Abstract
Introduction Social media systems are instrumental in the dissemination of timely COVID-19 pandemic information to the general population and contribute to the fight against the pandemic and waves of disinformation during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses the information adoption model (IAM) as the theoretical framework to examine the moderating influence of perceived government information transparency on the adoption of COVID-19 pandemic information on social media systems from the Ghanaian perspective. Government information transparency regarding the pandemic is crucial since any lack of transparency can negatively affect the global response to the pandemic by destroying trust (in government and public health authorities/institutions), intensifying fears, and causing destructive behaviors. Methods It applies a convenient sampling technique to collect the responses from 516 participants by using self-administrated questionnaires. The data analysis was computed and analyzed with SPSS-22. The following statistical tests were conducted to test the hypotheses: descriptive statistics, scale reliability test, Pearson bivariate correlation, multiple linear regressions, hierarchical regression, and slope analysis. Results The results indicate that information quality, information credibility, and information usefulness are significant drivers of COVID-19 pandemic information adoption on social media systems. Furthermore, the perceived government information transparency positively moderates the influence of information quality, information credibility, and information usefulness on the adoption of COVID-19 pandemic information on social media systems. Conclusion The theoretical and managerial implications of these findings suggest the utilization of social media systems as an effective tool to support the continued fight against the current COVID-19 pandemic and its future role in national and global public health emergencies.

Abstract
E-government's capacity to reform public service delivery is hinged on critical factors from the demand side of e-government. The demand side of e-government is the element that drives users’ behaviors to adopt e-government services and understanding these factors is fundamental to driving the realization of e-government targets. This study thus examined the extent to which e-government information quality dimensions can stimulate the acceptance and utilization of e-government services. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) was used as the theoretical basis for this paper and the data congregated was evaluated with Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) statistical software using the structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. The results have revealed that both effort expectancy and facilitating conditions significantly drive the intention to use and recommend the adoption of e-government services. Also, e-government information quality dimensions such as availability, objectivity, utility, confidentiality, and integrity were all found to positively drive the intention to use e-government services. Additionally, people's intention to use e-government was significant in driving the recommendation behavior of e-government services to others. The practical and research repercussions of these discoveries on the development and deployment of e-government-empowered services are deliberated.

Abstract
This study explored the moderating impact of mobile self-efficacy on the adoption of mobile health services. The UTAUT was used as the theoretical foundation for this study. The results have indicated that mobile self-efficacy was significant in moderating the impact of both performance expectancy (β = -0.005, p < 0.05) and effort expectancy (β = -010, p < 0.05) on the adoption of mobile health services. In addition, it was revealed to our surprise that both performance (β = 0.521, t = 9.311, p > 0.05) and effort expectancy (β = 0.406, t = 7.577, p > 0.05) do not determine the behavioral intention to use mobile health services. Effort expectancy and behavioral intention to use were also, respectively, not significant in influencing performance expectancy (β = 0.702, t = 12.601, p > 0.05) and intention to recommend the adoption of mobile health services (β = 0.866, t = 13.814, p > 0.05). Mobile self-efficacy, however, was found to significantly predict the citizen's intention to recommend the adoption of mobile health services (β = 0.139, t = 2.548, p < 0.05). The implications of these findings on mobile health are discussed.

Abstract
This study examined the factors driving the public value of e-government from the viewpoint of the Chinese people. The usage of ICT through e-government systems must generate the adequate corresponding public value that can motivate the acceptance of e-government services. The sample 517 data generated from Chinese citizens were analyzed using AMOS 23 software by undertaking the structural equation model system of analysis. The results show that constructs such as information quality, service parameters, user orientation, efficiency, openness, and responsiveness were significantly related to the public value of e-government. Additionally, the research validated that the public value of e-government has a direct influence on the behavioral intention to adopt e-government services. The managerial and practical implications of these research findings on the public value of e-government and the acceptance of e-government services are dissected meticulously.

Abstract
This research studied the factors accounting for Chinese citizens’ behavioral adoption of mobile government services via social media platforms. Social media innovations have empowered governments to better interact and stay in touch with citizens, and thus understanding citizens’ adoption of government services via social media will enable policymakers to leverage social media to better meet the service requirements of citizens. Drawing upon the Chinese mobile-government context, this research framework was made on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) while the analysis of data was completed with Smart PLS by the use of the SEM procedure. The analysis has surprisingly discovered that perceived usefulness (PU) does not predict the adoption of mobile government services through social media. However, perceived information quality was significant in determining both the PU and adoption behavior. It was also shown that factors such as perceived security, perceived mobility, trendiness, and interactivity were all significant determinants of both the perceived usefulness and adoption intention respectively. The research and managerial consequences of the study outcomes on m-government development and diffusion are thoroughly considered.

