Abstract
The authors present a case of a 34-year-old female patient with von Willebrand disease who developed a recurrent right auricular keloid after childbirth. The patient had previously undergone surgical excision of the keloid in 2017, which led to the diagnosis of von Willebrand disease due to uncontrolled bleeding. After a successful pregnancy in 2023, the patient experienced keloid recurrence. Surgical excision and radiotherapy were performed in April 2023, followed by DDAVP administration to control postoperative bleeding. At 1-year follow-up, no recurrence was observed. This case highlights the potential impact of pregnancy on keloid recurrence and the challenges of managing keloids in patients with bleeding disorders.

Abstract
Scalp reconstruction has always been a challenging problem for even the most experienced surgeon to provide good aesthetic and functional results. This is mainly because the scalp is less mobile and tight, requiring a much larger dissection for the size of the original defect. We hypothesized that the omega variant perforator-based keystone island flap at the subgaleal plane provides a versatile and easily reproducible reconstructive option for scalp reconstruction after wide skin cancer excision. We reviewed all patients who underwent reconstruction with the keystone flap or its modification to repair scalp defects following wide resection of skin cancer in the scalp abutting calvarium from May 2021 to July 2023. We designed the flap width 50% wider than original keystone flap design first introduced by Dr. Behan. We reconstructed medium- to large-sized scalp defects ranging from 2×2 to 5×5 cm2 using an omega variant perforator-based keystone island flap. All patients were satisfied with the aesthetic outcomes without complications. Keystone flaps are a versatile option for reconstructing the scalp after cancer resection. This strategy obviates the need for skin grafting, myocutaneous flap or free flap after cancer removal in the scalp.

How to Enhance the Success of Selective Neurectomy for Facial Synkinesis by Considering the Patient's Preferences: Lesson Learned from a Retrospective Analysis of 122 Cases. Abstract
BACKGROUND Facial synkinesis can result in facial tightness, smile dysfunction, and eyelid aperture narrowing due to overactive and uncoordinated muscle activity. We hypothesized that the outcome of a selective neurectomy could rely on the patient's chief complaints. METHODS We retrospectively reviewed 122 patients who underwent selective neurectomy at our hospital. Preoperatively, the patients were asked nine questionnaires to identify their two major chief complaints (treatment priorities). Postoperatively, facial tightness, limited mouth movement, and eyelid aperture narrowing were measured. RESULTS The most common chief complaints in our series were facial tightness (n=38), eyelid narrowing (n=32), and limited mouth movement (n=28); the second most common chief complaints (second priority) were limited mouth movement (n=47), facial tightness (n=21), and eyelid narrowing (n=20). The mean score for facial tightness significantly improved from 4.3 to 1.1 in the first priority group. Among the 28 patients whose corners of the mouth constituted the top priority of surgical correction, the vertical inclination on the affected side significantly improved from 74.1 ± 7.6° to 55.5 ± 6.0°, and the horizontal angles were changed from 4.2 ± 2.7° to 2.0 ± 1.3° after selective neurectomy without statistically significant. Among the 32 patients for whom eyelid narrowing constituted the top priority, the mean eyelid narrowing score improved from 4.5 ± 1.1 to 1.5 ± 1.2. CONCLUSIONS Selective neurectomy can provide a significantly satisfactory outcome regarding facial tightness and eyelid aperture narrowing. The vertical inclination of the mouth corner can be significantly improved, while the improvement of horizontal angles can be suboptimal. Abstract
This Letter presents the first study of Higgs boson production in association with a vector boson (V=W or Z) in the fully hadronic qqbb final state using data recorded by the ATLAS detector at the LHC in proton-proton collisions at sqrt[s]=13 TeV and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 137 fb^{-1}. The vector bosons and Higgs bosons are each reconstructed as large-radius jets and tagged using jet substructure techniques. Dedicated tagging algorithms exploiting b-tagging properties are used to identify jets consistent with Higgs bosons decaying into bb[over ¯]. Dominant backgrounds from multijet production are determined directly from the data, and a likelihood fit to the jet mass distribution of Higgs boson candidates is used to extract the number of signal events. The VH production cross section is measured inclusively and differentially in several ranges of Higgs boson transverse momentum: 250-450, 450-650, and greater than 650 GeV. The inclusive signal yield relative to the standard model expectation is observed to be μ=1.4_{-0.9}^{+1.0} and the corresponding cross section is 3.1±1.3(stat)_{-1.4}^{+1.8}(syst) pb.

Abstract
ATLAS measured the centrality dependence of the dijet yield using 165 nb^{-1} of p+Pb data collected at sqrt[s_{NN}]=8.16 TeV in 2016. The event centrality, which reflects the p+Pb impact parameter, is characterized by the total transverse energy registered in the Pb-going side of the forward calorimeter. The central-to-peripheral ratio of the scaled dijet yields, R_{CP}, is evaluated, and the results are presented as a function of variables that reflect the kinematics of the initial hard parton scattering process. The R_{CP} shows a scaling with the Bjorken x of the parton originating from the proton, x_{p}, while no such trend is observed as a function of x_{Pb}. This analysis provides unique input to understanding the role of small proton spatial configurations in p+Pb collisions by covering parton momentum fractions from the valence region down to x_{p}∼10^{-3} and x_{Pb}∼4×10^{-4}.

