Abstract
Distal upper limb surgery is performed under WALANT (Wide Awake Local Anesthesia No Tourniquet) in many outpatient centers because the benefits are numerous: simple, low-cost technique, with fast turnover and short length of stay. In view of a paucity of data concerning patient satisfaction, this non-randomized cohort study was designed to compare EVAN-LR anesthesia satisfaction questionnaire results (information, pain, expectation, attention, discomfort: 0-100 points) between patients receiving WALANT or axillary nerve block (AxB). After IRB approval, patients (>18 years, stable ASA 1-3) scheduled for outpatient distal upper limb surgery were prospectively enrolled in the two groups. At discharge, patients in both groups received standard information on postoperative recovery and care, with a multimodal analgesic regime (acetaminophen and ketoprofen for 5 days). The primary endpoint was EVAN-LR score before discharge. Secondary endpoints were pain relief and side-effects over a 7-day period. Results were recorded as median and 25-75% interquartile range. Propensity-score-matched analysis was performed. Over the study period, from October 2019 to November 2020, 183 patients were included; 48 WALANT patients were propensity-score matched to 48 AxB patients. Pre-procedural APAIS anxiety score was lower in the WALANT than the AxB group: 9 (IQR, 6-12) vs 12 (IQR, 8-14) (p = 0.01). EVAN-LR scores were similar between the WALANT (78 [72-82]) and the AxB group (73 [67-80]). Incidences of paresthesia and of pain (NRS pain score, opioid rescue) were similar. WALANT patients had shorter length of stay: 135 (110-175) min vs 170 (110-250) min (p = 0.01). The present study demonstrated that WALANT was associated with a high level of patient satisfaction. For clinical relevance and quality of care, WALANT should be proposed in first line for distal limb surgery.

Background
Glioblastoma is the most aggressive primary brain tumour diagnosed in adults. Despite intensive treatment of maximal safe resection and chemoradiotherapy, the prognosis remains grim due to invasive tumour cells. Current treatment and standard imaging methods are highly limited in terms of managing these invasive cells as they are often located outside the area of surgical resection and are generally resistant to chemoradiation. DTI appears to be a promising tool for imaging tumour cell invasion and predicting the site of recurrence especially when decomposed into its anisotropic (q) and isotropic (p) components. The aim of this study is to investigate the sensitivity of imaging biomarkers as predictors of recurrence.
Material and Methods
All pre-op and recurrence sequences were co-registered to the pre-op post-contrast T1-weighted images as reference. Co-registration of images was performed using FSL and ANTs. The ROIs for 49 patients with a primary diagnosis of GBM were segmented using 3DSlicer. Each voxel was assigned to one of four status: true negative, false negative, true positive and false positive. Sensitivity and specificity between the pre-op ROIs and the progression region were calculated using FSL. The significance of the differences in sensitivity and specificity between the ROIs was computed in MATLAB.
Results
The sensitivity for the contrast enhancing region was 48.77 ± 26.13 (Mean ± SD) and 62.40 ± 23.07 (Mean ± SD). The abnormal q alone has a significantly greater sensitivity than the contrast enhancing region (t = -2.7327, df = 96, p-value = 0.0075). The sensitivity for the ROI of combined contrast enhancement and abnormal q was 65.86 ± 23.29 (Mean ± SD). There is an even more significant increase in sensitivity when the contrast enhancing ROI is combined with abnormal q region (t = -3.4133, df = 96, p-value = 9.4123e-04) compared to when it is alone. There was no statistical difference in the specificities of the different ROIs.
Conclusion
Current surgical and radiation volumes focus solely on pre-op contrast enhancement. However, these results suggest that combining the abnormal q with the standard contrast enhancing region is a more sensitive predictor of tumour recurrence than contrast enhancement alone, while still retaining high specificity. The higher sensitivity is an indicator of correct identification of tumour recurrence while the high specificity correctly identifies normal brain, or non-recurrent regions. These results are currently being prospectively assessed in a multi-centre study (PRaM-GBM).

