Abstract
This case report delves into the rare occurrence of sickle cell disease (SCD) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML) coexisting in a 36-year-old patient. The initial presentation, marked by escalating fatigue, pallor, and recurrent episodes initially attributed to sickle cell disease, unveiled an unexpected discovery of AML upon bone marrow examination. The diagnostic hurdles stemming from overlapping clinical features necessitated a thorough approach incorporating hematological, molecular, and imaging studies. Managing both conditions concurrently entailed navigating complexities addressed by a multidisciplinary team, tailoring chemotherapy regimens, and implementing personalized strategies to tackle complications associated with SCD. This case underscores the significance of tailored and comprehensive approaches in diagnosing and managing patients with overlapping hematological disorders. The insights gleaned from this instance contribute to the evolving comprehension of such intricate interplays, guiding future research endeavors and enhancing the care provided to patients simultaneously grappling with SCD and acute myeloid leukemia (AML). This case study investigates the unusual medical history of a 36-year-old male patient who concurrently has acute myeloid leukemia and sickle cell disease. Since childhood, the patient has endured severe anemia, necessitating frequent red blood cell transfusions or exchange blood therapy. Additionally, the patient was prescribed hydroxyurea (HU) for approximately 26 months.

Abstract
The shoulder joint has a complex anatomy and biomechanics. It is a ball and socket joint made by the articulation surface of the humeral head (ball) and glenoidal fossa (socket) of the scapula. Shoulder arthroplasty is done when parts of the shoulder joint are severely affected and damaged beyond repair. The damaged parts are replaced with artificial parts. Prosthetic implants are typically made of metal or plastic material. Implants come in various sizes and shapes. There are three types of surgical arthroplasty: total shoulder arthroplasty, partial shoulder arthroplasty, and reverse arthroplasty. Indications of shoulder arthroplasty may include osteoarthritis, fractures, rotator cuff injuries, osteonecrosis, and rheumatoid arthritis. This case study aims to provide a case of anteroinferior dislocation of the left shoulder with humeral head comminuted fracture confirmed by an investigation like radiograph and CT scan operatively managed by left shoulder hemiarthroplasty. In this case study, a 58-year-old male cannot lift his arm and perform actions of the shoulder joint independently after the operative procedure, thus reducing the functional status and quality of life. After the left shoulder hemiarthroplasty repair post due to inadequate rehabilitation, there was a failure in achieving the ranges and gaining back the strength of the muscles. The patient has a combined plan of action, which consists of pharmacological interventions along with physiotherapy rehabilitation. The physiotherapy protocol consists of goals like using electrical muscle stimulation, activation exercises of muscles, strengthening protocol, stretches, and counselling. By the end of the physiotherapy treatment, the patient showed significant progress in re-establishing the ranges and enhanced muscle strength, which resulted in a positive self-boost along with improved functional independence quotient, thereby increasing quality of life.

Abstract
Objective This study aimed to comprehensively examine the correlation between success trends in platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy and the advancing age of patients undergoing fertility interventions. Methods Female participants were categorized randomly into five age groups undergoing PRP or conventional hormone replacement therapy. Procedures included controlled ovarian stimulation, escalating estrogen dosage, gonadotrophin injections, and embryo transfer post-ovulation trigger. A pivotal PRP intervention was provided to half of the age sub-groups, and endometrial thickness was assessed 24 hours prior to embryo transfer. Statistical analysis employed SPSS 26.0 for Windows Student Version (IBM Inc., Armonk, New York), incorporating descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Tukey's honestly significant difference (HSD) test to explore age-PRP success relationships (p<0.05). Results The study, involving 60 participants, revealed a balanced patient distribution across age groups, with 20-30 age groups contributing 23.33% each. Baseline characteristics showed no significant differences between PRP and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) groups. Post-intervention, PRP demonstrated consistently higher endometrial thickness (p<0.001) and clinical pregnancy rates (63.33%) compared to HRT (40%). These findings suggest a positive association between PRP therapy and improved outcomes, particularly in younger age cohorts. Conclusion The study challenges traditional perspectives on hormonal influences in fertility, highlighting a potential link between PRP therapy and favorable outcomes among younger age groups. Improved endometrial thickness and clinical pregnancy rates in the PRP group emphasize the need for further exploration of PRP's mechanisms and applications in reproductive medicine.

Abstract
Escape rooms in medical education are relatively a novel approach to facilitate critical thinking and decision-making in simulated realistic clinical scenarios among the medical students. The success of escape rooms in the attainment of specified competencies depends on several factors that must be given due consideration for optimizing the overall outcome. Further, there might be multiple ethical concerns that must be given due attention before, during, and after the conduct of such sessions. There is an immense need to integrate ethical considerations while designing and implementing escape rooms in medical schools, as it will aid in the creation of a respectful and encouraging learning atmosphere for the students. In conclusion, escape rooms provide a great learning opportunity for medical students to critically think, engage in teamwork, and learn the art of adaptation depending on the given clinical scenario. However, the successful conduct of such sessions is determined by a wide range of factors, including ethical considerations, and all of them need to be systematically analyzed and measures should be taken to reduce their impact on students.