Abstract
Creativity is known to be heritable and exhibits familial aggregation with psychiatric disorders; however, the complex nature of their relationship has not been well-established. In the present study, we demonstrate that using an expanded and validated machine learning (ML)-based phenotyping of occupational creativity (OC) can allow us to further understand the trait of creativity, which was previously difficult to define and study. We conducted the largest genome-wide association study (GWAS) on OC with 241,736 participants from the UK Biobank and identified 25 lead variants that have not yet been reported and three candidate causal genes that were previously associated with educational attainment and psychiatric disorders. We found extensive genetic overlap between OC and psychiatric disorders with mixed effect direction through various post-GWAS analyses, including the bivariate causal mixture model. In addition, we discovered a strongly genetic correlation between our original GWAS and the GWAS adjusted for education years (rg = 0.95). Our GWAS analysis via ML-based phenotyping contributes to the understanding of the genetic architecture of creativity, which may inform genetic discovery and genetic prediction in human cognition and psychiatric disorders.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Achieving esthetically pleasing results for helical keloids can be challenging. This study aims to share the results of a treatment approach for helical keloids, which involves complete excision and reconstruction using an omega variant keystone flap, followed by a single fractional radiotherapy. METHODS The current study is a retrospective review of 25 helical keloids in 21 patients from May 2021 to March 2023. All keloid cases were excised entirely. We covered the defect with an omega variant keystone flap followed by a single fraction of 9.5 or 10 Gy radiotherapy within 24 h after surgery. The mean follow-up period was 12 months. The primary outcome was recorded as recurrence versus non-recurrence. The secondary outcome was scores assessed by the Patient and Observer Scar Assessment Scale. RESULTS All 25 keloids in 21 patients completed the treatment protocol, with a follow-up interval of 12 months. Of these patients, 100% had successful treatment of their keloids without any keloid recurrence. The postoperative course was uneventful except for one case of early postoperative flap congestion, which was spontaneously healed without any interventions. Scores obtained from the Patient and Observer Scar Assessment Scale showed that pain, itchiness, color, stiffness, thickness, irregularity, vascularity, pigmentation, thickness, relief, and pliability significantly improved. (p < 0.001). CONCLUSIONS We successfully reconstructed helical keloids using an omega variant keystone flap after keloid removal followed by 9.5 or 10 Gy single fractional radiotherapy without any keloid recurrence in one-year follow-ups.

Abstract
Gillies temporal approach has been widely used to reduce zygoma fractures. Traditionally, it is the preferred method to reduce the isolated zygomatic arch fracture. It can be combined with other approaches, such as subciliary and intraoral incisions for more complex zygomatic fractures, so-called tripod fractures. In this study, the author hypothesized that complex zygomaticomaxillary bone fracture reduction can successfully be achieved without Gillies temporal incision. The author retrospectively analyzed the medical records and 3D facial Computed Tomography (CT) scans of 80 patients who had orbitozygomaticomaxillary fractures that affected >3 sites among the frontozygomatic suture, zygomaticomaxillary buttress, zygomatic arch, and orbital walls from May 2021 to August 2023. A single surgeon performed all surgical operations. All fractures were reduced with 2 incisions, lower eyelid incisions (subciliary or subconjunctival) and intraoral incisions (gingivobuccal approach), within a week of the initial traumatic event. After sufficient exposure to fractured sites using 2 incisions, the author reduced the fracture with a bony hook at the inferior orbital rim, lateral wall, or Boise elevator at the intraoral incision. All cases were successfully corrected without any complications. In conclusion, the author can successfully reduce complex zygomaticomaxillary fracture combined with orbital wall fractures without temporal Gillies approach.

Abstract
Searches for new resonances are performed using an unsupervised anomaly-detection technique. Events with at least one electron or muon are selected from 140 fb^{-1} of pp collisions at sqrt[s]=13 TeV recorded by ATLAS at the Large Hadron Collider. The approach involves training an autoencoder on data, and subsequently defining anomalous regions based on the reconstruction loss of the decoder. Studies focus on nine invariant mass spectra that contain pairs of objects consisting of one light jet or b jet and either one lepton (e,μ), photon, or second light jet or b jet in the anomalous regions. No significant deviations from the background hypotheses are observed. Limits on contributions from generic Gaussian signals with various widths of the resonance mass are obtained for nine invariant masses in the anomalous regions.

Abstract
This Letter reports the observation of WZγ production and a measurement of its cross section using 140.1±1.2 fb^{-1} of proton-proton collision data recorded at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV by the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider. The WZγ production cross section, with both the W and Z bosons decaying leptonically, pp→WZγ→ℓ^{'}^{±}νℓ^{+}ℓ^{-}γ (ℓ^{(^{'})}=e, μ), is measured in a fiducial phase-space region defined such that the leptons and the photon have high transverse momentum and the photon is isolated. The cross section is found to be 2.01±0.30(stat)±0.16(syst) fb. The corresponding standard model predicted cross section calculated at next-to-leading order in perturbative quantum chromodynamics and at leading order in the electroweak coupling constant is 1.50±0.06 fb. The observed significance of the WZγ signal is 6.3σ, compared with an expected significance of 5.0σ.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Keloid treatment is challenging. The surgical approach can be divided into complete excision versus partial excision. OBJECTIVE The current study aims to introduce our novel surgical approach of partial excision using a 2-mm punch biopsy device to treat refractory multifocal keloids in the trunk. MATERIALS AND METHODS This is a case series of 30 patients with refractory multifocal keloids treated with a triple combination therapy consisting of a punch-assisted partial excision and intralesional triamcinolone injections followed by immediate single fractional electron beam radiotherapy within 8 hours, postoperatively. The follow-up period was 12 months. The primary outcome was recorded as recurrence versus nonrecurrence or aggravation versus remission . The secondary outcome was patient satisfaction as assessed by the POSAS. RESULTS The recurrence or aggravation of keloid was not found without complications. Scores obtained from the POSAS patient scale showed that pain, itchiness, color, stiffness, thickness, and irregularity significantly improved. CONCLUSION Our novel surgical approach using a 2-mm punch biopsy device effectively treats refractory multifocal keloids once considered intractable. Triple combination therapy of partial excision using a 2-mm punch biopsy device, intralesional triamcinolone injections, followed by immediate single fractional electron beam radiotherapy, is a safe, efficacious, and more convenient protocol to treat this condition.

Abstract
Malar reduction surgery can increase its susceptibility to fractures in case of trauma. Patients who had malar reduction surgery and sustained a zygoma fracture pose unique challenges for treatment and management. This is a case of a 28-year-old female patient who presented with a unilateral zygoma fracture following bilateral malar reduction and augmentation rhinoplasty 6 years ago. Physical examination revealed a clicking sound when opening the mouth at the right zygomatic buttress and a depressed preauricular area, suggesting arch fracture. Computed tomography imaging demonstrated a loosened screw at the right zygomatic buttress and a depressed arch fracture. She wanted to remove all plates and treat her right fractured zygoma with absorbable materials. Through the bilateral intraoral incisions, the authors removed the plates and screws and reduced the depression with the Langenbeck elevator through the same right intraoral incision without fixation. The reduction was well-maintained without complications based on postoperative plain x-rays 1 month after surgery. She reported that the pain was mostly gone and that she did not hear any abnormal sounds when opening her mouth after the surgery. In this case, if the zygomaticomaxillary buttress is minimally displaced, but the zygomatic arch fracture is significantly depressed, the authors believe that fracture reduction with only an intraoral incision would be enough to achieve an optimal outcome. If the plates and screws used in the previous malar reduction are not well maintained, it may be necessary to remove them.

