Abstract
OBJECTIVES to carry out the cultural adaptation and evaluation of validity evidence of the Student Nurse Stressor-15 (SNS-15) Scale for use in Brazil. METHODS psychometric study, conducted from the stages of translation, synthesis, back-translation, review by a committee of seven experts, pre-test and evaluation of measurement properties with 32 and 238 nursing students, respectively. Descriptive statistics, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) were performed. The reliability of the instrument was estimated using McDonald's Omega (ω). RESULTS EFA subsidized the distribution of the fifteen SNS-15 items into four factors. Using AFC, satisfactory fit indices were achieved (Comparative Fit Index = 0.94; Tucker-Lewis Index = 0.93; Root Mean Square Error of Approximation = 0.06; Standardized Root Mean Square Residual = 0.16) and ω = 0.86. CONCLUSIONS the Brazilian version of the SNS-15 presents evidence that confirms its validity and reliability.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To understand Primary Health Care nurses' role in treating Lower Urinary Tract Dysfunction. METHOD Cross-sectional multi-methodological research, composed of quantitative and qualitative steps, independently and sequentially. Data collected remotely, through a questionnaire and focus group, analyzed using descriptive statistics and thematic analysis by Braun and Clarke, respectively. The project was approved under Opinion 22691119.0.0000.0030. RESULTS A total of 145 nurses participated in the study in the quantitative step and 20 in the qualitative step, working in Primary Health Care in Brazil. Of the 93.1% nurses who reported having already cared for people with Urinary Tract Dysfunction, only 54.4% provided guidance, mainly for training the pelvic floor muscles. CONCLUSION Even though they have legal support and access to demand, nurses do not have the knowledge to offer conservative treatment for Lower Urinary Tract Dysfunction. Despite this, they were motivated to do so as long as they received specific training.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE (1) The making of videos includes the pre-production, production and post-production phases. (2) Video is a powerful resource in the construction of knowledge and care practice. (3) The methods for making videos guarantee the quality of the content addressed. (4) Video enhances Nursing professionals' skills in the clinical practice. (5) Educational videos are essential in the training of Nursing professionals. to evaluate the diverse scientific evidence on the methodologies used by Nursing professionals in the production of educational videos. METHOD an integrative review. The search for primary studies was carried out in the CINAHL, LILACS and MEDLINE/PubMed databases. The sample consisted of 19 research studies. The methodological quality of the studies included was assessed using a tool proposed by the Johns Hopkins Nursing Evidence-Based Practice and the results were analyzed in a descriptive form. RESULTS the methodological stages used for the process to elaborate and make the videos include pre-production, production and post-production. The studies reveal that, for the most part, the stages were properly applied and/or described by the authors, in addition to contemplating the method adopted. However, in 14 studies there was no use of a methodological framework to ensure rigor in their conduction and in 11 presented validation by the target audience. CONCLUSION the synthesis of knowledge showed that there is still a need for attention for the construction of educational videos regarding the methodological framework and validation by the target population. The rigorous execution of the methodological procedures necessary for the development of educational videos, aiming to encourage the acquisition of essential skills for the creation of high-quality teaching materials.

Abstract
to map the knowledge produced about the repercussions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic on Nursing training. this is a Scoping Review, guided by the recommendations set forth in the Joanna Briggs Institute Reviewer's Manual and carried out in 15 electronic databases and theses and dissertations repositories. The protocol was registered at the Open Science Framework. The data were analyzed and synthesized into two pre-established analysis categories: positive and negative repercussions; and descriptive statistics. 33 publications identified, the most cited positive aspects were the development of new teaching strategies adapted to the virtual environment and the training of future professionals in clinical practice in the context of a health crisis. The negative repercussions are related to psychological issues such as increase in the cases of anxiety, stress and loneliness among the students. the diverse evidence suggests that remote teaching was a timely emergency way out for the continuity of academic training; however, this educational modality presented positive and negative aspects that need to be rethought for a better systematization of teaching-learning in other contexts that resemble the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE to analyze nursing technicians' training in patient safety. METHOD a convergent parallel mixed-methods study, where qualitative and quantitative elements were concomitantly implemented and equally prioritized, carried out in three technical colleges linked to a federal public institution in the Brazilian Northeast region. In the qualitative phase, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 24 professors and thematic analysis was applied. In the quantitative study, of the survey type, an instrument was used to screen terms about patient safety with 84 students. The results were combined during the general data interpretation, which was based on the Patient Safety Curricular Guide. RESULTS two thematic categories emerged: The professors' understanding about the theme of patient safety in nursing technicians' training; and Application and projection of the teaching of patient safety in nursing technicians' training. In the quantitative study, among the 46 screening terms, their identification in the theoretical-practical context predominated in Courses A and C, totaling 36 (78.3%) and 25 (54.3%), respectively. Theoretical teaching stood out in Course B, with 26 terms (56.5%). CONCLUSION professional training of Nursing Technician students has a technical focus and does not fully contemplate patient safety issues in the teaching-learning process and, thus, constitutes a challenge for training institutions and professors alike.