Abstract
Alzheimer's and Parkinson's are two prevalent neurodegenerative disorders with significant societal and healthcare burdens. The search for effective therapeutic approaches to combat these diseases has led to growing interest in exploring the potential of antidiabetic agents. This comprehensive review aims to provide a detailed overview of the current literature on using antidiabetic agents as therapeutic interventions for Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases. We discuss the underlying pathological mechanisms of these neurodegenerative diseases, including protein misfolding, inflammation, oxidative stress, and mitochondrial dysfunction. We then delve into the potential mechanisms by which antidiabetic agents may exert neuroprotective effects, including regulation of glucose metabolism and insulin signaling, anti-inflammatory effects, modulation of oxidative stress, and improvement of mitochondrial function and bioenergetics. We highlight in vitro, animal, and clinical studies that support the potential benefits of antidiabetic agents in reducing disease pathology and improving clinical outcomes. However, we also acknowledge these agents' limitations, variability in treatment response, and potential side effects. Furthermore, we explore emerging therapeutic targets and novel approaches, such as glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor (GLP-1R) agonists, insulin sensitizer drugs, neuroinflammation-targeted therapies, and precision medicine approaches. Abstract
Prostate cancer treatment can significantly impact erectile function, and penile rehabilitation has been proposed to improve the impacts. However, the effectiveness of penile rehabilitations after treatment of prostate cancer is scarce. The aim of this systematic review was to evaluate the effectiveness of different interventions of penile rehabilitation program after prostate cancer treatment. We conducted a comprehensive search of electronic databases, PubMed and Google Scholar, to identify randomized controlled trials that evaluated interventions for penile rehabilitation after prostate cancer treatment. Studies that met our inclusion criteria were systematically reviewed, and data were synthesized and analyzed. We identified 11 randomized controlled trials that evaluated different interventions for penile rehabilitation after prostate cancer treatment. The interventions included the use of phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors, intracavernous injections, vacuum erection devices, and penile rehabilitation programs. The data suggest that these phosphodiesterase inhibitors, intracavernous injections, vacuum erection devices, and penile rehabilitation programs are promising in improving erectile function after prostate cancer treatment. However, the optimal timing and duration of these interventions remain unclear, and there is a need for further research to determine their long-term effectiveness and safety. Healthcare providers should consider individualized approaches to penile rehabilitation, taking into account patient characteristics and preferences.

Abstract
Necroptosis is a regulated form of cell death that has gained increasing attention in recent years. It plays a significant role in various physiological and pathological processes, including renal health and disease. This review article provides an overview of necroptosis as a regulated cell death pathway and explores its implications in renal physiology and renal diseases. The molecular signaling pathways involved in necroptosis, including the key players such as receptor-interacting protein kinases (RIPKs) and mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein (MLKL), are discussed in detail. The crosstalk between necroptosis and other cell death pathways, particularly apoptosis, is explored to understand the interplay between these processes in renal cells. In normal physiological conditions, necroptosis has been found to play a crucial role in renal development and tissue homeostasis. However, dysregulated necroptosis can contribute to tissue damage, inflammation, and fibrosis in renal diseases. The review highlights the involvement of necroptosis in acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, and renal transplant rejection, elucidating the underlying pathophysiological mechanisms and consequences. The therapeutic targeting of necroptosis in renal diseases is an emerging area of interest. Current and emerging strategies to modulate necroptosis, including the inhibition of key mediators and regulators, are discussed here. Additionally, the potential therapeutic targets and inhibitors of necroptosis, along with preclinical and clinical studies exploring their efficacy, are reviewed.