Abstract
A measurement of the mass of the Higgs boson combining the H→ZZ^{*}→4ℓ and H→γγ decay channels is presented. The result is based on 140 fb^{-1} of proton-proton collision data collected by the ATLAS detector during LHC run 2 at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV combined with the run 1 ATLAS mass measurement, performed at center-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV, yielding a Higgs boson mass of 125.11±0.09(stat)±0.06(syst)=125.11±0.11 GeV. This corresponds to a 0.09% precision achieved on this fundamental parameter of the Standard Model of particle physics.

Abstract
A search for events with a dark photon produced in association with a dark Higgs boson via rare decays of the standard model Z boson is presented, using 139 fb^{-1} of sqrt[s]=13 TeV proton-proton collision data recorded by the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider. The dark boson decays into a pair of dark photons, and at least two of the three dark photons must each decay into a pair of electrons or muons, resulting in at least two same-flavor opposite-charge lepton pairs in the final state. The data are found to be consistent with the background prediction, and upper limits are set on the dark photon's coupling to the dark Higgs boson times the kinetic mixing between the standard model photon and the dark photon, α_{D}ϵ^{2}, in the dark photon mass range of [5, 40] GeV except for the ϒ mass window [8.8, 11.1] GeV. This search explores new parameter space not previously excluded by other experiments.

Nasal reconstruction has been a challenging problem for even the most experienced surgeon to provide excellent esthetic and functional outcomes. Although the bilobed flap offers distinct advantages for reconstructing these defects using an adjacent tissue with similar esthetic qualities, this flap has several potential limitations. The authors hypothesized that the conventional keystone flap and its variants provide a versatile and easily reproducible reconstructive option for nasal reconstruction after wide skin cancer excision. The authors retrospectively reviewed 12 consecutive soft tissue reconstruction data using 3 types of keystone flaps between May 2021 and July 2023. The authors reviewed all patients who underwent reconstruction with the keystone flap or its modification to repair cutaneous nasal defects following wide skin cancer excision. The authors reconstructed small- to medium-sized nasal defects ranging from 1×1 to 2.5×2.5 cm2 with a mean size of 1.2×1.1 cm2 using either a conventional keystone flap or its modification, including the Omega variant and rotation Hemi-keystone flap. All patients were satisfied with the esthetic outcomes. Keystone flaps are a versatile option for reconstructing the nose after cancer surgery. This strategy obviates the need for a bilobed flap after cancer removal in the nose.

This Letter reports the observation of single top quarks produced together with a photon, which directly probes the electroweak coupling of the top quark. The analysis uses 139 fb^{-1} of 13 TeV proton-proton collision data collected with the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider. Requiring a photon with transverse momentum larger than 20 GeV and within the detector acceptance, the fiducial cross section is measured to be 688±23(stat) _{-71}^{+75}(syst) fb, to be compared with the standard model prediction of 515_{-42}^{+36} fb at next-to-leading order in QCD.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The use of an acellular dermal matrix (ADM) has not been reported in medial orbital wall fracture reconstruction previously. This study aimed to share our early experience with the cross-linked ADM as an allograft material for medial orbital wall reconstruction. METHODS In this study, the author evaluated the medical records and serial facial computed tomography scans of 27 patients with pure medial orbital wall fractures reconstructed by a single surgeon between May 2021 and March 2023. The author routinely approached the medial orbital wall with a retrocaruncular incision. Five out of 27 patients were reconstructed with trimmed, multiple folded, 1.0-mm-thick cross-linked ADM (MegaDerm; L&C Bio, South Korea). RESULTS All cases reconstructed with cross-linked ADM improved clinically and radiologically without complications. The serial computed tomography findings revealed that implanted cross-linked ADM successfully covered the defect while providing a significant volumizing effect. CONCLUSIONS This is the first study to show the efficacy of cross-linked ADM for orbital medial wall fracture reconstruction. Our strategy of orbitalization of ethmoidal sinus with stacked cross-linked ADM would be an excellent surgical option.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The trend of using navigation systems for treating facial bone fractures is increasing. Nevertheless, any detailed recommendation on using a navigation system to treat nasal bone fracture has never been discussed. Plastic surgeons are prone to do closed reduction of nasal bone fractures with remnant posttraumatic edema in the pediatric population. This study hypothesized that the navigation system benefits this population's treatment of nasal bone fractures. METHODS The authors evaluated the medical records, plain x-ray, and facial computed tomography scans of 44 pediatric patients (below the age of 18) with nasal bone fractures treated with a closed reduction from May 2021 to December 2022. Preoperative and postoperative computed tomography scan were used to assess the outcome. RESULTS The average age for 44 pediatric nasal bone fracture patients was 10. Fifteen were female, while males were 29. All cases were successfully corrected clinically and radiologically without noticeable complications. CONCLUSIONS Using navigation systems to correct nasal bone fractures provides additional benefits for the pediatric population. This technique is especially useful if the fracture is located at the junction between the nasal bone and nasal process of the maxilla and is combined with concurrent old nasal bone fractures.

This letter presents a measurement of the nuclear modification factor of large-radius jets in sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV Pb+Pb collisions by the ATLAS experiment. The measurement is performed using 1.72 nb^{-1} and 257 pb^{-1} of Pb+Pb and pp data, respectively. Abstract
A key open question in the study of multiparticle production in high-energy pp collisions is the relationship between the "ridge"-i.e., the observed azimuthal correlations between particles in the underlying event that extend over all rapidities-and hard or semihard scattering processes. In particular, it is not known whether jets or their soft fragments are correlated with particles in the underlying event. To address this question, two-particle correlations are measured in pp collisions at sqrt[s]=13 TeV using data collected by the ATLAS experiment at the LHC, with an integrated luminosity of 15.8 pb^{-1}, in two different configurations. In the first case, charged particles associated with jets are excluded from the correlation analysis, while in the second case, correlations are measured between particles within jets and charged particles from the underlying event. Second-order flow coefficients, v_{2}, are presented as a function of event multiplicity and transverse momentum. These measurements show that excluding particles associated with jets does not affect the measured correlations. Moreover, particles associated with jets do not exhibit any significant azimuthal correlations with the underlying event, ruling out hard processes contributing to the ridge.

