Abstract
Based on (10087±44)×10^{6} J/ψ events collected with the BESIII detector, a partial wave analysis of the decay J/ψ→γK_{S}^{0}K_{S}^{0}η^{'} is performed. The mass and width of the X(2370) are measured to be 2395±11(stat)_{-94}^{+26}(syst) MeV/c^{2} and 188_{-17}^{+18}(stat)_{-33}^{+124}(syst) MeV, respectively. The corresponding product branching fraction is B[J/ψ→γX(2370)]×B[X(2370)→f_{0}(980)η^{'}]×B[f_{0}(980)→K_{S}^{0}K_{S}^{0}]=(1.31±0.22(stat)_{-0.84}^{+2.85}(syst))×10^{-5}. The statistical significance of the X(2370) is greater than 11.7σ and the spin parity is determined to be 0^{-+} for the first time. The measured mass and spin parity of the X(2370) are consistent with the predictions of the lightest pseudoscalar glueball.

Abstract
We perform for the first time an amplitude analysis of the decay D^{+}→K_{S}^{0}π^{+}η and report the observation of the decay D^{+}→K_{S}^{0}a_{0}(980)^{+} using 2.93 fb^{-1} of e^{+}e^{-} collision data taken at a center-of-mass energy of 3.773 GeV with the BESIII detector. As the only W-annihilation-free decay among D to a_{0}(980) pseudoscalar, D^{+}→K_{S}^{0}a_{0}(980)^{+} is the ideal decay in extracting the contributions of the W-emission amplitudes involving a_{0}(980) and to study the final-state interactions. The absolute branching fraction of D^{+}→K_{S}^{0}π^{+}η is measured to be (1.27±0.04_{stat}±0.03_{syst})%. The branching fractions of intermediate processes D^{+}→K_{S}^{0}a_{0}(980)^{+} with a_{0}(980)^{+}→π^{+}η and D^{+}→π^{+}K[over ¯]_{0}^{*}(1430)^{0} with K[over ¯]_{0}^{*}(1430)^{0}→K_{S}^{0}η are measured to be (1.33±0.05_{stat}±0.04_{syst})% and (0.14±0.03_{stat}±0.01_{syst})%, respectively.

Abstract
Objective: This study investigates the effect of signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), frequency, and bandwidth on horizontal sound localization accuracy in normal-hearing young adults. Methods: From August 2022 to December 2022, a total of 20 normal-hearing young adults, including 7 males and 13 females, with an age range of 20 to 35 years and a mean age of 25.4 years, were selected to participate in horizontal azimuth recognition tests under both quiet and noisy conditions. Six narrowband filtered noise stimuli were used with central frequencies (CF) of 250, 2 000, and 4 000 Hz and bandwidths of 1/6 and 1 octave. Continuous broadband white noise was used as the background masker, and the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) was 0, -3, and -12 dB. The root-mean-square error (RMS error) was used to measure sound localization accuracy, with smaller values indicating higher accuracy. Friedman test was used to compare the effects of SNR and CF on sound localization accuracy, and Wilcoxon signed-rank test was used to compare the impact of the two bandwidths on sound localization accuracy in noise. Results: In a quiet environment, the RMS error in horizontal azimuth in normal-hearing young adults ranged from 4.3 to 8.1 degrees. Sound localization accuracy decreased with decreasing SNR: at 0 dB SNR (range: 5.3-12.9 degrees), the difference from the quiet condition was not significant (P>0.05); however, at -3 dB (range: 7.3-16.8 degrees) and -12 dB SNR (range: 9.4-41.2 degrees), sound localization accuracy significantly decreased compared to the quiet condition (all P<0.01). Under noisy conditions, there were differences in sound localization accuracy among stimuli with different frequencies and bandwidths, with higher frequencies performing the worst, followed by middle frequencies, and lower frequencies performing the best, with significant differences (all P<0.01). Sound localization accuracy for 1/6 octave stimuli was more susceptible to noise interference than 1 octave stimuli (all P<0.01). Conclusions: The ability of normal-hearing young adults to localize sound in the horizontal plane in the presence of noise is influenced by SNR, CF, and bandwidth. Noise with SNRs of ≥-3 dB can lead to decreased accuracy in narrowband sound localization. Higher CF signals and narrower bandwidths are more susceptible to noise interference.

Abstract
Lenvatinib mesylate is an oral receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor against targets of vascular endothelial growth factor receptors 1-3, fibroblast growth factor receptors 1-4, platelet-derived growth factor receptor α, stem cell growth factor receptor, and rearranged during transfection, et al. Lenvatinib has been approved by the National Medical Products Administration of China on September 4, 2018, for the first-line treatment of patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma who have not received systematic treatment before. Up to February 2023, Lenvatinib has been listed in China for more than 4 years, accumulating a series of post-marketing clinical research evidences. Based on the clinical practice before and after the launch of lenvatinib and referring to the clinical experience of other anti-angiogenesis inhibitors, domestic multidisciplinary experts and scholars adopt the Delphi method to formulate the Chinese Expert Guidance on Overall Application of Lenvatinib in Hepatocellular Carcinoma after repeated discussions and revisions, in order to provide reference for reasonable and effective clinical application of lenvatinib for clinicians.

Abstract
Reactor neutrino experiments play a crucial role in advancing our knowledge of neutrinos. In this Letter, the evolution of the flux and spectrum as a function of the reactor isotopic content is reported in terms of the inverse-beta-decay yield at Daya Bay with 1958 days of data and improved systematic uncertainties. These measurements are compared with two signature model predictions: the Huber-Mueller model based on the conversion method and the SM2018 model based on the summation method. The measured average flux and spectrum, as well as the flux evolution with the ^{239}Pu isotopic fraction, are inconsistent with the predictions of the Huber-Mueller model. In contrast, the SM2018 model is shown to agree with the average flux and its evolution but fails to describe the energy spectrum. Altering the predicted inverse-beta-decay spectrum from ^{239}Pu fission does not improve the agreement with the measurement for either model. The models can be brought into better agreement with the measurements if either the predicted spectrum due to ^{235}U fission is changed or the predicted ^{235}U, ^{238}U, ^{239}Pu, and ^{241}Pu spectra are changed in equal measure.

Abstract
Phytophthora crown rot (PhCR) caused by Phytophthora cactorum is one of the most damaging diseases of strawberry worldwide. Mefenoxam is one of the major fungicides currently used to manage PhCR. However, the emergence and spread of resistant isolates have made controlling the pathogen in the field problematic. In the present study, using whole genome sequencing analysis, mutations associated with mefenoxam-resistant isolates were identified in six different genomic regions of P. cactorum. The 95.54% reads from a sensitive isolate pool and 95.65% from a resistant isolate pool were mapped to the reference genome of P. cactorum P414. Four point mutations were in coding regions while the other two were in noncoding regions. The genes harboring mutations were functionally unknown. All mutations present in resistant isolates were confirmed by sanger sequencing of PCR products. For the rapid diagnostic assay, SNP-based high-resolution melting (HRM) markers were developed to differentiate mefenoxam-resistant P. cactorum from sensitive isolates. The HRM markers R3-1F/R3-1R and R2-1F/R2-1R were suitable to differentiate both sensitive and resistant profiles using clean and crude DNA extraction. None of the mutations associated with mefenoxam resistance found in this study were in the RNA polymerase subunit genes, the hypothesized target of this compound in oomycetes. Our findings may contribute to a better understanding of the mechanisms of resistance of mefenoxam in oomycetes since serves as a foundation to validate the candidate genes as well as contribute to the monitoring of P. cactorum populations for the sustainable use of this product.