Various factors contribute to the heightened risk of pregnancy loss in asthmatic women, including the systemic inflammation associated with asthma, suboptimal asthma control, medication usage, and comorbidities. The review highlights the need for multidisciplinary management approaches to optimize asthma control before and during pregnancy, reducing the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes. Furthermore, the review investigates the potential impact of asthma on female fertility and the underlying mechanisms involved. Asthma-related factors, such as chronic inflammation, altered hormonal balance, and medication effects, may disrupt the delicate reproductive processes, leading to infertility. It emphasizes the importance of comprehensive fertility evaluations and personalized treatment strategies for asthmatic women experiencing difficulties conceiving. Additionally, the article explores the utilization of ARTs, including in vitro fertilization (IVF) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), in asthmatic women. Abstract
The global impact of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has been significant, affecting countless individuals worldwide. The existence of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has led to considerable levels of illness and mortality. While considerable attention has been devoted to the immediate handling of COVID-19, there is a growing concern about the long-term effects of this disease. The recent studies have brought to light various complexities associated with COVID-19, encompassing both respiratory and non-respiratory problems such as lung scarring, heart diseases, neurological effects, and psychological consequences. The purpose of this review is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the persistent repercussions of COVID-19. It presents a summary of recent studies that have examined the frequency and severity of these complications, as well as an exploration of the potential mechanisms that contribute to their development. Specifically, it delves into the role of immune dysregulation, prolonged inflammation, and dysfunction of blood vessel linings in the origin of these complications. Moreover, the clinical significance of these long-term consequences is discussed, including their potential impact on healthcare systems and society as a whole. Our review highlights the necessity for continuous monitoring and management of patients diagnosed with COVID-19, along with the importance of conducting follow-up studies over an extended period to determine the most effective strategies for prevention and treatment of these complications.

Abstract
Arnold-Chiari malformations (ACMs) present unique challenges in pregnancy and labor, requiring a comprehensive understanding and multidisciplinary approach to care. This review article provides an overview of ACMs, including their definition, classification, and prevalence. The challenges in diagnosing ACMs during pregnancy, the available imaging modalities, and screening recommendations are discussed. The impact of ACMs on maternal health, fetal development, and the management strategies employed during pregnancy and labor are explored. Emphasis is placed on the importance of a multidisciplinary approach involving neurologists, obstetricians, and other specialists. Medical management options for symptom relief, surgical interventions, and anesthetic considerations during labor and delivery are also addressed. The importance of postpartum care, breastfeeding considerations, and long-term follow-up for women with ACMs who desire future pregnancies are highlighted. Finally, areas for further research and advancements in ACM management are identified. By improving our understanding and management of ACMs in pregnancy and labor, healthcare professionals can optimize care and improve outcomes for mothers and babies affected by this condition.

Abstract
Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) is a life-saving technology that temporarily supports the heart and lungs in critical care situations. This review article examines the role of ECMO as a lifeline for pregnant and postpartum women facing severe maternal and fetal conditions. The review begins with an overview of the physiology and pathophysiology of ECMO, including its procedure and how it supports cardiopulmonary function. Unique considerations specific to pregnant and postpartum women, such as physiological changes during pregnancy, risks and complications associated with ECMO, and the need to balance maternal and fetal considerations, are discussed. The indications for ECMO in this population are explored, including common maternal indications such as cardiogenic shock, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), pulmonary embolism, and eclampsia, as well as fetal indications such as fetal distress, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), and twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS). The challenges and considerations in ECMO for pregnant and postpartum women, including ethical considerations and the decision-making process, are highlighted. The review further explores the multidisciplinary care and collaborative approach required, emphasizing the importance of a specialized ECMO team and collaboration between obstetricians, neonatologists, cardiologists, and other specialists. Abstract
Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a challenging cutaneous manifestation associated with Dubowitz syndrome, a rare genetic disorder characterized by multiple congenital anomalies, developmental delay, and distinctive facial features. This review article aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the association between Dubowitz syndrome and pyoderma gangrenosum, emphasizing the clinical presentation, challenges in diagnosis and management, and potential underlying mechanisms. A comprehensive literature search was conducted to gather relevant studies, and inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied to select appropriate articles. The association between Dubowitz syndrome and pyoderma gangrenosum has been documented in reported cases and studies. Clinical characteristics of Pyoderma gangrenosum in Dubowitz syndrome include painful necrotic ulcers with undermined borders. Diagnosing pyoderma gangrenosum in the context of Dubowitz syndrome can be challenging due to the overlapping clinical features and complexities associated with the syndrome. Managing pyoderma gangrenosum involves a multidisciplinary approach, with general principles of wound care, systemic therapy, and pain management. Specific considerations for treating pyoderma gangrenosum in Dubowitz syndrome include collaboration among specialists and careful monitoring. Future directions for management include further research to understand the underlying mechanisms and develop targeted therapies. Recognizing and addressing pyoderma gangrenosum in Dubowitz syndrome is crucial for optimal patient care. This review enhances awareness among healthcare professionals and provides insights for improving diagnosis, management, and treatment outcomes for individuals with this challenging combination of conditions.