Abstract
A search is made for potential ccc[over ¯]c[over ¯] tetraquarks decaying into a pair of charmonium states in the four muon final state using proton-proton collision data at sqrt[s]=13 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 140 fb^{-1} recorded by the ATLAS experiment at LHC. Two decay channels, J/ψ+J/ψ→4μ and J/ψ+ψ(2S)→4μ, are studied. Backgrounds are estimated based on a hybrid approach involving Monte Carlo simulations and data-driven methods. Statistically significant excesses with respect to backgrounds dominated by the single parton scattering are seen in the di-J/ψ channel consistent with a narrow resonance at 6.9 GeV and a broader structure at lower mass. A statistically significant excess is also seen in the J/ψ+ψ(2S) channel. The fitted masses and decay widths of the structures are reported.

Abstract
This Letter reports the observation of τ-lepton-pair production in ultraperipheral lead-lead collisions Pb+Pb→Pb(γγ→ττ)Pb and constraints on the τ-lepton anomalous magnetic moment a_{τ}. The dataset corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 1.44 nb^{-1} of LHC Pb+Pb collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV recorded by the ATLAS experiment in 2018. Selected events contain one muon from a τ-lepton decay, an electron or charged-particle track(s) from the other τ-lepton decay, little additional central-detector activity, and no forward neutrons. The γγ→ττ process is observed in Pb+Pb collisions with a significance exceeding 5 standard deviations and a signal strength of μ_{ττ}=1.03_{-0.05}^{+0.06} assuming the standard model value for a_{τ}. To measure a_{τ}, a template fit to the muon transverse-momentum distribution from τ-lepton candidates is performed, using a dimuon (γγ→μμ) control sample to constrain systematic uncertainties. The observed 95% confidence-level interval for a_{τ} is -0.057

Abstract
The keystone flap has become an established option that has been utilized recently to close significant myelomeningocele defects. Although the keystone flaps can be adapted to repair myelomeningocele defects of different sizes, the shape of the defect is also an essential factor to consider. In this study, the authors proposed an algorithmic approach for reconstructing significant meningomyelocele defects utilizing different types of keystone flaps based on the shape of the resulting defect. From September 2016 to March 2022, the authors retrospectively reviewed the medical records of 28 patients with meningomyelocele who underwent repair with the keystone flaps. The mean age was 28 days (3 days to 4.5 months). Twenty-one meningomyelocele defects were in the lumbosacral (75%) and 7 in the thoracolumbar regions (25%). The defect sizes ranged from 3.5×5 cm (area, 13.4 cm2) to 9×7 cm (area, 49.5 cm2), with an average of 26.2 cm2. Ten meningomyelocele defects were a vertically oriented oval shape, 16 defects were a transversely oriented oval shape, and 2 defects were circular. In addition, unilateral keystone flap was used in 7.1% of the patients (2 patients), bilateral keystone flap in 28.6% (8 patients), and rotation advancement keystone flaps in 64.3% (18 patients). According to these findings, an algorithm was created based on the defect shape. This algorithmic approach is used as a decision-making guide to select the correct type of keystone flaps to repair myelomeningocele according to the defect shape.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The most common typical symptoms of keloids can be pain and itchiness. Intralesional corticosteroid administration is generally the first-line conservative treatment. Minimizing pain during intralesional corticosteroid injections into keloids should be aimed, as the treatment is often painful. There has yet to be a report on which local anesthetic technique is superior in keloid treatment between topical anesthetic versus lidocaine mixture injection. METHODS This was a single-center prospective study. The study included 100 patients with painful multiple/multifocal keloids aged 18 to 85 years and was performed between May 2021 and December 2022. Among multiple keloid lesions in a single patient, we assigned the keloids pretreated with topical cream application versus local injection. Then, subjects received 40 mg of intralesional corticosteroid injections into the keloids with a 26G needle to treat keloids. Patients rated the pain intensity of each lesion pretreated with two different anesthetic techniques on an 11-point numeric rating scale. A separate direct question of "Which technique would you recommend if you had to be injected again?" was given. RESULTS One-hundred patients with painful multiple/multifocal keloids were included in the study. Data on pain intensity numeric rating scale (NRS) revealed that injection techniques relieved the pain statistically significantly more than topical creams. ( P <0.001) 63% of the participants (n=63) preferred the injection technique, while 25% preferred topical anesthetics. In total, 12% of patients responded that there was no difference between the two techniques. CONCLUSION When comparing with topical lidocaine/prilocaine (EMLA) cream, a 1:1 mixture of 1% lidocaine and epinephrine significantly alleviated pain during and after the corticosteroid injection.