Abstract
Major seasonal community reorganizations and associated biomass variations are landmarks of plankton ecology. However, the processes of plankton community turnover rates have not been fully elucidated so far. Here, we analyse patterns of planktonic protist community succession in temperate latitudes, based on quantitative taxonomic data from both microscopy counts (cells >10 μm) and ribosomal DNA metabarcoding (size fraction >3 μm, 18S rRNA gene) from plankton samples collected bimonthly over 8 years (2009–2016) at the SOMLIT‐Astan station (Roscoff, Western English Channel). Based on morphology, diatoms were clearly the dominating group all year round and over the study period. Metabarcoding uncovered a wider diversity spectrum and revealed the prevalence of Dinophyceae and diatoms but also of Cryptophyta, Chlorophyta, Cercozoa, Syndiniales and Ciliophora in terms of read counts and or richness. The use of morphological and molecular analyses in combination allowed improving the taxonomic resolution and to identify the sequence of the dominant species and OTUs (18S V4 rDNA‐derived taxa) that drive annual plankton successions. We detected that some of these dominant OTUs were benthic as a result of the intense tidal mixing typical of the French coasts in the English Channel. Our analysis of the temporal structure of community changes point to a strong seasonality and resilience. The temporal structure of environmental variables (especially Photosynthetic Active Radiation, temperature and macronutrients) and temporal structures generated by species life cycles and or species interactions, are key drivers of the observed cyclic annual plankton turnover.

Symptomatic prolapsing haemorrhoids are usually treated with either haemorrhoidal artery ligation operation (HALO), stapled haemorrhoidopexy or open haemorrhoidectomy. Complications are rare with serious complications like rectal perforation reported scarcely in literature. We report a case of intraperitoneal rectal perforation following transanal haemorrhoidal artery ligation and converted open Ligasure-assisted haemorrhoidectomy in a 74-year-old lady with background portal hypertension secondary to primary biliary cirrhosis. We present this case to highlight the importance of preoperative medical optimisation of portal hypertension prior to surgical intervention and consideration of primary open techniques in grade 4 haemorrhoid surgery.

Abstract
To reduce potentially inappropriate medications, the FORTA (Fit fOR The Aged) concept classifies drugs in terms of their suitability for geriatric patients with different labels, namely A (indispensable), B (beneficial), C (questionable), and D (avoid). The aims of our study were to assess the medication appropriateness in PD inpatients applying the FORTA list and drug-drug interaction software, further to assess the adequacy of FORTA list for patients with PD. We retrospectively collected demographic data, comorbidities, laboratory values, and the medication from the discharge letters of 123 geriatric inpatients with PD at the university hospital of Hannover Medical School. Patients suffered on average from 8.2 comorbidities. The majority of the medication was labeled A (60.6% of PD-specific and 40.9% of other medication) or B (22.3% of PD-specific and 26.9% of other medication). Administered drugs labeled with D were amantadine, clozapine, oxazepam, lorazepam, amitriptyline, and clonidine. Overall, 545 interactions were identified, thereof 11.9% severe interactions, and 1.7% contraindicated combinations. 81.3% of patients had at least one moderate or severe interaction. The FORTA list gives rational recommendations for PD-specific and other medication, especially for general practitioners. Considering the demographic characteristics and the common multimorbidity of geriatric PD patients, this study underlines the importance of awareness, education, and preventive interventions to increase drug safety.