Abstract
This review explores the role of vitamin D in atherosclerosis and its impact on cardiovascular events. Atherosclerosis, a chronic inflammatory disease characterized by plaque accumulation in arterial walls, is a major contributor to cardiovascular events such as heart attacks and strokes. Vitamin D has emerged as a multifunctional hormone with pleiotropic effects, extending beyond its traditional role in calcium and bone metabolism. Through its anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, and antioxidative properties, vitamin D may influence the development and progression of atherosclerosis. The association between vitamin D deficiency and atherosclerosis has been extensively studied. Observational studies consistently report an inverse relationship between vitamin D levels, atherosclerotic risk factors, and markers of subclinical atherosclerosis. Mechanistically, vitamin D exerts anti-inflammatory effects, modulates immune responses, improves endothelial function, and influences lipid metabolism, all of which play critical roles in atherosclerosis development and plaque stability. Furthermore, vitamin D deficiency has been linked to an increased risk of cardiovascular events. Vitamin D influences thrombosis, platelet aggregation, arterial stiffness, blood pressure regulation, and overall vascular health, collectively contributing to cardiovascular event risk. However, the clinical implications of vitamin D for managing atherosclerosis and reducing cardiovascular event risk are still being explored. Randomized controlled trials investigating the cardiovascular benefits of vitamin D supplementation have yielded mixed results, necessitating further research to determine optimal dosages, durations, and patient populations. The review also addresses public health recommendations and future directions. It begins by providing an overview of the prevalence and risk factors associated with PPD, emphasizing the importance of early detection and intervention. The impact of PPD on maternal caregiving behaviors, such as bonding, sensitivity, and responsiveness, is then examined, highlighting the potential disruptions in the mother-infant relationship. Furthermore, the article delves into the potential consequences of impaired maternal care on infant development, including emotional, cognitive, and social domains. Antioxidants play a crucial role in maintaining reproductive health by neutralizing ROS and protecting sperm cells from oxidative damage. This review article explores the impact of oxidative stress on male reproductive function and investigates the potential benefits of antioxidant supplementation in mitigating its detrimental effects. A comprehensive literature search was conducted to gather relevant studies examining the effects of oxidative stress on male fertility and the outcomes of antioxidant supplementation. The findings reveal that antioxidant supplementation can improve sperm quality, DNA integrity, and fertility outcomes in some individuals. However, conflicting research findings and limitations in study design highlight the need for further investigation. Factors such as individual variations, underlying causes of infertility, dosage, and duration of supplementation should be carefully considered. Lifestyle modifications, including a healthy diet and exercise, are crucial in reducing oxidative stress and optimizing male reproductive health. Abstract
Polymorphic ventricular tachycardia (PVT) is a lethal cardiac arrhythmia. It requires medical intervention, including defibrillation, or imminent death may result. A 26-year-old male patient presented to the emergency department with complaints of syncope while working on the farm; later diagnostic testing indicated PVT. As cardiovascular disorders are becoming increasingly prevalent in urban as well as rural areas, it is a need of time to make our facilities well equipped for resuscitation measures by implementing advanced cardiac life support.

Abstract
Background and Aim Recently, it has been revealed that most thyroid disorders occur among females and that the factors contributing to this are infertility and sex hormone imbalance. Other research studies showed both genders are equally affected. Therefore, this study aims to estimate the prevalence rate of thyroid disorder among young adults in the rural areas of Wardha district and correlate the results with demographic variables. Materials and Methods A cross-sectional research design was used in this study. One thousand males and females were involved in the study. The Calbiotech Thyroxine Elisa kit was used to check the prevalence rate of thyroid disorder. Data were analysed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) and released in 2016. Results Among the rural villages of Wardha district, Seloo, Salod (Hirapur) and Kelzar were included in the study. It was found that in Seloo, 154 (49.04%) young adults had normal thyroid function, 105 (33.44%) had hyperthyroidism and 55 (17.52%) participants had hypothyroidism. Salod (Hirapur) showed 210 (47.95%) with normal thyroid function, 149 (34.02%) with hyperthyroidism and 79 (18.04%) with hypothyroidism. In Kelzar, there were 121 (48.79%) with normal thyroid function, 80 (32.26%) with hyperthyroidism and 47 (18.95%) with hypothyroidism. Conclusion Prevalence of thyroid disorder revealed that majority of the thyroid problems were found among females in the rural areas of Wardha district. There are various problems in rural areas, such as lack of medical facilities and laboratory facilities to diagnose thyroid dysfunction early. It is recommended that health check-up camps be conducted in rural areas and health education be given to young adults about thyroid disorders and their prevention measures for promotion of health free from a thyroid disorder.

Abstract
Several complications can occur if syphilis is not treated at an early stage. Several developing countries recently remerged the high cases of syphilis with human immunodeficiency. We reported the case of 26-years-old male infected with syphilis with the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). The patient sole and palm contain lesions. In our patient, HIV was diagnosed 2 years earlier in the prophylactic studies but had not taken any medical management. The penicillin G was taken to the patient to reverse the lesions, and it was successfully treated. The patient also was on antiretroviral therapy for the improvement in immune status. This case highlighted the importance of early management of any inflammatory cutaneous disease with HIV infections that can prevent the severity of the disease condition.

