mice of PFIB C group were exposed to PFIB without any treatment. The mice of NAC P group were exposed to PFIB 30min after NAC administration. The mice of NAC T group were exposed to PFIB 1h before NAC administration, The mice of NAC P+T group were administrated with NAC twice (30 min before and 1h after PFIB inhalation) . 150 mg/kg NAC was given by each time. The 7 days survival rate of mice after lethal dose PFIB exposure was observed. 18 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups i.e., normal control group (N-C) , PFIB control group (PFIB-C) and NAC prevention group (NAC-P) , with each group contains 6 animals in the second experiment. The rats of N-C group received no treatment. The rats of NAC-P group and PFIB-C group were exposed to PFIB 30min after treatment of NAC (420 mg/Kg, i.p.) and saline, respectively. The respiratory functions of animals were tested before and 24 h after PFIB inhalation. The arterial blood gas was analyzed after rats were anesthetized 24 hours post sublethal dose PFIB exposure. Then samples of BALF, plasma and lung tissue were collected. Wet lung/body weight ratio, protein and phospholipid content in BALF, and T-SOD, GSH, GSH-Px in plasma and lung tissue were measured. The expression of Peroxiredoxin 2 was detected by Westernblot assay. Results: NAC prevention can significantly improve the survival of mice exposed to a lethal dose PFIB while NAC treatment is ineffective. Severe lung edema was observed in rats 24 h after PFIB exposure. Compared to N-C group, the wet lung/body weight ratio, protein and phospholipid content in BALF, and respiratory rate of PFIB control group all increased significantly (P<0.01) . The arterial oxygen partial pressure (PaO(2)) reduced significantly (P<0.05) . The GSH-Px activity in lung tissue reduced significantly (P<0.01) while the expression of Peroxiredoxin 2 increased significantly (P<0.01) . NAC prophylaxis significantly reduced the wet lung/body weight ratio, protein and phospholipid content in BALF, respiratory rate of rats exposed to PFIB (P<0.01) . Compared with PFIB-C group, the PaO(2) (P<0.05) and the activity of GSH-Px (P<0.01) and the expression of Peroxiredoxin 2 in lung tissue (P<0.01) were increased significantly. Conclusion: Acute lung injury induced by PFIB inhalation is related to oxidative stress caused by the stimulation to lung. induced and pulmonary subjected to stimulate the generation of exposure, NAC prevention can regulation of the redox system in lung tissue and protect target organ of the treated animals effectively.

Abstract
Objective:To assess the efficacy and safety of omalizumab in patients with allergic rhinitis(AR) in a meta-analysis of clinical trial results, and provide evidence for the clinical treatment of AR.Method:Pubmed, Medline, Cochrane and Embase were searched through August 2014 using the terms 'allergic rhinitis, omalizumab, efficacy, safety, and randomized controlled trial(RCT)'without language restriction. Relevant reviews, publications, and abstracts of meetings were also retrieved. RevMan5.3 software was used for meta-analysis after data extraction. Result: Nine RCTs were included(n =1764).Of the 1764 participants,859 patients were treated by omalizumab and the other 905 received a placebo.The meta-analysis revealed that patients treated with omalizumab had significantly reduced total and individual symptoms scorescompared with the placebo group(P <0.05). And there was no significantly differences in adverse events between placebo and omalizumab(P <0.05).The WMD rate and 95%CI were as follows:total nasal symptom scores(0.04, - 0.10 to 0.19), rhinorrhea(-0.32, -0.44 to -0.21), nasal stuffiness(-0.33,-0.38 to -0.27), nasal itching (-0.08,-0.25 to 0.09), and sneezing(-0.24, -0.27 to -0.21), and non-nasal symptoms scores(0.30,0.04 to 0.55).Conclusion:Compared to the placebo,omalizumab can effectively and safely reduce symptoms scores of patients with AR.