Abstract
We present a new determination of the smallest neutrino mixing angle θ_{13} and the mass-squared difference Δm_{32}^{2} using a final sample of 5.55×10^{6} inverse beta-decay (IBD) candidates with the final-state neutron captured on gadolinium. This sample is selected from the complete dataset obtained by the Daya Bay reactor neutrino experiment in 3158 days of operation. Compared to the previous Daya Bay results, selection of IBD candidates has been optimized, energy calibration refined, and treatment of backgrounds further improved. The resulting oscillation parameters are sin^{2}2θ_{13}=0.0851±0.0024, Δm_{32}^{2}=(2.466±0.060)×10^{-3} eV^{2} for the normal mass ordering or Δm_{32}^{2}=-(2.571±0.060)×10^{-3} eV^{2} for the inverted mass ordering.

Abstract
Blackberry (Rubus L. subgenus Rubus Watson) is a deciduous berry crop that is the fourth most economically important berry crop, and its production is expanding in the southeastern United States. However, since most commercially available cultivars were bred under temperate conditions, they are not always well adapted and could be threatened by new pathogen populations inhabiting subtropical areas. In 2017, plants showing purple or brown leaf spots and angular-to-irregular lesions on both leaf surfaces, with clusters of black conidiophores at the center, were observed in a field trial at the University of Florida's Gulf Coast Research and Education Center (UF/GCREC) in Wimauma, FL. A fungus resembling Cercospora/Pseudocercospora was isolated from the lesions. The ribosomal DNA internal transcribed spacers, the translation elongation factor 1-alpha, and the actin genes were amplified and sequenced. Based on the phylogenetic analysis, the closest related species was Pseudocercospora pancratii. Pathogenicity assays and subsequent reisolation confirmed that this species is the causal agent of the disease. Among eight cultivars screened, no complete resistance was found. However, 'Osage' was the least susceptible, and 'Kiowa' was the most susceptible. This study is the first report of P. pancratii causing leaf spots on blackberry worldwide, and it may help shape future research into disease epidemiology and management for a crop that is rapidly expanding but has very limited disease information currently available for Florida growers.

Abstract
This Letter reports the first measurement of high-energy reactor antineutrinos at Daya Bay, with nearly 9000 inverse beta decay candidates in the prompt energy region of 8-12 MeV observed over 1958 days of data collection. A multivariate analysis is used to separate 2500 signal events from background statistically. The hypothesis of no reactor antineutrinos with neutrino energy above 10 MeV is rejected with a significance of 6.2 standard deviations. A 29% antineutrino flux deficit in the prompt energy region of 8-11 MeV is observed compared to a recent model prediction. We provide the unfolded antineutrino spectrum above 7 MeV as a data-based reference for other experiments. This result provides the first direct observation of the production of antineutrinos from several high-Q_{β} isotopes in commercial reactors.

Abstract
Colletotrichum gloeosporioides is the causal agent of Colletotrichum crown rot of strawberry in the southern United States. Recent multigene studies defined C. gloeosporioides as a complex species comprised of 37 species. In our study, we phylogenetically characterized C. gloeosporioides isolates from strawberry and other noncultivated plants around strawberry fields. One hundred fifteen strawberry isolates and 38 isolates from noncultivated hosts were sequenced for five genomic regions: internal transcribed spacer, actin, calmodulin, chitin synthase, and glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase. Phylogenetic analysis using the maximum likelihood and Bayesian inference methods, based on partition-specific models, revealed that most of the isolates in Florida (86%) were closely related to C. siamense, whereas 14 isolates were closely related to C. theobromicola (syn. C. fragariae), four isolates were C. fructicola, and three isolates were C. clidemiae. However, only the first three species were pathogenic to strawberry. Morphological characteristics evaluated show that mycelial growth of all species is approximately 5 mm/day, but colony morphology varies by species and incubation conditions. In vitro mating of the isolates demonstrated that C. fructicola is homothallic whereas C. siamense and C. theobromicola isolates are heterothallic. The biological importance of these different Colletotrichum species is currently being investigated to determine whether different management strategies are needed in strawberry production fields.

Abstract
A joint determination of the reactor antineutrino spectra resulting from the fission of ^{235}U and ^{239}Pu has been carried out by the Daya Bay and PROSPECT Collaborations. This Letter reports the level of consistency of ^{235}U spectrum measurements from the two experiments and presents new results from a joint analysis of both data sets. The measurements are found to be consistent. The combined analysis reduces the degeneracy between the dominant ^{235}U and ^{239}Pu isotopes and improves the uncertainty of the ^{235}U spectral shape to about 3%. The ^{235}U and ^{239}Pu antineutrino energy spectra are unfolded from the jointly deconvolved reactor spectra using the Wiener-SVD unfolding method, providing a data-based reference for other reactor antineutrino experiments and other applications. This is the first measurement of the ^{235}U and ^{239}Pu spectra based on the combination of experiments at low- and highly enriched uranium reactors.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the clinical features of patients with odontogenic sinusitis (OS) treated by endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS). Methods: A retrospective investigation was carried out in our 27 (16 males and 11 females) cases with OS aged (49.74±14.42) years old. Subjects were hospitalized between January 2018 and November 2020 from Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Beijing Chaoyang Hospital. The medical history, symptoms, result of nasal endoscopy and paranasal sinus computed tomography (CT) were analyzed statistically by SPSS 19.0. Results: OS mainly occured on unilateral sinuses, with a duration of (8.56±11.79) months. Seventy point four percent (19/27) of the patients had a course within six-month, only 11% was over 12 months (3/27). Symptoms mostly showed as nasal obstruction (88.9%; 24/27), runny nose (81.5%; 22/27), nasal stinks (16/19) and postnasal drip (10/10). Sixty-three percent (17/27) of the OS patients had a dental history. Nasal endoscopic examination revealed a swelling of the ostiomeatal complex (77.8%; 21/27), medial wall interhal displacement of maxillary sinus (55.6%; 15/27), white emulsion-like purulent secretion in the middle meatus (70.4%; 19/27) and nasal polyps (59.3%; 16/27). Etiology of OS included implant-related problems (14.8%; 4/27) and periodontal disease (85.2%; 23/27). Conclusions: OS is usually unilateral sinusitis with a short history. Its clinical features show nasal stinks, white emulsion-like purulent secretion in the middle meatus and imaging findings of unilateral maxillary sinusitis with tooth-related lesions.

Abstract
Rapid and accurate disease diagnosis is a prerequisite for an effective disease management program in strawberry production. In Florida, Colletotrichum spp., Phytophthora spp., and Macrophomina phaseolina are the primary microorganisms causing strawberry crown rot. Even though the diseases can be caused by different pathogens, symptoms are indistinguishable and equally devastating. To inform strawberry growers in a timely fashion of diagnostic results for effective deployment of chemical control practices, we developed a multiplex high-resolution melting (HRM) assay to rapidly and accurately detect the abovementioned pathogens. The multiplex HRM assays using three predesigned primer pairs showed high specificity for individual species by generating specific melting peaks without cross-reaction between primers or with other common strawberry pathogens. The amplification limit of the assay was 1 pg of Colletotrichum and Phytophthora and 100 pg of M. phaseolina DNA per 10-μl reaction. However, the presence of different melting peaks was observed in mixed DNA samples and was concentration and target DNA dependent. A crude DNA extraction protocol was developed to allow high-throughput screening by minimizing the inhibitory effects. Moreover, we applied the HRM assay to 522 plant samples and found high correlations between conventional pathogen isolation and HRM and between singleplex and multiplex assays. Altogether, this multiplex HRM assay is specific, cost effective, and reliable for the timely detection of strawberry crown rot pathogens.