Abstract
A frontoorbitozygomaticomaxillary fracture, also known as a complex midface fracture or "quadripod fracture," is a type of facial fracture involving multiple midface region bones. This includes the frontal bone (forehead), orbitozygomatic complex (which includes the zygomatic bone or cheekbone and the orbital bones around the eye), and the maxillary bone (upper jaw). These complex midface fractures associated with temporoparietal bone fractures can occur in clinical practice. However, a single-piece fracture of these has not been reported before. This study reports a 44-year-old male patient with a significant frontoorbitozygomaticomaxillary fracture associated with a temporoparietal bone fracture combined with epidural hematoma at the superior aspect of unilateral frontoparietotemporal convexity. Surgical treatment was performed 3 weeks after the traumatic event. Despite craniotomy of the parietal bone fragment, the reduction was not possible. The facial bone reduction was finally achieved following an additional single osteotomy at the unilateral zygomaticomaxillary buttress. The follow-up CT scan taken immediately and 3 weeks postoperatively showed successful realignment of craniofacial bone fracture. In conclusion, a single-piece fracture of frontoorbitozygomaticomaxillary bone connected to a temporoparietal bone can require additional osteotomy to achieve successful outcomes in an acute setting.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Despite the evolution of new techniques to treat nasal bone fractures, closed reduction with appropriate palpation and inspection is one of the critical basic tools to treat nasal bone fractures properly. Despite its rarity, overcorrection after closed reduction of the nasal bone fracture could happen even with experienced surgeons. This study hypothesized that sequential packing removal is mandatory for optimal outcomes based on the preoperative and postoperative Computed Tomography scans in overcorrected cases. This is the first study to evaluate the efficacy of sequential nasal packing removal assessed by facial CT scans. METHODS In this retrospective study, we evaluated the medical records and preoperative and postoperative facial Computed Tomography scans of 163 patients with nasal bone fractures treated with a closed reduction from May 2021 to December 2022. Preoperative and Postoperative CT scan was routinely used to assess the outcome. Merocels were used for intranasal packing. In overcorrected cases based on immediate postoperative CT scan, we routinely removed the intranasal packing on the overcorrected side first immediately. On postoperative day 3, we removed the remaining intranasal packing on the other side. We assessed additional postoperative CT scans on postoperative two to three weeks. RESULTS With sequential packing removal starting on the day of surgery, all overcorrected cases were successfully corrected clinically and radiologically without noticeable complications. Two representative cases were presented. CONCLUSION Sequential nasal packing removal provides significant benefits in overcorrected cases. An immediate postoperative CT scan is also vital to do this procedure. This strategy is advantageous if the fracture is significant and there is a substantial possibility of overcorrection.

Abstract
PURPOSE Three-dimensional (3D) scanning-based morphologic analyses of facial structures are becoming more popular in several clinical settings. However, the application has not yet been reported in augmentation rhinoplasty. The purpose of the study is to show the efficacy of the Morpheus 3D scanner for preoperative planning in rhinoplasty. METHODS In this retrospective review, 241 patients who underwent primary and secondary rhinoplasty from September 2018 to August 2020 were reviewed. The authors determined the degree of augmentation preoperatively using the Morpheus 3D scanner based on patients' esthetic needs. According to the simulated 3D embodiment result, the Silicone implant was carved and implanted with closed or open rhinoplasty approach. RESULTS The operation was performed based on the simulated 3D shape, and the patients were satisfied with the esthetic outcomes. CONCLUSIONS Morpheus 3D scanner can be a valuable tool for esthetic rhinoplasty planning. This tool also provides preoperative customized patient counseling based on their current anatomic characteristics and esthetic needs.

Abstract
Jet quenching is the process of color-charged partons losing energy via interactions with quark-gluon plasma droplets created in heavy-ion collisions. The collective expansion of such droplets is well described by viscous hydrodynamics. Similar evidence of collectivity is consistently observed in smaller collision systems, including pp and p+Pb collisions. In contrast, while jet quenching is observed in Pb+Pb collisions, no evidence has been found in these small systems to date, raising fundamental questions about the nature of the system created in these collisions. The ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider has measured the yield of charged hadrons correlated with reconstructed jets in 0.36 nb^{-1} of p+Pb and 3.6 pb^{-1} of pp collisions at 5.02 TeV. The yields of charged hadrons with p_{T}^{ch}>0.5 GeV near and opposite in azimuth to jets with p_{T}^{jet}>30 or 60 GeV, and the ratios of these yields between p+Pb and pp collisions, I_{pPb}, are reported. The collision centrality of p+Pb events is categorized by the energy deposited by forward neutrons from the struck nucleus. The I_{pPb} values are consistent with unity within a few percent for hadrons with p_{T}^{ch}>4 GeV at all centralities. These data provide new, strong constraints that preclude almost any parton energy loss in central p+Pb collisions.

A search for a long-lived, heavy neutral lepton (N) in 139 fb^{-1} of sqrt[s]=13 TeV pp collision data collected by the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider is reported. The N is produced via W→Nμ or W→Ne and decays into two charged leptons and a neutrino, forming a displaced vertex. The N mass is used to discriminate between signal and background. No signal is observed, and limits are set on the squared mixing parameters of the N with the left-handed neutrino states for the N mass range 3 GeV

Abstract
A test of CP invariance in Higgs boson production via vector-boson fusion has been performed in the H→γγ channel using 139 fb^{-1} of proton-proton collision data at sqrt[s]=13 TeV collected by the ATLAS detector at the LHC. The optimal observable method is used to probe the CP structure of interactions between the Higgs boson and electroweak gauge bosons, as described by an effective field theory. No sign of CP violation is observed in the data. Constraints are set on the parameters describing the strength of the CP-odd component in the coupling between the Higgs boson and the electroweak gauge bosons in two effective field theory bases: d[over ˜] in the HISZ basis and c_{HW[over ˜]} in the Warsaw basis. The results presented are the most stringent constraints on CP violation in the coupling between Higgs and weak bosons. The 95% C.L. constraint on d[over ˜] is derived for the first time and the 95% C.L. constraint on c_{HW[over ˜]} has been improved by a factor of 5 compared to the previous measurement.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Little attention has been paid to combined orbital floor and medial wall fractures with the involvement of the inferomedial orbital strut. Managing this particular fracture can prove challenging. However, various innovative techniques have been introduced to assist with the process. Our study focuses on sharing our approach to orbital wall reconstruction using navigation guidance and titanium-reinforced porous polyethylene plates, specifically cases involving the inferomedial orbital strut. We believe that implementing a navigation system can effectively lead surgeons to the fracture site with utmost safety. Also, we hypothesized that this navigation system is beneficial to use singe fan titanium-reinforced porous polyethylene plates with orbital wall fractures involving IOS while minimizing possible complications. METHODS We retrospectively reviewed 131 patients with medial orbital wall and orbital floor fractures with or without combined other facial bone fractures who underwent orbital wall reconstruction by a single surgeon from May 2021 to May 2023. Amongst, we identified fourteen orbital wall fractures involving the inferomedial orbital strut. We used a subciliary incision as the only approach method for performing titanium-reinforced porous polyethylene plates for navigation-guided orbital wall reconstruction. Patients were followed up for at least three months. RESULTS All cases were effectively resolved using titanium-reinforced porous polyethylene plates. There were no complications during the patient's complete recovery, confirmed clinically and radiologically. Based on the serial CT results, it was discovered that implanted titanium-reinforced porous polyethylene plates successfully covered the defect. CONCLUSION Based on our retrospective analysis, it has been determined that among the 131 recorded cases of orbital fractures, 14 of them (or 10.7%) involved the inferomedial orbital strut. Navigation-guided reduction using titanium-reinforced porous polyethylene (TR-PPE) plates can lead to predictable, reliable, and excellent outcomes for treating orbital fractures involving the inferomedial orbital strut without complications.