Abstract
Mobile health (m-health) application development and diffusion in developing countries have always been a challenge; therefore, research that seeks to provide an elucidation of the drivers of m-Health adoption is vital. Mobile health information systems and applications can contribute to the delivery of a good healthcare system. This study examined the factors influencing citizens' adoption of mobile health services. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was used as the research underpinning for this study, while the data gathered were analyzed with SmartPLS through the use of the structural equation modeling technique. The results showed that perceived usefulness and ease of use were both significant predictors of the behavioral intention to use and recommend the adoption of mobile health services. Also, perceived risk was negative but significant in predicting the intention to use and recommend adoption. Mobile self-efficacy was found to significantly determine the behavioral intention to use, intention to recommend, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use of mobile health services. Besides, word-of-mouth showed a positive impact on both the intention to use and recommend. Contrary to expectations, the intention to use had no significant impact on the recommendation intention. The theoretical and practical implications of these findings are thoroughly examined.

Abstract
This study holds the view that the m-government success depends on the adequate intervention and support of government. Given this, the study seeks to investigate the role that government support can play on m-government services acceptance. Particularly the study examines the moderating influence of perceived government support (PGS) on m-government services usage. A structural equation model (SEM) method was deployed with Smart PLS 3.0. Analysis from the data captured using a comprehensive Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model, demonstrated that contrary to the initial held view, performance expectancy (PE) did not impact the acceptance behavior of m-government services. Facilitating conditions, security and privacy, trust in m-government and quality of information had a direct positive influence on m-government services adoption. The findings also revealed that PGS had a significant moderating influence on PE, facilitation conditions, and trust towards the adoption of mobile government services. However, perceived government support had no significant moderating effect on security and privacy and information quality on the adoption of m-government services. These results guide researchers and practitioners in respect of the role government support plays in making m-government a success and how government aid should be designed to have the maximum impact on changing the adoption behavior of citizens.

Abstract
Electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) communications is considered an important force determining the purchasing intentions of consumers in the context of e-commerce and marketing fields but few studies have examined this important element of eWOM communications in the context of mobile government. Therefore, this study is aimed at filling this gap by integrating eWOM communications into the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to explore its direct impact on the adoption of mobile government services among Chinese citizens (college students). The analysis was conducted by the use of SPSS through regression analysis. The results showed that all the research hypotheses were statistically supported. Specifically, eWOM mobile government communication was found to significantly predict the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and the behavioral intention to adopt mobile government services. The implications of these findings on the development of mobile government services are thoroughly discussed.

Abstract
The factors of context-awareness and mobile ubiquity are major components in the development and diffusion of any mobile technology-driven applications and services. Principally in the m-government development space, the issues of context-awareness and ubiquity are crucial if m-government initiatives are to be successful. The moderating effect of context-awareness and ubiquity on mobile government adoption is examined for 409 students from a Chinese University based on the Technology Acceptance Model. Using the Structural Equation Modeling technique, the results indicate that perceived ease of use (PEOU) was significantly related to intention to use, but perceived usefulness (PU) did not have a significant effect on mobile government adoption. The moderating analysis indicated that context-awareness significantly moderated the impact of PU but had no moderating effect on PEOU. Also, it was discovered that ubiquity was significant in moderating both the PEOU and PU on mobile government adoption. Policy implications and directions for future research are presented.

Abstract
Leadership is crucial to the development and diffusion of e-government. But there is limited research that empirically validates this claim. This study thus examines the moderating effect of leadership commitment on the impact of infrastructure availability, financial capacity, literacy, and government policy and regulation toward the adoption of e-government. Data was obtained through a convenient sampling of Ghanaian citizens. The theory of the technology acceptance model (TAM) was applied, and the structural equation model technique was used to undertake the data analysis. The results showed that while leadership commitment significantly moderated the impact of infrastructure availability, finance capacity, and government policy and regulations on the perceived usefulness of e-government, its moderating effect on education/literacy on the perceived usefulness of e-government was not significant. Infrastructure, finance capacity, literacy, and government policy and regulations were significant predictors of e-government usefulness. Managerial and practical implications are discussed.

Abstract
This study investigated the behavioral adoption of electronic commerce (EC) among small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in China. This was undertaken by integrating the Technological, Organizational, and Environmental (TOE) framework into the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). The data generated from 349 SMEs were analyzed with SPSS and SmartPLs 3.0 via the utilization of the structural equation modeling (SEM) procedure. The results reveal that while the environmental factor was a positive predictor of the performance expectancy of EC among SMEs, it does not, however, encourage the adoption of EC. Again, while the knowledge factor was not significant in driving the performance expectancy of EC, it was a significant determinant of the adoption of EC among SMEs. Also, the study found that organizational factor was a positive predictor of both performance expectancy and the adoption of EC by SMEs. The technological factor was not a significant predictor of the intention to use EC but was significant in determining the performance expectancy of EC. Finally, the study demonstrated that the performance expectancy of EC was a significant predictor of the behavioral adoption of EC. The managerial and research implications of these findings are deliberated.