Abstract
Hemp is an annual herbaceous plant that is used for its fiber and oil in a variety of commercial and industrial products. In Florida, it is currently being explored as a new specialty crop. During a field trial from October to January 2019 in Wimauma, FL, a stem canker was observed on up to 60% of three-month-old plants of 'Eletta Campana', 'Carmagnola Selezionata', and 'Tygra'. Symptoms started on the main stems with light-to-dark brown lesions of different sizes and shapes. Over time, the lesions coalesced into large necrotic areas and bore pycnidia. Isolations were made from diseased stem tissues on General Isolation medium (Amiri et al. 2018) after surface disinfestation (Marin et al. 2020). The plates were placed in a growth chamber at 25°C under a 12/12 photoperiod. A fungus with white, floccose, aerial mycelium and pycnidia producing alpha and beta conidia was consistently isolated. Three single spore isolates were chosen for identification and pathogenicity tests. Pycnidia on PDA were globose to irregular and ranged from 170 to 250 μm long (210 ± 2.5, n = 50) and 140 to 220 μm wide (180 ± 2.7, n = 50). The alpha conidia were unicellular, hyaline, ellipsoidal to fusiform and ranged from 5.3 to 7.7 μm long (6.5 ± 1.6, n = 50) and 1.5 to 4.6 μm wide (2.8 ± 1.8, n = 50). The beta conidia were hyaline, elongated, filiform, straight or curved and ranged from 10.2 to 17.7 μm long (16.1 ± 2.2, n = 50) and 0.5 to 1.8 μm wide (0.8 ± 0.2, n = 50). Perithecia were not observed. Based on morphological features, the fungus was similar to anamorphs of Diaporthe spp. (Santos et al. 2011; Udayanga et al. 2015). DNA from the same three isolates was extracted using the FastDNA kit, and the ribosomal internal transcribed spacer (ITS), β-tubulin (TUB), and calmodulin (CAL) regions were amplified following Udayanga et al. (2014), and Sanger sequenced by Genewiz. Sequences were deposited in GenBank (accession no. MT497039 to MT497047 for ITS, TUB, and CAL). BLASTn searches revealed isolates 20-58, 20-59, and 20-60 were 96.34% identical to the epitype isolate D. phaseolorum AR4203 for ITS (KJ590738.1, 527 bp out of 547 bp), 100% for TUB (KJ610893.1, 459 bp out of 459 bp), and 100% for CAL (KJ612135.1, 522 bp out of 522 bp) (Udayanga et al. 2015). Their identity was confirmed by phylogenetic analyses using maximum likelihood and Bayesian inference methods. To complete Koch's postulates, pycnidia of the same three isolates were harvested and crushed in 2 mL Eppendorf tubes containing 0.01% Tween 20. Conidia suspensions were adjusted to 106 spores/mL. Three 5-week-old potted plants of 'Eletta Campana' and 'Carmagnola Selezionata' per isolate were inoculated using a 1 mL syringe with a needle by injecting 200 µL of the suspension into the stem. Plants were placed inside clear plastic bags for 48 h and maintained in the greenhouse. Control plants were injected with sterile deionized water and kept under the same conditions. The pathogenicity test was repeated once. Four weeks after inoculation, inoculated plants developed stem cankers from which the same pathogen was isolated, whereas controls remained healthy. To our knowledge, this is the first report of D. phaseolorum causing stem canker on hemp. This pathogen has been reported causing canker on sunflower and Phaseolus spp. (Gomzhina and Gannibal 2018; Udayanga et al. 2015; Vrandecic et al. 2009). This discovery may help shape future research into disease epidemiology and management for a crop in which very limited disease information is available at the moment.

Abstract
Pestalotiopsis-like species have been reported affecting strawberry worldwide. Recently, severe and unprecedented outbreaks have been reported in Florida commercial fields where leaf, fruit, petiole, crown, and root symptoms were observed, and yield was severely affected. The taxonomic status of the fungus is confusing because it has gone through multiple reclassifications over the years. Morphological characteristics, phylogenetic analyses, and pathogenicity tests were evaluated for strawberry isolates recovered from diseased plants in Florida. Phylogenetic analyses derived from the combined internal transcribed spacer, β-tub, and tef1 regions demonstrated that although there was low genetic diversity among the strawberry isolates, there was a clear separation of the isolates in two groups. The first group included isolates recovered over a period of several years, which was identified as Neopestalotiopsis rosae. Most isolates recovered during the recent outbreaks were genetically different and may belong to a new species. On potato dextrose agar, both groups produced white, circular, and cottony colonies. From the bottom, colonies were white to pale yellow for Neopestalotiopsis sp. and pale luteous to orange for N. rosae. Spores for both groups were five-celled with three median versicolored cells. Mycelial growth and spore production were higher for the new Neopestalotiopsis sp. isolates. Isolates from both groups were pathogenic to strawberry roots and crowns. However, the new Neopestalotiopsis sp. proved more aggressive in fruit and leaf inoculation tests, confirming observations from the recent outbreaks in commercial strawberry fields in Florida.

Abstract
The CaMK pathway has been proven to play an important role in regulating cognitive function and emotional response. Acupuncture through the CaMK pathway improves depression-like behavior and the molecular mechanism related to its antidepressant remains to be explored. In this study, we aimed to determine whether the ability of acupuncture at Baihui (GV20) and Shenting (GV24) points to treat depression is related to the regulation of key proteins in the CaMK pathway. A rat model of depression was induced by chronic unpredicted mild stress (CUMS). Model rats in the electroacupuncture group were subjected to acupuncture at the Baihui (GV20) and Shenting (GV24) acupoints once a day for 20 min. Model rats in the fluoxetine group were gavaged with fluoxetine (1.8 mg/kg). Immunohistochemistry and Western blotting assays were used to evaluate immunoreactivity for and the protein expression levels of CaMKII, CaMKIV, and CaM. The results showed that electroacupuncture had a significant effect in rats with depression. Electroacupuncture and fluoxetine regulated the expression of key proteins in the CaMK signaling pathway, which is related to depression, in the hippocampi of rats. This indicates that acupuncture at Baihui (GV20) and Shenting (GV24) may alleviate depressive symptoms and reduce work- and life-related burdens and stress by regulating the CaMK signaling pathway.

Abstract
Searches for electron antineutrino, muon neutrino, and muon antineutrino disappearance driven by sterile neutrino mixing have been carried out by the Daya Bay and MINOS+ collaborations. This Letter presents the combined results of these searches, along with exclusion results from the Bugey-3 reactor experiment, framed in a minimally extended four-neutrino scenario. Significantly improved constraints on the θ_{μe} mixing angle are derived that constitute the most constraining limits to date over five orders of magnitude in the mass-squared splitting Δm_{41}^{2}, excluding the 90% C.L. sterile-neutrino parameter space allowed by the LSND and MiniBooNE observations at 90% CL_{s} for Δm_{41}^{2}<13 eV^{2}. Furthermore, the LSND and MiniBooNE 99% C.L. allowed regions are excluded at 99% CL_{s} for Δm_{41}^{2}<1.6 eV^{2}.