Abstract
Irritability is a heritable core mental trait associated with several psychiatric illnesses. However, the genomic basis of irritability is unclear. Therefore, this study aimed to 1) identify the genetic variants associated with irritability and investigate the associated biological pathways, genes, and tissues as well as single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP)-based heritability; 2) explore the relationships between irritability and various traits, including psychiatric disorders; and 3) identify additional and shared genetic variants for irritability and psychiatric disorders. We conducted a genome-wide association study (GWAS) using 379,506 European samples (105,975 cases and 273,531 controls) from the UK Biobank. We utilized various post-GWAS analyses, including linkage disequilibrium score regression, the bivariate causal mixture model (MiXeR), and conditional and conjunctional false discovery rate approaches. This GWAS identified 15 independent loci associated with irritability; the total SNP heritability estimate was 4.19%. Genetic correlations with psychiatric disorders were most pronounced for major depressive disorder (MDD) and bipolar II disorder (BD II). MiXeR analysis revealed polygenic overlap with schizophrenia (SCZ), bipolar I disorder (BD I), and MDD. Conditional false discovery rate analyses identified additional loci associated with SCZ (number [n] of additional SNPs = 105), BD I (n = 54), MDD (n = 107), and irritability (n = 157). Conjunctional false discovery rate analyses identified 85, 41, and 198 shared loci between irritability and SCZ, BD I, and MDD, respectively. Multiple genetic loci were associated with irritability and three main psychiatric disorders. Given that irritability is a cross-disorder trait, these findings may help to elucidate the genomics of psychiatric disorders.

Abstract
Penetrations of the nasal cavity through the zygomaticomaxillary bone by wooden foreign bodies have not been reported yet. Wooden foreign bodies, characterized as hypodense signals resembling air bubbles on computed tomography scans, could increase the risk of infection and abscess formation if left untreated. Therefore, any possible attempts to remove it entirely should be made in a timely manner. Also, regarding removal surgery, the complications of the surgery, such as massive bleeding or iatrogenic injury to the adjacent structure, should be considered, especially in the paranasal area. At the construction site, a 67-year-old worker hit his right cheek with a wooden foreign body. A wooden foreign body penetrated the right cheek and extended into the right nasal cavity through the zygomaticomaxillary complex. Using a navigation system, the wooden foreign body was removed from the right zygomaticomaxillary bone to the unilateral nasal cavity, and we cauterized arterial bleeding. After bleeding control, we reconstructed the bony defect with an absorbable mesh with screws. Septal reconstruction was also done, along with debridement and irrigation of the nasal cavity. We conducted a follow-up computed tomography scan a week later and confirmed that the wooden foreign body was successfully removed without any residual ones. The fracture was also reduced successfully.

Abstract
Orbital roof fractures are relatively rare facial bone fractures that usually occur in conjunction with other facial bone fractures or intracranial hematoma during high-velocity facial trauma. This study reports a patient with a significant blow-out orbital roof fracture combined with a nondisplaced frontal bone fracture and epidural hematoma at the superior aspect of unilateral frontoparietal convexity. Despite the severe superiorly-displaced fracture segment, the follow-up computed tomography scans taken 4 days after the injury showed a spontaneous reduction of blow-out orbital roof fracture. At the 1-week follow-up, the coronal image of craniofacial magnetic resonance imaging was taken, showing spontaneous realignment of orbital roof fracture and physiological evolution of cerebral contusion. In conclusion, conservative treatment can acquire the best outcome regarding cosmesis and function unless the patient requires an emergent operation for other medical conditions. This is key for successfully returning the patient's form and function.

Abstract
Treatment of chest keloids is challenging. The aim of this study is to present our experience using surgical excision followed by postoperative single fractional 10 Gy radiotherapy for recurrent anterior chest keloids on the same day. 16 patients with recurrent anterior chest keloids were treated with complete excision followed by single-fractional 10 Gy radiotherapy within eight hours postoperatively. The mean follow-up period was 12 months. (10-14 months) The outcome was reported with a recurrence-free rate. We also reported side effects. The overall recurrence-free rate was 81.25%. The side effects were minimal, with two reported hyperpigmentation which was subsided after six months, and two cases of acute wound problems. Second malignancy or serious complications were not reported. Our preliminary results show positive outcomes of complete excision followed by postoperative single fractional 10 Gy radiotherapy for recurrent anterior chest keloids on the same day. Our current study needs further long-term validation with more diverse patients.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION The keystone perforator flap has become a versatile alternative for reconstruction of cutaneous defects of various etiologies and in all age groups. However, it demands a notable incision area proportional to defect size and is more prone to excessive tension during defect closure. We present a novel modified rotation Hemi-keystone flap that reveals its excellence in flap survival. METHODS Between March and December 2021, a retrospective chart review was conducted of 40 patients who received rotation Hemi-keystone flap for coverage of cutaneous defects by a single surgeon. The primary outcome was successful flap survival. RESULTS We performed a total of 45 modified rotation Hemi-keystone flaps for reconstruction of cutaneous wound defects. The location of the wound defects was in the head and neck (38%), extremities (35.7%), and trunk (26.2%). The most common cause of wound defect is tumor resection (45.2%). The mean wound defect dimensions were 3.5 cm × 3 cm. The mean follow-up time was 6 months. There were no significant complications, with only one patient (2.4%) having minor wound dehiscence, which was treated by local wound care. CONCLUSIONS The current series presents a simple, reliable, and versatile modification of the traditional keystone flap that minimizes morbidity at the reconstruction site along with improvement of flap mobility for successful reconstruction of cutaneous defects in a tension-free manner. The favorable outcome of this technique contributes to the inclusion of the rotation Hemi-keystone flap as an excellent surgical option in the reconstruction of various soft tissue defects.