Abstract
Background: Anorexia nervosa (AN) is a debilitating psychiatric disorder associated with many adverse health complications and psychiatric comorbidity. Literature review suggests that existing evidence for AN treatment in adults is weak, and no empirically supported treatment has been reliably established. The primary objective of this study is to gain knowledge about the effectiveness of enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-E) for anorexia nervosa delivered in a public hospital setting. Baseline predictors of treatment outcome and dropout are studied. Furthermore, blood and stool samples for a general biobank to be able to initiate research on possible pathophysiological mechanisms underlying anorexia nervosa.
Methods: This study was based on a Quasi-experimental one-group pre-test and post-test research design. In this study, 60 adolescent girls were included. The sampling technique used in this study was the nonprobability convenience method of sampling. Data was collected by using questionnaires.
Results: In the pre-test, 14(28%) of the adolescent girl had poor knowledge, 68% of them had average, and 4% of them had a good level of knowledge score. The minimum score in pre-test was three, and the maximum score was 11; the mean score for the pre-test was 6.88 ± 2.04with a mean percentage score of 34.40 ±10.23, whereas in post-test, 8(16%) of the adolescent girl had average knowledge, 70% of them had good, and 14% of them had an excellent level of knowledge score.
Conclusion: Thus, it is concluded that the planned teaching on the prevention of anorexia nervosa among adolescent girls effectively improved the knowledge.

Abstract
Introduction: Sepsis is a life-threatening organ failure that occurs in severely ill patients as a result of a primary infectious cause or subsequent infection of injured tissues. The systemic effects of sepsis have been extensively studied, and evidence of local alterations and repercussions in the intestinal mucosal compartment is gradually characterizing sepsis-related changes in the gut. The current study focuses on sepsis-induced intestinal barrier failure, which includes increased epithelial permeability, which may allow bacterial translocation. The small bowel, commonly known as the small intestine, is roughly 1 inch in diameter and 20 to 30 feet long. It has a lot of folds to help it fit inside the abdominal cavity. The small bowel is connected to the stomach on one end and the big intestine on the other.
Patient information: He was 63 years old male admitted to Acharya Vinoba Bhave Rural hospital sawangi meghe Wardha in MICU ward with chief complaints of altering sensorium. Low urine output vomiting, loss of appetite, swelling of the abdomen crampy abdominal pain that comes and goes.
The Main Diagnosis, Therapeutic Intervention and Outcomes: A CT scan revealed a thicker transverse colon wall. His flexible sigmoidoscopy revealed “patchy inflammation and an isolated area of severe deep ulceration with nodularity and edema,” according to the report. The patient was given a preliminary diagnosis of "Inflammatory Bowel Disease—likely Crohn's," and was treated with steroids and Patient was done colonoscopy and course of inj. hydrocortisone, inj. Neomol, inj. levipril.
Conclusion: In the case of acute small-bowel obstruction, helical CT is a highly sensitive approach for diagnosing or ruling out intestinal ischemia. In patients with significant trauma who are being assessed for sepsis of unknown origin, abdominal computed tomographic scans accurately identify intra-abdominal foci of infection. This patient was diagnosed with small bowel intimation and sepsis.

Abstract
Introduction: Pneumonia and respiratory infections impact infants and children with Down syndrome; pneumonia is a leading cause of mortality in adults with Down syndrome.
Case Presentation: A 2 years old child came to AVBRH hospital with a history of fever, cough and cold for 6 days. The patient was admitted to the pediatric ward for management. Suddenly patient started to breathlessness, increase in serum creatinine and acidotic breathing. The patient shifted to the pediatric intensive care unit.
Intervention: The treatment of patients was started immediately after admission. The patient's condition was dull after the examination and patient condition inspection doctors decide to intubate the patient for further management and recovery of the patient.
Conclusion: In this report, we mainly focus on expert medical management and excellent nursing care helped in managing the complicated case very nicely. The patient response was positive to conservative and nursing management. The patient was discharged without postoperative complications and satisfactory with recovery.

Introduction: The arrival of Guillain-Barre Syndrome is sudden. It’s a type of neuropathy caused by the immune system. Nutrition is very crucial. In impoverished countries, it is a disabling disease. Autoantibodies against diverse antigens can be seen in the outlying site. The occurrence links 0.4 to 1.7 million individuals per year.
Case Presentation: A 5-year-old boy was taken to the hospital with chief complaints of Weakness in bilateral upper and lower limbs, trouble in swallowing, inability to hold the neck, mouth-frothing, fever spikes. On physical examination, the patient has experienced weakness in bilateral upper and lower limbs, Bulbar weakness is present, pain experienced in both legs, the gag reflex is absent, In Cardiovascular System, S1 and S2 sound are present, In Respiratory System, Air entry is bilaterally equal, pupils are reflected light, tone, and power of upper and lower limbs are decreased, then treatment was started as soon as possible, he has not improved after receiving treatment, and the patient is on ventilator support, with treatment continuing until the end of my care.
Conclusion: In this study, we primarily focus on professional management, and outstanding nursing care may give the holistic care that Guillain Barre Syndrome requires while also effectively managing the challenging case. The comprehensive health care team collaborates to help the patient achieve their prior level of independence and satisfaction after a full recovery.