Abstract
PIM kinases are a class of serine/threonine kinases that play a role in several of the hallmarks of cancer including cell cycle progression, metabolism, inflammation and immune evasion. Their constitutively active nature and unique catalytic structure has led them to be an attractive anticancer target through the use of small molecule inhibitors. This review highlights the enhanced activity of PIM kinases in cancer that can be driven by hypoxia in the tumour microenvironment and the important role that aberrant PIM kinase activity plays in resistance mechanisms to chemotherapy, radiotherapy, anti-angiogenic therapies and targeted therapies. We highlight an interaction of PIM kinases with numerous major oncogenic players, including but not limited to, stabilisation of p53, synergism with c-Myc, and notable parallel signalling with PI3K/Akt. We provide a comprehensive overview of PIM kinase's role as an escape mechanism to targeted therapies including PI3K/mTOR inhibitors, MET inhibitors, anti-HER2/EGFR treatments and the immunosuppressant rapamycin, providing a rationale for co-targeting treatment strategies for a more durable patient response. The current status of PIM kinase inhibitors and their use as a combination therapy with other targeted agents, in addition to the development of novel multi-molecularly targeted single therapeutic agents containing a PIM kinase targeting moiety are discussed.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To determine whether Internet-delivered cognitive behavioural therapy (i-CBT) is an effective treatment for those who meet diagnostic criteria for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). METHOD A systematic review was undertaken according to Cochrane Collaboration Guidelines. The primary outcome measures were reduction in PTSD symptoms and drop-out. Categorical outcomes were meta-analysed as risk ratios (RRs) and continuous outcomes as mean differences (MDs) or standardised mean differences (SMDs). RESULTS Ten studies with 720 participants were included. Evidence showed that i-CBT may be associated with a clinically important reduction in post-treatment PTSD symptoms compared with wait list (SMD -0.60, 95% confidence interval -0.97 to -0.24; N = 560); however, only three studies reported follow-up data, and there was no evidence to support the maintenance of symptom improvement at follow-up of 3-6 months. There was no evidence of a difference in PTSD symptoms between i-CBT and Internet-delivered non-CBT post-treatment. There was evidence of greater treatment effect from trauma-focused i-CBT than i-CBT without a trauma focus, as well as evidence that treatment effect was increased by the provision of guidance. CONCLUSIONS While the review found some beneficial effects of i-CBT for PTSD post-treatment, the quality of the evidence was very low because of the small number of included trials and there was insufficient evidence to support the maintenance of improvement at follow-up of 3-6 months. Further work is required to establish non-inferiority to current first-line interventions; to determine long-term efficacy; to explore mechanisms of effect; and to establish optimal levels of guidance.

Abstract
The study of protistan functional diversity is crucial to understand the dynamics of oceanic ecological processes. We combined the metabarcoding data of various coastal ecosystems and a newly developed trait-based approach to study the link between taxonomic and functional diversity across marine protistan communities of different size-classes. Environmental DNA was extracted and the V4 18S rDNA genomic region was amplified and sequenced. In parallel, we tried to annotate the operational taxonomic units (OTUs) from our metabarcoding dataset to 30 biological traits using published and accessible information on protists. We then developed a method to study trait correlations across protists (i.e. trade-offs) in order to build the best functional groups. Based on the annotated OTUs and our functional groups, we demonstrated that the functional diversity of marine protist communities varied in parallel with their taxonomic diversity. The coupling between functional and taxonomic diversity was conserved across different protist size classes. However, the smallest size-fraction was characterized by wider taxonomic and functional groups diversity, corroborating the idea that nanoplankton and picoplankton are part of a more stable ecological background on which larger protists and metazoans might develop.

Abstract
The marine diatom Guinardia delicatula is a cosmopolitan species that dominates seasonal blooms in the English Channel and the North Sea. Several eukaryotic parasites are known to induce the mortality of this species. Here, we report the isolation and characterization of the first viruses that infect G. delicatula. Viruses were isolated from the Western English Channel (SOMLIT-Astan station) during the late summer bloom decline of G. delicatula. A combination of laboratory approaches revealed that these lytic viruses (GdelRNAV) are small tailless particles of 35–38 nm in diameter that replicate in the host cytoplasm where both unordered particles and crystalline arrays are formed. GdelRNAV display a linear single-stranded RNA genome of ~9 kb, including two open reading frames encoding for replication and structural polyproteins. Phylogenetic relationships based on the RNA-dependent-RNA-polymerase gene marker showed that GdelRNAV are new members of the Bacillarnavirus, a monophyletic genus belonging to the order Picornavirales. GdelRNAV are specific to several strains of G. delicatula. They were rapidly and largely produced (<12 h, 9.34 × 104 virions per host cell). Our analysis points out the host's variable viral susceptibilities during the early exponential growth phase. Interestingly, we consistently failed to isolate viruses during spring and early summer while G. delicatula developed important blooms. While our study suggests that viruses do contribute to the decline of G. delicatula's late summer bloom, they may not be the primary mortality agents during the remaining blooms at SOMLIT-Astan. Future studies should focus on the relative contribution of the viral and eukaryotic pathogens to the control of Guinardia's blooms to understand the fate of these prominent organisms in marine systems.