Abstract
The purpose of this retrospective study was to introduce our successful use of tensor fascia lata allograft to reconstruct various soft tissue defects. Since May 2021, we have applied tensor fascia lata allografts in eight cases. A frozen type of fascia of 0.6 mm thickness was used in all cases, and allografts were covered by vascularized soft tissue. We used tensor fascia lata allograft in eight cases to cover the infected wounds, donor site closure, and pedicle protections. These were abdominal wall and back reconstructions following rectus muscle and latissimus dorsi muscle harvest, coverage of infected spine wound after posterior fusion, pressure ulcer reconstruction, and pedicle protection of free and pedicle flaps. The follow-up periods were from one to 14 months. None of the cases showed wound problems after initial reconstruction using tensor fascia lata allografts. Tensor fascia lata allograft could be an excellent cost-effective surgical option comparable to autologous tissue grafts. Level of evidence: IV.

Abstract
This Letter reports the observation of WWW production and a measurement of its cross section using 139 fb^{-1} of proton-proton collision data recorded at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV by the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider. Events with two same-sign leptons (electrons or muons) and at least two jets, as well as events with three charged leptons, are selected. A multivariate technique is then used to discriminate between signal and background events. Events from WWW production are observed with a significance of 8.0 standard deviations, where the expectation is 5.4 standard deviations. The inclusive WWW production cross section is measured to be 820±100 (stat)±80 (syst) fb, approximately 2.6 standard deviations from the predicted cross section of 511±18 fb calculated at next-to-leading-order QCD and leading-order electroweak accuracy.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Myelomeningocele is the most common form of neural tube anomalies. Early reliable skin coverage should be achieved to reduce central nervous system infections. The keystone flaps are gaining popularity for myelomeningocele defect reconstruction. However, the use of a traditional keystone flap is limited in very wide or transversely oriented myleomeningocele defects with inadequate lateral tissue laxity. In this study, we present our successful experience using modified rotation advancement keystone flaps for closure of the transversely oriented myelomeningocele defects. PATIENTS AND METHODS Between April 2019 and April 2020, the modified rotation advancement keystone flap was used for reconstruction of transversely oriented myelomeningocele defect in 7 patients (5 males and 2 females) with average age of 14 days. The localization of the lesions was lumbosacral in 5 patients and thoracolumbar in 2 patient. The average myelomeningocele defect width was 6.4 cm, whereas the average defect length was 5.7 cm. The following information was evaluated: the flap dimensions, operative time, and postoperative complications. RESULTS All patients had uneventful operations, except for 1 case of superficial epidermolysis over flap tip, which settled with conservative wound management. Immediate venous congestion was detected in 2 patients that completely resolved. Otherwise, all wounds healed without any evidence of complications. The mean follow-up was 4 months. CONCLUSIONS Although the conventional keystone flap seems to have geometric constraints to close a transversally oriented myelomeningocele defect, the modified rotation advancement keystone flap serves as a superior alternative and effective option for closure transversally oriented defect.

Abstract
We fabricated a 1 × 10 PbS QD photodiode array with multiple stacked QD layers with high-resolution patterning using a customized photolithographic process. The array showed the average responsivity of 5.54 × 10-3 A/W and 1.20 × 10-2 A/W at 0 V and -1 V under 1310- nm short-wavelength infrared (SWIR) illumination. The standard deviation of the pixel responsivity was under 10%, confirming the uniformity of the fabrication process. The response time was 2.2 ± 0.13 ms, and the bandwidth was 159.1 Hz. A prototype 1310-nm SWIR imager demonstrated that the QD photodiode-based SWIR image sensor is a cost-effective and practical alternative for III-V SWIR image sensors.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Up to date, many surgical techniques have been introduced on upper eyelid rejuvenation. Despite those technical advances, little attention has been put on objective preoperative analysis methods. OBJECTIVES The current study introduces our simplified, versatile, and predictable upper eyelid analysis method of upper blepharoplasty patients. METHODS A total of 1509 surgeries were performed from March 2017 to May 2021 using our preoperative analysis method. RESULTS As a result of the operation based on this new analysis method, it was possible to individualize the plan according to the patient's needs and obtain satisfactory outcomes. CONCLUSIONS Using our simplified, versatile, and predictable upper eyelid analysis method, we could counsel the surgical result with high predictability. In addition, it is a highly recommended method for beginners as it is easy to understand the mechanism of double eyelid surgery.

Abstract
Surgical management of helical and retroauricular keloids has been rarely discussed. This study aims to introduce our successful reconstruction of helical and retroauricular keloids using a novel hemi-keystone flap. The current study is a retrospective review of patients with pathologically confirmed helical and retroauricular keloids. All keloid cases were completely excised. We covered the defect with a hemi-keystone flap followed by a single fraction of 10 Gy radiation therapy at postoperative day 0 or postoperative pressure therapy using magnets for four months. Treatment outcome was recorded as recurrence or nonrecurrence. A follow-up period of a minimum of 12 months was required in all patients. Of 45 keloids in 33 patients, none of the cases had a recurrence of their auricular keloids and the postoperative course was uneventful. We successfully reconstructed helical and retroauricular keloids using our modified hemi-keystone flaps without any keloid recurrence in one-year follow-ups. Abstract
A search for lepton-flavor-violating Z→eτ and Z→μτ decays with pp collision data recorded by the ATLAS detector at the LHC is presented. This analysis uses 139 fb^{-1} of Run 2 pp collisions at sqrt[s]=13 TeV and is combined with the results of a similar ATLAS search in the final state in which the τ lepton decays hadronically, using the same data set as well as Run 1 data. The addition of leptonically decaying τ leptons significantly improves the sensitivity reach for Z→ℓτ decays. The Z→ℓτ branching fractions are constrained in this analysis to B(Z→eτ)<7.0×10^{-6} and B(Z→μτ)<7.2×10^{-6} at 95% confidence level. The combination with the previously published analyses sets the strongest constraints to date: B(Z→eτ)<5.0×10^{-6} and B(Z→μτ)<6.5×10^{-6} at 95% confidence level.