Abstract
Introduction: The most common cause of tuberculous meningitis is a hematogenous spread of mycobacteria from the lungs. tuberculous meningitis is a fatal disease. Symptoms typically worsen over time, and there are three clinical stages to the disease (prodromal phase, phase of neurological symptoms and phase of paresis)
Case Presentation: The chief complaint of a one-year-old boy was fever, irritability, vomiting, and Generalized Tonic-Clonic Seizure convulsions. The patient's pupils were found to be unequal on physical examination, prompting a repeat neuroimaging. It was done on MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) with T1 hyperintensity on T2 and restricted diffusion on DWI (diffusion-weighted imaging) he has not improved after taking treatment and the patient is on a ventilator as well, we nasogastric tube also. I was receiving treatment and will continue to do so until the end of my care.
Conclusion: In our environment, tuberculous meningitis that presents late is not uncommon. It arrived late at our medical facility. After a full recovery, the patient's comprehensive health care team collaborates to help him regain his previous level of independence and satisfaction. This report is intended to raise clinician awareness of tuberculous meningitis' unusual clinical presentation. Tuberculous meningitis is treated holistically with a focus on medical and nursing management.

Abstract
Introduction: Wilm's tumor, also known as nephroblastoma, is a common complication in children with renal cancer. It was responsible for 6% of all malignancies. It almost always affects children under the age of five. 90% of cases are diagnosed before the age of three, with the peak incidence occurring between the ages of two and five years. The case of a 2-year-old girl with Wilm's tumor is shown below. The majority of cases are unilateral, but 5% to 10% of the time both kidneys are affected.
Case Presentation: A 2-year-old girl was taken to the hospital with a chief complaint of a lump in the abdomen, fever, vomiting and fatigue, nausea, swelling, pain in the abdomen, weakness. On physical examination the patient has experienced in weakness the upper and lower limb, pain experiencing in the abdomen and presenting lumps in the abdomen S1 and S2 are heard in the cardiological system, and air entry is bilaterally equal in the respiratory system. Pupils are reflected light, tone, and a palpable smooth abdominal mass is frequently discovered by chance. The infant was never admitted to a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). There had been no previous evidence of neonatal sepsis or jaundice. For a year, the girl was breastfed. The right side of the abdomen was where the first symptoms appeared. Small at first, but quickly grew larger and more asymmetrical.

Abstract
Introduction: Mucinous Cystadenoma carcinoma is a type of tumor in the cyst adenocarcinoma grouping it can occur in the breast as well as the ovary. Tumors are normally multiocular with various smooth thin-walled cysts. Within the cyst is found an emergence or cellular debris.
Patient History: The female patient 63-year-old who was admitted to AVBRH on the date 21/05/2021 in the obstetric and gynae ward with a chief complaint of generalized weakness, loss of appetite, fever for 2 days 7 days ago, 2-3 fever spikes and burning micturition. All over investigation observed like blood and urine investigation, CT scan of the abdomen, histopathology then the final diagnosis is confirmed as mucinous Cystadenoma carcinoma.
Pharmacology: The patient was treated with antibacterial medicine, antibiotics, and diabetics, thyroxin stimulating drugs, etc. Management: Inj. Ceftriaxone 1gm 12 hourly, Inj.-piptaz 4.45 gm, 8 hourly, tab. Gimipride 0.5 mg with tab. Metformin 500 mg 12 hourly, tab. Thyrox 62.5 mcg, tab telmisartan 40 mg with tab. Chlorthalidone 12.512.5 mg 12 hourly, Inj.-pan 40 mg, 12 hourly, Inj.- Neomol 100 ml, and Tablet- nitrofurantoin 6 hourly.
Nursing Management: Monitor the vital sign, monitor nutritional status and monitor random blood sugar. Maintained bed rest of patient, managed the pain level of the patient. The patient was assessed for risk of bleeding.
Conclusion: The patient was admitted to the hospital with the chief complaint of generalized weakness, loss of appetite, fever for 2 days 7 days ago, 2-3 fever spikes and burning micturition. and the patient was admitted to AVBR Hospital in the obstetric and gynae ward, immediate treatment was started by a health team member and all possible treatments were given and now the patient's condition is satisfactory.

