Abstract
Pneumoconiosis is characterized by chronic lung inflammation and fibrosis, and inflammation can promote pulmonary fibrosis, which in turn leads to pneumoconiosis. When a large shadow with a long diameter of not less than 2 cm and a short diameter of not less than 1 cm appears in the lung, it can be classified as stage Ⅲ pneumoconiosis. This paper reports a case of stage Ⅲ pneumoconiosis with a large shadow in the upper right lung accompanied by burr-like changes misdiagnosed as lung cancer by CT examination.When the large shadow lesions in patients with pneumoconiosis and lung cancer are difficult to distinguish on CT, an additional MRI examination, particularly T(2)W imaging sequence is useful sequence for identifying the two.

Abstract
Total 23 eleven-residue peptaibols, including five reported ones (1-5) in our previous work, were isolated from the fungus Trichoderma longibrachiatum Rifai DMG-3-1-1, which was obtained from the mushroom Clitocybe nebularis (Batsch) P. Kumm. The structures of the 13 new peptaibols (6-10 and 12-19) were determined by their NMR and MALDI-MS/MS data, their absolute structures were further determined by Marfey's analyses and their ECD data. Careful comparison of the structures of 1-23 showed that only seven residues varied including the 2nd (Gln 2 /Asn 2 ), 3rd (Ile 3 /Val 3 ), 4th (Ile 4 /Val 4 ), 6th (Pro 6 /Hyp 6 ), 8 th (Pro 6 /Hyp 6 ), 10th (Pro 10 /Hyp 10 ) and 11th (Leuol 11 /Ileol 11 /Valol 11 ) residues. Comparison of the IC 50 s against the three tested cell lines of 1-23 indicated that 2nd, 3rd and 4th amino acid residues affected their cytotoxicities powerfully. Compounds 2, 5, 9, 11, 21 and 22 showed moderate antibacterial activities against Staphylococcus aureus MRSA T144, which also showed stronger cytotoxicities against BV2 and MCF-7 cells.

Abstract
Longibrachiamide A (1), a new 20-residue peptaibol, along with three known ones (2-4), were isolated from the fungus Trichoderma longibrachiatum Rifai DMG-3-1-1, isolated from a mushroom Clitocybe nebularis (Batsch) P. Kumm, which was collected from coniferous forest of northeast China in our previous work. The structure of longibrachiamide A (1) was determined by its NMR and ESI-MS/MS data, the absolute configuration of 1 was further determined by Marfey's analyses. And the complete NMR data of 2-4 were also reported for the first time. The similar CD spectra of 1-4 showed that they all had mixed 310 -/α-helical conformations. Compounds 1-4 showed strong cytotoxicities against BV2, A549 and MCF-7 cells, and also showed moderate inhibitory effects against the tested Gram-positive bacteria, including MRSA T144 and VRE-10.

Abstract
Objective: To understand the detection capacities of the laboratories in medical institutions in national sexually transmitted disease (STD) surveillance areas in China. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted to investigate the applications of STD tests in laboratories of the medical institutions in 105 STD surveillance areas in China, the proportion of each STD test application was calculated and the differences among medical institutions were compared. Results: In 752 medical institutions, the proportions of Treponema pallidum serological test and non-Treponema pallidum serological test applications were 97.5% (733/752) and 91.4% (687/752), respectively. The proportions of gonococcal culture and Chlamydia trachomatis nucleic acid test applications were 48.4% (364/752) and 23.4% (176/752), respectively. The application proportions of all tests for herpes simplex virus type 2 (HSV-2) and human papillomavirus (HPV) were less than 40%. In medical institutions at provincial, prefectural and county levels, the application proportions of serological tests of Treponema and non-Treponema were all more than 90%, and the application proportions of gonococcal culture were 66.9% (83/124), 46.9% (197/420) and 47.4% (82/173) respectively, the application proportions of Chlamydia trachomatis nucleic acid test were 29.0% (36/124), 25.0% (105/420) and 19.7% (34/173) respectively. The application proportions of syphilis and gonorrhea tests and chlamydia nucleic acid test in public medical institutions were higher than those in private/joint venture medical institutions and higher in dermatological specialized hospitals than those in general hospitals and maternal and child health centers. The application proportions of STD tests in medical institutions in eastern China and central southern China were generally higher than those in other areas, and the lowest was found in northwestern China. Conclusions: Serological tests for syphilis have been carried out widely in medical institutions in all STD surveillance areas in China, but there were insufficient use of tests for gonococcal culture and Chlamydia trachomatis nucleic acid. The application proportions of STD tests vary in medical institutions at different levels and with different types and ownerships, and the development of STD testing is unbalanced in different areas. It is necessary to strengthen the capacity building of gonococcal culture and Chlamydia trachomatis nucleic acid test, and strengthen the capacity building of STD testing in grassroots, private/joint venture medical institutions and those in underdeveloped western areas.

Abstract
Nonhealing wounds remain a major health problem whose treatment is challenging and costly. Treatments based on cells or growth factors are still not very effective. We developed an entirely novel strategy consisting in treatment of the wound-tissue matrix with biopolymers engineered to mimic heparan sulfates called OTR4120. This compound was dextran polymer with sulfated and carboxymethyl groupments. After binding to matrix proteins, the heparan-sulfate-mimicking polymer protects the microenvironment, maintaining the normal production of signals and growth factors needed for healing to occur. Here, we show that a specific biopolymer accelerates ulcer closure and improves re-epithelialization and dermal-matrix-component remodeling. OTR4120 treatment was associated with faster maturation of epidermal structures, most notably regarding the number of epithelial-cell layers, and with an appearance that more closely resembled normal skin. Treatment had also a main effect on collagen I and III expression. Necrotic skin ulcers induced in mice with doxorubicin recovered normal collagen levels and organization, with no evidence of fibrosis. Thus, appropriate polymer-based matrix therapy is a valid and simple alternative to regenerative medicine.

Abstract
An investigation was made on crystallinity(Xc) and melting temperature(Tm) of the crystalline polymer polyethylene glycol(PEG) by inverse gas chromatography(IGC). The influence of the property of the probe and the coating weight of PEG in stationary phase on the data determined is discussed. And IGC data are compared with those got by differential scanning calorimetric (DSC) experiment. Results showed that IGC is a very useful technique for measuring the melting point and the degree of crystallinity of polymer samples since it does not depend on the assumptions about the properties of 100% crystalline polymer. IGC data indicated that the melting temperature of PEG was 67 degrees C and crystallinity was 89.7%. DSC data indicated the same results. The experimental data was found to be not related with the chemical nature of the probes, but depended on the coating weight of PEG on the supports.