Abstract
A search for new phenomena is presented in final states with two leptons and one or no b-tagged jets. The event selection requires the two leptons to have opposite charge, the same flavor (electrons or muons), and a large invariant mass. The analysis is based on the full run-2 proton-proton collision dataset recorded at a center-of-mass energy of sqrt[s]=13 TeV by the ATLAS experiment at the LHC, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 139 fb^{-1}. No significant deviation from the expected background is observed in the data. Inspired by the B-meson decay anomalies, a four-fermion contact interaction between two quarks (b, s) and two leptons (ee or μμ) is used as a benchmark signal model, which is characterized by the energy scale and coupling, Λ and g_{*}, respectively. Contact interactions with Λ/g_{*} lower than 2.0 (2.4) TeV are excluded for electrons (muons) at the 95% confidence level, still far below the value that is favored by the B-meson decay anomalies. Model-independent limits are set as a function of the minimum dilepton invariant mass, which allow the results to be reinterpreted in various signal scenarios.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate whether prestroke glucose control is associated with functional outcomes in patients with acute large vessel occlusive stroke and diabetes who underwent intra-arterial thrombectomy (IAT). RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODS From the Clinical Research Center for Stroke-Korea registry, we included patients with emergent large vessel occlusive stroke with diabetes who underwent IAT between January 2009 and March 2020. The association between the HbA1c level at admission and functional outcomes (modified Rankin Scale at 3 months after the index stroke) was assessed. RESULTS A total of 1,351 patients were analyzed. Early neurological deterioration was more common in patients with higher levels of HbA1c at admission (P = 0.02 according to HbA1c quintiles, P = 0.003 according to an HbA1c cutoff value of 7.0%) than in those with lower HbA1c levels. Higher HbA1c levels at admission were significantly associated with decreased odds of favorable functional outcomes at a threshold of 7.0-7.1%. The association was consistently observed in subgroups divided according to age, sex, stroke subtype, occlusion site, degree of recanalization, thrombolysis modalities, time from symptom onset to groin puncture, and treatment period. CONCLUSIONS Prestroke glucose control with a target HbA1c of ≤7.0% may be beneficial for neurological recovery in patients with diabetes undergoing IAT for large vessel occlusive stroke, regardless of stroke subtype, bridging intravenous thrombolysis, occlusion site, degree of recanalization, and treatment period.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Particulate matter (PM) is a mixture of solid and liquid particles suspended in air, which originates from industrial plants or vehicle emissions. Although the skin is the primary body area of contact with air pollutants, the associations between PM and chronic inflammatory skin diseases has not been well established. AIM To investigate associations between PM and atopic dermatitis (AD) and between PM and other chronic inflammatory dermatoses, using data from the Korean Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service. METHODS Monthly disease statistics from the seven largest cities in South Korea (Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Incheon, Gwangju, Daejeon, Ulsan) and from Jeju Island (in total, a population of 23 288 000 for all eight areas) were included. Based on daily air pollution level and weather forecast from 2015 to 2019, multivariate negative binomial regression analysis was conducted to estimate monthly visits of AD with respect to outdoor air pollutants: coarse PM with a diameter of ≤ 10 μm (PM10) and fine PM with a diameter of ≤ 2.5 μm (PM2.5) ozone (O3 ), nitrogen dioxide (NO2 ), sulphur dioxide (SO2 ) and carbon monoxide (CO). RESULTS Increases in the levels of PM2.5, PM10, SO2 and CO were associated with significant increases in monthly patient visits for AD. Every 10 μg/m3 increase in PM2.5 and PM10 resulted in patient visit increases of 2.71% (95% CI 0.76-4.71; P < 0.01) and 2.01% (95% CI 0.92-3.11, P < 0.001), respectively, while every 1 part per billion (ppb) increase in SO2 and every 100 ppb increase in CO resulted in visit increases of 2.26% (95% CI 1.35-3.17; P < 0.001) and 2.86% (95% CI 1.35-4.40; P < 0.001), respectively. O3 and NO2 were not associated with increased patient visits for AD. Increases in PM2.5 and PM10 concentrations were also significantly associated with increases in patient visits for psoriasis, seborrhoeic dermatitis and rosacea. CONCLUSION Our data suggest that PM is associated with AD and other chronic inflammatory skin diseases.

Abstract
A search for charged leptons with large impact parameters using 139 fb^{-1} of sqrt[s]=13 TeV pp collision data from the ATLAS detector at the LHC is presented, addressing a long-standing gap in coverage of possible new physics signatures. Results are consistent with the background prediction. This search provides unique sensitivity to long-lived scalar supersymmetric lepton partners (sleptons). For lifetimes of 0.1 ns, selectron, smuon, and stau masses up to 720, 680, and 340 GeV, respectively, are excluded at 95% confidence level, drastically improving on the previous best limits from LEP.

Abstract
The first measurement of longitudinal decorrelations of harmonic flow amplitudes v_{n} for n=2-4 in Xe+Xe collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.44 TeV is obtained using 3 μb^{-1} of data with the ATLAS detector at the LHC. The decorrelation signal for v_{3} and v_{4} is found to be nearly independent of collision centrality and transverse momentum (p_{T}) requirements on final-state particles, but for v_{2} a strong centrality and p_{T} dependence is seen. When compared with the results from Pb+Pb collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV, the longitudinal decorrelation signal in midcentral Xe+Xe collisions is found to be larger for v_{2}, but smaller for v_{3}. Current hydrodynamic models reproduce the ratios of the v_{n} measured in Xe+Xe collisions to those in Pb+Pb collisions but fail to describe the magnitudes and trends of the ratios of longitudinal flow decorrelations between Xe+Xe and Pb+Pb. The results on the system-size dependence provide new insights and an important lever arm to separate effects of the longitudinal structure of the initial state from other early and late time effects in heavy-ion collisions.

Abstract
Several extensions of the Standard Model predict the production of dark matter particles at the LHC. An uncharted signature of dark matter particles produced in association with VV=W^{±}W^{∓} or ZZ pairs from a decay of a dark Higgs boson s is searched for using 139 fb^{-1} of pp collisions recorded by the ATLAS detector at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV. The s→V(qq[over ¯])V(qq[over ¯]) decays are reconstructed with a novel technique aimed at resolving the dense topology from boosted VV pairs using jets in the calorimeter and tracking information. Dark Higgs scenarios with m_{s}>160 GeV are excluded.