Abstract
Strawberry (Fragaria x ananassa) is an important crop in the U.S., and Florida is the second major producer in the country. In January 2020, an unknown fruit rot was observed in two strawberry fields in Dover (seedling selection) and Plant City (cultivar Florida127), Florida. Disease incidence varied from less than 1% in one field to up to 15% in the second field during some harvests where over-ripe fruit were present. Affected fruit had a water-soaked soft rot with a sour smell, and sometimes with white mycelium on the fruit surface. Direct isolation was performed from symptomatic fruit from each area by touching the surface of a lesion with a sterile needle and streaking the fungus over general isolation medium (Amiri et al. 2018). The fungus was incubated at 25°C and 12-h photoperiod for five days. Four single-spore isolates (20-46 and 20-47 from Plant City; 20-49 and 20-50 from Dover) obtained from different colonies were grown on potato dextrose agar (PDA). Colonies were white to cream, flat, with a powdery surface, and had a characteristic sour odor. Hyphae were hyaline, septate, growing in a dichotomous pattern and often disarticulating into arthroconidia, which were unicellular, spherical to cylindrical, measuring 4.8 to 9.5 × 3.5 to 5.6 µm (n = 50). Based on the morphological characteristics, the fungus was identified as Geotrichum candidum (De Hoog et al. 1986). To confirm the identity of the isolates, the ribosomal internal transcribed spacer (ITS-rDNA) and the translation elongation factor 1-alpha (TEF1-α) gene regions were amplified and sequenced using the primers ITS1/ITS4 (White et al. 1990), and EF1-728F/EF1-1567R (Carbone and Kohn 1999), respectively. Consensus sequences were deposited in the GenBank (accession numbers MT353975 to MT353978 for ITS-rDNA, and MT346367 to MT346370 for TEF1-α). The BLASTn analysis revealed 99% identity with reference sequences of G. candidum for ITS-rDNA (KU373122) and TEF1-α (MK397513). Phylogenetic analysis, including ITS sequences of G. candidum and other spp., obtained from GenBank, was performed using maximum likelihood and Bayesian inference methods, implemented in MEGA-X and MrBayes, respectively. The isolates were grouped within the G. candidum clade. The pathogenicity of the fungus (isolate 20-46) was evaluated in ripe and green strawberry fruit (cultivar Florida127). Non-wounded and superficially wounded (with a sterilized needle) fruit were inoculated with 20 µl of a spore suspension (1 × 107 spore/ml), prepared by washing the surface of a 5-day-old colony on PDA, with sterile deionized water (SDW) plus 0.01% (v/v) Tween 20. Wounded and non-wounded control fruit were treated with SDW. Fruit were maintained in moist containers at 25°C. Each treatment consisted of 12 fruit (three replicates, each containing four fruit) and was evaluated daily for 10 days. Symptoms of sour rot were visible as soon as 48 hr after inoculation, but only on ripe (100% incidence) and green (58% incidence) wounded fruit. Symptoms progressed to an intense water-soaking with the presence of a typical white mycelium on the surface. Control fruit remained symptomless. The fungus was successfully recovered from symptomatic fruit, fulfilling Koch's postulates. Although strawberry fruit rots caused by G. candidum have already been reported in Pakistan and China (Hussain et al. 2016; Ma et al. 2018), this is the first report of this species causing sour rot on strawberry in the U.S. The disease may be a minor problem on damaged or over-ripe fruit, but further studies might be needed to determine its importance, distribution, and potential strategies for control.

Abstract
This Letter reports the first extraction of individual antineutrino spectra from ^{235}U and ^{239}Pu fission and an improved measurement of the prompt energy spectrum of reactor antineutrinos at Daya Bay. The analysis uses 3.5×10^{6} inverse beta-decay candidates in four near antineutrino detectors in 1958 days. The individual antineutrino spectra of the two dominant isotopes, ^{235}U and ^{239}Pu, are extracted using the evolution of the prompt spectrum as a function of the isotope fission fractions. In the energy window of 4-6 MeV, a 7% (9%) excess of events is observed for the ^{235}U (^{239}Pu) spectrum compared with the normalized Huber-Mueller model prediction. The significance of discrepancy is 4.0σ for ^{235}U spectral shape compared with the Huber-Mueller model prediction. The shape of the measured inverse beta-decay prompt energy spectrum disagrees with the prediction of the Huber-Mueller model at 5.3σ. In the energy range of 4-6 MeV, a maximal local discrepancy of 6.3σ is observed.

Abstract
Strawberry anthracnose fruit rot and root necrosis, caused by Colletotrichum acutatum, are primary limiting factors in fruit production fields in the United States. Recent research focusing on the phenotypic and genetic characteristics of this species has shed light on the diversity of the C. acutatum species complex. In this study, we performed multilocus sequence analysis of four genetic loci to characterize 217 C. acutatum isolates collected over a 23-year period from symptomatic plant tissues of strawberry from six different states. The results revealed two Colletotrichum spp. (C. nymphaeae and C. fioriniae), with 97.7% of the isolate collection (212 of 217) belonging to C. nymphaeae as a dominant clonal linage, regardless of the isolation source. No correlation between species groups and geographical origins of the isolates was observed. Further sequence comparison between historical and contemporary isolates showed the same populations being widely distributed throughout the strawberry nurseries and production fields in the United States and Canada. Subsequently, a subset of 12 isolates representing different quinone-outside inhibitor fungicide resistance profiles from root or fruit tissue of strawberry was selected for comparison of pathogenicity on strawberry. In this test, isolates of different resistance groups or different isolation sources exhibited a similar degree of aggressiveness and caused indistinguishable symptoms on strawberry crowns (P = 0.9555 and 0.7873, respectively) and fruit (P = 0.1638 and 0.1141, respectively), although a significant difference among individual isolates was observed in detached-fruit assays (P = 0.0123). Separate pathogenicity tests using isolates of the two species revealed C. nymphaeae being more aggressive than C. fioriniae in infecting strawberry roots and crowns (P = 0.0073). Therefore, given the occurrence and pathogenicity of C. nymphaeae, this species is likely the sole cause responsible for strawberry anthracnose in the United States.

Abstract
Citrus black spot, caused by Phyllosticta citricarpa, has been identified in Florida since 2010 and can reduce fruit yield and marketability. The conditions required for conidial germination have been poorly understood for P. citricarpa, limiting further biological studies. In this study, the effects of citrus juices, concentration, pH, various carbon and nitrogen sources, and environmental conditions were evaluated in vitro. All tested juices, especially 'Valencia' (>85%, P < 0.05), favored germination and appressorium formation, whereas sterile water rarely stimulated germination (<1%). The 'Valencia' juice effect was concentration and pH dependent, and the maximum rate was reached in 1.5% juice with pH of 3.4. Most carbon, nitrogen, or complex sources did not favor germination or appressorium formation, with the exception of potato dextrose broth. An incubation period of 18 to 24 h at 24°C was required for peak germination and appressorium formation. The further analysis of critical juice components using synthetic citrus juice revealed that sugars, salts, citric acid, and thiamine were most important for germination and appressorium formation (>80%, P > 0.05). These results provide a better understanding of fungal biology of P. citricarpa and a robust and convenient system for further applications such as screening for efficacious fungicides.

Abstract
A score model based on clinical characteristics in advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients treated with systemic chemotherapy of oxaliplatin-containing regimens was established to evaluate progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS). Thirty HCC patients eligible for radical resection were involved in the retrospective study, and these were divided into the good response group (complete response (CR)/partial response (PR) and the poor response group (stable disease (SD)/progression disease (PD). The median PFS and OS were compared in the two groups. PFS and OS combined with clinical characteristics were evaluated by univariate and multivariate analyses. The score model was defined with 1 score for each characteristic, and score model cut-off values were determined by the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) which describes treatment response. The median PFS was 10 and 2 months (p<0.001), and the median OS was 13 and 4 months (p=0.011) for the CR/PR and SD/PD groups, respectively. The score of 1 was the optimal cutoff value, with sensitivity ranging from 52.6 to 63.2% and specificity from 81.8 to 100% (AUC= 0.773, p=0.014). The median PFS for good and poor response groups was 9 months and 1month (p<0.001) and the median OS was 22 and 3months at p<0.001, respectively. Patients with scores above 1 had poor response, with median 3 months OS and 1 month PFS, and patients with scores of 0 and 1 established good response, with median 22 months OS and 9 months PFS, respectively.

Abstract
We report a measurement of electron antineutrino oscillation from the Daya Bay Reactor Neutrino Experiment with nearly 4 million reactor ν[over ¯]_{e} inverse β decay candidates observed over 1958 days of data collection. The installation of a flash analog-to-digital converter readout system and a special calibration campaign using different source enclosures reduce uncertainties in the absolute energy calibration to less than 0.5% for visible energies larger than 2 MeV. The uncertainty in the cosmogenic ^{9}Li and ^{8}He background is reduced from 45% to 30% in the near detectors. A detailed investigation of the spent nuclear fuel history improves its uncertainty from 100% to 30%. Analysis of the relative ν[over ¯]_{e} rates and energy spectra among detectors yields sin^{2}2θ_{13}=0.0856±0.0029 and Δm_{32}^{2}=(2.471_{-0.070}^{+0.068})×10^{-3} eV^{2} assuming the normal hierarchy, and Δm_{32}^{2}=-(2.575_{-0.070}^{+0.068})×10^{-3} eV^{2} assuming the inverted hierarchy.