Abstract
Mobile payments have revolutionized and modernized the way payment transactions are completed. The acceptance of mobile payments is vital to eCommerce. This study explored the factors influencing the continued acceptance of WeChat mobile payments by a cross-section of vendors in the city of Ganzhou, China. A questionnaire was administered to 500 vendors with a response rate of 81%. The results show that performance expectancy and trust fostered the continued acceptance of WeChat mobile payments. However, while effort expectancy was significant in predicting the level of trust in WeChat mobile payments, it did not significantly influence their continued acceptance. Social influence, facilitating conditions, and trust in WeChat mobile payments were all significant predictors of the continued acceptance of WeChat mobile payments.

Abstract
This study explored the factors determining students' satisfaction with electronic government services. The population of the study was 411 college students in Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, China. The technology acceptance model (TAM) was used as the research model and structural equation modeling (SEM) using Smart PLS 3.0 for the statistical analysis. The results showed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, student trust, content quality, and service quality were significant determinants of student satisfaction with e-government services. Both content quality and service quality were significant predictors of the perceived usefulness of e-government services. Importantly, the study revealed that student satisfaction with e-government services was significant in influencing student intention to recommend e-government services adoption. The managerial consequences of these research outcomes on the development and diffusion of electronic government are deliberated.

Abstract
The study scrutinized the behavioral adoption of informational e-government services among Chinese citizens in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. A structural equation modeling (SEM) technique was applied for the data analysis using Smart PLS 3.0 statistical software. The results show that information quality, information credibility, and ease of COVID-19 informational e-government services are significant in determining citizens’ perception of the usefulness of COVID-19 information shared on e-government platforms. Also, the study revealed that the perceived usefulness of COVID-19 informational e-government services was significant in predicting citizens’ intention to adopt and recommend COVID-19 informational e-government services. The theoretical and practical implications of these findings are interrogated further.

Abstract
This study explored the factors influencing citizens' adoption of e-government services through the open government/data concept by proposing and validating an e-government adoption recommendation model (EGARM). The data was analyzed with Smart PLS-SEM. The results show that the intention to use e-government website is positively related to the intention of citizens to recommend the adoption of e-government services. Trust in government and the internet were significant predictors of the intention to use e-government services. While information quality was significant in determining the intention to use, it was however not significant in predicting the citizen's trust in government. Also, information accessibility and accountability were both significant predictors of trust in government but not the intention to use. Additionally, collaboration was found to predict the intention to use but not trust in government. Finally, empowerment was a significant determinant of the intention to use and trust in government.

Abstract
This study explored the behavioral adoption of electronic payment systems (EPS) among college students in China based on the UTAUT framework as the theoretical foundation of the study. The analysis was conducted using the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. The results have demonstrated that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and perceived security were all significant in predicting the intention to use electronic payment systems. Perceived trust however was not a significant determinant of the intention to use. The individual user past experience was found to predict significantly the performance expectancy, effort expectancy, perceived security, and perceived trust of EPS. The managerial and theoretical implications of these findings on the design and diffusion of electronic payment systems are discussed.

Abstract
This study integrated the cultural dimensions such as power distance, collectivism, uncertainty avoidance, masculinity, and long-term orientation into the UTAUT to examine the comparative impact of cultural dimensions on the adoption of cross-border e-commerce between the Chinese and Russian citizens. The data analysis was conducted with SPSS and Smart PLS 3.0. The results indicate that power distance, collectivism, and long-term orientation respectively were significant predictors of performance expectancy and effort expectancy of cross-border e-commerce for both Chinese and Russian citizens. Uncertainty avoidance and masculinity were also found to determine the performance expectancy of cross-border e-commerce. However, while uncertainty avoidance and masculinity were significant determinants of the effort expectancy of cross-border e-commerce in the context of the Russia sample, it was not so for the Chinese sample. In addition, performance expectancy and social influence were positive predictors of the intention to use cross-border e-commerce for both Chinese and Russia samples.

Abstract
This study explored the important role of demographic factors such as gender, age, and education in the adoption of mobile government (m-government) services. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model was used as the theoretical foundation whiles the data was captured and analyzed with SPSS and SmartPLS. The results have demonstrated that gender is a significant predictor of both the intention to use and performance expectancy of m-government services. However, gender does not determine mobile self-efficacy. In addition, age and education were both were significant predictors of performance expectancy, mobile self-efficacy and the intention to use m-government services respectively. The implications of these and other findings of the study are thoroughly discussed.