Abstract
BACKGROUND An individual with a bicuspid aortic valve (BAV) runs a substantially higher risk of developing aneurysm in the ascending aorta compared to the normal population with tricuspid aortic valves (TAV). Aneurysm formation in patients with BAV and TAV is known to be distinct at the molecular level but the underlying mechanisms are undefined. Here, we investigated the still incompletely described role of microRNAs (miRNAs), important post-transcriptional regulators of gene expression, in such aortic disease of patients with BAV as compared with TAV. METHODS AND RESULTS Using a system biology approach, based on data obtained from proteomic analysis of non-dilated aortas from BAV and TAV patients, we constructed a gene-interaction network of regulatory microRNAs associated with the observed differential protein signature. The miR-200 family was the highest ranked miRNA, hence potentially having the strongest effect on the signalling network associated with BAV. Further, qRT-PCR and ChIP analyses showed lower expression of miR-200c, higher expression of miR-200 target genes, ZEB1/ZEB2 transcription factors, and higher chromatin occupancy of the miR-200c promoter by ZEB1/ZEB2 in BAV patients, indicating a miR-200c/ZEBs negative feedback loop and induction of endothelial/epithelial mesenchymal transition (EndMT/EMT). CONCLUSION We propose that a miR-200-dependent process of EndMT/EMT is a plausible biological mechanism rendering the BAV ascending aorta more prone to aneurysm development. Although initially supported by a miR-200c/ZEB feedback loop, this process is most probably advanced by cooperation of other miRNAs.

Abstract
Aripiprazole may be viewed as the prototype of third-generation antipsychotics. This concept is based on the notion of D2 partial agonism, whereas all molecules of first-and second generation were D2 antagonists. After reviewing the basic pharmacological notions linked to such concepts, the mechanisms of action of these molecules are addressed, with a particular focus on functional selectivity and biased ligand. One of the essential pharmacological properties of D2 agonists, and particularity aripiprazole, is their ability to not induce D2 supersensitivity as well as to reverse this supersensitivity when it has been induced by D2 antagonists. In clinical practice, this impacts the choice of treatment in first episode psychosis as well as in refractory schizophrenia. Animal research shows that D2 supersensitivity could contribute to worsen addictive trends. The pharmacokinetic incidence of D2 supersensitivity tends to favour the long-acting forms of partial agonists. The notion of partial agonism could finally lead to design fourth-generation antipsychotics, on the basis on research focusing on functional selectivity.

Abstract
Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) are key components in several therapies for cancer and inflammatory diseases but current knowledge of their clinical pharmacokinetics and distribution in human tissues remains incomplete. Consequently, optimal dosing and scheduling in clinics are affected. With sequential radiolabeled mAb-based imaging, radiation dosing in tissues/organs can be calculated to provide a better assessment of mAb concentrations in tissues. This is the first pharmacokinetic model of 90Y-Ibritumomab tiuxetan (90Y-IT) in humans to be described, based on three-dimensional (3D) dosimetry using single-photon emission computed-tomography coupled with computed-tomography. 19 patients with follicular lymphoma were treated initially with 90Y-IT in the FIZZ trial. Based on a compartmental approach individualising the vascular compartment within studied organs, this study proposes a reliable pharmacokinetic (PK) five-compartment model replacing the currently used two-compartment model and constitutes a new direction for further research. This model provides exchange constants between the different tissues, Area Under the Curve of 111In-IT in blood (AUC) and Mean Residence Time (MRT) that have not been reported so far for IT. Finally, the elimination process appears to occur in a compartment other than the liver or the spleen and suggests the metabolism of mAbs may take place mainly on the vascular compartment level.

Abstract
Photosynthetic picoeukaryotesx in the genus Micromonas show among the widest latitudinal distributions on Earth, experiencing large thermal gradients from poles to tropics. Micromonas comprises at least four different species often found in sympatry. While such ubiquity might suggest a wide thermal niche, the temperature response of the different strains is still unexplored, leaving many questions as for their ecological success over such diverse ecosystems. Using combined experiments and theory, we characterize the thermal response of eleven Micromonas strains belonging to four species. We demonstrate that the variety of specific responses to temperature in the Micromonas genus makes this environmental factor an ideal marker to describe its global distribution and diversity. We then propose a diversity model for the genus Micromonas, which proves to be representative of the whole phytoplankton diversity. This prominent primary producer is therefore a sentinel organism of phytoplankton diversity at the global scale. We use the diversity within Micromonas to anticipate the potential impact of global warming on oceanic phytoplankton. We develop a dynamic, adaptive model and run forecast simulations, exploring a range of adaptation time scales, to probe the likely responses to climate change. Results stress how biodiversity erosion depends on the ability of organisms to adapt rapidly to temperature increase.