Abstract
Objective: To observe the process of nasal mucosa injury and repair induced by nasal decongestants in guinea pigs Methods: Sixty-five male guinea pigs were randomly divided into 4groups by digital random method.The guinea pigs in Group A (20 guinea pigs)were treated with 2 sprays of 0.1% Naphazoline 6 times a day for 2 weeks; Group B (20 guinea pigs)with 2 drops of 1% Ephedrine 6 times a day for 2 weeks; Group C(20 guinea pigs) with 2 sprays of Naphazolin hydrochloride and Chlorphenamine Maleate Nasal Spray 8 times a day for 2 weeks.Group D (5guinea pigs)did not do any intervention as a control group.At the end of first and second weekend, 6 guinea pigs randomly selected from each group were observed the morphological changes of the nasal cavity with nasal endoscope and pathological microscope.Two weeks after stopping use of decongestant, 24 animals were grouped.Three guinea pigs were selected randomly from each group to form Group E (n=9) and Group F (n=9)respectively. The 6 remaining guinea pigs falled into Group G. Group E received 2 sprays of Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray once a day for 2 weeks; Group F received 1 ml 2.3% saline to wash the nasal cavities once a day for 2 weeks.Group F was used to show the natural progess without any treatment.At the end of the third and fourth weekend, nasal endoscopic and pathological microscopes were used to observe the nasal cavity structure and the pathological changes of nasal mucosa. Results: Nasal mocusa congestion and edema were observed with nasal endoscopy after 2 weeks of using nasal decongestant. Cell edema, blood vessel expansion, acute and chronic inflammatory cell infiltration, cilium lodging or loss were observed under the pathological microscope in GroupA, B, C. After using MometasoneFuroate Nasal Spray and 2.3% saline for 2 weeks, the above changes were all recovered in Group E and F. No recovery was found in Group G. Conclusions: Short-term and over dose of nasal decongestant can result in the injury of nasal mucosa in guinea pigs, and the injury is much severe as using decongestant last longer.MometasoneFuroate nasal spray and 2.3% saline can repair the injury.

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics and treatments of patients with idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss(ISSHL) with or without vertigo. Method:One hundred and twenty ISSHL cases were divided into vertigo group (n=36) , without vertigo group (n=84) , and with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo group (n=15). All patients were in regular treatment. Besides, according to the types of BPPV, patients do the Epley maneuver or Barbecue roll maneuver. We summarized the result and treatment of the patients. Result:The audiometric curve of ISSHL with vertigo were mainly at flat type. After treatment of the ISSHL patients were better than the patients with vertigo in the degrees of hearing loss . Furthermore, the rate of the patients of marked efficiency, efficiency and total efficiency of ISSHL was lower than the ones without.The patients with BPPV, including 12 cases of posterior semicircular canal and the 3 cases of lateral semicircular canal, were all ipsilateral. Conclusion:ISSHL with vertigo group lost hearing is severer than ISSHL without vertigo. Thus the hearing and the treatment effect were worse.The symptoms without vertigo in ISSHL were better than the patients with vertigo.

Abstract
Rhinitis medicamentosa (RM) refers to nonallergic inflammation in the nasal mucosa which is caused by the abuse of nasal decongestant and it often occurs in patients with allergic/nonallergic rhinitis along with nasal congestion. RM is characterized by nasal congestion based on long-term use of nasal decongestant, without rhinorrhoea or sneezing. The signs of RM include nasal swelling, thickening, loss of elasticity, and loss of sensitivity to the decongestant. The histological changes of RM are loss of nasal mucosa cilia, squamous epithelium metaplasia, edema of epithelium cell, hyperplasia of goblet cell, increased expression of epidermal growth factor receptor and infiltration of inflammatory cells, etc. There is no precise diagnosis standard for RM, making it even harder for its objective diagnosis. Patients with RM should immediately stop using nasal decongestant, in stead of using nasal glucocorticoid spray for the recovery of the nasal mucosa's function.

Abstract
The classification of miscible and immiscible systems of binary alloys plays a critical role in the design of multicomponent alloys. By mining data from hundreds of experimental phase diagrams, and thousands of thermodynamic data sets from experiments and high-throughput first-principles (HTFP) calculations, we have obtained a comprehensive classification of alloying behavior for 813 binary alloy systems consisting of transition and lanthanide metals. Among several physics-based descriptors, the slightly modified Pettifor chemical scale provides a unique two-dimensional map that divides the miscible and immiscible systems into distinctly clustered regions. Based on an artificial neural network algorithm and elemental similarity, the miscibility of the unknown systems is further predicted and a complete miscibility map is thus obtained. Impressively, the classification by the miscibility map yields a robust validation on the capability of the well-known Miedema’s theory (95% agreement) and shows good agreement with the HTFP method (90% agreement). Our results demonstrate that a state-of-the-art physics-guided data mining can provide an efficient pathway for knowledge discovery in the next generation of materials design.