Abstract
This study examined the impact of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and citizen trust in institutions on the adoption of an electronic voting system. This was done by proposing and validating a unified model of electronic voting system adoption (UMEVSA) based on UTAUT. The results show that while performance expectancy was significant in determining the intention to adopt an e-voting system, effort expectancy does not. However, effort expectancy was found to be a positive determinant of the performance expectancy of an electronic voting system. Also, citizen trust in institutions positively predicts both the performance and effort expectancy of an electronic voting system and the intention to use an electronic voting system. The implications of these findings are discussed.

Abstract
This study explored the moderating effect of perceived usefulness on the impact of trust in the internet and trust in government on the intention to adopt e-government services. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was used as the theoretical foundation for this study. The results indicated that trust in the internet and trust in government were both significant predictors of the intention to use e-government services. It was also discovered that trust in the internet was a positive determinant of trust in government. Furthermore, the study revealed that while perceived usefulness had a significant moderating effect on the impact of trust in the internet on the intention to use e-government services, it was however not significant in moderating the impact of trust in government on the intention to use. The significant and non-significant moderating effect of perceived usefulness on both the relationship between trust in the internet and trust in government on the intention to use is the unique contribution of this study. The implications of these findings are discussed.

Abstract
E-government adoption studies have often focused on predictors determining the use of e-government services from a citizen-specific country without considering other foreign nationals domiciling in such countries. This study, therefore, sought to investigate the willingness of Russian students in China to use e-government services. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was used as the theoretical framework while the data capture and analysis were done with SPSS. The results indicate that perceived ease of use, perceived service quality, trust, and language were significant in determining the willingness to use e-government services. Language also had a positive impact on the perceived service quality and perceived ease of use. Perceived usefulness was however not significant in influencing the willingness to use. Age, gender and education had a significant direct impact on the perceived ease of use of e-government services. These demographic factors were not significant in deciding the perceived usefulness. The implications of these findings are discussed.

Abstract
The purpose of this article is to investigate the impact of demographic factors on the adoption of e-government services. Specifically, this article sought to examine the extent to which demographic factors such as age, gender and education would influence the willingness to adopt and use e-government services. The data capture and analysis was done with SPSS. The results indicate that age as a demographic factor was significant in determining the willingness of citizens to use e-government services. The results, however, showed that gender and education as demographic factors were not positively significant in predicting the willingness to use e-government services. The implications of these findings on the adoption and implementation of e-government are further discussed.

Abstract
This research article explores the important elements of trust and transparency to the adoption of e-government services. The Technology Acceptance Model was used as the theoretical framework. The data capture and analyses were conducted with SPSS. The results indicate that trust in the internet was a significant predictor of both the intention to use and perceived ease of use (PEOU), but was not significant in predicting perceived usefulness (PU) and the actual use (AU) of e-government services. Trust in the government (TG) was also not significant in determining both the intention to use and PEOU of e-government services. Rather TG had a significant impact on PU and the actual use (AU) of e-government services. Furthermore, perceived transparency was a significant predictor of PU, IU, and AU of e-government services. The implications of these findings on the implementation of e-government are thoroughly discussed.

Abstract
This study investigated the moderating impact of perceived service quality on the positive relationship between perceived usefulness of e-government services and intention to use e-government services. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was applied as the theoretical foundation for the study. The research data collected was analyzed with SPSS while the graphical representation of the moderating effect was generated using the software known as Interaction version 1.7.2211. The results have demonstrated that perceived service quality of e-government services does not have any significant moderating effect on the positive relationship between perceived usefulness and intention to use e-government services. However, perceived service quality and perceived usefulness of e-government services were found to be positively significant in influencing the intention to use e-government services. The implications of this study are further discussed.

Abstract
The purpose of this research paper is to investigate the determinates of Korean students in China to use e-government services. A total of 400 structured research questionnaire instruments was designed and administered to potential respondents of which 93.75% responded. The Technology Acceptance Mode (TAM) was used as a theoretical framework for this study. The data gathered was analyzed with SPSS version 20. The results show that all the predictors (Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Service Quality, and Citizen Trust) investigated are significant positive determiners of Korean students' intention to adopt and use e-government services. The results further indicated that Citizen Trust positively and significantly moderated the positive relationship between perceived ease of use, perceived service quality and intention to use e-government services but failed to show any positive moderation effect on perceived usefulness and intention to use e-government services. The implications of these findings are further discussed.