Abstract
Quinone-outside inhibitor (QoI) fungicides are used to manage anthracnose of strawberry, caused by Colletotrichum acutatum. However, selection for resistance to QoI fungicides was first reported in 2013 in Florida and, subsequently, in strawberry nurseries and production areas across the United States and Canada. C. acutatum resistance to QoIs is associated with the G143A point mutation in the cytochrome b gene. This mutation is known to be associated with field resistance even at high rates of QoI. In this study, we investigated the relative fitness and competitive ability of QoI-resistant and -sensitive C. acutatum isolates. A fitness comparison did not indicate any difference between resistant and sensitive isolates in aggressiveness, spore production, and mycelial growth at different temperatures. Additionally, in the absence of selection pressure, resistant and sensitive isolates were equally competitive. Cultivation of QoI-resistant and QoI-sensitive isolates for four culture cycles in vitro in the absence of azoxystrobin showed that QoI resistance was stable. The observed lack of fitness penalties and stability of the G143A mutation in QoI-resistant C. acutatum populations suggest that the interruption and further reintroduction of QoI fungicides might not be an option for strawberry nurseries and fruit production areas. Further investigation of alternative chemical and nonchemical C. acutatum control practices, in addition to the integration of multisite fungicides, is needed to reduce the occurrence and distribution of QoI-resistant populations in strawberry fields.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate an effect on speech recognition after bilateral cochlear implants(CI) simultaneously. Methods: Nine subjects who underwent bilateral CI operation simultaneously in Peking Union Hospital in 2007 were assigned as bilateral group, another 9 subjects with unilateral CI were chosen as unilateral group according to the age, gender, duration of deafness. Hearing threshold, speech recognition of phrases, disyllabic words, single word in quiet and noise environment were calculated, respectively. Three different sound source positions were set up to simulate the three effects of binaural hearing (head shadow, binaural redundancy and binaural squelch) in noise environment. The speech signal intensity was 70 dBSPL, the signal to noise ratio (SNR) was 0 dB, + 4 dB, + 8 dB, and the speech recognition of phrases were examined in bilateral CI group. All the data was analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software. Results: In quiet environment, the average aid-hearing threshold was significantly reduced as (7.2±3.0)dB in bilateral CI group compared to unilateral CI group(P<0.05). However, the speech recognition of phrases, disyllabic words, and single word in quiet and noise environment did not show significant differences between bilateral CI and unilateral CI groups (P>0.05). In the testing under noise environment, the speech recognition of bilateral CI group was significantly higher than that of unilateral CI group (P<0.05). In the estimation of noise environment (SNR=+ 8), the phrase test and speech recognition of head shadow model in bilateral groups were significantly better than that of unilateral group (P<0.01). Further, bilateral CI group showed statistical significances in binaural redundancy and binaural squelch models(P<0.01), there was statistically significant were also found difference between two groups (P<0.01); Bilateral CI group did not reveal significant difference compared with unbilateral CI group in binaural squelch model(P>0.05). Under different signal-to-noise ratio (SNR=+ 8, + 4) noise environment, all the three given models in bilateral CI group show higher signal-to-noise ratio, higher speech recognition rate (Independent-Samples t test, P<0.01). In addition, head shadow model presented negative influences on speech recognition rate compared with binaural redundancy and binaural squelch model by SNR(P<0.05). SNR influences on binaural redundancy and binaural squelch model were almost identical, F=0.371, P=0.549. Conclusion: The subjects who underwent simultaneous bilateral cochlear implantation could significantly reduce aid-hearing threshold, and greatly improve the speech recognition of phrases, disyllabic words, and single word under noise environment.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of modified test system for sound localization (SL) in children. Methods: Modified system (6 male, 9 female) and traditional method ( 5 male, 5 female) were used for evaluation of minimum audible angle(MAA) and root-mean-square error(RMS) error of 4 to 6 years old children, and the results were compared to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the modified test system for children sound localization.SPSS 17.0 software was used to analyze the data(t test). Results: (1) Comparison of veracity of modified system and traditional test: when tested at the positive front position using modified system, MAA and RMS error were(3.23±1.00)° and (13.68±5.18)° respectively.When using traditional method, MAA and RMS error were(3.17±0.59)°and (13.96±4.56)° respectively. No statistical differences were found between two groups(t value was 0.16, -0.14, both P>0.05). (2) Comparison of time used were as followed: when using modified system, it was (14.67±1.95) min for MAA, and (6.67±1.35) min for RMS error. When using traditional method, it was (36.30±6.81) min for MAA, and (21.00±3.50) min for RMS error. Time used were significant shorter in modified system than in traditional method (t value was-9.78, -12.37, both P<0.05). Conclusion: Modified test system for children sound localization is useful and reliable in children's horizontal SL test.The time used of modified test system is shorter than that of traditional test system.

Abstract
The Daya Bay experiment has observed correlations between reactor core fuel evolution and changes in the reactor antineutrino flux and energy spectrum. Four antineutrino detectors in two experimental halls were used to identify 2.2 million inverse beta decays (IBDs) over 1230 days spanning multiple fuel cycles for each of six 2.9 GW_{th} reactor cores at the Daya Bay and Ling Ao nuclear power plants. Using detector data spanning effective ^{239}Pu fission fractions F_{239} from 0.25 to 0.35, Daya Bay measures an average IBD yield σ[over ¯]_{f} of (5.90±0.13)×10^{-43} cm^{2}/fission and a fuel-dependent variation in the IBD yield, dσ_{f}/dF_{239}, of (-1.86±0.18)×10^{-43} cm^{2}/fission. This observation rejects the hypothesis of a constant antineutrino flux as a function of the ^{239}Pu fission fraction at 10 standard deviations. The variation in IBD yield is found to be energy dependent, rejecting the hypothesis of a constant antineutrino energy spectrum at 5.1 standard deviations. While measurements of the evolution in the IBD spectrum show general agreement with predictions from recent reactor models, the measured evolution in total IBD yield disagrees with recent predictions at 3.1σ. This discrepancy indicates that an overall deficit in the measured flux with respect to predictions does not result from equal fractional deficits from the primary fission isotopes ^{235}U, ^{239}Pu, ^{238}U, and ^{241}Pu. Based on measured IBD yield variations, yields of (6.17±0.17) and (4.27±0.26)×10^{-43} cm^{2}/fission have been determined for the two dominant fission parent isotopes ^{235}U and ^{239}Pu. A 7.8% discrepancy between the observed and predicted ^{235}U yields suggests that this isotope may be the primary contributor to the reactor antineutrino anomaly.

Abstract
The majority of invasive meningococcal disease (IMD) in the developed world is caused by capsular group B Neisseria meningitidis, however success with vaccination against organisms bearing this capsule has previously been restricted to control of geographically limited clonal outbreaks. As we enter a new era, with the first routine program underway to control endemic group B meningococcal disease for infants in the UK, it is timely to review the key landmarks in group B vaccine development, and discuss the issues determining whether control of endemic group B disease will be achieved. Evidence of a reduction in carriage acquisition of invasive group B meningococcal strains, after vaccination among adolescents, is imperative if routine immunization is to drive population control of disease beyond those who are vaccinated (i.e. through herd immunity). The need for multiple doses to generate a sufficiently protective response and reactogenicity remain significant problems with the new generation of vaccines. Despite these limitations, early data from the UK indicate that new group B meningococcal vaccines have the potential to have a major impact on meningococcal disease, and to provide new insight into how we might do better in the future.