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE to evaluate the facilitators, barriers and perceptions of Nursing students in learning about home visiting and child care through Telesimulation during the COVID-19 pandemic. METHOD a qualitative study to evaluate Telesimulation via computers, grounded on Kolb's theoretical model. A semi-structured questionnaire and the Student Satisfaction and Self-Confidence in Learning Scale were applied, with descriptive analysis and qualitative thematic analysis on the perceptions of 41 Nursing students. RESULTS the contextualized Telesimulation provided learning opportunities in dimensions of the pedagogical strategy, telesimulated scenario, communication and specificities of child care in home visits. It was considered a safe and dynamic activity that helped knowledge consolidation and reflective attitudes, proximity to reality, and develop interaction, observation and types of approaches. There were restrictions due to Internet connection failures. A large percentage of the students indicated good satisfaction and self-confidence level with learning in the scale applied. CONCLUSION the real clinical situation with remote immersion allowed observation, decision-making, reflection and elaboration of conclusions, inherent to the experiential learning cycle. The set of elements of this Telesimulation created an environment that stimulated the interest of Nursing students for other learning stages, suggesting a space that strengthens knowledge and maintains dialogue with face-to-face practices.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To map the factors involved in incidents that harm patient safety and contribute to the second victim phenomenon among nursing students. METHOD Qualitative, exploratory-descriptive study addressing 23 nursing students attending a Federal University in the South of Brazil. The interviews were analyzed using text and discoursive analysis. The Iramuteq software supported the processing of texts. RESULTS Communication failures within the health staff, a lack of protocols and equipment that prioritize patient safety, and factors related to the teaching-learning process favor the occurrence of patient safety incidents and the second victim phenomenon among nursing students. CONCLUSION Addressing the topic concerning patient safety in nursing programs can promote the patient safety culture by encouraging reporting and admitting the possibility of errors and learning from them, strategies that can mitigate second victim effects.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES To review the scientific literature on the role of the nurse in Penitentiary Institutions through the study of care training and ethical implications when offering quality care to the prison population. MATERIAL AND METHOD An integrative review was carried out in Medline, SciELO and LILACS databases. The MeSH and DeCS terms used were: nurse's role, nursing, nurse, nursing education, prison, ethics, ethical issues, job satisfaction, enfermería, penitenciaria, health professionals, nursing care. The types of studies included in this work are literature reviews, and qualitative, quantitative and mixed studies. The CASPe tool was used to assess the methodological quality of selected literature. The review period was October, November and December 2019. RESULTS A total of 264 articles were obtained, of which 98 were chosen after applying filters corresponding to each database and after discarding duplicate articles. The title and abstract of these articles were read and the established selection criteria were applied, to obtain 18 studies. Finally, after critical reading, 15 articles were selected for this work. DISCUSSION The role of the prison nurse is generally unknown. Nursing undergraduate training in this area is limited, exposing a specific training need, which may help these professionals to deal with ethical issues that they may find in their practice, as well as to improve the quality of care for the prison population.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE to develop and test an SMS monitoring software application for patients with acute decompensated heart failure. METHOD the waterfall model was used for software development. All expected functionalities were defined, program modules were codified and tests were done so as to ensure good performance by the software application. Ten patients participated in the prototype test. RESULTS the system sends two types of messages: questions that should be answered by patients and unilateral educational reinforcements. In addition, the system generates alarms in case of no response or according to a flow chart to detect congestion in the patient previously created by the team. Of the 264 SMS texts sent, 247 were answered. The alarm was triggered seven times: three patients woke up with shortness of breath for two consecutive nights, and four patients felt more fatigued for two consecutive days. All patients took the prescribed medications during follow-up. The study nurse guided the patients who generated alarms in the system. CONCLUSION the SMS software application was successfully developed and a high response rate and preliminary evidence of improvements in self-management of HF were observed. With this regard, telehealth is a promising alternative in the treatment of chronic diseases.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE to evaluate the effect of an educational program on blood pressure recording for nursing professionals in relation to theoretical knowledge and the quality of these records. METHOD quasi-experimental study conducted in a hospital service located in the city of São Paulo. The theoretical knowledge of 101 professionals was measured using a validated questionnaire before and after the educational intervention; the quality of blood pressure records was evaluated using a validated form which was applied to 354 records in the pre-intervention period and 288 in the post-intervention period. The educational program was based on active teaching-learning methodologies and consisted of two strategies: expository/dialogue class and a board game. The Wilcoxon, Mann-Whitney, Fisher and Chi-Square tests were used for comparisons, adopting a level of significance of α=0.05. RESULTS the median of the professionals' scores increased from 19 to 22 points in the post-intervention period (p<0.001). There was an improvement in the quality of the blood pressure recordings regarding the variables: cuff size (p<0.001), arm used in the procedure (p<0.001) and patient position (p<0.001). CONCLUSION the educational program showed positive results in the promotion of knowledge among nursing professionals and in the improvement of the quality of blood pressure recording.