Abstract
We present a new strategy for in situ transformation of metal-organic framework (MOF) crystals to hollow metal-organic structures through polycondensation of dopamine. The hollow metal-polydopamine (PDA) particles are formed by a coordination assembly of metal ions (Co and Zn) and PDA, inheriting the morphology of MOF (ZIF-67 and ZIF-8) crystals. The hollow porous metal/N-carbon particles morphosynthetically transformed from hollow metal-PDA particles exhibit excellent oxygen reduction electrocatalytic activity. The strategy presented here is promising for synthesizing hollow metal-organic polymer (metal-carbon) particles with diverse morphologies for energy and environmental applications.

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical phenotypes and inflammatory features of chronic rhinosinusitis in the liminary study.Method:Twenty-five patients suffered with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps (CRSwNP) and 23 patients suffered with chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps (CRSsNP) were enrolled in our study. Analysis was made in clinical features of the two types, including symptoms with VAS score, nasal endoscopy with Lanza-Kennedy score,and nasal sinus CT with Lund-Mackay score. Eosinophil and neutrophil distribution of lesions in the two groups were compared, inflammatory markers expression of interleukin (IL-5), interleukin-17(IL-17) and interferon gamma (IFN-γ) were assessed.Result:The VAS score of nasal obstruction, nasal endoscopic score and CT score were significantly higher in patients with CRSwNP than that in patients with CRSsNP (P< 0.05). HE staining showed that the lesions in patients with type two were infiltrated by mixed inflammatory cells. 41% (10 cases) out of patients with CRSwNP were mainly with eosinophils infiltration and 59% (15 cases) with neutrophil infiltration. 78%(18 cases) out of patients with CRSsNP were with eosinophilic infiltration and 22% (5 cases) with neutrophil infiltration. The expression of inflammatory factors IL-5, IL-17 and IFN in patients with CRSwNP was significantly increased compared with that in patients with CRSsNP (P< 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical manifestation and the degree of inflammation of patients with CRSwNP are more severe than that of patients with CRSsNP. Lesions in both groups are infiltrated by mixed inflammatory cells.

Abstract
Hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia(HHT) is an autosomal disorder characterized by hemorrhage and abnormal blood vessels. Spontaneous recurrent epistaxis is the most common manifestation, and the severity of nosebleed develops with age increasing. However, there is no effect treatment for HHT-related epistaxis until now. Recently, bevacizumab shows significant effect in the treatment of HHT and the related literatures are increasing gradually. This article will review the studies focused on bevacizumab in the treatment of HHT-related refractory nasal bleeding.

Abstract
Al-Si-based casting alloys have a great potential in various industrial applications. Common strengthening strategies on these alloys are accompanied inevitably by sacrifice of ductility, known as strength-ductility trade-off dilemma. Here, we report a simple route by combining rapid solidification (RS) with a post-solidification heat treatment (PHT), i.e. a RS + PHT route, to break through this dilemma using a commercial Al-Si-based casting alloy (A356 alloy) as an example. It is shown that yield strength and elongation to failure of the RS + PHT processed alloy are elevated simultaneously by increasing the cooling rate upon RS, which are not influenced by subsequent T6 heat treatment. Breaking through the dilemma is attributed to the hierarchical microstructure formed by the RS + PHT route, i.e. highly dispersed nanoscale Si particles in Al dendrites and nanoscale Al particles decorated in eutectic Si. Simplicity of the RS + PHT route makes it being suitable for industrial scaling production. The strategy of engineering microstructures offers a general pathway in tailoring mechanical properties of other Al-Si-based alloys. Moreover, the remarkably enhanced ductility of A356 alloy not only permits strengthening further the material by work hardening but also enables possibly conventional solid-state forming of the material, thus extending the applications of such an alloy.

Abstract
The animal model of allergic rhinitis is ciritical for the study of this disease.Guinea pig,mouse,rat,rabbit and other animals can be selected.Allergen includes ovalbumin,pollen,dust mites,available fungi,roundworm and schistosome antigen.Aluminum hydroxide adjuvant is most commonly used.To enhance the sensitivity,nasal drops can be selected,inhalation and multi-point subcutaneous injection is optional.Nasal itching,sneezing,clear nasal discharge ,or specific histopathological and immunological results can indicate the success of modeling.Immunological test is the most important standard to determine whether the model is successful or not.This review summarizes the recent advances in the study of animal models of allergic rhinitis.