Abstract
The aim of this review was to examine the current literature regarding application of cochlear implantation on patients with unilateral sensorineural hearing loss (USNHL) for improvement on sound localization. The literature were searched in the PubMed database with 'cochlear implantation AND single-sided deafness' or 'cochlear implantation AND unilateral deafness' as keywords. The publication date of the articles was up to 2015-2-12. A total of 12 articles were included. The results show that the ability of sound localization for most of the USNHL subjects (90%) with cochlear implantation was significantly improved than that without CI, which suggests that CI is a superior auditory rehabilitation treatment than BAHA and CROS hearing aids for patients with USNHL, because of the re-establishment of the benefits of binaural hearing. In addition, the benefit of CI for USNHL requires a period of auditory experience or training. About 30% subjects showed significantly improvement on sound localization ability after CI worked for three months. For most of the patients (90%), the sound localization ability improved after CI worked for six months. When CI worked for nine months, all the subjects would show improvement on sound localization ability. Sound localization of the USNHL subjects with a CI is based primarily on interaural level differences (ILD) while interaural time differences (ITD) provide little advantage or probably not perceptible at all. The younger subject suffers from USNHL, the stronger the plasticity of the auditory center shows, which results in more obvious degeneration of the affected side and adaptive enhancement of the contralateral side of the auditory pathway. Similarly, the longer duration of USNHL lead to more obvious degeneration of the affected side and adaptive enhancement of the contralateral side. An adaptive enhancement of auditory pathway corresponding to the healthy ear will rely more on the monaural spatial cues that available to the intact ear to improve the sound localization in the horizontal plane. Contrarily, the degeneration of auditory pathway corresponding to the USNHL may be limited to re-reorganize from auditory deprivation even after CI, which may increase the risk that a few subjects cannot re-establish the binaural benefits after CI. Therefore, patients with USNHL should accept CI as soon as possible to obtain good binaural benefits, especially for sound localization.

Abstract
Speech evoked auditory brainstem response(s-ABR)is evoked by compound syllable, and those stimulus are similar to the daily language which convey both semantic information and non-semantic information. Speech coding program can take place at brainstem. As a new method, s-ABR may reveal the mystery of speech coding program. Many tests have proved that s-ABR is somehow related to cognitive ability. We mainly illustrated the possibility of grading the cognitive ability using s-ABR, the abnormal test result from those cognitive disorders, and the family factors that contribute to cognitive disorder.

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of laryngeal lesions on the prognosis of pneumomediastinum in patients with dermotomyositis(DM). Method:The clinical data of patients with DM were retrospectively analyzed. Hoarseness, laryngeal lesions and pneumomediastinum in patients with DM were analyzed to evaluate the influence of laryngeal lesions and hoarseness on the prognoses and diagnosis of pneumomediastinum in patients with DM. Result:Forty-two patients with a diagnosis of DM were included in the study.Twenty of all the patients were diagnosed of interstitial lung disease(ILD) with the incidence of 47.6%. Four of the patients displayed hoarseness with the incidence of 9.5%. Three cases were complicated by pneumomediastinum with the incidence of 7.1%. All patients have normal vocal cord movement. One of the 4 patients with hoarseness showed congestion of her vocal folds, and the other 3 patients showed white change on both of the vocal folds. All the 3 patients with white change on both vocal folds complicated by pneumomediastinum and died on respiratory failure. There were statistical differences(P<0.01) on the prognosis and occurrence of pneumomediastinum between patients with or without hoarseness and laryngeal lesions. Conclusion:Hoarseness and laryngeal lesions may associate with poor prognosis and occurrence of pneumomediastinum in DM.

Abstract
Phyllosticta citricarpa, the citrus black spot pathogen, was first identified in Florida in March 2010. Subsequently, this pathogen has become established in Florida but can be easily confused with the endemic nonpathogenic citrus endophyte P. capitalensis. In this study, the mating-type (MAT) loci of P. citricarpa and P. capitalensis were identified via draft genome sequencing and were characterized at the structural and sequence levels. P. citricarpa was determined to have an idiomorphic, heterothallic MAT locus structure, whereas P. capitalensis was found to have a single MAT locus consistent with a homothallic mating system. A survey of P. citricarpa isolates from Florida revealed that only the MAT1-2 idiomorph existed in the Floridian population. In contrast, isolates collected from Australia exhibited a 1:1 ratio of MAT1-1 and MAT1-2 isolates. Development and analysis of simple sequence repeat markers revealed a single multilocus genotype (MLG) in the Floridian population (n = 70) and 11 MLG within the Australian population (n = 24). These results indicate that isolates of P. citricarpa from Florida are likely descendent from a single clonal lineage and are reproducing asexually. The disease management focus in Florida will need to be concentrated on the production and dispersal of pycnidiospores.

Abstract
Searches for a light sterile neutrino have been performed independently by the MINOS and the Daya Bay experiments using the muon (anti)neutrino and electron antineutrino disappearance channels, respectively. In this Letter, results from both experiments are combined with those from the Bugey-3 reactor neutrino experiment to constrain oscillations into light sterile neutrinos. The three experiments are sensitive to complementary regions of parameter space, enabling the combined analysis to probe regions allowed by the Liquid Scintillator Neutrino Detector (LSND) and MiniBooNE experiments in a minimally extended four-neutrino flavor framework. Stringent limits on sin^{2}2θ_{μe} are set over 6 orders of magnitude in the sterile mass-squared splitting Δm_{41}^{2}. The sterile-neutrino mixing phase space allowed by the LSND and MiniBooNE experiments is excluded for Δm_{41}^{2}<0.8 eV^{2} at 95% CL_{s}.

Abstract
This Letter reports an improved search for light sterile neutrino mixing in the electron antineutrino disappearance channel with the full configuration of the Daya Bay Reactor Neutrino Experiment. With an additional 404 days of data collected in eight antineutrino detectors, this search benefits from 3.6 times the statistics available to the previous publication, as well as from improvements in energy calibration and background reduction. A relative comparison of the rate and energy spectrum of reactor antineutrinos in the three experimental halls yields no evidence of sterile neutrino mixing in the 2×10^{-4}≲|Δm_{41}^{2}|≲0.3 eV^{2} mass range. The resulting limits on sin^{2}2θ_{14} are improved by approx imately a factor of 2 over previous results and constitute the most stringent constraints to date in the |Δm_{41}^{2}|≲0.2 eV^{2} region.

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical significance of the pneumatization of the maxillary sinus by sinus CT.Method:One hundred patients encountered in our hospital during March 2012 and December 2012 were included in this study.The pneumatization of the anterior part of the maxillary sinus were observed.Result:①The pneumatization of prelacrimal recess was divided into 3 types. TypeⅠ: The pneumatization of maxillary sinus frontal process did not reach into the front of the nasolacrimal duct(42% of the left, 42% of the right); Type Ⅱ: The pneumatization of maxillary sinus frontal process extended into the front of the nasolacrimal duct,but not exceeding ½of the nasolacrimal duct circumference(39% of the left,37% of the right); Type Ⅲ: The pneumatization of maxillary sinus frontal process extended into the front of the nasolacrimal duct more than ½ of the circumference(19% of the left, 21% of the right).②The pneumatization of maxillary sinus palatal process was divided into 3 types. TypeⅠ: maxillary sinus palatal process non gasified (49% of the left, 53% of the right); Type Ⅱ: palatal process gasification into the nasal floor, but not more than ½of the width of nasal floor(45% of the left and 43% of the right);Type Ⅲ: palatal process gasification into the nasal floor more than ½ of the width of nasal floor(6% of the left, 4% of the right).③The pneumatization of maxillary sinus extended into alveolar process was divided into 3 types.Type Ⅰ: the bottom of the maxillary sinus is higher than the oral surface of hard palate(49% of the left and 51% of the right); Type Ⅱ: the bottom of the maxillary sinus is lower than the oral surface of hard palate and non tooth root protruding into the maxillary sinus(44% of the left and 39% of the right); Type Ⅲ: the tooth root process was protruded into maxillary sinus(7% of the left and 11% of the right).④The pneumatization of maxillary sinus extended into the zygomatic process was divided into 3 types. Type Ⅰ: the gasification of the zygomatic process is not more than the orbital lateral wall(80% of the left, 82% of the right); Type Ⅱ: the gasification of the zygomatic process is more than the orbital lateral wall, (20% of the left, right 18% of the right);Type Ⅲ: the gasification of the zygomatic process is also more than the inferior orbital wall, this paper is not observed Ⅲ type pneumatization.⑤The pneumatization of of the anterior wall of the maxillary sinus was divided into 3 types. Type Ⅰ: infraorbital nerve tube completely in the bone wall of the maxillary sinus(51% of the left, 57% of the right); Type Ⅱ: the half of the infraorbital neural tube was inburst into the maxillary sinus(39% of the left and 31% of the right); Type Ⅲ: infraorbital neural tube was totally protruding into to the cavity of the maxillary sinus(10% of the left and 12% of the right). Conclusion:The pneumatization of the anterior part of the maxillary sinus varies considerably and requires attention during ESS. The pneumatization degree of maxillary sinus should be confirmed accurately in preparation. It is foundamental for selecting the suitable surgical approach for Nasal endoscopic maxillary sinus surgery. It is also important for completely removed the maxillary lesions in operation.