Abstract
In the late 1960s, India's National Family Planning Programme introduced condoms as one of the family planning methods. Since its inception, the condom has been promoted as a method of family planning through social marketing. With the rising prevalence and incidence of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), such as HIV/AIDS, the condom has been promoted as a dual method of protection against both unintended pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections. Despite different initiatives at various levels, overall condom use among Indian couples remains low. In this paper, we examine the research on condom perception among Indian couples. The report specifically evaluates research and strategies designed to enhance condom usage among couples; predictors of condom use; reasons for not using a condom; and perception versus the experience of condom failure. Non-acceptance by partners, perceived ineffectiveness, reduced comfort, lack of sexual satisfaction, husband's alcohol usage, depression, and anxiety, and not being accessible at the time were among the reported condom-related issues. The importance of the media in promoting condom use was mentioned as a significant strategy to raise awareness and use. Acceptance of male condoms would be aided in a variety of ways.

Abstract
Fungal osteomyelitis is a life-threatening and seldom seen opportunistic infection. It is commonly an affectation of the nose and paranasal sinuses within the orofacial region. It is an aggressive infection that needs to be addressed promptly to prevent fatal consequences. The mode of infection is via the inhalation route and infection begins initially in the nose and paranasal sinuses with subsequent invasion into the vascular tissue, eventually leading to thrombosis and necrosis of nearby hard and soft tissues. Here, we report a case of a 31-year-old male who presented with pain over the upper jaw that was sudden in onset, continuous, dull aching, radiating towards forehead and neck of the left side, aggravates on mastication and relives on its own. He had a history of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. On further investigation, using diagnostic and Interventional aids, a final diagnosis of mucormycotic osteomyelitis of the maxilla was made.

Abstract
Background: The dual-chamber, rate-modulated mode (referred to as DDDR) is the most recent cardiac pacing mode to become available. It restores both rate responsiveness and atrioventricular synchronization in patients with sinus node dysfunction and atrioventricular block. This pacing method combines rate-modulated dual-chamber and single-chamber technology. As a result, it is required to program both a maximum and a minimum. tracking rate and a maximum sensor rate, as in dual-chamber and single-chamber rate-modulated devices, respectively.
Case Presentation: A 55-year-old female was admitted to A.V. B.R. Hospital with a complaint of breathlessness on exertion chest pain last 10 days. The patient has had hypothyroidism seen 2 years. No history of Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus, Patient was conscious and oriented, All the investigation was done. FORTIFY SSURA VVED DDDR pacing (MRI compatible) was connected to lead, P-wave 3:2- 4.0, R- wave 9.2- 11.5mV. Device positioned in right infra-clavicular pocket.
Conclusions: A 55-year-old female patient was admitted to the hospital with the chief complaint of breathlessness on exertion chest pin last 10 days. After all investigation patient was diagnosed with a case of permanent DDDR pacemaker. Now she is going to under a pacemaker procedure and treatment. Now patient prognosis is better than the previous and I advise the patient for the regular 15 days follow-up.

Introduction: The term “Primary infertility” refers to a couple’s inability to conceive a child. Endometriosis: affects mostly women in their 30s and 40s, with roughly 40%of women suffering from endometriosis. This occurs when the uterine lining is discovered outside of the uterus. Endometriosis will make it difficult to conceive. Not everyone aspires to be a parent, but for those who do, the inability to produce a child is a heart-breaking reality. Many of us spend a significant portion of our lives trying to avoid unintended pregnancies, assuming that when we are ready to have a family, it will have happened naturally. We tend to believe that transiting from preventing pregnancy to planning conception and childbirth will be relatively painless and orderly. As a result, the inability to conceive is a major life stressor that can wreak havoc on otherwise happy couples. Case Presentation: She is a case of 48 yr. Primary Infertility nulligravida comes with DM. For 20 Year diagnostic hysteroscopy done. Ultrasonography done. A complete blood investigation is done. She is a history of Hypertension for 1 month and insulin-dependent diabetes for one 1year. Conclusion: This study emphasized the opportunity of strengthening public health and hospital-based health promotion programs (e.g., smoking, obesity STIs, etc.). Furthermore, detecting, avoiding, and controlling modifiable risk factors through increased awareness, screening, and early management of chronic diseases may help to reduce the incidence and severity of chronic diseases.