Abstract
Sterilising glucose solutions by heat promotes the generation of a large number of glucose degradation products (GDPs). It has been shown that high levels of GDPs may result in Advanced Glycation End products that have an impact on cellular homeostasis and health in general. If data is available for peritoneal dialysis solutions, little has been published for glucose infusion fluids. It is essential to identify the parameters causing the formation of GDPs and so limit the risk of exposing patients to them. After quantifying both 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furfural, considered as an important indicator of degradation, and 2-furaldehyde, an ultimate GDP of one degradation pathway, in marketed solutions, the aim of this work is to build a model integrating all the parameters involved in the formation rates of these two GDPs: supplier, glucose amount, container material, oxygen permeability coefficient and time-lapse since manufacture. Our results show a good logarithmic relationship between GDP formation rates and time-lapse since manufacture for both GDPs. The amount of GDPs in the glucose solutions for infusion depends on the initial glucose amount, the polymer of the container, the time elapsed since manufacturing and the supplier.

Abstract
The green picoalgal genus Micromonas is broadly distributed in estuaries, coastal marine habitats and open oceans, from the equator to the poles. Phylogenetic, ecological and genomic analyses of culture strains and natural populations have suggested that this cosmopolitan genus is composed of several cryptic species corresponding to genetic lineages. We performed a detailed analysis of variations in morphology, pigment content, and sequences of the nuclear-encoded small-subunit rRNA gene and the second internal transcribed spacer (ITS2) from strains isolated worldwide. A new morphological feature of the genus, the presence of tip hairs at the extremity of the hair point, was discovered and subtle differences in hair point length were detected between clades. Clear non-homoplasious synapomorphies were identified in the small-subunit rRNA gene and ITS2 spacer sequences of five genetic lineages. These findings lead us to provide emended descriptions of the genus Micromonas, of the type species M. pusilla, and of the recently described species M. commoda, as well as to describe 2 new species, M. bravo and M. polaris. By clarifying the status of the genetic lineages identified within Micromonas, these formal descriptions will facilitate further interpretations of large-scale analyses investigating ecological trends in time and space for this widespread picoplankter.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The aim of the study was to explore whether a medical student education program and clinical posting in psychiatry had an impact on medical students' stigmatizing attitudes towards psychiatry and psychiatric disorders. METHODS Medical students from the University of Bordeaux were recruited during their 4-year course at the beginning of the academic education program in psychiatry. Medical students who were concomitantly in a clinical posting in wards of psychiatry or neurology were invited to participate in the study. The medical student version of the scale Mental Illness: Clinicians' Attitudes (MICA) was used to measure their attitudes towards psychiatry and persons with psychiatric disorder. This 16-item scale is designed to measure attitudes of health care professionals towards people with mental illness, a higher score indicating more stigmatizing attitudes. Items exploring history of psychiatric disorders in close persons were added at the end of the MICA scale. The questionnaire was completed twice by each student, at the beginning and the end of the 11-week clinical posting. All questionnaires were strictly anonymized. Multivariate linear regression analyses were used to identify the variables independently associated with MICA total score. RESULTS At the beginning of the education program and clinical posting, 174 students completed the MICA scale: the mean MICA total score was equal to 46.4 (SD 6.9) in students in clinical posting in psychiatry (n=72) and 45.1 (SD 7.01) in those in neurology (n=102). At the end of the academic and clinical training, 138 students again completed the questionnaire, with mean MICA total scores equal to 41.4 (SD 8.1) in students in clinical posting in psychiatry (n=51) and 43.5 (SD 7.3) in those in neurology (n=87). Multivariate analyses showed that lower total MICA scores were independently associated with the time of assessment (lower scores at the end of education program and clinical posting) (b=-2.8; P=0.001), female gender (b=-1.8; P=0.03) and history of a psychiatric disorder in a close person (b=-1.92; P=0.02). Type of clinical posting (psychiatry vs. neurology) was not independently associated with MICA total scores (b=-0.02; P=0.98). A significant interaction was found between the variables "time of assessment" and "type of clinical posting" (P=0.05): stratified analyses showed that MICA total scores decreased significantly only when the clinical posting was in psychiatry (b=-4.66; P=0.001), with no significant change in medical students in neurology wards (b=-1.45; P=0.16). CONCLUSION Stigmatizing attitudes of medical students towards psychiatry and psychiatric disorders are reduced by an education program in psychiatry, with a positive impact more marked when the education program is concomitant to a clinical posting in psychiatry. As future health professionals in charge of persons with psychiatric disorders, medical students are key targets of actions aimed at reducing stigma towards mental health disorders. Abstract
The genus Micromonas comprises phytoplankton that show among the widest latitudinal distributions on Earth, and members of this genus are recurrently infected by prasinoviruses in contrasted thermal ecosystems. In this study, we assessed how temperature influences the interplay between the main genetic clades of this prominent microalga and their viruses. The growth of three Micromonas strains (Mic-A, Mic-B, Mic-C) and the stability of their respective lytic viruses (MicV-A, MicV-B, MicV-C) were measured over a thermal range of 4-32.5 °C. Similar growth temperature optima (Topt) were predicted for all three hosts but Mic-B exhibited a broader thermal tolerance than Mic-A and Mic-C, suggesting distinct thermoacclimation strategies. Similarly, the MicV-C virus displayed a remarkable thermal stability compared with MicV-A and MicV-B. Despite these divergences, infection dynamics showed that temperatures below Topt lengthened lytic cycle kinetics and reduced viral yield and, notably, that infection at temperatures above Topt did not usually result in cell lysis. Two mechanisms operated depending on the temperature and the biological system. Hosts either prevented the production of viral progeny or maintained their ability to produce virions with no apparent cell lysis, pointing to a possible switch in the viral life strategy. Hence, temperature changes critically affect the outcome of Micromonas infection and have implications for ocean biogeochemistry and evolution.