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the causes of barium aspiration,death rate and the cause of death in the upper gastrointestinal examinations,and to help the doctor selecting a reasonable method in upper gastrointestinal tract examination.Method:Two cases in our hospital was reported,and totally 25 patients in 22 articles were obtained in pubmed or google shchoolar form 1989 to 2014.Purpose of radiologic studies of the upper digestive tract,distribution of the aspirate,clinical presentation and prognosis after aspiration of the sulfate barium in literature were collected.Result:①Aspiration of barium sulfate mainly happened in elderly patients and infant.The age of died group were older than survive group,however,there were no significant difference statistically(F=0.909, P=0.355).②The directly mortality rate associated with barium aspiration was up to 38.1% in adult,and ten patients of them(47.6%) recovered.All the infants were recovered completely form the respiratory distress cause by the aspiration of barium sulfate.③Aspiration may more likelyoccur in certain conditions involving dysphagia and esophageall obstruction by tumor or foreign body.Further,the gastro-esophageal reflux,recent esophageal surgery,eructation and vomiting may also increase the risk of aspiration of the aspiration of barium sulfate.④About 84.0% patients were with initial dyspnea,hypotension,respiratory distress or respiratory failure.A minority of patients without significant reactions,only suffered fever and cough(16.0%).⑤The deposition of barium sulphate were commonly affected both lungs(80.0%).Barium sulfates distributed in unilateral lung only were found in five patients 20.0%.Conclusion:Aspiration may easier occur in certain conditions involving dysphagia and esophageall obstruction by tumor or foreign body.Further,the gastro-esophageal reflux,recent esophageal surgery,eructation and vomiting may also increase the risk of aspiration of the aspiration of barium sulfate.Most of the patients after aspiration of barium were presented with initial dyspnea,hypotension,respiratory distress or respiratory failure.When considerable amounts of barium sulfate are aspirated into the lung leading to arterial hypoxemia and dyspnea,it is mandatory that aggressive treatment with steroids,antibiotics,respiratory physiotherapy,oxygen,and bronchoalveolar lavage is initiated without delay.

Abstract
UNLABELLED Currently, the relationship between the trinucleotide repeat containing 9 (TNRC9) rs3803662 C>T polymorphism and risk of breast cancer (BC) is uncertain. Here, we attempted to obtain a more accurate assessment of this association by conducting a meta-analysis of all eligible case-control investigations, comprising 44,820 cases and 58,316 controls. A comprehensive search was performed to identify all suitable studies involving the TNRC9 rs3803662 polymorphism and BC risk. Pooled odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (95%CIs) were estimated using fixed- or random-effect models. Heterogeneity, publication bias, and sensitivity analyses were also carried out. We found that the variant T allele of rs3803662 C>T greatly increases BC risk (CT vs CC: OR = 1.14, 95%CI = 1.07-1.22, P < 0.001; TT vs CC: OR = 1.38, 95%CI = 1.25-1.53, P < 0.001; CT/TT vs CC: OR = 1.19, 95%CI = 1.11-1.28, P < 0.001; TT vs CT/CC OR = 1.28, 95%CI = 1.19-1.38, P < 0.001). Stratified analysis based on ethnicity also revealed a markedly increased risk in Asian and Caucasian populations. Moreover, studies with hospital-based control groups showed elevated risk under the four genetic models employed, as did those using population-based controls, except under heterozygote comparison. The TNRC9 rs3803662 C>T polymorphism is greatly related to increased risk of BC, in both Asian and Caucasian populations.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The aim of this study was to compare the sex difference of the speech-ABR in young adults and school age children. METHODS Speech-ABR of eighty normal hearing subjects including twenty four school-age children(12 girls and boys, age from 6 to 12 years old) and fifty six young adults(male 29, female 27, age from 20 to 34 years old) were recorded. The speech syllable /da/ as stimulus sound was transmitted to right ear by insert earphones in speech-ABR test. RESULTS ① Females had a shorter latency than males in transient response (waves V, A and O) and sustained response (waves D, E and F) of speech-ABR (P<0.05, respectively). The amplitudes of transient response (waves V and A) and sustained response (waves D, E and F) in females were also significantly larger than those in males (P<0.05, respectively), except for amplitude of peak O (P>0.05). The V/A slope in females was significantly steeper than that in males[(-0.43±0.13)vs(-0.25±0.08), P<0.01]. ②The amplitude and latency of speech-ABR in transient response (waves V, A and O) and sustained response (waves D, E and F) were not significantly different between boys and girls. Only the V/A slope in girls was significantly steeper than that in boys [(-0.46±0.12)vs(-0.35±0.15), P<0.05]. ③The latency of speech-ABR was significantly prolonged in young men when compared with boys in both transient response (waves V, A and O) (P<0.05, respectively) and sustained response (waves D and F, P<0.05, respectively), except for wave E (P>0.05). The amplitude of speech-ABR showed a statistically significant decrease (P<0.05, respectively) only in wave A, D and F. Contrarily, the decrease in response amplitudes of waves V, E and O were not statistically significant (P>0.05, respectively). The V/A slope was steeper in boys than in young men, which was statistically significant (P<0.05). ④ In girls and young women, peak latency and magnitude of speech-ABR showed similar characteristics. No significant differences were found in either transient response or sustained response. The V/A slope between girls and young women was similar without significant difference (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS The female adults have shorter wave latency and larger amplitude of speech-ABR than males, which suggests that females have better speech encoding in brainstem. There are few differences between female and girls in wave latency and amplitude. The speech encoding in brainstem in young men tends to become worse than in boys. It implies that the increase of androgen might weaken the ability of the speech encoding in brainstem.

Abstract
This Letter reports a measurement of the flux and energy spectrum of electron antineutrinos from six 2.9 GWth nuclear reactors with six detectors deployed in two near (effective baselines 512 and 561 m) and one far (1579 m) underground experimental halls in the Daya Bay experiment. Using 217 days of data, 296 721 and 41 589 inverse β decay (IBD) candidates were detected in the near and far halls, respectively. The measured IBD yield is (1.55±0.04) ×10(-18) cm(2) GW(-1) day(-1) or (5.92±0.14) ×10(-43) cm(2) fission(-1). This flux measurement is consistent with previous short-baseline reactor antineutrino experiments and is 0.946±0.022 (0.991±0.023) relative to the flux predicted with the Huber-Mueller (ILL-Vogel) fissile antineutrino model. The measured IBD positron energy spectrum deviates from both spectral predictions by more than 2σ over the full energy range with a local significance of up to ∼4σ between 4-6 MeV. A reactor antineutrino spectrum of IBD reactions is extracted from the measured positron energy spectrum for model-independent predictions.