Abstract
Introduction: Hydrocephalus is the accumulation of fluid in the cavities deep within the brain. The extra fluids cause the ventricles to expand, putting pressure on the brain. The brain and spinal column are bathed in cerebrospinal fluid, which usually flows into the ventricles. Excessive cerebrospinal fluid pressure caused by hydrocephalus, on the other hand, can harm brain tissues and result in a variety of cognitive impairments.
Case Presentation: Here we have selected a case of hydrocephalus. In this case, when the complete history has been taken it found that patient having a history of NICU admission for prematurity and Low Birth Weight for 40 days. During history collection, it found that the child was all right until 4 months of age after which she started to notice that the child's head circumference was increasing at an abnormal rate and has now been brought to AVBRH for further management. After all investigation in MRI brain reveals extensive dilatation of ventricular system including bilateral lateral ventricle and III and IV ventricles associated with wide-open foramen of Luschka and Magendie with thinning of the adjacent cerebral cortex and cerebellar parenchyma. Features suggestive of communicating hydrocephalus. In the EEG record, the background record shows rhythmic synchronous > 13 Hz beta activity in the bilateral hemisphere. Abnormal EEG record. Then, the doctor planned for the Endoscopic Third Ventriculostomy with general anesthesia.
Conclusion: In this study, we mainly focus on expert surgical management and excellent nursing care which leads to fast recovery of the patient. After a conversation with the patient, her response was positive and after nursing management and treatment, she was discharged without any postoperative complications and satisfaction of recovery.

Abstract
Municipal solid waste (MSW) is hazardous to human health and the environment if not properly handled throughout all management processes, beginning with collection, separation, transfer, treatment, disposal, or recycling and reuse. The World Health Organization (WHO) has raised awareness of the dangers of improper solid waste disposal in terms of soil, water, and air pollution, as well as the health consequences for the people living in the surrounding areas. MSW production is predicted to reach 3.40 billion tonnes globally by 2050. Inadequate waste management is one of the causes of the rise of infectious diseases. Most viruses, bacteria, and parasites that cause illness are found in blood, bodily fluids, and bodily secretions, which are components of bio-medical waste. This spreads through several human contacts, each of whom is a possible "receiver" of the illness. The Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and hepatitis viruses are at the forefront of a long list of illnesses and disorders that have been linked to biomedical waste. Other prevalent diseases spread owing to poor waste management include tuberculosis, pneumonia, diarrhea, tetanus, whooping cough, and others.

Abstract
The testicles develop in the abdomen while a male baby is still in the uterus. Before birth, the testicles typically drop from inside the abdomen down into the scrotum. The scrotum is the sack of skin hanging behind the penis where the testicles are housed.
Undescended testicles fail to drop into the scrotum before birth or in the first few months of life. The condition is also called cryptorchidism.
Here we discussed, A 15 Years old male child was brought to Acharya Vinobha Bhave Rural Hospital with a complaint of undescended testis and is brought for surgical management. The history of previous illness as narrated by the father the child was born with an undescended testis on the right side.

Abstract
Introduction: Hirschsprung’s disease is a condition that affects the large intestine and causes problems passing stool. It was first identified by “Ruysch” in 1961 and popularized by Hirschsprung’s in 1886. A missing nerve cell in the baby's colon muscles causes the condition, which is present at birth.
Clinical Findings: Difficulty in passing stool, Abdominal pain, fever, (Temperature 100-degree f) Vomiting, Failure to thrive, poor feeding.
Diagnostic Evaluation: CBC Infestation, Blood test, Hb -10.4 gm%, Total RBC Count -4.37 million /cu mm, RDW-13.3%, HCT-30.5%, Total WBC Cont-4000 /cu mm, Monocytes- 13%, Granulocytes-65%, Lymphocytes-30%, AST (SGOT)-28 U/L.
Therapeutic Intervention: Blood Transfusion, Inj. Aminoven 200 mg BD, Cefotaxime 400 mg BD IV, Inj. Amikacin 130 mg OD, Inj. Metrogyl 90 mg BD, Inj. Pantocid 10 mg OD.
Outcome: After Treatment the child show improvement in his passing stool frequently and relived Vomiting, fever, and increases feeding pattern.
Conclusion: My patient was admitted to pediatric ward no 22 at AVBRH with a known case of Hirschsprung's Disease, and he had complained of difficulty in passing stool, at birth after getting appropriate treatment and surgery his condition was improving.

Abstract
Introduction: "Eat the Rainbow" is an educational approach intended to encourage children to incorporate fruits and vegetables in their daily diet so that they can receive all the foods they need for their health. According to UNICEF, school children are the future generation of tomorrow, the age group from 6 to 12 years is considered the school-age children. They grow steadily but gradually and generally eat four to five times a day, which include snacks. Maintaining their health, development, and growth during this age group is extremely important. These age groups of children face rapid mental and physical development and therefore proper nutrition is very crucial at this point in life. In children, the eating habits developed at birth usually persist into adulthood. Eating habits are influenced by food choices. During this time many dietary habits, likes, and dislikes are established. Parents, friends and especially television media affect their food choices and eating habits.