Abstract
A wide variety of medical devices (MDs) used in hospitals are made of flexible plasticized polyvinylchloride (PVC). Different plasticizers are present in variable amounts in the PVC matrix of the devices and can leach out into the infused solutions and may enter into contact with the patients. The ARMED1 project aims to assess the migration of these plasticizers from medical devices and therefore the level of exposure in patients. For the first task of the project, eight methods were developed to directly detect and quantify the plasticizers in the PVC matrix of the MDs. We compared the overall performances of the analytical methods using standardized and validated criteria in order to provide the scientific community with the guidance and the technical specifications of each method for the intended application. We have shown that routine rapid screening could be performed directly on the MDs using the FTIR technique, with cost-effective analyses. LC techniques may also be used, but with limits and only with individual quantification of the main plasticizers expected in the PVC matrix. GC techniques, especially GC-MS, are both more specific and more sensitive than other techniques. NMR is a robust and specific technique to precisely discriminate all plasticizers in a MD but is limited by its cost and its low ability to detect and quantify plasticizer contamination, e.g. by DEHP. All these results have been confirmed by a real test, called the " blind test " carried out on 10 MD samples.

Abstract
Marine protist diversity inventories have largely focused on planktonic environments, while benthic protists have received relatively little attention. We therefore hypothesize that current diversity surveys have only skimmed the surface of protist diversity in marine sediments, which may harbor greater diversity than planktonic environments. We tested this by analyzing sequences of the hypervariable V4 18S rRNA from benthic and planktonic protist communities sampled in European coastal regions. Despite a similar number of OTUs in both realms, richness estimations indicated that we recovered at least 70% of the diversity in planktonic protist communities, but only 33% in benthic communities. There was also little overlap of OTUs between planktonic and benthic communities, as well as between separate benthic communities. We argue that these patterns reflect the heterogeneity and diversity of benthic habitats. A comparison of all OTUs against the Protist Ribosomal Reference database showed that a higher proportion of benthic than planktonic protist diversity is missing from public databases; similar results were obtained by comparing all OTUs against environmental references from NCBI's Short Read Archive. We suggest that the benthic realm may therefore be the world's largest reservoir of marine protist diversity, with most taxa at present undescribed.

Abstract
We report a measles outbreak in a refugee settlement in Calais, France, between 5 January and 11 February 2016. In total, 13 confirmed measles cases were identified among migrants, healthcare workers in hospital and volunteers working on site. A large scale vaccination campaign was carried out in the settlement within two weeks of outbreak notification. In total, 60% of the estimated target population of 3,500 refugees was vaccinated during the week-long campaign.