Abstract
We report a new measurement of electron antineutrino disappearance using the fully constructed Daya Bay Reactor Neutrino Experiment. The final two of eight antineutrino detectors were installed in the summer of 2012. Including the 404 days of data collected from October 2012 to November 2013 resulted in a total exposure of 6.9×10^{5} GW_{th} ton days, a 3.6 times increase over our previous results. Improvements in energy calibration limited variations between detectors to 0.2%. Removal of six ^{241}Am-^{13}C radioactive calibration sources reduced the background by a factor of 2 for the detectors in the experimental hall furthest from the reactors. Direct prediction of the antineutrino signal in the far detectors based on the measurements in the near detectors explicitly minimized the dependence of the measurement on models of reactor antineutrino emission. The uncertainties in our estimates of sin^{2}2θ_{13} and |Δm_{ee}^{2}| were halved as a result of these improvements. An analysis of the relative antineutrino rates and energy spectra between detectors gave sin^{2}2θ_{13}=0.084±0.005 and |Δm_{ee}^{2}|=(2.42±0.11)×10^{-3} eV^{2} in the three-neutrino framework.

Abstract
This study aims to identify the crucial miRNAs in Epstein-Barr virus-positive nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and their target genes. Gene expression profile data (GSE12452) that included 31 NPC and 10 normal nasopharyngeal tissue specimens were downloaded. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified using significance analysis of microarrays. The underlying function of DEGs was predicted via Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway enrichment analyses. The miRNA sequencing dataset GSE14738 was also downloaded, and expression levels of miRNA were calculated by the number of reads mapped to each miRNA. The selected miRNAs were integrated into the miRecords database to obtain their target genes. Target genes associated with DEGs were used to construct the interaction network via Cytoscape. A total of 1437 DEGs between NPC and control were identified, most of which were enriched in cell cycle and extracellular matrix-receptor interaction signaling pathways. Furthermore, 112 miRNAs were considered upregulated in NPC samples. A total of 2228 relationships between 39 miRNAs and 1247 target genes were obtained, of which 182 relationships between 32 miRNAs and 97 target genes were chosen to construct an interaction network. The interactions between DEGs and the let-7 or miR-29 families appeared strongest in this network, where CDC25A, COL3A1, and COL1A1 were regulated by several let-7 family members, while COL4A1 and COL5A2 were regulated by several miR-29 family members. The let-7 and miR-29 families may be related to the development of NPC by regulating the genes involved in cell cycle and ECM-receptor interaction.

Abstract
A search for light sterile neutrino mixing was performed with the first 217 days of data from the Daya Bay Reactor Antineutrino Experiment. The experiment's unique configuration of multiple baselines from six 2.9 GW(th) nuclear reactors to six antineutrino detectors deployed in two near (effective baselines 512 m and 561 m) and one far (1579 m) underground experimental halls makes it possible to test for oscillations to a fourth (sterile) neutrino in the 10(-3) eV(2)<|Δm(41)(2) |< 0.3 eV(2) range. The relative spectral distortion due to the disappearance of electron antineutrinos was found to be consistent with that of the three-flavor oscillation model. The derived limits on sin(2) 2θ(14) cover the 10(-3) eV(2) ≲ |Δm(41)(2)| ≲ 0.1 eV(2) region, which was largely unexplored.

Abstract
Citrus black spot (CBS), caused by Guignardia citricarpa, is an emerging disease in Florida. Fungicide applications are the main control measure worldwide. The in vitro activity and baseline sensitivity of G. citricarpa isolates to quinone outside inhibitor (QoI) fungicides (azoxystrobin and pyraclostrobin) were evaluated. The effective concentration needed to reduce mycelial growth or spore germination by 50% (EC50) was determined for 86 isolates obtained from Florida counties where CBS is found. The effect of salicylhydroxamic acid (SHAM) plus azoxystrobin and pyraclostrobin was also assessed for mycelial growth and conidial germination. The mean EC50 for mycelial growth for azoxystrobin was 0.027 μg/ml and that for pyraclostrobin was significantly lower at 0.007 μg/ml (P < 0.0001). Similarly, the mean EC50 for conidial germination for azoxystrobin was 0.016 μg/ml and that for pyraclostrobin was significantly lower at 0.008 μg/ml (P < 0.0001). There was no effect of SHAM on inhibition of mycelial growth or conidial germination by the QoI fungicides but SHAM slightly affected mycelium inhibition by pyraclostrobin. Cytochrome b was partially sequenced and three group 1 introns were found. One intron was immediately post G143, likely inhibiting resistance-conferring mutations at that site. It is surmised that the QoI resistance risk is low in the Florida G. citricarpa population.

Abstract
A measurement of the energy dependence of antineutrino disappearance at the Daya Bay reactor neutrino experiment is reported. Electron antineutrinos (ν¯(e)) from six 2.9 GW(th) reactors were detected with six detectors deployed in two near (effective baselines 512 and 561 m) and one far (1579 m) underground experimental halls. Using 217 days of data, 41 589 (203 809 and 92 912) antineutrino candidates were detected in the far hall (near halls). An improved measurement of the oscillation amplitude sin(2)2θ(13)=0.090(-0.009)(+0.008) and the first direct measurement of the ν¯(e) mass-squared difference |Δm(ee)2|=(2.59(-0.20)(+0.19))×10(-3) eV2 is obtained using the observed ν¯(e) rates and energy spectra in a three-neutrino framework. This value of |Δm(ee)2| is consistent with |Δm(μμ)2| measured by muon neutrino disappearance, supporting the three-flavor oscillation model.

Abstract
Citrus black spot, a major citrus disease caused by Guignardia citricarpa, was recently introduced in Florida. The nonpathogenic fungal endophyte G. mangiferae is commonly found in the same citrus tissues as G. citricarpa. Quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) assays based on internal transcribed spacer (ITS)-1 genes were developed to detect, quantify, and distinguish between these morphologically similar organisms in environmental samples. The primer/probe sets GCITS and GMITS were more than 95% efficient in single-set reactions in complex environmental DNA samples. Detection of 10 fg of G. citricarpa and G. mangiferae DNA was possible. Pycnidiospore disruption resulted in detection of single pycnidiospores with 78 (59 to 102; 95% confidence interval [CI]) and 112 (92 to 136; 95% CI) ITS copies for G. citricarpa and G. mangiferae, respectively. Detection was from partially decomposed leaves where fruiting bodies cannot be morphologically distinguished. Temperature and wetting period have significant effects on Guignardia spp. pseudothecia production in leaf litter. Based on relative biomass or the proportion of nuclei detected, G. citricarpa and G. mangiferae respond more strongly to wetting period than temperature. This qPCR assay will provide additional epidemiological data on black spot in tissues where G. citricarpa and G. mangiferae are not easily distinguished.

Abstract
The Daya Bay Reactor Neutrino Experiment has measured a nonzero value for the neutrino mixing angle θ(13) with a significance of 5.2 standard deviations. Antineutrinos from six 2.9 GWth reactors were detected in six antineutrino detectors deployed in two near (flux-weighted baseline 470 m and 576 m) and one far (1648 m) underground experimental halls. With a 43,000 ton-GWth-day live-time exposure in 55 days, 10,416 (80,376) electron-antineutrino candidates were detected at the far hall (near halls). The ratio of the observed to expected number of antineutrinos at the far hall is R=0.940±0.011(stat.)±0.004(syst.). A rate-only analysis finds sin(2)2θ(13)=0.092±0.016(stat.)±0.005(syst.) in a three-neutrino framework.

Abstract
In this work, ZnO nanofibers (ZNFs) were successfully prepared via a simple electrospinning technique using polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and zinc acetate dihydrate (Zn(CH3COO)2 2H2O) as precursors. The obtained ZNFs have an average diameter of ca. 95 nm and are composed of crystalline wurtzite phase. Methylene blue (MB) dye was used to investigate the photocatalytic performance of pure ZNFs. The study confirms that ZNFs have favorable catalytic activity, and the best degradation efficiency of MB can exceed 90% under UV light irradiation for 3 hours. In addition, we propose a possible photodegradation mechanism.
